Ontonics Further steps
Indeed, batteries exert some fascination on us and according to this we developed several new battery types, models, and variants, and selected those of them that are most promising (see also the Further steps of the 5th and 6th of May 2017).

We also worked on some details of a new device, specifically on its propritary control system that will amaze our fans and readers, and surprise the competitors.

02.July.2017
Ontonics Further steps
We have not estimated the capacity of our new batteries developed in May and yesterday, but it is very possible that under the three selected types are one or more highly competitive big seller models with outstanding and superior properties.
In this relation, we would also like to give the information that we have developed a production line as well. Maybe we will take over this market segment as well or get a significant portion at least.

In a subsequent step, we took our new batteries for applications that could not be realized in a satisfactory and marketable way before. A little revolution.

Style of Speed Further steps
We got the green light by the Hightech Office Ontonics to use the newest battery technology and the newest Reactor technology developed by the OntoLab for the construction of advanced components, modules, and vehicles.

OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We looked at the blockchain technique once again (see the Further steps of the 27th of September 2015), saw elementary features of it, such as

  • distributed computing,
  • (managed) Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing,
  • permanent or persistent,
  • distributed database,
  • transactional,
  • cryptographically secure and secured,
  • linked blocks or chain of blocks,
  • block (see also inode, inode pointer structure, and disk block),
  • existentiality and existence dependency (see also Structured Entity-Relationship Model (SERM)),
  • causal dependency and causal consistency,
  • time-based and time-dependent,
  • integrated security related operations based on cryptographic algorithms,
  • validated and verified, and also by the reflective property validating and verifying,
  • reliable,
  • trusted,
  • and so on,

and concluded that these features are all included in our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), specifically in the Ontologic data storage Base (OntoBase) and Ontologic File System (OntoFS) software components, and in the systems referenced in the section Network Technology of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux.

Interestingly, we also have the basic properties of (mostly) being validated and verified, and specification- and proof-carrying as one of the foundations of our Ontologic System (OS) and hence also the (validated and verified) blockchain (technique) included by its design.

At least for the moment the basic blockchain technique looks more like a common technology or technological progress, but only as long as we have not found a causal link with our OS on the one hand.
    On the other hand, many

  • software system features including
    • verified operating system (kernel),
    • capability-based operating system (kernel),
    • cloud computing, and
    • artificial intelligence,

    and

  • applications including
    • medical record documentation and
    • origin of digital art identification,

    and

  • others

provide a causal link, which would be an evidence for a copyright infringement eventually.

We also looked in more detail at the approach of the smart contract, which is a computerized transaction protocol that executes the terms of a contract in a runtime environment, such as an operating system or a virtual machine for example, and concluded that a smart contract constitutes an Ontologic Application if it is verified or executable in a runtime environment that also has one or more features of our OS or both. See also the sections Enterprise/Business/Commerce, E-Commerce, and Society of the website of Ontologics.info to find out that our OS already comprises everything required for formulating contracts (including smart contracts) for example (Ontologics.info ↔ smart contract ↔ XML Business Logic and Business Intelligence / e.g. XML/EDI ↔ Semantic Web Services (SWS) ↔ RDF and OWL ↔ OntoFS ↔ OntoBot and VVM ↔ OntoCore and VVM ↔ OS ← validated and verified).
In this context, we would like to give the reminder that due to our ontologic foundation and the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI), a smart contract can be formulated in any language in general, specifically in any

  • natural language,
  • Controlled Natural Language (CNL) such as
  • icon-, shape-, and diagram-based Visual Programming Language (VPL),
  • truly geometrical VPL,
  • Controlled Natural Image (CNI) visual language, and
  • Controlled Natural Sense (CNS) sensual language

(see the Ontologic Application Design Language (OADL) and the OntoBlender software component of OntoLinux, and for example the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 12th of February 2014, the Ontonics, OntoLab, Ontologics, OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 12th, 17th, and 19th of February 2014, and the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 19th of May 2014), which we also already used in the fields of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) (see the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 13th and 20th of February 2014).

In addition, we can automatically translate or transpile a spoken, written, drawn, or otherwise created contract into such a smart contract as precise as possible by our OntoBot and OntoBlender software components in accordance with a selected formal language.
Needless to say, this is also very interesting in relation with every kind of industrial process, specifically with processes of the industry of the next generation (Industry NG), and of our software components OntoCAx for Computer-Aided technologies (CAx) and OntoCAD for Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

And for our readers, who need more complexity to get a good feeling, we would like to give the information that our Ontologic Language, OntoBot, and OntoBlender have also features of the

  • object-oriented, capability-based, and smart contract-based programming language E and
  • programming and proving framework Applied Type System (ATS).

While virtually all properties of E are already included in our OS, obviously, the ATS is specifically interesting due to the fact that it is completely eliminating the need for pure reasoning on programs on the one hand and on the other hand fits perfectly together with the Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) and Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3) foundations of our OS, and the other features of our Ontologic Language, OntoBot, OntoBlender, and the other Ontologic System Components (OSC) (see for example the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 16th and 17th of May 2016, and 1st of June 2016; keywords logic and linear logic).

See also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update, Ontologic Net Further steps, and Ontologic Web Further steps of today below.

    Original and unique.
In this relation, we have to mention once again that using other techniques (e.g. smart contract protocol and blockchain) or technologies based on such techniques to substitute specific elements of our OS with the goal to implement our OSA in a different way and to circumvent our related copyrights in this way is not sufficient to avoid a casual link with our original and unique expression.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update
We added to the section Exotic Operating System of the Links to Software webpage:

  • Jörg F. Wittenberg:
    • Askemos [- Autonomous, Distributed Meta-Operating System based on Peer-to-Peer Computing, Blockchain, and Smart Contract for e.g. Cloud Computing]
    • Askemos - A Distributed Settlement [PDF]

In this way, we got one more time a vote-based consensus protocol, specifically the Redundant Byzantine Fault Tolerance (RBFT) protocol or method, and also the Byzantine-Resilient Replication (BRR) protocol or method, in particular and another proof for the originality and uniqueness of our Ontologic System (OS) by the comparison with Askemos.
Furthermore, in Askemos exists no concept of unique resources like superuser rights or unique namespaces. Specifically the latter is interesting in relation with the ontologic foundation of our OS, as discussed for example with our Zero Ontology O# (see for example the Clarifications of the 29th of December 2009 and 6th of June 2011, and the Clarification Caliber Special #1a of the 20th of May 2011), and the features of our OntoNet (ON) software component, such as Content-Centric Networking (CCN) and Named Data Networking (NDN).

Thank you Aaron, Linus, Al, Katy, and all the others for witnessing.

    Ontologic Net Further steps
We would like to give the information that the techniques of the smart contract protocol and also the blockchain are integrated with the many advanced features of our Ontologic Net (ON) already (see also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of today above and the Ontologics.info Further steps of the 29th of September 2015, and also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 2nd of June 2016 for the note about a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trusted authority environment).

In this way, we have a platform that provides the foundation for many more distributed systems, applications, and services including for example

  • identity management or identity and access management system,
  • access control system,
  • digital rights management,
  • digital currency (e.g. cryptocurrency), and
  • electronic payment system,
    • online payment system,
    • micropayment system, and
    • mobile payment system.

(see also the sections Feature-Llist #1 and Feature-Llist #2 of the webpage Feature-Lists).

Conceptually, our Ontologic System (OS), Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) do not require domain names managed by some kind of a Domain Name System (DNS) at all when using for example a decentralized namespace system based on the techniques of the smart contract protocol and/or the blockchain.

See also the Ontologic Web Further steps of today.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We would like to give the information that the techniques of the smart contract protocol and also the blockchain are integrated with the many advanced features of our Ontologic Web (OW) already (see also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of today above and the Ontologics.info Further steps of the 29th of September 2015).

In this way, we can provide many more distributed applications respectively services including for example

  • OntoCoin or OntoTaler, and
  • OntoPay.

See also the Ontologic Net Further steps of today.

    06.July.2017
    Website update
We forgot to transfer the information to the Ontologic Net Further steps and Ontologic Web Further steps of yesterday that the smart contract approach is also already integrated, though this should have been obvious by referencing both Further steps in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of yesterday, so that no new subject matter has been added by this correction eventually.

    Ontologic Net Further steps
We made a huge progress with the integration of services provided by the new business unit mentioned in the Ontonics Further steps of the 15th of June 2017.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
In the Ontologic Net Further steps of yesterday we said at the end that conceptually our Ontologic System (OS), Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) can work without domain names. In fact, this has become another problem after we concluded that conceptually

  • neither an input field of a search engine on a website, or on a home screen or start screen of a mobile device,
  • nor an address bar of a web browser for a Uniform Resource Locator (URL; e.g. domain name, web address, or IP address)

is required but instead we have a Multilingual Multimodal Multiparadigmatic Multidimensional Multimedia User Interface (M⁵UI).
As we discussed in our OntoLab some days ago, in practice this leads to the use case that a user only needs to

  • type something like some words of a search request into an input field or an arbitrary area of a display,
  • say something,
  • gesture something,
  • feel something,
  • or does something else,

which at least makes domain names and many proprietary internet services obsolete for another time (see also the presentation OS is ON of the 9th of May 2016 and the Clarification of the 7th of June 2016).

