Ontonics Further steps

We continued the work in relation to the designed and planned infrastructures of our collecting and managing Societies.

Especially pleasing is the fact that we have got at least 10 times more sales offers for really interesting real estates at really interesting and even ideal locations for the facilities of the infrastructures of our Societies in the U.S.America, Europe, and many other locations, which were found and presented by all the many professionals, and have put them on the list.

Style of Speed Further steps

We worked on the yacht CS 1, specifically on its propulsion system, integrated dock system, and beach club with wave pool.

The first problem was, that the initial solution for the integrated tender dock, or being more precise, integrated yacht support vessel and party yacht dock and the beach club was adapted from Landing Platform Dock (LPD) and Landing Helicopter Dock (LHD) vessels, but eventually was not what we wanted.
Luckily, we know that the integrated tender dock of the explorer yacht Octopus and a similar integrated dock system are an alternative.

The second problem was, that the initial propulsion system does not fit with the overworked integrated yacht dock and the beach club, because its azimuth drive system has 3 thruster pods (see the Oasis cruise ship class of the cruise line Royal Caribbean International).
Luckily, we know that the cruise ship Queen Mary 2 owned by the travel leisure company Carnival Corporation and operated by its cruise line Cunard Line has 4 azimuth thruster pods arranged in a way, which matches our requirement specification and even increases the speed from 22.6 knots to at least 30 knots and with some more improvements of Style of Speed (SoS) even to 35 knots.

The third problem was, that the overworked integrated tender dock of the explorer yacht Octopus does not fit with the overworked propulsion system. In more detail, we need at least 2.5 meters at the lower stern flap, because the shadow yacht and party yacht is a catamaran, which has a length of at least 55 meters and hence a draft of at least 2 meters.
But after a little reconfiguration of the hull and the propulsion system, which either

  • reduces the shaft of the 4 azimuth thruster pods by 1.5 to 2 meters,
  • combines 2 smaller azimuth thruster pods with 2 stronger azimuth thrusters with ducted propeller in the decelerating duct or pump jet type, or
  • combines 2 azimuth thruster pods with 2 conventional propellers in a contra-rotating propeller configuration and potentially with 2 tunnel thrusters in the keel at the stern,

    we got all parts together and the overall design has even improved and matured.

    The television channel and news broadcaster Cable News Network and the magazin Wired together refuse democracy once again.
    We quote an interview about the uncontrolled media and our Metaverse Ontoverse (Ov): ""Every time the industry goes after a new name for something and tries to pivot, something new inevitably comes out of it. It's just not clear yet what it will be," [reporter 2] said. "I think one has to be really critical of this tendency and call out what is just marketing and hype, which is a large part of it, whilst remaining open-minded to the fact that something new does emerge."

    [Reporter 1 asking:] I recently read a tweet from [...] an analyst [...], who wrote, "[T]he media cycle shift toward crypto, web3, metaverse etc. increasingly feels like tech has architected a successful pivot to redirect attention on to the next thing, rather than dealing with what they've already built and broken." Do you agree with that sentiment?
    [Reporter 2 answering:] When people are talking about the metaverse, they're appropriating a term from this novel ["Snow Crash"] that imagines the metaverse as a certain kind of thing [(immersive 3D Virtual World (VW) or Immersive Virtual Environment (IVE or ImVE) respectively Virtual Reality Environment (VRE))] and they're trying to bring the idealism or that idea to a very different and very disparate set of experiences. Web3 similarly feels like an attempt to put a new, easy to understand catchy label on a bunch of stuff that is happening. And that was true Web2 as well, and yet, in hindsight, you can say that having that label helped coalesce or crystallize some shifts that were happening on the web and on the internet in industry in general. That did mark a real trend, mark some changes.

    [Reporter 1 asking:] What do you see as the biggest tech stories of 2022? How would you say that the media industry [...] should be covering these stories?
    [Reporter 2 answering:] I think the crypto and NFT boom is going to continue to be a big one, and the way I want us to cover that is to try to, again, nuance. Sort the wheat from the chaff, sort the reality from the hype, but at least try to forge a path between these really polar opposites of discourse about the industry, which it's either it's all a scam or it's going to completely change the world. There's something in there that I don't know what it is yet that is going to emerge. I've not yet seen a long-term application of crypto that really convinces me that is transformative. But that doesn't mean that's not there, and I want us to keep looking for it.
    I think that the metaverse conversation will continue and at this point it feels to me it's almost like a terminological land grab. In other words, people are fighting for the definition of what the metaverse is. I don't think we're going to get the answer to that, at least not in the next year. But I think we should continue to cover the companies that are claiming to be building the metaverse and asking the serious questions about what are you actually building and how is it different? And continue to ask the same questions we were asking before which is how is it going to be safe for people? Who's benefiting from it?

