Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) [Digital money supply]
Federal ministries, departments, authorities, and other federal and state financial regulators do not need to think about regulations concerning stablecoins, because our SORP with its Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) and Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) only accept the official digital currencies of the central banks, federal reserves, or other monetary authorities of sovereign territories, which also implies one digital currency for each sovereign territory.
This is not debatable in the legal scope of ... the Ontoverse, also known as OntoLand and therefore any further discussion is a waste of time. We have decided so many years ago and until today we got no truly convincing argument to change the decision.

Specifically in case of the U.S.American federal and state financial regulators, we said that they should define the eUSD or other official digital currency and transfer their real commercial bank regulations to the digital commercial banks. This is sufficient.

An important point, which is often forgotten to mention in the discussion, is the fact that those digital currencies designated as stablecoins are not really such ones, because once again the unauthorized creators or issuers respectively money suppliers are not backing all of their illegal stablecoins one-to-one with a real currency.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) already reacted on this issue, specifically in relation to the illegal non-stablecoin USD Coin.

"I have seen one fool's gold rush from up close in the lead-up to the 2008 financial crisis. It feels like we may be on the cusp of another with cryptocurrencies", said the acting comptroller of the currency, Michael Hsu, in remarks on the 21st of September 2021.

"Frankly, at this time, it's more like the Wild West or the old world of 'buyer beware' that existed before the securities laws were enacted", testified the chair of the SEC, Gary Gensler.

The former chief of the Office of Internet Enforcement of the U.S.American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): "So I realize that people want to transact anonymously, but that's not allowed in this country [(U.S.America)]. It's just not permitted. So until those laws change I think it'll be very hard to justify the continuing use of cryptocurrency.

You can't just open up a bank acount. The bank needs to understand completely who you are, so this idea of anonymity [and decentralization] with the platform being anonymous, the users being anonymous, [the transactions being anonymous,] I just don't see how that's possible under the current regulatory regime that we have in the United States"

At least they and other responsible persons finally recognized the situation after we talked and warned about it all the many years.

So so. Now we do know more.
In the legal scope of ... the Ontoverse, including the metaverse multiverse and also wrongly and illegally confused with the original Metaverse, and also known as OntoLand, there is no Wild West since at least 15 years.

Howsoever, our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) of our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) is already preparing to introduce our OntoCoin as official digital currency for all those sovereign territories, that still have not begun working on their official digital currency, which includes the U.S.America as well.

After companies decided for Natural Language Processing (NLP) at the so-called edge at least in relation to their own devices, which means that voice-based interactions will now be processed locally on the device and not in the Cloud Space respectively related part of our Ontoverse.

At first, we found this decision somehow odd, because all the years companies were collecting vast amounts of the Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs) or personal data of their users and suddenly they do not want to get the so-called oil of the 21st century anymore.
This reminds us of the European Commission, that also changed its mind in the moment it became obvious that we get our raw signals and data, as well as trust and data governance.
But we also thought, that these companies use and even need the data for their technologies, goods (e.g. applications, devices, and vehicles) and services.
For example, their Intelligent Personal Assistants (IPAs) or Personal Intelligent Assistants (PIAs) still have to learn the user habits and act proactively.
After we mentioned our first thoughts and impressions, we got the additional information and explanation that collecting raw signals and data, and also PIIs is going on, though in a more secure and safe way based on our

In fact, the question is which raw signals and data, Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs), etc. are relevant for businesses and which are not.
Another point is that the consent of the user for using her, his, or their PII is always required.

Furthermore, their devices are based on our Ontologic System (OS) with its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), Ontoverse, and Ontoscope Architecture (OsA).
In addition, we have soon the OntoCore (OC) One and the first OS movements, which include a voice-based User Interface (UI), because it is a common functionality.
Moreover, all these technologies, goods, and services are realized and operated in the Ontoverse and at least conceptually there is no difference between core and edge processing or computing anymore, because it is one Space and Time Computing and Networking (STCN) of and in one universe.

And according to the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), our SOPR gets the mandatory unrestricted access to raw signals and data, including anonymized PIIs, either by the manufacturers or by their customers respectively the end users, who are also members of our SOPR.

Therefore, it does not matter at all, where the raw signals and data, and also PIIs are processed.
Nevertheless, our SOPR will continue with observing the situation to see how it goes on and works out.

Several notes, statements, and comments made in the last days are summarized in this issue to the following topics:

First of all, we recall once again that the field of the so-called eXtended Reality (XR) is a designation for our interpretation of the Mixed Reality (MR) spectrum also called as eXtended Mixed Reality (XMR), which both are part of our New Reality (NR), and therefore the designation eXtended Realiy (XR) is an infringement of the rights and properties (e.g. copyright) of C.S. and our corporation.

Because some companies might have already forgotten some facts once again, we would like to recall them:
It is very well know that the Ontoverse (Ov), including the metaverse multiverse and also wrongly called Metaverse of the novel titled "Snow Crash", which is only an immersive 3D Virtual World (VW) or Immersive Virtual Environment (IVE or ImVE) respectively Virtual Reality Environment (VRE), but not an

belongs to C.S., who is the one and only creator of it and much more, and therefore

In the section Cyber sovereignty, cybersecurity, and cybersafety of the issue #328 of the 3rd of July 2021 we discussed a little about the Ontologic eXchange (OntoX or OX) facilities, including exchange points or hubs, of our common backbone, core network, or fabric in relation to cyber sovereignty, cybersecurity, and cybersafety, and also bad actors, that will get no access at all.
But due to its way of working with the very strict restrictions, filters, and other features, we had a problem with the permitted access of the good actors.
Luckily, we remembered that we already have the solution in our OS.

Now, we have all to erect and connect our OntoX, so that

At this point we will not make the details public, as usual with highly sensitive matter, but we can already say that countries have to use our dedicated OntoX hubs for the communication coming from their real sovereign territories or even for all communication going over their borders, and that we will be able to enforce, control, and monitor correct use of the infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies.

We are quite sure that hacking, ransomware, cyber terrorism, cyber warfare, and so on will be things of the past, due to our well-elaborated, sophisticated solutions.

Trust Management System (TMS) or eGov
Federal authorities and government agencies, such as a revenue service, revenue agency, or taxation authority, can use our Trust Management System (TMS) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) (SOPR Trustee), which are based on the basic features and functionalities of our Ontologic System (OS), to

in a way that guarantees data protection or privacy, and data security, and eventually keeps the banking private.

In this way the reporting requirements would raise the costs only slightly due to the additional resources of a Cloud or Web Space Service Provider (SSP) for computing, networking, and storing Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs), which could be payed by the additional revenue easily, but would not put banks in the unenviable position of handing customer information over to the IRS.
