Ontonics Further steps

We decided that the control of the highly precise, rigorous, and secure

  • production,
  • completion, and
  • assembly, as well as
  • validation and verification

    of the modules in the fields of Network System (NetS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) of access places and access devices to the Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) of our OS respectively in our Ontoverse (Ov), such as all variants of our Ontoscope, including

  • Google, Samsung, and Co. Android products,
  • Huawei Harmony products,
  • Baidu DuerOS products,
  • Alibaba operating system products, and
  • similar products based on illegal variants of the Linux kernel, and also
  • Apple products,
  • Microsoft products, and
  • similar products based on illegal operating systems,
  • vehicles,
  • robots,
  • etc.,

    go to plants and other facilities of a special society or business unit of our corporation.

    We have already discussed a similar measure to enforce the rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation in relation to our Ontoscope (Os) worldwide.
    Even better, this move to control the production and assembly of these goods allows to create more benefits for all members of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), that already announced a more common foundation of our Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS).

    We have already planned the related plants and other facilities around the year 2005 anyway. Now, their realization takes shape.
    In this relation, we

  • decided not to add more actions, because we do not want to interfere in the competition too much,
  • suggested that the related manufacturers of the basic elements (e.g. parts, components, modules, and chips), including the companies Intel, Qualcomm, Samsung, Apple, Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, Huawei, ZTE, and others will become suppliers respectively Main Contractors (MCs),
  • got the first valuable and appreciated feedback, which came from the company Apple, was launched through a media channel indirectly, and is about the related problems with the tightly coupled supply chain, and
  • announce to talk to these manufacturers about how to proceed in relation to artistical, legal, technological, logistical, and economical matters, and also
  • announce to talk to the Communications Service Providers (CSPs), so that they source the final products from the legal companies, which is where we will be.

    For sure, we are aware about this problem with the supply chain, but we cannot see a problem with beginning to solve it and unbundling it. In fact, Apple itself is already locating plants to other countries, like for example Malaysia and India, and we are already improving logistics worldwide in general an for this matter in particular. Even better, we could construct our plants in the immediate vicinity or even directly in the plant properties of Apple and other manufacturers. Specifically, with the new Ontoscope Components (OsC), models, and variants such a move would provide several benefits at once.

    Eventually, the situation is very similar if not equal to the situations in relation to our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) and Ontologic Trustworthy System (OTwS or OTrustS).
    But the newest insights about activities of certain countries in relation to economy and espionage provide another reason, which makes the move more inevitable.

    For example, we even found out that certain governements do not stick to the agreement that the access places and access devices in our Ontoverse (Ov), which are owned and used by non-citizens of their states, are a taboo for their authorities, specifically in relation to restriction and surveillance of communications and searches.
    Therefore, we will add functionality to enforce this agreement, for example an automatic geofencing in combination with cloud storage space storage, which can only be manually activated when the device and its owner or user are in a safe environment.

    Ontonics Further steps

    Potentially at the end of the month September 2022, we will seek to obtain the application for a restrictive injunction due to the obvious infringment of the integrity and long-term abuse of C.S.. We are very sure to get several tens of thousand or even some hundreds of thousands euro in the worst case and as absolute minimum, but that is already a decision made by a judge.
    The injunction

  • should stop all activities related to all private, artistic, creative, inventive, and other activities of C.S., and the creations, works of art, and so on, including stalking, mimicking, copying, and so on, and also
  • restore all creations, works of art, reputations, credibilities, rights, and so on, including all performances and reproductions.

    Keep in mind that replacing the cream of an Oreo cookie with toothpaste, giving it to a homeless person or rough person, recording how this person bites into the cookie and vomits on video, and showing the video on a video platform already resulted in a fine of around 20,000 euro and 6 weeks of imprisonment in Italy, European Union, whereby the latter was later suspended.

    Also keep in mind that these actions against members of the Bad Actors Group #1 (see also the Further steps of the 31st of July 2022) are taking several weeks or some very few months, but not years.
    Decisive actions against members of the Bad Actors Group #2 might follow As Soon As Possible (ASAP).
    We are still living in an area with rule-based law and order.

    Ontonics Further steps

    Potentially in the last months of the year 2022, we will seek to obtain the prohibition of Free and Open Source Hardware and Software (FOSHS) projects due to the obvious infringments of laws. We are very sure to get an unambiguous legal regulation for FOSHS projects in the worst case and as absolute minimum, but that is already a decision made by a judge.
    The prohibition

  • should stop all private, artistic, creative, inventive, and other activities related to illegal FOSHS, and also
  • should stop all commercial activities related to FOSHS.

    We quote the Tax Code (TC) of the Federal Republic of Germany: "[...]
    § 52 Charitable purposes or Non-profit purposes or Public benefit purposes
    (1) A corporation shall pursue charitable purposes if its activities are aimed at selflessly promoting the general public in the material, spiritual, or moral spheres. [...]
    (2) Under the conditions of paragraph 1, the following shall be recognized as promotion of the general public:
    1. the promotion of science and research; [(see also § 68 Individual special purpose enterprises, paragraph 9)]

    We can hardly recognize a non-profit character in any FOSS project, because

  • it is only about industrial development, implementation, and distribution of software,
  • extra developers and managers are hired or seconded by companies for the realization of these industrial activities, and
  • this software and these related activities are used and pursued by companies and single entities for economic purposes, especially to
    • generate an earning or profit in direct relation to that alleged non-profit activities,
    • devalue, attack, and even destroy intellectual properties, goals, and integrities of competitors, and
    • avoid tax levies.

