"Comedian" plagiarism of "Banana & Orange"

Maurizio Cattelan "Comedian" (2019) is definitely a plagiarism of Joe Morford "Banana & Orange" (2000) when viewed from all points of view.

And there is absolutely no doubt that Cattelan knows exactly that the earlier work is sufficiently original and unique to warrant protection respectively to have a valid copyright. As we said, the expression of this idea is given through the selection, coordination, and arrangement, or composition of the elements, which in this case are the banana and the duct tape stuck against a wall.

See also the Comment of the Day of the 8th of December 2019.
Now we know where we have seen it before. In fact, we already remembered in 2019 to have seen at least a second fruit, but we have not remembered which one. Obviously, it was the orange.

Set of rules Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) in EU

We quote a report about the set of rules called Markets for Crypto Assets (MiCA) of the European Union (EU): "A prosecution was already possible on the basis of the current regulations, holds the European Parliament member Patrick Breyer against it. Those who do not store their crypto assets with an official service provider will continue to appear only as a code of numbers and letters in the future, he said. Direct transfers between platform-independent crypto exchanges remain just as difficult to control.
But the EU Parliament and member states agreed on a set of rules that is not about fighting crime, the Pirate Party MEP is convinced. "The stated goal of wanting to fight money laundering and terrorism is just a pretext to get more and more control over our financial privacy private business here," says Breyer. Anonymous payments are to be banned.
This will take away people's financial freedom, he is convinced. "At the same time, opposition figures such as Alexei Nawalny in Russia, for example, are increasingly dependent on anonymous donations in such virtual currencies in order to be able to continue their work at all. We should all have a right to be able to pay and donate online without all our payments being recorded on a personal basis."

Comment
All wrong or even nonsense.

Firstly, there is no other legal service provider that we know of than our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) with our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) and its subsystems and platforms

  • Ontologic Payment System (OPS or OntoPay),
  • Ontologic Payment Processing System (OPPS),
  • Ontologic Exchange (OEx, OntoEx, or OntoExchange) und
  • Ontologic Bank Financial Information and Communications (OBFIC or OntoBankFinIC).

Thus, the set of rules refers only to us and affiliated banks.

Secondly, our Ontologic System (OS) continues to enable annonymous payment in compliance with the law. As always, a customary court order is sufficient to get all required Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

    Kommentar
    Alles falsch oder sogar Blödsinn.

Erstens, gibt es keinen anderen uns bekannten legalen Dienstleister außer unser Ontologisches FinanzSystem==Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) mit unsere Ontologische Bank==Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) und ihren Untersystemen und Plattformen

  • Onlogisches ZahlungsSystem==Ontologic Payment System (OPS or OntoPay),
  • Onlogisches ZahlungsAbwicklungsSystem==Ontologic Payment Processing System (OPPS),
  • Ontologic Exchange (OEx, OntoEx, or OntoExchange) und
  • Ontologic Bank Financial Information and Communications (OBFIC or OntoBankFinIC).

    Ontonics Further steps

We have developed a new type of wind energy generator and some basic variants of it.

We were also able to improve a basic component of it.

Now, we are even more sure that this type will be convincing and appealing.

    SOPR #33o

*** Work in progress - better explanation and formulation of sections Infrastructure [...] ***
    Topics:
In this issue, we discuss the common GAI or AGI, and other topics:

  • Legal matter [Copyright vs. Digital acts]
  • Legal matter [Fast track court order] or [Privacy and data security]
  • Legal matter [HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB)]
  • Legal matter [FOSSH]
  • Infrastructure []
  • Infrastructure [Ontologic Knowledge Base (OKB)]
  • Infrastructure [Machine Learning (ML) Neural Network Model (NNM)]
  • Infrastructure [Ontologic User Interface (OUI)]
  • Infrastructure [Ontologic Agent (OA or OntoAgent)]
  • Infrastructure [Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS)] or Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS) [OntoMap and OntoGlobe]
  • Infrastructure [Geofencing] or Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS) [Geofencing]
  • Ontologic Bank Financial Information and Communications (OBFIC) [Zoning]

Legal matter [Copyright vs. Digital acts]
We would like to recall to not confuse regulations, like for example the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Markets Act (DMA) of the European Union (EU), with the national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters regarding the freedom of expression, moral right, and property (e.g. copyright).

The latter comes first, which means the rights given by the DSA and DMA only become effective in practice if an entity is allowed to perform and reproduce a part of our Ontologic System (OS) and we have modified our OS sufficiently but not completely to keep the masterpiece created by C.S. and all exclusive rights intact as much as possible, which again means that there are exclusive infrastructures with subsystems and platforms, and also, devices, vehicles, applications and services of our SOPR and our other Societies. This is called a compromise in politics.

