Clarification
We observed that the media has not understood why the animojis and the combination of animojis with a digital camera of the company Apple are plagiarism and even constitute a copyright infringement. This point is simply explained.

  • In general, it is sufficient if a
    • part of an original and unique work is copied for infringing the related copyright and
    • plagiarism of an Ontoscope in the shape of a smartphone is shown, because it is not required that a plagiarism is substantiated or concretized with exactly the same media or manifestation but if the original and unique, characteristic expression and personal intellectual creation is reproduced without allowance, specifically in a way that confuses the public about the true origin. In this regard, it is even an infringement of the rights of C.S. when such a device like a handheld Ontoscope, wrist-worn Ontoscope, head-worn Ontoscope, and even an Ontoscope on wheels is called smartphone, "future of the smartphone", smartwatch, data glasses, Mixed Reality Head-Mounted Display (MRHMD), mobile phone on wheels, connected car, or "revolutionary new product", because the expression and the recognition of creatorship of C.S. is changed in distorting and misleading ways.

In fact, if we take the laws and rights precisely then the Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone X have to be called by the name C.S. gave to such devices respectively the original and unique work, which is Ontoscope, as it is the case with the top models of the handheld mobile device serieis of the companies HTC, Samsung Galaxy, Huawei, etc., and the connected cars of the companies General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Volkswagen, Daimler, Nissan, Tesla, etc..
The same holds for software like Microsoft Windows, Google Android, and Apple MacOS, iOS, and WatchOS, which have also to be called by the name C.S. gave to such control software and operating systems of the next generation respectively the original and unique work, which is Ontologic System, as it is the case for control software and operating systems of the next generation of the companies Baidu, Alibaba, Yandex, etc..

  • In particular, we have the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) of our Ontologic Systems OntoLix and OntoLinux with its basic properties and the:
    • OntoCore software component with its Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) functionality,
    • OntoScope software component with a Multilingual Multimodal Multiparadigmatic Multidimensional Multimedia User Interface (M⁵UI) for Ontologic Applications, whereby
      • multilingual addresses both different natural languages and different representations of languages such as
        • verbal or audible,
        • textual,
        • visual,
        • etc.,
      • multimodal is input/output of a single artifact that uses different modes (media) such as
        • audible,
        • visual,
        • haptical or tactile,
        • etc.,
      • multiparadigmatic addresses different paradigms embedded in a representation such as
        • audible,
        • textual,
        • visual,
        • etc.,
      • multidimensional
        • etc.,
      • multimedia is content that uses a combination of different content forms such as
        • verbal or audible, or audio,
        • textual or text,
        • visual or images,
        • audiovisual or animations,
        • audiovisual or video,
        • multimodal, and
        • interactive

        content,

    • Ontologic eMotion (OntoMotion) software component,

      and

    • Caliber/Calibre that can be described with
      • "not only to take multimodal user interface technologies, e.g.
        • natural language processing for a speech interface and
        • sound processing for an audio interface, as well as
        • graphic processing for a graphic interface and
        • video processing for a vision interface,

        but all modalities together" and

      • "the reflection exists also between the mind of the user and its equivalent of her/his virtual entity respectively avatar".

    and

  • we also have the Ontoscope (Os) with its
    • multimodal sensors and actuators of all kinds such as
      • microphone,
      • loudspeaker,
      • optical sensor, specifically a 3D scanner, depth-sensing camera, 3D camera, or/and digital camera with dual-imager sensor (e.g. Charge-Coupled Device (CCD) or CMOS) or dual-lenses,
      • display, specifically a 2D display, 3D display, or haptic displays, and
      • actuator,
    • control circuits such as
      • processor, and
      • neuromorphic processor, specifically neural net core and neural net central processing unit.

      and

    • MobileKinetic technology,

As can be seen easily, everything repeats and reflects each other somehow even in the single properties, which besides this specific composition is only another point that makes our Ontologic System (OS) and our Ontoscope (Os) original and unique on the one hand, and on the other hand what the company Apple is copying in part of our OS and Os with various features of its operating systems and its stationary and mobile devices, specifically with the Ontologic Application of the animoji, that

  • could be described as a
    • visual, emotional language that reflects a user by taking and processing self-images of the user in real-time,
    • multimedia language that reflects the emotion of a user, or
    • avatar that reflects the emotion of a user,

    and

  • even copies a part of our
    • avatars (e.g. Lego minifigures) of the 3D environment and the Virtual Reality Environment (VRE), and
    • anime based Graphical User Interface (GUI) presented with the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 10th of July 2016, which again by the way makes the issue even more worse and clear, because C.S. is copied and in this way hindered while being creative, in publicating, and being interactive with the public,

is suitable to confuse the public about the true orgin of our works, to exploit our reputation and goodwill, and to conduct other acts, which the societies declared as unwanted.

By the way, "[a]nime [...] is a Japanese term for hand-drawn or computer animation. [...] Anime and manga artists often draw from a defined set of facial expressions to depict particular emotions". This shows once again, that anime is also integrated in our OS since its beginning.
Furthermore, we do not say that the media is allowed to reproduce our works, but 'that fish is already eaten' with other companies, which means that reporting about our works does not change much of the legal situation anymore on the one hand and on the other hand we appreciate every advertisement that sells our works even better and more.

    Ontonics Further steps
In relation with our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) we took a look at the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB) [] Titel 2 Juristische Personen [] Untertitel 1 Vereine [] Kapitel 1 Allgemeine Vorschriften und Kapitel 2 Eingetragene Vereine==Civil Code of the B.R.D. [] Title 2 Juristical Persons [] Subtitle 1 Associations [] Chapter 1 Common Regulations and Chapter 2 Registered Associations, including for example § 22 Wirtschaftlicher Verein==Economic Association.
The civil code is very basic and hence boring but legal. Nevertheless, we cannot see any problems so far, but we have to apply § 40 Nachgiebige Vorschriften==Compliant or Flexible Regulations to match the specific governance structure of our SOPR with the Supervisior and the Steering Committees, and the specific way of decision-making or passing of resolution.
We will provide a translation of the relevant chapters in English at least.