    Wir können bei kaum einen FOSS-Projekt eine Gemeinnützigkeit erkennen, da

  • es sich lediglich um industrielle Entwicklung, Implementierung, und Vertrieb von Software handelt,
  • füf die Durchführung dieser Aktivitäten extra EntwicklerInnen und Führungskräfte von Unternehmen eingestellt oder abgestellt werden, und
  • diese Software und diese zugehörigen Aktivitäten von Unternehmen und einzelnen Entitäten aus wirtschaftlichen Zwecken genutzt und verfolgt werden, insbesondere um
    • ein Einkommen oder einen Gewinn im direkten Zusammenhang mit dieser angeblich gemeinnützigen Tätigkeit zu erzielen,
    • geistiges Eigentüer, Ziele und Integritäten von Wettbewerbern zu entwerten, zu attackieren und sogar zu zerstören und
    • steuerliche Abgaben zu vermeiden.

    The privately funded university Stanford University has stolen parts of our original and unique, copyrighted works of art once again. Significant evidences exist, which also points to the next illegal collaboration with the company Alphabet (Google), but also with the U.S.American government.
    We quote a document, which is about so-called foundation models and was publicated on the 16th of August 2021 the first time and revised on the 12th of July 2022: "On the Opportunities and Risks of Foundation Models",
    "AI is undergoing a paradigm shift with the rise of models [...] trained on broad data (generally using self-supervision at scale) that can be adapted to a wide range of downstream tasks. We call these models foundation models to underscore their critically central yet incomplete character. This report provides a thorough account of the opportunities and risks of foundation models, ranging from their capabilities (e.g., language, vision, robotic manipulation, reasoning, human interaction) and technical principles (e.g., model architectures, training procedures, data, systems, security, evaluation, theory) to their applications (e.g., law, healthcare, education) and societal impact (e.g., inequity, misuse, economic and environmental impact, legal and ethical considerations). But only after our publications about our foundational ontologic model, abstract core, and so on, and specifically the Clarification of the 29th of April 2016, where and when we referenced the document titled "Symbol Grounding Transfer with Hybrid Self-Organizing/Supervised Neural Networks" and publicated 2004, and made the quote "unsupervised concept formation precedes the supervised acquisition of category names". And bang the paradigm shift they run in this direction, because they only do what we do and waited for such an information, and according to the document quoted here the model thing came only then. In fact, at that time the big crime was based on the so-called Neural Turing Machine (NTM) and Differentiable Neural Computer (DNC). But we explained properties, which were already created and integrated with our Evoos. Note that Schyns is only about sorting and labelling or naming, which can be used for embedding, as also explained. Also note that we only reference such a work, if it is true prior art or based on our works of art to counteract and frustrate the fraudulent methods of simulating an ordinary technological progress and mimicking and stealing in real-time.]",
    "Before 2019, self-supervised learning with language models was essentially a subarea in NLP, which progressed in parallel to other developments in NLP. After 2019, self-supervised learning with language models became more of a substrate of NLP, as using BERT has become the norm.     "We introduce the term foundation models to fill a void in describing the paradigm shift we are witnessing; we briefly recount some of our reasoning for this decision. Existing terms (e.g., pretrained model, self-supervised model) partially capture the technical dimension of these models, but fail to capture the significance of the paradigm shift in an accessible manner for those beyond machine learning.     Comment
    Without any doubts, the foundations of this paradigm for building Intelligent Systems (IS or IntS) and Cognitive Systems (CogS) were also created with our Evoos and fine-tuned with our OS respectively cybernetic self-portrait, cybernetic self-augmentation, and cybernetic self-extension, and also cybernetic self-reflection and therefore are part of our Ontologic Paradigm with its general Ontologic Model and appropriate transformations of ontologies, knowledge, informations, and all other kinds of data on this Ontologic Model respectively abstract machine core, including the foundational ontologic model [respectively abstract core] of our OS functions like a brain.

    We only read the Abstract (page 1) and the first section of the chapter Introduction (page 3) of the misleading document respectively plagiarism to got the impression that it was written solely to mislead the public about our Evoos and OS.
    And indeed, it took only some few more sections on the next page (page 4) to got enough evidences, which prove our impression and suspicion that our original and unique works of art have been used as blueprints and foundations for illegal and even serious criminal activities.
    And on the next page (page 5) we have multimodal models, which even lets non-experts recognize the fraud.
    And on the next pages (pages 6 and 7) our copyright is confirmed, because only our Evoos and OS remain as the original and unqiue works of art.

    And we are the creators, and the copyright holders, and the competences, and the ones, who

  • exploit our properties exclusively, as granted by national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters (e.g. Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory, As well as Customary (FRANDAC) terms and conditions, up to 20% of the revenue generated with the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our OS, exclusive infrastructures, and so on),
  • decide how to call this part of our Ontologic System (OS), like in the case of for example the digital twin,
  • give the answer to "a big question is: who will determine this future?" (with this note), and
  • will protect all rights and properties of us at the courts worldwide.

    In fact, it is another fraud of Alphabet (Google) done in collaboration with the Universities of California, U.S.America, which has been conducted even more aggressively with for example presenting unsubstantial and even irrelevant and wrong prior art and hundreds of authors to mislead the public in these ways as well, because they have nothing else then psychological tricks, copies, lies, and other fraudulent and even criminal actions.
    And we do not expect that the situation will improve by reading the remaining 200 pages.
    What is called Self-Supervised Learning in that quoted document is called hybrid learning and the related model is called distributed or hybrid and modular connectionist model.
    That quoted document also references another document, which is often cited in the course of this overall fraud, for example on the webpage about the subject Self-Supervised Learning of an online encyclopedia.

    That document of 2006 also cites others works, which makes it as well highly suspicious, including

    Obviously, G. E. Hinton is responsible and just another busted senior, who thought to be oversmart by stealing our works of art.

