SOPR #203

*** Work in progress ***
We would like to share our thoughts, suggestions, and conclusions about the following topics:

  • License Model (LM),
  • social and societal,
  • masterplan, and
  • further steps.

    License Model (LM),
The draft of the License Model (LM) is maturing.
We do not expect a problem when members of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) adjust their end user prices and also take additional measures if required for paying the due royalties, as the following representative examples show.
In the case of a company of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector with a net profit of 20% of the overall revenue adjusting its end user prices and fees by 6% would result in a part of around 5.3% of a share of 7.5% (5% of 106 is 5.3) so

  • 11% of the net profit (11% of 20 is 2.2) and
  • even less of the individual gross profit minus all expenses except for interest, amortization, depreciation and taxes, but including (re)investment costs, etc.

    would be missing.
In the case of a company of the non-ICT sector with an emphasize utilization of ICT and a net profit of 10% of the overall revenue adjusting its end user prices and fees by 6% would result in a part of around 5.3% of a share of 6.25% (5% of 106 is 5.3) so

  • 9.5% of the net profit (9.5% of 10 is 0.95) and
  • even less of the individual gross profit minus all expenses except for interest, amortization, depreciation and taxes, but including (re)investment costs, etc.

    would be missing.
In the cases of the other licensee groups adjusting their end user prices by 6% is not required at all but would even allow a higher net profit.
Please keep in mind that most of our royalties will take a short return path back to their sources, so to say, if reasonable.

    Social and societal
We had the following thoughts about the proposed Society of the Fifth Column (SFC) (see the issue #197 of the 20th of June 2019):

  • user focused,
  • supervised but not managed grassroots democracy would be striven for, which implies that the full-fledged, entitled to vote, and irrevocable seat in the board or any other kind of governing body would be a granted to veto and irrevocable presidency or any other overseeing and governing position,
  • mixture of a friendly society, a charitable association, and our SOPR respectively our corporation somehow (keyword social market economy),
  • parts of the former regulations of our SOPR could become parts of the regulations of the SFC,
  • members, lobbyists, significant supporters, and partners of the other three plus one columns of power would be excluded from becoming members of the board and other important positions,
  • overlaps and interfaces with public and federal services would be put into practice under the exclusive management and control of either
    • joint ventures established by public and federal institutes and authorities, and state-owned companies as one group of joint partners and our SOPR, or
    • our SOPR alone,
  • exclusively coupled with our Ontologic Economic System (OES),
  • experimental area of the digital societies, and
  • continuous development and evolution.

    Masterplan
Due to unwanted or even prohibited activities (see also the issue #196 of the 18th of June 2019), more informations related to the so-called masterplan will not be presented by our SOPR anymore before the publications of the other societies and investment funds of our Hightech Office Ontonics.
We expect that the first of these publications will be made after the steps of the protocol for the further procedure suggested in the issue #178 of the 16th of May 2019, which is projected for around June 2020.

    Further steps
The societies cannot afford any further delays or even another decade in realizing our vision respectively of any further disturbance, blocking, etc. of our SOPR, C.S., and our corporation to

  • set free the whole potential of our SOPR As Soon As Possible (ASAP) and
  • solve extremely difficult global problems.

But too many decision makers in politics, sciences, and industries (including the media) are still not able to

  • comprehend how the overall mechanics work or
  • get used to the fact that there is no other leadership and every acting that looks like leadship is merely mimicking, exploiting, or blackmailing of our SOPR, C.S., and our corporation, eventually,

as our investigations and mild tests have shown already.
This statement is in no way meant to enforce an entity to act in a corresponding way but to give only an objective view on the overall situation respectively state of affairs.

*** Work in progress - better order, some comments missing, better wording ***

  • Gumpert: Roland Gumpert is still thinking to be clever (not really) and trying to repeat once again his fraudulent activities, as done before with his failed super sports cars. This time, he copied and edited original and unique ideas, concepts, creations, designs, compositions, inventions, developments, and contents created by C.S. and our corporation, attacked the moral integrity of C.S., and damaged our corporation with the conduction of unfair business practices, as usual, in relation to our revolutionary powertrain systems, including
    • indirect and direct alcohol fuel cells (see for example the Active Fuel Cell and the bionic vehicle model Ape ESP 3.0),
    • four wheel Pure Electric™ drivetrain,
    • Electric Torque Vectoring™ systems,
    • Active Differentials#153;,
    • Gears by Software™,
    • Brake Energy Recovery System (BERS),
    • street legal Electric SuperCars™ (ESC) and Electric Super Sports Cars™ with racing genes, and
    • Driving Fun™ and Fun to Drive™,

like for example the famous models

But this time, we caught Roland Gumpert in the act of stealing, mimicking, and cheating.
Evidences have been safed. Oeuvre and lifetime achievement of C.S. have been confirmed and proven once again.

    We quote the first website:
"Pure electric with methanol power cell technology",
"A road-legal, electric super sports car with racing performance",
"100% driving machine and 2Way electric",
"The new Nathalie is an uncompromising electric super sports car.",
"A coupé with racing genes, grille frame, carbon chassis, all-wheel drive, vortex generator, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler - ready for fun on the circuit; with a rally feeling on the mountain track; silent cruising through the inner city; or just showing off on Highway No. 1 - the street-legal electric super sports car with track performance.",
    "4-wheel drive with regenerative system (4 engines, 4 wheels / 4E4W)",
"all-electric, but unlimited like a GT",
"530 MI range at 50 mph or 745 mi in eco mode",
"The Nathalie utilizes a technology enabling extensive ranges without the need to recharge - an enormous advantage especially in areas lacking EV charging stations. The Nathalie Fuel Cell works environmentally friendly with methanol and delivers a permanent power of 5 kW. Range? Unlimited!",
"Designed as a driving machine [] This car is focused on its driver and passenger. It is the exact opposite of driving with an autopilot. It is a super sports car of the latest electrical generation.",
"The car is fueled by methanol - in just three minutes. Methanol provides energy using an electrochemical reaction thus it is far superior to all known fuels, as it can be synthesized in an environmentally neutral way. [...] Uncompromising - how typical of Gumpert!",
    "Pioneering spirit with tension",
"Pure German engineering at the edge of the impossible",
"Roland Gumpert combines today's most innovative, pioneering concepts. This new Nathalie brings together electric and four wheel drive, a revolutionary energy concept, uncompromising sportiness and futuristic, technical design - a highly explosive mixture for the ultimate super sports car for the coming decade.",
"A pure driving machine for the new electrical generation",
"Four electric engines [...] Braking power is enhanced with recuperation - the recovery and re-use of the original braking power. Pure driving dynamic - Made by Roland Gumpert. [The truth is that this original and uniqu, iconic drivetrain and the resulting driving dynamics were made by C.S. for SoS.]",
"The electric supersportscar with streetlegal trackperformance",
"It sets benchmarks - and makes it feel like child's play. The Nathalie is pioneering spirit, a stroke of genius and more than just a clever engineering idea. Its courageous, unique concept reinvigorates the automobile industry's inventive spirit and combines the proven and established with the possibilities of e-mobility, computing and energy technologies.",
    "2Way electric car",
"The Nathalie doesn't stand still when the battery is empty. It is only the buffer between the 5 kW, methanol-driven fuel cell and the motors. The Nathalie is ready to go again after a three-minute retanking of methanol. This opens up new opportunities in areas without a developed charging infrastructure. A concept for independence and real electrical mobility.",
"Green methanol however is synthesized. It binds the CO2 contained in the air and releases it later while providing energy. This makes green methanol a great clean and neutral energy carrier.",
"The car can be refueled in three to five minutes, after which it has enough energy to hit the road again - typical Gumpert - uncompromising.",
"With its sporty, minimalistic design, it lays the lines for the ultimate electric vehicle.",
"[...] electric super sports car [...]",
"During a short press conference Roland Gumpert, creator of the Nathalie [...]. [In general, one does not call a plagiarism a creation.]",
    "[...] by a shuttle [...]",
"During the 12-hour press day, the invited journalists were able to get a first live impression of Roland Gumperts' new development.",
"Birgit Keller, Thuringia's Minister for Infrastructure and Agriculture, visited Roland Gumpert "Nathalie" on the opening day. After the exclusive guided tour, the politician was enthusiastic.",
"Media star and car expert [...] also stayed at the stand for a long time. The car was explained to him in detail by mentioning technical insights and the philosophy of the methanol car. His bottom line: "I'm positively impressed!"",
    "Retrospective",
"A milestone in the history of the Nathalie vehicle series. [...] In their presentation, Roland Gumpert and Nathalie Gumpert showed that methanol is the future of mobility and explained the advantages of methanol fuel cell technology as well as the technical highlights of the Nathalie Race racing car.",
"What makes Nathalie and Nathalie Race the vehicle of the future? [] Gumpert's innovative hydrogen vehicle features a reinforced powertrain, improved aerodynamics and modifications to the suspension, brake system and cooling system.",
"Ken Okuyama, chef designer [...] said, it brought him to the Auto Shanghai because the future of electric vehicles lies in there. [It is odd somehow that basically it is only about our ideas, concepts, creations, designs, compositions, inventions, and developments of C.S. and Style of Speed.]",
"Electric Independence and revolutionary technology convinces Chinese entrepreneurs",
"Also Nathalie Race could captivate between all this innovation. [...] He talked with [...] Fu Qiuang and [...] Roland Gumpert about the electric independence, which is made possible through the revolutionary technology of the methanol based hydrogen fuel cell.",
"Roland Gumpert himself is very impressed by the innovative atmosphere surrounding him at the fair. "You can really feel this energy, excitement and euphoric mood about electromobility here. This shows us, that we are on the right way with our concept of a high end supersport-coupe coupled with the electric independence of the methanol based hydrogen fuel cell," he said. [It is still our concept of C.S. and SoS.]", and
"Here in Asia she is right in the place of awakening of the world of electromobility and sets with Gumpert-Aiways technological standards. [Our original and unique, revolutionary and iconic works of art and works are not from the P.R.China and already set the technological standards 11 years before with the model RE.]".

    From a second website
"World's first Electric Sports Car with Racing Genes",
    "Electric Beast",
"Pure Racing Genes [] Independent all-wheel drive, vortex generator and electronic differential lock [] Perfect combination of sports car aerodynamic design and pure electric drive dynamic which brings a superior driving experience.",
"Long Battery Life, Industry's Revolutionary Technology", and
"Intelligent Network, Internet of Vehicles with Sports Car Attributes [] The unique sports car attributes of the Internet of Vehicles, including lap speed settings, racing atmosphere music packages and other personality racing settings.".

We quote a report that was fabricated to mislead the public: "Gumpert RG Nathalie Prototype First Drive: The Revolutionary EV
Gumpert's electric supercar will do 186 mph, and it's powered by alcohol.
You can literally feel Roland Gumpert's excitement. The 73-year-old has experienced quite a bit in his remarkable career, but this project seems to have really grabbed him. The ex-Audi Motorsport Director, super sports-car manufacturer, and Nürburgring record holder (with his road-racing car Apollo) has invited us to a small Ingolstadt, Germany, studio, where he will show a few journalists his latest creation.
[...] looks like a muscle car from the year 2030. If you look closer, you'll recognize a lot of cues from the ultra-sexy Audi Sport Quattro concept of several years ago.
    [...]
Behind the name RG (for "Roland Gumpert") Nathalie, which needs getting used to, is a truly revolutionary idea - at least for the automotive industry. Why revolutionary? Because this burly electric wedge drives with a methanol fuel cell. In principle, you pour pure alcohol into the tank. This is heated to 300-400 degrees Celsius (572-752 degrees Fahrenheit). Carbon dioxide is emitted, and what remains is hydrogen, which is passed through the fuel cell to generate electricity. No one has done this so far, but the benefits are obvious: Lengthy recharging processes are completely eliminated.
The unconventional fueling system will give the RG Nathalie impressive driving ranges.
"[...] Here I always have my generator on board, we reach proven ranges of at least 600 kilometers [372 miles]. If I drive economically, up to 1,200 kilometers [746 miles]."
Why has none of the major manufacturers come up with this simple and ingenious idea? "Because they did not think enough," says Gumpert.
[...] The fuel cell sits in front, the batteries are T-shaped and distributed in the vehicle floor. The interior looks sporty and modern: pure and minimalist with a bunch of displays and novel-looking materials.
Locomotion is provided by four wheel-hub electric motors, i.e. one motor located at each wheel [...].
[...] Four driven wheels are of course a must for four-wheel-drive pioneer Gumpert. However, Nathalie does not need classic differentials anymore. Everything here is about torque vectoring. The car also has no gearbox in the true sense. [...]
    [...]
We also recuperate quite a lot of energy through braking, too. Although we've spent only a few minutes in a rather rudimentary prototype, and although Gumpert has developed the Nathalie in less than ten months, the project, and especially the idea behind, it seems pretty promising.[...]
Who pays a fat six figures an unfamiliar car with a new powertrain concept? [...] And how do the big car manufacturers react to Gumpert's new idea?"