Legal matter [Fast track court order]
In cases of an emergency involving

  • imminent danger of death or
  • serious physical injury

to any person, the original and unique basic properties and functionalities of our Ontologic System (OS) make fast track court order possible to

  • provide required disclosure without delay and
  • respond immediately to urgent law enforcement requests for information

without the public being tracked and recorded in ways that infringe their rights, specifically their

  • anonymity,
  • freedom of expression,
  • data security
  • data privacy,
  • digital rights, and so on.

Legal matter [HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB)]
HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB) will become rather quickly a problem for sovereignty and national security.
This is another weapon, which should not be available for everybody. Luckily, no constitutional right exists in this case.
So do not give it away as Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) for this reason besides the already existing copyright issues with and copyright infringements of the expressions of ideas of others and the masterpieces of us.

For sure, like some few other entities, we have thought about this situation already since the 1990's as well. Now, we have to act, because societies, governments, and industries have certain

  • goals, which are not always focusing on the benefit of the public, and
  • deficits, which are not always protecting the public.

The first step was to include HB and SB in the infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies (see the issue SOPR #316 of the 14th of February 2021).
Another step was the suggestion to make HB and SB exclusive subsystems, platforms, and so on of these infrastructures. But this is not our intention due to the protection and the support of freedom of choice, innovation, and competition pro bono publico==for the benefit of the public.
A solution appeared to be to provide only an Application Programming Interface (API) to such a technology, but this is not sufficient (anymore).
Therefore, our SOPR has added the following regulations:

  • A member, who wants to utilize the fields of SoftBionics (SB) or HardBionics (HB) to create, implement, build, train, evolve, produce, provide, or perform a technology, good (e.g. application, device), or service, has to
    • provide her, his, or their identification to,
    • go through the vetting procedure of,
    • get the user's license, utilization license, or utilization permit from, and
    • document the utilization at

    our SOPR.

    Legal matter [FOSSH]
Free and Open Source Software and Hardware (FOSSH) is only allowed by a formal and legal entity.
Therefore, our SOPR has added the following regulations:

  • A member, who wants to conduct a project to create, implement, produce, or provide a technology, good (e.g. application, device), or service as Free and Open Source Software and Hardware (FOSSH), has to
    • establish a formal and legal entity at,
    • register this formal and legal entity as a
      • personal association, society, or club at the SOPR,
      • social association, society, or club at a federal authority,
      • service association, society, or club at a federal authority,
      • professional association, society, or club at a federal authority,
      • Non-Government Organization (NGO) at a federal authority,
      • Non-Profit Organization (NPO) at a federal authority, or
      • other legal form of organization,
    • get the membership in, and
    • get the allowance to perform and reproduce certain parts of the original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S. from

    our SOPR.

As a consequence, such a FOSSH organization has legal limits and duties.
A FOSSH organization registered at the SOPR

  • is handled like a partnership under the Civil Code and an association, society, or club registered at a federal authority, as far as it formally and legally matches such an entity,
  • is allowed to use a technology, good, or service, which is created, implemented, produced, or provided as FOSSH by one or more of its members, only inside the legal scope of said FOSSH organization for private, personal, recreational reasons and goals for free, and
  • is not allowed to use or provide a technology, good, or service, which is created, implemented, produced, or provided as FOSSH by one or more of its members, outside the legal scope of said FOSSH organization under customary commercial terms and conditions.

A FOSSH organization registered at a federal authority

  • is a legal entity, that has full legal capacity,
  • needs an organization's Articles of Association (AoA), which is deposited on record at the federal authority,
  • elects an executive committee, board, or council,
  • is monitored by the federal authority,
  • is allowed to use a technology, good, or service, which is created, implemented, produced, or provided as FOSSH by one or more of its members, only inside the legal scope of said FOSSH organization for private, personal, recreational reasons and goals for free, and
  • is allowed to use or provide a technology, good, or service, which is created, implemented, produced, or provided as FOSSH by one or more of its members, outside the legal scope of said FOSSH organization under customary commercial terms and conditions for a fixed fee or a relative share of the revenue generated in this way.

Unaffected from this regulation are the rights and properties of other entities anyway.

