Clarification #1
In relation with flying commuters and flying road vehicles, like e.g. flying cars, it is often claimed that flying a helicopter is difficult and sometimes even dangerous for a highly skilled helicopter pilot.
In this relation we would like to give the information that our rotorcrafts only need the pilot license for a sailplane or glider and potentially later the driver license for an automobile as well.
In addition, our rotorcrafts are even easier to fly than such an aircraft respectively they are as easy to fly as a parachute with backpack motor. In fact, launching a glider by a winch or an aerotow, and landing it again is much more dangerous.

Clarification #2
We consider a microLED device, aka. crystal LED display, as a QLED device if its active light-emitting element has a nanocrystal structure respectively the dimenson of quantum dots or has a trilateral construction with an electron transport layer, a light emitting layer, and a hole transport layer.

Clarification #3
No, we are not affiliated in any sense with that fraudulent company and its web browser add-on World of Trust (WoT). In fact, since years we are observing those fraudsters that are selling the trustworthiness of C.S. and our business unit Ontologics, for which they have even copied the logo of O# and the red-black color scheme of Ontologics.

We used a technology of us for the realization of two other technologies.

We also developed a most potentially new concept, which is relatively extreme.

iRaiment Further steps
We are working on the last details of the housing of our wearable computers, which have the shape of common wristwatches. The result will be the next surprise.

We also began with the production process of our smart eyewear, specifically for the rescue, law enforcement, and military personals (see also the Original vs. Inspiration of the 24th of April 2013 and the OntoLab Further steps of the 5th of September 2014).

Style of Speed Further steps
We worked on the new module mentioned in the Further steps of 31st of October 2016 (yesterday) and developed a second variant of a component in a highly elegant way. As we said, revolutionary.

More by happenstance, we also developed another module, though we do not know if we need and use it.

Ontonics Further steps
We continued with the developement of our high-performance Central Processing Units (CPUs), which provide us decisive advantages in the fields of servers, mobile devices, distributed computing (e.g. cloud computing), and many other market sectors and fields, as far as we can see, besides our many other solutions that we already have.

In the last year, we have also started to develop the next generation of our processors, supplemental chips, and embedded systems based on mature architectures, so that we are able to protect our intellectual properties in a better way.
This development comprises two own basic chip series, that in some cases can be integrated with our overworked integrated circuits.

We continued with the developement of the High-Altitude Platform Stations (HAPSs) of our superinfrastructure for planet wide communi- cation and control.

iRaiment Further steps
We designed a new smart eyewear model and worked on an older model.

In addition, we are looking on some candidates of new models.

Style of Speed Further steps
We designed a new model of one of our new rotorcrafts and worked on an older model. These aerial vehicles are really good, to say it mildly, and even better, they are only the beginning.

We thought about some kind of an interface or overlay for the integration of other internet services such as social network services.

And the same can be done with the related models of our Carbon Quantum dot Light Emitting Diode (CQLED) display devices on the one side and with the related models of our mobile devices, such as an Ontoscope or an intelliTablet (see also the Originals of the 13th of February 2008 and the Original vs. Inspiration of the 21st of March 2012).

We also began with the prototyping phase of a foundational technology and of several production models using this technology.
Running parallel to this activity, we added in a first step a new application and concluded in a second step that we can use this first new application for realizing a second new application after we learned a little more how and how well our foundational technologies perform in practice.

In relation with other activities, we developed two new components for the construction of machines. These components might become more interesting than we expect.

Ontonics Super Warrior #8
We integrated one of our electric energy storage device into the body armor of our Super Warrior platform as demanded by the end users. Honestly, we are not sure if this is a good idea, specifically when in the case of an impact material used to store energy could enter the body of a wearer. For this reason, we also developed two more solutions as discussed slightly in issue #7 of the 13th of September 2016.

We also took a look around for finding further interesting require- ments, features, and solutions, though even for us it is difficult to improve our platform.

Furthermore, we continued the work on one of our body armor systems, which has become much more effective. We guess that our body armor is stronger but also more comfortable to wear than any other equipment available. Indeed, it is designed like sports wear of for example snowboarder, so that it could be possible in the near future that it substitutes the common field jacket or at least the combat suit (see the related iRaiment Further steps of the 26th of October 2015 and the month November 2015).
Maybe it is also less expensive, so that we can produce it for every soldier, agent, policemen, and so on.
Potentially, our protective technology might also work for other applications, such as e.g. wear for motorcyclists. This stuff is really incredible.

In addition, we adapted older developments and two of the latest developments in relation with our Smart Harness and Smart Gear series (see the iRaiment Further steps of the 25th of October 2016), and developed our second negotiation tool. The CyberMaster CM1 has been discussed in the issue #1 of the 3rd of November 2015 and mentioned in relation with our Smart Harness and Smart Gear series in the iRaiment Further steps of the 1st of July 2016.

We would like to give another sneak preview of two basic prototypes of three new smart eyewear models. Two models are more to get the device lift off and then we will present more with the third model (see also the Further steps of the 21st of July 2016).

These wearable devices are really cool masterpieces with their perfect display technologies integrated with perfect materials and clad in various attractive designs, and with their many more features that provide truly incredible functionalities, so that everybody gets the right MR glasses.

Please keep in mind that this preview and the related informations are solely for discussing the direction of the foundational design.

On request, we made the Smart Harness and Smart Gear models with Pouch Attachment Ladder System (PALS) specific models of their own. In fact, we imagined and designed our first models without the PALS, but showed sketches of our mobile devices having it.

We also overworked one model and created a new model of our Smart Pack and Smart Rucksack series for being compatible with the PALS.

In addition, we designed a Smart Pouche that conceptually is similar to Captain America's Shield (see the Further steps of the 14th of July 2016) and correspondingly contains all the computing and networking technologies on the one hand and can be attached to an arbitrary load bearing system, equipment, platform, or vest by PALS on the other hand. In the image below, the Smart Pouche replaces the pouches with the FBI patch as worn by both agents and the small pack below the pouche of the agent at the right side in the case it is not a Smart Pack already.

Ontonics Further steps
We continued with the realization of production facilities for at least four different products.

In addition, we also continued to develop applications and tools for using and handling these products by the customers and for us.

iRaiment and Ontoscope Further steps
We are very pleased to present our next smart eyewear with our Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) display device or smart contact lens series (see the Originals vs. Inspirations of today).

Needless to say, we also have developed our Carbon Quantum dot Light Emitting Diode (CQLED™) and our Carbon Quantum dot Light Emitting Transistor (CQLET) without or with nanolens for this kind of application after we followed several developments in this field and in a related field over the last 20 years and finally concluded 3 years ago that the made progress is still not enough to realize such a device, as it is also the case with the Optical Head-Mounted Displays (OHMDs). So we took some wires and diodes as well as transistors out of our stocks and designed a smaller component and module to solve that problem once and for all times.

In this relation, we would like to give the information that our multipixel CQLED and CQLET display devices provide in the chosen configurations for

  • consumer products up to more than 45,000×45,000 Pixels Per Inch (PPI) with a spacing of around 500 nm between two CQLED centers,
  • higher performance products around 180,000×180,000 Pixels Per Inch (PPI) in correspondence to the scaling down of the spacing between the light emitting elements to around 110 to 150 nm, and
  • very special applications extremely high resolutions by single pixels with a size of around 22 nm, which is possible through the use of carbon based conductors to pump sufficiently many electrons through the quantum dots.

    Despite such small sizes of the single pixels, we also get the usual problems with the transparency of a display with such extremely high densities, though by choosing a lower but still sufficient and incredibly high resolution we are sure to achieve a distortion free display with a transparency of at least 96% respectively a transparent display which should not affect the view of a human eye.

    For a true smart contact lens we only need a (circular) display with the size of the entrance pupil, that can range from 2 mm (f/8.3) in a brightly lit place to 8 mm (f/2.1) in the dark, and is typically about 4 mm in diameter, which let to the selectrion of the following (horizontal) resolutions in accordance with the other media systems:

  • 640px or 1.5% of 45K PPI for basic AR,
  • 1920px for very good AR and MR,
  • 4096px for perfect AR and MR,
  • 8192px for very good VR, and
  • 16384px for perfect VR.

    Please do not confuse and equal PPI with the overal resolution of a display and that the formats 480p and 1080p are designated by the count of pixels of a vertical column while the formats 4K, 8K, and 16k are designated by the count of pixels of a horizontal row.
    Potentially we produce fulldome displays in respect to the circular shape of the pupil.