    The uncontrolled press does not need to play down our achievements, because they all are documented in an undeniable and court-proof way.

    In fact, that misleading report with that wired interview is also full of terms taken from the website of our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux, like evolution, diversity, emergence, prediction, Web3, Metaverse, and so on.

    And indeed, metaverse and also crypto, NFT, and web3 are terminological land grabs, but not the next thing at all, because the definitions of what our revolutionary Caliber/Calibre, New Reality (NR), and Metaverse Ontoverse (Ov) respectively future of reality truly are have been given since the end of October 2006 on our websites. The fact is that governments and industries all do know since more than a decade already that this something new, which has emerged as a result of the creative process of C.S. and is being building by us, is our Metaverse Ontoverse (Ov), including our real-time metaverse, metaverse multiverse, and what is wrongly called crypto, Web3©™, Web 3.0™, and so on.

    We quote a video which recorded the staged stage presentation of the company Hyundai and its subsidiary Boston Dynamics and their following panel discussion at a large consumer electronics show on the 5th of January 2022, which was attended by a manager of the company Microsoft, who said the following: Today, we're going to explore the very leading edge of technology: robotics.
    [Moderator:] It's natural for us as a smart mobility provider to think about robotics.

    [Hyundai Chief:] Robotics will create a horizontal connection across all of our business areas.
    [...]
    Currently, the metaverse is seen as a gaming platform. But can they think the possibility of the metaverse in infinite.

    It all comes together to the concept called metamobility. By connecting robots to the metaverse we'll be able to move freely between both worlds.
    The smart factory is actually a great example of how humans, robots, and the metaverse all come together.

    Comment
    We as the true creator hold the worldwide copyright for our original and unique expressions of ideas respectively works of art, which means we have the exclusive right to name and define our properties, and also demand their use.

    Firstly, it is called Ontoverse (Ov) and Interverse©™, but not metaverse, omniverse, or whatsoeverse© (see also the Feature-List Ontoverse and the Clarification of 25th of December 2021).

    Secondly, our Metaverse Ontoverse (Ov) is neither a new platform nor a new platform layer, but the manifestation of our New Reality (NR) or the New Reality Environment (NRE) of our Ontologic System (OS).

    Thirdly, the original Metaverse of the novel titled "Snow Crash" is only an immersive 3D Virtual World (VW) or Immersive Virtual Environment (IVE) respectively Virtual Reality Environment (VRE).

    • is not based on Mixed Reality (MR) and our eXtended Mixed Reality (XMR) or simply eXtended Reality (XR) with new limits, and
    • it is not connected with what is wrongly called crypto and Web3.

    Fourthly, in case of a human and other living beings it is called surrogate and not physical avatar in our Ontologic System (OS) with its Ontoverse (Ov), though the differentiation between a real and physical avatar and a virtual and metaphysical avatar might be useful.

    Fifthly, a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is not connected with digital and virtual currencies, including cryptocurrencies, in general.
    In particular, it has to be purchased and traded like any other item by using real fiat money or official digital and virtual money.

    Sixthly, smart device × metaverse platform is not called metamobility, but something like cybernetics, and because we are talking about our Ontologic System (OS) and our Ontoscope (Os) it is called something like Ontonics, and Ontologics, as well as Ontoverse (Ov).

    The correct terms for the mobility of items in this context is (user centric) migration or teleportation of applications and data, which represent processes and services, but also cybernetic self-portraits or digital twins of a user.

    Most of the time the presentation and discussion was only about the original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S., but not about their individual performance and reproduction of said AWs and further IPs.
  • Ninethly, what holds for the company Microsoft also holds for all other companies and all other enitities as well.     The document about immobot also mentions: "[... T]he information-gathering capabilities of the Internet, corporate intranets, and smaller networked computational systems supply additional test beds for autonomous agents of a different sort. These test beds, which we call immobile robots (or immobots), have the richness that comes from interacting with physical environments yet promise the ready availability associated with the networked software environment of softbots."
    "We are only now becoming aware of the rapid construction of a ubiquitous, immobile robot infrastructure that rivals the construction of the World Wide Web and has the potential for profound social, economic, and environmental change."
    Somehow, these statements are only about the test beds, the difference between the fields of softbot and immobot, and the construction of such an infrastructure for the fields of Ubiquitous Computing (UbiC) and Internet of Things (IoT), but they are not Teaching, Suggesting, and Motivating (TSM) another Internet or World Wide Web (WWW) of the next generation in the sense of the Web 2.0 and our Web 3.0 based on the immobot and the integration of both fields, the

  • softbot and the digital or virtual environment with massively distributed and loosely coupled objects
  • immobot and the physical environment with massively distributed and highly coupled objects. {? or said in other words, a cyber-physical environment; if an immobot already is (the basis of) a rudimentary CPS with a rudimentary digital twin model, then Aperios (Apertos (Muse)) and TUNES OS, and also Evoos become relevant again; Evoos mimics the functioning of the human brain (e.g. Artificial Neural Network) and hence added the cognitive immobot}
    This also shows that an integration with other realities and their (information) spaces, environments, worlds, and universes was not considered by other entities at all.
    And as we always emphasize in such a case, they also have not mentioned all the other elements and properties of our OS, which even not existed at that time.