Ontologic Bank Financial Information and Communications (OBFIC) [Zoning]
As we say from time to time, our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) is neutral, when it comes to the foundational infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies, specifically the successors of subsystems and platforms, which provide a benefit for the public worldwide, such as for example our

  • Ontologic Net (ON) as successor of the Internet,
  • Ontologic Web (OW) as successor of the World Wide Web (WWW) and the Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW), and
  • Ontologic uniVerse (OV) or New Reality (NR) as successor of the Physical Reality (PR), and Virtual Reality (VR),

or simply said our Ontologic System (OS) with our Ontoverse (Ov), including our subsystems and platforms, and also Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS) of the

  • Ontologic eXchange (OX or OntoX) infrastructure for the Communication and Collaboration System (CoCoS or Co²S), and
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) for the Financial System (FinS) with its
    • Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) for the Banking System (BS) and financial services of banks,
      • Ontologic Payment System (OPS or OntoPay),
      • Ontologic Exchange (OEx, OntoEx, or OntoExchange) for the trade services of organized markets, specifically the exchange of moneys (currencies and demand deposits) and digital assets, and
      • Ontologic Bank Financial Information and Communications (OBFIC) as a sort of Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) of the Next Generation (SWIFT NG).

Our SOPR already introduced the provision of a localized OX set of facilities, including exchange points or hubs, and subsystems and platforms to address and handle certain requirements of an individual sovereign territory and our SOPR (see the section Ontologic eXchange (OX or OntoX) of the issue #33f of the 19th of October 2021 and SOPR #33h of the 5th of December 2021).

Our SOPR also already announced the establishment of our digitial money supply and the provision of the related

  • digital capital markets, including the interbank market for digital currencies, of our OFinS with its OntoBank, and
  • OPS, OEx, and OBFIC of our OntoBank,

including the establishment of OntoExchanges at locations, which meet certain requirements of individual sovereign territories, economical zones, and our SOPR (see the issue #32x or #33y of the 14th of July 2021).

Our SOPR has now extended this general approach of a localized OX with the provision of a zoned OBFIC to address and handle certain requirements of two or more individual sovereign territories or even an individual economical zone, and our SOPR.

The dedicated set of fundamental facilities, including exchange points or hubs, and subsystems and platforms of our OX, OEx, and OBFIC will be constructed at both sides of a border, and managed and operated accordingly. But we recommend to use the common infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies to reduce friction, complexity, cost, and mistrust, and increase harmony, continuity, stability, and prosperity.

    Infrastructure []

Infrastructure [HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB)]
In the section Infrastructure [HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB)] of the issue SOPR #33l of the 31st of January 2022 we already recalled the regulation regarding HB and SB systems, which

  • are included in our Ontologic Net (ON) respectively Wide Area Network (WAN) supercomputer or Interconnected supercomputer (Intersup), and Resilient Bionic and Robotic Space-Based Wide Area Network (RBRSBWAN) respectively Ontologic High Performance and High Productivity Network (OHP²N), and
  • are common to all members of our SOPR.

But there are more subsystems and platforms of the infrastructures of our SORP and our other Societies, which are based on the fields of HB and SB, such as for example our

  • Ontologic Knowledge Base (OKB) (Space, Time, and Theme or Topic (STT)) respectively Common Knowledge Core (CKC) based on Knowledge Structure (KS),
  • Machine Learning (ML) Models (MLMs) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Models (ANNMs)
  • Ontologic User Interface (OntoUI or OUI) respectively Multidimensional Multidomain Multilingual Multiparadigmatic Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M⁶UI) based on Multimodal Modular Neural Network (MMNN), Natural Multimodal Processing (NMP), and Natural Multimodal Understanding (NMU), and
  • Ontologic Agent (OA or OntoAgent) and Ontologic roBot (OB or OntoBot), respectively Cognitive-Affective Personality or Processing System (CAPS), including Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA), Cognitive Agent System (CAS), Ontology-Based Cognitive Agent System (OBCAS), and Ontology-Based CAS (OBCAS) or Cognitive OBAS (COBAS)

of our Ontoverse (Ov), including our

  • Ontologic Net (ON),
  • Ontologic Web (OW), and
  • Ontologic uniVerse (OV),

and which are common to all members of our SOPR.

Ontoverse [API and HMI] includes OntoUI and OntoAgent

In the following sections we address these fields individually.

    Infrastructure [Ontologic Knowledge Base (OKB)]

    Knowledge Structure, such as

  • DataBase Scheme (DBS),
  • semantic knowledge representation, including
    • Entity-Relationship Model (ERM),
    • Semantic Net (SN),
    • Conceptual Graph (CG),
    • Topic Map (TM),
    • Resource Description Framework (RDF) Graph (RFG),
    • etc.,
  • Knowledge Base (KB), including
    • Graph-Based KB (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG),
    • Icon-Based KB (IBKB) or Knowledge Image (KI), and
    • Wave-Based KB (WBKB) or Knowledge Sound (KS),

    and

  • Knowledge-Based System (KBS), and
  • Common Sense Computing System (CSCS),

    for individual

  • Ontologic System Components (OSC),
  • Ontoscope Components (OsC), and
  • Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS).