    Furthermore, we solved some other problems as well, like for example the test of our organic materials for medical clearance certification.
    Taken all together, we own decisive intellectual properties, are years ahead of other entities in this field, and do not expect that other solutions will work.

    Have we promised too much? No, we only kept promise.
    And while we build artificial eyes, that are better than the natural eyes, to make the blind persons see (again), and spinal cords to make paraplegics walk (again), you all can continue to fight for hot air and your gods.

    iRaiment Further steps

    We designed the first two models of our new sports shoe model series.

    Besides this, we are working on the last details of the design, specifically of 3 watchcases, and preparing the production process at for example the plants of the brands SwatchGroup→Swatch and →Tissot, but also at the production facilities of the other watchmakers.
    If they see the results, then they will understand the reason for the delay, which does not matter, because the trend has reached the valley of tears. Nevertheless, we are in our planned schedule.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Google: We observed the situation since quite some time, and as not expected otherwise, the company Google is also copying in the field of data security and privacy as well as in respect of trustworthiness everything that C.S. and our corporation do, present, and represent. But this is only the very well known beginning of the story.
    The first evidence was the attempt to copy an operating system from the company Microsoft, which again was the result of the company Microsoft to steal our Ontologics OntoLix and OntoLinux (see the case of Google in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 25th of August 2016).
    But now we got the evidence what Google truly does with the security mechanisms in this field, when we learned that is again selling itself as the good guys, inclusive the good girls, which for sure they are not. In detail, Google also promotes the use of the HyperText Transfer Protocol over Secure Sockets Layer, HTTP over SSL, or simply HTTP Secure (HTTPS) and in a very bold step even pillory websites that do not use HTTPS and provides statistics in this relation in the sense that everybody who does not provide HTTPS is the bad guy.
    What attracted our suspicion were two facts:
    1. The HTTPS and the protection mechanisms of said copied operating system have something in common with each other and with our approach to keep Google with its Android operating system in a bubble (see the Picture of the Day of the 3rd of March 2016 and 30th of April 2015), which can be seen only by some few experts and accordingly is difficult to explain in some few sentences but should become understandable with the explanation given in the second point.
    2. Google is very aggressively pushing JavaScript programming libraries and infiltrating the HyperText Markup Language (HTML) code of webpages with its JavaScript functions, and in addition wants to circumvent respectively perforate the so-called sandbox of a web browser by misusing HTTPS so to say as a secure well, so that in the end webpages and for sure Google also get access to the part of a user's computer, which is strictly protected by the web browser's sandbox, like app(lication)s of its operating system Android and the operating systems of the companies Apple and Microsoft already get to collect as much as possible data about a user.

    Indeed, data mining got a new meaning in this way and that hackers are developing it should not be confused as a sign of building up trust.

    Another interesting point in this relation is that the Mozilla Foundation and its tax-paying subsidiary, the Mozilla Corporation, and Google have thrown the so-called add-on World of Trust (WoT) out of their browsers Firefox and Chrome. We wondered at first why both did it together, because Mozilla is highly infiltrated by Google. Then we concluded that in the end Google does nothing else than WoT, that is collecting every user data and selling it to third parties with personalized online advertising. So in fact Google has cut off a competitor only and like WoT are also once again stealing our trustworthiness for perverting the goal (see the Clarification #3 of the 1st of November 2016). In this regard, Google is not better than World of Trust

    We have investigating these activities to find out if they infringe our copyright in relation with the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologics System, abbreviated as OS, and created by C.S. and if they are acts of unfair competition practicing. And indeed, we found out that Google is stealing the foundational OS feature that we have addressed and explained with the point "we need some kind of a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trusted authority environ- ment" in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 2nd of June 2016, respectively the OntoCore, and the explanation that "aspects of trust including authentication and verification is also an essential part of our OS, specifically of the belief system" in the Clarification of the 8th of July 2016 (see also for example the Ontonics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 2nd of May 2016, the message OS can do of the 19th of May 2016, the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 20th and 25th of May 2016, as well as once again the case of Google in the Investigations ::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 25th of August 2016, the related links in the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux and all other relevant informations given on this website of OntomaX), which show that all kinds of trusted environments were already included in our OS right from its start. Also keep in mind that the internet is not based on the client-server network paradigm.

    Obviously, Google does not want to respect the idea, concept, and expression of the work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S., because it is still trying to steal, copy, and implement essential elements of our OS, such as our trustworthiness, belief system, and Ontologic Web (OW). From our point of view it is not relevant at all in this case how trustworthiness and all the other elements are realized, because C.S. has created an original and unique system, its architecture, and many of its applications, as well as the devices and their architectures. Our OS is not the Virtual Machine of a programming language such as Java, that Google can simple reimplement to be on the legal side.

    Said this, we have proven another time that the company Google is continuing with the infringment of our copyright, the disgraceful and extremely aggressive obsession with everything C.S. does, and the causation of psychological terror on C.S., and has also added as a new measure the stalking of C.S. by reacting on every publication in a prompt manner, which is also illegal as virtually everything else that the company does.

    Ontonics Further steps
    In relation with electronic components we developed a:

  • new light emitting diode, which provides a higher performance comparable to an Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED), but has a lower production cost and some other advantages,
  • simpler to produce and hence more cost effective variant of an advanced display device, which is highly competitive in this way, and
  • new processor including a specific functional unit or component, which provides even higher performances and advantages than an alternative component that actually is thought to be ideal.

    Furthermore, we started the prototyping phase of two new chip technologies for processors and Random Access Memory (RAM) modules, which provide on the one hand very impressive performances for our customers and on the other hand additional advantages for us to shape the market.

    We also developed a new variant of a Hoverinium material, though we already have an alternative already.

    Since some weeks we are thinking about a specific system and an important technology to realize it. For sure we were looking at all possibilities, but were unable to connect them as needed somehow. Luckily, we saw a very promising combination eventually, developed two different module variants, and two related devices in 4 versions. This could be a breakthrough.

    Furthermore, we developed an additional technology for a very interesting technology that is used as a module of a third techno- logy. Such a solution has been demanded by at least three potential and highly interested customers of our Super Warrior platform.

    Ontonics Superstructure #4
    At first we renamed this project from Superinfrastructure to Superstructure. An alternative designation could be OntoSTructure (OST).
    At this point we would also like to mention that the superstructure is not only designed for planet wide communication and control, but also for observation and other important tasks for a prosper, happy, and harmonious living.

    In relation with the developement of our High-Altitude Platform Stations (HAPSs) of the superstructure we looked in our archive for related designs that would fit with our imagination and requirements. As result, we found some first interesting designs indeed, of which the habitat High Altitude Venus Operational Concept (HAVOC) of the NASA came closest.

    But we do not think actually that there will be an airship based shuttle service.
    This leads us to another aspect of the HAPSs that is its altitude of operation.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We continued the work on a component and its applications, which have become much better.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We optimized the control of one of the modules mentioned in the Further steps of the 31st of October 2016.

    If taken all improvements together, then the result is that our helicopters generate at least 80% less vibration and 50% less noise, which is comparable to a lawn mover, and consume 40 to 50% less fuel, which constitutes a significant competitive advantage and opens up many possibilities. But this is not the end of the story.

    By happenstance, we also developed another deicing system and integrated it in our machines such as helicopter and multicopter rotor blades (see also the Further steps of the 25th January 2016, 1st, 7th, and 13th of February 2016, and 28th of October 2016).

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Samsung: The company bought the company Viv, which has stolen once again intellectual properties from the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System (OS) and created by C.S. (see the Clarification #1 of the 12th of October 2016 and the case of the company Viv in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 10th of May 2016), for which our corporation owns the exclusive copyrights.

    Today, Samsung announced that it will infringe our copyright deliberately by adding these stolen OS part to at least one of its smartphone model series, which will also infringe the copyright in relation with another original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope and also created by C.S. after it already infringed our copyright with its smartwatches. Furthermore, it already has stolen the show in the field of Virtual Reality (VR) together with the com- pany Facebook, and combining that plagiarims of our AI system with VR proves even more unequivocally the copyright infringement and other infringements of our rights.
    Obviously, Samsung is unable to compete with others and us in a legal way.