    We quote an online encyclopedia about the subject Semantic Web: "The Semantic Web (sometimes known as Web 3.0) is an extension of the World Wide Web through standards [...]. The goal of the Semantic Web is to make Internet data machine-readable.

This enables automated agents to access the Web more intelligently and perform more tasks on behalf of users.     There are actually several major technology trends that are about to reach a new level of maturity at the same time.     First of all, we note that by the original definitons of the Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW) and its so-called Semantic Web stack, the descriptions in other publications, and the given examples the SWWW is about machine-readable data for the use with the field of software robot (software bot or softbot) only, but not with the fields of Mobile Robotic System (MRS), Autonomous Robotic System (ARS), and Model-Based Autonomous System (MBAS) or Immobile Robotic System (ImRS or Immobot), and also Intelligent Agent System (IAS), and Cognitive Agent System (CAS).
    Please do not be confused about designations like cognitive agent and cognitive robot, and note that the

  • Cognitive Agent Architecture (Cougaar) is a blackboard-based middleware for Intelligent Agent-Based System (IABS) and "large-scale distributed agent-based applications", and the Advanced Logistics Program (ALP) and Ultralog projects, which were renamed in (the end of) the year 2000, and has been referenced in the section Intelligent/Cognitive Agent of the webpage Links to Software, was developed further to a copy of our Evoos in the years 2004 and 2005, and later to a copy of our OntoBot based on that highly dubious integration of softbot, SWWW, and grid computing called Cognitive Grid with all its deficits (see the Website review of the 23rd of August 2017, and the Clarification and the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 28th of August 2017), and
  • desgination of an Immobot as a Cognitive Robotic System (CRS) came after our Evoos.

    The true reason why the SWWW is still not realized is that they have espionaged and cheated one of the true inventors and the leading figure in this field all the time, who is C.S., so that we were blocked by everybody to realize our SWWW.
    Therefore, we moved on with our Evoos and ontology to our OS and Ov presented in 2006 when they still tried to steal our SWWW and our Service-Oriented technologies (SOx) respectively what is wrongly called Grid, Cloud, Edge, and Fog Computing (GCEDC).

    And if we remember correctly, then we added some parts to the SWWW with our Evoos and our OS. For example,

  • operating system,
  • Resilient Distributed System (RDS),
  • Cognitive Agent System (CAS),
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP),
  • and much more.

    And if we remember correctly, then we added some parts to the so-called Semantic Web Stack with our OS. For example,

  • crypthography only included digital signature and encryption, but no smart contract transaction protocol and blockchain technique, and not,
  • there was only the Description Logic (DL) and every other monotonic logic, but not a unifying logic based on First-Order Logic (FOL),
    • one prior art is about combining ontology and rule languages and compares a first-order function-free language with signature A, and a DL knowledge base with signature subset of A as part of the research for a unified logical framework and was publicated on the 6th of September 2004, but it is only in relation to any DL based system, and
    • one proposal for a SW unifying logic was publicated in 2013, and seems to be based on stable models and well-founded semantics, which is our OntoBot,
  • the issue with the rule language, and also
  • and much more.

    Since some years, the same fraudsters are trying to steal the parts of our OS, which are wrongly called

  • Decentralized Web (DWeb), Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and Decentralized Commerce (D-Commerce), and also Federated Universe (Fediverse), also wrongly called Web3, and
  • Metaverse, Omniverse, and Whatsoeverse©

    and since at least 2014 even our whole OS and Ov by explaining that the part of our Web 3.0 called Ontologic Web (OW) is their real semantic web, which merely has the Semantic Web as a feature (see once again the last quoted document).

    As usual for our ontonic and ontologic approach, we integrated all the webs and their variants Web 1.0, Web 2.0, Web 2.5, and Web 3.0. For example, Evoos added ontology and hence the Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW) to the robotic Web and even the cognitive web.

    We made crystal clear once again the scope of this part of our Web 3.0 and Ontoverse (Ov), which also shows that CPS 3.0 is us and we are already beyond all these other web variants with our Web 3.0, Web 4.0, Web 5.0, and Ov.

But then we remembered that due to the

    We heard about the New Mannahatta project in New York City, New York, U.S.America, and asked if it is for sale.