By the way: The civil code also "served as a template for the regulations of several other civil law jurisdictions, including Estonia, Latvia, Taiwan (the Republic of China), Japan, Thailand, South Korea, the People's Republic of China, Brazil, Greece and Ukraine. It also had a major influence on the 1907 Swiss civil code, the 1942 Italian civil code, the 1966 Portuguese civil code, and the 1992 reformed Dutch civil code."

While looking around on the website of the Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte (GEMA)==Society for musical performing and mechanical reproduction rights for valuable informations we found out that there is the Gesetz über die Wahrnehmung von Urheberrechten und verwandten Schutzrechten durch Verwertungsgesellschaften, Kurztitel Verwertungsgesellschaftengesetz (VGG)==Law About the Exercise of Copyrights and Related Protection Rights by Collecting Societies. Short title Collecting Societies Law.
We will also look at the GEMA's Articles of Association (AoA) to find out if it fits for us and if we can use it as some kind of a blueprint.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We continued the work on one of our platforms, which has become much better in this way.

    02.November.2017
    Clarification
We observed that the media has not understood why the real-time reflection, mirroring, or overlaying of a user and the real-time reflection, mirroring, or overlaying of a user's real-world emotion or facial expression on an avatar with a digital camera of the company Apple are plagiarism and even constitute a copyright infringement. This point is simply explained (see also the Clarification of yesterday once again).

  • In general, it is sufficient if a
    • part of an original and unique work is copied for infringing the related copyright and

      • multimodal is input/output of a single artifact that uses different modes (media),
      • multiparadigmatic addresses different paradigms embedded in a representation,
      • multidimensional,
      • multimedia is content that uses a combination of different content forms,
    • Ontologic Collaborative Ontologic Virtual Environment (OntoCOVE) with the 3D Character Animation Library Cal3D included in the OntoScope software component,
    • Ontologic eMotion (OntoMotion) software component,

      and

    • Caliber/Calibre that can be described with
      • "not only to take multimodal user interface technologies, e.g.
        • natural language processing for a speech interface and
        • sound processing for an audio interface, as well as
        • graphic processing for a graphic interface and

    • control circuits such as
      • processor, and

      and

    • MobileKinetic technology,

As can be seen easily, everything repeats and reflects each other somehow even in the single properties, which besides this specific composition is only another point that makes our Ontologic System (OS) and our Ontoscope (Os) original and unique on the one hand, and on the other hand what the company Apple is copying in part of our OS and Os with various features of its operating systems and its stationary and mobile devices, specifically with the Ontologic Application based on the "access to facial data in order to build entertainment features for the [Ontoscope] iPhone X customers [or users], such as pinning a three-dimensional mask to their face for a selfie or letting a video game character mirror the player's real-world facial expressions", that

  • could be described as a
    • multimedia application that reflects or mirrors a user by taking and processing self-images of the user in real-time,
    • multimedia application that reflects or mirrors the emotions respectively the real-world facial expressions of a user, or
    • avatar that reflects or mirrors the emotions respectively the real-world facial expressions of a user,

    and

  • even copies a part of our
    • 3D environment and for example the Virtual Reality Environment (VRE) of our OntoCOVE and OntoScope, and
    • anime based Graphical User Interface (GUI) presented with the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 10th of July 2016, which again by the way makes the issue even more worse and clear, because C.S. is copied and in this way hindered while being creative, in publicating, and being interactive with the public,

is suitable to confuse the public about the true orgin of our works, to exploit our reputation and goodwill, and to conduct other acts, which the societies declared as unwanted.

By the way, as it is the case with the terms

  • "flying car", which must not be a roadable vehicle in accordance with the public view, and
  • "artificial intelligence" and "machine learning", which are not the same fields in science but in the public view,

we also have the following cases of scientific or/and common sense interpretation, specifically in the context of our OS:

  • "to mirror" is a synonym for "to reflect", and
  • "emotion" means the same as "facial expression", because "[a]ccording to one set of controversial theories, these movements convey the emotional state of an individual to observers", which clearly says that there is at least a direct connection despite that a facial expression can be mimicked, because this again mimicks an emotion as part of a non-verbal communication.
  • "The mind is a set of cognitive faculties including consciousness, perception, thinking, judgement, and memory, that
    • is usually defined as the faculty of an entity's thoughts and consciousness,
    • holds the power of imagination, recognition, and appreciation, and
    • is responsible for processing feelings and emotions, resulting in attitudes and actions.
    • [...] Others argue that various rational and emotional states cannot be so separated, that they are of the same nature and origin, and should therefore be considered all part of it as mind.
    • [...] Mental contents are those items that are thought of as being "in" the mind, and capable of being formed and manipulated by mental processes and faculties. Examples include thoughts, concepts, memories, emotions, percepts and intentions."

    Accordingly,

  • "letting a video game character mirror the player's real-world facial expressions" means that the video game character is "special kind of an avatar of a user,
  • "letting a video game character mirror the player's real-world facial expressions" means the same as "letting an avatar reflect the user's emotion", though the facial expression must not match the emotion,
  • "letting a video game character mirror the player's real-world facial expressions" means the same as "letting an avatar reflect the user's mind", though the facial expression must not match the mind,
  • "mirrors the real-world facial expression of the user" means the same as "reflects a user by taking and processing self-images of the user", and
  • "letting a video game character mirror the player's real-world facial expressions" means the same as "the reflection exists also between the mind of the user and its equivalent of her/his virtual entity respectively avatar"

in the sense of our Caliber/Calibre.

    Furthermore,

  • using a 3D scanner, depth-sensing camera, digital camera, front camera of a mobile device, or so-called selfie camera for "letting a video game character mirror the player's real-world facial expressions" means the same as "letting an avatar reflect the user's emotion and mind in real-time".

In relation with the copyright we have only an editing of our original and unique works of art in all these cases, which does not constitute a new work with a new expresssion but still remains our orignal and unique work and therefore a copyright infringement if we take the law precisely, because the copyright is not only focused on a specific syntax or representation of a work but on the original and unique, characteristic expression and personal intellectual creation of a creator and the common sense of the public when interpreting a work. There is no legal loophole for scientists, marketeers of companies, journalists, or anybody else.

    SOPR #44
On the 3rd of October 2017 we said that "[w]e also hope that it is absolutely out of question that in the case our Society for [Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR)] is sustainably operating a considerable amount of support will go to [foundations] in accordance with a specific distribution key." But we have not thought about said distribution key in detail, because we do not know how many entities are concerned, though initially we estimated that the payout amount to be distributed will be 5% of the overall revenue of the SOPR at least.
Maybe, we have even misunderstood some messages. Nevertheless, it was planned to discuss this with responsible persons in detail.