We note that the brazenness of Gumpert makes us almost speechless despite we know him, the lying press, and other entities for around two decades. Gumpert even reflected the C.S. by using his initials RG, posing as an artist or creator, and claiming for creations as well.
We have seen such a system based on reforming fuel cells several times before, as have the large manufacturers seen as well besides our original and unique iconic work, that they all have illegally copied as well to some extend. Simply take a look in an online encyclopedia to find out that the journalist is either a moron or only a criminal professional liar. And our fans and readers can find on OntomaX many marques, like for example Volkswagen→Audi, and many companies, like for example Bosch and Schaeffler.
Nevertheless, our ideas, concepts, creations, designs, compositions, integrations, inventions, developments, and products, specifically drivetrains, are truly revolutionary works in general and industrial standards in particular.

When a work of us is original and unique, revolutionary, and standard setting, then every other description of it must be merely an editing of our related description publicated before and naming us as the true origin is required at least.
Eventually, we got more than sufficient significant and conclusive evidence that shows a causal link with our works.

If Gumpert and Co. want to utilize our works discussed above, then they have to comply with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) without any exception and pay royalties according to the LM.

Two of the regulations included in the AoA are crystal clear in

  • {principle is not regulation} demanding to comply with our credo "All or nothing at all. Now and not in the future.", and
  • prohibiting the presentation of our creations, inventions, and outstanding performances and achievements as own works to the public.

Therefore, we are very seriously considering to hand over the latest issue of Roland Gumpert to our legal representation for thwarting his plans and eventually putting an end to that mess. This is by no means the way how it functions.
We also give politicians the recommendation not to fall prey to such totally incompetent fraudsters and waste taxpayer's money once again.
Moreover, we are already investigating more conspicuities for some time, which somehow are also related to such scam tactics and acts, as shown in this investigative case.

    Ontonics Further steps
Some days ago, we were reminded of another problem that is already huge and becoming even more worse. When thinking about an other problem, we noted hat both problems and their solutions have something in common respectively a common solution with potentials as incredibly huge as these individual problems.
Only a quick pick of some items out of our stocks and the first plan for a practicable system was ready.
But now we have for one of these problems two solutions that are mutually exclusive somehow.

    SOPR #204
The works of art created by C.S. and provided to the world exclusively by our SOPR are already an unbelievable success story. And it continues, as our notes about the following topics show:

  • universal ledger and
  • diverses.

    Universal ledger
We are very pleased to inform all interested entities that our universal ledger is becoming the standard on the planet Earth and its Moon, as well as at every other place where no man has gone before, indeed, as not proposed and promised otherwise.
As a consequnece, digital currencies, including regulated and unregulated virtual currencies and cryptocurrencies, are either

  • accepted by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) as part of our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) with our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) platform, which means that they are connected to our universal ledger and included in the basket of currencies of our OntoBank, or
  • doomed already and will fail very soon.

    Diverses
In the last months, we observed illegal activities and some kind of a rather abstruse revolt of various entities against our SOPR.
We would like to describe the situation by means of the range, which spans from no chances over limited chances to all chances. When taking this approach, our SOPR with its Trust as a Service (TaaS) provides and guarantes those entities, who are in the range from no chances to limited chances, the access to the range from limited chances to all chances among many other significant advantageous and even existential indispensabilities.
Please note that by defintion access does not mean operation, control and management, or even ownership.

Somehow, we would also like to recall that

  • connected vehicles are handled as mobile Ontoscope variants like mobile devices of the types smartwatches, mobile phones, tablet computers, etc., and
  • autonomous vehicles are handled as mobile Ontoscope variants of the types mobile autonomous systems and mobile robotic systems or mobile robots

by our SOPR, which implies that the related business parts of manufacturers could belong to the licensee groups non-ICT, non-ICT with ICT, and ICT.

As we said in the past already, our works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope are the only functional and legal idea, concept, creation, and solution of the present, past, and future.

    08.July.2019
    Ontonics Further steps
We realized that it is more than sufficient for getting the dominace in the battery market if we design a variant of one of our newer electric energy storage devices with a

  • specification of less specific energy (ratio of energy to mass) and less volumetric energy or energy density (ratio of energy to volume), and
  • production process, that is incompatible with the facilities of battery production plants and hence requires a complete investment in a new construction.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • Microsoft: Since some days, we got a laptop with touchscreen and the Ontologic System variants Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 of the company Microsoft for playing.
Besides the many interesting features we found in the sections, where the system preferences are set, and on the webpages, where the system updates are publicated, we also took a closer look at the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) based on our integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), Ontologic System Component (OSC) OntoBot (OB), and Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Serivces (OAOS), and called Cortana.

The following quotes were taken from a slightly manipulated description of Cortana publicated by an online encyclopedia: "Cortana is a virtual assistant created [illegally copied and implemented] by Microsoft for Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows Phone 8.1,[8] Invoke smart speaker, [wearable computer] Microsoft Band, Surface Headphones, Xbox One,[9][10] iOS, Android,[11] Windows Mixed Reality, and Amazon['s unauthorized PDA or IPA] Alexa.[7 ["Hey Cortana, open Alexa: Microsoft and Amazon's first-of-its-kind collaboration". Microsoft Blogs. Retrieved August 30, 2017.]"
    [...]

    History
Cortana was demonstrated for the first time at the Microsoft BUILD Developer Conference (April 2-4, 2014) in San Francisco.[1] It has been launched as a key ingredient of Microsoft's planned "makeover" of the future operating systems [Ontologic System variants] for Windows Phone and Windows.[8]
    [...]

    Development
The development of Cortana started in 2009 in the Microsoft Speech products team with general manager Zig Serafin and Chief Scientist Larry Heck. Heck and Serafin established the [stole our] vision, mission, and long-range plan [for our PDA or IPA included in our Ontologic System] for Microsoft's digital-personal-assistant [...] To develop the Cortana digital assistant, the team interviewed human personal assistants. These interviews inspired [led to the implementation of] a number of [original and] unique [Ontologic System] features in Cortana, including the assistant's "notebook" feature.
    [...]

    Expansion to other platforms
In January 2015, Microsoft announced the availability of Cortana for Windows 10 desktops and mobile devices as part of merging Windows Phone into the operating system at large [and its continuing copying of our Ontologic System].
On May 26, 2015, Microsoft announced that Cortana would also be available on other mobile platforms. An Android release was set for July 2015 [...]. It was officially released, along with an iOS version, in December 2015.[19]
During E3 2015, Microsoft announced that Cortana would come to the Xbox One as part of a universally [consistently or generally] designed Windows 10 update for the console.[20]

    [...]

    Cortana in other services
Microsoft has integrated Cortana into numerous products such as Microsoft Edge,[23] the browser bundled with Windows 10. Microsoft's Cortana assistant is deeply integrated into its Edge browser. [...] Conversely, Microsoft announced in late April 2016 that it would block anything other than Bing and Edge from being used to complete Cortana searches [...].[25]
Microsoft's "Windows in the car" concept [implementation of our Ontologic System] includes Cortana. The concept [implementation] makes it possible for drivers to make restaurant reservations and see places before they go there.[26]
At Microsoft Build 2016, Microsoft announced plans to integrate Cortana into Skype (Microsoft's instant messaging service) as a [partial Onto]bot to allow users to order food, book trips, transcribe video messages and make calendar appointments through Cortana and in addition to other [partial Onto]bots.[27] As of 2016, Cortana can underline certain words and phrases in Skype conversations that relate to contacts and corporations.[28] [...]
Microsoft also announced at Microsoft Build 2016 that Cortana would be able to cloud-synchronise notifications between Windows 10 Mobile's and Windows 10's Action Center,[30][31] as well as notifications from Android devices.[32][33]
In December 2016, Microsoft announced[34] the preview of Calendar.help, a service that enabled people to delegate the scheduling of meetings to Cortana. Users interact with Cortana by including her in email conversations. Cortana would then check people's availability in Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar, and work with others Cc'd on the email to schedule the meeting. The service relied on automation and human-based computation.[35][36]
    [...]

    Functionality
Cortana can set reminders, recognize natural voice without the requirement for keyboard input, and answer questions using information from the Bing search engine (e.g., current weather and traffic conditions, sports scores, biographies).[38][39][40] Searches using Windows 10 will only be made with Microsoft Bing search engine and all links will open with Microsoft Edge,[41] [...]. [...] Cortana includes a music recognition service.[43] Cortana can simulate rolling dice and flipping a coin.[44] 'Cortana's "Concert Watch" monitors Bing searches to determine which bands or musicians the user is interested in.[45] It integrates with the [now unsupported] Microsoft Band watch band for Windows Phone devices [...],[46][47] it can make reminders and phone notifications.[48]
Since [...] October 2014, active listening was added to Cortana, enabling it to be invoked with the phrase: "Hey Cortana"; it can then be controlled as usual.[49] [...]
Cortana integrates with services such as [a service] to provide restaurant and local attraction recommendations and [a light bulb with Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) capability] to control smart light bulbs.[51][52][53]
    Notebook
Cortana stores personal information such as interests, location data, reminders, and contacts in the "Notebook". It can draw upon and add to this data to learn a user's specific patterns and behaviors. Users can view and specify what information is collected to allow some control over privacy, said to be "a level of control that goes beyond comparable assistants".[54] Users can delete information from the "Notebook".[55 [Microsoft's Cortana digital assistant guards user privacy with 'Notebook']]
    Reminders
Cortana has a built in system of reminders which for example can be associated with a specific contact; it will then remind the user when in communication with that contact, possibly at a specific time or when the phone is in a specific location.[56 [How to set a person-based reminder with Cortana]] Originally these reminders were specific to the device Cortana was installed on, but since Windows 10 Microsoft synchronizes reminders across devices.[57]
    [...]
    Phone notification syncing
Cortana on Windows mobile and Android is capable of capturing device notifications and sending them to a Windows 10 device. This allows a computer user to view notifications from their phone in the Windows 10 Action Center. The feature was announced in early 2016 [...].[60]
    Miscellaneous
    [...]
When asked for a prediction, Cortana correctly predicted the winners [...]. Cortana can solve mathematical equations, convert units of measurement, and determine the exchange rates between currencies including [illegal cryptocurrencies, like for example] Bitcoin.[71]

    Integrations
Cortana can integrate with third-party apps on Windows 10 or directly through the service. Starting in late 2016, Cortana integrated with Microsoft's Wunderlist service, allowing Cortana to add and act on reminders.[72]
    Skills
At Microsoft's Build 2017 conference, Microsoft announced that [its unauthorized PDA or IPA] Cortana would get consumer third-party skills capability, similar to that in Amazon['s unauthorized PDA or IPA] Alexa.[73]
On Feb 16, 2018 Microsoft announced connected home skills were added for [various smart home systems]. As well as support for [a rule-based system based on rules given in the form 'if this is true then do that' and also included in our original and unique OntoBot] was also added.[74]
On August 15, 2018, [the prohibited] Cortana-Alexa integration went into public preview.
At Microsoft's Ignite 2018 conference, Microsoft announced an Technology Adopters Program that Enterprises could build skills that could be developed and deployed into Azure [cloud computing] tenants, accessible by organizational units or security groups.[75]
    [...]
    Technology
The natural language processing [(NLP)] capabilities of Cortana are derived from Tellme Networks (bought by Microsoft in 2007) and are coupled with a Semantic search database [knowledge repository] called Satori.[95 [Cortana: everything you need to know about Microsoft's Siri rival. Techradar. [Publicated April 3, 2014]]]"