We also refined basic services and platforms of our OW.

    07.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We have refined a fuel cell and a related fuel cycle, and developed a related business model, which is highly interesting (see also the Further steps of the 1st and 27th of March 2016).

We have also developed a new technology, which is as highly interesting and amazing as a similar new technology.

We have also adapted a technology for the developement of another variant of a new fuel storage.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
In relation with the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 5th of July 2017 we would also like to add the Controlled Natural Emotion (CNE) emotional language.

    08.July.2017
    Roboticle Further steps
We developed a new model of one of our robot series.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • International Business Machines: The company International Business Machines (IBM) crossed the line eventually. We only waited for and now we got the first clear evidence eventually that the company IBM has infringed our copyright in relation with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S..
We also got the first evidence that the company IBM is supporting other companies to also infrinfringed our copyright in relation with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S., which doubtlessly has a totally different quality of breaching several laws.
As in the case of the activities of the company Microsoft in relation with the smart contract approach and other entities in relation with our protected works we will give more details about IBM's illegal activities at an appropriate time in the next future.

We demand the worldwide media to not report anymore about the IBM Watson system, specifically by calling it

  • artificial intelligence system,
  • AI system, or
  • cognitive system,

    and in connection with

  • Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing, grid computing, cloud computing, and edge computing,
  • Visual Language Programming (VPL) environments specifically for multimodal multimedia systems (includes the human senses on the one hand and mobile devices and robots on the other hand),
  • mobile devices,
  • (social) robots,
  • reflective/self-aware, cognitive, or/and predictive/proactive hardware and software systems,
  • human senses (e.g. vision or seeing, hearing, touch or feeling, taste, smell, and balance),
  • emotion or feeling respectively sentiment,
  • heart and ♥, or/and
  • any other essential part of our Ontologic System and Ontoscope.

Interim injunction to ban IBM Watson and cloud computing systems and services required
We made a very rough estimation about the damage that has been inflicted in the last 3 years and is sharply increasing by the activities of the company International Business Machines, specifically by its Watson expert system, cloud computing system, and related services, and other companies based on the following facts:

  • A scientific report costs around 35 to 60 U.S. Dollar. The work related with our multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) was at least three times higher and more complex, which makes it at least three times more worth respectively 105 to 180 U.S. Dollar, but the work could be estimated very well to be ten times higher and more complex, though its real value is not evaluable which makes it priceless.
  • An application based on the related components of for example the combination of the Watson system with a(n IBM) cloud computing service is essentially an Ontologic Application and hence includes also intellectual properties worth at least around 5 to 10 U.S. Dollar.
  • A (web or network) service (including online advertisement and cloud computing service) based on our OSA is essentially an Ontologic Application and includes also intellectual properties worth at least 5 to 10% of the profit gained with such an Ontologic Service.
At least a licence for every single server instance is required, which can be a virtual machine constituting a virtual server, a processor, an embedded system, a server blade, etc. depending on the case of application.
  • A device (including mobile device, robot head, social robot, and home robot) based on our multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope is in the same range as the (Ontologic) applications and the OSA depending on the amount of elements or rate of similarity. We have already estimated the value which is around 10 to 15 U.S. Dollar for simple components, over 50 U.S. Dollar for more advanced modules, up to 150 to 200 U.S. Dollar or even more for a complete Ontoscope, though its value is not really evaluable and therefore makes it priceless.
  • A product based on our OSA, e.g. a cyberphysical product or a patented item, is basically a part of an Ontoscope.

For sure, we have to consider the effect of spreading our works so much in a short time by the company IBM, but obviously this would have happened as well when handled in a legal way by IBM, and it also blocked the development of our corporation so that we are unable to distribute it, obviously as well. The latter has to be prized in again with other issues.

    Furthermore, the

  • extremely high level of personal and economical damages,
  • lack of public awareness in respect to the true origin of these original and unique multimedia works of art, and also
  • continuation of all misleading, damaging, and fraudulent activities

require an interim injunction as soon as possible to ban the

  • distribution and use of all plagiarizing parts of IBM's Watson system, cloud computing system, and related services based on our Ontologic System,
  • provisioning of all services based on our Ontologic System Architecture, as well as
  • sale of devices including parts of our Ontoscope.

Since years, the question is not only if license fees have to be paid when using our copyrighted works in whole or in part, but in the meantime also why serious criminal actings alone and together with other entities in an orchestrated way are done to avoid paying these license fees.

The same also holds for similar expert, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) systems, cloud computing systems, and related services of the companies Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and others, that will be handled in the same way. :)

    10.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
When we publicated the Ontonics Super Warrior #14 and the Ontonics Hovercity #11 on the 9th of July 2017 (yesterday) we concluded that it is time to officially start our new projects:

  • Super Civil Servant,
  • Super Firefighter,
  • Super Paramedic, and
  • Super Cop or Super Officer.

Indeed, the original and unique multimedia works of art titled MiniMax or MiniMaxi and Maximin or Maximini, that are about robots designed as well known minifigures and operated by one of our Ontologic Systems (OSs), evolved into new original and unique multimedia works of art by transforming the concept from robots to humans on the foundation of cybernetics inherent in the OS.

Since quite some time we are thinking about the management structure of our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) in respect to the fields of tension of controllability vs. net neutrality vs. democracy vs. etc..
As a preliminary result we concluded on the basis of the public discussion and our own experiences and competences that this management structure should resemble the so-called onion structure of an operating system with a core and several rings, that are more and more public, unregulated, neutral, and unsafe in respect to their distances to the core, and could comprise for example the following rings and properties:
    1. ring: system core; non-public, machine regulated, human supervised, mathematically proven,
    2. ring: administration core; non-public, machine and human regulated and supervised,
    3. ring: social core with identity; public, regulated, legally proven (e.g. like fax), privacy,
    4. ring: social net, social web, and social universe without identity; public, regulated, privacy, data democracy,
    5. ring: internet and World Wide Web without identity; public, semi-regulated, net neutrality, and
    6. ring: darknet; public, unregulated.

In the 3rd and 4th rings no privately owned data collector, media publisher, online advertiser, and so on is allowed for very good reasons. :D
There is no access from the 5th and 6th rings into the lower rings with the goal to circumvent the management provisions, because our Ontologic System and our Ontoscope are required to get access to the 1st to 4th rings.

We also further developed one of our RoboCrafters. We are sure that this will improve the satisfaction of many users.

We also further developed a technology that resulted in a system, which could be designated as Weather Control System (WCS) 1.0 (see also the section Weather Control of the website of OntoLinux) and allows us to generate fog, rain, and snow, and even very powerful thunderbolts and solar eclipses, and added it to our Superstructure (see also the issue Superstructure #10 of today).

We do not bring only the Ontologic Net to the rest of the world but also life, freedom, and prosperity.

    Ontonics Superstructure #10
We have added the Weather Control System (WCS) 1.0 (see the Ontonics Further steps of today) to our 3D infrastructure.

We will also begin with the deployment and stationing of more and more High-Altitude Platform Stations (HAPSs) and Hovering platform Stations (Hoverstats) for various tasks (see for example the issues Superstructure #8, Hovercity #10, and Hoverland #2 of the 14th of May 2017).

In this relation, we would like to ask the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other federal aviation authorities to install vertical and horizontal passages, aisles, or skyways for our various piloted and unmanned aircrafts and spacecrafts, so that collisions with the retrograde vehicles of the old aerospace industry are avoided (see for example the issue Pod and Swoop Racing League #18 of the 28th of February 2012 and the Original of the 17th of June 2017). For example, horizontal passages every 2,000 meter/6,561.68 feet or 6,000 feet/1,828.8 meter would be preferable.
Furthermore, we will control our 3D infrastructure and make it compatible with common air traffic control services.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We are pleased to announce our new Hoverscope™ 360° model that features multiple microphones to record 360 sound as well (see also the Further steps of the 11th of May 2017, 1st of June 2017, and 9th of July 2017 (yesterday)).

What we have to decide next is if we manufacture Hoverscopes with 16, 32, 64. or/and more acoustical sensors, and with spherical or/and other shapes.

    11.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on our weather control 1.0 system of our Superstructure, that we mentioned in the Further steps and the issue Superstructure #10 of 10th of July 2017 (yesterday). One question that directly and naturally arises in this relaition is the following: What is with weather manipulation to prevent storms?
A quick review of approaches tried in the past to manipulate or control the weather resulted in the insight that a storm is a very large and powerful weather phenomenon.
Indeed, we have developed some techniques and technologies, but they have to be applied on a very large scale as well and therefore a global consideration of the whole weather system is required and even of all systems dependent on the weather eventually leading to terraforming taken in its most literally sense that is terraforming of the planet Earth (see also the sections Weather Control and Terraforming of the website of OntoLinux).
This is something that we do not want to decide alone.

Furthermore, the generation of thunders might be added at a later point in time if required or demanded.

    Reality as the Media.

    iRaiment Further steps
We designed two new models of one of our data glasses series.

    12.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
    We improved a production process.

    Roboticle Further steps
We developed a new basic model of one of our robot platforms (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 5th of May 2017).