In this relation, we would like to give the reminder that we are talking about

  • the SOPR, which
    • grants rights of use for C.S.' OS, Os, and other works,
    • collects corresponding royalties, but does not collect any royalties for works of other entities in total contrast to e.g. the Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte (GEMA)==Society for musical performing and mechanical reproduction rights, and
    • provides other tasks,
  • a voluntary share of the overall revenue of the SOPR, which eventually is payed out of C.S.' pocket in addition to all the other concessions such as
    • being neutral,
    • providing trust,
    • giving the control to the Steering Committees, and
    • providing other things,

    and

  • unlaid eggs at the moment.

    03.November.2017
    Clarification #1
In relation with our investigations and clarifications we observed that all major operating system manufacturers seem to have applied the strategy to take items listed on the webpages Links to Hardware and Links to Software of our Ontologic System OntoLinux for their operating systems, while trying to avoid the integrating part of our Ontologic System Architecture at least on the level of their products but not on the level of their businesses.
Most potentially, their claim is that these lists on our webpages do not constitute a work worth for copyright protection. For sure, we strongly disagree, because even our composition or combination of various hardware and software projects and works in these fields are a personal intellectual creation of C.S. that show the required threshold of originality, and therefore are protected by the copyright (see also the Clarification of the 27th of November 2013).

In addition, all these hardware and software items are connected by our integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) at least.
The same holds for e.g. the contents of the fields of computing and multimedia presented on the website of our business unit Style of Speed.

One example of a work is a recipe collection that could have the required threshold of originality if it includes for example more exotic recipes or new recipes that cannot be found in many other recipe collections.
For better understanding of only the point about the composition or combination, take a collage of images as an example, like the collage Schwarzer Kreis==Black Circle shown in the document Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope. The single images can even be original and unique respectively copyrighted works. But a collage is copyrighted if it is or represents the original and unique, characteristic expression and personal intellectual creation of an artist and if the meanings or expressions of the single images are not relevant or predominant, then even using these other copyrighted works is a legal act.

Other claims might be the following ones:

  • Our Ontologic System is too general. For sure, we strongly disagree once again, because all the other companies have the alternative to conduct their businesses without our works.
  • Our Ontologic System constitutes a monopol of us. This does not matter as long as we do not exploit our position, which is obviously the case, and as said before, all the other companies have the alternative to conduct their businesses without our works.
The same holds for the customers, who still have a choice, because they have the alternative to conduct their tasks without our works,
  • Our Ontologic System would only be the result of an ordinary technological process. We even do not discuss this view anymore, because on the one hand we have proven multiple times that the technological process has followed us respectively has been simulated as if it was an ordinary technological progress by taking our works as blueprint, and on the other hand a misconduct does not become a legal act if several individuals are doing wrong in the same way.
  • Our Ontologic System can be used for free, because the fair use clause or any other exception of the copyright law would allow this. Needless to say, we disagree and say that no exception of the copyright law does apply in these and the other cases.

Furthermore, what many companies do by providing their web services, cloud computing services, and other such services, and even with their whole businesses or so-called ecosystems is nothing else than some kind of performing respectively mimicking or imitating our Ontologic System in whole or in part. Yes indeed, even the Google internet search service has become an Ontologic Application or Ontologic Service respectively some kind of a performance of an Ontologic System, as it is the case with the distributed computing or cloud computing services of the companies Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, the mobility services of automobile manufacturers, and the Cyper-Physical Systems 2.0, Internet of Things 2.0, or Networked Embedded Systems 2.0, services including the Industry 4.0 services of engineering companies and other companies.

    Clarification #2
We found he following thread on a website:
"Who came up with the MGU-H?
The MGU-H (the Motor-Generator Unit attached to the turbo shaft) is a genius piece of technology, and the possibilities it opens up are incredible. No turbo lag, much less wasted exhaust heat (as with a wastegate), and the ability to route power any way you choose, whether that be using otherwise-wasted braking energy to increase engine power via boost pressure, or electrically supercharging your engine by harvesting additional power from the crankshaft and feeding it to the compressor.
So it's an incredible piece of technology, and now it's to be used in all F1 cars. But my question is: who came up with the idea? Has a system like this ever been used before, or did someone at the FIA invent the concept, or what? I'm not talking about KERS here, in the sense that all hybrid cars on the road have KERS. Rather, I mean the whole operational concept of the 2014 Power Units, with the pair of MGUs operating in concert with the turbo engine.
If it hasn't been used before, how did the FIA know it would be possible and useful to do? Surely they must have had some idea that the configuration required by the 2014 regulations would be usable and advantageous before mandating that teams produce them.
    [...]

Who came up with it in F1? Probably members of the Technical Working Group. This article at F1 Technical mentions a member of Mercedes discussing it, so perhaps it came as an idea from one of them during talks about the new regulations.
    [...]

Scarbs just told me nobody is credited with the idea, so I guess that's that.
    >That's honestly even more fascinating to me than finding out who invented it. The concept seemingly came from nowhere, to being used by all F1 teams.
    >>That basically means that some guy or girl, or a group of people, aren't getting the credit they deserve though.
    >>>For what it's worth, I recall reading an article on hybrid vehicles using basically this year's exact concept back in the '04-'06 time period, but I cannot find it for the life of me. The idea of using an electric motor on the turbo and storing the extra energy in a battery has been around for a while, that's for sure.

I know in WWII there were planes, specifically a certain variation of the P-38 Lightening, that routed the torque of the turbo shaft back to the crank. This was specifically to get it to produce sufficient power at high altitudes to escort the long rang bombers that flew up there. It's the same concept, only now we've got an electric motor hooked up to the shaft that can also feed energy back into the turbo. The base idea has been around for a while though.
    >That's certainly a related technology, as is the turbo-compound engine that /u/bluecalxx shared in this comment.
    >>However, using an electric motor-generator on the turbo is something that I'd never seen before learning about the 2014 regs, and I haven't been able to find any other implementations of it, which made me curious as to where it came from.