    This strategy also raises the question why Samsung does it all after we already announced our Ontologic Net (ON) and Ontologic Web (OW) included in our OS by design, which renders that strategy as useless. The answer is that Samsung wants to introduce its proprie- tary system, which still is a part of our copyrighted OS, because it wants to steal the ON and OW as well. The latter proves that the company has taken our OS, ON, and OW as blueprint and applies the top-down approach of copying (see the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016), which again proves the copyright infringement.

    In addition, we have sufficient evidences now to proof on the one side the aggressive obsession of the company Samsung for everything C.S. does and on the other side the unfair competition practices of Samsung.

    Independent of the issues of copyright infringement, and non-compliance with the patent law and the law against unfair competition, we do not think that this strategy would be successful at all, because the companies Google and Microsoft are trying to steal our OS, ON, and OW as well, and if one of them would succeed, which for sure is only considered here as a theorectical possibility solely for explaning the subject, than it would not be Samsung. In the other direction, it would not be wise for the other two companies to collaborate with Samsung and integrate their systems, because they have already crossed the white line alone.

    In general, this case also shows the failed strategy of industrial companies, because they put their focus on spying, copying, marketing, and ignoring every law deliberately, instead of working hard and providing attractive products and services on their own.

  • Thomas Reuters: The media company Thomas Reuters is misleading the public deliberately by holding back all very well known and important informations and covering the works of C.S. and our corporation, as we have documented in relation with public-law broadcasters and other major media companies as well.

    In relation with Thomas Reuters we also have documented more than 20 reports in the last months which prove that it is methodi- cally ignoring the multimedia works of art of C.S. and the works of our company, and instead ascribing our intellectual properties to other entities, as it was once again the case with our Conversational Intelligent Personal Assistant (CIPA) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which constitutes an:
    act of illegal mobbing in the case of C.S., because it is common sense that ignoring is an act of mobbing when it is done to humiliate and even systematically,
    serious act of unfair competition practices in the case of our company despite we are in direct competition, because the media influences actively the market and this even with the goal to damage our corporation, which is an illegal market manipulation.

    If the media do not want to report about another entity or us, which for sure is their right, then they are not allowed to report about others entities in the specific contexts as well, when this would have a negative effect for said other entities or us. Either all or nothing. Yes, indeed, this is the reality and law.
    The free press is definitely not as free as it thinks itself and it is time that the societies and their voted governments react on this wild, uncontrolled, and too often illegal behavior.

    Investigations::Car #402

  • Audi: The marque Volkswagen→Audi still has neither a license for the cloud computing platform (see for example the webpage Hyper Connectivity and also the other related webpages of the section Computing and Multimedia of the website of Style of Speed and the related investigative cases of the companies Volkswagen→Audi, Daimler→Mercedes-Benz, and Bayerische Motorenwerke in the Investigations::Car #400 of the 27th of September 2016 and the company Ford in the Investigations::Car #401 of the 11th of October 2016) nor for the proactive Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or as the car manufacturer calls it Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA), that learns the driver's habits (see the webpage Ontologic Applications of the website of OntoLinux for example).
    The same holds for the other hardware and software items described by us as part of an original an unique vision of the mobility and the automobile of the next generation created by C.S. on the base of the multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System also created by C.S., which also includes the original and unique metaphor to see a vehicle as a mobile device or smart phone with wheels or wings.

    In general, the strategy of for example the company Google does not work for every other entity as well.
    In particular, this case makes it obvious finally that the marque Audi takes our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. as blueprint, which in the actual state of relationship constitutes another infringement of our copyright, another act of unfair competition practice, and also an illegal act of obsessive behaviour, also known as mobbing or psychological terror.

    Clarification
    From time to time we will simply repeat some points in relation with the originality and uniqueness of the multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System, also abbreviated as OS, and Ontoscope as well as other works created by C.S. once again.

    The Ontologic System has been discussed many times from different views. In relation with its original and unique artistic expression, we recommend to read once again for example the Clarification #1 of the 12th of October 2016 to understand the following very short and simple metaphor: OS is CS.
    A slightly longer description that only apprehend or comprehend a part of the whole vision would be: How to become a cyborg.

    The Ontoscope has been discussed many times from different views as well. In relation with its original and unique artistic expression, we give the following metaphor and comparison: In the same way the OS is the software part of C.S. the Ontoscope is the hardware part of C.S., specifically the head.
    That said, the same aspects that we explain in relation with our OS in the many clarifications also holds for our Ontoscope.

    Furthermore, the combination of our OS with its Calibre/Caliber and our Ontoscope also constitutes an original and unique gesamtkunstwerk or total (multimedia) artwork.
    Obviously, the OS's originality and uniqueness as a work of art cannot be questioned. And we definitely do not give the OS to companies that refuse to pay for it.

    In this relation we also recall that we have integrated:

  • among so many other original and unique approaches, concepts, paradigms, techniques and technologies, which are required to realize the expression of the multimedia works of art on the one hand and on the other hand are discussed in our many Clarifications.

    In addition, we also note once again that we have also created original and unique concepts, approaches, and paradigms, like for example the:

  • ontologic paradigm based on mathematics and logics, and therefore independent of a specific format, paradigm, and so on, and
  • Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI) always based on Natural Multimodal Processing (NMP) or Multimodal Language Processing (MLP) comprising at least the interaction and communication by the five human senses and on multiparadigmatic computing (see also the Clarification #1 of the 10th of September 2012).

    Companies like for example Google, Microsoft, Apple, Samsung, and Co. must learn and then understood finally, that already in the year 2005 we were aware of the point that they will steal them, so C.S. created multimedia works of art and design around the OS, the Ontoscope, and the other works respectively embedded the hardware and software related parts, that are most attractive for large companies, in multimedia works of art, which are slightly visionary, esoteric, utopic, and so on on the one hand, but are still close enough to a potential reality respectively to the items that will be stolen or have already been stolen.

    The copyright law has been introduced after the stealing of British operas by American business men for showing them at the Broadway in New York City, U.S.A., if we remember the historical facts correctly, and when someone takes a part of our (multimedia) works of art, specifically anything related with

  • reflection and (graph and term) rewriting logics,
  • Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI),
  • dialog systems, agents, or assistants, specifically conversational and proactive systems, and
  • mobile computing and a smartphone or wearable computer,

    then comes the copyright law in effect, because it has been discussed in the last months that the smartphone has become an extension of its owner, which reflects our intention of developing and discussion of our Ontoscope since its first presentation.

    The other entities, who are marketing and providing our intellectual properties in illegal ways, did not know how to do it since more than 50 years, so they have to pay their share if we are willing to give them a license at all or they have to go away.

    Finally, we want to make clear that we do neither want any gifts, if they are not meant as such, nor force anything. If we are wrong, then it is okay, but if we are right, then it is better.

    We will also briefly discuss the differences between the following concepts, techniques, and technologies:

  • voice command or speech control systems, and (conversational) dialog systems (input and output) used as a user interface
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Image Processing (NIP), and Natural Multimode Processing (NMP) or Natural Sense Processing (NSP) (general processing tools), as well as
  • Bridge form NI to AI (processing of input to provide output), and

    so that it can be seen once again where for example Google Now and Samsung Viv but also other entities for example members of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) community are infringing our copyright.

    We thought about using the next generation of our looped fuel cell or active fuel cell, which has been developed for moving vehicles in the first place, as storage for electric power generated by renewable energy as well. The cost effectiveness and other advantages are undeniable.

    We also added a second more precise sketch of our Bridge from NI to AI, which includes multimodality, ontologic technologies, and reflective or introspective computing.

    We also made clear that our original and unique approach is not only about internally oriented processing but also about externally oriented processing respectively servicing of input and output, for sure, by substituting the phrase "new processing model" with the phrase "new processing and servicing model", though this feature becomes already evident with the fact that semantic (world wide) web and ontology-oriented technologies are already strongly connected with service oriented computing.

    Please keep in mind that most of the time we do not add new matter with our website updates, but only summarize or explain what has been publicated in the years before, because the foundational (multimedia) work of art is ready since years.
    For a better understanding and also for reflecting the attempts of other entities to make whole or partial copies of our Ontologic System with their specific implementations we use common sense terms or new terms chosen as buzzwords.
    Always important to note in this relation is the fact that such specific implementations are only different ways to transport and communicate the same expression of our Ontologic System in whole or in part, and therefore they are illegal plagiarisms on the one hand and on the other hand also proofs that we are heard and understood.