    Let us calculate: 1776 acre × 43,560 square foot × 1,500 U.S. Dollar = 116,043,840,000 U.S. Dollar
    This is a no-brainer.

But there seem to be better locations.

    In the last months we

    is not sufficient to circumvent the rights of C.S. and our corporation, specifically for other companies, because there are more legal regulations in addition to the copyright, that prohibit certain business strategies and actions in this regard.

    For sure, we took a look at the Casino dell'Aurora di Villa Ludovisi in Roma, Italian Republic, Planet Earth, which is for sale:

  • acquisition of the entire building for 350,000,000 euro
  • acquisition of neighbouring real estate for 100,000,000 to 120,000,000 euro
  • free hand respectively good mood and attitude, but no unreasonable interference of the authority for the protection of monuments

    Exterior

  • excavation of ground and archeological research
  • utilization of mining technologies to stabilize the foundation and raise parts of the building and to construct a base or foundation plate or slab under the building, if necessary and possible, in particular to prevent further damages to the frescoes, realign the building, and protect the building and its interior against earthquakes
  • improving the basic structure of the villa and removing certain elements at the facade
  • repair or replacement of broken elements at the facade and any patchwork masonry added over the centuries by bad repairs and building alterations
  • merging of the properties, if acquired
  • redesign of the estate, whereby the original architecture would remain, for example by adding a

    Honestly, we are not sure about this project due to the reasons that the villa is monumental, but has not enlighted a fire of enthusiasm and it is not more favourable than two alternative projects of us in this city, because it is too small and further actions have to be done, which we have to do at the alternative projects as well, where we are already looking and planning.

    In relation to one of these two alternative projects, we got much more real estate offers.

    Success story continues and no end in sight - More evidences

    We quote a webpage about an alleged impact on certain companies: "Our Impact on the World's Most Valuable Public Companies: 1. Apple, 2. Alphabet (Google), 3. Microsoft, 4. Facebook, 5. Amazon ...
    Our deep learning methods developed since 1991[, but only named so in 2003,] have transformed machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and are now available to billions of users through the five most valuable public companies in the world: Apple (#1 as of 9 August 2017 with a market capitalization of US$ 827 billion), Google (Alphabet, #2, 654bn), Microsoft (#3, 561bn), Facebook (#4, 497bn), and Amazon (#5, 475bn) [1].
    Many of the most widely used AI applications of these companies are now based on our Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) recurrent neural networks (RNNs), which learn from experience to solve all kinds of previously unsolvable problems. The LSTM principle has become a foundation of what's now called deep learning (see survey), [...].

    Apple explained at its WWDC 2016 developer conference how our LSTM is improving its iPhone [2b], for example, the Quicktype function. Apple's Siri also uses LSTM in various ways [2b+].
    Google's speech recognition [2] for over two billion Android phones and many other devices is also based on LSTM (1997) [8] with forget gates (2000) [9] trained by our "Connectionist Temporal Classification (CTC)" (2006) [10]. In 2015, this approach dramatically improved Google's recognition rate not only by 5% or 10% (which already would have been great) but by almost 50% [2a].
    Google is using our rather universal LSTM also for image caption generation [2g], automatic email answering [2h], its new smart assistant Allo [2i], and its dramatically improved Google Translate [10b, 10b+, 2i].
    In fact, almost 30% of the awesome computational power for inference in all those Google datacenters [data centers] is now used for LSTM [10c] (and 5% are used for convolutional neural networks or CNNs - see below). You are probably using LSTM all the time in your daily life. Will Google itself end up as one huge LSTM?
    Microsoft uses LSTM not only for its own greatly improved speech recognition [2c,2c+] but also for photo-real talking heads [2k] and for learning to write code [2m], amongst other things.
    Amazon's famous Echo or Alexa also speaks to you in your home [2e] through our bidirectional [9b] LSTM which has learned to sound like a woman. (No, it's not a recording!)
    In August 2017, Facebook announced that it is now using our LSTM to handle a whopping 4.5 billion translations each day, for more than 2,000 translation directions from one language to another [2n].
    This completes the list of the five most valuable public companies as of August 2017. All of them state that AI is central to their business, and all of them are massively using LSTM, which is now permeating the modern world.
    What can we learn from that? If you want your company to be among the world's most valuable ones, better use LSTM!
    Interestingly, Samsung has been exploring LSTM as well (e.g., [2o]), and has become the world's most profitable company [2p] as of Q2 2017 :-)
    Other great Asian companies such as Chinese search giant Baidu are also building [2d] on our deep learning methods such as CTC [10].
    IBM used LSTM to analyze emotions [2j], amongst other things.
    Numerous other famous companies are using LSTM for all kinds of applications [...].

