EC of EU mimicks SOPR once again

The European Commission (EC) of the European Union (EU) has mimicked our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) once again, which is prohibited by the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our SOPR.

Obvious is the congruence of the publications of us and the proposals of the EC concerning exactly the same contexts and matters, which proves that the EC has taken our original materials as blueprints and merely edited them, and eventual infringed the copyright of C.S. and certain other rights of C.S. and our corporation, specifically in relation to our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S..

So far, we have found proposals for acts of the EC for the regulation and limitation of the

  • digital markets reflecting the activities of our SOPR viewed as a so-called gatekeeper in general, specfically the exclusive power of control and overall management in relation to our Ontologic System (OS),
  • digital services reflecting Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS),
  • data governence with trusted data intermediary or intermediator, data trustee, data fiduciary, data notary, or any other specific trustworthy entity for sharing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) reflecting the activities of our SOPR in relation to its Marketplace for Everything (MoE), specifically the exclusive handling of raw signals and data, informations, knowledge, models, and algorithms, and
  • utilization of SoftBionics (SB) (e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Cognitive Agent System (CAS), Multi-Agent System (MAS), Evolutionary Computing (EC), Swarm Intelligence (SI) or Swarm Computing (SC), etc.).

The next proposal of the European Commission (EC) of the European Union (EU) is for the regulation and limitation of an EU-wide digital identity wallet reflecting the related technologies (e.g. operating systems and management systems), goods, and services, which are based on basic properties and component features of our OS and belong to the subsystems and platforms of the exclusive infrastructure of our SOPR.
We quote a first report about the digital identity wallet of the European Union: "EU to step up digital push with digital identity wallet
The European Commission will on Thursday announce plans for a digital identity wallet to allow Europeans to access public and private services, prompted in part by the COVID-19 pandemic which has seen a massive surge in online services.
The move also seeks to counter the growing popularity of digital wallets offered by Apple, Alphabet unit Google, Thales and financial institutions which critics say could pose privacy and data protection concerns.
The digital identity wallet "can be used anywhere in the EU to identify and authenticate for access to services in the public and private sectors, allowing citizens to control what data is communicated and how it is used", according to a Commission document reviewed by [a media company].
The wallet will also enable qualified electronic signatures that can facilitate political participation, the 73-page document said.
The adoption of an electronic wallet [(e-wallet)] could generate as much as 9.6 billion euros ($11.7 billion) in benefits for the EU and create as many as 27,000 jobs over a five-year period, the document said.
By reducing emissions related to public services, the e-wallet could also have a positive environmental impact, the document said.
Currently 14 EU countries have their own digital identity schemes, of which only 7 are mobile apps."

We quote a second report about the digital identity wallet of the European Union: "Apple Pay competitors could include a European Union digital wallet
There aren't too many Apple Pay competitors at present. Over on Android, there is Google Pay and Samsung Pay, but Apple could soon see some competition on iPhone from an unlikely source.
The European Union is planning to create a digital wallet that would work in all 27 member countries ...
[Another media company] reports on the initiative.
["]The EU is set to unveil detailed plans for a bloc-wide digital wallet on Wednesday following requests from member states to find a safe way for citizens to access public and private services online.
The digital wallet would securely store payment details and passwords and allow citizens from all 27 countries to log into local government websites or pay utility bills using a single recognised identity, said people with direct knowledge of the plans.["]
The project began with an attempt to come up with a single standard for digital versions of ID cards. Currently, different EU countries have different apps for this, and not all of them are recognized in other member countries.
Given that all EU citizens have the legal right to live, work, and study in any member country, it is problematic when a citizen of one EU country cannot use their digital ID card to access government services in another. To solve this, a new standard known as [electronic IDentification, Authentication, and trusted Services (]eiDAS[)] was drawn up.
["]eiDAS ensures that people and businesses can use their own national electronic identification schemes (eIDs) to access public services available online in other EU countries [and] creates a European internal market for trust services by ensuring that they will work across borders and have the same legal status as their traditional paper based equivalents.["]
This didn't prove as popular as hoped, so a new version is about to be unveiled, which will also allow citizens to add other digital documents, like driving licenses, as well as add payment cards.
It's hoped that having a single digital repository for both government documents and payment cards will simplify things like renting a car[, as shown in a promotional video].
["]A person hiring a car, for example, could use their digital wallet to do so remotely through an application that will verify their identity and issue an electronic key so they can take the car immediately without the need to wait in line at the airport.["]
The success of the app may well depend on whether the EU opens it up for things like airline boarding passes and theater and concert tickets. For me, a large part of the convenience of Apple Wallet is that I can store pretty much everything in it."

    Comment
First of all, it is just another regulation of a serious of regulations. In addition, the concept of a digital identity wallet was already presented with our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S.. The concept is also discussed since some years before the year 2020. So it has nothing to do with the pandemic at all.

Obviously, we have here a part of our

  • Trust Management System (TMS),
  • IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS), and
  • Consent Management System (CMS or ConsMS), as well as
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS),
  • what is designated as digital wallet and digital identity wallet,

    which

  • belong to the subsystems and platforms of the exclusive infrastructure of our SOPR and
  • are based on the basic properties and component features of the Ontologic System (OS) and the general functionalities of the Ontologic System Components (OSC), specifically the Ontologic File System (OntoFS), related to these subsystems and platforms.

The Qualified electronic Signature (QeS) is a functionality provided by the electronic identity (eID) card or electronic Passport (eP) with Radio-Frequency IDentification (RFID) chip in the F.R.Germany and potentially in other member states of the EU, which is an Internet of Things (IoT) product and seems to be based on our OS, which again includes the integration of identity and thesupport for Near-Field Communication (NFD), Personal Area Network (PAN), and RFID (e.g. IQRFID).
The EU regulation 910/2014, also know as electronic IDentification, Authentication, and trusted Services (eIDAS) Regulation or simply eIDAS Regulation, and enacted on the 23rd of July 2014 is based on the activities of C.S. and our corporation and was the next attempt to take over the power of disposition over the related part of our OS.
We also have already found out that the F.R.German government is trying to steal our IDAMS for its State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and members of its clique, which in this case is at least the Bundesdruckerei GmbH (again state-owned), which again has been convicted of infringing our copyright multiple times and being part of a political scandal and fraud related to a check-in app of another member of that clique in collaboration with more members of that clique, which again is used in the pandemic, but criticized from many entities due to its many deficits.
Recently, the F.R.German government has also introduced a law, which legitimizes the digital variant of a passport as a mobile application, which is based on our Ontologic System (OS) and our Ontoscope (Os), also wrongly called smartphone, and other activities of C.S. and our corporation, and called in the first report as digitial identity scheme, which is a mobile app, which again is also called mobile IDentity (mID).
We also have already found out that the French government is trying to steal our IDAMS for its State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and members of its clique, which in this case is at least the Thales Group (partially state-owned), which again has been convicted of infringing our copyright multiple times and being part of other unwanted and dubious activities.
In fact, parts of the development of the eID and the eIDAS and the transformation from the eID and the eIDAS to our mID and ontologic IDentity (oID and onto#) is our identity revolution with its single trusted identity

  • is based on the basic properties and component features of our OS (see for example the Ontonics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 4th of April 2020 and the messages, notes, and comments referenced therein and in these referenced publications),
  • is based on our original and unique Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), which
    • integrates all in one, including our
      • integration of identity and Fault-Tolerant, Reliable, and Trustworthy Distributed System (FTRTDS),

      and

    • establishes a reliable and trustworthy all-in-one identity gateway,
  • is based on our original and unique cybernetic self-reflection, self-image, or self-portrait, including our
    • original and unique verified and verifiable selfie concept,
  • is based on our original and unique cybernetical and cyberphysical creation, concept, and design called Caliber/Calibre, so that it
    • addresses the requirements of a user in all worlds, including the
      • real and physical world,
      • virtual and digital world,
      • cybernetical and cyber-physical or phygital world, and also
      • ontological and metaphysical world,

      and

    • brings all the credentials of these worlds together,
  • is based on the rings and related ID spaces of the management structure of our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), or simply Ontoverse,
  • is based on digital identifiers, including
    • identifiers based on verifiable credentials and decentralized identifiers,
  • is based on our original and unique Ontoscope, also wrongly called smartphone,
  • includes our original and unique mobile IDentity (mID) and digital identity wallet, which is also wrongly called the next generation of our mID,
  • puts a user in full control of her, his, or their raw signals and data, informations, personal data or Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs), knowledge, models, and algorithms, and so on, and
  • is built on the principle of user consent.