The intention of our SOPR is not to eliminate individual KSs, specifically KGs, but provide a Common Knowledge Core (CKC) respectively Ontologic Knowledge Base (OKB).
Our SOPR maintains the OKB, which

  • consists of
    • individual static ontologies and
    • single dynamic ontology,

    and

  • is common to all members of our SOPR.

Infrastructure [Machine Learning (ML) Neural Network Models (NNMs)]

We are at a point where even ontology deniers can see that it makes sense to have such a standard, specifically common ontologies or set of standard ontologies, Ontologic Modeling™, and Ontologic Model™ respectively abstract machine core, including the foundational ontologic model [respectively abstract core] of our OS functions like a brain.
SOPR extends this standard common items with ontologic models, which include Machine Learning (ML) Neural Network Models (NNMs), which again are

  • are included in our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) discussed since the February or March 1999 and described in The Proposal publicated on the 10th of December 1999, obviously,
  • are also known as foundation models, wrongly, and
  • are matrices, eventually.

But ontology and ontologics go even farther with Machine Learning (ML) Neural Network Models (NNMs), which constitute also some kind of ontologic models, we would even say ontological matrices.

At least 3 entities, large companies with their subsidiaries, are doing the same and recently a 4th entity joined with another company.
In this way, they define some kind of standard.
and provide that standard as FOSS, well knowing that both is prohibited by law in general and the AoA and the ToS of our SOPR in particular.
In fact, if apart is common to all members, then it is a part of the infrastructures of SOPR and by providing it as FOSS deliberately it damages the goals and even threatens the integrity of our SOPR.

As already explained several times in the past, HB and SB are parts of the infrastructures.

We also recall that models have to be traded on the Marketplace for Everything (MoE) exclusively.

Furthermore, we have the fields of

  • linear algebra with linear equations and linear maps, and their representation as vectors (e.g. scalars) in vector space, and matrices, and
  • Modular Artificial Neural Network (MANN) or simply Modular Neural Network (MNN), and also
  • integration, and therefore parallelized and distributed variants of both.

    Modular Neural Network (MNN)
See for example the following works:

  • Schyns, P.G.: A Modular Neural Network Model of Concept Acquisition. October 1991,
  • Boers, E.J.W. and Kuiper, H.: Biological metaphors and the design of modular artificial neural networks. 1992,
  • Boers, E.J.W., Kuiper, H., Happel, B.L.M., and Sprinkhuize-Kuyper, L.G.: Designing modular artificial neural networks. 1993,
  • Happel, B.L.M. and Murre, J.M.J.: The Design and Evolution of Modular Neural Network Architectures. September 1994,
  • Miikkulainen, R.: Integrated Connectionist Models: Building AI Systems on Subsymbolic Foundations. October 1994, and
  • SungĀBae Cho and Shimohara, K.: Emergence of Structure and Function in Evolutionary Modular Neural Networks. 1997.

There are pro and contra arguments for the use of a Modular Neural Network Model (MNNM) instead of a supermodel, but linear algebra provides the theory of matrices over a field (see also module theory for the theory of matrices over a ring) and therefore no difference can exist at all regarding the properties of a resulting NNM.
Indeed, there might be some complexity due to overhead due to distributed computing and collaboration. But obviously, this is unavoidable, if done by multiple entities.

Ontologic Net (ON), including Wide Area Network (WAN) SuperComputer (SC) (WANSC) or Interconnected supercomputer (Intersup), and HB and SB
Virtual Service Grid (VSG), Wide Area Network (WAN) SuperComputer (SC) (WANSC), including wide area (parallel computing) cluster, or Interconnected supercomputer (Intersup) (see February and March 2019)
"The Virtual Service Grid: An Architecture for Delivering High-End Network Services" based on our field of Autonomic Computing (AC) and hence our Evoos
"Parallel Computing on Wide-Area Clusters: the Albatross Project"
our volunteer computing "Crowdsourced Training of Large Neural Networks using Decentralized Mixture-of-Experts"

    integrating OS Architecture (OSA)

    Unrestricted access to raw signals and data, which means access to the so-called Big Data Fire Hose (BDFH). {The functionality of for example Kafka is already part of the infrastructure.}

train Machine Learning (ML) Neural Network Models (NNMs) related to

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU),
  • Computer Vision (CV)

    in particular and

  • Natural Multimodal Processing (NMP) and Natural Multimodal Understanding (NMU)

    in general

can more quickly train Machine Learning (ML) Neural Network Models (NNMs) that use multimodal signals for example to