    Today, many startups as well as established companies such as Facebook & IBM & Google are using such deep GPU-CNNs for numerous applications [22]. Arcelor Mittal, the world's largest steel maker, worked with us to greatly improve steel defect detection [3]. In May 2015, we also had the first working very deep NNs with hundreds of layers [11]; a special case thereof was used by Microsoft [12] to improve image recognition. NVIDIA rebranded itself as a deep learning company. BTW, thanks to NVIDIA for our 2016 NN Pioneers of AI Award, and for generously funding our research!
    Even earlier, in 2009, our CTC-trained LSTM [10,10a] became the first recurrent neural network to win competitions. [...] DeepMind, a startup company heavily influenced by other former students of my lab: DeepMind's first people with publications and PhDs in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning were PhD students [...] one of them DeepMind's co-founder [...], one of them the first employee [...]. (The other two co-founders were not from my lab and had different backgrounds in biological neuroscience and business.)   • it was no problem to implement our Evoos at least as software in the year 1999 at all, because every relevant component already existed and their integrations were named and pointed out by us at that time and
  • it is not relevant at all in regard to the reputation and the copyright who used where and when one of those terms or any other term the first time.

    Also note for example that a Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is one of the alternatives to a CTC-fitted ANN and even an efficient forward-backward inference algorithm for HMMs exists.
    And this is not the end of the whole story, as we already discussed and will discuss again in the not so far away futures.

    Definitely, that CTC, LSTM, and the rest of what is called deep learning are neither a legal nor a technological loophole to circumvent our Cognitive Agent System (CAS) and Cognitive-Affective Processing System (CAPS) Evoos and our OS with its Os. Quite contrary, the documented relations and utilizations only confirm our points of view, explanations, and claims.

    Our Ontologic System (OS) includes our Evoos, our Ontoscope (Os), and much more.
    And the whole world is already using our OS, including our Evoos.

    And of course, these listed companies are not so valuable, because they use a special variant of Artificial Neural Network (ANN). In fact, they would be in the similar position anyway by performing and reproducing only our works of art.

    We always said that the revival or renaissance, and also the breakthrough of all these fields, including for example cybernetics and SoftBionics (SB), and much more fields, including for example cybernetical physics, Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), intelligent Tablet computer (intelliTablet, iTablet, or iTab), Mixed Reality (MR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR), and also self-driving cars or robot cars, came with our works of art. Before, they were considered to be no gos and carreer killers.
    So guess, who truly impacted them and therefore is now taking the scepter in the hand and putting on the crown..

    Any work in relation to the common Ontoverse (Ov) respectively New Reality Environment (NRE) (spacetime or space and time) fabric and any work jointly with entrepreneurs in the Metaverse Ontoverse (Ov) other than our SOPR, Ontonics, and other business units of our corporation is deeply monitored and investigated.
    But we would like to note the following in this relation: If such a work is jointly infringing the rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation, then we will consider that as conspiracy and file lawsuits with prosecutors worldwide without warning.
    Therefore, we would like to recommend once again to read the related issues of our SOPR very carefully.

    Specifically some larger companies have not given up their illegal business strategies to implement their own variants of our OS and our Ov, while other entities have not given up to implement parts of threm.

    For sure, there prior art exists in relation to the fields of

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization, and Analytics (BIVA), and Data Science and Analytics (DSA),

    and also

  • Cybernetics,
  • Ubiquitous Computing (UbiC), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES),
  • Cyber-Physical System (CPS), and
  • 3D virtual world, Virtual Environment (VE), and Mixed Reality (MR),

    for example with the Virtual Object System (VOS).
    But we are already talking about our

  • eXtended Mixed Reality (XMR) or eXtended Reality (XR), doubtlessly (see also the Clarification of the 1st and 5th of May 2016), and
  • much bigger thing.

    Furthermore,

  • Ontologic Application and Ontologic Services Providers (OAOSPs) in particular, and
  • all other affected businesses in general

    show more than sufficient and significant evidences, which prove the causal link to the original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S., specifically our OS.

    And to make the legal situation crystal clear once again our Ontologic System (OS) with its

  • Ontologic System Architecture (OSA),
  • Ontologic Sytem Components (OSC) and their composition and integration,
  • Ontoscope (Os),
  • Ontoscope Components (OsC) and their composition and integration, and
  • Ontoverse (Ov)

    is copyrighted, because it is at least an original and unique

  • self-portrait of C.S.,
  • ontological argument, and
  • successor of the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW)

    and everybody else has the freedom to present an own work of art on this level and in this genre, so to say, which

  • is possible as all of our explanations, discussions, and clarifications about prior art, plagiarisms, and our originals prove, but
  • must also be different to our OS in whole or in part.