Indeed, there are other digital wallets and digital identity wallets. But all these solutions are based on

  • digital identity credentials, which are already our mobile IDentity (mID),
  • eIDAS, which are also already based on our OS, and
  • personal data storage or data safe utilized for a driver license and an Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Patient Record (EPR), which is also already based on our OS,

or just other solutions based on our OS (see again the list above for example).

We also recall the note SOPR shaping online advertising of the 4th of March 2021: "By the way:

  • Feature-List #2 (24th of April 2008)
    • World wide first-of-its-kind operating system, that sets and establishes the new standards Web 3.0, Web 4.0, and Web 5.0 (every user gets an id, that starts with onto#)
  • Furthermore, our superior IDentity (ID) framework included in our OS by creation allows personalized demand services and online advertising without any issues of data protection or privacy, and data security in our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), which are the successors of the old Internet and the old World Wide Web (WWW), and also something totally new.
Since yesterday, it is crystal clear that members and licensees, as well as main contractors, suppliers, and service provider of our SOPR together with our SOPR will shape the market of demand services and online advertising.

Obviously, that so-called Unified ID 2.0 framework and similar solutions are basically a copy of our onto# feature as part of our unified solution(s), specifically our ON, OW, and OV[, or simply Ontoverse]."

Now add the proposed digital identity wallet of the EC to all those other solutions.

We also recall the note Success story continues and no end in sight of the 4th of March 2021: "The original and unique vision, expression, and creation titled Ontologic System, also abbreviated by OS, and created by C.S. is now unfolding more of its magic, specifically its fusion of the

  • real and physical identity and world,
  • virtual and digital identity and world,
  • cybernetical and cyber-physical identity and world, and
  • ontological and metaphysical identity and world

through our New Reality (NR) and Ontologic uniVerse or OntoVerse on the basis of our Caliber/Calibre, more than 14 years after its first official presentation.

In all fields of technology over demand services and online advertising to shopping and travelling, and much more the creation of our New Reality (NR) can be experienced everytime and everywhere.

We also recall the note IDAMS for preventing password sharing of the 12th of March 2021: "Our IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) is

  • including biometrics, and therefore bio-cybernetic identity,
  • working on the basis of the rings and accompanying ID spaces of the management structure of our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), and
  • solving many problems related to IDAMS in a highly elegant and secure way never seen before, like for example the
    • identification of persons, animals, and things,
    • validation and verification of IDs,
    • protection of digital identities and Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs),
    • prevention of password sharing,
    • and much more.

Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS) platforms, also wrongly called apps and as a Service (aaS) platforms, already use our Ontologic System Components (OSC) for for example

  • streaming in the ON, OW, and OV, also wrongly called the cloud,
  • Business Intelligence (BI), Visualization, and Analytics (BIVA) and Data Science and Analytics (DSA) (e.g. Big Data technologies (BDx) (e.g. Big Data Fusion, Big Data Processing, etc.)), and
  • user preference handling (e.g. SoftBionics (SB) (e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), etc.) and OntoBot (OB) software component), and
  • online advertising.

Therefore, service providers only need to also use SB CV of our OB in conjunction with our IDAMS, whereby

  • ID spaces are set up and managed for individual user groups (e.g. members of 1 household) and
  • CV is being utilized with biometric identity protection, specifically facial anonymization, so to say some kind of cryptographical or mathematical blurring of the faces, so that users are not recognized but their biometric data respectively ID is still available for further processing.

Best of all, all these solutions are already included in the royalties of our SOPR.

    Please keep in mind that

  • Trust Management System (TMS) and IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS) belong to the subsystems and platforms of the exclusive infrastructure of our SOPR, and therefore other solutions have to be either
    • handed over to our SOPR at cost price or
    • provided as main contractor, supplier, and service provider of our SOPR,

    and

  • unrestricted access to raw signals and data for our SOPR in the Ontoverse is mandatory.

By the way: The ID spaces are also used for all targeted online advertising in our Ontologic System (OS) by the companies Alphabet→Google and Facebook, as well as the other entities (e.g. media, advertisers, marketeers, etc.)[, but also for a general consent management] in the next future."

We also recall a related part of the upcoming issue SOPR #321 of the 31st of March 2021: "

  • IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS)

With the 6 rings and related ID spaces of the management structure of our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), which collectively are our Ontoverse, we have created just right from the start of our OS the right foundation for IDAccessMS, TrustMS, ConsentMS, ECommerce for digital rights and properties, demand services, online advertising, and much more.

In relation to demand services and online advertising it is basically a mix of our ID groups (e.g. Google) and Unified ID (e.g. Unified ID 2.0) connected with our EC Marketplace for Everything (MfE).

    • SOPR shaping online advertising of the 4th of March 2021
  • IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS) [Biometrics]
    • IDAMS for preventing password sharing of the 12th of March 2021
  • [...]
  • Consent Management System (CMS or ConsMS)
  • Media System (MS)
    • SOPR shaping online advertising of the 4th of March 2021
    • Success story continues and no end in sight of the 4th of March 2021
    • IDAMS for preventing password sharing of the 12th of March 2021 [(see also above)]]
    • [...]

    "

Please note that the acronym EC stands for Electronic Commerce or ECommerce in this context, but not for European Commission.

In this regard, we also recall the note Further steps of the 25th of May 2021: "In the whole Ontoverse common Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) with its Ontologic Bank (OntoBank), and Ontologic Payment Processing System (OPPS or OntoPay), as well as OntoPay component."

All these notes and other publications are summaries, explanations, and implications of matters, that C.S. and our corporation created, designed, research and development, publicated, and so on since the end of the year 2006.

As partially recalled above, specifically the

  • Caliber/Calibre,
  • New Reality (NR),
  • SoftBionics (SB) (e.g. AI, ML, CV, SLAM, NLP, CAS, MAS, EC, SI or SC, etc.),
  • TMS, including universal ledger, Trust aaSx, SmartContract aaSx, Blockchain aaSx,
  • IDAMS, including IDentity aaSx,
  • CMS,
  • OFinS, money, and
  • Communication and Collaboration System (CO&su2;S), and also
  • IaaSx, IIaaSx, PaaSx, IPaaSx, including Operating system aaSx, Network aaSx, Connectivity Management aaSx

represent an artistical significant part of the original and unique vision, expression(s of idea), and creation presented with our OS with its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), Ontologic Applications, and Ontologic Services (OAOS), and Ontoscope (Os) and therefore belong to the subsystems and platforms of the exclusive infrastructure of our SOPR, that have to be exclusively managed and orchestrated, and operated by our SOPR

  • together with the main contractors, suppliers, and service providers of our SOPR, and
  • alone.

Obviously and doubtlessly, this covers also our mobile IDentity (mID) and ontologic IDentity (oID and onto#), as well as our digital identity wallet in our Ontoverse.

But we have to mention that the regulations of the AoA and the ToS regarding the

  • establishment of joint ventures between federal and public authorities or bodies, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as one joint venture partner and our SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation as the other joint venture partner,
  • commissioning and provisioning of main contractors, suppliers, and service providers, and
  • 3 undertaking options,

also resolve the legal issue related to the proposal for the digital identity wallet of the EC, but also reduce this proposed regulation to absurdity, because due to the artistical significance of these exclusive parts of our OS mentioned before our SOPR is the one and only representation of the right and property holder and the management in our Ontoverse, aka. OntoLand (exclusive sovereign tasks of a country; see also the related section below), as is the case with for example the SOPR Trustee and SOPR Public Trustee, and any entity refusing to comply with the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, and also
  • regulations of the AoA and the ToS of our SOPR

will get no allowance and license for the performance and reproduction of our Ontologic System Components (OSC), Ontoscope Components (OsC), and Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), as well as other original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S. exclusively managed and exploited by our SOPR and any other entity refusing to comply with the same legal determinations and obligations by supplying and providing technologies, goods, and services based on said AWs and further IPs to a banned entity will also be handled in the same way.

In this relation, we have to make clear that the scope of an activity of a joint venture established between a federal and public entity, and our SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation only covers sovereign tasks of a country with a public (e.g. federal) characteristic, but not technologies, goods, and services with a clear private (e.g. personal and commercial) characteristic, including TMS, IDAMS, CMS, CO&su2;S, OFinS, and also IaaSx, IIaaSx, PaaSx, IPaaSx, including OpsaaSx, NaaSx, and CMaaSx, and also SBaaSx, SCaaSx, and BaaSx for private persons and privately owned entities, including

  • Communication Service Providers (CPSs) and
  • other Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Providers (OAOSPs), including
    • demand services (e.g. music, video, gaming),
    • online advertising, and
    • financial services (e.g. banking, payment),

    as well as

  • manufacturers of goods (e.g. applications, devices, equipements, vehicles),
  • and other parts, which belong to the subsystems and platforms of the exclusive infrastructure of our SOPR.