    13.July.2017
    Website update
We found an inconsistency in relation with the classification of devices of the types Personal Satellite Assistant (PSA) and Hoverscope to the business units Ontoscope and Roboticle.
The Ontoscope technology is a general technology that can be utilized with many different classes and types of devices, as it is the case with Head-Mounted Displays (HMDs), data glasses, and smart eyewear, and head-mounted or head-worn Ontoscopes, Ontoglasses, and Ontoshades, and also with smartwatches and wrist-worn Ontoscopes. Correspondingly, PSAs and Hoverscopes are designated as Hoverbots and simultaneously as flying respectively hovering Ontoscopes, whereby some PSA and Hoverscope models are Hoverorbs.

We have renamed the related Ontoscope Further steps of the 5th of February 2017, 17th of April 2017, 8th, 11th, and 14th of May 2017, 1st of June 2017, and 9th of July 2017 to Roboticle Further steps.
In the course of this, we also corrected some wrong links. Now we have more order.

We already mentioned our internal classification problem in relation with our Hovercam platform and with the explanation given above a decision has been made in relation with the consideration mentioned in the Ontoscope Further steps of the 18th of June 2017 as well.

    Ontonics Further steps
We adapted a system of an external entity and a system of us (see the Further steps of the 7th of July 2017) and integrated them into a new system.

    14.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We exploited one of our technologies, that is one of the most disruptive developments in two related fields, for the further development of three new business units.

We also continued the work on our Weather Control System (WCS) 1.0 of our Superstructure, that we mentioned in the Further steps of the 10th and 11th of July 2017 and the issue Superstructure #10 of the 10th of July 2017, and added a cold wave or cold front functionality.
Indeed, we have a complete temperature control system at hand, that we designated as the Planet Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (PHVAC) system on the one hand and we can utilize in various flexible and modular ways on the other hand like the following examples show:
The cold front functionality can be used to (re)freeze polar caps, which can be supported by using the solar eclipse functionality, and in combination with the snow fall functionality it can be used to (re)generate glaciers.

This is how real cloud computing in the Mixed Reality (MR) of our Ontologic uniVerse (OV) works.
Not cheap, but effective and fascinating. :)

    We also optmized a device.

    15.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We optmized a device (see also the Further steps of the 14th of July 2017).

We played around with our Hoverinium and compared the efficiencies of different models of a device based on it.

We adapted another system of another external entity and integrated it with our new system mentioned in the Further steps of the 13th of July 2017.
In a subsequent step, we integrated a second system of us to this new system.

    Ontonics Superstructure #11
We thought about a problem and a potential solution related with one of the systems of our 3D infrastructure (see also the issue #9 of the 19th of June 2017). When we looked at a technology used to solve a similar problem (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 5th of May 2017), we concluded that we can adapt the same strategy to utilize one of our other systems in an advantageous way for solving the problem in a different way.

    Ontonics Space Elevator #12
We concluded that the new solution found for a problem with a system of our Superstructure (see the issue Superstructure #11 of today) can be utilized for our Space Elevator 3 (SE3) as well (see also the issue #11 of the 20th of March 2017).

    16.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We added another new service to one of our newer business units (see the Further steps of the 14th of February 2016, 6th of February 2017, and 13th of May 2017).

We also developed a new battery.

We worked on some details of the new basic Quadvector™ model and the new Quadrovector™ models for our Swiss Army Drone™ and US Army Drone™ series mentioned in the Further steps of the 17th of April 2017 after we confirmed that their efficiency is as high as required (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 24th of June 2017 for example).

We also continued the work on a specific robotic platform and improved its performance (see the Further steps of the 6th and 11th of June 2015).

    Ontonics Further steps
We have created a new project and developed a new device.

We also designed another variant of a specific device (see the Further steps of the 22nd of May 2017, and 13th, 16th, and 29th of June 2017).

    Style of Speed Further steps
In the last two days, we extended the business model of our Quickcharger, Quickflasher and Superflasher, as well as Splash and Dash Service Stations that is based on a fuel, which is unbelievably low in price (see also the Further steps of the 2nd and 27th of August 2015, and the Ontonics Further steps of the 7th of July 2017), the (re)introduction of the full and minimum services with attendant (Power Jockey™) where not mandatory, as well as the introduction of new services.
We also created a new brand name.

As a side effect, we improved a specific type of engine in a way that seems to be overlooked by all other entities acting in this field and hence could be a little revolution.
We also developed a vehicle comprising the engine.

Even without using artificial intelligence and machine learning it can be seen easily how sick one of the Fraud News Leader truly is by continuing its war against law and order, the democracy, and the common sense and social conventions of the public. The lying press as the fourth pillar of democracy is a myth, obviously.
About the obvious copyright infringements of the reported entities we even do not need to talk about anymore.

Btw.: Our knowledge bank is full of such legal subject matter, aka. facts and evidences, and we use Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), as well as other properties of our OS to track down, identify, investigate, handle, prosecute, and bring to justice all those criminals. :)

    19.July.2017
Interim injunction to ban Facebook Messenger and services required

We made a very rough estimation about the damage that has been inflicted in the last year and is sharply increasing by the activities of the company Facebook, specifically by the chatbot of its Messenger platform and related services, and other companies based on the following facts:

  • A scientific report costs around 35 to 60 U.S. Dollar. The work related with our multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) was at least three times higher and more complex, which makes it at least three times more worth respectively 105 to 180 U.S. Dollar, but the work could be estimated very well to be ten times higher and more complex, though its real value is not evaluable which makes it priceless.
  • An application based on the related components of for example the combinations of the
    • Messenger chatbot with an emotion, reflection, or/and cognition based system or application,
    • Messenger chatbot with an artificial intelligence, machine learning, and a cloud computing service, and
    • Messenger M virtual assistant with a cloud computing service

are essentially Ontologic Applications and hence include also intellectual properties worth at least around 5 to 10 U.S. Dollar.

  • A (web or network) service (including online advertisement, cloud computing service, and social networking service) based on our OSA is essentially an Ontologic Application and includes also intellectual properties worth at least 5 to 10% of the profit gained with such an Ontologic Service.

For sure, we have to consider the effect of spreading our works so much in a short time by the company Facebook, but obviously this would have happened as well when handled in a legal way by Facebook, and it also blocked the development of our corporation so that we are unable to distribute it, obviously as well.

  • distribution and use of all plagiarizing parts of Facebook's Messenger chatbot, virtual assistant, and related services based on our Ontologic System,
  • provisioning of all services based on our Ontologic System Architecture, as well as
  • sale of devices including parts of our Ontoscope.

Since years, the question is not only if license fees have to be paid when using our copyrighted works in whole or in part, but in the meantime also why serious criminal actings alone and together with other entities in an orchestrated way are done to avoid paying these license fees.

The same also holds for similar chatbot, expert, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) systems, cloud computing systems, and related services of the companies Microsoft, Google, Amazon, International Business Machines, and others such as e.g. crowdfunding platforms, that will be handled in the same way. :)

The legal situation is exactly as in the cases of peer-to-peer file sharing, and music and video sharing platforms, online indexes of digital content of entertainment media and software, such as for example the The Pirate Bay, darknet platforms and Dark Web marketplaces, such as for example the Silk Road, as well as app(lication) stores and crowdfunding platforms.
That said founders and managers of companies, who eventually are supporting criminal entities unintentionally or deliberately to infringing our copyright and other rights and providing such illegal applications and services, by infringing our copyright and other rights and providing such illegal services should be aware about the legal issues and very cautious not to land in jail.

    Ontonics Further steps
Technologies like Mixed Reality (MR; includes Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)) and autonomous vehicles (e.g. self-driving car) require huge amounts of computing power, which holds specifically when mixing objects of the real world with objects of the virtual world in real-time in a believable way.
Indeed, it is true that a higher amount of data processing requires more electric power, which decreases the battery runtime of a mobile device. But with our technologies processing data on a local device could be very well less power consumptive than transfering the data wirelessly to a server by e.g. the 4th Generation mobile networks or 4th Generation wireless systems (short 4G) Long-Term Evolution (LTE; 4G LTE) or the 5th Generation mobile networks or 5th Generation wireless systems (short 5G), and potentially even more cost effective when the access to the internet is not charged by a flat-rate.

Besides this, peer-to-peer computing, grid computing, cloud computing, and edge computing in combination with for example the techniques of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), as well as the self-driving car might become a legal problem if a causal link with our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope exists, as we were always able to prove in the past.

Telecommunications companies have to be cautious for not breaking any laws and rights. We recommend to collaborate with us instead of conducting other activities.

    21.July.2017
    Clarification #1
Yesterday, we had one of our interesting, fundamental discussions in relation with the copyright protection of our original and unique multimedia works of art Ontologic System and Ontoscope, when approached from the point of view of an ordinary technological progress.
The start was the statement that companies like Microsoft, Apple, and Google have copied at least all the parts of our Ontologic System (OS) in such a way that it would look like an ordinary technological progress and as a consequence no infringement of our copyright would have happened despite of the existing causal link with our OS.
But we mentioned already in the past that these technological developments of the operating systems, World Wide Web platforms and services, mobile devices, robots, and vehicles were unforeseeable and unexpected for a Person of Ordinary Skill In The Art (POSITA; common expert) as they have happened and still are happening, such as for example

  • using a smartphone as part of a Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) and
  • the smart speaker connected with a cloud computing or edge computing platform and service.