  • seamlessly analyze text, images, and video together
  • understand the context of a post, including language, images, and sound

Every intereested entity wants to have own Machine Learning (ML) Neural Network Models (NNMs) and ANNs, and do Business Intelligence (BI), Visualization, and Analytics (BIVA), and Data Science and Analytics (DSA), including Big Data technologies (BDx), but wants not to share raw signals and data, informations, knowledge bases, models, and algorithms

  • Many-Valued Logic (MVL) Fuzzy Logic (FL),
  • Arrow Logic (AL), and
  • PolyContextural Logic (PCL)

allow Common Sense Computing (CSC), specifically commen sense reasoning.

Linear algebra allows to integrate matrices respectively Machine Learning (ML) Models (MLMs) of Modular Artificial Neural Networks (MANNs) or simply Modular Neural Networks (MNNs or ModNNs) , specifically their Neural Network Models (NNMs).
Ontologic Net (ON) respectively Wide Area Network (WAN) supercomputer or Interconnected supercomputer (Intersup), and Resilient Bionic and Robotic Space-Based Wide Area Network (RBRSBWAN) respectively Ontologic High Performance and High Productivity Network (OHP²N) allow distributed computing and collaboration.

Our SOPR provides the OKB, including ontologies, models, and algorithms for calculating, training, learning, and collaborating. Every entity, that wants to participate, has to use these knowledge structures and models and algorithms, provide computing power, compute, and share the resulting trained MNN, and transfer it to the related fabric.

But SOPR will provide the biggest Machine Learning (ML) Models (MLMs), Neural Network Models (NNMs) anyway in addition to ontologies, operating systems respectively variants of the OntoCore (OC), and hardware and software system stacks respectively variants of the OS movements. For example update each month, each week, each day, each hour, or continously as required.

Business Intelligence (BI), Visualization, and Analytics (BIVA), and Data Science and Analytics (DSA), including Big Data technologies (BDx), would be done in the data centers of our SOPR and its Main Contractors (MCs). This has also the advantages that we

  • get our unrestricted access to our raw signals and data without any additional friction and complexity, and
  • even could eliminated the redundancy of obsolete platforms, because there is only 1 OS with 1 Ontoverse (Ov) anyway.

    Used as standardized basis for

  • Modular Neural Network (MNN or ModNN),
  • Multimodal Neural Network (MNN or MulNN),
  • Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG) (e.g. Ontologic Knowledge Base (OKB)),
  • Multimodal User Interface (MUI) (e.g. Ontologic User Interface (OUI)),
  • Agent-Based System (e.g. Ontologic Agent (OntoAgent) and Ontologic roBot (OB or OntoBot)),

    which are also integrated by our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA). {Was this disussed some years ago already?}

Infrastructure [Ontologic User Interface (OUI or OntoUI)]

  • Natural Multimodal Processing System (NMPS), including
    • Natural Language Processing System NLPS),
    • Natural Image Processing System NIPS),
    • Natural Sound Processing System NSPS),
    • Visual Language Processing (VLP),
    • Object Detection (OD, ObjD, or ODet) and Object Recognition (OR, ObjR, or ORec),
    • and so on,

    and

  • Dialog System (DS or DiaS), Dialogue Management System (DMS), Conversational System (CS or ConS), Conversational Agent System (CAS or ConAS), Conversational Interface (CI), Conversational User Interface (CUI), Conversational Human Machine Interface (CHMI), Conversational Human Computer Interface (CHCI),

    for individual

  • Ontologic System Components (OSC),
  • Ontoscope Components (OsC), and
  • Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS),

    for

  • translations between them, which is not translation between {natural} languages,
  • name services,
  • voice-controlled systems,

In relation to a (mandatory common) language grammar, we also noticed that the naming scheme of an Intelligent Environment (IE), smart environment, responsive environment, intelligent building, intelligent home, smart building, and smart home, and the field of Ambient Intelligence (AmI) is very similar to the naming scheme of the Virtual Object System (VOS) and the naming scheme of our Ontoverse (Ov) respectively ON, OW, and OV.

Infrastructure [Ontologic Agent (OA or OntoAgent)]
All relevant voice-based systems, and virtual assistants, and also Intelligent Assistant (IA or IntA) and Intelligent Personal Assistants (IPAs) are based on the fields

  • Computational Intelligence (CI), specifically the basic field of
    • Artificial Neural Network (ANN), including
      • Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP),
  • Multimodal User Interface (MUI or MMUI), and
  • Self-Supervised Learning (SSL),

and therefore are based on our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) and Ontologic System (OS).

