Comment of the Day
"Bull?h!t²", [C.S., Today]

Clarification
We observerd the next attempt by bandwagon jumpers and criminals to steal our trustworthiness, as we have seen it before already with

  • the web browser add-on World of Trust (WoT) and
  • an operating system of the company Google,

that were said to be focused on trust, security, and safety, but in the end others and we have proven that they were only some kind of trojan horses to collect, record, and sell even more data of their users.

This time a group of untrustworthy media, that we have convicted many times in the last years of not telling the truth and misleading the public permanently and deliberately, tried to take advantage of another scandal related with misuse of trust and started the next shameless and ridiculous attempt to steal our trustworthiness by founding a group called The Trust Project for providing similar web services like WoT, which in this case marks webpages and websites with a sign when called up in a web browser. We would not wonder if one of the named companies is funding that project.
There never was, is, and will be a self-control by the wild and uncontrolled media and their henchmen, so that the so-called The Trust Project does not make the whole mess better, but is even more worse than the situation is already with the other web service providers (see also the Comment of the Day above).

Now, the reason can be seen once again why C.S. also

  • created the Ontologic System (OS) and
  • integrated the most secured connection to as many as possible telescopes,

which anybody can verify and validate her- or himself by looking up into the sky: Stars don't lie.
But the media and the free press and the whole mess will rise, when all those defrauding entities are able to control respectively manipulate a Mixed Reality Environment (MRE).
But luckily C.S. created our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and OntoVerse (OV) as well. Or has anybody thought C.S. enters The Grid and takes with others, or installs the OV without a lifeline?

Do not toast your brain. This was, is, and will be always meant supergreen.

    Style of Speed Further steps
In the last days we worked on the designs of our 9x9, 91x, and Cx# series.
In the course of this, the foundational designs of the 9x9 and 91x separated finally, which has been a problem in the past. But now the situation feels like as if we have 4 or 5 model series, which all are amazing and exhilarating. :D

    03.December.2016
    iRaiment Further steps
We designed a new smartwatch and Ontowatch model, which can be seen as a variant of an existing model.

    Style of Speed Further steps
As we mentioned in the Further steps of yesterday it seems to be that we have some more new models. In fact, in the last weeks we looked several times at a specific design, which we thought would fit better with our 9x9 series, but somehow we always got another model of another manufacturer in mind, so that one of these new models emerged already with more and more determination. Today, we came back to it more or less by happenstance once again as in the last past and suddenly we got the initial concept of our new model, which we have sorted into the 91x series. This automobile is really very intensive, so to say.

We also worked on the design of the street legal variant of the race model RSR shown in the Further steps of the 21st of November 2016, which looks already interesting.

Furthermore, we worked on the design of the Cx# series, which also becomes more and more intensive as well if it is not already.

Additionally, we worked on the design of our muscle car series, and added some new design elements and tried some ideas.

    04.December.2016
    Ontonics Super Warrior #9
The new device generation of our Super Warrior platform is ready for prototyping, testing, and production. Expect the unexpectable, as announced (see also the issue #8 and iRaiment Further steps of the 3rd of November 2016, as well as the news of the 17th of November 2016). Definitely another must have tool.

It is time for contacting and placing orders.

    OntoLab Open Glasses #14
After we have virtually finished our first Open Glasses platform with issue #13 publicated on the 21st of July 2016, we thought already some months ago what could become our next platform and subse- quently draw up a first specification.
Today, we improved this second platform in many ways.

    iRaiment Further steps
We worked on an older smartwatch and Ontowatch model and designed another variant of it.

We also combined two solutions of us.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We have added the next new service to our Quickcharger™, Quickflasher™ and Superflasher™, as well as Splash and Dash™ Service Stations to complement and improve this part of our business unit making it even more preferable for our customers.

    05.December.2016
    Comment of the Day
    Ontolens™

    Clarification
Today, we learned once again that defrauding entities think that annotation and lifelog would be the next areas of separate techniques and technologies to circumvent or even puncture our copyright protection.
No, it is not due to the points we explained many times in the past and will do so now and in the future:

  • 1. Semantic annotation is already included in the semantic (world wide) web technologies, which includes annotation as well because metadata is used.
  • 2. Lifelog is already mentioned for example in the proposal of a military project, that also motivated to use ontologies for annotation (see the Clarification of the 23rd of November 2016), and the project of the HOLOgraphic MEdical Record (Holomer), so that referencing it as prior art also connects to our Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) and Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3) systems.
  • 3. The Ontologic System (OS) is the original and unique multimedia work of art that covers at least the aspects related with the field of software, though conceptually the OS covers all, the real and the virtual including the field of hardware and the field of software respectively.
  • 4. The Ontoscope is the original and unique multimedia work of art that covers at least the aspects related with the field of hardware.
  • 5. The OS and the Ontoscope are the original and unique multimedia works of art that cover also the aspects related with the field of philosophy and the other fields of engineering among other fields.
  • 6. The OS and the Ontoscope are used in whole or in part as blueprints in a top-down approach. Adding annotation, lifelog, or/and other separate techniques and technologies, which are already included or/and directly connected with the OS and the Ontoscope, only deepens the infringement of our copyright and the breaking of our other rights. The strategy based on separate functions and island systems does not work anymore since many months already.

We will publicate related documents when we think that the time is right, as we did in the past in relation with the fields of logics, linguistics, cognitive science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, evolutionary computing, artificial life, operating systems, multimedia systems, and so on.

    Ontonics Further steps
In relation with the production of a component we combined two production processes in an obvious way. We remembered that the resulting process is similar to another process used by a company for the production of a component on the one hand and on the other hand that this other component is basically used for the same application for which we use our module.
In a subsequent step, we took that component and its production process for improving a technology and making its production much more cost effective. We also began with its production phase, which eventually will change everything in this field as well.

This development also confirmed our production process for another module, which we prefer for the mid- and long-term.

Honestly, we do not know what other companies, as well as scientists and journalists reporting about the technologies of these other companies want to tell us with their marketing and fabricated news, specifically when they are trying to sell their lower quality items by presenting them as our superior technologies and telling wrong physical facts (e.g. approaching 100% theoretically (others' technology) does not mean up to 100% practically (our technology)).

That said, we would like to give manufacturers of components and modules at this point the recommendation not to take contents of our websites for promoting their products, because this makes a collaboration difficult, as it is the case with the component and module mentioned above by the way, and often constitutes an infringement of our copyright and other rights.

    OntoLab Further steps
Somehow we found the term wrist-worn Ontoscope odd and its use unusual for us, and while thinking about it we thought that we might have chosen another designation. Indeed, on the 1st of March 2012 we coined it Ontowatch already.
Then we thought the same situation must be with head-mounted or head-worn Ontoscopes. And indeed, on the 5th of April 2012 we coined them Ontogoggle, Ontoglasses, and Ontoshade already.
Said this, we updated the related news publicated since August 2016 accordingly.

We also created the new label Ontolens for another type of head-worn Ontoscope.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We worked on the presentation and production of three devices.

We also created a product range and a new label for one of them.

    iRaiment Further steps
We worked on the implementation of some functionalities of two of our smart devices. Really funny.

    06.December.2016
Apple design patent vs. Samsung plagiarism
The decisive point in relation with deciding about an infringement of a protected work of art, design, and trademark is if the public confuses to a large extend (e.g. 66% or two/third) the true origin of such an item.

In the case that a whole product has been copied the situation is clear.
In the case that a component of a product (which is also an article of manufacture like the whole product) or a part of a product design has been copied, as in the case of one of Apple's patented smart- phone designs, the main question is therefore if the public confuses the true origin of the smartphone that features the copied part or component. For example, it could be possible that the public considers a smartphone as manufactured by Apple if Samsung copies only the home button or only the design and layout of the Graphical User Interface (GUI).

Needless to say, as more original and unique as well as elaborated a work is as easier an infringement can be seen, decided, and valued.
In contrast, as more a design is minimalistic or/and is made of elementary geometric elements (point, line, square, rectangle, circle, etc.) as more difficult an infringement can be seen, decided, and valued, though if a design or work of art exhibit an outstanding minimalism or concentration then it is original and unique (example E=m*c², O#, and Ontologic System in whole or in part).

For sure, the smartphones of Apple have designs that are easily recognized by the public, though it has to be noted that the same is true for the smartphones of Samsung.
But due to the highly recognizable designs of the products of both companies it is relatively easy to create smartphones that must have only some few differences of the original designs to become recognized as not being the original products.

At this point the understanding arises that there is a difference between the patented design and the copyrighted design, because the copyright covers the copying of parts in the same context. Registered trademarks, design patents, and other patents are no tools to attack a competitor but to defend the own acting and therefore parts can be copied as long as this does not constitute an act of fraudulent competition or unfair business practice. The latter leads us back to the first and second sections.

So are the designs of Apple's smartphones works of art? No, be- cause nobody at Apple wanted to begin a discussion about anything or/and to express her-/himself with one of these smartphones in contrast to e.g. C.S. with the multimedia work of art series Ontoscope powered by an Ontologic System, which both were created as self-images and cybernetic reflections, augmentations, and extensions.
Are the designs of Apple's smartphones sufficiently original and unique that they are copyrighted? Yes and no, but in the end it has to be acknowledged that they are not timeless in contrast to classic designs of for example a specific (long) chair (e.g. Chaise Longue LC4 by Le Corbusier and Perriand), lamp (e.g. Artichoke lamp by Poul Henningsen), or watch (e.g. Strata watch by Jacob Jensen), and hence the single designs have to be seen more as common industrial designs.
If the whole series of smartphone designs is copyrighted can be discussed, but we do not think that it overcomes the requirement of an original and unique, expressive work in contrast to the Ontoscope series, specifically its subseries Schwarzer Kreis==Black Circle and Schwarzes Quadrat==Black Square of wrist-worn Ontoscopes or Ontowatches of C.S. (see for example the Clarification of the 9th of September 2016 and the document Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope).

In the end, we do not think that Apple lost a customer because Samsung copied an edge or an icon of Apple's smartphone.

    iRaiment Further steps
We worked on the implementation of a functionality of one of our smart devices.

    07.December.2016
    Ontonics Further steps
    The revolution continues:
We are pleased to announce our new mobile device platform that provides a runtime increased by 100% or doubled, at least, when compared with the mobile devices of our beloved competitors and copycats, which run the same battery. That said, this comparison does not include our improvements in relation with electric energy storage devices.

The new hardware platform will be used by our business divisions Ontoscope, intelliTablet, iRaiment, Roboticle, and Style of Speed.

Components and modules as well as first prototypes of some devices have been tested successfully already.

It is always better to collaborate with us.

    iRaiment Further steps
We continued the work on a device and its use.

    08.December.2016
    Ontonics Further steps
We designed several similar architectures for our Reduced Instruction Set Computing (RISC) processor series, which trade some fraction of its relatively high energy efficiency for easier production at one of our partnering fab(rication plant)s and for accelerated market introduction and penetration (see also the Further steps of yesterday for example).

Our processors are much better than the microprocessors of the competitors, because some models are around 10 years ahead.

As usual, this is no joke or marketing fairy tale, and as it is always better to collaborate with us.

In relation with another improvement of a technology of us, we saw that we have not exploited all possibilities given by this improvement to increase its performance. This failure has been made up now.
The resulting technology is much too good to be not realized in the next development phase.

We have also developed an improved version of a component.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We have developed 3 new models of different device types by applying an improved component (see also the Ontonics Further steps of today above).