Other arguments against an ordinary technological progress are that

  • on the one hand an acceleration of these developments has happened as well, as seen with the
    • smartphone and tablet computer,
    • Star Trek spaceship board computer like smart speaker and home automation,
    • Knight Rider K.I.T.T. like autonomous, self-driving car, and even
    • Snow Crash Metaverse like global information structure or Virtual Reality Environment (VRE) for example,

    and

  • on the other hand in a truly common technologcial progress without our works functioning as some kind of attractors such developments would have taken a much longer time or/and another direction, or even would not have happened at all due to new developments that would have made obsolete the developments that have happened and still are happening.

Simply said, there is no ordinary technological progress in relation with our Ontologic System and Ontoscope on the one side and the plagiarisms on the other side.

    Clarification #2
The copyright is an international law. If an entity does not completely respect the copyright in foreign markets but also in its domestic market, for example in relation with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, which relates to many fields such as

  • safe and secure computing,
  • grid computing, cloud computing, and edge computing,
  • Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW),
  • SoftBionics (SB) techniques, including
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Machine Learning (ML),
    • cognitive computing,
    • virtual assistant, advanced or smart chatbot, interactive agent, conversational agent, and Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA),
    • etc.,
  • Mixed Reality (MR; includes Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)),
  • advanced mobile devices,
  • advanced connected vehicles,
  • Internet of Things (IoT) and home automation,
  • and so on,

then it should not expect that its

  • products and services will be allowed to be offered and monetized in foreign markets,
  • responsible persons will get free passage at specific border crossings, harbours, and airports without being arrested due to open national and international warrants, and
  • it will get access to our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).

Entities that do not comply risk in the medium term their participation in modern communication and business.

  • Mycroft AI: The software of the company Mycroft AI is an "Open Source Artificial Intelligence Assistant" or Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) and basically a direct copy of the related parts of our original and unique Ontologic System (OS) listed on the website of our OS OntoLinux. The hardware of Mycroft AI is a so-called little table robot that can be described as some kind of a smart speaker with animated eyes and mouth. We quote from its websites: "Get Mycroft [-] Install on a Desktop [...] give it a try on your Linux computer! [See the webpage of the Ontologic Collaborative Ontologic Virtual Environment (OntoCOVE) software component included in the OntoScope software component of our OS OntoLinux and find the image of a 3D desktop.]", "AI for Everyone [-] Mycroft is the world's first open source assistant. Mycroft runs anywhere - on a desktop computer, inside an automobile, or on a[n embedded system]. This is open source software which can be freely remixed, extended, and improved. Mycroft may be used in anything from a science project to an enterprise software application. [Obviously, this is the first lie as a quick look on the website of our OS OntoLinux, specifically on its the webpages Links to Software and Links to Hardware, and the webpage Computing and Multimedia of the website of our business unit Style of Speed doubtlessly proves. See also the presentation OS is ON of the 9th of May 2016. What the responsible persons also refuse to tell the public is the difference between an open source software and a liberal or permissive open source license, its infringement of the copyright law, and the consequence that its plagiarism is not allowed at all to be freely mixed, extended, and improved just because we gave no allowance to do so. ]", "[...] What Can Mycroft do? [-] I can help you get stuff done, seamlessly, without looking for the right button to push. Just use your voice to tell me how I can assist you. [Take a look on the webpage Ontologic Applications of the website of OntoLinux.]", "And in 3 years? [-] Thanks to my multi-platform nature, there's no limit to where I can be integrated. We see a future where our open-source Mycroft is ubiquitous, and assists you whenever and wherever you ask him to, seamlessly. [Besides that the 3³ Theme of C.S. has been copied as well, we have the next reference to our Ontologic Applications. See also the presentation OS is ON of the 9th of May 2016 once again.]", and "[...] Number one would be teaching Mycroft new skills. Like giving customized movie recommendations, or assisting a surgeon during elbow surgery. Like playing a quiz game, or controlling (parts of) your car. [See the webpages Ontologic Applications, Links to Software, and Links to Hardware once again.]".

From its document section we got the following informations: "Mycroft Core is the primary module that makes up the Mycroft Artificial Intelligence platform. Mycroft makes use of the Adapt Intent Parser, Speech-to-Text software, and Text-to-Speech. The idea behind the platform is to be able to voice enable any device and turn it into a smart personal assistant, able to perform a variety of tasks. [At first, we would like to note that it copied the utilization of the term core. Furthermore, the intents to be parsed are the intentions of a user, which reminds us of the combination of the Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) paradigm or architecture of agent systems with Natural Lanuage Processing (NLP) for creating a dialog system, which are all referenced in the sections Natural Language Processing and Intelligent/Cognitive Agent of the webpage Links to Software and connected with our OS components, and as far as we do know this (overall) combination or composition of said elements is an original and unique part of our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) represented by our OntoBot software component. And about the lie of the true origin of the idea and the damaging of our reputation by this unfair business practice we even do not need to discuss at all.]", "Permissive Open Source License [-] The first and greatest of which is its permissive, open source license. Mycroft is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3.0., which allows developers to take, extend, and integrate the software where and how they see fit. This allows any developer to voice-enable their projects with little hassle, and for free. [Sadly to say, that company has infringed our copyright in the first place so that it is not allowed at all to provide parts of our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope to others in any case at all. Also, with the marketing of our intellectual properties as free software it only wants to create a damage to our reputation and corporation that should be as large as possible. Read also the other comments about its true intentions below.]", "Community [-] Mycroft has a growing community of contributors which enables the project to move quickly and address many different use-cases. Some of which that have already been discussed are use in: robotics, vehicles, home automation, and gaming. [Needless to say that the use cases were taken from the webpages Links to Software and Links to Hardware of the website of OntoLinux.]", "Why Open Source? [...] It is our hope to work with other open source initiatives like [Google] TensorFlow and OpenAI to ensure that the future of artificial intelligence is open for all. [At this point we would like to note that Google and the criminal members of that organization already have also serious legal trouble due to infringements our copyright and some other even more serious legal issues.]", "Mycroft [robot is] a little table robot [...]. Since I'm always connected to internet, I'm learning new things virtually every week. [...] dual NeoPixel "eyes" [Because of the causal link with our OS that robot comprises parts of our Ontoscope, which infringes the copyright protection of our multimedia system as well.]", "[...] Who are you? What are you? Who made you? When were you born? Where were you born? [...] [The point with the birth relates directly with The Proposal publicated on the website of OntoLinux.]", "[...] What / when / where [X]? ([A] search [engine]) [...] [A] Skill [-] These are the keys currently built-in to Skills from Mycroft] [The connection with and even the integration of the stolen search system Wolfram Alpha by Wolfram Research constitutes another evidence for the copyright infringement (see the Clarification of and the cases of two companies in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 11th of August 2010).]", "Creating a Development Environment in [...]/Debian [...] It is currently possible to install mycroft-core on any Debian based system [See the webpage Components of OntoLinux to find the link to the Linux kernel based distribution Debian.]", "To figure out the phonetic spelling of a different phrase, you can search for your word or similar ones using this online CMU Sphinx English dictionary. [See the section Natural Language Processing of the webpage Links to Software.]", "Skills and Features [...] bioinformatics [-] Adds Bio-Linux Commands to Mycroft [...]-image-recognition-skill [-] Image recognition skill [...] cleverbot-skill [...]-translate [...] krunner-search [-] Search local KDE desktop for files, images, recent documents, bookmarks [...] movie-recommendation-skill [-] Recomends a movie [...] sentiment-analysis-skill [-] Sentiment analysis [...] [See the sections Operating System of the webpage Links to Software to find the link to the Linux kernel based distribution BioLinux and the OntoBot software component and the connection with bioinformatics and systems biologiy that are directly connected with Softbionics (SB), and the webpage Feature-Lists once again to find the OS property related with image recognition. The latest version of the chatbot Cleverbot also infringes our copyright (see the case of Rollo Carpenter below) because it is based on cloud computing and Machine Learning (ML) like the illegal plagiarism Amazon Alexa for example. Furthermore, "[s]entiment can refer to activity of five material senses (hearing, sight, touch, smell, and taste) associating them with or as something considered transcendental: Feelings and emotions [... and] Sentiment analysis, automatic detection of opinions embodied in text [...]", which provides a causal link with our OS, specifically with our OS OntoLinux. Because the context is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform and we have shown here another causal link with our OS, every skill is basically an Ontologic Application, as it is the case with Google Assistant Actions and Amazon Alexa Skills for example that also infringe our copyright in relation with the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope. And this is not all of the whole story.]", "Mycroft is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3.0, meaning that developers are free to take, extend, and integrate any Mycroft software as needed. We strongly encourage any developer(that means you!) to contribute to the Mycroft core and make it even better. This can be anything from a simple bugfix to a full-fledged skill that you think Mycroft should have. The sky is the limit - you can use Mycroft to interface with vehicles, games, smart appliances around the home, and much more. [Once again, the legal situation is totally different and therefore the responsible persons have a serious legal problem.]", "Messagebus [-] The messagebus is how all of the different parts of Mycroft communicate between each other. It does this by sending different types of messages that contain needed information. [...] The message would be carried over the messagebus, and any other service connected to it could read the message and parse it. [See again the section Natural Language Processing of the webpage Links to Software and also the webpage about the Mekensleep Underware software library set and Virtual Object System (VOS), and the related section of the webpage of our OntoGraphics software component where we discuss such message bus systems respectively Message-Oriented Middleware (MOM).]", "The messagebus is also hosted as a websocket [...] [The connection of our OS with the World Wide Web is obvious as a quick look on the webpage Introduction and the section Network Technology of the webpage Links to Software shows. The computer communications protocol WebSocket is designed to be implemented in web browsers and web servers, which also leads us to our OntoNet and OntoWeb software components.], "The Adapt Intent Parser is an open source software library for converting natural language into machine readable data structures. [This explanation has to be interpreted in the context of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform and not only in the context of a dialog system (see the first quote of this section). See the webpage Feature-Lists of the website of OntoLinux, specifically the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the comment to the quote at the beginning of this section, that mentions the Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) paradigm or architecture, to find out why this is another very clear evidence of the copyright infringement after we provided the causal link with our original and unique works already before.]", "Skills Service [-] The skills service has two main components - the skills themselves and the Adapt intent parser. A skill consists of vocabulary files (a list of phrases or words that Mycroft should respond to), dialog files (a list of phrases that Mycroft will say in response to something in the skill), and a Python file. This Python file determines how the vocabulary maps to each intent, as well as what actions Mycroft will take when an intent is found (ranging from saying something to turning off the lights). [As we said before, due to the facts that the context is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform and we have proven the causal link with our OS, see for example the comments that mention the BDI paradigm/architecture before, every skill is an Ontologic Application.]", "Adapt is a rules based artificial intelligence library that is useful for interpreting natural language input. [...] Mycroft AI is using [A]dapt as part of its natural language processing software. Adapt is one of several libraries being used to determine a user's intent when they interact with Mycroft. The Mycroft team will be using Adapt in parallel with machine learning techniques to determine user intent quickly and accurately. [Bingo!!! Here we have several essential properties of our OntoBot software component such as logic programming, the combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) referenced in the section Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century and on the webpage Feature-Lists of the website of OntoLinux, as well as the sections Natural Language Processing and Intelligent/ Cognitive Agent of the webpage Links to Software, that is used to reflect the intention of a user, which leads us to the webpages Caliber/Calibre and Ontologic Applications again.]", "[Adapt] eliminates the need to parse intent using the cloud and ensures that applications will function even when the network is offline. [This is interesting because on the one hand we have here another feature of our OS and on the other hand we got the information that otherwise cloud computing is applied, so that eventually both cases are evidences for the copyright infringement.]", "At Mycroft we believe that artificial intelligence is too important to remain the property of a few large companies. That is why Adapt is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3.0. [See the comment to the next quote.]", "We believe that natural language processing is going to be key to the success of future products and technologies. By sharing our software we believe that we can help bring artificial intelligence to the open source community where it can be used to benefit millions of users world wide. [But the company Mycroft has no right to give any licenses for works it does not own at all because the copyright law is an international law. Said this, it does not matter at all what Mycroft, Google with TensorFlow, Amazon with Lex, International Business Machines with Watson, OpenAI, and other entities with our stolen intellectual properties believe or not believe. Periode. This is only the cheap marketing trick applied to mislead the public about their true intentions that are to introduce and support their internet and computing services without licensing our foundations of these services, and to collect (user) data for selling goods and services, specifically online advertisement, so that eventually also AI remains the property of the few large companies and their power and control is kept up. Democracy, liberalization, or social aspects are definitely not the guiding lights or even goals of those plagiarists, which also shows once again the connection with that OpenAI organization on the one hand and the affiliation of Mycroft to those few large companies on the other hand.]", and "The software was developed at Mycroft AI by a team led by [a person], formerly one of the developers of both [Apple] Siri and Amazon Echo. [Very good, we got the next member name of a group of fraudsters for prosecution in this case but also in the cases of the companies Apple and Amazon for the same copyright infringement. Very nice.]".