They were doing this on Allison aircraft engines in the 40s.
Turbo compounding is a very old and proven technology. The only difference is the secondary impeller that scavenges 'heat' puts that energy straight back into the prop, or into the turbo to assist with making boost.

The MGU is simple a motor generator. It's a collection of pre-existing tech combined into a new form of race engine.
    >Well, in a way you can say that anything new is just a collection of old ideas.
    >>In hindsight the MGU-H sort of seems like an obvious thing to do. But it's really an interesting thing, and somebody had to come up with it.
    >>
    [...]

Besides that the initial comment reminds us of the content of our websites, as far as we do know, these specific technologies and configuration have been publicated by our business units

  • Ontonics, specifically with the technologies of the

    and

  • Style of Speed, specifically with the technologies of the

in the years 2008 to 2012 or/and the following years, that all work together and comprise this specific configuration of the hybrid engines of the Formula 1 race series as well, obviously.
There might be more sources on our websites, specifically about the electric turbo, though if we remember correctly we did not conduct any further research and development because it was not a new idea, and about the turbo generator.

We have a list of managers who must take very much care to not end in the jail for a long time.

    Ontonics Further steps
We continued with looking at legal material in relation with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) (see also the Further steps of the 1st of November 2017).

  • So far we concluded that we can also found a corporation similar to the subsidiary of the Association de Gestion Internationale Collective des Oeuvres Audiovisuelles (AGICOA)==Association of International Collective Management of Audiovisual Works in the B.R.D., which is a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbH)==Association with limited liability or limited liability company and has to follow the Verwertungsgesellschaftengesetz (VGG)==Collecting Societies Law.
In this context, we would like to give the information that our SOPR is the collecting society for the whole world in the beginning, which will change rapidly in accordance with
    • individual demands of our partners,
    • requirements for legal actions, and
    • legal reasons.
  • We worked through the first chapters of the yearbook 2016/2017 of the Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte (GEMA)==Society for musical performing and mechanical reproduction rights. Especifically interesting was chapter C Textsammlungen==Text Collections and its subchapters
    • I Gesetzliche Grundlagen==Statutory or Legal Foundations
    • II Satzung, ...==Statute or Charter, ..., and
    • III Geschäftsordnungen==Procedural Rules or By-laws.

The Statute and Procedural Rules can be taken as a blueprint but have to be rewritten completely for various reasons. For example, the SOPR collects only the royalties for C.S. works in contrast to the GEMA. This rewriting can be done in such a way that a further expansion by the Steering Committees is possible, for example with a more diversified structure for the fees for the reproduction of the Ontologic System (OS) and the Ontoscope (Os) respectively the access places and access devices, as already discussed, and a point system for the share of the overall revenue generated with the performance of an Ontologic Application (OA) and Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) Service (OAOOOS or OAO³S) respectively performance of the OS.

  • We also looked at the overall licensing model of the GEMA and at the three tariffs for music and streaming on websites, web radios, and video-on-demand streaming in detail. This studying resulted in the finding that the fees and the share of the overall revenue of the license model of our SOPR are lower and at the end of the margin when compared with the standard remuneration and the minimum remuneration demanded by the GEMA. This strengthened our opinion that our license model is very reasonable, as well as very easy, elegant, and cost effective for everybody.

Everybody, who wants to get a first impression of the AoA of our SOPR, should read the pages 79 - 208 and 299 - 311 of the GEMA yearbook 2016/2017 and convert the matter in accordance with the informations and rules we gave in relation with the SOPR in the last weeks and the laws of other jurisdication. In relation with the latter, we are sure to have created a common set of rules that should satisfy every jurisdication.

    04.November.2017
    Website update
For the sake of completion, we added to the Clarification of the 1st and 2nd of November 2017 the term depth-sensing camera and our MobileKinetic technology at the appropriate places in the text and a link to the Investigations::Multimedia of the 7th of August 2017.
In fact, these are not new informations because the matter has been discussed several times in the past for example in the Investigations::Multimedia Head-Mounted Display Special of the 13th of August 2013.

In this context, we have to make clear that the content of the Clarification of the 29th of April 2014 (where different configurations of a handheld Ontoscope were discussed for the attempt to draw a white, yellow, red line) is not binding, because we had not sufficient knowledge about the copyright at that time, though elemental points are addressed.

In relation with the dual-imager of the company Google we would also like to mention the Clarification of the 8th of April 2013.

    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on one of our technologies. In the course of this, we got the confirmation once again that we have already developed very interesting and efficient models.

    SOPR #45
    Retroactive collection of royalties
In relation with the license model of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and the retroactive collection of royalties, we have to give the information that our demand to begin with the year 2015 will not be changed by the statutory rule of e.g. the copyright law that says that only the last 3 years can be taken as basis for this, because the infringements of our other rights have to be considered as well. The alternative would be that we have to adjust our license model accordingly.

Compensation for damages by the press
To compensate the damages inflicted by the press to C.S. and our corporation, which directly corresponds to economical advantages of our business partners, our SOPR team is thinking about an adjustment of our license model, for example by adding

  • 5 U.S. Dollar to the fee for each reproduction of our Ontologic System,
  • 5 U.S. Dollar to the fee for each reproduction of our Ontoscope,
  • 2.5% to the share of the overall revenue generated with the performance of our ontologic works respectively an Ontologic Application (OA) and Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) Service (OAOOOS or OAO³S).

In such a case, our partners would not have any disadvantages but still the economical advantages on the one hand and the option to also reduce their marketing budgets accordingly by less advertisements in the related media on the other hand as compensations for the increased licensing costs.

In addition, it would not be the wrong act to put more pressure on the defrauding elements of the societies in other ways. We really should not allow anymore that haters, fraudsters, and other anti-social or/and mad subjects interfere with our common goals and activities any longer.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We continued with the transformation of Style of Speed.

    Website update
We corrected the message of the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 6th of August 2016 after we remembered today that we already began with our Lego Emoji visual language some years ago for a related Graphical User Interface (GUI) theme of the learning environment Sugar and also noticed that we have missed to reference the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps that describes our anime-based Graphical User Interface (GUI). For sure, no new matter has been added in this way.
In detail, we updated the old message
We have begun to adapt our original Lego® Brick Theme used for example for our KinderLand compositor of our OntoGraphics component for developing a Lego Emoji.