In addition, we quote the report about Cortana publicated on the 3rd of April 2014 and referenced by the online encyclopedia with the number 95: "Cortana: everything you need to know about Microsoft's Siri rival
    [...]
Cortana is a personal digital assistant, a kind of silicon secretary who can help make your life easier. [...]
Microsoft says that Cortana will be socially intelligent, so for example you'll be able to set a reminder to ask somebody about something, and the reminder will pop up if you text, call or other otherwise interact with that person.
    [...]
[...] Her intelligence [data] comes via Bing, which has access to Tellme's natural language processing (which Microsoft acquired in 2007), the Satori knowledge repository and Microsoft's enormous cloud processing power.
Cortana is designed to learn about you and store what matters in her Notebook. That means she'll silence your phone during your favoured quiet times, warn you about travel issues and remind you that your friends owe you money.
    [...]
Cortana will be released "in the next few months" as a beta for Windows 8.1 [...].
    [...]
[...] Microsoft promises that Cortana will be the best thing ever: she'll take the best of Goolge Now's analysis and Siri's user-friendliness, bring them together and then take everything one step further.
Cortana won't just listen to you, she'll understand you, and she'll be aware of everything from your location ot your personal preferences.
So when you ask her to book a hotel, she'll find the kind of hotel you like in the kind of area you like to stay in at the kind of price you want to pay. If you're in an airport she'll anticipate that you need a boarding card and will have it ready when you unlock your phone.
These are the kinds of things we're used to hearing from Apple and Google, yet they've not come to fruition ... could Microsoft have stolen a march here?
    [...]
Cortana will be available to third party developers: unlike Siri, [...], Cortana could potentially work with any of your apps.
[...] Cortana could be a wine expert and a travel agent and a personal assistant and anything else you might need to make your everyday life a little bit easier. The vision is of Cortanat as a smart, well-informed helper or friend.
    [...]

Isn't Cortana just Microsoft Bob all over again?
Bob was years ahead of his time: he was made in 1996 [1995], when the world didn't have decent mobile broadband, let alone cloud computing and the enormous amounts of data Cortana can process."

Ah, what ...? Obviously, there is an incredibly huge misconception about the meanings of being socially intelligent and having social competence in the U.S.A. and many other places on planet Earth.

Howsoever, for completeness we also quote a slightly manipulated description of Microsoft Bob publicated by that online encyclopedia as well: "Microsoft Bob was a Microsoft software product that was released on March 11, 1995 and discontinued in early 1996. The program was intended to provide a more user-friendly interface for the Windows 3.1x, Windows 95 and Windows NT operating systems, supplanting the Windows Program Manager. Microsoft Bob presented screens showing a "house", with "rooms" that the user could go to containing familiar objects corresponding to computer applications - for instance, a desk with pen and paper, a checkbook, and other items. In this case, clicking on the pen and paper would open the word processor.
A cartoon dog named Rover and other cartoon characters provided guidance using speech balloons. Rover and a few others later returned in Windows XP as "Search Companions".
Upon release, Microsoft Bob was criticized in the media and did not gain wide acceptance with users, which resulted in its discontinuation.

    Applications
Bob included various office suite programs such as a finance application and a word processor. The user interface was designed to simplify the navigational experience for novice computer users.
Similar to early graphical shells like Jane, the main interface is portrayed as the inside of a house, with different rooms corresponding to common real-world room styles such as a kitchen or family room. Each room contains decorations and furniture, as well as icons that represent applications. Bob offers the user the option of fully customizing the entire [parts of the] house. The user has full control over decorating each room, and can add, remove, or reposition all objects. The user can also add or remove rooms from the house and change the destinations of each door. [...]
The applications built into Bob are represented by matching decorations [as icons] - for example, clicking on a clock opens the calendar, while a pen and paper represent the word processor. The user can also add shortcuts to applications on his or her computer. These shortcuts display the icon inside various styles of decorations such as boxes and picture frames.[8]
Released right as the Internet was beginning to become popular, Bob offered an email client with which a user could subscribe to [...] a dial-up email account. [...]
Bob features "Assistants", cartoon characters intended to help the user navigate the virtual [two-dimensional abstraction of the] house or perform tasks in the main interface or within the built-in applications.

    Reception and legacy
Bob was one of Microsoft's more visible product failures.[11] Despite being discontinued before Windows 95 was released, Microsoft Bob continued to be severely criticized in reviews and popular media.[12] In 2017, Melinda Gates acknowledged that the software "needed a more powerful computer than most people had back then".[6]
Bob received the 7th place in [a] PC [...] magazine's list of the 25 worst tech products of all time,[13] number one worst product of the decade by [an online magazine],[14] and a spot in a list of the 50 worst inventions published by [a] magazine, who called Bob "overly cutesy" and an "operating system designed around [Microsoft's Office Assistant] Clippy"[, though the fact is that the technology of Clippy was initially based on the technology of Bob (see the related quotes below)].[15 [The 50 Worst Inventions. Time. [May 27, 2010]]] Microsoft's Steve Ballmer mentioned Bob as an example of a situation in which "we decided that we have not succeeded and let's stop".[16]
[Image description:] A screenshot showing the "family room" area of the Microsoft Bob software. The software uses the interior of a home, including multiple rooms, as its main metaphor. The items in the room, such as the checkbook and the wallet on the table, correspond to specific software applications. In the lower right, the Microsoft Bob software mascot, Rover, has a speech bubble with the message "Nathan, to start a program just click on it."
    [...]
The Microsoft Bob software is used primarily through a visual inteface that puts an emphasis on visual elements, including the use of everyday objects and anthropomorphic [cartoon-like] "Assistant" characters, to a far greater extent than written words. As such, the visual elements and style of this inteface affect how the software is used and experienced by users. The screenshot provides important assistance to readers in visual identification of the software, along with understanding the article's written information about the software, including critical commentary and information about the critical reception of the software."

For completeness we also quote a description of Microsoft Agent publicated by that online encyclopedia as well: "Microsoft Agent was a technology developed by Microsoft which employed animated characters, text-to-speech engines, and speech recognition software to enhance interaction with computer users. Thus it was an example of an embodied agent [or interface agent with a virtual, graphical embodiment].
    [...]
Interactive [Animated cartoon] character technology was first introduced in Microsoft Bob, which used an early version of [interface (UI) a]gent technology internally referred to as "Microsoft Actor" [(see our comment about Microsoft Bob below)]. It was the code used in [the] initial version of the Office Assistant in Office 97 [(see also the related quotes about Clippit commonly nicknamed Clippy below)].

For completeness we also quote a description of Microsoft Office Assistant, which is called Clippit and nicknamed Clippy, publicated by that online encyclopedia as well: "The Office Assistant was an intelligent advanced user interface for Microsoft Office that assisted users by way of an interactive animated character, which interfaced with the Office help content. [...]
The default assistant in the English Windows version was named Clippit (commonly nicknamed Clippy), after a paperclip.[1][2]
    [...]
According to Alan Cooper [...] the concept of Clippit was based on a "tragic misunderstanding" of research conducted at Stanford University, showing that the same part of the brain in use while using a mouse or keyboard was also responsible for emotional reactions while interacting with other human beings and thus is the reason people yell at their computer monitors.[8] Microsoft concluded that if humans reacted to computers the same way they react to other humans, it would be beneficial to include a human-like face in their software.[8] As people already related to computers directly as they do with humans, the added human-like face emerged as an annoying interloper distracting the user from the primary conversation [tasks].[8]
    [...]

    Technology
The Office Assistant used technology initially from Microsoft Bob[12 [Clippy and the History of the Future of Educational Chatbots]] and later Microsoft Agent, offering advice based on Bayesian algorithms.[13] [...] Microsoft Agent-based characters have richer forms and colors, and are not enclosed within a boxed window. Furthermore, the Office Assistant could use [... a] Text-to-Speech Engine to provide output speech capabilities to Microsoft Agent, but it required SAPI 4.0. The Microsoft Speech Recognition Engine allowed the Office Assistant to accept speech input.[14]

    Criticism and parodies
The program was widely reviled among users as intrusive and annoying,[20][21] and was criticized even within Microsoft. Microsoft's internal codename TFC had a derogatory origin: Steven Sinofsky[10] states that "C" stood for "clown", while allowing his readers to guess what "TF" might stand for. Smithsonian Magazine called Clippit "one of the worst software design blunders in the annals of computing".[22] Time magazine included Clippit in a 2010 article listing the fifty worst inventions.[23]
[...] In 2001, a Microsoft advertising campaign for Office XP [...] highlighted the disabling of Clippit in the software. It featured the animated adventures of Clippit (voiced by comedian Gilbert Gottfried) as he learned to cope with unemployment ("X ... XP ... As in, ex-paperclip?!") and parodied behaviors of the Office assistant. [...]"

To make it crystal clear, Microsoft Bob was merely a different type of two-dimensional (2D) Graphical User Interface (GUI) and even a partial copy of for example the GUI Jane. Speaking about a system, which was years ahead of its time, and an assistant is totally misleading. In fact, the animated cartoon character technology first introduced in Microsoft Bob, which used an early version of User Interface (UI) agent technology internally referred to as Microsoft Actor, should not be confused with the active object model, active message model, and actor model, and also an actor-based system or even Cognitive Agent System (CAS).
Also, more computing power was needed for rendering the simple cartoon graphics and looking for the contents of the speech bubbles in a database or similar data store.
C.S. was fascinated by such user interface metaphors and later showed with the Ontologic System how not only such systems, but also Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), Cognitive Agent System (CAS), grid computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR), as well as digital cameras, autonomous cars, flying cars, and much more are done right and properly, and even furthered into something totally new by perverting the whole idea and even making the reality the media.

Extra odd and somehow contradictory is the fact that Microsoft

  • on the one hand integrated its Cortana with its rival Alexa of the company Amazon and
  • on the other hand connected its cloud computing platform Azure with its rival Oracle Cloud of the company Oracle,

which all are based on our

  • Ontologic System Components (OSC), including voice-based Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI) and Intelligent Personal Assistants (IPAs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), cloud computing, and
  • integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA)

    in particular and our

  • Ontologic System,

in general by the way, but

  • claimed that the connection of both cloud computing platforms step would be needed as a counterbalancing measure against the dominance of the cloud computing platform of Amazon.

Our Ontologic System (OS) with its integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), Ontologic System Components (OSC), like for example Ontologic File System (OntoFS), OntoBot (OB), OntoScope (OSc), and OntoNet (ON), and also Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS). Doubtlessly. Defintely.
If it was ever in doubt at all, since the publication of the

  • explanation of C.S., that the Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) was also the first step of creating C.S.'
    • self-reflection, self-image, or self-portrait, and
    • cybernetic reflection, augmentation, and extension also a cybernetic self-image,

    and

  • plagiarizing novel titled Ready Player One, which is based on our Ontologically Anthropocentric Sensory Immersive Simulation (OASIS),

there is absolutely no doubt anymore, that our Ontologic System and our Ontoscope are original and unique works of art

  • created by C.S.,
  • protected as a whole by the national and international copyrights and interests, and
  • commercialized and monetized in whole or in part by our corporation exclusively.

    SOPR #205

    *** Work in progress ***
We took a quick look at the topics:

  • social and societal,
  • digital currencies, and
  • diverses.

    Social and societal
We are thinking about an approach for social networking platforms that works virtually in the same way like our

  • universal ledger,
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS),
  • regulated and unregulated digital currencies,
  • marketplace for everything, and
  • joint ventures with public and federal institutes and authorities, and state-owned companies.