From its blog section we got the following informations: "[...] After all, we are building an AI that runs anywhere and interacts exactly like a person. [...] [This proves once again that it is indeed copying our OS and most potentially our Ontoscope, which is illegal.]", "Our goal here at Mycroft AI is to create an assistant that runs anywhere and interacts exactly like a person. We envision a future where Mycroft is run by both enthusiasts and large international conglomerates. By small charities and large banks. To make the technology accessible we need to publish it under a legal framework that encourages adoption by individuals and organizations both large and small. [Indeed, what the plagiarists need are one or more licenses for our original and unique works or otherwise the whole business is a case for the Department of Justice (DoJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the prosecutors, and the judges.]", "We are happy to announce that Mycroft is advancing to the next round of the [IBM Watson] AI XPRIZE [...] [Firstly, this is another evidence for the copyright infringement somehow. Secondly, read our statement titled Interim injunction to ban IBM Watson and cloud computing systems and services required, which was publicated on the 9th of July 2017. Thirdly, do not believe that babbling about democracy, social harmony, and everything for all for free, because the founder and the rest of that company have only pure economic reasons, making money in mind and for doing so they are even stealing our intellectual properties and conducting that old, cheap trick of the open whatsoever politics. Furthermore, that company Mycroft is collaborating with every provider of proprietary services such as Google and International Business Machines (IBM), which pursuit exactly the opposite goals, and even Mycroft itself requires an account for its proprietary home service, which again should give the public more insight about the true mindset of that company.]", and "Our XPRIZE entry involves providing a voice assistant that helps to improve the standard of care for patients who are receiving either in-home or institutional medical care. We envision a future where patients can control their environment, receive reminders and coordinate their care with a powerful open voice agent. [Read the Investigations:: Multimedia, AI and KM of the 18th of July 2017 and remember that C.S. is active in the fields of software technology and information systems, inclusive hospital information systems and the electronic health record, since around 23 years now to learn why this is the next evidence for the copyright infringement. We also recommend the company IBM to throw that project out of its competition as well.]".

As we said in relation with some OS properties and some skills respectively Ontologic Applications, a causal link with our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope has not been avoided so that the copyright infringement is proven. This causal link can be avoided if and only if that illegal plagiarism is reduced to and then remains some kind of a chatbot or a dialog system, like the ones listed in the section Natural Language Processing of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux, and does not include anymore elements such as Wolfram Alpha, Google TensorFlow, bioinformatics, grid computing and cloud computing, multimodal multilingual multimedia user interface, image recognition, user reflection, intention, sentiment (feeling and emotion) analysis, and other essential features of our truly original and unique works. Convicted.

Furthermore, our first impression has been confirmed that this fraud is connected with the companies Google and Apple, but also with the company Apple and the members of the OpenAI origanization, and the Fraud News Leaders that reported about it directly or about related projects such as the voice of such systems and the healthcare application. This provides us a huge amount of legal ammunition.

Do not build any products or services on that illegal platform because we will act against that fraud.

  • Rollo Carpenter: He is the developer of the chatbot Jabberwacky and its successor Cleverbot. The Jabberwacky is an early attempt at creating an artificial intelligence through human interaction and conversation for aiming to "simulate natural human chat in an interesting, entertaining and humorous manner", whereby we do not know at this point of time if the point about Human Simulation has been added after studying the website of our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux.
While we have no problem with the Jabberwacky and also with the first version of the Cleverbot, we see a problem with the later version of the Cleverbot that is based on the combination of learning from a user, learning common sense, and simulating a user with Machine Learning (ML) and cloud computing. Somehow, there is at least one feature too much for our taste.
  • Paul Malish: He is a plagiarist who has created a very simple chatbot, for which he has stolen content from the website of our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux directly or at a later time, such as the evolutionary learning part of a chatbot for example, and misleads the public with his plagiarism deliberately. We quote from the website of its plagiarism: "[The illegal chatbot] is a unique learning artificial intelligence (AI) chat robot, chatbot or chatterbot, that aims to simulate natural human language. Not only interesting and entertaining, [the illegal chatbot] may one day be capable of passing the Turing Test. [See for example the webpage Overview and the sections Natural Language Processing, Intelligent/Cognitive Interface, and Human Simulation/Holomer of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux.]", "Although originally based upon AIML concepts, [the illegal chatbot] employs a unique contextual learning methodology. In some ways he models the way humans learn language, knowledge and context, relying on the principles of positive and negative feedback. This approach is very different to the majority of chatbots, which are often rule-bound and finite. [See the webpage Overview once again and the section Formal Modeling of the webpage Links to Software. Indeed, the OntoBot software component also comprises a rule-based system as one of its properties to process data, specifically by logic programming, but also the technique of reflection and the techniques of Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 which makes it infinite eventually. For finding the Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) take a look at OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 13th of April 2016 and the Ontologics.info Website update of the 14th of April 2016.]", "Although the exact methodology and techniques used in creating [the illegal chatbot]'s unique approach to language are currently a closely guarded secret for copyright and intellectual property reasons, the combination of technologies used are all currently freely available to any internet user. The only difference between [the illegal chatbot] and other similar chatbots is the original, innovative and novel way these technologies are used together to produce something unique. [Clever but not clever enough. The combination of technologies addresses nothing else than our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) and our original and unique composition of the OS components and the related technologies and systems listed in for example the webpages Links to Software and Links to Hardware.]", "[The illegal chatbot] becomes increasingly sophisticated and complex with every conversation he holds, learning new language and context from user interactions. [This means that the software agent reflects the user (see for example the webpages Overview and Caliber/Calibre, and also The Proposal, as that criminal plagiarist reflects C.S. and our OSs such as OntoLix and OntoLinux.]", "The evolutionary learning technique employed by [the illegal chatbot] models the dynamics of real life communication based on actual interactions, rather than making fixed assumptions on how best to communicate. Thus, emergent behaviour is displayed by [the illegal chatbot] as he learns new language and optimises his ability to communicate. [The illegal chatbot]'s performance is also closely monitored by his creator and minimal adaptations are made to his source code where necessary as part of [the illegal chatbot]'s continued evolution. [Obviously, we have here at least The Proposal, the document about Evolutionsbionik==Evolutionary Bionics applied for optimizing a system on the one hand and listed on the webpage Documents of OntoLinux on the other hand, and the section Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century once again.]", and "Although [the illegal chatbot] utilises both [...] AIML [...] to generate a response on screen within the website, through the philosophy of "embrace and extend" [the illegal chatbot] has also been designed to employ a unique contextual learning methodology that allows him to learn from user interactions and not always respond with the same hard-coded responses. [For sure, it is based on philosophy. For its true working see our test below.]".