But the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has shown, that this does not work, specifically in relation to

  • virus-tracing or contact tracing applications, and
  • digital certificate systems and related vaccination certificates

of single member states of the EU and also the EU itself.
In all cases the EC has not contacted us, not talked with us, and not followed the regulations of us, and we have not observed any sign that give us the impression that the situation will improve in relation to our

  • OS, and also C.S. and our corporation, including our SOPR in general and
  • digital wallet in particular.

    By the way:

  • We did not knew that our SOPR will create 27,000 new jobs alone in this area alone in the EU.
  • When the World Health Organization (WHO) declares that the pandemic is over, then all those apps and systems cease operation and will be handed over to
    • our SOPR or
    • a joint venture between federal and public authorities or bodies, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), and our SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation

together with the collected raw signals and data for the cost price.

  • This transformation is not a one-way road in the sense that the old structures can put their things in a new and transformative environment. It is also a digital transformation, that put the old structures in our new and transformative space and time respectively New Reality (NR) and our new and transformative structures as required and demanded pro bono publico==for the public good.
  • Partially SOEs should be prohibited and existing ones should be separated into legally distinct and functionally independent entities due to
    • conflicts of interest between public and private entities and business activities,
    • corruption,
    • unlawful, unfair, and unacceptable competitive advantage over competitors having no backing of a government,
    • abuse of market power,
    • data protection or privacy, as well as data governance,
    • and many other reasons.

Where is the proposal of the EC for the regluation and limitation of SOEs?

    04.June.2021

    Clarification

    In relation to our

  • Trust Management System (TMS),
  • IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS), and
  • Consent Management System (CMS or ConsMS),
  • other Management Systems (MSs), including
    • Election, electoral, or voting Management System (EMS or ElecMS) with related voting security systems (for example based on homomorphic encryption and searchable cryptosystems, and also verification and proof systems or proof calculi),

    as well as

  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS),

which again belong to the exclusive infrastructure of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), we recommend to read the Ontonics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 4th of April 2020 and the messages, notes, and comments referenced therein.

    05.June.2021

    Clarification

Real data trustees, intermediaries, and Co. are not needed at all.

We quote an online encyclopedia about the subject smart contract: "A smart contract is a computer program or a transaction protocol which is intended to automatically execute, control or document legally relevant events and actions according to the terms of a contract or an agreement.[1 [The Stanford InfoBus and its service layers: Augmenting the internet with higher-level information management protocols. [1998 8th of August 1997]]][2][3 [Contract Law 2.0: "Smart" Contracts As the Beginning of the End of Classic Contract Law. [2016]]][4 [The Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology Behind Bitcoin is Changing Money, Business, and the World. [May 2016]]] The objectives of smart contracts are the reduction of need in trusted intermediators, arbitrations and enforcement costs, fraud losses, as well as the reduction of malicious and accidental exceptions.[5][2]"

    First of all, the

  • Stanford Information Bus and the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Virtual Machine (VM) Askemos had no blockchain,
  • technology behind the P2P VM Askemos is based on our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) described in The Proposal, and
  • technology behind the illegal cryptocurrency Bitcoin and its derivatives, including Ether of the also illegal P2P VM Ethereum, is based on some of the basic properties and component features, as well as integrations of our Ontologic System (OS), which include our Evoos and the integrated functionalities of the Ontologic File System (OntoFS), which again includes crytographically chained or interlinked blocks or records (e.g. blockchain technique) among many other features, data structures, and functionalities, and the
    • reflective Fault-Tolerant and Reliable Distributed operating system (FTRDos) Apertos (Muse) and Cognac based on Apertos, and also Askemos, which is decisive for the acceptance and success of P2P VMs, because this integration solves many practical problems the first time, and
    • Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC), which again is decisive for the acceptance and success of digital and virtual currencies, because this integration solves the double-spending problem for digital and virtual currencies the first time.

For more details see for example the Ontonics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 4th of April 2020 and the messages, notes, and comments referenced therein and in these referenced publications.

After a review of these basic properties and component features of our OS, we concluded that data trustees, intermediaries, and other service providers, that are separated into legally distinct and functionally independent entities are only extended capabilities respectively structured capabilities respectively structured rights (see for example P2P VM Askemos again), which

  • are rules or clauses of Logic Programming (LP) (e.g. Prolog) and rule-based and inference systems, which again can also be implemented on the basis of Functional Programming (FP) (e.g. Lisp) or multiparadigmatic programming (e.g. Poplog, including Prolog and Lisp) (see the OntoBot software component), and
  • are included in the foundational principle of computing and networking, information processing and sharing, and so on of our OS by creation and design.

Therefore, a user of our OS, or better said, in our OS only needs to execute a related

  • smart contract or
  • smart legal contract or cyber-physical contract, which is a traditional natural language legally-binding agreement, which again has certain terms expressed and implemented in machine-readable code, such as a Ricardian contract (e.g. a HyperText Markup Language (HTML) document with rule-based legal matter embedded as executable code),

  • at any arbitrary Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Provider (OAOSP) respectively Space Service Provider (SSP),
  • at any arbitrary access place (e.g. Ontoverse kiosk system, etc.), or
  • in an arbitrary access device (e.g. Ontoscope, also wrongly called smartphone, Ontoscope on Wheels, also wrongly called smart car, etc.).

But the execution of a smart contract or smart legal contract itself has nothing in common with a trustee, fiduciary, and notary, specifically a trusted data intermediary or intermediator, data trustee, data fiduciary, data notary, or any other specific trustworthy entity anymore and therefore additional requirements and separations cannot increase trust, because in theory every SSP would be able to execute a smart contract without knowing that a smart contract is executed at all, though in practice it is done on the exclusive infrastructures of our SORP.
Or simply said, the related part of our OS is or consitutes the trusted intermediary or intermediator, trustee, fiduciary, notary, or any other specific trustworthy entity already.

This also holds for other subsystems and platforms, that belong to our Ontoverse and the exclusive infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).
In sum, our OS includes by creation and design the so-called

  • trustee,
  • secure digital file, digital store, or digital safe,
  • digital wallet, and
  • digital identity wallet

    for

  • private entities, including private persons and privately owned companies, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) partially owned by a state or country (partially SOEs), and
  • federal and public entities, including federal and public authorities or bodies, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) 100% owned by a state or country (purely SOEs).
All are demanded in the Proposal for the Data Governance Act (PfDGA) and the Proposal for a Regulation of Digital Market submitted by the European Parliament and

    Besides this, our

  • Trust Management System (TMS),
  • IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS), and
  • Consent Management System (CMS or ConsMS), as well as
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS),

are mandatory in the legal scope of ... the Ontoverse, also know as the OntoLand, one way or another respectively so or so.
And because parts of the electronic IDentity (eID) and electronic Passport (eP), and also the eIDAS and mobile IDentity (mID) are already based on our OS, there is no legal loophole.

  • blog entry Bit gold markets on the 27th of December 2008, wherein he also referenced his first blog entry describing bit gold by a hyperlink.

But his blog has been manipulated by an attempt of backdating by

  • putting the
    • blog entry Bit gold into the directory /2005/12/ and
    • blog entry Bit gold markets into the directory /2008/04/ ,
  • changing the reference to his first blog entry given in the second blog entry, and
  • changing the hyperlinks Newer Posts ... Home ... Older Posts placed at the bottom of each webpage, which are used to page through all blog entries of an individual blog in a chronological order

    obviously to

  • create prior art in relation to the illegal cryptocurrency Bitcoin and its derivatives in a highly fraudulent and somehow serious criminal way and
  • confuse the public about the true dates of publication of legally relevant matter and the true origin of C.S. and our corporation.

But sadly to say, N. Szabo has dated both of his blog entries himself with "Saturday, December 27, 2008".

Furthermore, the so-called Blog Archive of the website blogspot.com is automatically created based on the time-stamps, but it dates, counts, and lists the 2 blogs as follows:

  • 2008 (55)
    • December (2)
      • Bit gold markets with a hyperlink to the web address unenumerated.blogspot.com/2008/04/bit-gold-markets.html and
      • Bit gold with a hyperlink to the web address unenumerated.blogspot.com/2005/12/bit-gold.html .

