Pod and Swoop Racing League Further steps #13
Today we have to inform all fans and participants that the Pod and Swoop Racing League has had its first accident, but luckily without severe injuries for the involved racer and the bird, though it is still in a state of a violent shock.
On the other hand we have now the assurance that the rescue pa- rachute system is functioning perfectly. Furthermore, this gives us the opportunity to have a quick look into the worldclass emergency room of the Pod and Swoop Racing League Association, after we did it already with an important area of the pits (see issue #8 of the 9th of August 2010).

Is today once again Christmas? Yes, and because of this and also a new contract we could lower the prices for all versions of the mod- els Boxster GT and Cayman GT by 5,000 Euro. The true VolksPorsche is a reality.

Clarification #1
The microkernel L4 runs on Advanced RISC Machines (ARM) process- ors since many years and in this way the Ontologic System®™ and Hightech Operating System (HOS) OntoLinux™ as well (see also the general description and the section OntoL4™ on the webpage Comp- onents).

Clarification #2
Due to the fact that some highly incompetent persons are telling nonsense about the company Apple we have to recall our Clarific- ation of the 1st of September 2010 as well as the Joke of the De- cade #1 published on the 9th of December 2010.

Clarification #3
It doesn't matter what you do, like for example to turn everything topsy-turvy: The facts that we are presenting have been docum- ented and can be found deep in the internet like our invention of the Hypersoar Catameran, the Ontologic System®™ and Hightech Oper- ating System (HOS) OntoLinux™, the P@d™ - The Original Pad Computer™, or the Electric Super Sports Cars™ Apollo Speed-E™ - The Original and RE™ - The Original.

Investigations::Multimedia

  • Microsoft: We are sure that that only stealing company Microsoft has once again stolen software code that is related with the solution of the microkernel L4 on Advanced RISC Machines (ARM) processors by the company ARM Holdings and protected by open source licens- es, because there don't exist so many options to implement a Hard- ware Abstraction Layer (HAL) for a related chip architecture and all the different basic possibilities have already been implemented be- fore. On this basis we have created exclusively for that only stealing company this trap and evetually it really stepped into it. Let us see what it will tell us about the architecture of the next version of its operating system (see also the Investigations of the 23rd of Nov- ember 2008, the case of the companies Microsoft and Novell in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 13th of August 2009 and the case of the company Google in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 8th of December 2010, for example, and our Clarification of today).

    08.January.2011
    Clarification
    Now it becomes more and more clear that the company Google has become so big, because it is only infringing the intellectual properties of other persons, groups and corporations, as well as selling personal data to third entities for which it has no accreditation. And the same holds for the so called social networks like for example Facebook and Twitter.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Sony: At a large consumer electronics show that only stealing company showed a 3D television and a 3D media player that do not need special goggles, as well as a 3D video camera. So now the reader can make their bets on how long it will take until it steals our Ontoscope™.
    Btw.: It will be interesting to analyze how much criminal media com- panies as well as absolutely incompetent persons will tell again ab- solute nonsense about the true innovator of the next generation of the Ontoscope™.

    We made a note about the funny (not really) actor and comedian Dieter Tappert on our website Culture.

    Style of Speed Website update
    We are really sorry that we have involved our readers into a little bluff that is related with a conventional micro gas turbine based power generation as part of hybrid drivetrains of surface vehicles. We mentioned such a system on the webpages of our series of:

  • E-SUVs and E-SUTs,
  • E-MEVs and E-Vans,
  • E-City cars, and
  • Streetlegal cars
    The reason for our acting were to:
  • present an older system architecture of us as a placeholder for our next generation system architecture,
  • uphold the decision of competitors who apply a micro gas turbine for letting them run into a dead end street, and
  • lead nasty competitors and plagiarists astray.

    And the best of all is, that at least in the case of the company Tata and its marque Jaguar our bluff worked perfectly (see the Investig- ations::Car #289 of the 1st of October 2010). :P

    Today we updated all listed webpages by adding in their drivetrain specification the Looped Fuel Cell based version and substituting in the description of their hybrid extension the text "HyperTurbine micro gas turbine" with "HyperTurbine based micro quasiturbine".

    Furthermore, we have worked out the concepts of the F-15FE Fire- bird::Fire Eagle based on the Boeing F-15SE Silent Eagle, and the superior F-22SR Super Raptor, based on the Lockheed Martin and Boeing F-22 Raptor. These jets are designed to redefine the term air superiority by being able to destroy aircrafts of aggressive parties directly at their take-off as well as being invulnerable in the air. As such and due to their features they belong to the classes of the 5.5th and 6.5th generation fighters. Both aircrafts feature:

  • parts made out of new hightech materials like our AeroAccu™ fibre,
  • Active Plasma Accelerator™,
  • optional Lightsaber™ system and
  • optional Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle (UCAV) version.