    Ontonics Further steps
    We developed a new module.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We uploaded the initial version of the webpage about our new OntoLogger software component for ontologic lifelogging and -sharing in a private, safe, and trusted way.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We are thinking about starting our next Ontologic Web (OW) service, which

  • provides the same functionalities than a SpeechCloud™ in the beginning,
  • gets an expansion for example to a conversational service very soon after its start, and
  • quickly migrates to a complete OW service finally, but
  • is integrated and interplays already with our other OW services, components, and ontologic applications of the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System (OS) and created by C.S., including the

  • ontologic respectively multilingual multimodal multiparadigmatic multidimensional multimedia rule-based and inference engine of the OntoBot software component for advanced "If This Then That Or Else" (ITTTOE or IT³OE) respectively "If Then Else" (ITE) control and actions based on conditional statements or expressions (see also the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI)),
  • universal ontology server and information system Ontologics.info,
  • ontology-based online encyclopedias OntoWiki 1 and OntoWiki 2, as well as
  • Ontology-based Geographic Information System (OntoGIS) OntoGlobe or OntoEarth with Ontologic Map (OntoMap).

Yes, the OW is much bigger already, but still copyrighted (see for example the document Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope, the Clarification of the 9th of September 2016, and all the other related Clarifications publicated on OntomaX, the world's True News Leader).

    Talk to the Web.
Talk to us. Talk with us. Talk over us.

For sure, our devices work without keeping a user in a private information and data bubble, as all the large internet companies do, but instead put the internet companies in our escape-proof bubble (see Picture of the Day of the 30th of April 2015 and 3rd of March 2016), because we are truly concerned about user data privacy, democracy, and freedom.

    The web you can trust.
    The resurrection of privacy.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We developed some options and models of devices by applying a new module (see also the Ontonics Further steps of today above).

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Google: As we noticed today, the company Google is continuing with stealing our intellectual properties and has deepened its copyright infringement in relation with the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. with its clone of our Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA).
We quote from a related webpage of Google: "The [stolen IPA] brings together all of the technology and smarts we've been building for years, from the Knowledge Graph to Natural Language Processing. [This constitutes a copyright infringement, because we have proven in the past that both the Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or (so-called) Knowledge Graph (KG) based on semantic structures or knowledge representation formalisms like for example the Conceptual Graph (CG), Semantic Network (SN), Topic Map (TM), Resource Description Framework (RDF) Graph (RDFG), Web Ontology Language (OWL) Graph (OWLG), Linked Data Graph (LDG), etc., and the Intelligent Agent System (IAS) ("one that exhibits 'smart' behavior"; "encapsulation of software 'smarts'") based on the fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational System (CS or ConS), their integration, and much more respectively the whole IPA have been taken from our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux, specifically the OntoBot software component, as it is the case of their integration following again our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA). Obviously, all three points are essential elements of the multimedia work of art of C.S..] To be a truly successful Assistant, it should be able to connect users across the apps and services in their lives. [At this point we have the Ontologic Applications and the Ontologic Web (OW). One keyword is Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), which was one of the attempts to steal our OS before its publication.]", "In October, we previewed Actions on Google, the developer platform for the Google Assistant. [Here we have the copyright infringement related with the OntoBlender" software component of the OS and OSA.] Actions on Google further enhances the Assistant user experience by enabling you to bring your services to the Assistant. Starting today, you can build Conversation Actions [... Doubtlessly, we have here the section Natural Language Processing of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux.]", "Conversation Actions let you engage your users to deliver information, services, and assistance. And the best part? It really is a conversation -- users won't need to enable a skill or install an app, they can just ask to talk to your action. [Doubtlessly, we have here once again our OntoBot and our Ontologic Web (OW), as it can also be seen easily by the fact that conversation and services are combined, and by our slogans "Talk to the Web" and the related explanations given in the message OS is ON of the 9th of May 2016. See also the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 10th of May 2016.]", and "We'll continue to add more platform capabilities over time, including the ability to make your integrations available across the various Assistant surfaces like [smart]phones and [a home hub]. We'll also enable support for purchases and bookings as well as deeper Assistant integrations across verticals. [At this point the company Google clearly announces to steal more of our intellectual properties.]".

We also found out that it has indeed done what we said in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 10th of May 2016:
"It is also obvious, that they have not seen the Ontologic Net (ON) and Ontologic Web (OW), which for C.S. was only a logical consequence of using the NLP chatbot respectively OntoBot together with mobile applications and web services in 2005 or 2006." Despite it was a logical consequence and looks like a common (technological) progress in this way, it still was logic only for C.S., thought out by C.S., and included as a part into the original and unique OS by C.S..

What Google must also integrate respectively steel to compete with us are for example:

  • multimodal multimedia user interface,
  • grid and cloud computing, and web and semantic web computing respectively the Ontologic Net (ON) and Ontologic Web (OW),
  • Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) respectively the OntoVerse (OV),
  • hardware with 3D camera, etc respectively the whole Ontoscope,
  • verified or/and trusted system components, including the operating system kernel,
  • Android in bubble,
  • and even much more respectively the whole OS.

See also the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge Management of the 19th of May 2016.

It will not take long anymore that the evidences are so profound, that even a non-expert can understand the situation without requiring explanations by an expert, like for example a judge, though our position has been reinforced that we have enough substantial evidences already for showing its manifolded breakings of laws with the

  • the integration of a
    • Conceptual Graph (CG), Semantic Network (SN), Topic Map (TM), ontology, or Knowledge Base (KB), including Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), or another such semantic structure or knowledge representation formalism for storing, presenting, searching, retrieving, and interchanging knowledge,
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP) technique, and
    • dialog systems or conversational agents,

    and

  • their combination with the Linux kernel based operating system Android and its various features,

which is based on our OS and OSA obviously and doubtlessly.
This also questioned if Google has informed its shareholders and external software developers about the uncertain legal grounds or if it has broken the next law.

The documented facts also prove once again that Google

  • is not supporting, and enhancing the
    • development of inventions,
    • markets, and
    • societies,
  • cannot be trusted in anyway not matter what it claims, but
  • has to be broken up and prohibited.

In this relation, we are wondering why a report about Google's related activity has been publicated on a website on around 19:25 UTC+1, which we have visited before on around 13:45 UTC+1 and before the update of the news Ontologic Web Further steps, but the referenced webpage of Google, which reflects our OW news, is dated with 8th of December 2016. Is Google manipulatively adjusting the dates of its publications, as we have observed it on other websites in the past as well?
So what? It does not help Google to overcome our copyrights and the causality respectively the fact that we were first and the original, and Google only an illegal plagiarism.

    Clarification
We concluded that the same legal situation in relation with our handheld Ontoscopes and wrist-worn Ontoscopes or Ontowatches also applies for our other portable or mobile Ontoscopes, including our head-mounted or head-worn Ontoscopes or Ontogoggles, Ontoglasses, Ontoshades, Ontovisors, and Ontolenses (see the document Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope as well as the OntoLab Further steps of the 5th of September 2014, and the iRaiment Further steps of the 6th and 7th of February 2014, 21st of July 2016, and 3rd of November 2016.

For sure, we speak about head-mounted or head-worn Ontoscopes, which could be simply described as the Visual Instrument and Sensory Organ Replacement (VISOR) of Geordi La Forge powered by an Ontologic System of C.S., and not about the common data glasses with video camera(s), microphone, and loudspeaker(s), as well as eye-tracking.

    Ontonics Further steps
The images show the designs of two loudspeaker that we would like to take as blueprints for our first Loudspeaker 2.0 models with 3D camera, microphone, wireless network for data transfer, and wireless power transmission (see also the Further steps of the 28th of December 2013.

    Jamo A102 Loudspeaker → Ontonics Loudspeaker 2.0Jamo A200 Loudspeaker → Ontonics Loudspeaker 2.0
    Jamo

The Loudspeaker 2.0 technology is used

  • locally or stationary (e.g. offline) and
  • distributed (e.g. online),

    and with

  • one loudspeaker or
  • multiple loudspeakers placed
    • in various configurations and
    • at various places

as parts of a Surround Sensor System (S³) to create a sensor wave-field,

    for solutions like

  • home hub,
  • home automation,
  • multimedia environments like
    • Augmented Reality Envrionment (ARE),
    • Virtual Reality Envrionment (VRE) of our VRontier systems (see also the Original vs. Inspiration of the 5th of January 2016),
    • Mixed Reality Envrionment (MRE), and
    • Sp@ces

having a size of up to around 10×10 meters or 4×4 inches, as well as

  • many other applications that are based on a Multimodal Multidimensional Multimedia User Interface (M³UI).

    and functions together with our

  • models of the Smart Harness, Smart Gear, Smart Pack, and Smart Rucksack series,
  • Head-Mounted Displays (HMDs), as well as
  • all other devices that feature a wireless network or/and a wireless power transmission technology,

as already described in for example the iRaiment Further steps of the 1st of July 2016,

In addition, depending on a specific model the multimodal multidimensional multimedia loudspeaker will be

  • available with a stand that has a fixed-length column or a telescoping column, and
  • removable from the stand, so that it can be placed for example on a small table, such as e.g. a nightstand, or in a shelf, or suspended from the ceiling or a rod assembly for example.

This should be sufficient for most of our supergeeks. :D

More devices will be shown in the next future to give our cheating competitors the rest, as usual, if not happened already. :)

Btw.: Protected by utility patent, patent, and patent queuing, so there is not need for the copycats to get into panic.
And thanks for all the AR, VR, and MR software and hardware.

In relation with other products, we found a fab(rication plant) for our CQLED displays. Now it is up to the production costs, though we are very confident that we will be able to solve this point as well.
We will also look for another fab to try out some special techniques.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
On the webpage of our OntoLogger software component we added the term quantified self and the short list with its general tasks of self-monitoring, self-sensing, and self-tracking.

We also began to write initial versions of the webpages about more new software components for ontologic processing and applications.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We worked on one of our Ontologic Web (OW) services, which we redefine how we do the related activity.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We have improved our first Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) of VRontier, which provides a resolution that is twice as high as what is delivered by the competition.

We have also developed a VRHMD, which provides a resolution that approaches 8K. 16K comes later but it will not take so long or might already be there.

    OntoLab Open Glasses #15
As usual, we take Head-Mounted Displays (HMDs) or personal monitor headsets as starting points for our Open Glasses platforms that are not produced anymore, though they still might be sold on the one hand and we overworked or will overwork everything to an own device on the other hand.
Said this, we are pleased to show the initial model of our second Open Glasses platform, which we have overworked and improved already to our Ontomizer as mentioned in issue #14 publicated on the 4th of December 2016.

Head-Mounted Display or Personal Monitor Headset

    © :(, :I, :), and OntoLab

The black device connected to the HMD with the cable is an adaptor for smartphones.
But we do what? Yes indeed, we add

  • a means for connecting the HMD with our Smart Harness, Smart Gear, Smart Pack, and Smart Rucksack models, wherein the HMD can be stowed as well,
  • displays with a higher resolution,
  • optics with an increased Field of View (FoV),
  • cameras to build some kind of a stereoscopic eyetap respectively an Mixed Reality Head-Mounted Display (MRHMD), and
do much more. What else? :D

    intelliTablet Further steps
We are working on a Flip-Flop e-reader with colored display. Actually, we have a display with 64 colors, but we are not sure if its resolu- tion is high enough to satisfy our customers and us.

    iRaiment Further steps
We worked on special models of our Smart Harness, Smart Gear, Smart Pack, and Smart Rucksack series mentioned in a former Further steps already.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Microsoft: We noticed that the company Microsoft is continuing with stealing our intellectual properties and has deepened its copyright infringement in relation with the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. with a Knowledge Base (KB), including Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), combined with an Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) like the company Google (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 9th of November 2016. We quote from the related webpage of Microsoft to document its next various infringements of our rights: "No matter what kind of app you're building, the Knowledge and Action Graph will help you find and use info that keeps users engaged. Tap into 21 billion facts, 18 billion action links, and over five billion relationships between more than one billion people, places, and things. You can then use this info in your app to stop sending users to their browsers for more information. Millions of [the stolen IPA, and the company's video game console] users already access this info every day. [This constitutes a copyright infringement, because we have proven in the past that both the so-called knowledge and action graph, and the IPA based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) have been taken from the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., realized by OntoLinux, specifically the OntoBot software component, as it is the case of their integration following again our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA). Obviously, all three points are essential elements of the multimedia work of art of C.S..]", "[...] wisdom [...] [Do not confuse this term with our Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer).]", "[...] deep data understanding, machine learning, and more [...] [Here we have the connection with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).]", "[...] collaborative [...] It's integration [...] [These terms have also been copied from the website of our OS OntoLinux to mislead the public.]", and "[...] combines vast web, entity, app and user graphs with cutting-edge query, document, and entity knowledge [...] [These terms have also been copied from the website of our OS OntoLinux to mislead the public.]".