After examining this specific issue, we have found out that theres is more inconsistency with the index of the Blog Archive and the Newer Posts ... Home ... Older Posts hyperlinks at the bottom of the related webpages for all entries from the 20th of August 2008 to the 31st of January 2009.
We assume that this was done to mislead blog readers about this specific manipulation by pretending a false normality regarding the dates of publications and the names of directories said publications are stored in.

We have gone through the Newer Posts ... Home ... Older Posts hyperlinks by starting from the Home webpage of N. Szabo's blog and using only the hyperlink Older Posts, which confirmed once again that

  • both blog entries were made on the 27th of December 2008, but not before, and
  • all inconsistencies are only around the blog entries of August 2008 to January 2009.

There are no related blog entries in December 2005 and April 2008, but the counts of blogs publicated in the related years and months and on the related dates are correct in the Blog Archive or otherwise there should be no index entry for a blog in the month December 2008 at all.

If taken all evidences together, then this confirms that the blog has been manipulated indeed.

Accordingly, the webpage of the Wikipedia about N. Szabo has been manipulated as well by giving the publication date December 2005 for Bit gold.

Sadly to say, certain older references are not investigatable due to dead hyperlinks and dead websites.

Howsoever, the dates of publication given by the original author are legally relevant and binding, but not the names of the directories said publications are stored in.
In addition, these dates are also consistent with the information publicated by a third person in 2015 that "[i]n 2008, prior to the release of bitcoin, Szabo wrote a comment on his blog about the intent of creating a live version of his hypothetical currency."
Please note that we does not claim that N. Szabo had these ideas before and maybe there is a convincing evidence, which we do not know at this time. But it does not change the facts related to those illegal cryptocurrencies and platforms.

We have documented the manipulations of the online encyclopedia Wikipedia since many years and assumed that it was done by one or more large entities. But this manipulation is even more sophisticated by continuing even on a referenced website, which even is based on time-stamped entries.

    SOPR #327

*** Work in progress - some wording missing ***
    Topic
This issue is about a single and important topic:

  • Main Contract Model (MCM)

    Main Contract Model (MCM)
We would like to propose an initial and very basic

  • partitioning of the infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) (e.g. common backbone, core network, or fabric (e.g. so-called Smart Network Fabric with its core cloud and converged edge cloud, Big Cloud Fabric, InterCloud Fabric, etc., and also so-called converged node and 5G Future X, also called 5G Next Generation (5G NG)) of our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), and Superstructure) with their set of fundamental
    • facilities,
    • technologies (e.g. systems and platforms),
    • goods (e.g. applications, devices, and vehicles), and
    • services,

    and

  • allocation or distribution of responsibilities, tasks, and works in relation to the main contracts for the management and orchestration, and also operation of these infrastructures of our SOPR.

We had the impression of advances of several companies.
We have no problems with takeovers of companies in whole or in part. But we are sure that market regulators and other authorities would not be very amused about such actions and other entities would also question the neutrality of our SOPR, though

  • on the one hand a superior management and orchestration, and also overall operation are required and
  • on the other hand the situation would be the same, if we build it from scratch.

Howsoever, in relation to the exclusive, and obligatory or mandatory parts of the infrastructure of our SOPR we made some considerations about the designations of companies as one of the main contractors, suppliers, and service providers, the awarding of general contracts, and the commissioning of responsibilities, tasks, and works to them for the

  • management structure of Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV),
  • common backbone, core network, or fabric,
  • brokerage or mediation of Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS)
  • New Reality (NR) or Hyper Reality System respectively Ontologic System (OS) with its OntoVerse (OV), specifically the general liquid, molecular, organic (respectively modular, compatible, and so on), customizable, common core User Interface (UI) at least for the Mediated Reality (MedR) (e.g. Augmented Reality (AR), Augmented Virtuality (AV), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR)) environments or spaces of our OntoVerse (OV),
  • Trust Management System (TMS),
  • IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS),
  • Consent Management System (CMS or ConsMS), and
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS), and also
  • Ubiquitous Computing (UC or UbiC) and Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES),
  • Cyber-Physical System (CPS),
  • Communication and Collaboration System (Co²S),
  • Social and Societal System (S³),
  • Electronic Commerce (EC) with Marketplace for Everything (MfE),
  • logistics,
  • mobility,
  • transport and travel, and
  • Hyper Connectivity System (HCS) with its various spaces

    besides some

  • as a Service (aaS) models and platforms (aaSx)

which are based on Ontologic Computing and Networking (OCN), including Space and Time Computing and Networking (STCN) or simply Space Computing and in the unclosed garden of our SOPR.

The following breakdown is only a proposal for an initial and very basic structure of the exclusive infrastructures and its

  • technologies (e.g. systems and platforms),
  • goods (e.g. applications, devices, and vehicles), and
  • services (hereafter also designated as exclusives),

which is or constitutes the foundational Ontologic System (OS) completely booted up as it has to be for societal, cultural, political, artistical, legal, technological, environmental, and economical reasons.
All other activites in the OS and its Ontoverse respectively in the New Reality (NR) being established have to

  • utilize or
  • be put on

    these exclusives.

All exclusives are inclusive, or being more precise and honest, they are

  • financed by our SOPR through the collection of royalties from its members and licensees, and
  • provided to and utilized by the members and licensees of our SOPR without additional financial contributions.

    Our SOPR

  • has the power of disposition and overall management of the exclusives, mainly as the
    • representative body of the right holder for the OS,
    • administrative body for the royalties and finances, and
    • decision-making body as the Supervisor,

    and

  • is always involved in the management, orchestration, and also operation of the exclusives.

No other entity, including governments and commissions, organizations, etc., do the exclusives without our SOPR.

We recall that a member and licensee of our SOPR is eligible to become a main contractor, supplier, and service provider of our SOPR, if said member and licensee of our SOPR

  • complies to the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM), and
  • pays all damage compensations and outstanding royalties at first.

Main contractors, suppliers, and service providers are not allowed to

  • establish a joint venture between each other without our SOPR as intermediary in between and
  • benefit from tasks conducted or executed

in relation to the exclusives due to the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, specifically the national and international competition rules or antitrust laws, and also
  • regulations of the AoA and the ToS of our SOPR.

[Companies related to the exclusive infrastructure of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) have not to collaborate with another member and licensee of our SOPR directly. Companies that are already collaborating in a related area might get the award of the related main contracts, but there will be a call for tender for the operation of Cloud RAN, for example virtual RAN (vRAN), as part of the common backbone, core network, or fabric of the infrastructures of our SOPR, so that freedom of choice, innovation, and competition is provided for the good of the public and our SOPR.

    The same holds for

  • manufacturers and suppliers of network hardware and software, and other equipment at one corner,
  • Space and Time Service Providers (STSPs) or simply Space Service Providers (SSPs), or better Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Providers (OAOSPs) at another corner,
  • Communication Service Providers (CSPs) at just another corner, and
  • Utility Service Providers (USPs) at one corner,
  • with our SOPR in-between in center.

In general, service providers should stay away from solo runs and collaborations related to the foundations of the infrastructures of our SOPR without an award of a main contract of our SOPR, because we already have Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory, As well as Customary (FRANDAC) terms and conditions for the use respectively performance and reproduction of unclosed parts of our original and unique, copyrighted work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S..

If an entity does one of the exclusives without allowance of our SOPR, then it looses its eligibility to become a main contractor, supplier, and service provider of our SOPR, followed by other measures up to blacklisting or ban in case of refusal and repetion in accordance with the AoA and the ToS of our SOPR.

Designated main contractors, suppliers, and service providers, that are realizing this initial and very basic structure of the infrastructures of our SOPR, are

  • acting under the 1st undertaking option and
  • complying to the other regulations of the AoA and the ToS of our SOPR.

The designation and awarding of main contractors, suppliers, and service providers is determined by many aspects, such as

  • incorporations of a member and licensee,
  • capabilities of a member and licensee, and
  • sovereignty and security of a union of states, a country, and a state of a union.

Not all main contractors, suppliers, and service providers are listed in this proposed breakdown.
All other members and licensees of our SOPR respectively companies, that are

  • able to manage and operate the exclusives and
  • eligible to become main contractors, suppliers, and service providers

will get the chance through simple and usual public provision and tender awarding procedures.
The SOPR also has other tasks for them in relation to the exclusive parts, and the obligatory or mandatory parts of the infrastructures of our SOPR.

The exclusive technologies, goods, and services are sorted into

  • unary, activities that can be separated,
  • binary, two separate activities that are interrelated, interconnected, and intergrated,
  • ternary, three separate activities that are interrelated, interconnected, or intergrated, and
  • n-ary.