    We worked on the cases of our smartwatches and Ontowatches, and designed our first 4 basic wearable computer cases each in two variants in accordance with the circular and rectangular form factors. If these are already the final designs has not been decided by us, but we are approaching our goal.

    Clarifiaction
    What many industrial companies, that are copying our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope and created by C.S., still have not understood are the facts that

  • on the one hand these artworks are also software and hardware architectures including processes, services, and interfaces, and therefore should be seen as some kind of (industrial) designs as well, and
  • on the other hand original and unique designs are also protected by the copyright.

    Once again and simply said, ideas are protected by the copyright law if they are sufficiently original and unique as well as individual and expressive.

    Public interest in copyright infringement
    For sure, there is a public interest in North America, Europe, and other regions and continents if even only one copyright infringement of a company has such financial and social negative effects, because it only wants to sell online advertisement, hardware, software, or vehicles.
    In fact, it is a matter of law and order or legal certainty, and also of democracy, freedom, and peace.

    Honestly, such a company has to be banned from the competition and the market.

    Preliminary investigation of Samsung started
    In relation with the unsuccessful attempt of the company Samsung to infringe our copyright by stealing essential parts of the original and unique multimedia works or art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, both created by C.S., we are looking for connections as well as illegal agreements between Samsung and other companies.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We have dismissed the compatibility of our Smartband, -strap, or -belt, Smartsnakes including Serpent and Snake models, Smartgears, as well as this and that with products of the company Samsung, because it refuses to respect the privacy, individuality, and the intellectual properties of C.S. and our corporation in particular and to comply with the laws in general.

    We have more than enough alternatives for such and other products.
    Maybe we will add some adaptors for products of the company Apple, though actually this thought is more a gedankenexperiment.

    Today, we celebrate a decade of outstanding, incomparable, original and unique multimedia artworks, and software and hardware engineering marvels.

    To duly mark this occasion we updated the website of OntoLinux with a webpage, that our fans and readers must have missed all the years. Yes indeed, we have uploaded the very first version of the webpage about our OntoMotion software component for ontologic eMotion capturing, recording, processing, and recognizing. We will add more contents with the common website updates.

    In addition, we have publicated the introductory document Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope that describes how the original and unique multimedia work of art Ontologic System with its Caliber/ Calibre and the other original and unique multimedia work of art Ontoscope are connected with each other (see also the Clarification of the 9th of September 2016).

    We also added the OntoMotion component to the Components webpage and substituted the term "Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI™)" with the term "Multilingual Multimodal Multidimensional Multimedia User Interface (M⁴UI™)" in the top section.
    But honestly, we have to update this webpage completely as well.

    Other companies should not copy this emotion based feature, as they should not continue with infringing our copyright and other rights, because at least one large company, that has also copied other essential elements of our OS already, eventually provided in this way the decisive evidence to prove that it is taking our Ontologic System (OS) and its architecture or design as a blueprint and infringing our copyright. This becomes obvious respectively is proven with this new webpage of the OntoMotion component a further time.

    Clarification
    We know that the subject with the Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA) and other essential features of our Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as the related copyright infringement is not easy to understand, specifically for kleptomaniacs and corrupt entities, so we explain it once again.

    The founders of Samsung→Viv have copied the system called Siri now from our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux before. This is proven by the facts that

  • on the one hand the two foundational research projects of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) orphaned, because there was no funding anymore and the goals were not achieved, most potentially due to incompetence and our refusal to deliver more for spying out and stealing at that time, and
  • on the other hand the general consensus was that claiming to be able to execute such an IPA or PIA, or even only a conversational dialog(ue) system or advanced chatbot on a mobile device was utter nonsense due to the low computing performance at that time.

    But C.S. and those entities that spied out C.S. and our corporation already knew around the year 2003 in which direction and how far the handheld pocket computer will develop, because since around the year 2000 C.S. has also developed further the little palm computer with touchscreen, better known as smartphone today, and in the moment we listed the two orphaned research projects of the DARPA in the section Intelligent/ Cognitive User Interface of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux around 2 years before the smartphone has been developed to an end product and introduced at all, those entities got the information that it is possible to execute smaller variants of DARPA's IPA or PIA, conversational dialog(ue) systems, and advanced chatbots on mobile devices as well.

    Now arguing that it was all an ordinary technological progress is wrong, because it is proven that those defrauding developers of the system called Siri have not expected the smartphone at all but only started their company after they saw the information on the website of our OS OntoLinux.
    In the same way, nobody has expected that our visionary, exotic, slightly esoteric, and utopic Ontologic System OntoLinux would be copied by the largest IT companies virtually bit by bit and taken as the successor of the World Wide Web 2.0 and 3.0. This does not prove an ordinary technological progress, but once again the brilliance of C.S. on the one side and the infringements of our rights on the other side, because the other entities had absolutely no clue what to do, and therefore are doing only what C.S. did, is doing, and will do.

    Furthermore, being so bold and criminal and copying parts of it repeatedly is a copyright infringement, because the Ontologic System is an original and unique multimedia work of art, as we have shown in so many ways in the last years, and taking it as a blueprint and picking out the fillet pieces, which is proven by our investiga- tions, is not allowed.

    We always refer to Judge Birss and the case Temple Island Collection vs. New English Teas (see the Comment of the Day and also the Pictures of the Day of the 25th of July 2013 and the comment, and also the case of the company Facebook in the Investigations::Multi- media, AI and Knowledge Management of the 13th of April 2016) in this conjunction.
    If the founders of Samsung→Viv would have developed that illegal copy of our OntoBot without a causal link with our OS, then it would be legal. But this is doubtlessly not the case anymore, because they made the causal link with our OS already with the previous system called Siri.

    So or so, all major companies reached the black zone behind the white, yellow, or red line sometimes ago already.

    What makes this sling bag so interesting is its tried, proven, and matured design, that allows it to be worn for hours in two different comfortable ways with the load carrying container at the back or at the stomach or chest as shown. What works for an angler will also work for other applications.

    We are designing another model of our Smart Bandolier series. For getting a first impression see the sling bag shown in the Original vs. Inspiration of today and replace the box with the fishing lures by a mobile device, such as a tablet computer or a laptop for example.

    Today, we would like to give a first impression of the related Smart Harness or Smart Gear in the Star Wars Stormtrooper 'O II' design.

    Another design could be based on the back plate of the Clone Troopers and the device that Darth Vader wears on his chest.

    Needless to say, the Smart Harness or Smart Gear can be used with the Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) and Mixed Reality Head-Mounted Display (MRHMD) models of VRontier (see once again the Ontoscope Further steps of the 31st of July 2016), but also with our new Augmented Reality Head-Mounted Display (ARHMD) models of our Star Wars series.

    We refined one variant of the new module mentioned in the Further steps of the 31st of October 2016 and developed a new module.

    We also worked on one of the new models of one of our new rotorcrafts (see the Further steps of the 2nd of November 2016 for example), which led to another new and highly interesting model that uses the new module mentioned in the section before.

    In addition, we began the prototyping phase of this type of rotorcraft together with the business unit Roboticle. We cannot wait for the launch of these things.

    We have selected a first foundational case for the smartwatches and Ontowatches that are planned for being manufactured by Swatch, but we do not know for which model(s), if Swatch and also other manufacturers are interested in this case, and what else we will do with it.

    We designed two new aerial vehicles after we found out what else we can do with a foundational module developed in the last 2 weeks (see the Further steps of 31st of October 2016, and 2nd and 12th of November 2016).

    In the last days, we also designed improved variants of our Autocopters C1, F1, and Z1, and a flying version of our model RE. But if this flying RE model will be an Autocopter in the end must be tested at first.

    We also designed a new skateboard model that uses the new vehicle propulsion system mentioned in the Further steps of the 12th of November 2016.