The main point is not that a graph-based knowledge base or a database for storing a graph-based knowledge structure is used with a natural language user interface, but that these underlying system technologies are combined with an agent system (the IPA) and a multimodal multidimensional multimedia system (the video game console and also an Augmented Reality Environment (ARE) not listed on the quoted webpage) by the top-down approach of copying that uses our OS and its architecture as blueprint in parts (see again the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016).
If the development would have been done by a bottom-up approach or provided as unconnected functional islands, which by the way is virtually not possible with such an ecosystem, then it would be legal and we would not complain at all.
But the legal rules are clear and we cannot find an argument to make such precious presents to companies that are able to pay our license fees and other conditions easily.

Quite contrary, it even becomes more and more incomprehensible for us why the large IT companies are still breaching our various rights, when we have already shown clearly that they cannot reach the top of the mountain by this ridiculous tightrope walk, which already constitutes an act of unfair competition practicing, and will end at a scarp or ravine so or so.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
While collectiong more facts and arguments for showing the infringements of laws and our rights, we could see once again how several projects related with or based on a Conceptual Graph (CG), Semantic Network (SN), Topic Map (TM), ontology, or Knowledge Base (KB), including Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), and such alike have developed and evovled.
Interestingly, it has been shown in parts that the approach of the companies Google, Microsoft, and others does not work anymore on the one hand, because it is not possible with proprietary knowledge bases to prove the authenticity of the shown search results without showing the sources for example, and on the other hand our approach based on the Ontologic System (OS) is exactly what is missing.

But this makes the situation in only one aspect easier for us, because many websites and webpages have been infiltrated and manipulated, for example the Wikipedia and everything related with the semantic web and the so-called linked data, while other developments of us have been attacked deliberately, so that we have to check, correct, and filter out many parts at the beginning and at runtime, which other entities want to copy or/and steal, thwart, or even destroy as well.

At this point we have to say once again that we will not give free our Ontologic System (OS), Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) anymore, because it makes no sense to due to so many reasons we discussed in the past, including the facts that no change would happen in relation with:

  • truth, justice, but quite contrary the quality of this work would decrease swiftly to the level of all the other funfair items, plagiarisms, fakes, lies, and frauds,
  • distribution of wealh, but quite contrary the large IT companies would only get a free path to enjoy their greed even more (see Linux and OntoLinux vs. Android and Windows),
  • basic democracy, but quite contrary the politicians would only get a free path to enjoy their blah blah blah even more,
  • education, but quite contrary the scientists would only get a free path to conduct their special tactics even more,
  • secularity, but quite contrary the clerics would only get a free path to enjoy their believes even more,
  • competence, but quite contrary the communities of open source and copyleft would only get a free path to enjoy their very own kind of opportunism and to continue with refusing to reference our works as we have seen in the last 10 years.

    Furthermore,

  • C.S. has obligations as anybody else (see the Picture of the Day), and
  • we have not found anybody else than C.S., who is qualified to manage at least the core or kernel of the OS for the good of modern societies.

Indeed, it is a balancing act that can be discussed, but in this relation we always explain

  • how the OS is verified,
  • why the OS can be trusted,
  • how the OS can be protected to remain neutral,
  • why we only invite everybody to use the OS, ON, OW, and OV, but do not force anybody respecting free will, and
  • why in the end our made decision is a constructive compromise.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
Yesterday, we reported that we also began to write the webpages about more new software components for ontologic processing and applications, which would be based on the already publicated informations for showing that everything is already there and accordingly would comprise for example components like the following:

  • OntoSense,
  • OntoSensor,
    • OntoGraph,
    • OntoGrapher,
    • OntoRecord,
    • OntoRecorder,
    • OntoMic,
  • OntoAbility,
  • OntoPlan,
  • OntoPlanner,
  • OntoAct,
  • OntoActor,
  • OntoAction,
  • OntoActuator,
    • OntoPhone,
    • OntoPhoner,
    • OntoSpeak,
    • OntoSpeaker,
  • OntoCAx,
    • OntoCAD,
    • OntoCAM,
    • OntoCAE,
  • OntoSim,
  • OntoAI,
  • OntoML,
  • OntoNet,
    • OntoGrid
    • OntoCloud
  • OntoWeb,
  • OntoVerse,
  • OntoReality
    • OntoAR,
    • OntoVR,
    • OntoMR,
  • OntoGame,
  • OntoWork,
  • etc..

One of the main problems is to integrate these new components into the structure of our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) in a harmonious way without changing much or anything. For example,

  • OntoSense, OntoPlan, and OntoAct could be subcomponents of the OntoBot component,
  • OntoAI and OntoML could be own components, but also subcomponents of the OntoBot,
  • OntoCAx could be an own component, but has to be connected with the OntoBlender (see also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 13th of February 2014), Ontologic Office (OntoO) and Ontosap or OntoS&P components as well (see also the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 11th of May 2016), and
  • OntoSensor and OntoActor could be subcomponents of the OntoScope component.

Another point is that we do not want to define components at all, but to derive and generate them automatically from the taxonomies, object-oriented models, ontologies, and other such semantic structures for sure by exploiting the features of the foundational OS.
Eventually, this would make the prefix "Onto" obsolete and be proper with the ontologic system approach.

We are also continuing with the work to introduce the OW in a highly elegant way:

  • The first idea was to use tags, as introduced with the HyperText Markup Language (HTML), the eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and the ontologies of the semantic web.
  • Our second idea was to simply add a special link similar to the way that is done with a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JavaScript (JS) file, or an ontology.
  • Our third idea was to simply add a special doctype add the beginning of an HTML file or another web content, which we have not disclosed.
  • Our fourth idea was to put it directly into the software stack of a web server, which led to the OW (see for example the Ontologic Net and Ontologic Web Further steps of the 11th of May 2016, the Clarification of the 15th of June 2016, and the other messages publicated in the last months).

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Open Handset Alliance: Have we observed an illegal agreement between members of the Open Handset Alliance, better known as the Android cartel, specifically between the companies Google and Samsung? We thought about the issue that there is some kind of a coordination in relation with the stealing of our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic Web (OW) already when we wrote the case of the company Samsung in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 6th of November 2016 (see also the Clarification of the 10th of November 2016) and again when we wrote the case of the company Google in the Investigations:: Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 9th of December 2016, which could be seen before by their actions in October 2016 and has been proven again when we with the case of the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 10th of December 2016.

Now, we are waiting for the same actions by the last two companies with Apple and Amazon.

It should be more than obvious that this will generate even more legal problems for the company Google, as it already has with the market regulators in relation with the Linux kernel based operating system Android and its illegal ecosystem based on the so-called Google Play Store, and the company Samsung, as it already had a ban from legal actions in the European Union (EU) and is involved in a large corruption scandal at least in South Korea, but maybe also in F.R.G. and U.S.A..
Maybe this is already the final nail in Google's coffin.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
Yesterday, we began to discuss why the business strategy of a closed and proprietary Knowledge Base (KB), including Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), approach of the companies Google, Microsoft, and others does not work anymore, because they do not disclose their sources, which also makes their services unqualified for many e-commerce services for example, in contrast to our approach based on the Ontologic System (OS) is exactly what is missing.

We also noticed in the past several times that in general the strategies to copy single parts fo our OS and provide them as own functional islands so to say infringes several rights of us, because

  • our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. is taken as blueprint in a top-down approach, which constitutes an infringement of our copyright, and
  • the true origin of the resulting systems, such as Android with Play Store and Windows, is obscured deliberatel to mislead the public, which constitutes an act of unfair competition practices.

Today, we also noticed that in particular the strategy of Google has more flaws. For example, the stealing of our

  • OntoBot software component and parts of our knowledge base provided by our universal ontology server and information system Ontologics.info (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 9th of December 2016 for example), and
  • trusted operating system kernel (see its case in the Investigations ::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 25th of August 2016 for example),

and the attempt of Google to circumvent this with its attempt to misuse HTTP Secure (HTTPS) (see its casse in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 5th of November 2016)

Another problem is that their knowledge bases constitute monopolies that is also unexceptable for modern societies.

It can be seen easily again that in all cases our OS is exactly what is missing, because we open all the proprietary databases, knowledge bases, services, and marketplaces and stores.
In this context, we are thinking about possibilities to handle our social network services of the Ontologic Web (OW).

  • Our first idea is to simply provide Managed Peer-to-Peer (MP2P) computing and services, together with our
  • Our second idea, that also emerged with similar or equal considerations about other social services, is to enhance the concept of the Domain Name System (DNS) with the Ontologic Net (ON) based on for example Information-Centric Networking (ICN) such as for example the Content-Centric Networking (CCN) or other parts of the Internet Protocol (IP) suite. In this relation, every human registered at a federal authority would get an IDentity (ID) or ON address, as listed in the Feature-List #2.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Google: In relation with Google's Linux kernel based operating system Android and its proprietary extension Play Store, which infringes various rights of us, we are observing that Google supports
  • developers of applications for Android plus Play Store and for Google's devices, and
  • crowdfunding campaigns of devices running with Android plus Play Store and connecting with Google's devices,

so that they infringe our copyrights as well, but not Google directly, though we get more and more evidences that they are directly connected with Google. Indeed, in

  • around 5 to 10% of cheating crowdfunding campaigns we have a direct connection with Google,
  • around 45 to 50% of suspicious crowdfunding campaigns we have first evidences that show a direct relation with Google, and
  • the rest of the suspicious crowdfunding campaigns we have the same pattern of strategy and attacks as seen with the other suspicious crowdfunding campaigns.

Therefore it is obvious that the company Google is attempting deliberately to creat a legal situation that should become out of control, which is definitely not legal

  • in particular because it is damaging C.S. and our corporation,
  • in general because it is
    • driving into chaos the whole markets of
      • hardware,
      • software,
      • internet services
      • web services,
      • advertising,
      • entertainment,
      • etc.
    • refusing privacy to every user of its products and services, and
    • harming and threatening the law and order of the whole societies.

Google makes war not only against us but against everybody and all societies in this way.

We have to make clear that we will go after every developer, every crowdfunding campaigner, and also every entity that supports such entities even if it takes some time and hence we highly recommend not to take contents of our websites or contents of other websites that have copied from our websites for any illegal activities.

    13.December.2016
    OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update
We added the new section Computer-Aided x to the webpage of Links to Software (see the Further steps of the 19th of February 2013 and 13th of February 2014) and added the following links:

  • Capgemin, Open CasCade®: Open CasCade Technology (OCCT)
  • Capgemini, Open CasCade®: Salome
  • Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR), Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Università e della Ricerca (MIUR), and PLaSM development team, sponsors, and community: PLaSM - Programming LAnguage for Solid Modeling

  • Anders Wallin: OpenCAMLib

By using PLaSM our OntoBot software component can handle and understand solid geometry respectively three-dimensional Euclidean space geometry and together with the other tools even four-dimen- sional Euclidean time-space physics as well (see also the webpage about our Calibre/Caliber once again). Fascinating.