We continued with the development of our Lego® Emoji visual language based on our original Lego® Brick Theme used for example for our KinderLand compositor of our OntoGraphics component and our anime-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) (see the Further steps of the 10th of July 2016).

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • Cable News Network: We mentioned these statements and our comment already on the 4th of November 2017, but we wanted to put them in context with some other representative reports: "The iPhone X is not the first smartphone to add face detection. Samsung's Galaxy S8 has a similar but less secure feature." and
"But because the iPhone X is Apple's vision of the future [...] [See the website of our Ontoscope to get the proof once again that this vision has also been created by C.S. in the OntoLab - The Lab of Visions.]"
  • The Guardian: We quote a report: "[Ontoscope] iPhone X: thousands queue as Apple proves it still has the X factor [] Demand for the £999 'future' of the iPhone [Here we see that the absolutely outstanding talents of C.S. and the fact, that many industries are only and exactly doing what C.S. does since 20 years now, both proven with the prediction and creation of the original and unique works of art titled Ontologic System and our Ontoscope 11 years ago, is addressed to the company Apple by the reference to the TV music competition X factor to suggest Apple would have the undefinable "something" that makes for star quality respectively would be the visionary entity.]",
"[...] chief of research at CCS Insight said: "People are excited about the iPhone X as it's the first time in several years that there's been a truly new iPhone. In terms of it being a status symbol, of having the latest, greatest and hottest technology in a world where technology is a personal statement about you as an individual, having the iPhone X is what many people will aspire to." [At first, we note here that it is also the same company that is always quoted by the public-law broadcaster British Broadcasting Corporation to provide an external opinion to suggest trustworthiness. Compare also the abbreviation CCS with the initials. C.S. which should confuse the reader. Furthermore, we refer to the links given in the comment to the quote made in the case of the media company Cable News Network that show the iPhone is not truly new but a variant of our Ontoscope operated by a variant of our Ontologic System (OS), or being more precise, an access device of our OS.]",
"[The researcher continues:] "Apple has taken the potent ingredients of the iPhone brand and technology to once again position this new iPhone as the must-have device of the moment. [...] which makes it a representation of the importance people place on their phone as the most valuable, most loved and used gadget in their lives." [The copyright protection of the ontologic works of C.S. is a result of for example this cybernetic extension, self-expression, or the personality of an individuum of by an Ontologic System and an Ontoscope as described in the section History of the webpage Overview of the website of our Ontologic System OntoLinux (see also the Clarification #2 of the 13th of January 2017).]", and
"The new Apple smartphone, labelled the "future" of the iPhone by chief executive Tim Cook, features [...] facial recognition technology. Early reviews have said that Face ID works better than expected, compared to rival facial recognition systems. [We quoted this because the statements of the report of media company Cable News Network were reflected or mirrored.]".
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: One of the special journalists of the public-law broadcaster British Broadcasting Corporation took the Clarification of the 1st of November 2017 and 2nd of November 2017 and publicated a video report about the evolution of a universal visual, graphical, iconical, or pictorial language, emojis, and animojis to deliberately mislead the public once again. We quote the related text and video: "Emojis: The evolving picture language
Emojis have come a long way since they were designed by Shigetaka Kurita in 1999.
BBC Click takes a look at how they have evolved into ones that can track facial movements and have even become a social network.
[From the video:] [...] Ahead of the iPhone X launch, Apple announced their new Animoji. Facial recognition software tracks 50 muscle movements. The phone uses facial data to create the appropriate expressions. Snapchat's Actionmojis are showing what a user is likely doing at that time ... sensors and GPS data guess the user's activity. There's now even an emoji-based social network. Polygram uses AI to map a user's facial expression. However, emojis might not be the answer to a universal language."]

Obviously, the press would have enough to do with investigating itself instead of any banks and agencies on islands.

    Clarification
In relation with the question about the threshold of originality of a work, and also the Clarification of the 27th of November 2013 and the Clarification #1 of the 3rd of November 2017 we have to continue the discussion. The following text passage summarizes an interesting aspect:
"It has to be noted, that the jurisdiction largely precludes a protection of the content in the field of the technical-scientifical illustrations and the scientifical or technical texts and for the copyright protection only the form and nature of the collection, division, and arrangement of the material come into question regularly. For the justification it is refered to the interest of the public in the free scientifical exchange of ideas and flow of information, which is more important or weightier than with other kinds of cultural assetts. Scientifical and political thoughts should be subject of the intellectual debate and must not be monopolized via the copyright. Furthermore, in the sciences it would be more necessary than in other fields to utilize others' thoughts and in addition scientifical and technical documents would be strongly marked by common symbols, formulars, and linguistic expressions, that should be at everybody's disposal."

Some of our thoughts are that

  • the fiield of Ontonics, the Ontologic System, and the Ontoscope are fields and categories self-created by C.S.,
  • the ontologic works of C.S. have a strong direct connection to C.S. and consequently a high rate of individuality,
  • threshold of originality is also reached for various other reasons,
  • the statutory rules of the copyright law are mandatory, specifically
    • correct and rigorous referencing of the orignal and unique works of C.S. is required in the sciences as well, and
    • no change or edition of the orignal and unique works of C.S. is allowed,

if not ruled otherwise by C.S. in the limits of the copyright law,

  • we are talking about artistical and professional works and not solely about scientifical or/and technical works, and
  • the justification in relation with scientifical or technical illustrations and texts only mentions the scientfical debate but not the transfer of intellectual properties from the sciences into the economies.

In relation with the last point we also have to mention that

  • even the research at many universities is economically driven for internal and external reasons, and
  • a document publicated in a joint effort by scientists and entrepreneurs is not a scientifical document anymore in our point of view.