    The self and the automatic and also the Computer Vision (CV) to the hybrid learning approach, including Unsupervised Learning (USL) and Supervised Learning (SL), and Self-Supervised Learning (SSL), and multimodality was already created with our Evoos, as explained in the note Summary of website revision of the 21st of June 2022, which is even confirmed by that plagiarism of the Stanford University.
    In fact, prior art is only about Multimodal User Interface (MUI) and Machine Learning (ML) for tracking the presence and the position of a user by a camera, but no Natural Language Processing (NIP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Image Processing (NIP), Natural Image Understanding (NIU), semantics, and so on, and therefore no what is wrongly called supermodel and Mixture of Experts.
    Another prior art is about the field of Model-Based Autonomous System (MBAS) or Immobile Robotic System (ImRS or Immobot) with "immobot control of its complex internal functions, elaborating quantitative details of qualitative models (learning a quantitative model given a proportional dependencies of quantities)" and
    {?combines or} fuses

  • rule-based reasoning,
  • symbolic reasoning,
  • model-based reasoning,
  • qualitative reasoning,
  • planning and scheduling, management of complex tasks,
  • execution,
  • propositional satisfiability,
  • concurrent reactive languages (feedback, non-blocking, actor),
  • Markov processes,
  • model-based learning, including Decompositional, Model-based Learning (DML), plans the ordering and the coordination of information flow between them (in scientific modeling "Model-based learning entails determining target models and a learning pathway that provide realistic chances of understanding"), and
  • adaptive systems.

    But again, our Evoos also integrates the immobot, while SIF-VW and CoMMA-COGs lack Computational Intelligence (CI or ComI), and Soft Computing (SC or SoftC), and also Cybernetical Intelligence (CI or CybI), as well as fusion of realities and therefore Augmented Reality (AR) and Augmented Virtuality (AV).
    We also have the impression that the updated version of SIF to SIF-VW and the integration of SIF-VW with CoMMA-COGs is also based on our Evoos.

    Indeed, one can see now once again that they want to circumvent ontology and logic-based by using for example a unified architecture, an integrated subsymbolic or parallel distributed process, or distributed connectionist, or distributed neural network architecture (see for example the document titled "Integrated Connectionist Models: Building AI Systems on Subsymbolic Foundations" 1994, DIstributed SCript processing and Episodic memorRy Network (DISCERN) subsymbolic model and integrated connectionist architecture respectively distributed neural network model), and a hybrid architecture, a dynamic symbolic architecture (see for example the document titled "Dynamic Symbol Systems" 1994), and also an integrated architecture Knowledge System (KS) or Knowledge-Based System (KBS), or Expert System (ES), and Soft Computing (SC or SoftC).
    See once again the Clarification of the 29th of April 2016.
    But DISCERN and all the other subsymbolic respectively connectionist and behavior-based / behaviour-based or behaviorist systems, DSWs, KBSs and ESs with or without the other subfields of SC lack one or more of the other required fields, like for example

  • MultiModality (MM),
  • Multimodal User Interface (MUI),
  • Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), etc.,
  • ontology,
  • resilience, including fault tolerance, trustworthiness, reliability, high-availabiltiy, safety, security, etc.,
  • validation and verification, including formal verification and model checking,
  • and so on,

    which all are also included in and created or integrated by our original and unique, copyrighted masterpieces, and eventually what they are stealing is our original and unique, copyrighted Evoos with its EosA and OS with its OSA.

    We also learned that the

  • "[Center of Research on Foundation Models (]CRFM[)] receives funding from Google, Microsoft, and the McGovern Foundation as of July 2022, though this funding was not directly related to this report." The latter is also a lie, but irrelevant in general, because it is sufficient that the competitors Alphabet (Google) and Microsoft have joined with Stanford University to establish the new CRFM to infringe the rights, steal the properties (e.g. copyright), and also damage the goals and even threaten and attack the integrities of C.S. and our corporation alone and in collaboration, as always claimed and documented by us, and
  • same Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) of the Stanford University is the responsible entity behind the other fraud called National Research Cloud initiative.

    Do not fall prey to any illusions, because this was a gatecrash, as we also documented some years ago in the cases of the

  • consortium One Handset Alliance and
  • company Apple

    in relation to other Ontologic System Components (OSC) and Ontoscope Components (OsC), and the

  • companies Microsoft, IBM, and others

    in relation to the smart contract transaction protocol, the blockchain technque, and our Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
    But this time it will have serious legal consequences. See for example the

  • related sections of the issue SOPR #33o of the 15th of July 2022,
  • related notes, and
  • related blacklistings.

    At present, we cannot see

  • any chance of cooperation or collaboration with specific entities and
  • any successful future for specific entities.

    Last but not least, they are now where we were in the early 2000s and when we concluded that Common Sense Computing (CSC), Linked Data (LD), and other stupid brute force approaches, like the one Google and Co. prefer, will not work in many cases without

  • ontologies and ontologics, and also
  • hybrid agent architectures with symbolic respectively logic-based foundations, techniques, and functionalities in addition to subsymbolic respectively connectionist and behavior-based / behaviour-based or behaviorist foundations, techniques, and functionalities.

    And no, we do not wait until they take our set of ontologies and so on to continue with feeding their monsters.

    Considerations about Ontologic Model

    In notes, explanations, clarifications, and investigations of the year 2016, we explained some more foundations and aspects of our Evoos created in the year 1999 and our OS created as its successor until the year 2006 in more detail respectively we resolved their minimalistic descriptions more and show how to understand and interpret these masterpieces better.
    Other entities have taken these publications as blueprint for what is wrongly called foundation model, supermodel, transformer, perceiver, and so on, as proven by their shift of focus and interest, and resulting works and publications.
    But these (modular multimodal) Machine Learning Models (MLMs) are functions respectively transformations, computations, or processings of input to output, which belong to the Ontologic roBot (OB or OntoBot) component and are implemented in software as subfunctions, subcomponents, or subservices of the Ontologic System Components (OSC) and in hardware as subfunctions, subcomponents, or submodules of the Ontoscope Components (OsC).
    Therefore, the term foundation component viewed as a subcomponent of the OntoBot, or at least of the OSC and the OsC would also fit.