We also added to the section Automation of the same webpage the link:

  • National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and LinuxCNC development team and community: LinuxCNC

We also added to the section Visualization of the same webpage the link:

  • Télécom ParisTech, Électricité de France, Daniel Girardeau-Montaut, and contributors: CloudCompare

We also rearranged some list items on the webpage Components, added to its section OntoGraphics the link:

  • Wayland,

and substituted in the section Debian Wheezy with Stretch.

In addition, we uploaded the initial version of the webpages about our new components OntoCAx for Computer-Aided technologies (CAx) and OntoCAD for Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

This update shows once again how we

  • created a seamless interface or better said a spectrum between
    • user and computer, and
    • human and machine

      in particular and between

    • nature and technology, and
    • even reality and virtuality

      in general, and

  • developed or transformed researching, designing, working, e.g. engineering and manufacturing, entertaining, gaming, and other activities to a multimodal collaboration, communication, e.g. conversational dialog, and discussion between human and digital entity or machine

Today, we would like to show the basic designs of our related digital clock also powered by our original and unique Ontologic System (OS).

    © Lego

For sure, the digital display will be replaced with a touchscreen and our clock gets also a wireless network interface and a camera, and other sensors as option, as well as a connection to our also original and unique, safe and secure Ontologic Web (OW).

Please keep attention: A plagiarism in the shape of a clock, which is based on essential parts of our OS and Ontoscope, has been promoted and we are guessing that it is related with a series of serious frauds conducted on crowdfunding platforms (see the Clarification of the 4th of May 2013 and the case of the company Google in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of yesterday for example).
If we see such a fraud, then we always contact the crowdfunding platform and demand that the related information is removed immediately with the hint that otherwise we have to file a lawsuit at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which will happen in the near future, because we do not think that the criminal entities will stop with their illegal activities.

    14.December.2016
    Clarification
We already have discussed the point of "ordinary technological progress" or "technical benefit for the society" and other aspects of the copyright protection in relation with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope both created by C.S. in the following publications:

  • Clarification of the 13th of April 2016,
  • Clarification of the 16th of April 2016,
  • cases of the companies Microsoft and Facebook in the Investiga- tions::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge Management of the 13th of April 2016,
  • Clarification of the 1st of May 2016,
  • Clarification of the 8th of May 2016,
  • discussion of Article I, Section 8, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution on the 9th of May 2016,
  • case of the company Google in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 19th of May 2016
  • case of the company Google in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 19th of June 2016,
  • Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016,
  • Clarification #1 and #2 of the 15th of September 2016,
  • Clarification of the 11th of October 2016,
  • Clarification #1 of the 12th of October 2016,
  • Clarification of the 7th of November 2016,
  • Clarification of the 10th of November 2016,
  • discussion of Apple design patent vs. Samsung plagiarism on the 6th of December 2016, and
  • Comment of the Day and also the Pictures of the Day of the 25th of July 2013 and the comment.

This point is tried to discuss again under the term "Scène à faire== Scene to be made or Scene that must be done", which in relation with the copyright law and the field of computer systems also "refers to a principle in which certain elements of a creative work are held to be not protected when they are mandated by or customary to the genre".

The facts are that the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope are

  • something new and unexpected (see again the Clarification #1 of the 15th of September 2016),
  • based on Ontonics and Ontologic Engineering,
  • extending the so-called field of computational ontology, and
  • redefining the field of ontologics,

    but also a

  • reflection created as part of the characteristic expression of these multimedia works of art, and
  • self-reflection, self-image, or self-portrait created as part of the self-expression of C.S.,

which also shows that these original and unique works

  • go beyond the quantified self or lifelog paradigm with the creation and introduction of the qualified self paradigm, and
  • in some aspects even define a new matter.

    See also the

  • Clarification of the 16th of April 2016,
  • Clarification #1 and #2 of the 14th of June 2016,
  • Clarification #1 of the 12th of October 2016, and
  • Clarification of the 7th of November 2016).

Furthermore, the whole development that came after the introduction of the so-called smartphone and the Linux kernel based operating system Android is based on the creativity of C.S. and the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope, which "strengthened the determination of the O[ntologic] S[ystem] as a original and unique multimedia masterpiece", as we already said in the past.

What companies are doing is to create such a Scène à faire situation artificially by making an exact copy of our Ontologic System, Ontoscope, and other works of C.S., and also by recapitulating the steps and activities conducted by C.S. in the process of the development of the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope, as we found out in the case of one specific company that repeated all multimedia projects, such as for example the ones related with various wearable computers, by taking again the works and actings of C.S. as blueprints in a total obsessive and aggressive way and in the cases of other companies that acted in similar ways.
Copying in this quality and quantity cannot be argued to be done because of a Scène à faire situation or mandatory force, and therefore the argument of mandated steps of an ordinary technological progress does not count. No way.

In addition, none of these companies has to combine a

  • Conceptual Graph (CG), Semantic Network (SN), Topic Map (TM), ontology, or Knowledge Base (KB), including Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), or another such semantic structure or knowledge representation formalism, and
  • voice-based user interface, dialog system, conversational Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA), or another such User Interface (UI),

and combine this composition even further by adding

  • more multimodalities or senses,
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and so on,
  • mobile computing, distributed computing, web computing, cloud computing, and so on,
  • video gaming,
  • Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) systems
  • etc., etc., etc..

All these companies even do not have to do all these copying of our artworks and intellectual properties at all for being able to continue with selling their operating systems, office suites, online advertisements, or whatever they are selling and providing. But they take it to get even more. Said this, the true driving force is pure greed but not a mandatory step respectively Scène à faire.

Independent of these points related with the copyright, we also have the issue with the acts of unfair competition practice. So or so, companies have to make clear what the true origin of the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope is. If these companies do not want to mark all hardware, software, and services with the sign(s) of C.S., then they have to get a license that allows to remove the sign(s). :)

    15.December.2016
    Clarification #1
We looked around a little what other entities have developed and made our usual disappointing experiences.
For example, one specific work is related with a special application of a multi-agent system in the field of ontology engineering that applies genetic algorithm for optimization. We consider such a work a fraud or in parts a plagiarism in relation with conducting proper scientific research and a copyright infringement otherwise.
In relation with multi-agent systems and belief systems see the short treatise Ontologica, Ontologico, Ontologics publicated on the 21st of May 2016.
In relation with the fields of softbionics, specifically evolutionary computing, see for example the documents Evolutionsbionik and The Proposal. In this context, we wondering why an internet encyclopedia mentions on the webpage about that specific work the technique of Genetic Algorithm, but we could not find even one word related with the whole field of soft computing in those papers of the authors that are relevant in relation with our copyright.

What we have found out in relation with for example information mediation, semantic and schematic similarities between database objects, and alignment of ontologies is that such semantic struc- tures are not needed at all when Natural Language Processing (NLP) is properly applied (see also the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the related documents listed on the webpage Literature), and as we explained in the past we developed our ontology-based, Object-Oriented (OO 1), and Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) systems further to Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3) and Ontologic Computing (OC) systems, which work without the intermediate steps done with e.g. using ontologies and instead can do them all on the fly to an extent that ontologies are better suited for documenting, storing, standardizing, and training semantic structures.

Furthermore: "The vision of the semantic (world wide) web is to achieve machine-processable interoperability through the annotation of the content. This implies that computer programs can achieve a certain degree of understanding of such data and use it to reason about a user specific task like question answering or data integration." The system presented in the quoted document integrates NLP, logic, ontologies, and Information Retrieval (IR) techniques. Guess why? And therefore it is no surprise that this quote is and addresses exactly what we said in the

  • Clarification of the 5th of December 2016,
  • cases of the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the
  • and related Ontologic Web Further steps of the 11th of December 2016,

which also proves once again that the named companies have already stolen essential parts of our original and unqiue multimedia works of art Ontologic System and Ontoscope by not using for example the techniques of the semantic (world wide) web-based on OO 1, ontologies, and OO 2, but instead by taking our works as blueprints in a top-down approach for combining or compositing

  • Conceptual Graph (CG), Semantic Network (SN), Topic Map (TM), ontology, or Knowledge Base (KB), including Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), or other such semantic structures or knowledge representation formalism,
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP), and related
  • Question Answering (QA) system,
  • Recommendation System (RecS) or Recommender System,

    and in addition

  • rewriting logics, inclusive graph rewriting logics, as well as
  • voice command or speech control systems, or voice assistants,
  • dialog systems, conversational agents, or speech controlled virtual assistants, or/and
  • recommender systems,

and obmitting semantic (world wide) web techniques and ontologies, which is (characteristic for) our OS and Ontologic (world wide) Web (OW) based on OO 3 and OC, obviously (see also the Clarification #1 and #2 of the 10th of September 2012). For sure, OC and OO 3 are downward compatible with OO 1 and OO 2, so that using semantic (world wide) web techniques and ontologies makes the issue even more clear.

Once again, our complaint is not about using a specific separate function or island system, but about recreating our OS, inclusive the Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), by combining specific separate functions or island systems in the same way respectively to attain the same expression in whole or in part as performed by C.S. years before. The latter understands even a non-expert in computer systems easily, like e.g. Judge Birss (see again the given references).

    Clarification #2
We can also see by the Clarification #1 of today that our Ontologic System (OS) has also included by design a totally neutral automatic fact checking feature (see also the webpage Introduction of the OS OntoLinux), which applies our original and unique belief system founded on the

  • insight that "Stars don't lie" and
  • diversification based on our multi-agent-based operating system (see the Clarification #1 of the 4th of May 2016 for example)

(see the short treatise Ontologica, Ontologico, Ontologics publicated on the 21st of May 2016 (see also the Clarification of the 2nd of December 2016) that can be used to

  • provide an alignment tool for reports and news, as well as scientific works with each other and with known facts taken from other sources, and also
  • find plagiarisms (see also the related informations given on OntomaX).

This feature is seamlessly transferred onto our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW) and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).

This also explains the plagiarism of the scientists discussed in the Clarification #1 of today.

    The True News Leader

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update
We have created stubs of the webpages for the components of our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) that are named OntoNet, OntoWeb, and OntoVerse accordingly.

With the next steps we will copy the already given informations on OntomaX to the related webpages and transform them in a appropriate manner, as we did it with other components like the OntoGraphics component.

    16.December.2016
    API free or not free?
Indeed, some legal points can be confused easily and we are also surprised again and again how things really work at the court. Eventually, virtually every legal case is individual at least due to the following points.

  • We have to begin with the copyright act and law, and the requirements of originality, uniqueness, and expressiveness directly connected to the creator of a work.
  • In this relation we also have to consider the cases of
    • fair use,
    • Scène à faire==Scene to be made or Scene that must be done (see also the Clarification of the 14th of December 2016),
    • ordinary technological progress or technical benefit for the society,
    • expectation of the public, and
    • understanding by the public.
  • Then it is also important to consider the chosen way or media to express the idea, concept, design, etc.. This could be itself an original and unique element of a copyrighted work.
  • Then we have to look on the expression itself to decide if it is more semantical (idea, concept, architecture, design, way of realization, etc.) or more syntactical (concrete realization of e.g. a not protected or non-copyrightable idea, concept, design, etc.).