    For example, we have different approaches in the fields of operating system (os), Distributed System (DS), resilient system (rs), secure system, Mixed Reality Environment (MRE), and also ontological argument or ontological proof, Theory of Everything (ToE), self-portrait, self-extension, and so on. But eventually, every other entity proves to be incompetent and therefore follows us blindly and slavishly.
    The latter is also regulated by national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements and conventions, including the national and international copyright laws.

    Another review of prior art in the fields of

  • reflective operating system and Distributed operating system (Dos),
  • Distributed System (DS), including what is wrongly called Grid, Cloud, Edge, and Fog System (GCEFS),
  • resilient system (e.g. fault-tolerant, reliable, dependable, safe),
  • secure system (e.g. validated, verified, validating, verifying, evaluable (validatable), verifiable),
  • Agent-Based System (ABS) or Agent-Oriented System (AOS), including
    • Multi-Agent System (MAS),
    • Intelligent Agent System (IAS), and
    • Cognitive Agent System (CAS),
  • Autonomous System (AS) and Robotic System (RS),
  • Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW),
  • 3D virtual world, Virtual Environment (VE), and Mixed Reality (MR),
  • Cybernetics,
  • Ubiquitous Computing System (UbiCS), Internet of Things (IoT), Networked Embedded System (NES),
  • Cyber-Physical System (CPS),

    showed once again that

  • on the one hand relevant works of others exist and
  • on the other hand relevant works with their creations, improvements, extensions, and integrations of us exist.

    But eventually, what is called

  • Web 3.0 and Web3 is our Web 3.0,
  • Ubiquitous Computing System (UbiCS), and Internet of Things (IoT) and Networked Embedded System (NES) is our next generation of them,
  • Cyber-Physical System (CPS), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industry 4.0 is included in our UbiCS 2.0, IoT 2.0 and NES 2.0, and is our Industry 5.0,
  • Metaverse is our next generation of it,
  • and so on,

    are all parts of our Ontoverse (Ov) and therefore our integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) is the truly relevant matter no matter how diffuse the white, yellow, or red line is in some cases of works of prior art due to various reasons. In other words, if a white, yellow, or red line between a work of prior art and our work of art cannot be drawn, then just adding another integration of prior art by us and our OSA eventually always draws the white, yellow, or red line in one way or another to our advantage.
    In fact, we are already in the era of our Web 3.0 and our Ontoverse (Ov).
    This also shows that

  • simulating an ordinary technological progress or
  • only using works of prior art legally

    is not sufficient to circumvent the rights of C.S. and our corporation, specifically for other companies. Indeed, there are more legal regulations in addition to the copyright, that prohibit certain business certain business strategies and actions in this regard.

    According to the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR)

  • mandatory registration of services and related APIs as part of our management and orchestration of common Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS) fabric and Ontologic eXchange (OX or OntoX), and
  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Integration Infrastructure as a Service (IIaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS), including Operating system as a Service (OpsaaS), Network as a Service (NaaS), and Connectivity Management as a Service (CMaaS) belong to the exclusive Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS)

    of the infrastructures of our SOPR.

    We also discussed the difference between utilization of our OS for

  • internal business processes, and
  • external business processes, specifically for provisioning of OAOS for end users or consumers, and other customers,

    independent of the situation and location in regard to private or closed, public or open, on-premise or internal, off-premise or external, on-edge, hybrid, and other variants.

    We did not want and intend to go so far, but the regulations imply that they are also apply for OAOS of OAOS Providers (OAOSPs), also wrongly called Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Communications Service Providers (CSPs), Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Web Service Providers (WSPs), and so on, and have to comply with these regulations of the AoA and the ToS in relation to all external utilization of our OS and provide options for our SOPR in their data centers for our OntoX where integration of prior art according to our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) takes place.
    This leads to situations where a first Main Contractor (MC) (e.g. Amazon) operates in the data center of a second MC (e.g. Alphabet (Google)) or other artwork and technology licensing partner (e.g. Microsoft, Nvidia, Meta (Facebook), etc.) in relation to provisioning of OAOS for IaaS and PaaS for internal and external entities and OAOS for external entities respectively customers.
    This also provides us the possibility to monitor OAOSPs and evaluate if they are not damaging the goals and even threatening the integrities of C.S. and our corporation, including our collecting and managing Societies, as observed again and again even in the negotiation phase.

    An entity that does not comply with the AoA and the ToS, and hence does not agree to the proposed societal compromise looses the

  • non-labelling option and the related discount of up to 5% for the ICT licensee class, and has to name C.S. and label technologies, goods, and services,
  • out-of-court agreement and in the course of this the allowance and license for the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our OS,
  • MC, and also
  • other significant benefits for the members of our SOPR, and
  • ...

    as regulated by the AoA and the ToS.

    Finally, we can see once again that our relatively few and short regulations of the AoA and the ToS with the LM and MCM are suitable to handle most if not all legal situations.