We tested that chatbot by using its text field on a webpage of its website two times each with two test runs on two different days in the following way:
    Test run 1:
Input: Paul Malish is a serious criminal
Output: What do you mean exactly?
Input: Paul Malish has copied intellectual property from another website
Output: I'm not sure that I follow...
Input: Paul Malish has stolen content from another website
Output: Well, can I ask you a question?
    Input: Yes
Output: Are you interested in Science Fiction?
    Input: Yes
    Output: I see.
    Input: What?
Output: What do you mean exactly?
    Input: What do you see?
Output: What do I see? I'm not sure what you mean exactly?
    Input: You said you see
    Output: I said you see?
    Input: You said I see
    Output: I said I see?
    Input: Yes
Output: Well, that's a positive answer.
    Test run 2:
Input: Paul Malish is a fraudster
Output: What do you mean exactly?
Input: Paul Malish has stolen content
Output: I'm not sure I know what you mean.
Input: Paul Malish is a plagiarist
Output: Well, can I ask you a question?
    Input: Yes
Output: Do you believe in God?
Input: Sometimes [The answer was given for testing that chatbot.]
    Output: Not always then?
Input: Yes [The answer was given for testing that chatbot.]
    Output: Ah, ok.

In both tests of that chatbot we got the same sequence of questions and answers, and we do not expect that other input would change the result of any test in general, which proves that his plagiarism is much too simple to have the properties as claimed by the plagiarist (see the quotes above once again) and therefore it is a simple fraud that most potentially is only a chatbot from the year 2006, if at all, which is still based on the Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) of the Artificial Linguistic Internet Computer Entity A.L.I.C.E., and its description has been copied directly or changed later by stealing content of the website of OntoLinux. Even the minimalistic expression applied by C.S. when initally creating and describing our OS has been copied.
The problem of that criminal fraudster P. Malish is that we have given details about the working of our OS on the websites of OntoLinux and OntomaX, but that plagiarist has either not found it, found it but not understood it, or tried to conduct his fraud in this specific way because of having no other option.
We also found no website about an AI award that the fraudster claimed to have won in the year 2009. Convicted.

In the end, we would like to quote a statement of Joseph Weizenbaum about his chatbot ELIZA: "[In] artificial intelligence ... machines are made to behave in wondrous ways, often sufficient to dazzle even the most experienced observer. But once a particular program is unmasked, once its inner workings are explained ... its magic crumbles away; it stands revealed as a mere collection of procedures ... The observer says to himself "I could have written that". With that thought he moves the program in question from the shelf marked "intelligent", to that reserved for curios ... The object of this paper is to cause just such a re-evaluation of the program about to be "explained". Few programs ever needed it more."

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We would like to note that we have more than enough documents that were publicated before the start of our Ontologic System OntoLinux and are about utilizing ontologies with and generating ontologies from structured data (e.g. database and Resource Description Framework (RDF)) and also unstructured data (e.g. webpage), and maybe we have already listed some of these documents on the related webpages of OntoLinux. If this is not the case, then this will follow at an appropriate time in the not so far away future.
In this relation, we would also like to note once again that our Ontologic or Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3) paradigm is based on mathematics and logics, and therefore independent of a specific format, paradigm, and so on (see also the Clarification of the 7th of November 2016 for example and related explanations given throughout the last years), which implies that it can handle structured and unstructured data by design.

    Ontonics Further steps
Oh, what a development. After we already ordered our works in relation with one of our basic technologies, balanced the requirements, and redesigned the devices, confirmed our statements and data, improved the devices, developed new device models, and thought to have solved the selection problem eventually (see the Further steps of 13th and 16th of June 2017), we compared our basic technologies with the common solutions and the state of the art, found out where we have over-engineered, and also did the other works once again in the last week.
This resulted in two new device models (see the Further steps of the 17th and 17th of July 2017), more insight how our devices work, and a third new device model, which together with the increased understanding led us back to the start respectively to one of our first models and the knowledge how it truly works. Simply said, the technology matured once again.
We are very excited on the results of the tests once again and somehow we got the feeling that the devices will work better than expected on the one hand and we have found a physical principle that has not been completely exploited and potentially a way to exploit it in a revolutionary way on the other hand.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • International Business Machines: We conducted a further investigation of the company International Business Machines (IBM). From time to time like on the 8th of July 2017, we look at the Watson system of IBM, which was a Question Answering (QA) system and not a cognitive system, and this time we found some more information that also might be evidence that IBM has copied essential elements of the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S., as not expected otherwise (see also its case in the Investigations::AI and Knowledge management, Multimedia and Robotics of the 1st of March 2011). For example, we found that "[t]he sources of information for Watson include encyclopedias, dictionaries, thesauri, newswire articles, and literary works. Watson also used databases, taxonomies, and ontologies. Specifically, DBPedia, WordNet, and Yago were used."

What we can already say is that

  • the development of IBM's Watson QA system has started in the year 2009 and ended in the year 2015, as the list of publications on its research project website suggests, so that every equivalent part with our OS is an evidence for an infringement of our copyright, specifically in the moment when we have shown a causal link with our OS, and
  • Watson is solely based on text processing or Natural Language Processing (NLP), but
    • not on the vision (processing of images and videos), hearing (processing of sounds), touch or feeling, taste, smell, balance, temperature, pain, and body position senses, and any other sense and related modality,
    • not on sentiment and emotion,
    • not on cognitive computing,
    • not on safe and secure computing,
    • not on distributed computing such as Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing, grid computing, cloud computing, edge computing, web-based computing, and mobile computing,
    • not on (multi-)agent-based or (multi-)agent-based systems,
    • not on dialog systems,
    • not on conversational agents,
    • not on intelligent/cognitive agents,
    • not on Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) techniques and technologies,
    • not on the combination with other systems like chatterbot, voice-based virtual assistant,
    • not on pervasive computing, ubiquitous computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT),
    • not on the combination with other systems like robot and vehicle control,
    • not on any kind of engineering,
    • not on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), including Total Quality Management (TQM) and Computer-Aided technologies (CAx), and
    • etc., etc., etc.

in contrast to our original and unique OS.

This defines the legal situation without any doubts. See also the Interim injunction to ban IBM Watson and cloud computing systems and services required publicated on the 9th of July 2017.
Sadly to say, only the research project website of the IBM Watson as well as its webpage of an online encyclopedia looks as if it is in order in contrast to every webpage related with something from Google and Amazon.
But what we found on the product and service website of Watson are many clear evidences of a copyright infringement, because IBM says cognitive computing and cognitive app and in this way provides without any doubts the causal link with our original and unique Ontologic System, and also evidences of infringements of other rights of us, for example by misleading the public about the true origin of the techniques and technologies and damaging our reputation and corporation in this way as well.
If IBM removes all of the illegal contents from the product and service website of Watson (see for example the list above), illegal projects, products, applications, and services that use its Watson service, and also gets licenses for the combination of Watson with its cloud computing service Bluemix, as well as for every product and service based on our OS as quick as possible, e.g. immediately where posible, then there might be a chance of collaboration with us.
One of the alternative options could be to license our Intellectual Properties (IPs) for 10% of the profit made with Watson products and services (includes all other IBM products and services connected with Watson) for a flat rate package. But this would not be in harmony with our general license model (see for example the Interim injunction to ban IBM Watson and cloud computing systems and services required publicated on the 9th of July 2017 once again).