Taken all together gives the context and scope of a legal case.
For another discussion of the problem focused on Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and header files see also the webpage Infringement and disclosure risk in development on copyleft platforms, that becomes relevant again with the example 2, which is about the Linux kernel and the Android operating system based on it.
Some of the most important statements are the following ones:

  • "[c]omplex programs and header file structures are generally copyrightable because they involve numerous [creative] choices by the designer and because the way in which these choices organize the terms and code constitutes expression." But they have to be sufficiently original and unique to show an individual expression of its creator and they have not to be common items or commands, as it is argued in relation with examples 1 and 2.
  • "A European Directive states that computer “interfaces” are not protected by copyright, but does not indicate what “interface” means. Numerous U.S. courts hold that user interfaces taken as a whole are copyrighted."
  • "When is use of particular copyrighted header files or api's infringement? In U.S. law, this asks whether what is copied or caused to be copied involves copyrightable elements of the first program, or whether the second program is a “derivative work” of the first. Each case stands on its own. [...] The U.S. Copyright Act uses that term ["based on"]. It defines a “derivative work” as any work “based upon” one or more preexisting works [in any] form in which a work may be recast, transformed, or adapted. “Based upon” is a concept not yet tested in reference to computer code.
One meaning might be merely that the second program takes code from the other work [(syntactical expression)]. Another, supported by cases outside of those involving code is that a derivative must contain or cause the copying of expression of the infringed work [(semantical expression)]. When this might occur is open to question. For example, some instances of dynamic linking would qualify, while others may not. Some replications of api capture expression, while others will not."
But at least we have here again the differentiation between so to say the semantics and the syntax in relation to the expression given by a work.

In general, the rule of thumb is that provisions for the protection of intellectual property are not tools to attack another entity but to defend the own actions and works in the first place.
Furthermore, most software does not constitute a copyrightable work in relation with the implemented ideas, concepts, architec- tures, functions, and designs of data structures, etc. respectively the semantics, but only with the concrete written code respectively the syntax.

    Example 1:
In the case Oracle vs. Google in relation with the interpreted programming language Java and the corresponding Jave Virtual Machine (JVM) "Judge William Alsup ruled [...] that APIs cannot be copyrighted in the U.S [(compare with what was said in the webpage cited above)], and that a victory for Oracle would have widely expanded copyright protection and allowed the copyrighting of simple software commands:
To accept Oracle's claim would be to allow anyone to copyright one version of code to carry out a system of commands and thereby bar all others from writing their own different versions to carry out all or part of the same commands.
In 2014, however, Alsup's ruling was overturned on appeal, though the question of whether such use of APIs constitutes fair use was left unresolved.
In 2016, following a two-week trial, a jury determined that Google's reimplementation of the Java API constituted fair use, but Oracle vowed to appeal the decision."

In fact, the case of fair use would also be a case of 'Scène à faire==Scene to be made or Scene that must be done' due to the argument given by judge Alsup and due to the reason that without using an API no two or more software programs of different entities could work together.

In relation with the cited case Oracle vs. Google the difference between so to say the semantics and the syntactics of a work has been shown as well. Google had implemented the syntactical content respectively written the source code itself. An interpreted programming language used for e.g. network computing and the related VM with its interpreting functionality respectively the semantics are not protected since decades anymore or were never protected at all. The following example 2 continues at this point.

    Example 2:
A very prominent example of the so-called glue code is the standard c library Bionic protected by the permissive open source license BSD 3-clause license and implemented by Google for its Android operating system based on the Linux operating system kernel to

  • circumvent the legal protection of the Linux kernel protected by the open source license GNU Lesser General Public License second version (GPLv2), which was later substituted with its third version GPLv3, and the standard c library GNU C Library (glibc) protected by the open source license GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), and
  • build up on top of this its proprietary Play Store and all the many closed source app(lication)s running on Android.

"For the creation of Bionic, Google used GPLv2-licensed Linux kernel header files [to get the API]. To get rid of the GPL, Google claimed that it cleaned the header files from any copyrightable work [(the original and unique ideas, concepts, architectures, or expression respectively semantics)], reducing them to non-copyrightable "facts" [(the plain syntax of general operating system functions) and also making it a case of Scène à faire in this way]. Google's behaviour was considered by Linus Torvalds as acceptable, but their inter- pretation of the GPL has been challenged, for instance by Raymond Nimmer, a law professor at the University of Houston Law Center [who is the author of the webpage cited above]."
For clearifying Linus Torvalds added a preamble to the text of the GPLv2 that says the following: "This copyright does *not* cover user programs that use kernel services by normal system calls - this is merely considered normal use of the kernel, and does *not* fall under the heading of "derived work"". Said in other words, a common or normal part of the API of the Linux kernel or another work protected by the GPL is not included in the scope of the copyright and can be used freely.

This case is more comprehensible than the case with the Java programming language, because the Linux kernel is just a common operating system kernel, which has also be given free in the related book about operating systems, if we remember correctly. That said, Linux is not an original and unique expression of Linus Torvalds, but only the syntactical realization done by him and all the other developers of Linux.
Quite contrary, the question is if Linus Torvalds got at all the permission by Andrew S. Tanenbaum to put another license on the semantics of the operating system.
Potentially, this is not the case, because the operating system of A.S. Tanenbaum is a microkernel-based operating system and the operating system of L. Torvalds is a monolithic operating system, which are two different operating system architectures, or said in other words, they are two different stories of the same genre. But it could also be the case when it is shown that parts of the operating system of A.S. Tanenbaum merely were separated at first and merged into the monolithic operating system of L. Torvalds.

    Example 3:
A difference to the two examples mentioned before are for example our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontoscope, which are original and unique works of art that so to say transport or constitute the expressions of their creator, which again is independent of the media used to express them. For example, besides implementing the OS by writing software source code or constructing the Ontoscope C.S. could also paint, sing, or dance them. Maybe. :D
But C.S. selected a reflective computer system in the case of the OS and mobile devices in the case of the Ontoscope, which are obvious choices, because these ways of realization or expression also corresponds perfectly with for example the self-reflection or self-image in a cybernetic context and all the other intentions and expressions.

Be more careful with what you are doing with your open source projects, so that you do not feed the supertrolls in the end.
We also repeat the common sense that open source makes sense for hardware and software that is common, such as an operating system, a database management system, a window system, etc.. It also makes sense if a government wants to force the development of a technique or technology, research, or education, though it also has to respect any copyright when doing so.

Now, our readers know why we

  • only list the basic elements of our OS and our Ontoscope and describe how a single person can put them together her-/himself and use them solely for individual or private reasons and not for commercial reasons,
  • do not give free the idea, concept, architecture, or expression, and also
  • changed to OntoLix and OntoDroid (due to the permissive BSD 3-clause license).

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update
We corrected an unimportant detail related with the list of business units on the webpage Profile.

We also added the sections for the OntoNet, OntoWeb, and OntoVerse components to the webpage Components.

In addition, we added some more content to the webpages about the OntoNet and OntoWeb components.

    17.December.2016
    Comment of the Day
    Artificial intelligence operating system™

    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on one of our new business units. This comprised also techniques and technologies provided by a third party.
In this relation, we have to acknowledge that we never thought to introduce and install at least the siblings or even the successors of the internet and the World Wide Web (WWW), and much more. This is really very interesting, exciting, and fascinating.

In this conjunction, we encourage suppliers of network technology to ask for licenses and other contracts, and commissions.
To be qualified companies have to take part in a harmonious business environment. In the case of many companies the requirements have been made very clear several times in the past, comprising to respect our copyright completely, that means without any legal friction, specifically in relation with the Ontologic System (OS), Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and OntoVerse (OV), as well as the Ontoscope (including similar or confusing mobile devices, such as wearable computers, smartphones, tablet computers but also stationary devices), and also to pay the open bills.

If our opinion in relation with an aspect of the legal situation seems to be wrong, then a discussion can be held, because we have to make sure that we do not misuse our position. But we do not accept approaching us from the wrong direction and creating legal friction in this way.

By the way, the members of the automotive industry need some licenses as well or otherwise we will act accordingly in ways that are not optimal for them.

    Ontologic Net Further steps
We continued the work on the routers and servers that provide the infrastructure of our Ontologic Net (ON) focusing on two very interesting foundational features of the Ontologic System (OS).
The first interesting feature is based on the combination of the

  • Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) scheme and resolution protocol, including for example the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) and the Uniform Resource Name (UNM), and
  • functionality for graph-based processing, rewriting, and storing (see also the Clarification #2 of the 10th of September 2012 and the related sections in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 12th of May 2016),

which both are included and integrated by design of the OS as shown with the references to the

  • network technology (see the section Network Technology of the webpage Links to Software
  • semantic (world wide) web techniques and technologies, including the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and the Web Ontology Language (OWL) (see the webpage Introduction, the section Semantic (World Wide) Web of the webpage Links to Software, and also Ontologics.info),
  • Conceptual Graph (CG), Semantic Network (SN), Topic Map (TM), and other graph-based data structures and formats for storing, presenting, searching, retrieving, and interchanging knowledge (see again the webpage Introduction for example), and
  • Ontologic File System (OntoFS) component.

This proves that using a semantic graph-based approach, specifi- cally an RDF graph or another XML based format, for describing the path of the OntoFS used in a distributed system, such as e.g. the internet and the World Wide Web (WWW), and therefore for establishing a URI scheme and resolution protocol for data as well as functions and services is included in our OS by design just right from its start in the year 2006 and also included in the scope of our related copyright.

In a subsequent step, we took our ontologic paradigm and integrated the

  • eXtensible Markup Language (XML), RDF, or/and OWL based URI scheme respectively the ontologic URI scheme and resolution protocol, and
  • Information-Centric Networking (ICN) approaches, including Content-Centric Networking (CCN) and Named Data Networking (NDN),

which somehow are also included in our OS by design just right from the start, obviously (see also the Ontologic Net and Ontologic Web Further steps of the 2nd and 11th of May 2016 and the webpage of the OntoNet component of our Ontologic System (OS)), to the Ontologic Net(working) (ON) Architecture (ONA), which can be integrated at various levels of the ONA (e.g. HTML5, HTTP, TCP in the case of IP respectively the corresponding elements of the ICN; see also the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 12th of December 2016).

The second interesting feature is based on our

  • trusted multi-agent real-time artificial intelligence operating system kernel and
  • further functionalities of the fields of Symbolic Artificial Intelligence (AI 1), Emergent Artificial Intelligence (AI 2), Machine Learning (ML), and Evolutionary Computing (EC), etc. respectively Softbionics,

    for related tasks including:

  • routing,
  • optimization,
  • security
  • protection,
  • alignment,
  • and so on,

which are also included in our OS by creation and OSA by design just right from its start in the year 2006.

Luckily, we made all the major work until the year 2006, so that we only need to plug all single elements together in accordance with our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), as we can confirm once again today. Because we also have integrated Natural Language Processing (NLP) with semantic (world wide) web techniques and technologies for dialog systems, or conversational agents or assistants with our OSA, specifically the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI)), it is possible to conduct a conversation with a machine based only on its special composition, eventually. Unbelievable.

    TaaaDaaa!!!

    Talk to the Matter
    Talk to the Machine
    Talk to the Net
    Talk to the Web
Talk to us, with us, over us :D

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We continued the work on the application that provides the access to the Ontologic Web (OW), formerly known as web browser, focusing on the first of the two interesting foundational techniques of the Ontologic Net (ON) and on functions provided by one of the components of our Ontologic System (OS).

    Investigations::AI and Knowledge management

  • An organization: We found the next cheating of an organization that once again has stolen essential parts of our Ontologic System (OS), which comprises basic functions of the OS and some specific functions of its components. In more detail, a special group of that cheating organizition has
  • followed our explanations in relation with graphs based on the Resource Description Framework (RDF), graph-based processing, and graph serialization (see for example the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 23rd of April 2016), and more OS features not described here and
  • copied parts of our intellectual property accordingly

at least three times, that are documented.