  • Volkswagen→Audi: It has been reported that the new digitalized interior of the upcoming model series of the marque Volkswagen→Audi does not get only a bendable or at least bent display at the middle console, which also replaces the round dial and push button of Audi's multimedia system, as shown with a concept car, but also a proximity sensor, which enlarges, zoomes, or magnifies a virtual button or icon displayed on said display that a user is intending to push.
    In addition, an advanced speech command system has been reported and we have to guess that it is the OntoBot software component of the original and unique mutlimedia work of art titled Ontologic System (OS), created by C.S., and represented by OntoLix and OntoLinux of our business division Ontologics. At least it is a Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI), so that once again the causal link with our OS is proven a further time.
    Furthermore, as far as we can see actually, this bendable display with sensor is protected by our F.R.G. utility patent and pending U.S. patent.
  • Motor Presse Stuttgart→auto motor und sport: The automotive magazine reported about the upcoming model series of the marque Volkswagen→Audi with its new digitalized interior with bendable display (see the case of the marque Audi above) by writing: "Dazu gehört das neue Bedienkonzept ohne Dreh-Drück-Steller. Ihn ersetzt ein Touchscreen in der Mittelkonsole. Der Fahrer gibt Befehle per stark verbesserter Sprachsteuerung oder Touchscreen. Zur einfacheren Nutzung sorgt ein Näherungssensor dafür, dass die ausgewählten virtuellen Knöpfe vor dem Drücken größer dargestellt werden.==To this belongs the new operating concept without rotate-push-dial.     Ontonics Further steps
    We have begun with the development of a specific variant of our Reactor technology used by e.g. our business unit Style of Speed for its Active Reactor™, which solves at least three foundational problems in a simpler and much more elegant, convincing, and attractive way. Our first estimation of its performance shows that a made compromise is very promising and worth doing it.

    We developed a new wheel for skateboards.

    We also designed our hand controller in two variants and developed our truck for our electric skateboards.

    Furthermore, we are researching if we should take a wheel hub motor or in-wheel motor without or with planetary gear (see the image below), or a most potentially more silent belt drive with waterproof housing for our electric skateboards.

    We also developed further the other new skateboard model mentioned in the Further steps of the 12th of November 2016. It is now much better and will find many friends worldwide in this state of development already, but we feel that there is more to improve.

    In relation with another machine, we overworked the design of our models C4 and C6 by happenstance. We looked around a little and suddenly we got the C4# and C6#.
    By the way, the C4 is not based on the model Cayman of the marque Volkswagen→Porsche anymore, but on one of our chassis.

    We also designed another rotorcraft model, but it is a more progressive design and hence its attractivity respectively trend setting qualities must be tested at first.

    Preliminary investigations of Siemens started
    We have started preliminary investigation of the company Siemens to find out what exactly that company has copied from the original and unique multimedia works or art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, both created by C.S., and in this way infringed our copyright (see for example the section Basic Properties of the webpage Overview, the related sections of the webpage Links to Software, and the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 13th of February 2014).

    As it can be seen and is proven a further time by such activities in the fields of engineering, our Ontologic System and Ontoscope are original and unique multimedia works or art, obviously, doubtlessly, and definitely.

    Therefore, as it the case with the company Robert Bosch and other companies, Siemens is not excluded from our regulatory requirements in relation with the use of our intellectual properties in the industy of the actual generation and the so-called Industry 4.0, specifically

  • our ontology-oriented (OO 2) and ontologic(-oriented) (OO 3) techniques and technologies,
  • other features often mentioned by us (see for example the Clarification of the 7th of November 2016), as well as
  • our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and OntoVerse (OV).

    We also repeat what we made clear a further time on the

  • 8th of November 2016: "Once again and simply said, ideas are protected by the copyright law if they are sufficiently original and unique as well as individual and expressive." and "Public interest in copyright infringement",

If this would be the result, then we can keep it as well, which so or so is the best option. This experiment failed two times with the internet and the World Wide Web, and with the open source movement, and we all do know why.

    For sure, we listen to our customers calling for our Smartsnakes and Smart Gears and correspondingly are working already on the first production series. But at first we have to do some little legal stuff, make some calculations, and also bring some order into the product ranges.

    Nevertheless, we are sure that in January 2017 we can give the informations when the sale will start.

    Please pay attention when buying a new smartphone because of the many possible incompatibilities and losses of advanced functionalities between our mobile devices and smartphones of other manufactu- rers, or even better wait for our mobile devices. For everybody, who cannot wait due to truly convincing reasons, we are working out some options.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Harman International Industries: On a large consumer electroncis exhibition at the beginning of this year the company showed for example a camera that recognizes the stress level of a vehicle driver. Affective computing, which comprises the capturing, recognizing, and other processing tasks related with emotions, is a system immanent feature of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System (OS) and Ontoscope and created both by C.S..
    In addition, our OS is also the foundation for the Computing and Multimedia technologies of our business unit Style of Speed, which in this respect constitutes also an original and unique multimedia work of art that discusses the digitalization of the society as part of the pervasive and ubiquitous computing on the one hand and on the other hand we definied vehicles as mobile devices and for sure as some kind of Ontoscopes as well.

    The company Samsung announced to buy the company Harman International Industries, which does not change the situation in relation with the feature of affective computing of our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) on the one hand and on the other hand might not be such a successful and clever acquisation as it looks like on the first sight, because consumer electronics is more a loss maker than a profit generator and will be become more under thread by manufacturers from other parts of the Asian-Pacific area, with which we will work together, and we also have already everything in the stocks in addition to the exclusive copyrights of said multimedia works of art and much more.

  • General: Obviously, the next entities are doing the usual marketing but this time in relation with autonomous helicopters, as not expected otherwise and already observed since a longer period of time.

    Clarification
    Most potentially, we have to correct the content about the multimedia project that is related with capturing, taking, collecting, and sharing of geo tags, and photos and videos, because this has been done by others before on the one hand and on the other hand might not be described precisely enough by us.
    The main aspect seen from the technical point of view is to use these collected and shared data for Image-Based Rendering (IBR) and similar techniques, and the creation of Virtual Environments (VEs), etc. in a collaborative way.

    Nethertheless, C.S. described it as an ontologic application, which is based on e.g. the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

    Ontonics Further steps
    We continued the work on our newest Reactor model, which has become a little complex. Luckily, we collected so much experiences with the applied techniques and technologies in the last decades that it has become more a common work. Nevertheless, it is still interesting to get such machines running.

    We were also able to make a first estimation of the efficiency of this new Reactor model, which is based on the research results provi- ded by an external and absolutely independent entity on the one hand and on the other hand is between 80 to 85% for the very first version. This level of efficiency is already very good, but has to be interpreted as being much better when compared with other systems and their complete cycles on the one hand and when considered on the other hand that said external entity did no optimizations at all, while we only added two basic improvements for this first version.

    Even more better, while we were thinking a little out of the box in relation with the foundations of this Reactor model, we conceived other applications of some of its special elements as well, specifically the ones related with vehicles of our business unit Style of Speed (read its Further steps of today below).

    We also developed a new component. If it works as expected, then it could become a standard component.

    More by happenstance while thinking out of the box and into the blue sky in relation with the newest Active Reactor model developed in the OntoLab, we concluded that we can use some few special elements of it for the optimization of a rocket engine as well. This led to the application with our Hypersoar air- and aerospacecrafts in a highly interesting way, because with a little change we can achieve a huge improvement and in this way easily overcome some limits.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We thought once again about the models of our 9x9 series with a V6 engine, or a B4 or B6 engine, which all feature at least one turbocharger, as it has been discussed already in the Further steps of the 27th of December 2015 and 5th of July 2016.
    In addition, we thought about moving respectively leaving the tank at the front, so that the seats could be moved to the rear again (see the Further steps of the 4th of March 2015). But this might not be needed at all by building in one of the shorter engines.

    We also worked a little on the last details of the designs of the rear sections of the models 935 Hommage and RSR of the 9x9 series, as well as the models C4 and C6.
    But the designs of the front sections of the RSR, and the C4 and C6 are not as we want them with the exception of the headlights.

    Investigations::Car #404

  • Volkswagen→Porsche: Eventually, the marque Porsche has presented its plagiarism of our model RSR of the 9x9 series of C.S. at a large automotive exhibition (see the first part of this issue in the Investigations::Car #397 of the 21st of June 2016).