    We already have our Ontologic System (OS) with its ontologic model and foundational ontologic model.
    Obviously, the so-called foundation model and supermodel are types of (is a) ontologic model respectively are included in our ontologic model, because MLMs belong to our fields of HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB), our Evolutionary operating system Architecture (EosA) and Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) integrate all-in-one, and the foundational ontologic model of our Evoos and our OS functions like a brain.
    We even have the impression that the term foundation model is merely a different designation for the related part of our Evoos and our OS, specifically in relation to the holonic model respectively "one model-many model nature" and the multimodality.

    Therefore, we would only accept the terms foundation model and supermodel in conjunction with the term ontologic.

    Furthermore, our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) also demands unrestricted access to raw signals and data, and common infrastructure, which would comprise any common model anyway, specifically these MLMs and holon model (one model-many model) and multimodality.
    In this relation, we also suggested to locate some of our data centers on the premises of data centers of Space Computing Providers (SCPs) or in close neighbourhood, if no space is available on a premise respectively on a lot or in a data center.
    This also allows to operate and manage all the other subsystems and platforms of the infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Socities, such as the Ontologic eXchange (OX or OntoX) and Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) Ontologic Payment system (OPS or OntoPay) and Ontologic Exchange (OEx or OntoEx), and the fabrics directly at the locations, where the processes and tasks originate or have to be done, which would make the SCPs Main Contractors (MCs) by design, so to say.
    This also allows that our Societies can connect and integrate the other sets of fundamental

    • facilities,
    • technologies (e.g. systems and platforms),
    • goods (e.g. applications, devices, and vehicles), and
    • services

    of the infrastructures, which are unrelated to the Space and Time Computing and Networking (STCN) infrastructure respectively overlay, establishing the overall Ontoverse (Ov) seamlessly.

    By the way:

  • The expiry of the grace period does not have to be waited for due to the reasons that we already discussed our Evoos since the February or March 1999 and publicated The Proposal describing our Evoos on the 10th of December 1999 and our OS in the end of October 2006, or said in other words they were already ready in these years and must only be implemented, and our related notes, explanations, clarifications, and investigations does not add new matter at all, with the exclusion of more precise formulations or some improvements,which are legally irrelevant from the point of view of the overall expressions of ideas, like for example some few details like adding Chord# (only assumed the existence of the last missing improvement, but just not looked for such a solution and read the document about this specific algorithm earlier) to our polylogarithmically scalable and synchronizable Distributed Computing (DC) or Distributed System (DS), which again is an original and unique architecture and also part of our original and unique OS Architecture (OSA), and we do not need to patent our creations respectively works of art, because they are copyright protected just by publication.
    Take a look at the publication dates of referenced works. They are all dated before 2000 in case of our Evoos and 2007 in case of our OS (anything else would be a formal mistake by us), or they have taken our Evoos and our OS as source of inspiration.
    In this relation, we already explained that we cannot cheat with such outstanding masterpieces on the one hand and we have describe our Evoos and OS in such a way that they can be resolved unambigously, so that the only conclusion is that we integrated all the referenced matter at these dates already. Proof us wrong and we will disprove it.
    Anyway, proper labelling is always required and license for the performance and reproduction of our Evoos and our OS in whole or in part.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps

    We noticed the development of a cybersecurity schema framework, which most potentially will be implemented on the basis of the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and the Resource Description Framework (RDF) based on XML, and consider this activity as the demand for an ontology in the field of cybersecurity on the basis of Web Ontology Language (OWL) and other suitable and common forms (e.g. triple, JSON, other ML, logic, rule-based), though a focus on one or some very few formats would be better for overall harmonization and standardization.

    Potentially, we can reuse already existing matter of the field of resilience and also integrate the matters of both fields in an advantageous way.

    Style of Speed Further steps

    We already demanded stricter regulations for aerial vehicles with Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) capability regarding crash safety and noise emission.

    For sure, after we talked about a parachute every fraudster in the U.S.America, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere claimed to have a parachute installed, and after we talked about the Whisper™ capability and Silent Service™ technology of our VTOL aircrafts every fraudster claimed to have a very silent aircraft.
    But what we have seen so far are hybrid aircrafts, which are not more silent in flight than a comparable aircraft with wings, and the noise generated when taking off or landing is not demonstrated to the public at all.

    The first authorities have recognized the potential for fraud in this industry and at least announced regulations that demand the specification and documentation of all instruments and arrangements of a test environment and how the noise has to be measured by a manufacturer.

    Now, we demand more stricter regulations once again, which is a crash safety protection, which again guarantees that an aircraft does not fall or glide down in case of loss of propulsion with a velocity higher than 4 km/h or 1.11 meter per second, so that it should not be life-threatening if a human is hit at the head or other body part.

    We noticed that the company Meta (Facebook) acquired the company Mapillary, which already is an OntoEarth clone based on the OpenStreetMap (OSM) providing related Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS) for sharing crowdsourced geotagged photos.
    With the purchase Meta (Facebook) even increased the copyright infringement of Mapillary and did its next copyright infringement, because it merely did what we announced in the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 26th of July 2017. Note that we publicated at first "integrating some services of Facebook" and then substituted "Facebook" with "other social networking platforms" at the same day or some few days later.