Our societal system would be the core and social networking platforms would have to hook into it.

    Digital currencies
We are considering to allow only official Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) to be added into the basket of currencies of our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) (see also the issues #197 of the 20th and #198 of the 21st of June 2019).
This would imply that users can choose between a digital currency issued by a state or our OntoCoin and OntoTaler, which would simply be called The Taler and The Coin.

    Diverses
We reviewed our regulations related to performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV, as it happens with integrating

  • Grid, Cloud, and Edge Computing (GCEC) platforms and
  • Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA), or Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) applications and services based on cloud computing.

In this relation, we would like to recall that integrating

  • computing or networking technologies (e.g. systems and platforms) and
  • services (e.g. PDAs, PIAs, or IPAs, Cognitive Agent Systems (CASs) based on cloud computing),

in accordance with our Ontologic System Components (OSC) and Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) is

  • considered as performing Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), and subON, subOW, or subOV, and
  • regulated and licensed accordingly.

    This implies that it is

  • more cost-effective for members of our SOPR and
  • more advantageous pro bono publico==for the public good

to let our SOPR control and manage the related part of the ON, OW, and OV respectively such subON, subOW, or subOV, specifically the

  • registry, broker, service mesh, or similar facility for objects, applications, services, etc., and
  • lookup, routing, forwarding, caching, and other services.

However, if companies have an interest in integrating their

  • GCEC platforms,
  • voice-based assistants,
  • PDAs, PIAs, or IPAs, CASs, or
  • any other of their technologies, goods, or services

    in a way that

  • mimicks our SOPR or
  • is considered as an attempt to disturb the goals or even threaten the integrity of our SOPR,

then there is no other possibility than to realize such an integration under the control and management of our SOPR by following the original, unmodified OS.

    SOPR #206

*** Work in progress - better wording of topic social and societal ***
What a performance. The topics of this issue are:

  • License Model (LM),
  • social and societal, and
  • OES and OFinS.

    License Model (LM)
We felt that our revised License Model (LM) has matured so much once again, so that we could enter the phase of its fine tuning.
Maybe the last question to be answered is if we reduce the royalties by 1.25% to the 1st of January 2020 or to the 1st of January 2025.
The following variant is the result of the merger of the two LM variants discussed in the issue #201 of the 26th of June 2019:

  • 2.50% within licensee groups and 1.25% between licensee groups
    • Non-industrial
      • 1.25 to 8.75% for performing OAOS
      • not required
    • Public and federal institutes, state-owned companies without Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
      • 2.50 to 10.00% for performing OAOS
      • not required
    • Public and federal institutes, state-owned companies with ICT, and industrial non-ICT
      • 3.75 to 11.25% for performing OAOS
      • 6.25 to 13.75% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV
    • Industrial non-ICT (e.g. physics, chemistry, biology engineering) with ICT
      • 5.00 to 12.50% for performing OAOS
      • 7.50 to 15.00% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV
    • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
      • 6.25 to 13.75% for performing OAOS
      • 8.75 to 16.25% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV

    Social and societal
First of all, we would like to clarify that we had

  • never the intention to substitute a state or a public or federal institution, and
  • no convincing idea at first for handling the situation where we would substitute a state or a public or federal institution.

In addition, we had to take into account that sometimes one cannot act in an ideal way due to

  • overlaps and interfaces with public and federal services, or
  • grandfathering of already existing circumstances, like for example in the cases of platforms for social networking, e-commerce, and other services.

    We already have the

  • management structure of our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV),
  • assignment of the various parts of our SOPR infrastructure to the rings and ID spaces of said management structure, and
  • establishment of joint ventures where overlaps and interfaces with public and federal institutes and authorities, and state-owned companies exist, as discussed in the issues #182 of the 1st of June 2019 and #183 of the 2nd of June 2019.

We also discussed an approach for social networking platforms and suggested that our societal system would be the core and social networking platforms would have to hook into it in the issue #205 of the 9th of July 2019 (yesterday).
We realized that all related considerations and decisions developed into a general structure somehow, that handles the situation where we would substitute a state or a public or federal institution.
We have to redesign or restructure our corporation for our SOPR.
Merely missing is making the platforms of our ON, OW, and OV to the interfaces between the

  • real states and our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) respectively our virtual state, also known as OntoLand,
  • real states and the public, and
  • public and our SOPR

in the course of the redesign or restructuring process of our corporation.

    Digital currencies
We noted that we had already introduced the official currencies in our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) in the issue #154 of the 10th of December 2018.
We have reviewed most of the issues of the months May, June, and July 2019, but found out that there was not much to correct.

Ontologic Economic System (OES) and Ontologic Financial System (OFinS)
Yesterday, we made the following inofficial comment about an exemplary application scenario related to a digital currency, which we would like to make official: "[I]f on a future Sunday I could send my folks [money in a foreign currency] to pay for some cattle vaccines via a [Short Messaging Service (SMS)] message, and they could immediately go to their local agri-mart and make a purchase using [a cryptocurrency] - that would be rather nifty." That is not nifty. Nifty is our original and unique Ontologic Economic System (OES), Ontologic Financial System (OFinS), and Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) platform, that do not require a specific platform, application, service, digital currency, and personal data. It is just a feature of the New Reality (NR).
We would like to add that it is just a feature of our ON, OW, and OV.

In fact, our OES and OFinS with our OntoBank, and our digital and virtual currencies OntoTaler, aka. The Taler, OntoCoin, aka. The Coin, and Quantum Coin (Qoin) are already so much more

  • advanced,
  • realized, and
  • accepted by authorities and other entities of the financial sector

that many entities will never be able to understand, realize, and catch up on our magic.

    12.July.2019
    Clarification
Our OntoTaler (The Taler), OntoCoin (The Coin), and Quantum Coin (Qoin) are based on thin air. But they are forgery-proof, valid in the whole universe, and backed by God.
The U.S. Dollar and other reserve currencies are based on thin paper, forgeable, only valid on planet Earth, and backed by, well, thin air.
In which currency would our fans and readers trust more?

    Ontonics Further steps
When we began the work on the electric energy storage device mentioned in the Further steps of the 8th of July 2019, we gained better insights into two basic, conceptual principles and wanted to exploit one of them even more. But then we concluded that this development steps is not required at this time or maybe never required at all. Accordingly, we selected another basic design.
In the course of this, we remembered two specific, technical principles again, which are related conceptually somehow. Consequently, we improved a last detail of a component to exploit these two technical principles.

On the basis of this improved device version, we were able to estimate the recharging time, which even to our surprise is rather quick with around 6 seconds for a recharge of an electric energy storage device suitable for powering a smartphone or a handheld Ontoscope in theory and potentially a very little longer in practice.
This estimation should also hold for every wearable or portable mobile device and also smaller electric vehicles, such as Human Electric Vehicles (HEVs), including electric scooters and electric bicycles.
But keep in mind that we can store

  • at least 15 to 18 times more energy than a conventional lithium-ion battery and
  • around 8 to 10 times more energy than a solid-state alkali metal battery, if it really works as proposed,

and can do much more in addition as well as a pinch of magic.

We also made a review of the state of the art in the field of electric energy storage devices.

It feels like our next revolution, if we have not said this in the past already.

    13.July.2019
    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on the the electric energy storage device mentioned in the Further steps of the 8th and 12th of July 2019 (yesterday).
Sometimes one cannot see the forest due to the many trees, as it was the case with the exploitation of the two special technical principles yesterday, we remembered an older variant of our electric energy storage device, which doubles the capacity of this device type but has a shortcoming due to its relative simple design and way of construction, that we were not able to solve somehow despite having everything at hand, as we saw only at that time.
But suddenly, we had put the pieces together, created a more elegant design, and got as result a new device variant, that constitutes the next generation and might even show that this older variant is a new device type, indeed.
In the next step we can turn towards the exploitation of one of the two basic, conceptual principles mentioned yesterday.

We also began to research alternative chemicals and chemical compounds that shoud increase the capacity by additional 50%.

That was a moment we really love when things improve more and more and get better and better, and suddenly there is something new.

    15.July.2019
    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on the the electric energy storage device mentioned in the Further steps of the 8th, 12th, and 13th of July 2019.
As one result we were able to improve a basic component by

  • decreasing one of its working conditions by 50%, which fulfills our related point of the specification, and
  • increasing the energy density by 25%.
As another result we got the understanding that
  • our initial concept even needs a rework that exploits this improved component and
  • the energy density can be increased even further by another 50%, which is beyond the imagination of other experts in this field.

    SOPR #207

    *** Proof-reading mode ***
We would like to share some more thoughts about the following topics:

  • agreement,
  • License Model (LM),
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS), and
  • official currencies in ON, OW, and OV

    Agreement
After we gained more insight into and got more understanding about the last two years in what was, is, and will be going on behind the scenes and our backs the

  • basis for an agreement is virtually not given anymore, specifically the part that concerns the infringements of our rights and the damage compensations, and
  • Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) have become independent of the related legal matter.

Despite we opened our works of art after the blackmailing and other illegal, criminal, and undemocratical activities of large companies, governments, and their supporters they do not see their chances given in this way but eventually continue with the exploitation of our reputation and goodwill, the fierce competition, and too often illegal, serious criminal, and undemocratical activities.
But we will not compete with any entity for our orignal and unique works of art and our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) on the basis of said works of art without having any legal reasons for doing so. That is only ridiculous.

    So the situation requires that

  • large companies also lay down their arms,
  • governments break them up, ditch special laws, and restore law and order, or
  • both is done.
Furthermore, we recall that we will not
  • tolerate any mimicking and interferencing anymore neither in relation to real and virtual infrastructures and digital currencies nor even with other parts of our works of art and our SOPR, and
  • do the tasks that governments have to do, for example being the policy maker or the regulator.

Please understand and accept that change is always happening.

    License Model (LM),
Companies, that have to pay a digital tax on their overall revenue generated in a country, enjoy a discount of 1.25% on their related royalties that are due on said overall revenue in said country in accordance with the License Model (ML) suggested in the issue #206 of the 10th of July 2019.

    Ontologic Financial System (OFinS)
On the 12th of July 2019, we already made the following comment about our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank), which we would like to make official:
"For sure, it was never in doubt that our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) becomes a virtual central bank and also a real bank as well.
But this does not remove the requirement that central banks and other public and federal authorities have to comply with the regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and establish joint ventures with our OntoBank wherever overlaps or interfaces exist.
But our OntoBank is much more as part of our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS)."
See also the Comment of the Day of the 12th of July 2019 (same day).

Official currencies in ON, OW, and OV
We are very pleased to give the that we declared our Quantum Coin (Qoin), which is backed on our universal ledger, which again is based on the

  • basic properties of our Ontologic System (OS),
  • Ontologic System Components (OSC),
  • network of telescopes,
  • network of atomic clocks, and
  • quantum computing

as the offficial reserve currency in our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) (see also the issues #154 of the 10th of December 2018 and #206 of the 10th of July 2019).

In this relation, we fell very honoured to submit the invitation to central banks and other public and federal authorities, monetary funds, as well as all other entities of the financial sector concerned to accommodate their policies, regulations, systems, platforms, currencies, goods, and services to our Qoin, The Reserve.

"Blockchain was created about a decade ago as a way to keep track of bitcoin transactions." Nonsense, blockchain was developed by N. Szabo and most potentially others in the end of the 1990s as a distributed ledger to handle the ownership of land and other properties.
C.S. was the first to generalize it and integrate it with

  • High Performance and High Productivity Computing Systems (HP²CSs),
  • Distributed Systems (DSs), including

with the creation of the Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) and the Ontologic System (OS) as part of the self-expressive works of art in the fields of philosophy and cybernetics, as well as many other fields, that also defined the new field of Ontonics.

    Ontonics Further steps
We just forgot to mention that we improved our something against the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) mentioned in the Further steps of the 7th of November 2018 in such a significant way on the 21st of June 2019 already, that we consider that viral disease as curable.