The exclusives and their management and orchestration, and also operation are interrelated, interconnected, or intergrated with each other in accordance with the integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA).

SOPR () means SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation take part. SOPR (XYZ) means XYZ is the (potential) business unit. SOPR (NN) means Not Named (NN).
Joint ventures means mandatory joint ventures between federal and public authorities or bodies, and purely SOEs as the one joint venture partners and our SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation as the other joint venture partners.
Communication Service Providers (CSPs or ComSPs), Telecommunication Service Providers (TSPs or TelcoSPs), Cloud Space Service Providers (SSP), etc. are Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Providers (OAOSPs).
The first named company other than the SOPR itself is the main interlocutor.
All main contractors, suppliers, and service providers are on an equal footing.

    Ontonics Further steps

Due to the huge but unsurprising interest and demand for our investment programs, specifically our Ontolab Vision Funds™ and Blitz Funds™, by industries and governments, we are considering to

  • increase the volume to 2 trillion U.S. Dollar each and
  • separate single Superbolts™ and Superunicorns™ in several more business units.

    In this way,

  • more investors get a chance to participate on the one hand and
  • we get more possibilities to protect our business units in a better way against fraudulent activities on the other hand.

In this regard, we would like to repeat that the world will be in a total tizzy and become ecstatic when we realize more and more of our visions, creations, designs, and solutions.

    Ontonics Blitz Fund I #21.3.1

We got the confirmation that a foundational pathbreaking, world shaping, and civilization defining technology envisioned by others and us does work in practice now.
Even better our Ontolab and hence the Superbolt #3 *** of our Blitz Fund I already have a huge edge of many years.

    Investigations::Multimedia, and AI and KM

  • Estonia: The country Estonia has introduced its digital or electronic Government (eGov or eGovm) and digital or electronic Governance (eGov or eGovn) with and electronic IDentity (eID) card as one of the first countries.
But we were sure that countries will implement their new eGov systems, and adapt and update their already existing eGov systems on the basis of the original and unique masterpiece titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., presentated at the end of October and beginning of November 2006, and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S.. The reasons for this are that our masterpiece Ontologic System (OS) is an integration and an improvement of foundational technologics in ways never envisioned, created, and done before.
At first, we quote an online encyclopedia to provide an introduction to the subject matter and a short overview of the eGov systems of Estonia, then a related document publicated by the government of Estonia, and at the end a related report to provide additional informations.

We quote an online encyclopedia about digital or electronic Government (eGov or eGovm) and digital or electronic Governance (eGov or eGovn) in Europe and the eGovm and eGovn systems of the country Estonia: "[...]
    Estonian ID-card project
Estonia's success in transforming their public services online is based on the widespread use of electronic identification cards. Since 2002 about 1.2 million of these credit-card size personal identification documents have been issued allowing citizens to digitally identify themselves and sign documents, to vote electronically (since 2005), create a business, verify banking transactions, be used as a virtual ticket, and view medical history (since 2010).[49]
    [...]

    X-Road system[51]
As technology is the primary enabler of e-governance, the critical question is how to ensure secure communication between scattered government databases and institutions that use different procedures and technologies to deliver their services. Estonia's solution to this problem was to develop the X-Road, a secure internet-based data exchange layer that enables state's different information systems to communicate and exchange data with each other.
X-Road serves as platform for application development by which any state institution can relatively easily extend their physical services into an electronic environment. [...]

    e-Services
When the digital identification and the data exchange layer were provided by the state, different institutions have developed their own extension of their services into the digital realm. Numerous online public services are available to Estonian citizens and residents including eID, e-signature, e-taxes, online medical prescriptions, [e]-voting, e-police, e-health care, e-notary, e-banking, e-census, e-school and much more.[52] Driven by convenience, most of the services offer efficiency in terms of money and time saved by the citizens as well as public officials. [...]

    Strategy
    [...]
In Estonia, artificial intelligence is used in its e-government to make it more automated and seamless. A virtual assistant will guide citizens through any interactions they have with the government. Automated and proactive services "push" services to citizens at key events of their lives (including births, bereavements, unemployment, ...). One example is the automated registering of babies when they are born.[88 [See section on smart contracts; this is possible by means of a digital birth certificate, triggering a smart contract]] Estonia's X-Road system will also be rebuilt to include even more privacy control and accountability into the way the government uses citizen's data.[89]
The following components can be mentioned as examples of the Estonian eGovernment infrastructure:

  • The national eGovernment portal, launched in 2003;
  • EEBone;[57]
  • Public Procurement State Register;
  • X-road middleware; and
  • Health Information System.

In 2018, the government office and the ministry of economic affairs and communications of Estonia announced that it will also launch a cross-sectoral project to analyse and prepare the implementation of artificial intelligences (kratts). An expert group has been set up that will comprise state authorities, universities, companies, and independent experts.[58] As part of this project, regulation will be set up for AI [59 [Artificial Intelligence is the next step for e-governance in Estonia. [25th of September 2017]]][60]"

    Comment
See the comment to the report quoted below.

We also quote an online encyclopedia about the data exchange layer X-Road called X-tee since 2018: "X-Road is a "centrally managed distributed Data Exchange Layer (DXL) between information systems".[1][2] Organizations can exchange information over the Internet using X-Road to ensure confidentiality, integrity and interoperability between data exchange parties.[1]
The first X-Road iteration was developed and launched by Estonia's Information System Authority (RIA) in 2001. [...]
    [...]

    History
X-Road was started in 1998 as a pilot project under Ministry of Economy and Communications and first prototype was publicly presented in 2000. One of the main reasons behind architectural choice of distributed data storage was massive data leak of 1996, where government contractor and computer specialist [...] created and marketed a "superdatabase" containing personal data from various government sources.[7]
    [...]

    X-Road and blockchain
[...] According to an April 18, 2018 article by Petteri Kivimäki [...] "There is no blockchain technology in the X-Road." Kivimäki "was the technical lead of X-Road implementation project in Finland and was coordinating the joint [...] development of the X-Road solution between Finland and Estonia."[14]"

    Comment
Note that the so-called X-Road or X-tee was introduced and is desecribed as a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) middleware utilized as a data exchange layer, but is now also called a framework, platform, and even a system, and an environment with the latter suggesting an

  • operating system (os) or a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Virtual Machine (VM), like for example the P2P VM Askemos, and
  • decentralized blockchain-based platform, like for example the illegal Ethereum platform,

whereby the data exchange layer is called X-tee since 2018, while the designation "X-Road is only used to refer to the technology developed together by Estonia and Finland".
The underlying technology of X-Road has some features of our Managed Peer-to-Peer (MP2P) computing, but not a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Virtual Machine (VM) and a Fault-Tolerant, Reliable, and Trustworthy Distributed System (FTRTDS), including a VM or a P2P computing system based on or integrated with a

  • smart contract transaction protocol,
  • blockchain technique,
  • Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) protocol, or
  • Byzantine-Resilient Replication (BRR) method.

As far as we do know, a FTRTDS based on or integrated with at least two of these features protocols, techniques, and methods was not part of any eGov system before the presentation of our Ontologic System (OS) in 2006, which includes all of them by design of its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), Ontologic System Components (OSC), and Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS).

We also quote the document titled e-Governance in Practice and publicated by the government of Estonia to get the following additional informations: "In the X-Road system, certified members communicate directly without intermediaries using secure peer-to-peer connections. All the messages (requests and responses) are digitally signed and time-stamped and sent over an encrypted and mutually authenticated channel.
The UXP Core Components form the technological basis for running the X-Road framework. It consists of the three integral components that provide the technological capability for the X-Road data exchange layer:

  • UXP Security Server
  • UXP Registry
  • UXP Monitoring System"

    Comment
X-Road or X-tee is based on the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW) and therefore can be viewed as a P2P platform for Web Services (WSs), which are included in the field of Service-Oriented technologies (SOx). But also viewing it as a system with as a Service (aaS) capability models and operational models (aaSx) would be misleading, because the related definitions were introduced after the presentation of our OS in 2006 and the publication of more detailed explanations of our OS in the following years.
More interestingly is the fact that the eGov systems of Estonia also show that the demand for a trusted data intermediary or intermediator, data trustee, data fiduciary, data notary, or any other specific trustworthy entity, as also demanded by the European Commission of the European Union in relation to data governence, is not required at all, because such systems already have the related functionality by design and hence are the trustworthy entity, as we also have shown with our OS, specifically in relation to its

  • basic properties and integrations, including the fields of
    • operating system (os),
    • Resilient Distributed System (RDS), including the field of
      • Fault-Tolerant, Reliable, and Trustworthy Distributed System (FTRTDS),

      and

    • Multi-Agent System (MAS),

    which are already

  • providing the functionalities of the digitally signed and time-stamped messages and encrypted and mutually authenticated channels, and also much more, and
  • included in the OSC, specifically the components
    • Ontologic Core (OC or OntoCore),
    • Ontologic roBot (OB or OntoBot),
    • Ontologic File System (OFS or OntoFS), and
    • Ontologic Net (ON or OntoNet).