We will not link that work, because in this way we would give some kind of allowance for that bold plagiarism and also weaken the protection of our intellectual properties.

Members of that organization have not, cannot, and will not improve their legal position by such defrauding activities, as it is the case with every other organization that we have convicted so far.
In addition, there are missing so many other elements of our OS that such stealing of separate functions and island systems cannot work at all.
In this relation, it is also interesting and important to note, that we found only one company that is a member of that organization and seems to use that plagiarism. Needless to say, that the company is acting in the same market sector like our business unit Ontologics and therefore we have to imply that it is responsible for that fraud.

And thanks for all the software.

    Clarification
*** Work in progress - white line not drawn exactly ***

As has become apparent more and more, the multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope and created by C.S. are by far more complex and profound from the points of view of

  • philosophy,
  • biology,
  • psychology,
  • epistemology,
  • mathematics,
  • physics,
  • technology and engineering,
  • informatics,
  • softbionics,
  • cybernetics,
  • ontonics, and
  • other fields

than it may look like at first. That said, we would like to continue the discussion that we began already with the Clarification of the 4th of May 2013, which is about the comparison between:

  • expert systems,
  • recommender systems,
  • dialog systems, or conversational agents,
  • virtual assistants,
  • intelligent personal agents (IPAs), personal intelligent agents (PIA), or cognitive agents,
  • and such alike systems

    with

  • the related essential features of the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System (OS) and its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA)

as also explained in the section Annotations of the webpage Roboverse of the website of OntoLinux.

Other relevant fields in this episode of the discussion are for example:

  • cognition and cognitive processing
    • perceiving signals of afferent axons (e.g. sensory receptors),
    • recognizing,
    • remembering experiences,
    • learning,
    • understanding,
    • thinking,
    • reasoning,
    • computing,
    • conceptualizing,
    • judging,
    • decision making,
    • reflecting,
    • imitating,
    • adapting,
    • assimilating,
    • imagining,
    • planning,
    • problem solving, and
    • generating signals of efferent axons (e.g. motor neurons),
  • self-awareness,
  • self-reflection, self-image, or self-portrait (see also the Clarification #1 of the 12th of October 2016 and the Clarification of the 14th of December 2016),
  • proactivity, and also
  • semantic structures,
  • knowledge bases, as well as
  • Total Quality Management (TQM).

Before continuing with the discussion it might be helpful to give a short introduction about the meaning of the term cognition and some scientific disciplines. For this reason, we quote from a related webpage of an online encyclopedia: "Cognition is "the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses." It encompasses processes such as knowledge, attention, memory and working memory, judgment and evaluation, reasoning and "computation", problem solving and decision making, comprehen- sion and production of language, etc.[.] Human cognition is con- scious and unconscious, concrete or abstract, as well as intuitive (like knowledge of a language) and conceptual (like a model of a language). Cognitive processes use existing knowledge and generate new knowledge.
[... D]ifferent approaches to the analysis of cognition are synthe- sised in the developing field of cognitive science, a progressively autonomous academic discipline. Within psychology and philosophy, the concept of cognition is closely related to abstract concepts such as mind and intelligence. It encompasses the mental functions, mental processes (thoughts), and states of intelligent entities (humans, collaborative groups, human organizations, highly autono- mous machines, and artificial intelligences).
Thus, the term's usage varies across disciplines; for example, in psychology and cognitive science, "cognition" usually refers to an information processing view of an individual's psychological functions. [...] In cognitive psychology and cognitive engineering, cognition is typically assumed to be information processing in a participant's or operator's mind or brain."

"Jean Piaget was one of the most important and influential people in the field of developmental psychology. He believed that humans are unique in comparison to animals because we have the capacity to do "abstract symbolic reasoning." [...] Today, Piaget is known for studying the cognitive development in children. He studied his own three children and their intellectual development and came up with a theory that describes the stages children pass through during development."
"Jean Piaget was a major force in the establishment of this field, forming his "theory of cognitive development". Piaget proposed four stages of cognitive development: the sensorimotor, preoperational, concrete operational and formal operational period."

"The semantic network of knowledge representation systems has been studied in various paradigms. [.. C]ontrolled experiments examine the categorical relationships of words in free recall. The hierarchical structure of words has been explicitly mapped in George Miller's Wordnet. More dynamic models of semantic networks have been created and tested with [... techniques in natural language processing and statistics]. The semantics (meaning) of words is studied by all the disciplines of cognitive science."

Needless to say that we are conform with this explanation, because it is also our point of view on this subject, even reflects our publications, and leads us exactly to the point we want to show here that is how C.S. abstracted

  • an arbitrary brain and cognition and their working in general and
  • his own brain and cognition and their working in particular

with the OS and its Calibre/Caliber, and also with the other original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope and powered by the OS (see the document or webpage Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope).

The predecessor of the Ontologic System is the multimedia work of art titled Evolutionary operating system (Evoos), which

  • is described in The Proposal and supplemental documents written by C.S. as well,
  • has as its theoretical foundations
    • Piaget's theory has been taken as one of the theoretical foundations for but also for some very few other systems developed before in the field of e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), and also the
    • dynamical systems theory and related theories,
    • information processing theory, and
    • other neo-Piagetian theories of cognitive development and processing, as well as
    • information theory, specifically its subfield Algorithmic information theory (AIT),

    and

  • was also the first step of creating C.S.'
    • self-reflection, self-image, or self-portrait, and
    • cybernetic reflection, augmentation, and extension (see again the Clarification of the 14th of December 2016)

as part of these self-expressive multimedia works of art.

For the integration of the fields of

  • graph-based data structures and formats for storing, presenting, searching, retrieving, and interchanging knowledge, such as for example Entitative Graph and Existential Graph (EG), Semantic Network (SN), Conceptual Graph (CG) based on EG, and Topic Map (TM),
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP), and
  • dialog systems, or conversational agents or assistants

    see the

  • webpage Introduction and
  • sections Semantic (World Wide) Web and Natural Language Processing of the webpage Links to Software,

and for their integration with the field of

  • cognitive systems

    see the

  • sections Basic Properties and Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview and
  • sections Intelligent/Cognitive Agent and Intelligent/Cognitive User Interface of the webpage Links to Software.

An important characteristic of this overall integration as part of the OSA is its creation and realization as a minimalistic abstraction and reflection on the foundation of the ontologic paradigm with its general and appropriate transformations of semantic structures, specifically ontologies, knowledge, informations, and all other kinds of data on this ontologic model.

In the Clarification of the 4th of May 2013 the issue was discussed in detail already resulting in the following conclusion:
"10. Now, it can be seen more and more that all available intelligent personal assistant systems for mobile devices, but also for stationary devices, follow our Ontologic System architectures, that is a Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), which is efficiently stored in a database [or another suitable way], automatically updated with new facts, inclusive the user's habits, and also ordered accordingly, and an even more comfortable and also proactive retrieval system that utilizes all data stored, inclusive the learned data about the user."

Simply said, point 10. explains the reason for the copyright protection, because it is

  • an essential part of the OS,
  • the minimalist or simple abstraction and reflection C.S. is thinking how C.S.' own brain is working, and
  • an original and unique expression of an idea, concept, architecture, model, and system.

    This minimal

  • architecture or model of cognitive processing,
  • architecture of AI processing,
  • model, automata, abstract machine of cognition, and so on

has been created in the sense of

  • a mathematical model of computation like e.g. the Turing Machine,
  • a conceptual model of a computer architecture like e.g. von Neuman Architecture or von Neuman Model, and
  • an intelligent agent model like e.g. the Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) model.

See also the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

On the webpage Ontologic Applications several general examples are listed that are connected with each other on the one hand but are not meant as limiting the scope of the applications of the OS on the hand. Specifically interesting is the example "allowing agents [or assistants] to be more proactive by letting them infer the goals of the user and ways to help the user achieve those goals".
On the webpage Feature-lists several properties of the OS are listed that are connected with each other and are not meant as limiting the scope of the applications of the OS. Specifically interesting is also the list point "Proactive user support, that predicts the future by autono- mous agent systems (see OntoBot)" in the Feature-list #2, which also describes the feature of proactivity.
In fact, the basic text describing the exemplary Ontologic Application has been publicated before by another entity, maybe a scientist or a research group of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which made us wonder at that time as well by the way.

But more important is the fact that at the time the webpage Ontologic Applications has been publicated, the feature of proactive capabilities of a virtual agent or assistant respectively an ontological agent or assistant has been added by C.S. exactly, deliberately, and decisively for the reasons to

  • make the statement original and unique,
  • mark these features of
    • user reflection (see also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 24th of May 2016),
    • proactivity, and
    • prediction

as original and unique elements of the OS,

  • show that C.S. is reflective, proactive, and to some extent even visionary as well, which is proven with the creation of the OS obviously, and
  • provide a so-called honeypot for plagiarists for being able to convict them easily due to their
    • incompetence in the specific fields of technology, such as e.g. AI,
    • greed, because such incompetent and greedy entites copy as much as possible without knowing what they are truly stealing, and
    • incompetence in the legal situation and consequences of their actions.

Furthermore, the feature of proactivity is directly connected with the

  • act of planning in general and
  • fields of hardware and software agents in particular

but these connections have not been shown in prior art in relation with

  • a self-driven action itself of for example a creative, explorative, curious, supporting, recommending, guiding, managing, or another proactive or forward planning process of an agent, and
  • the compared systems listed above, specifically with virtual agents or assistants,

because planning was only regarded as a reaction to a perception of a signal coming from a function inside an agent or from the external environment through a sensor of the agent.

    Planning is also

  • an essential part of a Total Quality Management (TQM) system, which is also an essential foundation of the OS, as shown with the point "total quality management systems" listed on the webpage Overview and explained throughout the years several times, specifically in relation with a regulatory cycle (see also the section Demonstratio of the treatise Ontologica, Ontologico, Ontologics publicated on the 21st of May 2016), and
  • conducted by a (multi-)agent system as well, which is also an essential foundation of the OS, as shown with the point "multi-agent systems" listed on the webpage Overview and the related links in the section Intelligent/Cognitive Agent of the webpage Links to Soft- ware, but also with our Ontoscope and our robots and autnomous vehicles.

The single systems listed at the beginning of this clarification are directly connected with the OS in the following ways:

  • Recommendation systems or recommender systems are directly connected with the OS by

and are also indirectly connected with the OS by the links in the sections

of the webpage Links to Software.

  • Dialog systems, conversational systems, including conversational agents, and Intelligent Agent Systems (IASs), including virtual assistants are directly connected with the OS by the links in the section

of the webpage Links to Software.

  • Intelligent/cognitive agents or assistants are directly connected with the OS by

    the links in the sections

of the webpage Links to Software.

The OSA integrates these recommender, dialog, agent, or assistant systems on the basis of the

  • manifold semantic paradigms,
  • ontologic paradigm with its general ontologic model and appropriate transformations of ontologies, knowledge, informations, and all other kinds of data on this ontologic model,
  • minimalistic abstraction and reflection of the cognitive processing on the basis of the ontologic model by C.S.

    to

  • proactive, conversational recommender system respectively proactive, recommending dialog system,
  • intelligent/cognitive recommender systems or agents,
  • intelligent/cognitive conversational agents or assistants, specifically the ones
    • that learn the habits of a user and
    • that learn like the OS's creator,

whereby we also see the two kinds of learning and also storing as some kind of reflecting the user by an OS, and eventually to a

  • intelligent, proactive, conversational, and recommending personal agent or assistant, and
  • any variant that is a result of the combination of the relevant features discussed above.