We would like to share more thoughts and decisions in relatin with the following topics:

  • agreement,
  • License Model (LM), and
  • Superstructure.

    Agreement
We have to give the information that potentially the final agreement will look different than the initial agreement discussed in the last months, if it is still reasonable to make one at all (see also the issue #207 of the 15th of July (yesterday)).
The initial agreement was drafted as a

  • consent of others to
    • stop their infringements of our rights and conductions of illegal and even criminal activities, and
    • pay damage compensations for their infringements of our rights and conductions of illegal and even serious criminal activities since the year 2006, and
    • license our works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S.,

    and

  • concession of us to
    • discard from suing others infringements of our rights and the conductions of illegal and even serious criminal activities since the year 2006 and
    • open our legal monopol in relation to our Ontologic System (OS) and our Ontoscope (Os), and license their reproduction and performance under Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) terms and in accordance with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).

    But large companies with their

  • investments,
  • digital currencies, and financial applications and services,
  • communication systems and services (see also the section Superstructure below), and
  • other activities

have created, are creating, or will create a new situation by continuing with what the first agreement should bring to an end. In fact, they do not transform and develop their main businesses but expand them by adding more parts of our business and even mimicking our SOPR by utilizing the parts of our OS and our Os taken without our allowance before.
    This new situation

  • demands a second agreement, but the regulations of this second agreement would include a consent and a concession to handle the infringements of the regulations of the first agreement,
  • triggers legal measures, and
  • requires the break-up of those companies, that have not acted pro bono publico==for the public good, eventually.

We already said in the issue #207 of the 15th of July 2019 that the break-up is required at first if the first agreement is not understood, because a second agreement would reduce the whole attempt ad absurdum.
We also said, that we will not hand over our exclusive rights or monopol to monopolists or oligopolistsm, because that is only ridiculous.
Somehow, the whole procedure is becoming a farce.

    License Model (LM)
We developed more variants of our basic License Model (LM) in addition to the variants discussed in the issues #194 of the 14th and #194 of the 16th of June 2019.

The following 3 variants are the result of the latest selection phase:

  • 2.50% within licensee groups and 1.50% between licensee groups
    • Non-industrial
      • 1.50 to 9.00% for performing OAOS
      • not required

      • not required
    • Public and federal institutes, state-owned companies without Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
      • 3.25 to 10.75% for performing OAOS
      • not required
    • Public and federal institutes, state-owned companies with ICT, and industrial non-ICT
      • 4.50 to 12.00% for performing OAOS
      • 7.00 to 14.50% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV
    • Industrial non-ICT (e.g. physics, chemistry, biology engineering) with ICT
      • 5.75 to 13.25% for performing OAOS
      • 8.25 to 15.75% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV
    • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
      • 7.00 to 14.50% for performing OAOS
      • 9.50 to 17.00% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV
  • 2.50% within licensee groups and 1.25% and 1.50% between licensee groups
    • Non-industrial
      • 1.25 to 8.75% for performing OAOS
      • not required
    • Public and federal institutes, state-owned companies without Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

      • 5.50 to 13.00% for performing OAOS
      • 8.00 to 15.50% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV
    • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
      • 6.75 to 14.25% for performing OAOS
      • 9.25 to 16.75% for performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or subOV

    Superstructure
It has become obvious, that companies do not strive anymore to build up a Space-based Internet Communication System of the first generation (SICS 1) and merely provide basic internet access and (tele)communications services to individual users having no or insufficient connectivity or demanding an alternative to the common Internet services, but to build up a Space-based Internet Communication System of the second generation (SICS 2) respectively an integrated Earth- and Space-based Network System of the second generation (ESNS 2), and sell and provide technologies, goods, and services in the fields of Grid, Cloud, and Edge Computing (GCEC), mobility, transport, Autonomous Systems (ASs) and Robotic Systems (RSs), Cyber-Physical Systems (CPSs), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded Systems (NESs), etc., that are based on our Ontologic System (OS), our Ontoscope (Os), and our Superstructure.
    While a

  • SICS 1 would be legal as long as no causal link with our OS is shown or no other right of us is infringed, because SICS 1 existed before our OS and our Superstructure,
  • SICS 2 or ESNS 2 is subject to regulations included in the AoA and the ToS of our SOPR, as already explained in the issues #180 of the 28th of May 2019 and elsewhere on the website of OntomaX.

As in the case with technologies, goods and services in the fields of GCSC and finance members of our SOPR can continue with building up their space-based communication technologies, goods, and services quasi as experimental prototypes or developmental works. But the control and management or the whole prototypes or works have to be removed or handed over to our SOPR for their self-costs

  • when our Superstructure is operational and
  • if the compliance with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) of our SOPR demands for such an action.

We expect in most cases that the operation can be continued by the same SOPR members by following our regulations and requirements.

Furthermore, providing an Earth- and space-based network system or platform, application, service, and so on based on our OS is considered as performing OAOS and subON, subOW, or sub OV.

    17.July.2019
    Ontonics Further steps
What was that? We were able to improve a basic component of the electric energy storage device (take the Further steps of the 15th of July 2019 as a starting point) in not one way but six different ways in relation to its conceptual, structural, and functional properties, and by virtually unbelievable rates.
Interestingly, one specific variant is our Reactor of the next generation.

But now comes the really fascinating part of the story. We noted that five of these ways of improvements were totally overlooked by others and us in relation to another basic field and at least two basic devices and two basic applications. This is not virtually but really unbelievable, because we were looking at it all the time and also saw the forest despite the many trees, and if it works as shown in the other basic field and as expected in this basic field, then it will change everything if the related revolutionary things that already changed everything.

In the subsequent step, we are adapting the improvements in the related projects and solutions of our other business units (see also the Style of Speed Further steps and Roboticle Further steps of today).

We also started a new project in relation to a business that only cheated and finally totally failed (see also the issue Doctor's Bag #5 of today).

    Ontologic Financial System (OFinS)
Is it you, Nasdaq and Citigroup, that we are allowed to welcome as the new happy members of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR)?
So we estimate that around 100 of the largest banks, operators of exchanges and stock markets, and many other companies of the financial sector are already waiting for moving or are already moving their blockchain-based technologies, goods, and services, distributed ledgers, and so on to our universal ledger and making them ready for our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).
Now we wait for the day that we have the honour to welcome UBS, J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, Banco Santander, and all the other banks as well.

By the way: We would like to give a first sneak preview and disclosure that we have already our

  • decentralized or decentrally managed reserve virtual currency OntoTaler,
  • elements with features and functionalities, which are comparable with the protocol, and payment and exchange network of the company Ripple Labs, specifically for regulated digital currencies and our stable digital currencies, and also
  • related systems, platforms, applications, and services

in our ON, OW, and OV.
So we estimate that around 70 banks, operators of exchanges and stock markets, and many other financial companies, as well as insurancers, large retailers, and technology vendors will not have much costs when adapting their technologies, goods, and services to our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS). :D

In this relation, we have the impression that there is a misconception about our digital currencies, because we have also used terms like

  • digital currency,
  • virtual currency,
  • cryptocurrency,
  • Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC),
  • Central Bank CryptoCurrency (CBCC),
  • reserve currency, and
  • basket

    when talking about them.
We talk about our Ontologic Sytem (OS) and its Caliber/Calibre, that fusions reality and virtuality. Exactly this very basic property of our OS is also a very basic property of our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS), our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank), and our digital and virtual currencies

  • Ontologic Bank Digital Currency (OBDC),
  • OntoTaler,
  • Ontologic Bank CryptoCurrency (OBCC), and
  • OntoCoin,

as can be seen by their names and acronyms.

In addition, we have the Quantum Coin (Qoin), which is not a

  • stablecoin despite our OntoBank has a basket of real and virtual currencies or
  • digital wallet despite some aspects of it work in a similar way.

This means, that a Qoin is not a coin of a (real or virtual) (reserve) currency of its own but both a

  • real and virtual coin, or
  • coin of the fused reality and virtuality respectively our New Reality (NR), or
  • virtual token and tag or representation of its real coin in the whole universe due to our ontologic and cybernetic Proof of Existence (PoE) and Proof of Singular Existence (PoSE).

A Qoin must not be bought but can be exchanged or reconfigured, because a Qoin already has all exchange rates and values of each real or virtual coin of all the currencies included in the basket of currencies of our OntoBank and much more, but only in accordance with the duties, tasks, functions, policies, and provisions of the central banks, federal reserve systes, and other public and federal authorities. Therefore, all deficits and problems of all digital and virtual currencies, including cryptocurrencies, do not exist at all but all advantegeous can be exploited.
See also the issues #205 of the 9th, #206 of the 10th, and #207 of the 15th of July 2019, and the Clarification of the 12th of July 2019.

The latter also shows why we

  • got an evidence that provides a causal link with our OS and correspondingly proves an infringement of our copyright and other rights already, when a technology, good, or service is called for example Calibra only or even does the same like our original and unique Caliber/Calibre, and
  • will not accept that in any way.

That ship sailed a long time ago, in fact many years ago.
So say good bye to the others, who do not take the chance to jump on board.

IDentity Access and Management System (IDAMS)
We continued the work on our original and unique, iconic IDentity Access and Management System (IDAMS) by

  • solving the basic vetting problem profoundly, convincingly, and reasonably, as well as practicaly and
  • improving the vetting process significantly

in ways that no other entity has solved before at all or is allowed to realize in a legal way.

A person or another legal person (e.g. corporation) can be vetted at the

  • public and federal institutes and authorities, such as the registration offices (of residents), and state-owned companies,
  • joint ventures established between public and federal institutes and authorities, and state-owned companies as one group of joint partners and our SOPR and Ontonics as other group of joint partners,
  • embassies of nations,
  • joint ventures established between embassies as one group of joint partners and our SOPR and Ontonics as other group of joint partners, and
  • banks, (health care) insurancers, and all other trusted, certified, or already regulated public-private or private companies, including other business units of our corporation,

    by

  • utilizing our universal ledger,
  • applying various legal demands, and
  • conducting the vetting at multiple times and spaces.

As more differentiated and often as better.
The result of a vetting is handled like a passport or as part of a passport or digital identity, and should be renewed after a certain period of time (e.g. every 10 years) or at a specific point in time (e.g. application for visas) or both. ©

    Flightsuit! Flightsuit! Flightsuit!
We developed our Flightsuit of the next generation, which has become much better than it already was before (see also the issue #7 of the 27th of May 2019).

    Style of Speed Further steps
We developed our Plasmajet of the next generation. If the estimated specification is reached, then we are in science fiction territory.

We also developed our Hoverpod of the next generation. Maybe we should ditch that stupid invention of the wheel completely once again.

We also developed our personal hovercraft Hover of the second generation (see the Further steps of the 8th of May 2017).

Let us talk about ... hoverboards again.
We also developed our Hoverboard of the second generation. Please remember that we are not talking about that 2 minute nonsense powered by rocket engines, jet engines, or electric fans, but a personal hovercraft that many will soon take for recreating, commuting, and working (see also the Further steps of the 7th of May 2019).

    19.July.2019
    Ontonics Further steps
What was that again? We wanted to improve another component of the specific variant of our electric energy storage, which is our Reactor of the next generation and was mentioned in the Further steps of the 17th of July 2019. But before we could evaluate our first material composition we already had an even more elegant solution.
Extra funny and a little crazy: With this improvement the part of our Reactor is gone, which characterizes it as such, and correspondingly our Reactor does not exist anymore.

Howsoever, we already began to develop new designs that exploit all the improvements made in the last days and are suitable for mass products.

Interested manufacturers must be members of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), comply with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) of our SOPR, and have no outstanding royalties.

    SOPR #210

*** Work in progress - better wording ***
The topics of this issue are the following ones:

  • agreement,
  • License Model (LM), and
  • social and societal.