    Reports by independent media worldwide have called the various unthinkable changes of the iconic automobile model 911 also a "sacrilege [and] the greatest revolution in the long history of the 911."
    To document the case, we also quote such a report of an auto- motive magazine from the Netherlands, which has been automatically translated and corrected in parts by us:
    "So, this 911 RSR blasts there in a while, say! And not only because of its dramatic looks. Porsche's new racer for the LM GTE class namely also has - brace yourself - a mid-engine. But that's just good.
    In the beginning we thought it was always best that boxer engine at the back, still behind the rear axle. But gradually the generation of the Porsche 911 layout encounter more opposition. Then far better engine configurations had to be considered there indeed (which made for a better rear balance). Silently Porsche shared that opinion and the Boxster and later also the Cayman are the ultimate proof for this. But yes, you do not want to antagonize 911-purists, so the six-cylinder was lying in the 911 at the tip of its tail. However, Porsche pushed the boxer engine gradually forward. By now [the] 'i[nternal]e[ngine] lays - in the 911.2 - right in front of the rear axle. The effect of this is the best to steer 911 so far.
    Sacrilege
    Best handling 911 ever or not, Porsche realized for some time that an engine at the back is heading for an untenable situation (to stay ahead of the competition). And so it is now trying - gently but clever - to break with this cult layout without mercilessly affronting 911-freaks. Through racing, with the 911 RSR. Thereby, the enhanced 4.0 liter boxer namely lays between its (single) seat and before the rear axle. A mid-engine so. In a 911! Sacrilege? Who knows ... At least it brings benefits.
    Shuffleboard
    One of those advantages is an optimal balance between front and rear, which has a positive effect on the overall performance. In addition, the new engine concept - for a 911 - it is possible to apply a larger diffuser. And how?! Where normally the rear bumper sits the Porsche 911 RSR is completely engulfed by an immense 'shuffleboard. And the rear bumper, which now towers as if it were now high above everything else; as the rear wing for added downforce.
    Experimental racer
    It should be clear: the 911 RSR will bring along with it the greatest revolution in the long history of the 911. The chassis, body structure, aerodynamic concept, engine and sequential gearbox developed completely new - and it will not surprise us that these technologies sooner or later ooze out to the street."
    Also, the single-seat 911 RSR is very light, thanks to excessive use of carbon fiber. No more than 1,234 kilograms weighs' ie. With a power output of 510 hp. Porsche thinks this is enough to compete for prizes at inter alia, the 24 Hours of Le Mans. But it still takes a while. Let's first see how this "revolutionary" Elfer it does at the 24-hour race at Daytona in January 2017."

    Nevertheless and as a matter of fact, the mid-engine layout is not a new concept for a 911, as it is proven by the basic projects of e.g. the company Fabcar, which also worked for Porsche before, and this so-called greatest revolution encompassing much more than an engine swap with related simple structural enhancements of the chassis has been ignited by C.S. at our business unit Style of Speed with the publication of the Further steps of the 4th of March 2015.
    As also already documented before, the headlights with its four light emitting elements as well as the taillights have been taken too (see the Style of Speed Further steps of the 3rd of February 2015).

    Because the factory has taken the headlights of the 918, but not the much more important rest of this model, this raises the following questions:

  • Why has the marque not taken the model 918 RSR as the basis for their GT race cars even after it used a 911 as the intial development mule for the 918? In fact, this option based on the 918 RSR and also our 9x9 RSR are the right choices for Le Mans and other endurance races and not that sacrificed 911, which still is a crook because it lacks a carbon fiber monocoque chassis, a V engine, a turbocharger, a tank behind the driver's seat, an optimal diffusor, an optimal exhaust system, etc..
  • Why has the marque not improved the 911 before, even not after its engineers
    • have installed a V8 engine of the marque Audi in a 911 respectively 965 and mounted a bodywork of the 911 on the a chassis of the model Boxster as a development mule for the Boxster, and tested both of them,
    • became aware about the other existing projects that are based on a 911 with mid-engine layout, and
    • considered that this configuration provides superior perfor- mances?

    Indeed, this improvement could have been realized in exactly the same way and communicated with exactly the same arguments in the last 20 years as well as done now, but despite its superiorty it was not done in the past.

    This proves that our imagination and decision to realize such an (r)evolution of the iconic automobile 911, which in fact comprises for example this mentioned integration of the models 911 and 918 already on the one hand (see also the model Cayman 9S9 of Style of Speed) and on the other hand the factory refused to do despite its various tests of research prototypes, is not a simple and hence unprotected idea or design, but instead an original and unique act that indeed expresses the creativity and the individuality of C.S..
    Furthermore, because this acting in relation with the iconic automo- bile 911 is called a sacrilege and a revolution, or at least discussed as such, by external and independent entities respectively the public as well, we got the proof that

  • considering the original act of C.S. and our business unit Style of Speed as being protected by the copyright and
  • the plagiarizing act of Porsche as being a copyright infringement and an act of unfair competition

    is correct (see again the case of the marque Volkswagen→Porsche in the Investigations::Car #397 of the 21st of June 2016 and the Style of Speed Further steps of the 4th of February 2015).

    Therefore, we all do know the answers already as well and it has become more than only obvious, that the choice made by respon- sible persons at Volkswagen was only directed by the goal to cover the activities of C.S. and our business unit Style of Speed once again, but neither to improve the iconic automobile 911 for racing nor to make sure to win races with it.
    But there is still the problem that not all features of our 9x9 RSR have been covered, so that it should not take to much time until Porsche presents the 911 with a mid-mounted V engine or/and other essential elements of our 9x9.
    In this relation, it should also be noted that a knowing cheating tuner of Porsche models has presented a conversion of a 911 recently, which comprises a wheelbase extended by 7 cm.

    That said, we have enough evidences to prove the

  • obsession with everything that C.S. does,
  • aggression to cover all works of C.S. from the public, and
  • conduction of unfair competition practices
  • by the company Volkswagen. This is not tolerable anymore since many years.

    We recommend the marque Porsche to be precise in every related publication and at least to tell the true, correct, and complete history of our revolution.

    We have overworked a new electric energy storage device, because it did not provide the claimed performance at first. Now, it should recharge at least to 40% in around 2 minutes estimated on the claimed performance of a third entity.

    What the public could not know, but obviously Volkswagen did know is that we sketched a rear of the 9x9 RSR on the 28th of June 2015 already. When we saw the first time the images of the whole 911 RSR plagiarism of the marque Volkswagen→Porsche two days ago, we thought directly that it constructed a diffusor that is also very similar to the diffusor of the Gran Tourismo race car model 650S GT3 of the manufacturer McLaren Automotive and has the same arrange- ment of the channels with the only differences that the three channels in the middle have been risen absolutely and relatively to the same height, and the strakes have been removed from the channels at the outside.
    What some readers of us may not know is the fact that the foundational model 650S is based on the model MP4-12C or simply C12 with 25% new parts and hence has the same chassis, which again leads directly to the related informations given in the Further steps of the 23rd of September 2014, 4th and 8th of February 2015, and 4th of March 2015.

    Investigations::Car #405 The Volkswagen issue

  • Volkswagen: As we noted before in our comment "Nothing changed at Volkswagen". We list some examples of the last weeks to give our readers a very clear picture about the situation:
  • In relation with Computing and Multimedia it wants to steal in whole or in part our
  • The issue with the model Cayman showed once again the true nature of the business, when it stole the related conversions of our business unit Style of Speed one model after the other with the generation 987, which reflected the Cayman GT of Style of Speed, and with the generation 718, which reflected the Cayman GT once again. In the latter case it can even be seen that it renamed the models Boxster and Cayman to the model 718 following the model The Giant Killer. That is nothing else than looting.
  • It has also taken the model Big S of Style of Speed announced in the Further steps of the 9th of December 2014 as a blueprint for the development of its model Atlas. Even the marketing slogan "Life's as big as you make it." has been created in such a way that the word 'Big' in our model name is reflected and then used at a large exhibi- tion to cover at least the true origin of the decision making as much as possible.
  • The same aggressive attitude could be seen once again with the plagiarism 911 RSR of its marque Porsche, the manipulated reports of automotive magazines based on our website content (see the Investigations::Car #404 of yesterday and the Style of Speed Further steps of today above), and also the logo of Porsche Design and the text 'Porsche Design Timepieces' painted or affixed on the bodywork of the 911 RSR in relation with so to say timepieces or more precisely smartwatches of our business unit iRaiment. Besides that the correct way would have been to take the logos of Style of Speed, we can see here once again the depth or quality of coverage of everything C.S. and our corporation do.
    Moreover, we wondered about the design of the air intake in front of the rear wheels of the models 911 Turbo and 911 RSR at first, but now we can see that the marque Porsche already announced more stealing from Style of Speed with these models.
  • Its marque Audi wants to steal all muslce cars of the Hot Rings series of Style of Speed (see the related Further steps of the 1st of December 2014, 30th of June 2016, and 16th of August 2016), for sure without paying and naming Style of Speed in the related marketing activities.
    Furthermore, Audi has stolen more parts of our OS such as the applications that are based on our OntoBot software component like for example the
    • feature of predictive driving,
    • Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA) as it is called by the marketing unit of Audi to confuse the public unsuccessfully (see again the case of Audi in the Investigations::Car #402 of the 6th of November 2016),
    • advanced speech control (see again the case of Audi in the Investigations::Car #403 of the 13th of November 2016).
  • Its marque Lamborghini is collaborating with the Masachussetts Institute of Technology, for developing the supercar of the future. It has not asked Style of Speed and our OntoLab despite it is copying and stealing everything from us, as seen with the collaboration between its parent company Audi and the research institute in the past as well.
    In addition, reports have been published that announce an electrified model with four engines, which is very similar to the model Elettoro of Style of Speed.