    25.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We adapted a model of a device of an external entity and a model of a device of us for solving a problem. What makes these devices so interesting is their high efficiency and performance, and their functional and structural properties that could become very well very important and even decisive for operating and hence selling specific products in the next future.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • International Business Machines: The IBM Watson system looks like a hull or Trojan horse only that is used as a marketing vehicle to steal the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. in part or even in whole.
The applied strategy behind that fraud is the same that we have observed with the actings of the companies Google and Microsoft in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) as well as other fields related with our Ontologic System and Ontoscope.
We can also see much more of that serious criminal strategy, which provides us once again with a huge amount of legal ammunition. :)
We are working out the details to provide the evidences that the IBM Watson system is based on for example our Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3) and Ontologic Computing (OC) paradigms and a composition in accordance with our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), and that therefore the so-called cognitive app(lication)s are basically our Ontologic Applications.

What made us wondering and more and more suspicious was the development or evolution of the IBM Watson system from a natural text based Question Answering (QA) system, that suddenly became a more general AI system, and eventually a cognitive system with many of our OS functions, applications, and combinations with other systems recently, as seen with for example the companies Microsoft and Google as well, well knowing that all these companies are only stealing and also collaborating with the lying press and lying media, and other entities. After we thought about this development we concluded that it is some kind of a simulation or creation of an alternative fact respectively an alternative ordinary technological progress realized together with the lying press and lying media and their Fraud News Leaders, that we have also observed, and completely investigated and documented in relation with Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Facebook, SAP, and other companies of the same and other industrial sectors.
But there a many fatal flaws with that fraudulent trick, which will not work for various technical and legal reasons.
For example, this simulation and creation of an alternative development or order of events is (solely) based on our Ontologic System and Ontoscope taken as a blueprint or script, which is proven by our many investigations on the one hand and on the other hand does not avoid a causal link obviously and doubtlessly. Quite contrary the facts are that developing such a strategy based on reflection and realizing it is only totally sick on the one hand and on the other hand shows the massive criminal energy.
Furthermore, those AI and ML systems have to be viewed as isolated island systems, and in the moment they are connected with the rest of the world by combining or/and realizing them with for example P2P computing, grid/cloud/edge computing, web-based computing, mobile computing, pervasive or ubiquitous computing, skills, actions, cognitive applications, systems, and environments, processors, and so on, the causal link with our original and unique multimedia works of art Ontologic System and Ontoscope cannot be avoided anymore, and the copyright infringement and the infringement of our other rights become evident respectively the infringements materialize and become tangible and manageable by the juridical system, so to say.

Last but not least, this will not work for various social reasons. For example, it is obvious that those companies acted exactly as planned more than 11 years ago and came up with Nasty Artificial Intelligence (NAI; compare with our Friendly Artificial Intelligence (FAI)) due to the reason of stealing our IP and getting a competitive advantage. And no, the OpenAI organization will not help because without any doubts its members have deliberately stolen our IP as well and in an orchestrated way. We do not want to have their legal problem.

    26.July.2017
    Comment of the Day
Who thinks bad things, who does bad things.

    Clarification
In the last years, we noticed that

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) got a strong resuscitated interest since we publicated our Ontologic System, and correspondingly our related Intellectual Property (IP) is stolen more and more aggressively and obviously,
  • specific problems were solved by the combination of different techniques of the fields of logic-based or strong Artificial Intelligence (AI 1) and emergence-based Artificial Intelligence (AI 2), Machine Learning (ML), and Evolutionary Computing (EC), that we coined SoftBionics (SB) and Artificial Intelligence 3 (AI 3), and
  • companies got some public attention, like a first company with a Question Answering (QA) system and a second company with a so-called deep learning system applied to play a board game, that seems to be based on SB and AI 3, specifically on the combination of more then 100 techniques of AI, ML, or/and EC in the case of the first company and most potentially more of these techniques in the case of the other company.

But the combinations of SB and AI 3 with

  • applications in general,
  • distributed computing, including peer-to-peer computing, grid computing, cloud computing, edge computing,
  • web computing (also included in distributed computing),
  • mobile computing,
  • cognitive computing (also included in SB),
  • Natural Multimodal Processing (NMP) (also included in SB)
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP),
    • Natural Image Processing (NIP),
    • and so on,
  • robot,
  • Internet of Things (IoT),
  • etc., etc., etc.

are essential elements of our Ontologic System (OS) and its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), as it is the case with our Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3) and Ontologic Computing (OC) paradigms.

A copyright infringement is conducted even if only a part of an original work of art has been copied without creating an own new expression by the plagiarist and it does not matter if a copied part is simple or obvious for a person with ordinary skill in the art.
In our cases we speak about philosophy, logics, mathematics, physics, informatics and computer science, information processing and computer systems, multimedia systems, ontologic systems, and even realities, and it is virtually impossible for the industries to copy a part of our Ontologic System (including the Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV)) and Ontoscope and adding a new expression, because eventually they copy a part of our OV and hence of our OS.
This leads the discussion once again to the aspect of fair use, ordinary technological progress, and other exceptions of the copyright law.

In this relation, we found and read the interesting document titled "[Question Answering] Question-Answering by Predictive Annotation" and authored by scientists of the company International Business Machines (IBM), that says for example in the section 4. Related Works the following: "The phrase "Question Answering" has been used in the literature to describe a number of related but distinct activities. The database community uses the phrase to describe techniques that support natural language query front ends to traditional database backends[4]. In the Artificial Intelligence community, Question Answering refers to a variety of techniques for answering questions using some sort of knowledge representation scheme, a theory for reasoning over this knowledge, and an inference engine that implements the theory[15].
Our Question Answering technique differs from both of these previous approaches in two significant ways. First, our underlying source of facts for answering questions is a document collection consisting of free text documents. Second, the free text documents are analyzed and searched in a fully automatic fashion with no human intervention required to extract, categorize, or organize the information contained within the documents.
[...] [...] The Message Understanding community has focussed on automatic fact extraction from free text documents[10]. [...]
The Information Retrieval community has pursued question answering at a much more general level[12,18]. There the problem is cast more broadly as the problem of satisfying a user's information need. The typical approach is to return a set or a rank ordered list of documents that will satisfy the user's information need. This differs significantly from the goal of the Question Answering system presented here, which strives to identify the specific phrase or sentence that immediately answers the user's question."

For sure, we have generalized or better said completely dissolved everything addressed above (e.g. structured and unstructured data, reasoning, logic programming, etc., etc., etc.) and much more with our

  • Ontologic paradigm based on logics, mathematics, and our Zero Ontology or Null Ontology, which has been created exactly for the reason to have no restriction by a specific representation of information and correspondingly to be infinitely flexible, applicable, and so on,
  • Ontologic System with its

    and

  • Ontoscope (hardware).

Obviously, the QA system of the first company is only an ordinary technological progress by going from structured data to unstructured data and adding some more comfortable automation. The question discussed here is if our generalization is also only an ordinary technological progress. This has to be answered with the questions

  • how original and unique our generalization is,
  • how original and unique our Ontologic System is,
  • how original and unique our Ontologic Applications are,
  • how original and unique our Ontologic Net, Ontologic Web, and Ontologic uniVerse are,
  • how original and unique our combinations or compositions with other applications, systems, environments are,
  • and so on.

The next argument against a copyright protection of our Ontologic System and our Ontoscope could be that another older system has another feature of our OS and the combination of this older system with an other system is obvious or an ordinary technological progress respectively fair use of our works. For sure, this could be done until the results are our OS and our Ontoscope. But that is not the way the copyright works and the copyright does not work only on the syntactical level but also on the semantical level (e.g. idea, concept, and expression) depending on originality, uniqueness, and so on (see also the Clarification #1 of the 21st of July 2017).

This leads us again to the beginning of this discussion and the point if our works are taken as a blueprint or script, which eventually is reduced to the question if a causal link exists between them and copied parts.

As we said, the QA system of the first company, the AI system of the second company, and similar AI and ML systems of other companies are island systems, that are not connected with for example the points listed in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 24th of July 2017 in a legal way (as far as we can see), and in the moment they are connected with the rest of the world a causal link with our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope is given, which has happened already or will happen sooner or later.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
In the Further steps of the 24th of July 2017 we missed to mention that the webpage Introduction simply says for example that everything related with the Semantic (World Wide) Web, topic maps, and ontologies publicated at that time is incorporated in our Ontologic System by reference in its enterity and even connected with the other referenced works by the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) as said on the webpage Overview ("system architecture which integrates all in one") and in the section Annotations of the webpage Roboverse.

    Ontologic Net Further steps
We are still thinking about joining the White Space (frequencies allocated to a broadcasting service but not used locally) project of another company.

We are also still thinking about joining the internet connect project of another company.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We are looking how deep a cooperation with the services of other social networking platforms and the services of our Ontologic Web (OW) could be done and how a corresponding interface has to be designed, so that our goals and the rings 3. and 4. of our OW structure are not interfered (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 10th of July 2017).

We are also thinking about integrating some services of other social networking platforms into our

  • mapping service based on the OpenStreetMap (OSM) or even into our OntoGlobe/OntoEarth platform of our OW, such as news and SOS alerts, and
  • online shopping platforms of our OW with their many special services (see also the Further steps of the 11th of May 2016, 13th of March 2017, and 5th of May 2017).

The latter depends on the considerations about the deeper cooperation, which are also influenced by actings of other companies.

Oh no, it is both, like Tron inside and outside." [OntoLab, Today]

    Ontonics Further steps
In the last days, we continued with the design of two models of a device and also developed their production processes.