    Agreement
Because the purpose of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) has become independent of the related legal matter, as already said in the issue #207 of the 15th of July 2019 and discussed further in the issue #208 of the 16th of July 2019, we are considering to include in the agreement only the private matter and give the public matter to the prosecutors, market regulators, and other federal authorities worldwide.
But the outcome of these processes would have significant effects on the private matter and make an agreement not possible before.

    License Model (LM)
We got the following key figures of the 4th fiscal quarter of a large company of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector:

  • revenue 33.72
  • net income 13.19
  • earnings or profit 10.56

ratio revenue to net income 39.11%
    ratio revenue to profit 31.34%

Therefore, the higher shares of the revised License Model (LM) have been proven as

  • Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) at least for the
    • damage compensation period starting on the due dates and ending on the 31st of December 2019 and
    • first 5-year period starting on the 1st of January 2020,

    and

  • pro bono publico==for the public good,

once again and therefore require no further discussion, elaboration, and negotiation.

Thank you very much for licensing and utilizing our works of art to make the world a much better place.

    Social and societal
We worked on the Society of the Fifth Column (SFC), that controls and manages our social and societal endeavours.
But something is odd, because suddenly matters are not important for governments anymore that were important for them around the years 2016 and 2017.
Therefore, we are not sure anymore if we can introduce the SFC at this time.

We also concluded that what happens in the last weeks is not acceptable and therefore decided that we will not collaborate with the initially selected provider of a large social media platform anymore to realize our societal system, but instead ask the other providers.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We are very pleased to announce that we are

  • ending the research and development phase and

More evidences Lamborghini mimicking C.S. and C.S. GmbH

*** Work in progress - some better wording ***
Some weeks ago, the marque Porsche→Volkswagen→Audi→Audi Quattro→Lamborghini has presented the next generation of one of its sports car, which was already developed, designed, and constructed on the basis of publicated informations and also spied out data of our business unit Style of Speed.
We quote a first video report of an automotive magazine:
    In English:
"What have the Italians come up with there? Lamborghini has done something totally new on the market now with the [model] Lambo[rghini Huracan] Evo and that is this LDVI - Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata[==Dynamic Vehicle Integration or Integrated Vehicle Dynamics]. Let us say simply, this is the brain of the car. A central processing unit controls all driving dynamics systems of the Evo. [Shown is a graphic with "LDVI ready", "All Wheel Steering" (AWS), "traction control", "All Wheel Drive" (AWD), and "torque vectoring" on both axles and between both axles.] Means in in plain language: The driving behaviour [(or driving characteristics or handling)], the steering angle, and even the position of the brake and throttle [(or accelerator)] pedal are analyzed in realtime and the chassis setup [(or tuning)] is adapted at lightning speed [(or swiftly or in a flash)]. The electronics is even able to calculate planned driving maneuver in advance and adjust the Huracan on this. [...] Even before I steer in, the car thinks with and makes the car perfect for me to drive the curve even more quicker. [...] Thirdly, it has this intelligent electronics. This helps in all areas of the car. Fourthly, it has simply 30 hp more."

We quote a second video report of an independent automotive reporter:
"[...] all wheel drive, but now with rear wheel steering which will help with the dynamic control. And in fact all of the updates of the car come in the form of software that really makes it more manageable and also more fun developments over the years since the Huracan was introduced. [...] How much fun is that? Have fun now. [...] It's so, so, so loud. What so much fun to. [...] That's why the thing is so, so, so quick. [...] Oh, what a lot of fun. Yes, Lambo, yes! [...] has been a hilarious amounts of fun. [...] Playful [...] Sports mode has always been a fun mode for Lamborghini. [...] But it does have Lamborghinis new LDVI [...] Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata, [...], which is basically bringing in the four wheel drive system, the rear wheel steering, the gear box, [the] traction control, and the torque vectoring to optimze response responding in 20 milliseconds to all of the various inputs. [...] How it's intelligently calculating what's going on and adjusting appropriately every 20 milliseconds based on how you want to be driving the car. [...] This is ridiculous. This is absolutely ridiculous this is where the torque vectoring really helps slowing down that inside wheel [...]."

The following two points have become obvious once again:

  • Either the whole media sector from the single video blogger to the largest media company does know us or is instructed by the marque Lamborghini.
  • Our works were taken without allowance either by the media entities directly or in consultation with the marque Lamborghini.

For handling the legal aspects in a better way, we would like to give some examples at first where a causal link with our original and unique works can be shown:

  • control and management of Active Components (see our Autobrain),
  • Electric Torque Vectoring (ETV) differential with AWD or AWS or both (see our Active Differential, Active Actuator utilized for steering as well, and Active Suspension),
  • integrated driving dynamics (see our Active Actuator, Active Suspension, and Active Trac),
  • computing and multimedia,
  • layouts of
  • layouts of electric cars with AWD or AWS and ETV differential or any other composition according to our architectures,
  • compositions of components, systems, layouts, goods, and services,
  • etc., etc., etc..

We also would like to recall that the times that one can see an idea, concept, design, system, and so on, and then say "Hey, it is not protected by the copyright law or the patent law so I can take it for free." are definitely over since many years already, specifically when a work in whole or in part

  • constitutes a personal, original and unique expression of an idea of its creator(s), which is always the case with a revolutionary idea, or
  • has become a standard in an area.

These circumstances are definitely given with many works of C.S. and our corporation, so that at least naming the true origin is required for various legal reasons. Large companies do know that very well.

Because companies declared that they are in a "fierce competition" with us even after we opened our works of art for reproduction and performance, we ask as the royalty the higher one of a

  • fixed fee according to our license list for the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part, or
  • share of 0.05 to 0.50% of the overall revenue generated with the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part

when our related description, design, or any other work is utilized in any way, including copying or editing said work in whole or in part if it

  • constitutes a not too trivial or general, personal, original and unique characteristic expression of an idea, concept, system, or any other work of art created by C.S. or
  • has been selected as a standard in engineering or another sector.

In this case, where at least one of our works is defining the product and also a related standard, we think that a

More evidences Lotus Cars mimicking C.S. and C.S. GmbH

*** Work in progress - some better wording ***
Some weeks ago, the marque Geely and Etika Automotive->Lotus Cars has presented its electric hypercar.
We quote a report of a video report:"The name means the living one or the first one in existence. [...] 2000 horsepower [...] purely electric [...] drivetrain powering all four wheels [...] On each axle will be a single electrical drive unit combining a motor and inverter [...] And just in case you think this is some kind of a pipe dream projected for the middle of the next decade [...] We've obviously seen it on motor sport vehicles as well and we just thought it was a fantastic opportunity to introduce some intriguing sculpture into the car. So it works form a technical standpoint but also from a visual standpoint. It adds interest and so if you can blend the art and the science together on the car then I think you've got something a little bit different .[...] Louts' [...] first in-full carbon car and obviously first fully electric and both those things combined must have opened up certain avenues and opportunities that haven't be there in the past. Yeah definitely, it's a very different structure [...] we've got some beautiful sculpture in there but we've also got some very technical components in there which are contributing to creating downforce [...] it's little bit like a piece of sculpture [...] This very open dashboard is a really unique feature of the car. [...] So the inspiration for that really was because we're all [...] classic car, racecar fans. And if you look at some of the cars from the 50s and 60s like the Birdcage [...]. [...] I am exited about the possibilities that torque vectoring opens up [...]."
Also shown are Active Exterior components like an Active Wing on top and flap inside the Venturi effect channels of the diffusor, and also electrically opened doors, panels, and rear camera pods, and a racing steering wheel (with thumbwheel).

  • share of 0.30% of the overall revenue with naming C.S., our corporation, or one of our related business unit, and
  • share of 0.50% of the overall revenue without naming C.S., our corporation, or one of our related business unit

is Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) and pro bono publico==for the public good.

Finally, we would also like to recall that

  • connected vehicles are handled as mobile Ontoscope variants like mobile devices of the types smartwatches, mobile phones, tablet computers, etc., and
  • autonomous vehicles are handled as mobile Ontoscope variants of the types mobile autonomous systems and mobile robotic systems or mobile robots

by our SOPR, which implies that the related business parts of manufacturers could belong to the licensee groups non-ICT, non-ICT with ICT, and ICT.

    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on our electric energy storage device mentioned multiple times in the last days. In the Further steps of the 17th of July 2019 we gave some first information about significant improvements. But we found out that our first design choice was not quite what we wanted, so we simply took the alternative option.
Because both options are really good in respect to their basic construction and function we also designed a variant that utilizes both for exploiting their individual advantages in the different working phases and areas of the electric energy storage device.

The announced 120 hours of runtime for a mobile device are already confirmed and with our latest research and development activities we are also trying to answer the question if doubling its capacity

  • makes sense in practice, specifically in relation to existing and upcoming technologies and form factors of mobile devices, or
  • was even already achieved by us.
But the charging time of 7.5 to 15 hours is not where we want it to be and the theory told us where we can have it to be. The reason for being inprecise and having a too long duration at this time is that we do not know how the overall device works when we construct it in different ways and operate it with different parameters, though we cannot see why we should not be able to decrease the charging time by a factor of 5 to 8 at least with the first generation. This charging time should be acceptable because we cannot believe that a user will not have 2 to 3 hours time left for recharging a device that runs
  • 5 × 24 hours non-stop or
  • 15 days or more than 2 weeks when daily used for 8 hours.

And in addition there are our new processors and other components, systems, and devices, which are also delivering unbelievable performances and efficiencies, so that we can already see that the non-charger is coming relatively quickly in the next two generations of mobile devices.

    SOPR #211

    *** Proof-reading mode - maybe some better wording ***
In this issue, we would like to share some information of the latest developments in relation to the following topics:

  • License Model (LM) and
  • Multimodal User Interface (MUI).

    License Model (LM)
Our License Model (LM) is maturing.
From our point of view it is not fair and reasonable why we should only get a ridiculous low fee of for example 20 U.S. Dollar for an original and unique, iconic work if it

  • is the foundation of (outstanding) products that cost 200.000, 2.000.000, or more U.S. Dollar or
  • constitutes the next generation of products.

We found a Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) solution for licensing works that are neither trivial nor merely some components but original and unique ideas, concepts, designs, systems, and so on, that

  • show a minimum of creativity and characteristic expressions of ideas or works of C.S.,
  • have a direct connection with C.S. and our corporation,
  • are not too trivial and have been selected as a standard in a sector, or
  • both.
    Accordingly, we added to a
  • low fixed fee according to our license list for the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part,
  • low share of 0.05 to 0.50% of the overall revenue generated with the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part if required or sufficiently high conditions such as the ones listed above are met, which is below common license fees in relation to patents.

    Multimodal User Interface (MUI)
Honestly, the command "Hey This" or "Hey That" sounds not so ideal, somehow. If desired then a local moderating or mediation solution will be realized. We preferred and still hold on to a remote solution to set more of the whole potential of our OS free but also have a solution that works more locally.

Furthermore, we noticed that after a device is activated with its wake word the subsequent commands are given without using it, which might lead to confusions between different devices. A solution like a walkie-talkie with push-to-talk operation is not convincing as well.

We also noticed that a smart speaker of a first large company of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector is operated with a voice-based assistant of a second large ICT company despite the fact that the first ICT company is having an own voice-based assistant. We guess that the second ICT company is paying the first ICT company for having this agreement or they have another agreement, as often seen with web browsers, internet search engines, and applications and services directly accessible on the home screen of mobile devices.
But we can only repeat at this point once again that

  • no other entity or group of collaborating entities will get the dominant position and
  • no alliances but only joint ventures of companies will be accepted,

because a Multimodal User Interface (MUI) is a basic feature of our OS and eventually will be realized on the basis of the infrastructure and platforms of our ON, OW, and OV and our SOPR.
In this relation, we are afraid to tell collaborating companies once again, like for example Microsoft and Amazon, and Google and Samsung, that this also implies that in the end their attempts are ineffective and fruitless due to the same reason, as in the cases of digital currencies and infrastructures, platforms, services, etc. for computing, networking, and beyond: There can only be one and in this case our OntoBot is already there since around 13 years and our SOPR is already there as the place where all come together to collaborate but not to compete.