    In the case of the F-15FE Fire Eagle we are above Mach 3 to 5, while the F-22SR Super Raptor has Mach 3.5 to 5.5 as top speeds depending on the version of powertrain.

    Investigations::Car #306

  • Volkswagen: An updated version of a model is said to be only available with supercharged engines (see our technologies in the field of forced induction).
  • Volkswagen→Audi: After the new version of its model A8 was pre- sented last year at a design show in Miami, U.S.A., we found out that last month in the year 2010 a charging station for one of its Electric Sports Cars™ was presented at the same design show. The quotes, which are important for us, are the following ones: "A matter of time: charging takes longer than conventional fueling [Guess why we have developed our Looped Fuel Cell™ electric drivetrain?]", "Fill it up, pay, get on your way. It probably won’t be that easy with el- ectric cars, since charging takes longer than filling up with gasoline or diesel. [That is a criminal lie to the whole world. That company does know very well that we have with our electric drivetrain tech- nology based on our Looped Fuel Cells™ the Silver Bullets.]", "[...] created the vision, which is dominated by reflective glass [...]", "[...] staged the [car] as a vision [...] [speech act stealing]", ""De- sign is the art form aimed at imagining a better, richer, more com- fortable everyday life. Today we find the most compelling design work stretches farthest in imagining a better future. [The marque]’s proposal for a gasoline-less filling station for electric cars which will be shown at Design Miami is a perfect example of this." [The quoted acting director of the design show Design Miami is a tard, because: Firstly, he better shouldn't talk about design and art. To claim that design is a form of art is so unbelievable stupied that we are so per- plexed and in this way nearly unable to clarify the case: The term design was explicitly chosen to have a differentiation between art and design. For sure, works of art can be become design objects and vice versa, but the two disciplines are clearly segregated from each other. Claiming that design is an art form is just only a total marketing nonsense. Secondly, the marque Audi and the company Volkswagen are the last ones which have developed proposals on their own thoughts and concepts. In this conjunction, the gasoline- less filling station for electric cars is definitely not a perfect example for a better future. Thirdly, we did it simply the other way round by taking a technology which was basically developed by the NASA for applications on the Moon and in outer space, and by adding even classic or synthetic gasoline to the concept we have created the universal solution. Fourthly, like in the case of the fuel cell we may- be will see next year a proposal by the marque that says the oppo- site.]", "[...] 100% electric R8 e-tron supercar [...] [As we said all the years: The first e-tron concept car is an R8. And the many mon- ths lasting denying of this fact proves that the company has stolen our model RE™ - The Original and so many more of our technolo- gies.]". By the way: Where is suddenly the project named 2028 with the fuel cell, which in the year 2008 presented?
  • Volkswagen→Porsche: And the stealing continues. That marque presented at a large automotive exhibition a coupé in its race vers- ion which is named 918 RSR and based on the concept car 918 Spyder. The quotes out of the press release are as follows: "[...] the extreme two-seat coupe reveals what happens when the tech- nology fitted to the 911 GT3 R hybrid and the design of the 918 Spyder are fused to a modern, innovative super sports car [...]", "[...] 918 RSR – the motorsports-oriented version of the 918 Spyder [...] [So, we do have here the concepts of our models 918 BB, Cay- man GT and Raptor RSR.]", "[...] mid-mounted V8 engine [...]", "[...] RS Spyder [...]", "At the front axle, the two [electric] motors offer a torque-vectoring function [...] [This is clearly again the so many times inour Investigations::Car mentioned copyright infringement, because it's the content of the webpage of our ingenious inventions of our Electric Torque Vectoring™ Active Differentials™ and the el- ectrified quattro® drivetrain, which has as its foundation our Sup- erArchitecture #2.]", "[...] functional equipment also underscores the purist [...]", "[...] small front wings, splitters beneath the front lip and 19-inch slicks on centre-locking wheels [...]", "[...] can be clearly recognized as an experimental racing laboratory [...] [Don't be confused by that statement. That marque only wants to irritate the public by telling a story that would sound like our story of the collaboration of our OntoLab™ - The Lab of Visions™ and Style of Speed™.]", "[...] avant-garde touchscreen [...] [speech act steal- ing]", "[...] minimalist [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] a postmod- ern, form-follows-function philosophy [...] [And the postmodern kleptomaniac philosophy.]", "[...] teardrop-shaped cockpit [...] [No, that's absolutely nonsense, because it is just only a standard sports car cockpit. A teardrop-shaped cockpit has for example our model 962 ST by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] a large rear spoiler emphasize its function as a racing laboratory [...] [That's also totally nonsense, because a laboratory is a facility. What is meant here is called a re- search vehicle.]", "[...] liquid metal [...] [Don't confuse this with our Liquid Diamond™, Liquid Ruby™, Liquid Carbon™, Liquid C™, Liquid Mineral™ and Liquid Magic™.]" and "[...] 