We concluded that the prior art in relation to voice-based services, Service-Oriented technologies (SOx), and Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) do not count anymore [at all], because they are based on Artificial Neural Network (ANN), semantic knowledge graph, and therefore on our Evoos.
According to the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), if a part of our Ontologic System (OS) is common for all members, and artwork and technology licensing partners, then it is a mandatory part of the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR. all major Intelligent Personal Assistants (IPAs) are based on our Evoos and OS since some years, and therefore a common mandatory IPA has been introduced by our SOPR to its infrastructures in accordance with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) of our SOPR.
But so far the AoA and the ToS only require that the other IPAs are hooked into this SOPR IPA, but not a common language grammar, or wake word or phrase, or both.
For sure, it would be obvious and beneficial to also establish a mandatory language grammar or make the exclusive wake words or phrases of our SOPR, or both mandatory as well. But

  • on the one hand we guess that specifically industrial artwork and technology licensing partners are objecting this move, and
  • on the other hand we do not want to interfere in other companies and regulate more than required.

Howsoever, our SOPR will provide a common language grammar based on the raw signals and data collected by the individual IPAs in addition to the exclusive wake words or phrases.

Infrastructure [Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS)]
Our SOPR decided for a single

  • Application Programming Interface (API), and
  • Human Machine Interface (HMI) or Human Computer Interface (HCI)

to our Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS), including our

  • Ontologic digital Globe (OntoGlobe),
  • Ontologic digital Earth (OntoEarth), and
  • Ontologic digital Map (OntoMap),

    for end users.

Ontologic digital Globe (OntoGlobe) or Ontologic digital Earth (OntoEarth)?
    4D OntoGlobe includes 3D OntoEarth?
    xD OntoGlobe includes 4D OntoEarth?
    xD OntoEarth includes 2D OntoMap
    yD OntoGlobe includes 2D OntoMap
    nD Ontoverse includes OntoGlobe

    This results in a

  • reduced modification of our Ontolgoic System (OS), and
  • reduced cost of all related activities, and also
  • increased possibilities, and
  • increased synergies

for all members and licensing partners of our SOPR.

Our SOPR provides the Ontologic Knowledge Base (OKB), including ontologies, models, and algorithms for calculating, rendering, and collaborating. Every entity, that wants to participate, has to use these knowledge structures, models, and algorithms, provide computing power, compute, and share the result, and transfer it to the related fabric.

Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS) [Geofencing]
Geofencing is a part of the Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS), which again is a part of the infrastructures of SOPR.
Using a geographic fence (geofence), which is a virtual perimeter for a real-world geographic area, respectively geofencing will be provided by the common fabric integrated in the exclusive infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) for example the

  • Caliber/Calibre,
  • Universal Space and Time Service (USTS), beacon, and atomic broadcast of the Caliber/Calibre,
  • Positioning or Location System, Navigation System, and Tracking or Locating System,

as part of Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT).

    For example, manufacturers of

  • handheld Ontoscopes, also wrongly called smartphones, tablet computers or tablets, and pad computers or pads,
  • wearable Ontoscopes, also wrongly called smartwatches and smartglasses, and Head-Mounted Displays (HMDs),
  • driving Ontoscopses, also wrongly called Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs), smartcars, and robotaxis, and
  • flying Ontoscopes, also wrongly called Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and better known as drones

are not allowed to transfer raw signals and data, and Personally Identifiable Informations (PIIs) to a server or other facility of the infrastructures of our SOPR for providing services, including geofencing.

    Grand revision

In the last days, we reviewed and analyzed some last details in relation to our Evolutinary operating system (Evoos) described in The Proposal and the fields of

  • Cognitive System (CogS),
  • Soft Computing (SC), specifically Fuzzy Logic (FL), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Genetic Algorithm (GA),
  • Agent-Based System (ABS), specifically software agent, including software robot (softbot), and Multi-Agent System (MAS), and
  • Multimodal User Interface (MUI), and also
  • Ubiquitous Computing (UbiC), Internet of Things (IoT), Web of Things (WoT), Cyber-Physical System (CPS), Intelligent Environment (IE) or Smart Environment (SE), and so on.

One highly suspicious prior art could be sorted out, because it is only a Multi-Agent System (MAS) with agents for different applications of technologies included in SC
But it lacks the universability and the ontology, which is utilized for system specifications respectively as system models in contrast to our Evoos.

Another highly suspicious prior art could be sorted out, because it just came to late with a Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) agent architecture for an integration of SC and ABS, also called Soft Agent Computing (SAC), which was introduced by either another entity or us with our Evoos before.