    Legal matter [Infrastructure]
    The infrastructure of our SOPR is a personal, original and unique creation of an artist, but not a Person of Ordinary Skill In The Art (POSITA), and therefore a copyrighted work of art.

    Everything related to our OS has been created in 1999 and 2006, nothing is to be invented or even implemented, we are only reconfiguring and scaling up our OS, with its OS Architecture (OSA) and OS Components (OSC).

    Legal matter [Satellite] [Satellite constellation] or Infrastructure [Satellite Constellation] or Superstructure or Ontologic eXchange [Satellite]
    We recalled in relation to other developments that all kinds of network are part of the common backbone, core network, or fabric of the exclusive infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and Society for Superstructure Utilization and Management (SSUM), and our other Societies, including public and private

  • mesh networks based on
    • wireless technologies, like for example
      • Wireless Local Area Network (LAN) routers for hot spots of Telecommunications Service Providers (TPSs) and
      • proprietary network technologies for fields like for example Internet of Things (IoT) respectively Ontologic Net of Things (ONoT), Cyber-Physical System (CPS), Smart Environment (SE), Ambient Intelligence (AmI) (e.g. Samsung SmartThings), etc.),

    Our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) is considering to prohibit media companies, including publishers of the uncontrolled press the placement of advertising in any space and time in our Ontoverse (Ov).
    For sure,

  • on the one hand freedom of speech does not include freedom of advertising, and
  • on the other hand social media is media.

    Eventually, we decided for deciding about the advertisement content by exploiting the control over the online advertisement estate of C.S. and our corporation, so that they cannot damage the goals or even threaten the integrity of our SOPR in this way.

  • Computing and Networking System (CNS) (related to Operating system as a Service technologies (OpsaaSx) and Network as a Service technologies (NaaSx)),
  • computing and networking fabric and power,
  • name services (related to Multidimensional Multidomain Multilingual Multiparadigmatic Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M⁶UI) (e.g. Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Visual Language Processing (VLP), object recognition, etc.)),
  • Ontoverse (Ov) or New Reality Environment (NRE) respectively New Reality (NR) (spacetime or space and time) fabric,
  • Multidimensional Multidomain Multilingual Multiparadigmatic Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M⁶UI) of the Ontoverse (Ov),
  • HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB) (e.g. AI, ML, CI, SC, CV, SLAM, NMP, ABS, EmoC and AffC, CogC or CogS, CogV, CAS, CAPS, CSC, AC, etc.), and
  • Autonomous System (AS) and Robotic System (RS),

    which are common to all members of our Societies (see also the issue #327 of the 7th of June 2021).

    We also recall that in accordance with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) with the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) the following regulation applies:
    If a part of our OS is common to all members, and artwork and technology licensing partners (licensees) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), then it is a part of the exclusive infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and Society for Superstructure Utilization and Management (SSUM), and our other Societies.

    Specifically the HB and SB systems, which are included in our ON respectively Intersup and utilized to do computationally difficult tasks, seem to be common to all members of our SOPR.

    Infrastructure [Co²S and S³] or Social and Societal System (S³)
    We worked on our Communication and Collaboration System (CoCoS or Co²S) and Social and Societal System (SoSoS or S³) in relation to 4 basic tasks.
    The first task was the finalization of the basic architectures of our Co²S and S³ and their fine integration with our overall infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and Society for Superstructure Utilization and Management (SSUM), and our other Societies, including our Ontoverse (Ov).
    Because these basic archtiectures and social networking protocols are based on communication protocols they integrate seamlessly with each other and the other parts of the infrastructures.

    The second task was the transfer or migration of user data respectively Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from existing social service platforms to our Co²S and S³ to the social service platforms of other entities, which are hooked into our systems.
    Luckily, at least in the European Union (EU) the legal situation is crystal clear and we even imagine that a mandatory menu button for easy transfer of PII will be added to social service platforms by law in the future.
    Basically, we also see no problems in other sovereign territories, such as for example the U.S.America, though a court order might be required.

    As the third task, we were also able to solve the last problem, which was filtering hate speech out of our S³ and accomplishing other tricky tasks of

  • analyzing multi-modal signals and contents (e.g. text, images, audio, and video),
  • translating multi-modal signals and contents,
  • handling preferences,
  • moderating posts, games, and events,
  • spotting, filtering, and removing unwanted or illegal contents (e.g. hate speech, plagiarism),
  • and much more

    from billions of members of our Societies for

  • providing Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS)

    for the benefit of all of them thanks to the basic properties of our original and unique, copyrighted, and prohibited for fair use work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S., such as our fields of HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB) included and integrated in our Ontologic Net (ON) respectively Interconnected supercomputer (Intersup) (see also the section Infrastructure [HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB)]).