5335.313 km at an average speed of 222.304 km/h [...] [Should we laugh about this?]". Every- thing was stolen from the webpages of our models Boxster BB, Cay- man GT, Cayman BB, 918 BB and Raptor RSR (see also for example the case of Volkswagen→Porsche and N.Technology in the Investig- ations::Car #287 of the 28th of September 2010).
  • Motor Presse Stuttgart→auto motor und sport: And again, that serious criminal publisher informed in the already known manipulative and the public misleading way. One of its reports is about the pres- entation of a new version of the model 918 in its racing version 918 RSR by the manufacturer Volkswagen→Porsche at one of the largest auto shows in the U.S.A.. We quote out of its report to document the case: "[...] 918 RSR ist die Rennversion des Mittelmotor-Coupés 918. Das Fahrzeug ist eine Symbiose aus verschiedenen Modellen. [We have here an attempt to mislead its readers by suggesting that a coupé version of the model 918 Spyder already exists. No, it does not. Furthermore, the statement that the car is based on different models is correct, but these were not only models of that marque. And to call the combination of non-living objects a symbiosis is ab- solutely nonsense, because it is a biological term that has a meaning like: Different unlike organisms are living together.]", "[...] Design-Elementen der Porsche 917 Rennwagen und des Porsche Carrera GT [sowie des Porsche 911 RSR ...]", "[...] V8-Motor im Porsche 918 RSR [...]", "[...] RS Spyder-Rennwagen [...]", "[...] Funktion eines Rennlabors [...] [We already are offering the series cars with for ex- ample our models Cayman GT, Cayman BB and 918 BB by Style of Speed™.]", "[...] sichtbares Lüfterrad [...] [We think it is more re- lated with our HyperTurbine based micro quasiturbines than with the model 917 by Porsche.]", "[...] seitliche Front-Flics und Luftsplitter unterhalb der Frontlippe sowie ein Heckspoiler in RS Spyder-Abmes- sungen [...] [see again the model 918 BB]", "[...] avantgardistische [...]", "[...] 19-Zoll-Rädern mit Zentralverschluss [...]", "[...] Liquid Metal Chromblau [...] Porsche typische Hybrid-Farbe orange [...] [No, it isn't typical for that marque. Blue with orange stripes is the classic Gulf Oil Racing paint scheme, though it is light blue. In our case we have our slogan: Orange like current==Orange wie Strom.]", "[...] zitiert die Historie der Gentleman-Driver [...] [Obviously, this doesn't exist at Porsche anymore.]", "Bei Bremsvorgängen kehren die beiden Elektromaschinen an der Vorderachse ihre Funktion um und arbeiten als Generatoren. [...] verfügen die beiden Elektromaschinen über eine Torque Vectoring-Funktion mit variabler Antriebsmomen- tenverteilung [...] [That is again the description of our Active Differ- ential™ #2 - The SuperArchitecture, which was stolen by that com- pany Volkswagen and since then is marketed by infringing our copy- right (see our Disclaimer and also the Investigations::Car #302 of the 11th of December 2010). And that publisher has also stolen our description and is deliberately misleading the public by not telling all the time that in fact this is our invention. Also, this report contains exactly the same essential terms and phrases of the original press release about the model 918 RSR by the marque Porsche and in this way points to an arrangement. And once again like in the case of the clone e-tron of our model RE™ - The Original, which features the same chassis as our model Apollo Speed-E™ - The Original, these two companies are damaging together our company in a planned joint action (see also the Investigations::Car #132 of the 31st of July 2009). Taken these facts together proves that it is correct to use terms like serious criminal company.], "[...] elektromagnetisch [...]", "[...] 767 [...]" and "[...] 5335.313 Kilometer [...]".
    Another given information is about a rumor in conjunction with the 918 Spyder concept car by Porsche and claims that the marque could present its production version at the same exhibition. The claim is accompanied with a speculative image that surprisingly (not really) is based on the same image that we have presented before and was also taken by another bold automotive magazine, which al- so tried to play the ball once again to Porsche (see the case of the magazine Automobile in the Investigations::Car #298 of the 17th of November 2010, but also the other cases of the magazines Auto Zeitung, Motor-Talk and Teamspeed.com in the same investigation.).