    Obviously, our allegations against the company Volkswagen have not been proven the hundredth time, but it can also be seen that there is no sign of collaboration by Volkswagen and also other vehicle manufacturers, despite of our extremely generous and brought concessions made since August 2015.
    Instead, much more and eventually more than enough evidence have been provided in the last months that doubtlessly show the even increased

  • obsession with everything that C.S. does,
  • aggression to cover all works of C.S. from the public, and
  • conduction of unfair competition practices
  • by the company Volkswagen and other companies.

    Because this is not tolerable anymore since many years and due to the latest activities of Volkswagen, that do not only prove its hostile attitude and breaking of virtually every law, but even makes no secret of these anymore, we have to

  • withdraw the verbally given agreement to provide licenses for our intellectual properties including
    • the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, as well as
    • related works based on them,

    which are all created by C.S..

    Volkswagen must find alternatives that are compliant with the laws, or settle its open debt about 4 billion U.S. Dollar and sign all required contracts with our corporation.

    That said, we are continuing with the preparation to file a lawsuit about 4 billion U.S. Dollar due to

  • psychological terror including mobbing and stalking, and
  • slavery respectively crimes against humanity, as well as
  • infringement of copyright law.

    In addition, we are continuing with the preparation to file a lawsuit about an undecided sum in the one digit billion U.S. Dollar range due to

  • infringement of copyright law,
  • economic espionage,
  • breaking antitrust law or competition law
    • unfair competition practices,
    • building up cartels with
      • suppliers
      • other manufacturers
      • research institutes, and
      • political parties,

      and
    • refusal to deal by e.g. group boycott

    over 20 years, which we started already in the beginning of the year 2014 and announced several times since then.

    We are also considering to file lawsuits

  • at courts in other countries,
  • at special courts in Europe,
  • against other companies in various sectors, that are involved or are practicing in the same illegal ways, and
  • for the breaking up of the company Volkswagen.
    In the meantime we will seek injunctions to stop that practice immediately.

    In fact, the company Volkswagen is a defeat device itself. But the issue is not to unduly reduce the effectiveness of emissions control systems of an engine, but to circumvent the whole law control systems respectively the law enforcements. Said this, it is either standing with the back against the wall or with one leg in the jail and with the other leg in the air. (added on the 22nd of November 2016)

    • it is assumed that the proposed knowledge structure of the lifelogging system would allow synthetic game characters and humanoid robots to lead more "realistic" lives (guess why),
  • software components OntoL4 and Artificial Intelligence (micro)kernel (AI microkernel), OntoBot, OntoBase, OntoFS, OntoMotion, OntoScope, and OntoBlender, though we see some related points, like for example the
    • suggestion of an integrated modelling, programming, and visualization environment (guess why), and
    • question if a provable kernel is needed by a cognitive system for self-explanation (guess why),

    but again either

    • nothing integrated or at least connected with ontology-based, Ontology-Oriented (OO 2), Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3), and Ontologic Computing (OC) foundations, techniques, and technologies, despite the suggestion to use ontologies for the lifelogging project, nor
    • any substantial or truly comparable with these components, while other points are based on The Proposal,
  • etc..

    We are very critical with our own statements and claims, but again and again we always come to the conclusion that the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope of C.S. are different when compared with other systems of e.g. research scientists, institutes, and companies, which is underlined by the fact that as longer we compare it with prior art as more

  • originality and uniqueness as well as outstanding elegance and sophistication can be recognized and
  • how everything fits and works together.
    That said, we provided solutions for the described tasks, that have not and could not be solved in the suggested ways, and also integrated them to an easily understandable framework. The latter is also the reason why other entities are able to copy these works now and not before.

    We also can see once again that developing such a system is much too complex for other entities, even with vast amount of support, and that we are needed to manage such a system and to develop it further respectively guide its evolution (see also sentinent computers HAL 9000 in the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey and this computer of another science fiction story that does not want to take back the nuke). That is the reason why we started the OS, ON, OW, and OV.

    You have to live and love such an OS like C.S. does.

    Nevertheless, it was interesting to read once again about this subject.
    It also reminded us to add an OntoLogger software component eventually (see the related OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of today below).

    We would like to announce our next new software component named OntoLogger, which is a Multilingual Multimodal Multidimensional Multiparadigmatic Multimedia Interface (M⁵I) for the technique of lifelogging respectively the lifelog paradigm, that can be done in real-time- or in post-processing modes and for sure can be used with all kinds of semantic and ontologic techniques and technologies due to the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA).
    Nevertheless, the realization of the OntoLogger component requires an enhanced approach to fulfill various requirements of a user.

    We also worked on the front section of the models RSR, 949, and Modern of the 9x9 series.

    We added a specific function to our web browser technology.

    In a different field, we have continued the work on one of the new components mentioned in the Further steps of the 15th of November 2016.

    Sometimes we say that sometimes the forest cannot be seen due to the trees. This was once again the case with a step of a production process of one of our devices. But now we solved and even better we have now more flexibility to produce our devices as we want to.
    This is really a great news.

    No, it is not a joke: We are considering to deliver some models of our series of

  • lightweight and very comfortable to wear fitness band,
  • feature watch or hybrid watch (smartanalog and smartdigital), and
  • smartwatch

    without battery recharger due to their incredibly long runtimes, which could be several years depending on the specific model, the functionalities provided by them, and the profile of their use.

    We also worked on some last details of the smartanalog watch series Smarty and its first models Smarty F, Smarty T, and Smarty G proposed by us in the Further steps of the 18th and 19th of March 2016 on the basis of watches of the watchmaker Fossil and Swatch→Tissot.

    Furthermore, we have designed a new model of a smartanalog watch.

    In addition, we have designed two new Flip-Flop models based on the designs of the models Cybergen and Cyberbalder Cybergraph presented in the Further steps of the 31st of August 2016.

    In this relation we would like to suggest a common hybrid engine manufactured together with one or more of our partners and also to recall our explanation and expression made in the past already that

  • we are specifically interested in smartdigital watches and what is left over of the smartanalog watches in the field of hybrid watches,
  • we would like to let our partners produce or feature watches or hybrid watches, and
  • our smartanalog watches will run up to 4 times longer or/and have more unique features.

    In relation with another coup to take over the 911, we have overworked the V6 (bi-)turbocharged diesel injection engine to our torque monster (see also the Further steps of the 27th of December 2015, 5th of July 2016, and 20th and 21st of November 2016).

    In this context we also thought about the model designations 9.11™ and 9II™ in the sense of 911 2.0 and 911.2.

    In addition, we are thinking about taking over the model GT of the manufacturer Ford and the model Corvette of the marque General Motors/Chevrolet as well.

  • Apple: The company registered a patent that describes data glasses or an Optical Head-Mounted Display (OHMD) with the integrated functionalities of lifestreaming, which seems to be a combination of live streaming and lifelogging, and also filtering and annotating the record data with other data by semantic techniques, building up a knowledge base as some kind of a conceptual graph or semantic network, and sending this (personal) knowledge base to a remote server for storing it in a data store. The purposed application is that a user is wearing this data glasses to take notes, which are combined with other related data and then stored online in e.g. the so-called personal cloud of the user.

    In general, this solution has been publicated many times before the date of filing in relation with research projects worldwide. Specifi- cally the combination of live streaming and lifelogging, and of live streaming and lifelogging combined with the filtering of the captured data and the addition of syntatic or/and semantic informations to the captured data respectively annotation of the captured data in real-time or by post-processing are not new but in fact techniques and technologies developed in the 1990s and early 2000s.
    But more important is the fact that filing this patent of Apple is a fraud, which broke several laws as explaind in the following.