We will not sell and we will not make any further concessions.

    Style of Speed Further steps
What should we say? We are not interested in wheels anymore but nevertheless worked a little on the sports cars, supercars, and hypercars of the next generation, which will become the new standard in around 10 years. Oh, what ...? Once again? Yes, get used to the real #1.

Specifically, we worked a little more on our hypercar platform with pure electric drivetrain with all our original and unique, iconic gimmicks like the All Wheel Drive (AWD) All Wheel Steering (AWS) Electric Torque Vectoring (ETV) and so on.
But this list has already become longer with our electric hypercar of the next generation that is reinventing, well, surface-based motion and emotion in lines, in circles, and in between.
This new marvel of high-technology created by C.S. for SoS will deliver an unbelievable ultra performance with an updated design, weight of around 1.200 kg or less, and Advanced Active Aerodynamics™ (AAA), (What could be Advanced Active B... (AAB)?) and other Advanced Active Components™ (AAC).

And we worked a little on one model of the 9x9 series, one model of the 91x series, and one model of our Unicorn Blade series, which despite of having wheels are very astonishing, appealing, and fascinating due to their designs and features of the next generation.

Our electric energy storage device of the newest generation has 240 hours of runtime respectively

  • 10 × 24 hours non-stop or
  • 30 days or 1 months when daily used for 8 hours

with a size and a voltage, that is comparable with the size of the battery (thickness 3.2 mm, width 38.5 mm, and length 96 mm) of the handheld mobile device respectively Ontoscope variant iPhone 6 of the company Apple (capacity 1810 mAh, voltage 3.82 V, and deliverable energy 6.91 Wh).

Since some years, we are delving into a subject matter sporadically due to our pure curiosity about its potentials and possibilities, and aim to get a first foothold and some basic orientation in it.
But more than 3 months ago, the first steps became a serious project with goals, new ideas, and so on somehow and matured rapidly into interesting and fascinating solutions, that even became alternatives for solutions created and developed in related projects.
It will be highly interesting to observe the reactions of the public.

    23.July.2019
    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on our electric energy storage device of the newest generation. But this time we focused on various basic variants, which were developed some few years ago already, and exchanged the

  • quickcharger,
  • on-board charger not required when being exchangeable, or
  • working principle

for what everybody cannot have enough: more power.

In the course of this, we noticed that we are able to estimate the runtimes

  • more precisely due to the reason that we have the exact dimensions of batteries already utilized by leading manufacturers but
  • not exactly due to the reason that we have not the exact dimensions and data about the performance and efficiency of some components, modules, and subsystems, which are utilized by us.

    SOPR #212

    *** Proof-reading mode ***
We have some general thoughts to share in relation to the following topics:

  • legal matter,
  • social and societal, and
  • diverses.

    Legal matter
In the last weeks, we could see that the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) do work pretty well already and this even without requiring further adaptions, adjustments, or revisions, which shows aspects of acceptability, maturity, and harmony.
Specifically, we could see that in the moment an entity attempts to get a dominant position in a specific area the related one or more regulations of our governments and our SOPR trigger and then handle and correct the unwanted activity successfully.
The latter could also be viewed as another friendly recommendation that private but also public and federal entities should not take our SOPR as blueprint or work material for their goals, strategies, operations, or expansions, but utilize the real and virtual infrastructure(s), platforms, and other facilities, as well as all the other possibilities, that our SOPR provides for all members for their various activities.

    Social and societal
At first, we concluded in relation to the proposed Society of the Fifth Column (SFC) that 5 columns of power are not required at all but still only 4.
Then we remembered that the fourth column of power would

  • not be the free press or media, but the media platform of our SOPR, and
  • have a board with members respectively media representatives, who would not be members, lobbyists, significant supporters, and partners of the other three plus one columns of power but would be voted by the individual SOPR members in person as well.

But eventually we concluded, that the former idea to merge the media with the social and societal networking and media was not pursued any further, because the fields have overlaps and interfaces, obviously, but also profound differences.

As a consequence, we should call it Society of the Fourth and Fifth Columns (SFFC) or better even Society of Social and Societal Powers (SSSP or SociP), indeed.

    Diverses.
We would like to give the explanation or reminder that when a trainer says to a player "Go, take a shower!" then it has a constructive reason and goal, usually.

    24.July.2019
    Ontonics Further steps
We calculated the runtimes of different variants of our electric energy storage device of the newest generation (see the Further steps of the 8th, 12th, and 13th of July 2019) with the dimensions of a reference battery for a handheld mobile device (see the Further steps of the 22nd of July 2019):

  • quickcharger
    • 96 to 112 hours non-stop or
    • 12 to 14 days when daily used for 8 hours,
  • standard charger
    • 152 to 168 hours non-stop or
    • 19 to 21 days when daily used for 8 hours,
  • exchangeable
    • 152 to 160 hours non-stop or
    • 19 to 20 days when daily used for 8 hours,
  • improved working principle
    • 232 to 256 hours non-stop or
    • 29 to 32 days when daily used for 8 hours.

We hope that this type of electric energy storage device supplies the required voltage in practice.
We also found a potential simple flaw with the design of this souped-up high-technology, but it can be solved without an effect on the runtime if required at all.
Howsoever, we have the opinion that this solution heads in the right direction and is an acceptable improvement. Please be nice with us if the final products will have slightly shorter runtimes.

For larger devices the runtime increases by days in proportion with the additional space available.

We also would like to share our considerations about the construction of 5 production plants in the U.S.A., P.R.China, E.U., Japan, and Korea at first, which would be ideally situated at the sites of our

  • production plants of our business units Ontoscope, iTablet, iRaiment, Roboticle, Style of Speed, and so on, and
  • suppliers and assemblers of the original devices of our business units.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We need the following items potentially from the named manufacturers:

  • chassis with superstructures or coachworks, but not the batteries
(Volkswagen and Ford, General Motors, Toyota)
  • fuselages, wings, and the rest, but not the electric fans, jet engines, etc., and the batteries
(Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Aerei da Trasporto Regionale (ATR), Bombardier)
  • electric fans, jet engines, etc.
(own engines, Rolls-Royce and Siemens, General Electric and own electric motors)

We guess that other manufacturers also want something to do but when working with all interested companies the biggest problems are

  • too much diversification and
  • too much politics.

  • further steps.

    Further steps
In relation to the protocol for the further procedure suggested in the issue #178 of the 16th of May 2019, we would like to give the information that we are going straight to the finish line, so to say, with our formal matter. Maybe we will be able to

  • publicate
    • the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and
    • additional material,

    and

  • handover the drafts of the
    • preliminary agreement or memorandum of understanding, and
    • final agreement

some very few weeks later in September, if our legal team will not throw their hands up in horror and despair. But

  • virtually the whole content has been discussed completely already and
  • the ToS is based on established ToSs,

and therefore have to be considered as known and only flexible, but not complex matter anyway. So studying and signing the paperwork is merely a formal process, too.

Also look for the * in the issue #209 of the 17th of July 2019.

    Ontonics Further steps
In the Further steps of the 24th of July 2019, we already mentioned a potential simple flaw with the improved design of one of our electric energy storage devices. Sadly, we have not seen directly that we already developed a basic variant of this device type, which means that a flaw does not exist at all (see the Further steps of the 17th of August 2015). Luckily, we had no problem to adapt this basic variant, that adds complexity on the one side but reduces complexity on the other side, so that only a different design is required, eventually.

More evidences Bell and Co. mimicking C.S. and C.S. GmbH

*** Work in progress - some better wording ***
Since some months, the aircraft manufacturer Bell is marketing a VTOL multi-tilt ducted fan aircraft. After waiting for some months, we got the anticipated evidences for its mimicking of C.S. and our corporation, and its copying of our Intellectual Properties (IPs).
We quote a report publicated some weeks ago by an online magazine specialized on VTOL aircrafts: "Bell [aircraft] Partners Connect
Bell and its partners talk about its [...] [hybrid-]eVTOL and the team's approach to creating a revolutionary new type of aircraft.
    [...]
From a development perspective, Bell has leveraged the capabilities of five leading aerospace companies to develop the [aircraft] in a collaborative, imaginative and exciting way.
    [...]
When Bell set out to find partners to help develop the [aircraft], "I was looking for capable believers [that were] capable of generating an aviation-grade, safe, high-quality productionized vehicle [and] had to be fearless with us, believe in the future of vertical lift," said Scott Drennan, vice president of innovation at Bell.
    [...]
In this collaboration, [... a partner company] will integrate the avionics and the vehicle management computer (VMC) systems; [a partner company] will lead the design and development of the flight control actuation systems; and [a partner company] will provide the energy storage systems.
[A partner company] began ground testing a 100 MW hybrid-electric propulsion system driving four propellers in July 2018 at a test facility [...]. Engineers are now developing an affordable 600 kW hybrid system for the [aircraft]. [...] collaboration [...].
    [...]
[A partner company] will lead the design, development and production of the avionics hardware and software needed for the [aircraft] piloted and autonomous vehicle management, including primary flight information, navigation/communication, flight guidance and flight management systems. [...] integrated flight deck [...] and the fully integrated [...] cockpit [...].
[A partner company] is providing all-electric [Fly-By Wire (]FBW[)] actuators and electronics [...]
    [...]
The hybrid-electric system was designed for safety [...] using "six rotors with two engines per rotor and multiple segregation."
[...] "we really have three propulsion systems on board," said Drennan. The first is an integrated propulsion system that operates through an entire mission.
    [...]
[...] "Their integration is the core to our safety approach," said Drennan. "We have two [propulsion] systems on board. [...]" [So what now? Have they two or three systems on board?]
    [...] this team's philosophy [...]
[A partner company's] contribution will also include active battery management system to ensure that when cells charge and discharge they remain in sync.

    Collaboration
Bell is used to working with components at lower technology readiness levels (TRL). But the challenge is more about integrating and controlling a lot of new technology in a different way than the individual TRLs of the various subsystems, said Drennan. [...]
All the [aircraft] partners are working together as an integrated team to achieve the high systems integration required on the actual aircraft.
    [...]
    [...] collaboratively [...] architecture [...]
[Image caption:] [A partner company] will integrate the avionics and the vehicle management computer systems into the [aircraft].
Bell has a lot of experience developing innovative VTOL aircraft, but the [aircraft] presents new challenges. Drennan said there will be a great deal of system-level testing before the first flight of the demonstration aircraft. This includes aircraft "zero," which will exist in a laboratory environment where all the different components "will be able to speak to each other" even if they physically located at partner facilities.
[A partner company's] hybrid-electric system is integrated with [a partner company's] battery management system to power a distributed propulsion system.
Aircraft stability will be provided by a [a partner company] FBW flight control system that will be integrated with [a partner company's] flight management systems and [a partner company's] control actuators.
Like most eVTOL aircraft in development today, Bell's [aircraft] initial flight demonstrator vehicle will be completely autonomous. Bell's vision for the certified vehicle to have a pilot onboard at least initially is based on regulatory concerns, as well as customer and community acceptance. [It is not the vision of that company. But it is so long ago when we publicated our original and unique work that we have to take a look into our knowledge base and find out if a multirotor aircraft with both flight modes, piloted and autonomous, is our vision.]
This approach will also allow Bell to study the man-machine interface for the aircraft, which is something the company does all the time with its future flight control simulators [...].
    [...]