    And because we do own the OS with the Ov, we will continue to increase the pressure on entities that still think they would be allowed to damage the goals and even threaten the integrities of C.S. and our corporation, including our SOPR.
    In total contrast, the Main Contractors (MCs) of our SOPR will have a lot of fun in the not so far away future respectively near future.

    The fourth task is related to the management and orchestration of our S³. Specifically in relation to the social part of our S³, we thought once again about Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), because we are only interested in the proper

  • management and orchestration of the subsystems and platforms,
  • connection with our other subsystems and platforms, and
  • control over our porperties (e.g. copyright, raw signals and data, and online advertisement estate).

    Actually, we do not know how many users we already have, but we guess that together with the users of our (designated) MC it might be around 500 million users, which will increase rapidly in the not so far away future, because only we own the metaverse Ontoverse (Ov) and the ad estate in our OS with Ov and Os, and provide truly interesting user data. So guess what the industries will do in the not so far away future.

    Now, we do get freedom of choice, innovation, and competition pro bono publico==for the public good in this field as well, though the allowance and license for the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our OS is still required by the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements and conventions, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our SOPR.

    our SOPR is the data trustee respectively manages and operates the

  • Trust Management System (TMS or TrustMS) and
  • Ontologic Trustworthy System (OTwS or OTrustS).

    But first things first:
    Modern automobiles

  • are manufactured and managed with our Ontologic System (OS), and
  • are even an Ontoscope on Wheels.

    Thus, the related technologies, goods, and services, and their manufacturers and mobility service providers are within the

  • legal scope of our Ontologic System (OS),
  • domain of our New Reality (NR) respectively
  • sovereign space of our Ontoverse (Ov), also known as our digital state OntoLand (OL).

    This means, among other things, that because of our licensing terms, the

  • manufacturers and mobility service providers have ot become members, and artwork and technology licensing partners of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and
  • vehicle technic related raw signals and data also belong to us.

    Furthermore, a buyer or owner, or a user of such an automobile respectively Ontoscope on Wheels owns the Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs), that are generated by the individual use of the automobile (e.g. driving route, length of use, maintenance, driving style, etc.).
    All Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs) are protected by relevant data protection laws and may neither

  • be withheld from the owner by a vehicle manufacturer, nor
  • be demanded by a service provider

    within the limits of such data protection laws.

    Furthermore, the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies include the following mandatory subsystems and platforms:

  • Universal Ledger (UL),
  • Trust Management System (TMS or TrustMS),
  • Consent Management System (CMS or ConsMS),
  • Ontologic Trustworthy System (OTwS or OTrustS),
  • Ontologic Notary (OntoNotary), and
  • Marketplace for Everything (MfE).

    Furthermore, virtually all service providers use at least one element of our Ontologic System (OS) and therefore they

  • are also in the
    • legal scope of our Ontologic System (OS),
    • domain of our New Reality (NR) respectively
    • sovereign space of our Ontoverse (Ov), also known as our digital state OntoLand (OL),

    and

  • must also become members and licensees of our SOPR.

    We would also like to give the reminder that the European Commission (EC) has already submitted a corresponding proposal. However, in the end this will not change our requirements, particularly the point that our SOPR will be the trustee, that manages and orchestrates the related subsystems and platform, including a so-called trust center, as well as jointly operates them with the Main Contractors (MCs).
    Here, neither for the automobile industry nor the insurance industry clientele politics is made.

    We will not explain the legal aspects and related subsystems and platforms of the infrastructures in detail once again and refer to the relevant issues of our SOPR.

    In the following, we outline the handling of car data in our OS, NR resp. Ov, aka. OL.

  • A vehicle manufacturer can give its consent for the use of
    • vehicle technic related raw signals and data in agreement with our SOPR, and
    • vehicle-specific informations, knowledge, models, and algorithms.
  • An owner or user of a vehicle can give her, his, or their consent for the use of Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs).
  • A legislator can mandate the use of all raw signals and data, Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs), vehicle-specific informations, knowledge, models, and algorithms.
  • A service provider can obtain the use of all raw signals and data, Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs), vehicle-specific informations, knowledge, models, and algorithms on the Marketplace for Everything (MfE).
  • A business unit of our company may
    • freely use all raw signals and data, and
    • freely use all Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs), vehicle-specific informations, knowledge, models, and algorithms, if they are common to all members of our SOPR and thus serve the public benefit.
  • All entities must comply with applicable laws, specifically
    • competition laws,
    • data protection laws, and
    • copyright laws.

    There is no need for further discussion and negotiation as well as new legal regulation.

    We would also like to point out once again that we have already unclosed our Ontologic System (OS) and allow and license the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our Ontologic System (OS) under Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory, As well as Customary (FRANDAC) terms and conditions.