  • Bayerische Motorenwerke: A new convertible version of one of its models is said to be only available at its sales start with supercharg- ed engines. Two other new versions of models of a special product- ion line, which since the year 1986 were much-vaunted for their so very superior naturally aspirated engines in comparison with turbo- charged engines, now have also each a twin-turbo (see our techno- logies in the field of forced induction, as well as our models Boxster GT and Cayman GT, for example).
  • Daimler→Mercedes: The naturally aspirated engines of some mod- els were replaced by supercharged engines with twin-turbo (see our technologies in the field of forced induction).
  • Ford: That company has stolen once again contents from our hi- ghly interesting website of Style of Speed™ for the presentation of a car with electric motor. Besides this, the company claimed that they offer the different versions with standard combustion engine based, hybrid and all-electric drivetrain, its chief excutive also used the terms and phrases "Pure Electric™" and "Fun to drive™". For sure, we've here again a clear infringement of our intellectual prop- erties. It also jumped on the "Back to the Future" theme by telling that there was so long ago an electric car by Ford and Edison. We also got the information that the electric drivetrain of the car feat- ures a traction control [see the webpage of our Active Different- ials™].
  • Peugeot: That company has stolen once again contents from our website of Style of Speed™ for a commercial of a new special series of models. That series is called "Style & City" and in this way without doubt infrindges our copyright by telling our story of our Style of Speed™ range of E-City™ cars and also damages our related trade- marks Style of Speed™ and City Speed™.
  • Chrysler→Jeep: The new versions of two models feature design el- ements like the typical wide "Seven-Slot-Grill" in comparison to the typical Jeep-style, which is much higher and narrower, and the fend- ers of our HE™ and S!™.
  • Brabus: That criminal company has stolen once again contents, concepts and technologies from ourwebsite of Style of Speed (see the related case in the Investigations::Car #204 of the 5th of Dec- ember 2009 and also #264 of the 7th of June 2010). We document the case by quoting out of a press release that is again about its "Green Package" that we mentioned in the Investigations::Car #204: "[...] Quick Charger [...] [No, no, no: Quickcharger™ is us since so long now. Companies have an alternative with the term fast charger as it is used by one of the largest manufacturers of accumulator charging stations. Furthermore, it is our Quickcharger™ solution (see also the Investigation::Car #278 of the 2nd of August 2010, but also the case of RWE and Chamber of Crafts Monkeyvillage→Verlagsan- stalt Handwerk in #303 of the 19th of December 2010).]", "[...] bu- siness division [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] redefines the sports car [...] [This sounds familiar (compare with the webpage of our Active Sensor™ of the Style of Speed™ website).]", "[...] high-tech quick charging [...] [again trademark damage and copyright infringe- ment]", "Innovative ideas have fueled the success of [the company] for more than three decades. [We think that this is a criminal lie, be- cause it has stolen together with its partner our innovations, obvisi- ously.]", "[...] stylish high-tech charger [...] [This is again a direct copyright infringement and not the usual case that a german compa- ny takes contents of a webpage owned by us and translates it into german.]", "[...] quick charger is three times faster [...] [And again we have here the attempt to damage our trademark Quickcharger™ as well as a copyright infringement by telling the story of the 3 Theme. Companies can give clear technical data about the perform- ances of their solution, instead of saying something like "3 times".]", "[...] equipment [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] electric sports car [...] [No, no, no: Electric Sports Car™. That criminal company is years too late. So, respect our trademarks or go away.]" and "[...] also addresses an issue often criticized in electric cars: The engine sound. [...] [The presented engine sound system is around 2 years old, was also mentioned by us in the Investigations::Car #204 of the 5th of December 2009 and as far as we do know was presented be- fore by the U.S.American manufacturer of the basic car. We also have such a solution with our Active Clang™ system, which even has superior features and fits better into the common style of vehic- les.]".
  • Lightning Car: Suddenly there are no "Hi-Pa Drive" electric wheel hub/in-wheel motors anymore, but the "initial rear wheel drive launch car, [is said to be] driven by a German sourced powertrain with twin inboard-mounted electric motors" and "optional range extender". A 4WD version is also announced. This is nothing else than our electric vehicle drivetrain architecture based on our ingenious innovation of the Active Differentials™, which it has stolen from our website of Style of Speed™, for sure. Also, that company has announced to deliver the first cars in 2008, but now the first batch of its cars is scheduled for 2012. Okay, now it's clear. The persons behind the company are the typical fraudsters, who were all the years highly suspicious for us. Don't invest your money, and don't buy its tech- nologies, if it is related with our technologies.
    Btw.: See also our model Viper-E by Style of Speed™.

  • Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil Club e. V.: Due to its obvious se- rious criminal actings, that we could uncover (see also for example our Clarification and Investigations::Car #305 of the 30th of Decem- ber 2010), that automotive club attempted to explain away in the scope of a presentation of prizes for future-oriented automobiles. The attempt was based on the argumentation that no models or concept vehicles have been awarded, but only vehicles that already have proved itself in the practice of everyday life. No, that associ- ation won't get away in that simple way! And we don't need to and we also won't discuss further this case on this low level, because after all the club has deliberately not reported about our technolog- ical solutions over several years, but instead knowingly reported about thieves out of the automotive industry as well as any back- yards and garages who have stolen our intellectual properties. To think now it is possible to pass the buck to us won't function in the least. Furthermore, now it has doubtlessly become clear, that its own acting pursued the purpose, that we won't make progress with our technologies at all, not to mention to ever become able to pres- ent a vehicle that is suitable for daily use. Luckily the NASA could help with their the normal standard far exceeding technologies, be- cause what has been developed successfully for the application on the Moon and in the outer space does function nearly alone just right from the start in everyday life. Von wegen gelbe Engel.

    On demand we can deliver our models Boxster GT and Cayman GT also with Chevrolet small-block V8 engines (Generation I, LT - Gen- eration II, or LS - Generation III/IV) instead of the Audi V8 FSI en- gine. We are also looking for more substitutions, like example given of the Audi A5 RS seats.

    Investigations::Car #307

  • Volkswagen→Audi: What is the difference between a bending light that is supported by a satellite-based navigation system (eg. based on GPS) and a bending light that is supported by a satellite (that sends eg. GPS-signals)? There is no difference. In this conjunction we would like to point to the introduction on the webpage Active Component™, our Active Light™ system, and the Sneak preview #1 of our AutoSemantic::Car solution (published on the 13th of March 2008) that is based on our Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™.
  • Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland: For sure, that incompetent and criminal working group of german broadcasters (ARD) took advantage of the start of a large U.S.American automobile show for stabbing us in the back. Not only that an old satellite-based bending light tech- nology as well as the model 918 RSR by the marque Volkswagen→ Porsche was presented briefly, despite that the latter once more is nothing else than a copy of the concepts and technologies of our models 918 BB, Boxster GT, Cayman GT, Cayman BB and Raptor RSR, it was additionally claimed that the hype around the electric car is still holding on, although all manufacturers are knowing the massive problems with the infrastructure as well as the cost and the avail- ability of raw materials for the accumulators, the electric motors and the infrastructure, and also the waste disposal. In this conjunction, rather the supercharging of combustion engines for the so called downsizing of the displacement, the striking optimization of fuel consumption as well as also the reduction of the pollutant emission are the mega-trends, which even forced the manufacturer Bayeri- sche Motorenwerke to equip now all other engines of its classic M- product line with twin-turbos (see also the Investigations::Car #306 of yesterday). Also, at the end of its report was intentionally shown a foreign Electric Sports Car™ that is at least two years old and all- eged to reach as maximum speed 321 km/h. That the vehicle, which is also referred to as moving battery, indeed is only a battery with electric motor and very much plastic around, but precisely not the automobiles of our model line-ups of the Apollo Speed-E™ and the RE™, for example, which by the way in everyday life are not subject to the problem of the exponentially rising electric power consumption with increasing speed due to our energy storage technology of the Looped Fuel Cell™ in opposition to all solutions by other companies, and in this way as their standard versions with the more powerful motors and even more so as their top versions Apollo Speed-E™ SuperVeloce and RE™ RSR are faster and at the same time feature all safety technologies, is obviously too much competence, perform- ance and perfection for the ARD to understand.

    We added to the webpage of our quasiturbine the information about the possible integration of an Anti-Lag System to provide bursts of acceleration at lower revolutions by applying the concept of the fly- wheel energy storage, that even can be easily further extended with a Brake Energy Recovery System (BERS). Once again a true world- wide first.

  • Volkswagen→Porsche: In relation to the case of its clone 918 RSR which was documented by us in the Investigations::Car #306 we found a second press release with a slightly different content: "[...] synthesis [...] [This is clearly speech act stealing and in the context of the presented model an infringement of our slogan "Synthesis of Intelligence and Performance™".]", "[...] clearly [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] transferred to a modern, innovative [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] massive performance potential [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] basic idea of generating additional power in an inte- lligent manner [...] [Guess where it originally comes from?]", "[...] electric motors offer a torque vectoring function with variable torque distribution to the [one] axle [...] [This is clearly again the so often mentioned copyright infringement, because it is the contents of the webpage of our Electric Torque Vectoring™ Active Differentials™, which is also the base for our invention of the electrified quattro® drivetrain.]", "[...] functional equipment [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] characteristic doors which open obliquely upwards [...] [Char- acteristic doors for super sports cars, but not for that marque.]", "[...] experimental racing laboratory [...] [What a nonsense. The re- search car is called a racing laboratory, which is itself experiment- al.]", "Instead of the futuristic, [...] avant-garde [...] [speech act stealing]", "[...] minimalistic [...] [This is again a speech act stealing and in the con- text an infringement of our trademark Minimalistic Modern™.]" and "[...] flywheel accumulator is an electric motor [...] [No, that is wrong. Here the flywheel energy storage applies the same physical principles like an electric motor and electric generator to which it is connected, and so it is based on electricity and has no motor shaft. Furthermore, due to the different construction of high performance versions, which have magnetical bearings and a high internal vacuum, the direct use of mechanical energy for accelerat- ion and deceleration is not possible. Indeed, there also exists the mechanical driven flywheel energy storage with a shaft that is connected to a Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT), but this concept has no connection to another electric power storage, like our Active Motors™. Ooops, do we have unveiled a secret by Volkswagen?]".