    Investigations::Car #415

  • Volkswagen→Audi→Lamborghini and Massachusetts Institute of Technology: The marque and the research institute collaborated to develop technologies for future sports cars. From at least two reports about the presentation of a related static design study we got the information that its exterior should be made out of a carbon-based material that functions as the battery or even as the supercapacitor and also has the capability of self-healing, and that the car should have four electric in-wheel motors.
A quick look on the websites of our business units Ontonics and Style of Speed revealed that already several years ago we have presented the projects of the hybrid battery supercapacitor, which is based on Carbon NanoTube (CNT) and used for the integrated electric storage exterior, as can be seen with for example our AeroAccu/AeroBatterie, which again has been already stolen from us by the vehicle manufacturer Volvo years ago (see its case in the Investigations::Car #289 of the 1st of October 2010), the project of the Self-healing Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer, Electric SuperCars™ with Purely Electric™ drivetrain of the type electric quattro®©™/e-quattro®©™ with the models Elettoro and Jota, as well as electric wheel hub motors or in-wheel motors with the Active Differential #3. Furthermore, the design of the static model is also just only a mix of the models 333 XX, the Neo, and the SuperDrago that can be found on the website of Style of Speed as well.
Obviously and definitely, there is nothing bold at Lamborghini and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as claimed in the reports, with the only exception of claiming others and ours inventions as own ideas once again. That is a very cheap trick to steal reputation.
By the way: On some photos of the design study a small scale model of the Lancia Stratos Zero is shown, but we do not know what a Lancia Stratos Zero has in common with that concept car. The only answer we can give is that it can also be found on our websites with the S 0 S. Maybe there is another reason but we are not sufficiently naive to think so.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • Herman Miller: Because the manufacturer of office furniture thinks to be in a position that it could intimidate us with its impudent appearance and get control over our Intellectual Properties (IPs) related with the original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. on the one hand and its issue is a legal precedent on the other hand we will investigate its case in detail. In a first step, we quote from its website.
The following quotes are made from the content of the webpage of the investigated system:
"Live OS [] Meet our digital system for high-performing workplaces. ["Earlier examples of live OS are of course the operating systems used from floppy, and most widely spread is the [Disk Operating System (]DOS[)], while newer example of live OS are of course the operating systems used from Compact Disk (CD) and Universal Serial Bus (UBS)-stick, and most widely spread is Linux." We also have a reference to our Sp@ce technology and iArchitecture list in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics.]",
"Respond to people's changing needs, empower them to work better, and activate your workplace strategy with Live OS. Your organization and your people will reap the benefits of a more connected, personalized workplace with this system of cloud-connected furnishings, app, and dashboard. [We already refer at this point to our Ontologic Applications, as described by optionally combinable examples based on the basic properties of our Ontologic System (OS) and also to our iArchitecture once again.]",
"Furnishings [] Sensors on all connected work surfaces capture space utilization data. Height-adjustable desks recognize and respond to personal preferences with one tap of the desk control. [See our Sp@ce technology once again.]",
"App [] People set posture preferences and make progress toward activity goals with the Live app. [See the webpage of our Ontologic Applications once again.]",
"Dashboard [] The dashboard offers real-time data analysis and delivers insights to enhance workplace performance. [See also the e-dashboard technology also mentioned on the webpage of our Active Component Active Interior of our business unit Style of Speed to find out where the original content has been taken from and how it was merely edited.]",
"Empower your people [...] By pairing the app with any connected desk, people can set preferences for sitting and standing and move comfortably between the two throughout the day.",
"Energize your workplace [] People are more active at work with the Live app and furnishings. Working together, the app and furnishings remind people when it's time to change postures and gradually help individuals achieve activity goals. This heightened level of activity [...] [Obviously, this is an Ontologic Application. Also obvious is the emphasizing of the term active which points once again to the Active Components of Style of Speed.]",
"Real-time insights for performance [] Dashboards offer insights that help control operational costs, improve space utilization, and enhance employee well-being. Cloud-connected sensors on any fixed-height or sit-to-stand desk capture data. This data is transferred through the cloud via a secure, cellular gateway that works independently from your corporate network. [What a nonsense. This is done in a safe and secure way over a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) for example, because it is much more cost effective than over a cellular gateway or mobile connection. Besides this, how a furnish is connected and data is transferred to a cloud computing system is not the problem in relation with data security and data privacy. Nevertheless, even with a cellular gateway it remains an Ontologic Application and an Ontologic Web Service of our OS.]",
"Bring the office to life [Compare with our statement "bring the passenger's cabin to life" written on the webpage of the Active Component Active Interior of Style of Speed.]", and
"Get the Latest on Live OS [] For its initial launch, Live OS will be released to the North American market only with limited availability. [That does not avoid any legal requirements and liabilities.]"

The following quotes are made from the content of a webpage that presents the investigated system:
"Herman Miller Introduces a New Digital System, Connecting Furniture to Help Organizations Improve Workplace Strategy and Employee Well-Being [In fact, our original and unique solutions are several years old.]",
"Live OS(SM), a new system of cloud-connected furnishings, app, and dashboard, to enable more personalized experiences for employees, and provide organizations with real-time data analytics to manage their real estate portfolio [We do not respect the service mark because the term live OS is already used as a designation for related systems. See also our Cloud Operating Systems (COSs) described in the section Boot to Web (B2W) of the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics.]",
"Global design manufacturer, Herman Miller [...] today announced the first human-centered, enterprise-ready system of connected furnishings to enable the workplace to more deeply engage with people. Live OS includes an app and dashboard to offer data-based insights to help understand employees' ever-changing needs in the workplace. With the launch of Live OS, Herman Miller extends its traditional product offering to include this subscription-based service. [See the section Mensch im Mittelpunkt==Human in the Center of Focus of the webpage Die Unternehmensphilosophie==The Business Philosophy of the website of the C.S. GmbH. Furthermore, if the investigated "system of cloud-connected furnishings, app, and dashboard [and also] service" is not an operating system but called an OS, then we have to imply that it is an Ontologic System (OS) that is "connecting digital and physical environments", or being more precise, integrating physical and virtual environments. See also our Sp@ce technology once again and the section Basic Properties of the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux. Using the abbreviation OS in this way or sense is already infringing our copyright and other rights.]",
""Live OS is an example of how Herman Miller continues to evolve to better serve our customers as they increasingly look to the workplace to drive their own business transformation" said [the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company]. "With decades of experience in human-centered design, we're introducing services like Live OS [...]" [The term evolve is used in relation with The Proposal, which describes the predecessor of our OS with our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) and also references the field of affective computing and therefore the field of affective furnishings, like the ones described here, at the end of the chapter 6 Ausblick==Outlook "[j]üngere Forschungsprojekte [...] versuchen mittlerweile Computer-Systeme zu entwickeln, die dem Benutzer mehr Aufmerksamkeit geben. Erste prototypische Systeme können zum Beispiel auf die körperliche, als auch auf die emotionale Verfassung eines Benutzers eingehen==[y]ounger researcher projects [...] are attempting to develop computer systems in the meantime, that give the user more attention. First prototypical systems are able to react on the physical as well as the emotional condition of a user for example".]",
"Live OS will connect Herman Miller furnishings, including sit-to-stand and fixed height desks. Either when first installed, or retrofitted later, Live desks are equipped with sensors that are continuously connected to the cloud using a secure cellular network. This enables the desks to sense people, send data on desk utilization, and respond to people in new ways. [Once again, we have here a system of the field of the Internet of Things (IoT), which is a system of the field of the IoT of the second generation (IoT 2.0) because it is an IoT system based on our OS. Moreover, a cellular network is not more secure than any other wireless network if configured and operated correctly on the one hand and on the other hand utilizing a cellular network instead of for example a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) connected to the internet respectively Ontologic Net (ON) does neither represent an innovation nor avoid a causal link with our original and unique OS, because the overall system is a distributed system based on cloud computing, and we also mentioned mobile phone on the webpage of our Ontologic Applications and have our original and unique Ontoscope, which includes a cellular phone.]",
"The sit-to-stand desk remembers preferred postures. All a person needs to do is tap the desk control once, and it will adjust to the chosen and saved position. If an individual chooses to receive reminders, the desk control will light up and vibrate, reminding them to switch postures. [See once again the Ontologic Applications and Active Interior.]", and
"While a person is present at the desk, the sensors send anonymized real-time data to the cloud. The dashboard analyzes the data and delivers it in the form of evolving insights to enhance workplace performance. [The term evolving insights sounds like the feature of reflection of our Evoos described in the The Proposal and of our OS, and if taken together with the term real-time, then got the impression once again that we are also talking about our Caliber/Calibre.]".