We also improved an electric energy storage device. Together with another improvement the device has become much more powerful than expected.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We improved the hardware architecture of our VRontier™ Head-Mounted Display (HMD) model a further time.

    Style of Speed Further steps
In the Further steps of the 17th of July 2017 we announced a fuel, which is unbelievably low in price, but we did not say how much it will cost. Today, we will make up for this.
In the very beginning, for example our clean diesel fuel will cost between 33 and 50% per liter or gallon of the actual price depending on various conditions (see also the Further steps of the 26th of September 2015 and 3rd of October 2015).

In this way, national economies that do not prohibit vehicles with combustion engines powered by fossil fuels will get a huge monetary advantage in addition to an even more cleaner environment than economies that make an all in and put their whole stake on the bet of the battery car.

And this is only the beginning. :)

    Ontonics Further steps
We worked on one of our technologies (see also the Further steps of yesterday) and discovered that we have not taken into account in the estimation of the performance of devices a property of this technology sufficiently accurate.
After we corrected this deficit the implication became obvious that the design of devices has to be adjusted or even overworked accordingly. Maybe we are much more ahead than we realized ourselves.

    Ontonics Superstructure #12
We have designed a new type of High-Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) for our 3D infrastructure, but we are not sure if we will realize it because of our other and potentially better options.

    Ontoscope Further steps
We also continued the work on our Ontoscope model of our Hoverscope series called Hover (see the Further steps of the 11th of May 2017) and made some last design decisions before we can move to the relatively short prototyping phase.

The image below shows a concept of a so-called smartphone parachute system, which on the one hand should work with compressed CO2 gas and on the other hand might work for a very short period of time in practice. But we are not very confident about it and luckily we do not need to be because with our anti-gravity device and repulsorlift engine technologies we do not have any problems.

    Smartphone Parachute System

At this point we also have to recall that we were first with our hovering mobile device like the Personal Satellite Assistant (PSA) in atmosphere (see for example the section Robotics of the webpage Links to Hardware of the website of OntoLinux and the Original of the 5th of February 2017) and the combination of the PSA with a mobile device such as a smartphone, which as a simple implication proves on the one hand that the combination of the SPHERES project with a smartphone is an illegal plagiarism and on the other hand that the following still holds:
Unforeseeable and unexpected, personal, original and unique multimedia works of art, design, and engineering.
    It's not a trick - It's a kind of magic

    Style of Speed Further steps
In the Further steps of the 17th of July 2017 we announced a fuel, which is unbelievably low in price, but we did not say how much it will cost. Today, we will make up for this for another time after we did so yesterday.
In the very beginning, for example our clean gasoline will cost between 33 and 50% per liter or gallon of the actual price depending on various conditions (see also the Further steps of the 26th of September 2015 and 3rd of October 2015).

We are also thinking about giving our clean diesel fuel to civil services, like rescue, fire brigade, and police, for free. :D

In this way, national economies that do not prohibit vehicles with combustion engines powered by fossil fuels will get a huge monetary advantage in addition to an even more cleaner environment than economies that make an all in and put their whole stake on the bet of the battery car.

Btw.: Does the diesel driving ban also apply for our Swoops, Speeders, and Hovers™ :D :þ

We also worked on two Speeder models. One model is based on the transformation of our 91x series and the other model is based on a new model of our Prancing Unicorn series called Toro Volador or simply Volador (see the Further steps of the 14th of February 2017 and 11th of May 2017).

And if everything works has planned, calculated, and reviewed more than 5 times, then the production of our hoverboard is not so far away anymore (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 9th of June 2017).

    Clarification
Hopefully, we do not need to clarify that the feature of the unique user identity of our Ontologic System, which is listed in the section Feature-Llist #2 of the webpage Feature-Lists of the website OntoLinux, is directly connected with

  • a verified or/and capability-based operating system (kernel), such as our OntoCore (OC) or an operating system based on the OntoL4 microkernel for example,
  • a related identity management or identity and access management system, access control system, and user account control enhancement (see the sections Feature-Llist #1 and Feature-Llist #2, and also the Ontologic Net Further steps of the 5th of July 2017),
  • networking and distributed computing such as Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing, grid computing, cloud computing (the feature description of the Personal World Wide Web-based infrastructure, network, and virtual drive is a circumscription of cloud computing), edge computing , web-based computing, mobile computing (includes automotive computing), pervasive or ubiquitous computing, and other kinds of computing,
  • skills, actions, cognitive applications, systems, and environments,
  • Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) environment, and also
  • Multimodal User Interface (MUI) and Multilingual Multimodal Multiparadigmatic Multidimensional Multimedia User Interface (M⁵UI),
  • the unauthorized plagiarism Industry 4.0 and comparable industrial initiatives,
  • and so on.

(see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 10th of July 2017).

If this should still be the case, then we simply refer to the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux and the explanation that our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) "integrates all in one".

Furthermore, those identity and access management systems, also called Single-Sign-On services of companies and (data) alliances have to be viewed as isolated island systems, and in the moment they are connected with the rest of the world by combining or/and realizing them with for example the points listed above the causal link with our original and unique multimedia works of art Ontologic System and Ontoscope cannot be avoided anymore, and the copyright infringement and the infringement of our other rights become evident respectively the infringements materialize and become tangible and manageable by the juridical system, so to say.

We are already here! And this even since more than 10 years.
Wir sind schon da! Und dass sogar schon seit mehr als 10 Jahren.

    Roboticle Further steps
We also continued the work on the model Hoverscope 360° with 2 lenses of our Hoverscope series (see the Further steps of the 11th of May 2017) and made some last design decisions before we can move to the relatively short prototyping phase.

The images below show two 360 cameras of external entities, which have been overworked by us to give a first impression of our design directions. The first design direction is the Hoverorb™ spherical iOrb style and the second design direction is the Hoverscope™ rectangular action camera style that in addition is as thin as possible.

The Hoverorb is also envisioned to become or be used as a small robohub or hub robot with 1 optical sensor or 2 optical sensors (see also the Further steps of the 4th of February 2017 and 9th of July 2017).

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • General: As in the cases of the illegal virtual assistant and the related partial plagiarism of the Ontoscope made by the company Amazon, the cloud computing platforms of virtually all internet service providers and vehicle manufacturers are based on parts of our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, specifically the combination of cloud computing and edge computing with for example a
  • IDentification (ID), identitymanagement or identity and access management system,
  • virtual assistant of a smartphone or a smart speaker,
  • vehicle seen as a mobile device such as an Ontoscope even if it has only e.g. a rain sensor, and
  • autonomous driving functions,

are copyright infringements (see also the Clarification of today).

A specific point is the combination with IDentification (ID) and its management and control, which are also features of our original and unique Ontologic System as well (see the sections Feature-Llist #1 and Feature-Llist #2 of the webpage Feature-Lists of the website OntoLinux and also the Ontologic Net Further steps of the 5th of July 2017).

    Ontonics Hovercity #12
Our Hovercity gets air emergency medical services and rescue services, also called air ambulance services, or air paramedic services, with the new Hoverdrone™ Ambulance, Hoverpod™ Ambulance, or simply Hover Ambulance™ (see also the issue #2 of the 5th of February 2017), which conducts air transportation to move patients to and from healthcare facilities and accident scenes with our Ambulance Hoverpod™ of Style of Speed and Roboticle (see the Style of Speed Further steps of today). Personnel provide comprehensive prehospital, emergency, and critical care to all types of patients during (aero)medical evacuation or rescue operations aboard the Ambulance Hoverpods.

    Roboticle Further steps
We made some more sketches of our model Hoverscope 360° with speaker in the Hoverorb respectively iOrb design style (see also the Further steps of yesterday).

We also developed another interesting model of the Hoverorb series.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We continued with the introduction of our Zero Gravity Manned Aerial Vehicle (ZGMAV) and Zero Gravity Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (ZGUAV) technologies (see the Roboticle Further steps of the 23rd of February 2017), specifically our Hoverpod™ aerial vehicle platform, with the latest development of our Ambulance Hoverdrone™ or Hoverdrone Ambulance, Ambulance Hoverpod™ or Hoverpod Ambulance, or simply Hover Ambulance™ (see also the issue Ontonics Hovercity #12 of today).

    31.July.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We developed a new material of our Hoverinium class and worked on its production. Surreal and real at once.

When looking at the new model of the Hoverorb series mentioned in the Roboticle Further steps of today we remembered directly a similar technology and concluded that its time has come (see the Further steps of the 20th of February 2017 and 14th of March 2017). We swear this is unbelievable.

    Ontonics Hovercity #13
We developed two different rescue devices for emergency operations in high altitude, such as higher buildings.

    Roboticle Further steps
We worked on the design, functionality, and applications of a new model of the Hoverorb series (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 20th of February 2017). Our fans and readers will be totally thrilled to bits.

We also worked on the design, functionality, and applications of our Hoverbee series (see also the Further steps of the 26th of June 2015, and 30th and 31st of May 2017).

We also worked on one of our building kit themes that in this case is related with the Lego theme or product line City and correspondingly called ... Hovercity (see also the Further steps of the 21st of September 2016, 4th of January 2017, and 15th of March 2017).

Furthermore, we integrated two technologies. We swear this is unbelievable.