    For sure, Meta (Facebook) was allowed to license the performance and reproduction of this part of our Ontologic System (OS) at that time. But like in the cases of the other members of the Bad Actors Group #1, including the companies Alphabet (Google), Microsoft, and Porsche SE/Volkswagen, the company Meta (Facebook) has already shown multiple times before the year 2020 and in the following months that it does not want to comply with all kinds of laws and regulations being effective. Meta (Facebook) even claimed for our creations, for example our

  • Ontologic roBot (OntoBot),

  • It is another nice example how successful or interesting Free and Open Source Hardware (FOSH) and Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) projects and similar activities do not work in the end, because they are either misused by the industries directly or simply boarded and assimilated as part of proprietary technologies, goods, and services later.
    Therefore once again, no Evoos and OS as FOSH and FOSS, and Geographic Information System (GIS) and common User Interface (UI) part of the exclusive infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and our other Societies.
  • Another nice example is the acquisition of the Internet hosting service for software development and version control GitHub by the company Microsoft, which it did not to support the FOSS community, but to increase the damage to the rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation even more as part of its business strategy.

    Success story continues and no end in sight

    The so-called Deep Learning (DL) revolution was started with our original and unique works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S. in the years 1999 to 2005 and publicated at the end of October 2006 as part of the further development and refinement of our original and unique work of art titled Analyse und Entwurf eines Betriebssystems nach evolutionären und genetischen Aspekten==Analysis and Design of an Operating System According to Evolutionary and Genetic Aspects, also titled Evolutionary operating system and abbreviated as Evoos and created by C.S. in the years 1998 to 1999, discussed since the February or March 1999, and publicated on the 10th of December 1999. All other early developments and achievements presented are dated 2011 and 2012, and based on features of our Ontologic System (OS), which indeed already existed since many years and hence were not new in 2011 anymore. But as we always explain, virtually nobody took the risk to lead in total contrast to us once again, as usual.
    There is no doubt anymore that the publication of our stellar OS was the major and outstanding event and triggered all succeeding developments and achievements.

    We have discussed and docmented the overall issue with that company and its subsidiaries more than sufficiently and adequately over the last 16 years and it is time to move further. The following issues were only conducted in the last months:

  • We observed the continued espionage, for example in relation to the new variant of the model 911 (992) GT3 RS of the brand Porsche.

    Also look at the images of the rear in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 28th of March 2015, which already shows the basic idea for the black section and the transition to the fenders, and the image of the 9EE RSR (2021) in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 9th of January 2021, then just take the basic design lines and make some updates, for example extend the black section and the diffusor in the middle of the model 935 Hommage to the sides, and note that the model RGT 4.2 already has such a wide diffusor and the model 935 Hommage already has such a wide black section, and keep the 2 red cat's eyes of the model GT2 RS at their locations, see also the Style of Speed Further steps of the 4th of March 2015 for the Active Wing, and then count one and one together.
    They even copied the position of the swan necks of the rear wing and the classic Entenbürzel==duck ruffle or duck tail (the little rear spoiler).
    Also recall that Porsche has already stolen the idea of the model 911 (991.2 2016) GT2 RS 935 Hommage from us before. We simply took some parts of our original and unique conceptual work of art back with the design shown above, but were not sure if we should publicate the images already on the 21st of November 2018 and risk the usual direct stealing from our website or just observe if they steal it from our computer directly. Obviously, we invested a little in the latter to get much more valuable insights.
    In anticipation of the developing stealing in relation of our model series 9x9 and 91x, and also a Pure Electric Sports Car™™, which are also related to the matter documented in the Investigations::Car of the 16th of April 2022 and shown in other manipulated and fabricated video reports produced and presented by other well known fraudulent companies and persons with close ties to the brand Porsche at the same time in a highly suspicious way, and because we got the information and confirmation how the anticipated Active Wing functions, we publicated the next images of the model series 91x in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 17th of April 2022 and the model 9EE RSR (2022) in the Style of Speed of the 28th of April 2022.

  • We also observed the continued mimicking and slavish imitation of C.S. and our corporation with for example Advanced Active Aerodynamics™ (AAA) for the models 911 (992) Turbo (e.g. Active Underbody at the front in addition to the Active Wing with changing angle of attack of former generations of the 911 Turbo model series) and 911 (992) GT3 RS (e.g. Active Wing) of Porsche, and the establishment of the subsidiary PowerCo, which has become a clone of our new business unit Electric Power (EP), as can also be seen easily with the announcement of an Initial Public Offering (IPO), the statement "Perspektivisch sind weitere Produkte wie Großspeichersysteme für das Energienetz geplant.==In perspective, other products such as large-scale storage systems for the energy grid are planned.", etc..
  • We also noticed the continued damaging of our creations, inventions, and other achievements, and confusing of the public about their true origin (see once again for example the Investigations::Car of the 16th of April 2022).
  • We also noticed the continued conspiring with other entities against us, including governments, research institutes, competitors, and companies.
  • We already discussed and documented the claim for our in-car Virtual Reality Environment (VRE) by the subsidiary Audi in the Investigations::Mutlimedia of the 16th of March 2022.
  • We also discussed and documented the highly questionable sublicensing and the illegal distribution of certain parts of our Ontologic System (OS) as Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) (see the reference to the list point before).
  • We also had to note again claims for our creations, inventions, and other achievements, confusions of the public, and disturbances of the markets with terms created and used by Volkswagen, like for example "New Auto", and statements created and used by Volkswagen "Das [Modell] Active. Ausgestatted mit den besten Ideen.==The [model] Active. Equipped with the best ideas." and by Audi, like for example "Die neue Dimension der Inspiration==The new dimension of inspiration", whereby the term "New Auto" and the definite article "The" refer to our System Automobile, Ontoscope on Wheels or Ontoscope with Wheels, and Auto 2.0 revolution of our business unit Style of Speed (SoS), like the term "Active" is another attempt to steal and destroy our trademarks of our Active Components once again and the statement "besten Ideen" in direct context to Active Components is also referencing our ideas, concepts, and achievements.
  • In addition, we found out that the subsidiary Audi→Lamborghini presented a concept of a helicopter around May 2020. For sure, it has silent features.
  • and so on.