The following quotes are made from the content of a webpage that discusses a general aspect realted with the investigated system:
"How real-time information and sensor-enabled furniture are making people more effective and organizations even smarter. [What a cheap play on words and the subconsciousness of the readers. Do not confuse the terms effective and affective despite that they belong together in the context.]",
""If you were to zoom out and say we want to create an ‘internet of things' approach to the work environment, it would lead you inevitably to the furniture." [Yes indeed, and C.S. is the one who did it first in the described ways.]",
"That thinking has led Herman Miller to launch Live OS, a new digital platform designed to personalize and optimize the office for the people who use it. More than sticking sensors on furniture, Live OS offers people and their organizations unprecedented insight into what actually goes on in the office, and a chance to use real data to drive smarter decisions. [As we said before, our OS and the related techniques, technologies, and solutions are several years old.]",
"The term of art for this brand of user control is "consumerization" [...] [Do not confuse art with art but note that the terms of art for this acting is copyright infringement and unfair business practice.] ",
"According to [...] a researcher [...] at [a research institute] whose work focuses on connecting digital and physical environments, the key to creating successful smart products lies in improving a person's understanding of the world around them. "You need to create tools that include the person and gives them the feeling of having the power and being in charge," [a researcher] says. [The research institute is one of the two research institutes that are also mentioned at the end of the chapter 6 Ausblick==Outlook in relation with such an affective computing system. This exact match is not the result of a happenstance but another convincing evidence for our allegations.]",
"People can personalize their sit and stand settings on the app, which will travel with them to any desk in the office they so choose. They can also opt in for wellness features and set personal activity goals. [One part are the OS features of "user centric migration of applications and data from one computing machine to another, even from a personal computer to a cell phone, or an automotive media center" listed in Feature-List #1 and "personal World Wide Web-based infrastructure, network, and virtual drive, that supports the user centric migration 'Max-Mig', synchronization 'Max-Sync' of applications and data, and communication 'Max-Com'" listed in Feature-List #2, and the other part is an Ontologic Application.]", and
"But as workplace culture has shifted, and people at all strata of organizations are called upon for creative work, expanding the living room model as widely as possible makes sense. [Besides mentioning the term model we have also our slogan "It makes sense" from the webpage of the Active Component Active Sensor, which is used togther with the Active Component Active Actuator for Active Interiors comprising for example the Active Seat of Style of Speed, which for sure can all be utilized for furnishings as part of our Sp@ce technology and iArchitecture as well.]"

The following quotes are from a document that lists its contributing project partners:
"A[...] company specializing in wireless technology and the inventors of the ANT Wireless protocol. Dynastream developed wireless mesh network that connects Live furnishings. [How cheap is that. ANTS can be found in the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux. Besides this, it has to be noted that wireless mesh networking is used in the field of robot swarms, such as for example our solution of the Sensor Swarm Robot, which is also a part of our overall OS, as can be seen easily with the related links in the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software. See also the issue OntoLab On-Line #2 and the Roboticle Further steps of the 30th of March 2015 and the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 13th of July 2015. Said this, no new work has been presented but only our original and unique works have been replicated.]", "A [...] design, brand, and business innovation firm. fuseproject designed Live OS user experience and interactive desk controller. [Strike the term business innovation and see the case of the plagiarist Yves Behar below.]", "Open Systems Technologies (OST) [] A Grand Rapids, MI-based technology service firm, specializing in data analytics and cloud infrastructure. OST developed the Live OS cloud infrastructure and data analytics. [That it realized only a part of the whole system investigated here does not avoid a causal link. And open in the sense of free beer is here nothing.]", "A [...] company specializing in strategy, design, and technology. Twisthink designed and engineered the hardware and software to collect and transmit data to the Live OS cloud infrastructure. [We even have an infrastructure with that plagiarism and when taken together with the mesh networking we are directly led to the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 21st of August 2017.]", and "A [...] firm specializing in creating digital experiences. Universal Mind designed Live OS user app and organizational dashboard. [This is once again an example of the cheap play on words and subconsciousness of the readers. For sure, our OS has also a cognitive universal mind as one of its original and unqiue properties, specifically for the Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).]"