But even more important is the fact that the X-Road or X-tee thingy still is a giant nightmare from the point of view of data protection or privacy, as well as data governance. Indeed, the members are certified and the messages are digitally signed and time-stamped. But that is not data protection and data governance. There is no control about the utilization of the data stored in the connected databases. In fact, the government makes one of the cardinal mistakes that is the assumption that a thread does not come from the inside.
This deficit is also the reason why we have the exclusive infrastructures with their subsystems and platforms of our SORP, which are

  • kept under the power of control and overall management of our SOPR and
  • managed and orchestrated, and operated by our SOPR
    • together with the
      • main contractors, suppliers, and service providers of our SOPR,
      • joint ventures between federal and public authorities or bodies, and purely State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as the one joint venture partner and our SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation as the other joint venture partner,
      • alone.

Last but not least, at this point it becomes obvious once again that our OS is known in Estonia, as can be seen in this context with the terms unified and core components, as well as the 3³ Theme of C.S..

We quote a report about cybersecurity and the digital or electronic Government (eGoV) of the country Estonia: "When people [...] want to learn more about cybersecurity, they go to Estonia.
The Baltic country runs on the [old and outdated] internet [and World Wide Web (WWW)]. From filing taxes and voting, to registering the birth of a new baby, nearly everything a person might want or need from the government can be done online. It's an approach that's incredibly convenient for Estonia's 1.3 million people -- but it also requires high level of cybersecurity.
[...] Estonia is punching way above its weight when it comes to online safety. It regularly places on top of security rankings. Its capital city of Tallinn is home to NATO's cyber defense hub, the Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence. When it took up the rotating presidency of the United Nations Security Council last year, it made cybersecurity one of the policy priorities.
"Estonia digitized a lot sooner than other countries, it was focusing on things like online schooling and online government services and it took a more proactive approach to technology," said [...] a[n] international security research analyst [..].
"And it recognized that it needs to be a secure country in order for citizens to want to use online systems and for businesses to want to do business in Estonia ... and I think that this is why Estonia's approach is often heralded as the model approach," she added.
    [...]
The [cyber] attack [respectively act of cyberwarfare in the year 2007] made Estonia realize that it needed to start treating cyber threats in the same way as physical attacks.
At that time, the country was already a leader in e-government, having introduced services like online voting and digital signatures. While no data was stolen during the incident, the websites of banks, the media and some government services were targeted with distributed denial of service attacks that lasted for 22 days. Some services were disrupted, while others were taken down completely.
"We saw what would happen if our precious systems that we really loved were down," said [...] a cybersecurity scientist at [a] University of Technology. "We started to understand that fake news is really important and that people can be manipulated, and that we have to protect our systems better -- and that this is not only about the systems, but also about understanding the role people play in the systems."

    People matter
After the attack, the government quickly adopted -- and is constantly updating -- a wide-ranging national cybersecurity strategy. [...]
The country also became an early adopter of blockchain technology and established a new cyber unit within its voluntary Estonia Defense League. It started pushing for more international cooperation, via NATO and other organizations.
But perhaps most importantly, it invested into its people.
"Technology gives us a lot of tools to secure the system, but at the end of the day, the level of security depends on the users," said [...] a cybersecurity expert [of a company]. "Even if you build the most secure system you can, if the user does something bad or something misguided or something they are not allowed to do, then the system is downgraded very quickly." He pointed to the fact that some of the most damaging cyberattacks in recent history were caused by a confused insider clicking on a phishing link, rather than by a sophisticated hacker using the most advanced technology.
[The so-called cybersecurity expert] said the Colonial Pipeline attack attack that forced the US company to shut down a key US East Coast pipeline in April was a good example of this. "It created a lot of buzz and cost a lot of money, but there was no real complexity, it wasn't different to other ransomware attacks," he said.
The Estonian government has been investing heavily into education and training programs in recent years. [...]
    [...]
The government's infrastructure relies on several layers of security, [a so-called expert] continued. "One aspect is that we've always made sure that we store as little data as possible, and that when we store data that we store it as separately as possible," he said, explaining the government's "once only" principle.
"There is no duplicated data within the government service, so for example, only the population register is allowed to store my address, and if any other register, like the tax authority or the voting committee, needs my address, they have to ask the population register through an encrypted data exchange that uses blockchain to verify the data integrity."
[A cybersecurity expert of a company] said this approach is much more secure compared to having large super databases that contain all kinds of data -- from addresses and ID numbers to dates of birth and hea[l]th care and insurance data -- all on one platform.
"We are talking the banking system, insurance companies, government databases where all this data is gathered, this is real gold for hackers, because this data can be very easily used for impersonation attacks. When you want to create [a] fake identity, you need all this data," he said.
[...] But in a world where hackers are, most of the time, one step ahead of governments, the country is constantly trying to find ways to improve its system.
"Being purely defensive is not going to protect you from all of the wide range of cyber incidents that can occur. Because of the changing nature of the techniques that are used by criminal groups, you need to think about resilience and take proactive mitigation measures," [an international security research analyst] said.
One example she gives is Estonia's focus on cyber incident response. "They are simulating cyberattacks on either critical infrastructure or in an industry, so that [they] are better prepared to respond to a potential attack."
The combination of citizen awareness, the monitoring of potential attacks and flexible countermeasures are all key pieces of successful cyber defense, [a cybersecurity expert of a company] said, "because whatever technology you install, it will be bypassed in the future.""

    Comment
Indeed, Estonia introduced an eGov system with and electronnic IDentity (eID) card as one of the first countries, but iz is not known as an outstanding example for cybersecurity despite the presence of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), because the reason for the latter is the short distance to the country Russia.
In fact, the further development of its eGov system since the publication of our Ontologic System (OS) at the end of October and the beginning of November 2006 is based on our OS and comprises the addition of at least the following properties and features of our OS:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically for automation and seamless operation,
  • proactive approach and services,
  • model approach,
  • smart contract protocol,
  • blockchain technique,
  • simulation,
  • resilience,
  • mobile IDentity (mID) "introduced in 2007" and based on a "mobile phone with its SIM card functions simultaneously as an ID card with an ID-card reader", for which the mobile phone must have some of the basic properties and features of our OS and hence some of the basic properties and features of our Ontoscope (Os),
  • Health Information System,
  • and so on.

The combination of these properties and features already provides significant and sufficient evidence to show a causal link with the original expression of idea created and presented with the OS. Therefore, the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, and also
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our SOPR

regarding the rights and properties (e.g. copyright) of C.S. and our corporation do apply to Estonia as well.

Therefore, we can already tell the public that in the same way the governments and related entities have adapted the properties and features of our OS listed above after the cyberattack in 2007, they are already adapting and will adapt the other advanced properties and features of our OS as well, which we dismantled and explained in more detail only in the last years, for the further development of its eGov system, including for example

  • FTRTDS,
  • HardBionics and more SoftBionics (e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Cognitive Agent System (CAS), Multi-Agent System (MAS), Evolutionary Computing (EC), Swarm Intelligence (SI) or Swarm Computing (SC), etc.),
  • verifiable and verifing computing (e.g. homomorphic encryption and searchable cryptosystems),
  • management structure with rings, IDentity spaces, and universes,
  • IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS) with biometrics, software-based or virtual mobile Identitiy (mID), and ontologic IDentity (oID),
  • Consent Management System (CMS or ConsMS),
  • Business Intelligence (BI), Visualization, and Analytics (BIVA) and Data Science and Analytics (DSA) (e.g. Big Data technologies (BDx) (e.g. Big Data Fusion, Big Data Processing, etc.)),
  • and so on,

    specifically to

  • reduce the danger and the role human users play in the system by preventing them to do something bad or something misguided or something they are not allowed to do, but also
  • handle raw signals and data, Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs) or personal data, knowledge, models, and algorithms,
  • participate in the Electronic Commerce (EC) of digital rights and properties,
  • principle of data economy, and
  • enjoy all the other possibilities and benefits of our ingenious OS with its Ontoverse, Ontoscope (Os), etc., etc., etc..