    As always, the bad loosers are very unsportsmanlike and never compliant with the rules.
    Wie immer, die schlechten Verlierer sind sehr unsportlich und nie regelkonform.
    In this sense: Dreams of others have shaped us. But unsportsmanship and rudeness have formed us.

    But maybe that nasty attitude and that big mouth are just proof that one is very aware of one's own dependence on us.

    Needless to say, companies, like for example Bugatti-Rimac, Holoride, and so on, are also addressed and affected by this blacklisting, for sure.

    Bad luck that their vehicles and services are also based on and equipped with our original and unqiue, personal, copyrighted, and prohibited for fair use works of art created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S., and that they do depend on our goodwill and the markets in the U.S.America and the P.R.China. and we definitely have the better arguments in both cases, specifically in relation to any allowance and access by us.
    But eventually, we do not need any argument at all for our decison making.

    CNN refuses democracy and lies again

    We quote a report, which is about the U.S.American Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the company Meta (Facebook), and our Ontoverse (Ov): "[...]
    The closely watched lawsuit is a both a bellwether for Meta as it seeks to pivot significantly into the virtual reality space - which Zuckerberg and others have sought to re-brand as "the metaverse" - as well as the FTC, which in bringing the suit is attempting to showcase the potential future harms companies may inflict on competition in new and emerging industries."

    Because that environment is also based on Mixed Reality (MR), including Augmented Reality (AR), as proven with the illegal copy of our Augmented Reality (AR) glasses in the design of the Ray-Ban Wayfarer called Ontoscope MultiGlasses Architecture iRaiment Rayfarer, aka. MultiRay-Ban Wayfarer, by the company Meta (Facebook) and the similar activities by the companies Alphabet (Google) (Google Glasses, MagicLeap, and North formerly Thalmic Labs), Microsoft (Hololens), and many more, it is not the metaverse, but our Ontoverse (Ov).

    According to the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR),

    C.S. has the worldwide exclusive right to be properly referenced and named and to decide how C.S. and our creations are called and presented world wide due to the moral rights, which even holds if an artist sells an artwork, because moral rights are unalienable personal rights.
    All other entities do not have the right to change anything, specifically to re-brand the original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S. in whole or in part.

    We already discussed the matter multiple times and made always clear that C.S. holdd the moral rights at least, which include the rights to

  • be identified as the creator or author of a work of art,
  • be consulted with respect to any changes planned to said work of art, including worlds, hardware and software technologies, goods (e.g. applications), and services, which C.S. had created and designed in the context of the Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) and the Ontologic System (OS), and
  • become the owner of a previously sold work again with respect to any undesired changes.

    But we also repeat once again that

  • our Evolutionary operating system Architecture (EosA) and our integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) are essential foundations of our Evoos and our OS and therefore essential elements of the original and unique, and characteristic expressions represented with these works of art and
  • we have already provided significant and profound, and also sufficiently persuasive evidences that show the
    • required causal links with our unforeseeable and unexpected, personal works of art, and
    • use of our works or art as sources of inspiration and blueprints,
  • clause "Scène à faire==Scene to be made or Scene that must be done" is not applicable,
  • aspect of fair use of idea, concept, process, and system is not decisive,
  • copyright also protects designs and architectures, if they meet the minimal requirements for this,
  • scope of a copyright protection covers a whole work of art with all its single elements,

    situation allows no cherry picking due to these reasons, even not in relation to technical designs like a model and system architecture of an Application Programming Interface (API),

  • and much more legal reasons, specifically all the personal and artistical facts.

    Furthermore, if other entities call our Ontoverse (Ov) the metaverse, then such a wrong, fraudulent, illegal, and even criminal act does not give any other entity the right to do so as well, specifically the large media companies, that do know this and other related facts.

    We are already in the process to enforce the use of the correct desgination at the courts worldwide, because our proposed compromise and out-of-court agreement have been rejected by too many governments, companies, and other entities, and related activities of us have been frustrated, undermined, or otherwise disturbed in illegal and even serious criminal ways.

    Deutsche Telekom added to Bad Actors Group #1 and blacklisted

    Our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) has blacklisted the partially State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Deutsche Telekom due to conspiracy, which shows the same patterns of illegal and even serious criminal activities between the companies Space Exploration Technologies (Space ExiT) and Deutsche Telekom, which again we have already documented in the cases of the conspiracies of the companies

  • XYZ and Microsoft, which is one of the many illegal agreements behind the curtains of them,
  • Porsche SE/Volkswagen and Tesla Motors, which might have become an illegal agreement behind the curtains together with the government of the F.R.Germany, and
  • Alphabet (Google) and Microsoft, which might have become an illegal agreement behind the curtains together with the government of the U.S.America,

    and which all openly implement and license our properties as illegal Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) and continue with mimicking and slavishly imitating C.S. and our corporation.
    This shows that like in the cases of Alphabet (Google), Microsoft, Porsche SE/Volkswagen, Tesla Motors, and Space Exploration Technologies (Space ExiT), Deutsche Telekom has not stopped with damaging the goals and even threatening the integrities of C.S. and our corporation, including our SOPR.
    But the whole criminal scandal might even be much bigger and include much more entities and actors.

    We already wanted to make a note about the next step in this giant criminal scandal after a pattern of same activities and supporting activities by governments and companies emerged. Now the puzzle pieces already collected and assembled show how the final picture will look like.