  • Firstly, it is obvious that at least one of said research projects has been combined with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System (OS) and Ontoscope created by C.S. (see also the Clarification of yesterday). This implies directly that the Ontologic System and the head-mounted or head-worn Ontoscope, Ontoglasses, or Ontoshade, which are powered by an Ontologic System like all of our devices, have been taken as blueprints in the top-down approach (see the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016). In addition, it is doubtlessly clear that at least a part of the OS or/and the Ontoscope has been copied. Both activities constitute a copyright infringement.
  • Secondly, because our multimedia works of art Ontologic System and Ontoscope have been taken for filing and eventually registering said patent, This constitutes an obstruction of
    • C.S. in relation with living in general and in relation with self-expressing in particular, which is an act of psychological terror, and
    • our corporation, which is an act of unfair competition (see the Clarification of the 2nd, 13th, 14th, and 26th of July 2016).
  • Thirdly, a patent has been filed deliberately that claims for an invention that has not been created by the one or more patentees and therefore is not owned by her/him or them. This constitutes a contravention of the U.S. patent law.
     
  • Google: The company filed a patent for data glasses or an Optical Head-Mounted Display (OHMD) with the integrated functionalities of live streaming and lifelogging, and also filtering and annotating the record data with other data about items and events by semantic techniques in real-time, and sending this annotated data to a remote server for storing it in a data store.
    This combination makes the OHMD a head-mounted or head-worn Ontoscope, Ontoglasses, or Ontoshade, and the same that we said in the case of the company Apple above holds for this patent as well despite the relatively small difference.

    The companies should remove the discussed patents and all other patents, which have been created in a similar way, from the register, because a very cautious estimation of the sum in dispute due to the copyright infringements and obstructions of C.S., our business, and the competition results in a range of at least 2×15 to 150 million U.S. Dollar for each single case.
    In addition, conducting such illegal activities again and again could bring both companies in serious existential danger due to various reasons and laws.

    As we always said: Our OS and Ontoscope were beyond DARPA, MIT, UCLA, and Co. at the date of publication, surely still are, and most potentially will be. These are true masterpieces of contemporary art.
    Furthermore, we can see once again that the industries do not get around our OS and Ontoscope anymore. The huge mistake was their spying and cheating of C.S., which led to the strategy and giant leap that C.S. had to make in the years 2003 to 2006. If they would have worked together with our corporation in the last 20 years, then we would have a situation of only an ordinary technological progess due to small steps made without the aspect of art (see for example the Clarification of the 7th of November 2016).

    We are pleased to announce that we coined one of our superior chip technologies Ultra-Threshold™ (see the Further steps of the 17th of November 2016). Compared to similar chips based on energy saving technologies that consume 4 to 10 times less energy per MHz than chips based on the common chip technology, the chips based on our Ultra-Threshold technology also consume around 10 times less energy. But our Ultra-Threshold technology provides more advantages in relation with for example circuitry design and compatibility with other circuits, and in relation with other aspects.

    Furthermore, we adapted a technology for a different task, which seems to be overlooked. If it works as anticipated and estimated, then it will povide significant improvements respectively a revolution.

    In relation with our activities in the field of smartanalog and smartdigital watches respectively feature watches or hybrid watches we developed our own hybrid engine.

    This does not directly affect the hybrid watches of our partners, but we use this hybrid engine for the rest of such mobile devices that are left over by them and we cannot promise that our hybrid engine is not more attractive for the customers than the hybrid engines of other watchmakers.

    In addition, we have designed a new model of a feature watch, smartwatch, and Ontowatch.

    Furthermore, we have designed two new models of a smartanalog watch, which belong to our Ultra™thin series of the thinnest feature watches of the world.
    We have also designed two new models of a smartanalog watch.

    Moreover, we worked on an older feature watch or hybrid watch series, specifically on its smartdigital variants, and designed a first model.

    We also added a pinch of the front section of the model 675LT of the manufacturer McLaren Automotive, which fits with the chassis, and some other elements to this mixture, et voilà ... we got the foundational designs of the front sections of the models 935 Hommage, RSR, and M (Modern), and Hyper or Hyperon of the 9x9 series respectively the 9.11 or 9II, and the models of the 91x series with the elliptic headlights and the elongated headlights, that match with their related rearsection designs and taillights.

    We took the new embedded system model Tiny Tesla and the new Wiser on a Chip (WoC) model Tiny WiSer developed by the OntoLab today as foundations for the development of new engines for our fitness bands, and smartanalog and smartdigital watches respective- ly feature watches or hybrid watches.
    In a related step, we will research if the computing performance of a special configuration of this Tiny WiSer based engine is sufficient for the construction of relatively simple smartwatches as well.

    Needless to say and as usual, we provide these hybrid engines to interested partners for their own models, that do not interfere with our models and do not run the Linux kernel based operating systems Android and Tizen.

    We worked on some of our new processor series such as the Tesla, Tiny Tesla, and Tiny WiSer series mentioned in the Further steps of yesterday. In the course of this we found out that some perfor- mances are 1 to 3 magnitudes better than assumed at first. For sure, this provides us more freedom and new possibilities to design our processors, Systems on a Chip (SoC), and embedded systems. Really fascinating and exciting.

    In addition, we can confirm that everything fits and works together, as announced and explained all the years, which is also possible because our partners have done their works with the same passion, engagement, and perfection as we do.

  • Not named subsidiary: We studied a patent of a wearable portable device, such as a smartwatch, which features a data storage for gestures, which again could be realized in a local or stationary (e.g. offline) and a distributed (e.g. online) way.
    Also disclosed is a special application that interprets the movement of the wrist-worn device as a gesture on the basis of the signal provided by the related (inertial) sensor(s), which is interpreted like a morse code as a character, which again can be displayed on the display screen.

    In general, gesture based control for mobile devices, like for example a Pocket Personal Computer (PPC), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and a smartphone, is not new. In addition, the field of multimodal user interfaces, which includes techniques to store gesture related data in a data store, such as a file or database, has been thoroughly researched and publicated in the past.

    In particular, the multimedia work of art Ontologic System (OS) with its Multilingual Multimodal Multidimensional Multimedia User Interface (M⁴UI) and its semantic and ontologic data storage components OntoBase and Ontologic File System (OntoFS) include these foundations of multimodal user interfaces and data stores by design, which in fact provide the system capabilities to

  • use every syntactic item or other sign, such as a character and a gesture,
  • learn, understand, or/and apply every semantic of a syntactic item or other sign, such as a character and a gesture,
  • store any data, including the data related with the
    • software realizing the M⁴UI of the reflective OS, and also
    • hardware realizing our smartwatch and Ontowatch,
    and
  • realize or implement every gesture and other character based application.

    In this relation we would like to make very clear that due to the vast amount of capabilities of our OS and Ontscope we will not list every single Ontologic Application, that is only an implication of what has been publicated by others and C.S. in relation with the OS and the Ontoscope.
    Read also the webpage Introduction and once again the other cited and related webpages carefully, as well as for example the last section of the Clarification of the 27th of April 2016 and other related clarifications.

    That said, such a gesture based user interface for a mobile device is older than old, so that we even do not list a related variant in the section Sm@rtWatch of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics. The rule of thumb is everything related with gesture based control of a mobile device by moving it in 2 or 3 dimensions and measuring this movement with e.g. an inertial sensor is free, though this only covers functionality (e.g. scrolling, page turning, gaming, etc.), which is hard coded into an integrated circuit or preprogrammed in a firmware or operating system, but not programming and learning a gesture based control at runtime of an operating system and comparable software.

    Moreover it is obvious that said special gesture and character based application is just only another multilingual multimodal multidimensional language, that our OS and Ontoscope are able to handle in all aspects as listed in parts above, for sure.

    We also see patents related with modular mobile devices relatively critically, because such a concept has been discussed everytime and everywhere.

    Obviously, the patentee(s) do(es) not know what all exists as prior art, which is a phenomena that we are observing more and more in the last years, and we guess that they must be younger or/and more fraudulent, because it is obvious that she, he, or they do know our websites (see also the description of our smartwatch variant VibeWatch for the term morse code) and have taken the OS, the Ontoscope, and our other publicated solutions as blueprint in a top-down approach.

    At this point we would like to point to the Investigations::Multi- media, AI and Knowledge management of the 24th of November 2016, because we have here the same legal issues.