At this point, it should even be easy to see by non-experts that the utilization of our OS for the realization of eGov systems is just another revolution of us, that provides exactly the same benefits like all of our other revolutions, for example the one in the field of mobility, specifically the steadily increasing safety when driving in an automobile, which is already reducing more an more accidents, including the ones with fatalities.

Furthermore, the attempt to downplay our OS by the comparison of many single databases versus large super databases all on one platform and by other ways only demonstrates the incompetence of the so-called experts. In fact, in relation to cybersecurity it is not relevant at all if something is centralized or decentralized, as we always explain in this relation, because the underlying logics and mathematics remain exactly the same and are proven to be not circumventable respectively to be not subjects, which can be bypassed (keywords complexity and Algorithmic Information Theory (AIT)), which is even known by every truly competent informatician and computer scientiest. Oh, what a wonder.
We recommend that Estonia replaces its cybersecurity scientiests and experts, and asks our Hightech Office Ontonics for best support.

Estonia has no other choice than to utilize our OS, because its eGov system is old and outdated technology of the 1990s based on even older and outdated technology, which cannot handle Cyber-Physical System (CPS), Ontologic Net of Things (ONoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES), and DAS for example and virtually all the other systems of the next generation.
In the course of the further development by adapting and updating its eGov system with more properties and features of our OS, Estonia has to

  • transform its eGov system to become completely compatible with our OS and its OSA, OSC, and OAOS, and also Os, and
  • establish the mandatory joint ventures between its federal and public authorities or bodies, and purely State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as the one joint venture partner and our SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation as the other joint venture partner

    to

  • make its eGov system
    • completely compliant with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our SOPR and
    • truly legal,

    and

  • establish legal certainty.

The same holds for every other union of states, country, and state of a union of states.

At this point, we would like to recall one of the very simple and basic rules:
Every country is invited to become a member and licensee of our SOPR in accordance with the

  • same rule-based order and rules, including
    • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, and also
    • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our SOPR,

    and the

  • same application of said rules regarding the activities of every union of state, country, and state of a union of states.

We already warned the real and physical government of Estonia after it announced its transnational digital or electronic identity called e-Residency and promoted its P2P middleware and data exchange layer X-Road respectively X-tee.
There is no debate about our rights and properties, and the infringements of them by Estonia and other countries.
Just only seeing, grabbing, and using without asking for allowance and paying does not work.
    Welcome in our Ontoverse.

    By the way:

  • Now, Estonia has a leader and even a truly competent leader as well, as it was required all the years.
  • The usual confusion of the pubic, downplay, and presentation of pseudo or fake prior art as well as so-called experts carefully selected to manipulated the public in relation to our achievements by the fake news spreaders does not work anymore. In fact, virtually all decision makers in governments and industries do know us, our works, our rights, and our properties (e.g. copyright).

Vertical and horizontal HB and SB, AS and RS

We took a quick look at the following companies and their subsidiaries, business units, and collaborations:

  • Daimler
    • Daimler→Torc Robotics, and
    • Daimler→Daimler Trucks,
  • Nvidia,
  • Amazon
    • Amazon Web Services,
    • Amazon→Zoom, and
    • Amazon→Plus

    in the fields of

  • HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB) (e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Cognitive Agent System (CAS), Multi-Agent System (MAS), Evolutionary Computing (EC), Swarm Intelligence (SI) or Swarm Computing (SC), etc.), and
  • Autonomous System (AS) and Robotic System (RS), and also
  • Over-The-Air (OTA) programming,

which are all integrated in our Ontologic System (OS).

According to a press release of Daimler about a cooperation between the companies Daimler and Nvidia and publicated on the 23rd of June 2020, the companies cooperate in the field they called "Software-Defined Computing Architecture for Automated Driving [functionalities respectively autonomous vehicles] Across Future Fleet [respectively swarm of vehicle ...] to create a revolutionary in-vehicle computing system and AI computing infrastructure.
    [...]
The new software-defined architecture will be built on Nvidia Drive platform and will be standard in Mercedes-Benz' next-generation fleet, enabling state-of-the-art automated driving functionalities. [...]

"[...] It's clear from our extensive discussions [...], that we share a common vision of the automobile of the future. Together, we're going to revolutionize the car ownership experience, making the vehicle software programmable and continuously upgradeable via over the air updates. Every future Mercedes-Benz with the Nvidia Drive system will come with a team of expert AI and software engineers continuously developing, refining and enhancing the car over its lifetime."
Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia

"[...] next generation vehicle computing architecture. This new platform will become an efficient, centralized and software-defined system in our future Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Nvidia's AI computing architecture will help us streamline our journey towards autonomous driving. These new capabilities and upgrades will be downloaded from the cloud, improving safety, increasing value and extending the joy of ownership for all Mercedes-Benz customers."
Ola Källenius, Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG and Mercedes-Benz AG

    A new computing architecture
[...] The Nvidia Drive platform includes [Nvidia Drive os] a full [reference operating] system [and associated] software stack designed for automated driving AI applications. [...]
To develop the new models, both companies will be utilizing Nvidia Drive Infrastructure solutions to enable data driven development and deep neural network development to handle the requirements of the regions and operational domains where the cars will be available."

    Comment
First of all, we note that the

  • technology is called Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and utilized for network management, and
  • term software-defined computing and the related functionality suggest some kind of
    • virtualization and
    • dynamic, programmatically efficient computer configuration respectively a reflective property.

We also summarize the various terms used for the related parts of our Ontologic System (OS) and the infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), which are promoted by the companies: Nvidia Drive software-defined automated driving AI computing architecture, operating system and stack, platform, and infrastructure .

But what is really meant here are the related properties and parts of our

  • Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), and
  • Space and Time Computing and Networking (STCN), or simply Space Computing and Networking (SCN) or Space Computing, or better Ontologic Computing and Networking (OCN), or simply Ontologic Computing (OC), also wrongly called
    • Grid, Cloud, Fog, and Edge Computing and Networking (GCFECN) and
    • Cloud Native Computing and Networking (CNCN) with Cloud-native Network Function (CNF), which is a field included in SDN Network Function Virtualization (NFV) Virtualized Network Function (VNF) (SDN-NFV-VNF),

of our original and unique masterpiece titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S., which is truly a revolution in itself and also utilized for our other revolutions in the fields of

  • logistics,
  • mobility,
  • transport and travel, and
  • vehicles, including Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) (e.g. delivery robot) and motor vehicles (e.g. car, truck, and bus)

such as the solutions of our business unit Style of Speed in the fields of Computing and Multimedia, including

  • Distributed Computing, including
  • Integrated Data Architecture and Data Fusion,
  • Hyper Connectivity System (HCS),
  • Artificial Intelligence, including
  • and much more.

Due to the simple and obvious fact that this OS with its OSA and OCN, and also integration of the fields of HB and SB, and also AS and RS, OTA, multimedia, HCS, and so on is our creation and revolution, Daimler and Nvidia, and also Amazon have to comply with all legal matters and license the related parts of our OS as well.

Furthermore, Daimler and Nvidia, and also Amazon do not create anything, but merely implement something, because they are using respectively performing and reproducing our OS as the basis for their businesses and there are no artists at work at all.
All these companies do know very well that members and licensees of our SOPR are not allowed to suggest to the public that our original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S. would be their creations or inventions, as infringed in this case once again.

See also the comment to the other press release below, specifically the section about vertical and horizontal items and infrastructures.

According to a press release of Daimler about a cooperation between the subsidiaries Daimler→Torc Robotics and Daimler→Daimler Truck, and the business unit Amazon→Amazon Web Services (AWS) and publicated on the 17th of February 2021, the subsidiaries and the business unit cooperate in the field of Level 4 self-driving trucks with the latter being "selected [by Torc Robotics ...] as its preferred cloud space service provider to handle the scale and speed needed for data transfer, storage, and compute capacity.
    [...]
"The race to develop self-driving vehicles generates massive volumes of data from many types of sensors. With AWS, Torc engineers have the speed, flexibility, and insights they need to design tests, run simulations at scale, and refine their experiments using a broad range of highly specialized compute instance types," said Wendy Bauer, Director of Automotive Sales, AWS. "By pairing Torc's industry-leading technology with AWS's reliability, security, and deep expertise in autonomous vehicle development, Torc is positioned to remain a leader and introduce the benefits of self-driving trucks to society."
"We believe this relationship between Torc and AWS brings together two very strong teams and is another milestone on our road to Level 4 trucks," said Dr. Peter Vaughan Schmidt, Head of Daimler Trucks' Autonomous Technology Group, which Torc is a part of. "Daimler Trucks' goal is to enable safe deployment of self-driving trucks and shape the future of the trucking and logistics industry at large."