    Note that our SOPR has already blacklisted Space Exploration Technologies (Space ExiT), which is now cast in stone with its "open invitation to carriers around the world", also following an already known and documented pattern of fraudulent and even criminal activities, as conducted in the fields of Electric Vehicles (EVs), self-driving cars and robotaxis, Artifical Intelligence (AI), and illegal cryptocurrencies before, and that the Deutsche Telekom with its subsidiaries is not allowed by the related regulations in the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our SOPR to connect networks and provide reciprocal roaming as announced, because

  • this is exclusively done by our Ontologic eXchange (OX or OntoX),
  • at least the 5th Generation mobile networks or 5th Generation wireless systems of the Next Generation (5G NG) and the 6th Generation mobile networks or 6th Generation wireless systems (6G) are based on our original and unique work of art also called Evolutionary operating system (Evoos), and
  • that satellite-based Internet access is managed and operated on the basis of our Evoos and our other original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System on the premise of the also blacklisted company Alphabet (Google) and at other locations with the also blacklisted company Microsoft.

    Also note that even under the proposed ownership regulation Space ExiT would not get any allowance to collaborate with the U.S.American subsidiary T-Mobile US, because our SOPR would hold 51% of the voting shares of T-Mobile US and enforce the blacklisting without making any further considerations until the founder of Tesla Motors and Space ExiT has fulfilled our requirement for the withdrawal of the blacklistings.

    Do not be fooled by that announcement, because it should only keep the next Ponzi scheme with Space ExiT alive and the performance is worsening even more, as other experts and we already explained multiple times and the U.S.American Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has confirmed some weeks ago (see also the by note below).
    But wait a minute, normal 5G devices, which are sending and receiving in the midband spectrum, are not able to transmit over such large distances at all.

    It will also face significant resistance by market regulators, because creating our new network as our extra layer as proprietary infrastructure, which is not part of the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR, is unacceptable and said invitation of other carriers as part of an open infrastructure will only result in strong measures up to blacklisting of Communication Service Providers (CSPs) (e.g. carriers) by our SOPR.

    Also note that both Porsche SE/Volkswagen (20%) and Deutsche Telekom (16.6% Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau==Credit Institute for Reconstruction (the highly dubious state-owned development bank), 13.8% F.R.Germany, 1.67% Statens pensjonsfond or Oljefondet==Government Pension Fund of Norway, which sums up to 30.4% by F.R.Germany alone and 32.07 all together) are partially State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), and that the companies BlackRock holds 4.7 % and SoftBank holds 4.5 % of the shares, which does not improve the overall situation, because both are already partially blacklisted due to their activities in the field of illegal crypto businesses.

    By the way:

  • We quote a related report about very well known facts: "The news comes just two weeks after federal regulators announced that SpaceX would not receive the nearly $900 million in subsidies that the company was awarded in December, citing the fact that its satellite-based service is "still developing technology" and the company "failed to demonstrate that [it] could deliver the promised service." The [U.S.American] Federal Communications Commission, which oversaw the subsidy program, said there were several reasons it decided to deny SpaceX's subsidies, including that recent data that "indicate that Starlink's speeds have been declining from the last quarter of 2021 to the second quarter of 2022."

    Some companies short before alone at home

    We simply repeat that the License Model (LM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) needs no further revision.

    But the non-labelling option might go away, as is the case with illegal FOSS, such as

  • Google, Samsung, and Co. Android,
  • Huawei Harmony,
  • Baidu DuerOS,
  • Alibaba operating system, and
  • other illegal Linux kernel variants and operating systems,

    • such a foundational cognitive model and connectionist model, which compresses or encodes large amounts of signals and data in such a way that they are utilizable in general ways, is a conceptual, structural, functional, and operational part of our Evoos, even if it is only focused on the field of Computational Linguistics (CL) respectively Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU),
    • our Evoos and our OS were taken as source of inspiration and blueprint (once again), and
    • all matters listed before are not related to an Application Programming Interface (API) and therefore the API loophole and other fair use exceptions to the copyright protection are not applicable in this case.

    Affected are for example

  • Alphabet Google Search, Google Maps, and much more Google online services,

    and most potentially

  • Microsoft Bing Search, Bing Maps, and much more Microsoft online services,
  • Amazon online services,
  • and other online services.

  • In addition, we note that the documents titled
    • "Integrated Connectionist Models: Building Al Systems on Subsymbolic Foundations" (Distributed SCript processing and Episodic memoRy Network (DISCERN)) (1993, 1994), "Modular Integration of Connectionist and Symbolic Processing in Knowledge-Based Systems" (MIX) (1994, 1995), and "An Overview of Strategies for Neurosymbolic Integration" in "Connectionist-Symbolic Integration: From Unified to Hybrid Approaches" (1997) are only about the integration of the fields of ANN (subsymbolic) and AI (symbolic),
    • "Software Agents and Soft Computing: Towards Enhancing Machine Intelligence" (1996, 1997) and "Approaches to Incorporating Soft computing Technologies into Software Agents" (1999) are only about the integration of the fields of Soft Computing (SC or Soft C) (e.g. Fuzzy Logic (FL), Artifiical Neural Network (ANN), and Genetic Algorithm (GA)) and AI (symbolic, Intelligent Agent System (IAS), Multi-Agent System (MAS)), and
    • "Intelligent multi-modal systems, Smart Work Manager" (SWM) (1998) and "Intelligent Multimodal User Interface" (2000) are only about the integration of the fields of FL and ANN, whereby ANN is only used for motion capture, specifically eye or gaze tracking,

    but they are not about Computer Vision (CV) respectively Natural Image Processing (NIP) and Natural Image Understanding (NIU), Multimodal Multi-Agent System, and Multimodal Intelligent Agent System, including what is wrongly called supermodel or Mixture of Experts.
    Please keep in mind that we are not talking about the type of Autonomous System (AS) and Robotic System (RS), which is a physical system and is based on for example the behavior-based / behaviour-based or behaviorist architecture, including the subsumption architecture, but about the type of software agent, including Software robot (Softbot), Autonomous Agent System (AAS), and Model-Based Agent System (MBAS) or Immobile Robotic System (ImRS or Immobot) and the creative step to take such a

  • physical AS and RS for a virtual AS and RS, and
  • AS and Mobile Robotic System (MRS or Mobot) for a Model-Based Agent System (MBAS) or Immobile RS (ImRS or Immobot),

    respectively the move from these specific subfields of the fields of AS and RS to the fields of Softbot and Immobot and to go further by integrating the fields of Cybernetic System (CybS) and Cognitive System (CogS), and their integration as Cybernetical Intelligence (CI or CybI) was done by C.S.. So no loophole and no way out here either.