    Style of Speed Website update
    We added to the webpage of our Active Motor™ the information about the possible integration in the same motor housing, like an optional reduction gear unit, of an Anti-Lag System to provide bursts of acceleration at lower revolutions by applying the concept of the flywheel energy storage, that even can be easily further extended with a Brake Energy Recovery System (BERS).

    Furthermore, we added to the same webpage the possibility to con- struct hybrid engines consisting of an Active Motor™ and a quasitur- bine with optional reduction gear unit and flywheel-based systems. Once again a true worldwide first, because we think further.

    And last but not least, we added to the Active Motor™ webpage the option of an internal/integrated Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) unit.

  • A person: A not so clever person is still thinking that our websites are made for him and his acting as organizer of party events. No, he is neither clever nor are our websites made for his nonsense. We do quote out of an interview that was published in one of the related prospectus and proves that indeed the contents of our websites have been illegally copied methodically: "style[...] [The related label for his magazine was chosen after our trademark Style of Speed™. And since the start of that magazine we are watching his actings.]", "[...] 3 Monate==3 months [...]", "[...] Electro Royal [...] [taken from our label Twin Ion Engine Royal.]", "[...] W!R [...] [taken from labels of our street legal cars]", "[...] Community [...] Community [...] Community [...]", "[...] wirkliche Vision==real vision [...] [Be- sides that this was taken from the slogan of our OntoLab - The Lab of Visions, we would like to declare that there is definitely a differ- ence between our visions and his hallucinations.]", "[...] Architekt== architect [...]", "[...] habe einfach nur den Anspruch an mich, alles richtig zu machen==simply have only set myself the aspiration to do everything properly [...] [Obvisiously, he failed in doing so, even if he would have said the truth, which he surely didn't. By the way: Perfection also means not to make copies.]", "[...] keine echten Vor- bilder==no true paragon [...] [This case of investigation proves clearly that this statement is a lie as well.]", "[...] Gefühl==emotion [...]", "[...] ;-) [...]", "[...] Musik [...] Licht untermalt==accompanied with music [...] light [...] [Ah, we do understand. So, where can we see his Mona Lisa?]" and "[...] wenn Du findest==if you find [...] [speech act stealing]".
  • A company from middle germany: We found in a markting text of a manufacturer of small elevators the following text passages: "[...] harmonisch==harmonic [...]", "[...] rasant==swift/dynamic [...]", "[...] weitsichtig schon heute [...] planen==already today farsighted [...] planning [...]", "[...] World Trade Center in New York [...]", "[...] Planung über die technische Qualitätssicherung bis zur Instal- lation und später im Service==planning over the technical quality assurance to the installation and later in the service [...]", "[...] Perfektionist, wenn es um Digitalisierung und Automatisierung geht== perfectionist when it comes to digitalization and automation [...]", "[...] dreimal so hoch==three times as high [...]", "Aus den digitali- sierten Fotos beispielsweise einer Treppe werden mit Hilfe eigener Software dreidimensionale technische Zeichnungen erzeugt==out of the digitalized images of for example a stair the three-dimensional drafts are created by the help of an own software [...]", ""Computer Integrated Manufacturing" geht nicht nur schnell, sondern ist auch wichtig für die Qualität=="Computer Integrated Manufacturing" isn't only fast, but is also important for the quality [...]", "In den Produk- tionshallen ist Hightech pur zu bestaunen, längst haben die Roboter die Herrschaft übernommen.==In the production halls pure hightech is to be gazed, robots have already taken the control.". The quoted document seems to be dated back, because since nearly two de- cades we read technical and financial magazines and the quoted text sections are definitely newer than claimed by its author. For ex- ample, the last six quotes were too special and point directly to the website of our Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™, so that we can not speak about a happenstance. Now, nasty persons could say that we have copied the content of its document. But then there would be still the fact that other magazines didn't reflect these terms in reports and advertisements, phrases and speech acts, which would be absolutely unusual and also happened only in the years before after we have publicated our website contents at first. A further possibility for us is corporate espionage.