Just another highly suspicious prior art could at least be relativized, because it is only a sketch of an Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA) with a MUI, which utilizes an ANN for tracking the gaze point of the eyes of a user.
But the devil is in the detail. For example, like in the case of another MUI, the Parallel Virtual Machine (PVM) is used for the implementation and operation of the system, but it is not used for operating system-level virtualization and other fields and technologies are not used at all, like for example Peer-to-Peer (P2P), Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents (FIPA), ontology, etc..

This leads to the true prior art in relation to the fields of

  • Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI), Multi-Agent and Cooperative Computing (MACC), or Modeling Autonomous Agents in a Multi-Agent World (MAAMAW),
  • middleware for MAS,
  • integration of SC and ABS, and also MUI, and
  • applications.

Indeed, prior art exists in relation to utilizing

  • SC for MUI, and
  • software agents, including software robots (softbots), for
    • managing and controlling networks, specifically telecommunications networks,
    • assisting in the use of special applications and services, such as financial investment planning, scheduling
    • assisting in the control of air traffic respectively Air Traffic Management (ATM),
    • managing and controlling building,
    • managing and controlling manufacturing,
    • facilitating Command and Control (C2) in military systems,
    • facilitating animation and simulation in 3D worlds and VREs,
    • providing many other value-added services,
    • and so on.

But these are singular solutions and that was it already in 1996 to 1999 and a lot was still missing in 2000 to 2006.

In general, we noticed once again that true or false prior art is merely about the user space or application layer, and the middleware layer, but not the kernel space or operating system layer. This has consequences for all fields, such as for example Distributed System (DS), including Peer-to-Peer System (P2PS), Grid, Cloud, Fog, and Edge System (GCFES), and Mobile System (MS), and also os-level virtualization, mSOA, and SDN, Autonomous System (AS) on this layer, and so on, because at least their foundations were introduced with our Evoos.

    In particular, there are

  • 2 stellar works, which are more related to operating system, including the
    • Distributed operating system (Dos) Aperion (Apertos (Muse)) (see also Sony Artificial Intelligence roBOt (AIBO)) and
    • TUNES project and its Dos TUNES OS,
  • some very few stellar works, which are more related to middleware and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including the
    • ABS and MAS of Telecommunications Service Providers (TSPs),
    • ZEUS,
    • FIPA,
  • some few stellar works, which are more related to Agent-Based System (ABS), including the
    • ABS based on the behavioural architecture (e.g. subsumption architecture),
    • ABS based on the BDI architecture (e.g. PRS, dMARS, etc.),
    • InteRRaP,
    • Oz,

    and

  • some few stellar works, which are more related to Cognitive System (CogS), including
    • State Operator And Result (SOAR) system,
    • Executive Process/Interactive Control (EPIC) architecture,
    • Adaptive Character of Thought (ACT) (e.g. Adaptive Control of Thought - Rational (ACT-R (1.0)) and Atomic Components of Thought (ACT-R 4.0),
    • Semantic Network Processing System (SNePS) and Grounded Layered Architecture with Integerated Reasoning (GLAIR),
    • CogS based on the Cognition and Affection (CogAff) architecture,

and our Evoos, which already integrates these other works and virtually all the rest mentioned above and in the related notes, explanations, and clarifications in addition to our creations and improvements, which were missing for an overall success.

Furthermore, some manipulation techniques have been applied to present non-existing prior art by mixing prior art with new art. Of course, that is not the way it works.

    Ontonics Further steps

We are pleased to announce that at least one of our Societies will enter the International Space Station after 2024 or even earlier for the benefit of the public, specifically all members of our SOPR and our other Socities.
And then we will make it really big.

    Style of Speed Further steps

We got a first feedback from a highly skilled drone testpilot that our new silent rotor technology called Silent Service™ is providing one of its improved aerodynamical performances, indeed, which also allows us to infer other improved aerodynamical properties.
We also concluded that our solution provides more advantages, which have not been recognized before, speciffically the significantly improved aerodynamic performances and flight characteristics.
We also added another technology of us, which should reduce the noise emission even more.
Our Silent Service™ might become really Quite Quiet™, specfically if combined with our Purely Electric™ propulsion technology.

We also designed and developed 4 new electrically powered and optionally remotely controlled and autonomously flown tandem rotor helicopter models.
The first new model is our EH-6 Bird-E™, which is based on 2 of our electrically powered autonomous helicopter (see the Further steps of the 28.October.2016).

The second and third new models are our EH-46 Electric Knight™ or Knight-E™, and EH-47 Chinook-E™, based on the models Boeing CH-46 and CH-47.