At this point the difference between the prior art and our multimedia work of art is shown and therefore it is obvious and proven that

  • the minimalist or simple abstraction and reflection is the way C.S. is thinking how C.S.' own brain is working, which presented to a user as a semantic graph-based structure as the foundation or substrate of a ((multi-)agent, reflective, real-time) operating system (see again The Proposal and the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI)), and
  • the systems based on it in whole or in part

are essential, original and unique elements of the multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S..

The other points of the Clarification of the 4th of May 2013 provide more arguments, namely for example that this minimalist or simple abstraction of cognitive processing was not teached, suggested, and motivated in the fields of information theory and computer science.

Yes indeed, the companies Google and Microsoft have already crossed the white line and are infringing our copyright (see their cases in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 9th and 10th of December 2016) and the company Amazon might also already be in this illegal situation, because it also does something that reflects this essential part of our OS on the servers of its related web and cloud computing services.
Their activities in the past clearly prove that they have taken our OS as blueprint in a top-down approch, specifically our specific virtual proactive, user reflecting, learning, and recommending, intelligent personal assistant included in our OS, and now face the problem of the already conducted copyright infringement and other infringements of our rights on the one hand and on the other hand the impossibility to continue with that fake of a bottom-up approach, because the copyright infringement becomes more and more obvious even for non-experts such as a judge.

It is not relevant how those companies realize this part of our OS, because the causal link cannot be avoided.
Quite contrary, with every copied element they only show that C.S. described everything already as part of the multimedia works of art.
And the other decisive point is the misleading of the public in relation with the true origin no matter how few or much they have effectively copied.

Technical benefit for the society: Maybe such a benefit is given, but original and unique work in general and designs or architectures in particular are also copyrightable, specifically if they are not a result of an ordinary technological progress, as we call the term 'technical benefit for the society' sometimes, and eventually this right of the society does not overrule the right of personality of C.S. to freely choose a self-expression and play a specific role (keywords ontologics and cybernetics).
Ordinary technological progress: No, because the overall system is based on the creativity of C.S..
    Copyright: Yes
    Fair use: No

Now, we are thinking about the option if we should add such a section retroactively.

The images show the basic concept of the Named Data Networking (NDN) architecture and its application, and the evolution of networking.
As it can be seen in the first and second graphics, OntoTube, OntoPrime, OntoBook, and all the other internet services and web services of the Internet Protocol (IP), Peer-to-Peer (P2P), and other architectures become nodes or clouds in the NDN and the Ontologic Net(working) (ON) architectures.

Furthermore, the Ontologic Net (ON) and the Ontologic Web (OW) become an active respectively dynamic Conceptual Graph (CG), Semantic Network (SN), Topic Map (TM), ontology, or Knowledge Base (KB), including Graph-Based Knowledge Base (GBKB) or Knowledge Graph (KG), with all the functionalities of our Ontologic System (OS) components respectively the OS, as said on the webpages Introduction, Overview, and Visions of the website of OntoLinux.

    Clarification
In relation with our Ontologic Net (ON), we looked in more detail on another network architecture, that would be or become the future internet, as we thought at first. But what we saw was only very disappointing. So we make it simple and crystal clear:

  • "[The Ontologic System (OS)] is based on a whole new system architecture which integrates all in one, and which is called by us Caliber/Calibre like in Horology" (see the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux).
The phrase "all in one" means all in one respectively everything is integrated to one, like for example the fields of abstract machine, virtual machine, operating system, networking technology, semantic (world wide) web, and so on (see the related sections of the webpages Components and Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux and the informations, explanations, and clarification given in the related publications).
  • The OS's feature of reflection means that the OS itself applies every feature of itself on itself if appropriated, for example the techniques and technologies of the fields of logics and softbionics on these fields listed above. This has been explained several times in the past as well.
  • The Conent-Centric Networking (CCN), Named Data Networking (NDN), Named Function Networking (NFN), and every other such networking architecture of the Information-Centric Networking (ICN) would sit on top of the Ontologic Net(working) (ON), if the ICN would not be already included in the OS respectively if the ON would not be already what is designated as the future internet.
In fact, it is becoming more and more obvious that our Ontologic System (OS) Architecture (OSA) and its realizations such as OntoLix and OntoLinux as well as OntoDroid, is taken as blueprint, specifically when the OntoBot component is put into the servers and routers of the internet and World Wide Web (WWW).
  • Furthermore, to get this all functioning on the one hand and after conducting research and copying our OS for another 10 years on the other hand, one will end up with exactly our OS as the core or substrate. But this is exactly what we did around the years 2001-2003 already: We put all in one together or integrated everything that we could find and in this way synthesized an essence, and publicated the OS at the end of the year 2006 and in the following months.

What made the issue very disappointing are the following facts:

  • The plagiarists have even
    • copied the color scheme of our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux and
    • taken a scientist, who has with the same prename like C.S.

to create maximal confusion for misleading the public as much as possible.

  • The used programming language points to the supertroll and its henchmen.
  • Extra bold: "If you like the idea, an open invitation holds to join this project and to get more λ into the net. Please send us comments or contributions."
Okay, clean and remove your mess immediately, learn about distributed operating systems and database management systems (deductive, inductive, distributed, etc.), and then we might allow you to collaborate with us.

At least we can conclude that the experts have understood some elements of our OS very well, so that they were able to copy them.
Potentially, we will publicate an investigative case to document this issue.

    Ontonics Further steps
We can confirm to put our Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer) in the server and router of the Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).

In this way the basic functionality is given now.

In subsequent steps we looked at the interplay of the OntoGraphics component with the OntoNet, OntoWeb, and OntoVerse software components.

    Website update
We will review the claims for copyright and patenting in relation with our Smart Harness, Smart Gear, Smart Pack and Smart Rucksack series, and the Integrated Wheeled Intelligence (IWI), and remove or correct them, if they have no legal substance or are in an undecided state. But we have to look at every single item.

    Ontonics Further steps
Somehow, we have today a "solve the common problems day".

We started a project that investigates why a common device does not work as it should. Solving this problem has broader implications in general and in particular with some related projects of us.

We also developed a special component.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We continued with plugging together the basic elements of our Ontologic Systems (OSs), which is not a difficult but a complex task.

In related steps we looked at the interplay of the OntoBase software component with the OntoNet, OntoWeb, and OntoVerse components.

Specifically interesting is everything with safety and security.

    Ontoscope Further steps
In relation with for example the second production model of the Optical Head-Mounted Display (OHMD) series of iRaiment we always come back again to a Virtual Reality HMD (VRHMD) model, which also utilizes some components of this HMD technology, which again has very high performances.
Today, we worked a little on this VRHMD and improved some details of its basic design.

    iRaiment Further steps
We worked a little on the second production model of our Ontoscope data glasses respectively Optical Head-Mounted Display (OHMD) series.

In relation with the feature of wireless power transmission of our WREL@Wear project and our Smart Harness, Smart Gear, Smart Pack, and Smart Rucksack series we found a design of the Future Force 2025 project to recharge the batteries of a battle dress uniform. The receiving coil is attached to or integrated in the back part of the combat vest and the transmitting coil is integrated in the backrest of the seat.

Power and Energy Future Force 2025
    © :(

Interestingly, at least the receiving coil has a circluar shape like our Wireless SuperComputer (WiSer). :D
But optical fibers were not mentioned neither in the document, in which we found this image, nor in other related documents publicated later due to the favor of conductive fabrics and textiles.

We looked in more detail at this design and found out two characteristics for differentiation in connection with our latest activities in these fields:

  • stationary wireless power transmission, as developed for the uniform, vs. dynamic wireless power transmission, as developed by us for the WREL@Wear, and the Augmented Reality Environments (AREs), Virtual Reality Environments (VREs), and Mixed Reality Environments (MREs) in combination with our Smart Harness, Smart Gear, Smart Pack, and Smart Rucksack series for example (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 10th of December 2016 for example), and
  • vest, as used as an article of clothing, vs. vest, as used as some kind of a harness or gear of a Load Carrying Equipment (LCE) system.

In our point of view, the vest is more an article of clothing due to its main characteristics, such as self-expression and protection for example, and at least gears, packs, and rucksacks are articles of load carrying. A harness is similar to a belt, which can be both.
Furthermore, this view is independent from our special AREs, VREs, and MREs.
Accordingly, the claims we made in relation with our Smart Harness, Smart Gear, Smart Pack, and Smart Rucksack series have to be considered (see the Further steps of the 3rd of July 2016 and the Clarification #2 of the 12th of October 2016).

    Style of Speed Further steps
We made a second sketch of the design of our new short wheel base recumbent bicycle model Velocorsa presented yesterday the first time.

For sure, we should give our fans and readers the complete view on issues that we handle as infringements of our copyright. This is also the case with the latest issue in relation with our Ontologic System (OS), Ontologic Net (ON), and Ontologic Web (OW) discussed in the Clarification of the 20th of December 2016.

We will finish the Clarification of the 18th of December 2016 at first.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We calculated the resolution of our second Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) of VRontier and were surprised ourselves, because we really get 7,620 pixel as the result for our first prototype already (see also the Further steps of the 10th and 22nd of December 2016).

We also decided to offer a completely functional and usable prototype of its first generation for developers, which will cost around

  • 15,000 U.S. Dollar as VRHMD and
  • 17,000 U.S. Dollar as MRHMD of the type Video See-Through HMD (VSTHMD)

and provide many features. For sure, this price will fall while approaching the production model.
We recommend to also get our Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer) and Surround Sensor System (S³) based on our Loudspeaker 2.0 technology (see the Ontonics Further steps of the 10th of December 2016).

The 1K variant has fully matured more than 1 year ago already.

Finally, we got the logos for our clothing product lines comprising common apparel, intelligent raiment, and multicouture created together with our business unit iRaiment.

We also optimized a production process for our solar cells, that are based on our various photovoltaic technologies (see also the Further steps of the 25th of December 2016). With this optimization we are sure to lower the prodcution cost of a standard solar cell to 1/10 of the actual cost.

In addition, we developed another variant of the material mentioned in the Further steps of the 18th of December 2016.

    Roboticle Further steps
We developed another set of our Lego Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) theme (see the Further steps of the 16th of October 2016).

Needless to say, our Lego UAVs are compatible with Kre-O, Mega Bloks, and other clones of Lego elements.

    Investigations::AI and Knowledge management

  • Massachusetts Institute of Technology: We found the next plagiarism of a scientist who took the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. as blueprint and tried to steal the foundational ontologic model deliberately.
Sadly to say, we can prove our claims and also show that the scientist thought to be clever but eventually he was not.
For example, we showed that the ontologic paradigm goes beyond formalism by the homomorphism of the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format to describe graphs for e.g. diagrammatic reasoning (see the Clarification #1 of the 10th of September 2012 and the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 23rd of April 2016 and 12th of May 2016 for example).
Another unsolved problem is that his approach as all the other approaches do not work with other modalities or senses.

Specifically disappointing is the fact that we have once again a scientist who is a member of the jewish sect and acted in the usual shameless way, as we know it from that sect and documented and proved it so many times in the past.

We will provide the result of our investigation in detail after other work has been done.

    28.December.2016
    Ontonics Further steps
We started our next two projects based on the map data of the OpenStreetMap project and integrated them in our related already existing projects and services.

We also developed a new material in two different variants.

And we developed a new production method.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We would like to give the information that our OntoBot software component can read and understand the data provided by the OpenStreetMap (OSM) project. This functions for example by using the toolkit for rendering maps called Mapnik, which is listed in the section http://www.ontolinux.com/community/software.htm#geography">Geography of webpage Links to Software and can input the PostGIS and OSM XML formats and output map images to a variety of graphics formats, specifically SVG.
In subsequent steps the OntoBot can do what is demanded based on the homomorphism of the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format to describe graphs for e.g. diagrammatic reasoning (see the Clarification #1 of the 10th of September 2012 and the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 23rd of April 2016 and 12th of May 2016 for example).