    Fire Raptor™

    Style of Speed Website update
    We publicated today the webpage of our concept F-15FE Fire Eagle, which was mentioned the first time on this website on the 10th of January with all the shown features.
    Due to the fact that more advanced aircrafts as a better and lesser expensive basis exist, like the Lockheed Martin and Boeing F-22, we don't really expect the realization of our concept as a whole. But most of the elements remain as optional upgrades.

    We also set up the first version of the webpage of our F-22SR Super Raptor with Lightsaber System and much more.

    Both jets are listed under the section Hyperjet, which was also cre- ated today.

    "We would love to copy Chinese products."
    The protection of intellectual property is as well a problem with U.S. American companies and all other countries. It is definitely not an exclusive problem of China.

    Investigations::Avionics and Aerospace

  • A person: After we publicated informations about the F-15FE Fire Eagle™ and F-22SR Super Raptor™ we took a further look for in- formations in the field of upgraded versions of the jet model F-15 by the Boeing corporation. As one result we found a webpage with a document that was somehow suspicious, because it was about a jet fighter called F-15G Super Eagle, only one page long and said to be uploaded in the year 2008. We wondered at the first two visits of this webpage about the fact that the short document gave only few informations, so that also the thumb/scroller/grip of the scrollbar was so large as well, which made a real scrolling of the webpage im- possible. After the last visit yesterday the uploaded document sudd- enly had four pages with even more suspicious contents. We docu- ment some quotes and directly comment them to give our interested readers the opportunity to make up her/his mind: "[...] 2× Pratt & Whitney F100-233 Afterburning 3D TV [...] [In the first version of our news on the 10th of January 2011 we also listed as feature of our F-15FE Fire Eagle™ the 3-Dimensional Thrust Vectoring (3D TV) nozzle and showed on its webpage a related image of the research aircraft NF-15B ACTIVE by the NASA, which was saved on a local computer while researching in the field of thrust vectoring at the 7th of January 2011. Furthermore, the number 233 catched directly our interest, because as far as we do know there exists only the turbine model F100-PW-229, but not the model F100-PW-233, and we have here the number 33 as well. But due to the fact that we have found before a different version of an envisioned F-15 Super Eagle with 2D TV we thought at this point in time that the page is trustable.]", "[...] Fixed Pulse Laser [...] [We got this technical name from the second page of the document, which at first we did not know about its existence. Besides, the availability of such a technology indeed would be in accordance with the document date specified.]", "[...] needed and demand for higher performance aircraft [...]", "[...] ex- perimental fighters entered service, and newer models were passed into the field much sooner [...] JSFs [Joint Strike Fighters], F-22s and [Eurofighter] Typhoons [...]", "[...] older models received more extensive upgrades [...]", "[...] craft features updated engines and 3D thrust vectoring to bring it on par with or superior to later [air- crafts ...]", "[...] Canards [(little wings mounted at the front of an aircraft)] were not added [...]", "[...] featured improved sensors and avionics [...]", "[...] Plus variant [...]", "[...] small pulse laser [...], active stealth systems that rendered it stealthier then standard F-22s, and further upgraded radar [...] [Exactly at this point we've begun to not believe anymore the authenticity of the document. And the case became even more odd.]", "[...] Ultra Eagle [...]", "[...] 2× 3D Pratt & Whitney F200-100 thermonuclear Turbines [...] [This is highly suspicious due to a fact we can not and we do not want to publicate here. But what we can tell is that the fraudster (or fraud- sters) have misinterpreted an acting by us and in this way made a wrong assumption.]", "[...] Mach 3+ [...] [Surprisingly, this is again a data that fits with our specification of the F-15FE Fire Eagle™.]", "[...] 1× Fixed Pulse Laser [...], 1× Wide Angle Pulse Laser [...] [At this point we have our Lightsaber™ systems as part of an upgraded F-15 jet fighter, which exactly reflects a further time our concept of our version F-15FE Fire Eagle™. Even the positioning of the wide angle pulse laser is exactly there where we decided to install it. If a conformity comes in such a massive and special way, then we reject the explanation that it is a sheer coincidence. And we already gave the true explanation for these severe conformities several times on this website.]", "[...] nuclear turbines, energy weapons [...], improv- ed materials produced lighter but stronger aircraft, and even more fantastic technology still began to appear in energy shields, intertial dampers, and even transforming fighters [...] [for the latter techno- logy take a look on our Active Exterior™, for example]", "[...] older aircraft[s] continued to make up the bulk of Air Forces and it was important to keep these craft[s] viable [...]" and "The [F-15]H model (along with similar upgrades to the F-22) reinforced [...] [What this sentence makes suspicious is that the F/A-18 Hornet or F/A-18F/E Super Hornet by Boeing, or other jet fighters were not listed as well, but only the two aircrafts we also are focused on.]". Besides, it was missed to say something about the export ban of the stealth tech- nology of the F-22 and an avoidance of the ban with the version F-15SE Silent Eagle, which has a lower level of stealth.
    We have tested as well, if we made a mistake while using the web- service, but this was not the case.