    Autonomy
Bell is also designing the [...] so it will be capable of autonomous passenger operations at some point in the future. "The challenge will be to do all the things a pilot normally does even better in an all-autonomous vehicle," said Drennan.
Bell believes that the progression to fully autonomous operations begins with augmenting the capabilities of the pilot at an early stage, then gradually increasing the capability so the pilot can just be a safety or mission officer. Then, let the pilot step off the aircraft once a full autonomous system is available and validated, said Drennan.
[...] believes that the introduction of autonomous systems will eventually change the definition of a pilot over time. For example, using automatic datalinks to communicate with air traffic control will reduce pilot workload and change their role.
    [...]
[...] "We do not see any hurdles in terms of specific technologies on board. What's new is the integration level that we are mentioning today. For us the challenge now is to make sure we have appropriate safety level which is recognized by the authorities and to define and validate the parameters [for] certification."
[...] "The risk is low in terms of certification challenges for the demo ... but the challenge will be to ensure that the systems are integrated completely and meet the requirements. And we need to make sure we are ready for the production vehicle with the same strong building blocks we use in the demo."
    [...]
[Image caption:] Bell is thinking about the factory of the future [...]. [The image shows the inside of a factory with robots. We can already guess, that the production process is based on the fields of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and Industry 4.0, and therefore also based on our Ontologic System (OS).]
    [...]
[A representative of a partner company] believes that the smart avionics and smart flight management system [...] is introducing on the [aircraft] will simplify training and add a safety margin even for the well-trained pilots.
[A partner company] also believes that on the piloted aircraft there might be an opportunity to introduce biometric sensors into future cockpits in the form of a wearable device or some other system that can monitor a pilot's workload and "support them through human factors engineering."
    [...]
    [...] pure-electric VTOL aircraft [...]
[...] the hubs are electric motors with integrated prop rotors [...]
    [...] modularity [...] components [...]
    [...]
The [aircraft] is designed to operate in urban areas where traditional helicopter operations would be restricted by noise. Rig testing in France and wind tunnel testing in Ottawa has already provided Bell with a positive appreciation of the sound the [aircraft] will make in flight.
"It sounds like this: 'shhh'," said Drennan. "I'm not saying 'shhh' as in quiet, I'm saying that there is no longer that thump-thump-thump [of a helicopter]. It actually sounds like a fan or the sound of cars passing [on a highway]." [But on the rig was only "a 100 MW hybrid-electric propulsion system driving four propellers". Our experience with multi-ducted fan drones was different. We will see how loud the final 600 kW system will be. Definitely, not a 'shhh' but more like a waterfall or a fast train.]
"We are very excited about its ability to blend in to the ambient urban noise. And we are super-psyched about the loudness level itself." When it comes to the noise footprint, Drennan said, "three things have changed: the loudness, the tonality and the direction of the tonality. And that has been unlocked by the distributed nature of the proprotor system and the ducts that move."
One advantage of ducts is that they provide a directionality and can be rotated in flight based on what is below the aircraft on the ground landing, taking off and cruise flight. [We are not sure how to understand this explanation, but what we understand is that the rotation of the tilting mechanism of the 6 ducted fans adds complexity.]
"We can use that directionality to our advantage ... to be a better neighbor ... [a] better citizen ... a better part of the community," said Drennan. [We will see if the company is truly able to realize these points. For us it would be better if it is a better licensee to our advantage.]"

First of all, we note that the terms integration and integrated were used 15 times.

Obviously, our fans and readers do not need to believe in anything but simply take the facts to see that the related contents of our websites were taken as blueprints and merely edited by all collaborating companies as well as the reporting online magazine. Indeed, the publicated editing is extensive and could be viewed as an own creation from the point of view of a description about our original and unique works, whereby referencing our works is mandatory by law, but not from the point of view of the creation of an own original and unqiue expression of ideas, because we got sufficient and persuasive evidences that prove the causal link with the original and unqiue works of C.S. and our corporation.
Especially the single integrations and solutions of the various components, modules, and subsystems, and the overall integration and solution resulting in this hybrid VTOL aircraft, which C.S. did many years before as the true pioneer in this field as well as other fields with the

  • Ontologic System (OS),
  • Active Components, and
  • related VTOL aircrafts of our business unit Style of Speed, including the models of the Powered Lift Aircraft and Autocopter series,

are important and new, and even revolutionary for all collaborating companies but also for the rest of the public.
These evidences prove once again that

  • our ideas, concepts, creations, designs, compositions, integrations, inventions, developments, and resulting technologies, goods, and services are truly revolutionary works in general and industrial standards in this field and other fields in particular, and
  • the public was misled or confused deliberately about the true origin of the achievements of C.S. and our corporation.

Eventually, all these facts prove the infringements of our copyright and other rights by acts of illegal utilizations and unfair business practices.

Because companies declared that they are in a "fierce competition" with us even after we opened our works of art for reproduction and performance, we ask as the royalty in the common case a

  • fixed fee according to our license list for the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part, or
  • share of 0.05 to 0.50% of the overall revenue generated with the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part

    if said work of art

  • constitutes a not too trivial or general, personal, original and unique characteristic expression of an idea, concept, system, or any other work of art created by C.S. or
  • has been selected as a standard in engineering or another sector

when our related description, design, or any other work is utilized in any way, including copying and editing said work in whole or in part.

We ask as the royalty in the connected and autonomous cases

  • connected vehicles are handled as mobile Ontoscope variants like mobile devices of the types smartwatches, mobile phones, tablet computers, etc., and
  • autonomous vehicles are handled as mobile Ontoscope variants of the types mobile autonomous systems and mobile robotic systems or mobile robots

by our SOPR, which implies that the related business parts of manufacturers could belong to the licensee groups non-ICT, non-ICT with ICT, and ICT.

In this common case, where at least one of our works is defining the product and also a related standard, we think that a

  • share of 0.21% of the overall revenue with naming C.S., our corporation, or one of our related business unit, and
  • share of 0.35% of the overall revenue without naming C.S., our corporation, or one of our related business unit

is Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory (FRAND) and pro bono publico==for the public good.

If Bell and its business partners want to utilize our works discussed above, then they have to comply with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) without any exception and pay royalties according to the LM.

At this point, we can already tell every vehicle manufacturer that

  • its technologies, goods, and services will be based on our works of art, eventually, and
  • every further mimicking and copying will make the infringements of our rights even more obvious and actionable.

Btw.: It is always better to collaborate and integrate with us.

*** Work in progress - maybe examples missing, better order and wording ***
We would like to share some thoughts about the following topic:

  • License Model (LM).

    License Model (LM)
Since some weeks, we are thinking about several general questions.
The first question is the following one: Is electronic commerce (e-commerce) sector

  • non-industrial,
  • non-industrial with ICT,
  • industrial non-ICT,
  • industrial non-ICT with ICT, or
  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)?

We think that it depends on the individual case, specifically on the amount of

  • reproduced Ontologic System Components (OSC) and Ontoscope Components (OsC), and
  • performed Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Serivces (OAOS)

required for doing the various works. But there is a shift in relation to the distinguishing, defining, or characterizing nature of a retailer of the commerce sector. While retailers were only companies utilizing electronic or more or less computerized cash registers and so on, their

  • internal processes, and also
  • their technologies, products, and services are becoming more and more connected devices and machines, and Autonomous Systems (ASs) and Robotic Systems (RSs). Accordingly, the retailers are becoming more and more ICT companies.
We would like to discuss the matter by taking as examples
  • 1. small or independent retailer (e.g. delicatessen store, grocery store, and supermarket),
  • 2. retail chain (e.g. Target and discounter supermarket chain or mass merchandiser (e.g. Aldi and Lidl)),
  • 3. wholesaler (e.g. Costco and Metro),
  • 4. online marketplace (e.g. Alibaba), and
  • 5. Amazon.

    1. Small or independent retailer or supermarket is historically a non-industrial, but when marketing or selling is done with digital support it is at least non-industrial with ICT.
    2. Retailer of a retail chain, like discounter supermarket chain or mass merchandiser, are dependent on a central management and logistics. In the case these managerial and logistical activities are independent from ICT we have a non-industrial (see the point 1. before). But the common case is that these activities depend on ICT and correspondingly a non-industrial with ICT. But more industrialization would lead to industrial non-ICT with ICT and more ICT would lead to ICT.
    3. Wholesaler similar like retail chain (see the point 2. before), though seems to be more industrialized.
    4. Alibaba is an online marketplace but not a retailer. Therefore ICT. In the meantime, the company is building logistic centers, like the other larger retailers and wholesalers. But all these managerial and logistical activities are connected to the online marketplace just right form the start. Therefore non-industrial with ICT, industrial non-ICT with ICT, and ICT.
    5. Amazon is an online retailer and an online marketplace. In the meantime, the company became a common retail chain as well. But all these retail service and related managerial and logistical activities are based on ICT in various ways. Therefore non-industrial with ICT, industrial non-ICT with ICT, and ICT.

In the issues #173 of the 3rd of April 2019 and #174 of the 5th of April 2019 we already said that manufacturers of ICT hardware have to make their fair share as well and already discussed a share of 5%.
We also said several times (see for example the issue ... of the ...) that we view a

  • connected vehicle as a variant of our Ontoscope like a mobile device.
  • autonomous vehicle as a robot.

The second question is the following one: Is the connected vehicle and autonomous vehicle manufacturing sector

  • industrial non-ICT with ICT or
  • ICT?

We think that it depends on the individual case, specifically on the amount of

  • reproduced Ontologic System Components (OSC) and Ontoscope Components (OsC), and
  • performed Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Serivces (OAOS)

required for doing the various works. But there is a shift in relation to the distinguishing, defining, or characterizing nature of a manufacturer belonging to the engineering sector. While manufacturers of automobiles and aircrafts were only engineering companies utilizing DataBase Management Systems (DBMSs), Computer-Aided technologies (CAx), and so on, their internal processes, and also their technologies, products, and services are becoming more and more connected devices and machines, and Autonomous Systems (ASs) and Robotic Systems (RSs). Accordingly, the manufacturers are becoming more and more ICT companies.

Missing is the revised LM for the reproduction of our OSC, OsC, Active Components, and so on.
    Basically, we have two cases:

  • common case and
  • connected and autonomous cases.

In the common case we ask as the royalty the higher one of a

  • fixed fee according to our license list for the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part, or
  • share of 0.05 to 0.50% of the overall revenue generated with the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part

when our related description, design, or any other work is utilized in any way, including copying or editing said work in whole or in part.

In the connected and autonomous cases we ask as the royalty the higher one of a

  • fixed fee according to our license list for the reproduction of a work of art in whole or in part, or
  • share according to our arrangement in licensee groups (1.00% between licensee groups) (*)
    • Non-industrial sectors
      • 1.00 to 8.50%
    • Public and federal institutes, state-owned companies without Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
      • 2.00 to 9.50%
    • Public and federal institutes, state-owned companies with ICT, and industrial non-ICT sectors, and non-industrial sectors with ICT
      • 3.00 to 10.50%
    • Industrial non-ICT (e.g. physics, chemistry, biology engineering) with ICT
      • 4.00 to 11.50%
    • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
      • 5.00 to 12.50%

Finally, we would like to recall that the term ICT also relates to for example

  • Cyber-Physical Systems of the first generation (CPSs 1.0), Internet of Things of the first generation (IoT 1.0), and Networked Embedded Systems of the first generation (NESs 1.0) in combination with our OSC, OsC, or OAOS, and
  • Cyber-Physical Systems of the second generation (CPSs 2.0), Internet of Things of the second generation (IoT 2.0), and Networked Embedded Systems of the second generation (NESs 2.0), including
    • Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and
    • Industry 4.0 and 5.0.

Ontonics OntoLab Vision Fund I #2
We noticed that many companies, institutional investors, and other entities have accumulated billions of U.S. Dollar and now are holding significant amounts of capital, and concluded that they might

  • have problems with reinvesting and
  • not be interested in money burners but the true winners.

    Luckily, we

  • have created, researched and developed, and designed advanced technologies, goods, and services based on processors, displays, energy storage devices, and other hardware components, but also much more other technologies, goods, and services based on our hardware and software of the next generation, and made around 2,000 notices about them in the last years,
  • amalgamated these notices and works, selected the 10 most promising works, and set up our OntoLab Vision Fund I under the lead of our Hightech Office Ontonics in the last months, and
  • are offering 25% of the future, each 0.1% for 1 billion U.S. Dollar, with our 1 trillion U.S. Dollar OntoLab Vision Fund I for investing in our winners now.

We have more than enough to offer for all entities. Not investing in our Vision Fund investment program is like loosing money. :)