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We extended the range of a service platform of our Ontologic Web (OW) by adding two new services.

    Style of Speed Further steps
In the last months, we designed a new electric car model, which can be seen as the next generation or the substitution of one of our related models on the one hand and on the other hand undercuts the prices and overbids the range of features of the competitors by far once again.

Two of the prominent features of these road vehicles are the:

  • open interface to their board electronics, board computer, and In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system, which complies with the related competition regulations, and
  • Style of Speed Open Source Project (SOSP), including a high performance operating system and much more,

which provide new possibilities for their owners.

There is always more fun with us.

    Investigations::Car #406

  • Volkswagen→Audi, Daimler→Mercedes-Benz, and Bayerische Motorenwerke→Here Global: In a sequel to their case in the Investigations::Car #400 of the 27th of September 2016, we worked through the history of the mapping and navigation products and services Here, that is publicated by an online encyclopedia, and found the informations that the company Nokia has stolen intellectual property of us once again. For the details we quote from said webpage:
"In August 2015, HERE introduced a new traffic jam warning system called Traffic Safety Warning. The system works in alerting the driver with a suitable time period to react to the fact that there is a traffic jam up ahead. Data is updated every minute and is yet another way in which data collected is used to the benefit and safety of drivers."

"In June 2015, HERE published an interface specification named the Sensor Ingestion Interface Specification. This standard defines how sensor data gathered by vehicles on the road can be sent to the cloud to update maps on the fly. The premise of the technology is to allow for the collection of data to alert other cars on the road to traffic obstacles or accidents in the vicinity."

"Also part of the field of autonomous vehicles and automated driving is the Live Roads technology. HERE is currently developing such a technology that will be able to alert drivers of conditions such as weather to alert other drivers of possible hazards, or to avoid a particular area whilst driving. An example is the aggregation of data from windshield wipers and slipping tyres to notify other drivers to avoid an ice-filled area. The company is also investigating Humanised Driving where data is collected on driving habits on roads, and provisioning this data to allow automated cars to follow how drivers behave (speed, traffic lights etc) when driving on certain roads."

"HERE has also worked with [A] Group in developing new technologies for intelligent speed guidance. Through the smart provision of traffic lights and management, traffic congestion and vehicle efficiency will be able to be improved."

we have here a copyright infringement for which the consortium of the three vehicle manufacturers are responsible (now).

In this conjunction, we would like to repeat that the related hardware and software of Style of Speed are also based on the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope and created by C.S. as well, which we also compared with a 'Smartphone on Wheels' or more precisely an 'Ontoscope on Wheels'.

Needless to say already, the companies announced that they will steal more of our intellectual properties in relation with the original and unique multimedia works of art title Ontologic System and Ontoscope, as well as related works based on them such as the ones publicated on the website of SoS, which are all created by C.S., this copyright infringement will become more and more easier to recognize by non-experts as well, though from our point of view the legal substance provide by all the other illegal acts is sufficient (see for example the Investigations::Car #405 The Volkswagen issue of the 21st of November 2016).

    29.December.2016
    Investigations::Car #407

  • Honda: The company, that also manufactures vehicles and robots, announced an electric autonomous concept car with several features that belong to the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as its variant titled Ontoscope on Wheels of Style of Speed, which all have been created by C.S.. In the past, we have already explained the issue several times and also gave many clarifications and made many investigations. See for example the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 21st of May 2016, the message OntoLinux 10. Birthday of the 9th of November 2016, the Investigations::Multimedia of the 15th of November 2016, and also the Investigations::Car #406 of yesterday that are good starting points into the subject investigated and documented here.

We quote from a first report of an online magazine:"Honda Motor and SoftBank Group announced a research collaboration [in July 2016] on the use of artificial intelligence in cars, with a goal of creating vehicles that are more than just a machine for transporting people from point A to point B. [See the related section of the website of Style of Speed and its slogan 'More Machine than Machine".]
The two Japanese companies aim to give cars the ability to read the moods and learn the preferences of drivers, not only through cameras and sensors but also by conversing with them. [See the related content of the websites of our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux.] Honda and SoftBank envision the car as less of a tool and more like a member of the family. [...] partner of the driver. [See for example the model V! of Style of Speed.]
Honda studies AI at its three cutting-edge research and develop- ment bases in Japan, the U.S. and Germany. But SoftBank, which has already launched the Pepper humanoid robot, is more advanced in technologies to read human emotions and express quasi-emotions with machines. [See again its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 21st of May 2016.] Son has expressed interest in the automotive industry and spoken of a future where cars are mobile supercomputers. [We mentioned several times to use our Wireless Supercomputer (WiSer) technology for the vehicles of Style of Speed.]"

We quote from a second report publicated by a well-known untrustworthy media: "Japanese telecom company SoftBank is planning on teaming up with Honda for its latest bid for car tech: Cars that can not only talk, but also read their drivers' emotions. Detailing their plans during a special event in Tokyo, Softbank and Honda discussed their ideas [C.S.' original and unique works], expressing a desire for a future where Honda's cars could speak and interact with drives utilizing SoftBank's [...] robot."

Next, we quote from a press release of the company made in the beginning of December 2016 to document the crime: "[...] a concept automated EV commuter vehicle equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) called "emotion engine"*1 that creates new possibilities for human interaction and new value for customers."

We quote from a third report publicated by a well-known online magazine: "[...], Honda endowed the [concept car] with what is called an "emotion engine," [...]. According to a press release from July when Honda announced the collaboration, the technology will allow the car to react to its owner's conversations and emotions, with the goal being that the owner forms a deeper emotional bond to the vehicle." [...] At least for the sake of the car, we hope the system works well at generating affection." For our readers, who are not experts in this field or have not seen it directly, the field of affective computing has been referenced at the end of the chapter 6 Ausblick==Outlook of The Proposal "[j]üngere Forschungsprojekte [...] versuchen mittlerweile Computer-Systeme zu entwickeln, die dem Benutzer mehr Aufmerksamkeit geben. Erste prototypische Systeme können zum Beispiel auf die körperliche, als auch auf die emotionale Verfassung eines Benutzers eingehen==[y]ounger researcher projects [...] are attempting to develop computer systems in the meantime, that give the user more attention. First prototypical systems are able to react on the physical as well as the emotional condition of a user for example" also written by C.S., discussed and shown at a university in the B.R.D. in the year 1999, and publicated on the website of OntoLinux since its start.

We also quote a fourth report publicated by an automotive magazine: "[...] Getting Closer To Your Heart [Take a look at the logo and signs used on the website of OntoLinux. ...] Its creators [plagiarists] call it an “automated EV commuter vehicle” which can artificially generate its own emotions. No additional information has been provided yet, so all we know is that the system generates new [more than 10 years old original and unique] interaction possibilities between the driver and the car [already described by C.S. on e.g. the website of Style of Speed]. [...] The system that [the concept car] is based on represents the idea of a cooperative mobility ecosystem, which brings together robotics, artificial intelligence and all sorts of data. The system that [the concept car] is based on represents the idea of a cooperative mobility ecosystem, which brings together robotics, artificial intelligence and all sorts of data. The new concept [created by C.S.] transforms the entire concept of mobility. Into what - we still don't know, but it is certainly going beyond the simple concept of driving from point A to B."

We quote from a second report of another online magazine: "Honda Motor and SoftBank will co-develop a system that uses artificial intelligence to talk with drivers and offer information and recommendations tailored to their tastes.
Cloud-based AI software will learn drivers' habits and predict their actions based on input from cameras and conversation, including expression and tone of voice. It will be able to speak and understand dialects and recommend stores on frequently traveled roads.
The Japanese companies aim to make the system a personal assistant of sorts. By analyzing data on a car's location, speed, distance traveled and braking, it could anticipate problems and then automatically schedule inspections at dealerships. It could also lock the vehicle remotely or alert drivers that they have locked their keys inside.
[...] Honda will tap SoftBank technology that can learn human expressions and hold conversations, [...]."

The decisive point is that our Ontologic System and Ontoscope (on Wheels) are taken as blueprints in a top-down approach as it can be seen easily with the combination of Google's Linux kernel based operating system Android with a conversational agent or assistant, and an emotion based functionality, and in addition a vehicle. Needless to explain in great detail that Honda as well as the media infringed once again our copyright related with the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope, as can be seen easily with the content of the webpages Overview and Ontologic Applications, and the OntoMotion software component of the Ontologic System OntoLinux, as well as the related webpages of the website of Style of Speed, and also conducted an illegal act of unfair competition practice, specifically in relation with

  • decepting the public about the true origin of these works and
  • skimming of appreciation of the marque C.S. and our corporation
    • spreading of confusion,
    • dilution/exploitation of our reputation and competences, and
    • free-riding

(see also the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016, 14th, and 26th of July 2016).

We also noticed that Honda and Google joined up in the field of autonomous cars and that the lying press is publicating misleading reports deliberately, so we guess that Google is one or the entities acting behind the curtain. This proves once again that our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) is taken as blueprint illegally.

  • Volkswagen→Audi: The marque Audi of the manufacturer Volkswagen continues with copying our intellectual properties related with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as its variant titled Ontoscope on Wheels of Style of Speed, which all have been created by C.S., and conducting its unfair competition practice. We quote from a related report of publicated by an automotive magazine: "The [...] concept is based on deep self learning [...]. It uses a pair of mono cameras, installed on the front and rear of the car, and is helped by tens of sensors that scan the surroundings of the vehicle and send the information to the servo-direction and propulsion system. The deep reinforcement learning system is the essence of [the concept robot]. The car learns by trial and error and gains more knowledge with each attempt. [...] The next year's Audi [a model] will feature the learning software as part of the driver assistance controller."

For sure, the problem is not the robot shown as a demonstration model, which by the way is basically a 2 decades old research vehicle, but that Audi is copying our Ontologic System and Ontoscope in a top-down approach and therefore cannot avoid a causal link with our protected works (see also the Clarification of the 8th of July 2016 and 18th of December 2016 for example).

Obviously, the situation has entered a new level, because by reflecting C.S. and our company in such a detailed way and for such a long period of time the freedom to legally move or act has become extremely low and might even disappeared completely.

In both cases and similar case, we demand the media once again to not report about such concept cars and similar plagiarisms anymore and also recommend companies to stop such illegal activities, because otherwise we will let them clean the internet forever.

  • machine learning,
  • computer vision
    • object recognition,
  • cognitive processing
    • problem solving,
  • computational linguistics
    • speech recognition,
  • etc..

Besides the much higher performance of our WiSer systems we can also achieve a lower production cost, because we only need to produce some few lines of chips.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We continued the development of our second Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) of VRontier and used its eye-tracking for focusing on elements of a displayed scene, increased its resoluton to 16K, lowered its weight, and decreased its production costs.

The completely functional and usable prototype of its second generation for developers will cost around in the

  • 8K variant
    • 3,000 U.S. Dollar as VRHMD and
    • 3,500 U.S. Dollar as MRHMD of the type Video See-Through HMD (VSTHMD)

    and

  • 16K variant
    • 4,000 U.S. Dollar as VRHMD and
    • 4,500 U.S. Dollar as MRHMD of the type Video See-Through HMD (VSTHMD).

We also developed a second variant, which might be even more advantageous.

This was a quite rapid development (see also the Further steps of the 10th, 22nd, and 24th of December 2016).

What should we say? Yeah ≡:D

    Clarification
At this point we would like to remember that verified and proof-carrying Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Artificial Neural Network (ANN), is also an essential part of the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. (see for example the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 28th of May 2016 and the Clarification of the 8th of July 2016).