AWS as a robust cloud space solution
Torc's Level 4 self-driving vehicle system utilizes on-board computers that process sensor data in real time and host software that handles the dynamic driving tasks during autonomous runs. Torc will leverage AWS to increase the efficiency of data transfer from its on-road routes as their team continues to enhance the system. [...]
Torc's development team will utilize AWS for both low- and high-demand tasks, as well as data sharing across remote teams. [...] Streaming [...] Worksflows [...] Storage [...].This integration on AWS will allow Torc to transfer massive amounts of data for log analysis of real-world tests, while also providing computational power for simulation and deep learning.
"Our software is tested in simulation using a combination of synthetic scenarios and replayed sensor data," said Hastings."

    Comment
First of all, we note that Amazon Web Services is now also presented as something like a Fault-Tolerant, Reliable, and Trustworthy Distributed Service Platform or Provider (FTRTDSP), which is related to the field of Fault-Tolerant, Reliable, and Trustworthy Distributed System (FTRTDS) and included in our OS.

Moreover, we find it dubious somehow that the director of Automotive Sales of Amazon Web Services is quoted about its range of specialized compute instance types and expertise in autonomous vehicle development, because Daimler needs only ordinary computing and networking fabric and power, because the expertise in autonomous vehicle development comes already from Nvidia.
    This tells us that

  • Amazon is providing a vertical(?) service(?) in the field of automated driving respectively autonomous vehicle, and
  • the technologies, goods, and services of Nvidia and Amazon on the one hand and Daimler and Amazon on the other hand are more coordinated or even more integrated.

Both raise further legal questions regarding the rights (e.g. competition) and properties (e.g. copyright) of C.S. and our corporation.

Furthermore, do not confuse Torc and Torc Robotics with The Open Racing Car Simulator (TORCS) and the TORCS Racing Board competition between AI (software) robots developed and uploaded by users, which are

  • listed in the section Machine Simulation of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux,
  • integrated in our OS by its OSA, and
  • utilized in relation to the development and operation of autonomous vehicles and fleets as well, which again is utilized and included in the technology of the subsidiary Daimler→Torc Robotics, as can be easily seen with the statement "Our software is tested in simulation using a combination of synthetic scenarios and replayed sensor data".

    Please also note that

  • in general, there was, is, and will be no cloud computing, but space computing and ontologic computing.
  • in particular, Kubernetes is based on our OS and Docker. But Docker is dead, while our OS is transcendent (see also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps or Clarification of the 3rd of April 2021 and the Picture of the Day of the 8th of April 2021).

We also reconsidered and revised some modifications of our OS and regulations of our SOPR in relation to the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our OS to

  • end certain unconstructive and hence unwanted activities, like for example that an entity cannot interfere and squeeze between our Societies and the members and licensees of our Societies anymore, in relation to fields, Service-Oriented technologies (SOx), and as a Service (aaS) capability and operational models and platforms (aaSx), including for example
    • operating system (os) and Operating system aaSx (OpsaaSx),
    • Network aaSx (NaaSx), and
    • Connectivity Management aaSx (CMaaSx),

      and also the

    • SB and SoftBionics aaSx (SBaaSx),
    • Smart Contract aaSx (SCaaSx), and
    • Blockchain aaSx (BaaSx or BlaaSx),
  • respond to recent technological developments, which are further adoptions of properties and features of our OS,
  • encourage and request companies to focus on their businesses, but not on our corporation, including our Societies, and also
  • demonstrate to the last unteachable decision maker, that the dependency on C.S. and our corporation does not go away, but intensifies (see also the issue SOPR #320 of the 30th of March 2021, which is focused on mobility).

In this context, the differentiation between vertical and horizontal

  • markets or economy sectors of technologies, goods, and services,
  • infrastructures, and
  • integrations of supply chains

    is useful.

In general, there are vertical and horizontal parts of our OS provided by

  • the companies as custom and proprietary technologies, goods, and services based on our OS, including
    • {vertical or horizontal or both?} parts for their end customers and the end users related to one reference industry, market, or economic sector (goods and services specific to an industry, trade, profession, or other group of customers with specialized needs), and
    • {horizontal or vertical or both ?} parts for the end customers of our SOPR and our other Societies across different industries, markets, or economic sectors (a good and service meets a need of a wide range of customers across different sectors of an economy),

    and

  • our SOPR, which are customary and common technologies, goods, and services managing and orchestrating, operating, and aligning and complementing the custom and proprietary items.

Accordingly, one could say that the custom and proprietary technologies, goods, and services are

  • based on the basic properties and core component features of our OS, and
  • woven into the customary and common fabric of our SOPR,

like for example in the cases of (sub)architectures and (sub)systems of

  • in-vehicle computing with Multidimensional Multilingual Multiparadigmatic Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M⁵UI) (e.g. Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Visual Language Processing (VLP)), and
  • SB computing.

In particular, infrastructures are {always vertical?} and infrastructures with their related vertical subsystems and platforms, and vertical SOx and aaSx, which are customary and common to all members and licensees of our SOPR, belong to the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR (see the issue SOPR #327 of the 7th of June 2021).

This means that in accordance with the AoA and the ToS of our SOPR, if the Nvidia Drive Infrastructure and AI computing infrastructure are common to all members and licensees of our SOPR, then they become parts of the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR and might be provided to all other members and licensees with Nvidia as one of the main contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
    But in case of the

  • operating system (os) and Operating system aaSx (OpsaaSx),
  • Network aaSx (NaaSx), and
  • Connectivity Management aaSx (CMaaSx),

    and also the

  • SB and SoftBionics aaSx (SBaaSx),
  • Smart Contract aaSx (SCaaSx), and
  • Blockchain aaSx (BaaSx or BlaaSx)

Nvidia may already have to follow the specific regulations and may even have to become a main contractor, supplier, and service provider of our SOPR.

Similar implications have to be drawn in relation to Amazon Web Services and all the other service providers.

Please keep also in mind that our SOPR also

  • provides infrastructures with their subsystems and platforms, which
    • are also related to the fields of Cyber-Physical System (CPS), Ubiquitous Computing (UC or UbiC), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES), and
    • are mandatory for members and licensees of our SOPR and their AS and RS, such as self-driving cars and trucks, and related control and operating systems (see once again the issue SOPR #327 of the 7th of June 2021),

    and

  • gets the raw signals and data, or the models and algorithms generated with these raw signals and data, if they are not available anymore, because they are gathered or collected in the legal scope of ... the Ontoverse and hence also belong to us, and the sharing of our raw signals and data is a legal requirement fo opening our OS and allowing and licensing the performance and reproduction of our Ontologic System Compenents (OSC), Ontoscope Components (OsC), and Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), and so on.

    Ontonics Blitz Fund I #22.4.9

As usual, when we assume leadership and show how it has to be done, then unimagineable and unfeasible things become worldwide success stories.
One of the next examples in this regard are the

  • high-performance battery technology of our Superbolt #4 Electric Power (EP) of the Blitz Fund I with
    • extremely high capacities, and
    • many more high-tech quantities and qualities,

(see also the issue #18.4.8 of the 14th of April 2021), and

  • PowerBottle™, PowerCan™, PowerKeg™, PowerCylinder™, and PowerCartridge™ of Ontonics with standardized international and universal
    • form factors,
    • plugs, socket-outlets, and vehicle couplers, and
    • battery swap(ping) technology

(see the Ontonics Further steps of the 9th of September 2019).

Unsurprisingly, four motorcycle manufacturers have shown their interests in exactly this and established a related consortium. But luckily, they only need to make sure that their motorcycles are compatible with our uniform battery connectors.
We are very sure that motorcycle manufacturers from the U.S.America and the P.R.China will join up with our Superbolt #4 EP as well followed by other vehicle manufacturers.

Even better, we designed the PowerBottle, PowerCan, PowerKeg, PowerCylinder, and PowerCartridge already for the next generation of our superior electric energy storage technology, so that our customers most potentially have merely to adapt and update some few details of their control systems and user interfaces, which can be done by Over-The-Air (OTA) programming.

    King Smiley Further steps

In the last days, we overworked the proposals for the

  • exterior and interior architectures of a first building and
  • interior architecture of a second building.

Honestly, despite the initial designs are already on a very high level, these architectures have matured so far, that we had this rewarding moments when things become better and better, as usual by the magic touch of C.S..

    By the way:

  • Only with complete 37th floor. With complete 36th floor or even 36th, 35th, 34th, and 33th floors would be nice.
  • Only with the 49th floor.