The fourth new model is our EH-62 Heavy Lift-E™, based on the model Boeing-Vertol XCH-62 Model 301 Heavy Lift Helicopter (HLH).

We also reviewed a relatively new plane model and converted it into an electrically powered and optionally remotely controlled and autonomously flown aircraft.
The questions are if we also add a Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) variant and a stealth version.

    Further steps

While finalizing the issue SOPR #33o of the 15th of July 2022, we are also cross-reading the following documents

  • Google: Pathways: Asynchronous Distributed Dataflow for ML,
  • Google: PaLM: Scaling Language Modeling with Pathways, and
  • Stanford: On the Opportunities and Risks of Foundation Models.

The first paper seems to be a very bold, if not to say criminal nonsense from the societal, legal, scientifical, and technical points of view. We only say

  • operating system
    • asynchronous Inter-Process Communication (IPC) and asynchronous pipes (ports) (e.g. Mach),
  • Distributed Computing (DC),
    • asynchronous messaging (e.g. Message Passing Interface (MPI) and Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents (FIPA)),
    • concurrent computing,
    • parallel computing
      • Massively Parallel Distributed Computing (MPDC),
    • High-Performance Distributed Computing (HPDC)
      • Cluster Computing (CC),
    • Grid Computing (GC),
    • and so on,
  • actor operating systems (e.g. Aperion (Apertos (Muse)) and the Cognac system based on Apertos, and TUNES OS),
    • reflective, actor-based (concurrent and lock-free or non-blocking), (resilient) (survivable) fault-tolerant, and distributed operating system TUNES OS based on the (frame-based) Arrow System,
    • reflective, actor-based (concurrent), (resilient) (survivable) fault-tolerant and (trustworthy) reliable, and distributed operating system Aperion (Apertos (Muse)) and the Cognac system based on Apertos), and
  • Computational Intelligence (CI) (e.g. Artificial Neural Network (ANN)), Swarm Intelligence (SI) or Swarm Computing (SC),
  • Multimodal User Interface (MUI), and
  • ontologic model, including the wrongly called
    • foundation model, and also
    • supermodel, and
    • Mixture of Experts (MoE),
  • etc.,

which are all integrated by our Evoos (1999), and also

  • concurrent object-oriented actor-based system (e.g. Maude) and Pathway Logic (PL),
  • etc., etc., etc.,

which are all integrated by our OS (2006).

The second paper seamlessly follows on from the first paper, is just a repetition and application of known matter, and unsurprisingly is also based on our Evoos and OS.

The third paper is also more or less bold, because it is basically about a foundational part of our Evoos respectively "the paradigm shift we are witnessing", "Existing terms (e.g., pretrained model, self-supervised model) partially capture the technical dimension of these models, but fail to capture the significance of the paradigm shift in an accessible manner for those beyond machine learning.", and " a model class that are is distinctive in their its sociological impact and how they have it has conferred a broad shift in AI research and deployment" based on the original and unique masterpieces created by C.S.. In addition, that university is trying to usurp our competency and reputation once again.

See also for example the following documents and the documents referenced therein to differentiate what is prior art and what is not.

    Ontonics Further steps

Alphabet (Google) and Porsche SE/Volkswagen with all their subsidiaries are always on top of our list of those companies, which we would sue at first. Now that we understand the whole situation more clearly or even completely, we are able to separate a first group consisting of the companies

  • Alphabet (Google),
  • Microsoft,
  • Meta (Facebook),
  • SAP,
  • OpenAI,
  • Porsche SE/Volkswagen,
  • Tesla Motors, and
  • Space Exploration Technologies.

But several other companies and also research institutes are not listed so low on our list and they should be very easy to determine by our fans and readers.

Potentially at the end of the month August 2022, we will seek to obtain the court order of a cease and desist letter due to the obvious infringment of the moral right of C.S. and the court order to name C.S. and pay a damage compensation in relation to several billions of performances and reproduction of Ontologic System Components and Ontoscope Components (maybe 7 billion devices and vehicles or even more). We are very sure to get 10 to 30 euro in the worst case and as absolute minimum, but that is already a decision made by a judge.

Then after the deadline expired on the 8th of November 2022, we might file lawsuits due to

  • damaging the integrity of C.S. and
  • damaging the integrity of our corporation,
  • abusing the market power and conducting unfair business practice, wire fraud alone and in collaboration,
  • conspiring,
  • and so on.

Actually, we have 26 counts, which would become much more when professionals formulate the charges.

And finally, we would take the results of these federal lawsuits to file private lawsuits due to the obvious copyright infringements alone and in collaboration.

And we already guess that they would not get even one competent attorney in the U.S.America, because they will love to work only for us.