    Investigations

  • Cosmetics industry: We list some product names: paradis inferno blue, Effusion, Superior, Puresport, Magic Man, Zero Plus and style.
  • Rewe: On a flyer distributed in the beginning of December 2010 an image was shown that reminds us of two images in conjunction with the holocron (see also the Original of the 26th of November 2010)
  • National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Japan: The institute developed a so called Fluorescent glass. The solution is not based on the same technologies like our eVSG™, but the range of applications are in many cases very similar.
  • Fraunhofer Institut: As we documented several times before, that institute is methodically stealing contents, concepts and technolo- gies from our websites. In the last weeks we found again several projects, which all to list by the writter and to read by the readers would be too time consuming. But some projects are representative like the following ones: One project is a material called Titanschaum ==Titanfoam (see the section Material of the Innovation-Pipeline by Ontonics™ and simply combine as described Glassy Titan with Glassy Metal Foam/Metallic Glass Foam), while another one is focused on energy storage after the principle of the closed-loop fuel cell (see also the section Energy Generation, Storage and Management ), and much more (see the Innovation-Pipeline for further projects by us).

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Technical University Dortmund: We've chosen a very small fract- ion that alone by this university were taken from our websites. The first technology is the software engineering suite JavaABC that is only a clone of OntoLinux™ without operating system. One of the best evidence for this is that software engineering is said to be ext- ended with personware in the sense of business processes, which in this way is reflecting the point total quality management systems that is listed on the webpage Overview. Furthermore, a second order logic programming language for string checking was integrated (see section Formal Verification of the Links to Software webpage) toge- ther with a 3-dimensional model editor (see OntoLinux and section Formal Modeling. A three-dimensional model editor was developed also at another faculty before, which was one of the first evidence that busted the espionage several years ago.
    Another technology of us found its way into the project NetSensLog, which is a "netzwerkbasiertes Visionsystem für Fahrzeugschwarm== network-based visionsystem fpr swarms of vehicles", that is in gen- eral nothing else than our innovation projects Sensor Swarm Robot™ and Robot Swarm-Engineering™, and also related with OntoLinux™. Using the term visionsystem within the german language is a total nonsense, because this word even doesn't exist in the german lang- uage at all, and if so, then it would mean something different. The reason for its application is only an attempt to dislute our acting, especially in the OntoLab™ - The Lab of Visions™ and OntoLinux™. And why this project was advertised in the course Human Machine Interface despite that there is no direct connection to graphical systems is (not really) a riddle.
    Besides this, we found out that since many years many lectures in the field of computer science/informatics were not only started due to the actings by C.S., like for example Genetic Programming, Model Checking, Web Technologies, Ubiquitous Computing or Service(s) Computing, but also had and still have structured their contents fo- llowing the actings by C.S.. This fact holds also for many other dis- ciplines not only teached in this subject and at this university, but at very much universities in Europe and beyond.
    Furthermore, this is the university which has a teacher that got the highest decoration of the B.R.D. as part of her psychological terror by the only defrauding minister Schavan (CDU) like with a fraudster before and once again due to the claim that he had broadly influenc- ed the science.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Edward Shishkin: The actual maintainer of the R4 file system has declared once again that he has no time to do the job. So why is he not given up the job? Furthermure, he lied in the mailing list of the due to his actings not existing developers network by claiming that there is no vendor for the R4 file system very well knowing that we, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH, are since more than four years now with our Ontologic System®™ and Hightech Operating System™ (HOS) OntoLinux™ the worldwide only commercial supporter of it.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Google: The former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of that company claimed that they "are the innovator and leader at scale". No, defini- tely not as we proved so many times in the last four years by our investigations. In fact, they are the thieves at scale. And now that we can see that the company has problems to steal even more it shows its status: Burned out.

    Besides this, it is correct that social network providers protect their users against search engine, and other internet and web service providers. Companies like Google live from the taking of copyrighted informations and materials, example given images, music videos and software, without asking and paying for. And if a company wants to search a social network, then it has to pay for it like other compa- nies pay for advertising.

  • Cable News Network: For a report about a fraudster in the field of product development the media company took our news webpage of the June 2008 as a red line (see also our note we made today on the Culture webpage) and in such a way that the said report is a cheap attempt to attack C.S.' integrity.
    Beside this, we would like also to document that its founder together with Sir Fraudster have been presented on their own initiative as pioneers in the field of the so called green technologies some weeks ago.