  • Moreover, we also note that system architectures for SoftBionics as a Service (SBaaS), including Machine Learning as a Service (MLaaS) and Computer Vision as a Service (CVaaS), are considered by us as copyrighted and also included in the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies as well. We have found works in relation to the integration of subsymbolic and symbolic processing systems, which comprise the
    • unified approach, or connectionist symbol processing system, or subsymbolic Artificial Intelligence (AI) system, or parallel distributed processing system, or distributed connectionist model, or Distributed Artificial Neural Network (DANN) model, or integrated connectionist model, and
    • hybrid approach, or Hybrid Symbolic-Connectionist (HSC) or Hybrid Connectionist-Symbolic (HCS) system (not to be confused with pure connectionist hybrids of the unified approach) on the basis of the fields of Intelligent Agent System (IAS), and Multi-Agent System (MAS) or Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI), or Multi-Agent and Cooperative Computing (MACC), or Modeling Autonomous Agents in a Multi-Agent World (MAAMAW),

    (see the second list point above), but not a microService-Oriented Architecture (mSOA), agent-based soft computing society, or other platform independent soft computing support environment based on a framework for integrating SC techniques into practical application systems. For sure, the same holds for the deficitis summarized in the list points before.

  • Furthermore, we also note that the
    • integration and utilization of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) in a Distributed Computing (DC) environment based on microService-Oriented Architecture (mSOA), but not Agent-Based System (ABS) for Computational Linguistics (CL) respectively Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) in general, and
    • voice-based assistants and Intelligent Personal Assistants (IPAs), like for example Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana, Samsung Bixby, Huawei Assistant, Baidu Duer, Tencent Dingdang, and so on in particular

      are based on our Evolutinary operating system (Evoos).

  • We are finalizing the detailed result of our analysis, as announced in the related inofficial Further steps of the 19th, 23rd, and 24th of August 2022, which will also summarize documents related to Intelligent Networking (IN) based on AI, SC, etc., Service-Oriented technologies (SOx), Resource-Oriented Computing (ROC), and also trust, resilience, etc., and the fields of Cybernetics (Cyb), Mixed Reality (MR), LifeLogging (LL), Wearable Computing (WC or WearC), Humanistic Computing (HC or HumanC), Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), and so on, and their combination, composition, integration, and fusion of us.

    In relation to the fields of

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI),
  • Computational Intelligence (CI), and
  • Machine Intelligence (MI),

    and documents about

  • Distributed SCript processing and Episodic memoRy Network (DISCERN),
  • Modular Integration of Connectionist and Symbolic Processing in Knowledge-Based Systems (MIX),
  • Smart Work Manager (SWM), and
  • Multi-Agent System (MAS), Agent-Based System (ABS) for SoftBionic (SB) (e.g. AI, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), CI, Soft Computing (SC or SoftC), Computer Vision (CV), etc.) societies, or other platform independent SB support environments based on a framework for integrating SB techniques into practical systems, applications, and services, and also
  • Visual Human-Machine Interaction,

    we noted once again, as for example in the cases of

  • motion capture (e.g. hands, face (facial features and motions), and eye or gaze (gaze point of eyes) tracking (in real-time)),
  • gesture recognition,
  • mood detection (e.g. fatigue), and
  • human performance measurement,

    that they either

  • were not about the field of Computer Vision (CV) respectively Natural Image Processing (NIP) and Natural Image Understanding (NIU), or
  • were not combined or integrated with the fields of
    • Knowledge-Based System (KBS) (e.g. Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG)),
    • Expert System (ES) (e.g. Geographic Expert System (GES)), and
    • Multimodal User Interface (MUI)

    before the publication of The Proposal describing our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) on the 10th of December 1999.
    This deficiency also comprises the

  • integration of connectionist and image processing or visual processing in KBS, ES, and so on according to the unified approach of subsymolic and symbolic integration, and
  • integration of the fields of connectionist image processing or connectionist visual processing system, and KBS respectively the integration of the fields of CV and AI by the utilization of the field of ANN according to the hybrid approach of subsymolic and symbolic integration.

    GESs have worked at the pixel level of raster images or the object level of vector images and integrated them with classification of visual geographic knowledge.
    But using a foundational cognitive model and connectionist model, including what is also wrongly called foundation model, together with a KBS, specifically a Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), is already considered a copyright infringement, because

  • such a cognitive model compresses or encodes a conceptual, structural, functional, and operational part of our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) with its Evolutionary operating system Architecture (EosA) and our Ontologic System (OS) with its OS Architecture (OSA) and therefore is a system component or a subcomponent of another system component, such as our Software roBot (SoftBot) in our Evoos and our Ontologic roBot (OntoBot) in our OS, and
  • such a combination or integration of such a cognitive model for CV with such a cognitive model for AI is already a foundational part of our Evoos with its EosA and our OS with its OSA,

    which are further evidences, which show the required causal link to our original and unique, unforeseeable and unexpected, personal, copyrighted, and prohibited for fair use ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S., specifically our Evoos and our OS, and in this way provides the proof that they were taken as source of inspiration and blueprint.