We also quote a report publicated in an online lifestyle magazine:
"Herman Miller Connects Furniture to the Cloud via Live OS",
"Herman Miller is [...] looking to the future with internet-connected office furniture.",
"Its new Live OS is not really a furniture piece but a smart system. It’s designed by Yves Behar [...]. The Live OS system connects some of Herman Miller’s select furniture pieces, such as the fixed-height and sit-to-stand desks, to the cloud and acts like a fitness tracker for your desk. [Because the investigated system is a smart system but no operating system we imply once again that the OS stands for Ontologic System or Ontologic Service.]",
"And Herman Miller is looking to the future of the ever-evolving office space with its new cloud-connected desks. [With the term ever-evolving we have once again the reference to The Proposal and its chapter 6 Ausblick==Outlook. With the term space we have once again the reference to our Sp@ce technology. Both have been discussed above.],
"Sensors connected to a cellular network come fitted into new desks or can be added retroactively. [We have already mentioned ourActive Components Active Actuator and Active Sensor, as well as our Swarm Engineering and the related link in the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software]",
"The Live OS app memorizes a person’s preferred sit-to-stand desk posture and can adjust back to that position when the user taps the module. [See once again the webpage of our Ontologic Applications of OntoLinux and the Active Interior of Style of Speed.]",
"Employees can set goals for how long they’d like to stand or sit at work. The desk then reminds the person to take a break and change positions via the app or by lighting up and vibrating the module. [See once again the webpage of our Ontologic Applications, specifically the points "allowing agents to be more proactive by letting them infer the goals of the user and ways to help the user achieve those goals", "simplifing the interface to machines by giving the user helpful recommendations", and "A Computer, that is able to sense the user's emotions, would respond with an appropriate behaviour."]",
"For now, the system monitors how long you sit or stand and helps by reminding you not to stay in one position too long. But Herman Miller plans to roll out other features and furniture pieces. [See once again the webpage of our Ontologic Applications.]",
"For example, if the system notices you sit at the edge of your seat, it may send you an email with ergonomic tips on improving posture. [Obviously, this is an Ontologic Application, for example the points "helping the user to retrieve related informations, knowledge, and processes" and "improving context sensing by making use of multimodal user interfaces and other sensors".]",
"Plans to release a connected Aeron chair early next year means your chair may adjust and recline just as you like it or may nudge you to get up and stretch your legs. [Here we have a direct reference of the Active Seat of Style of Speed.]",
"Essentially, Herman Miller’s goal is to create office furniture that can learn and anticipate what you need before you do. [The term anticipate is a synonym for predict. This is a very interesting sentence, because it proves that the investigated system consists of an Ontologic Application and an Ontologic Service.]", and
"Sensors cost $100, the software costs $36 per desk per year and the sit-stand desk app costs $60 per desk per year. [Even if we subtract the cost for the unneeded cellular gateway, then the fees are still much more than our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) charges for the related licenses.]"

The quoted website contents and report show some interesting facts:

  • The report of the online lifestyle magazine includes our website content, that either has been edited by the
    • editor of the report
      • after recognizing our OS in the investigated system as a non-expert, or
      • on behalf of the company,

      or

    • company itself before, then taken by the editor or given to the editor, and in a following step has been edited once again to the version we have quoted above.

But eventually it does not matter how it worked in detail, because none of these possibilities does avoid a causal link.

  • Because the report of the online lifestyle magazine describes the same system as the website content of the company we have quoted above, the latter is also only our original and unique website content that has been edited by the company. This also does not avoid a causal link and does not constitute a new work, but shows that merely editing the syntax does not avoid an infringement of a copyright, specifically when the expression and meaning of the original work does not change in this way, as it is the case here.
  • Also very interesting but also mysterious and suspicious somehow is the fact that the investigated system is an adaption of technologies of our business unit Style of Speed.

Eventually, a part of our Ontologic System has been copied on the syntactic level and on the semantic level. Convicted!!!

  • Yves Behar: This time our star fraudster designer has crossed the line by far, because he has been identified as the designer of the system of the company Herman Miller (see its case above) and said system has been developed by a group of companies, that all knew our original and unique, and also very valuable Ontologic System before. For this reason, we are talking about organized serious crime now.

We added a new service to the range of services of one of our Ontologic Web platforms making it even more attractive.

    17.November.2017
    Clarification
Several scientists of the fields of philosophy, arts, psychology, and medicine have proven once again that the voice assistants or virtual assistants Apple Siri, Google Assistant, Microsoft Cortana, and Amazon Alexa are indeed conversational agents and also copies of our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) described in The Proposal and its successor, our Ontologic System (OS), in whole or in part, specifically of

  • our Caliber/Calibre and
  • our OntoBot, as well as
  • the composition or combination of the elements listed in the related sections of the webpage Links to Software,

    that

  • are based on
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI) and
    • cognitive computing,
  • are used for
    • introspection,
    • reflection, and
    • influence and change of behaviour,

    and

  • can improve the user's health, specifically
  • can have a very positive impact on mental health.

The latter shows once again the bidirectional, cybernetic connection created by C.S. (see also the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux).

For sure, the same holds for our Ontoscope also created by C.S., because all these virtual assistants are executed on

  • arbitrary mobile devices, which makes them Ontoscopes in this way, and
  • even on variants of our Ontoscope.

Said this, we got once again the confirmation that our Ontologic System and our Ontoscope are original and unique, characteristic as well as revolutionary works.

To make it clear, there is no excuse anymore even in those cases of specific voice assistants, voice-based virtual assistants, or voice-based personal assistants where the white, red, or yellow line was not clearly drawn and recognizeable at first.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We continued with the transformation of Style of Speed.

The images at the top and in the middle shows two designs that we worked on in relation with a common roadable car some years ago.
The images also show that our hovercars have wheels for the very few situations where hovering is either not possible or not allowed, or preferable (see also the Further steps of the 6th of February 2017).

    Ontonics Further steps
Do you have a coal power plant but do not want to use it anymore? We would be glad to take over it.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We looked in our stocks of old things, found some nice works (see the Further steps of the 17th of September 2015), and the basis of the specification data of comparable sports cars we concluded that it

  • should go from 0 to 60 mph in 1.7 seconds and potentially in 1.5 seconds with latest technology,
  • should go from 0 to 248.55 mph/400 km/h to 0 in 29 seconds,
  • should reach 280 mph/450.62 km/h,
  • would cost around 180.000 U.S. Dollar,
  • could be assembled immediately for prototyping and testing,
  • could become a production car in 2020, and
  • should give a hardcore smackdown to electric cars.

But as we said several times in the past: Where we are going, we do not need roads.

Because the copy is a 2+2 seater with only 2 doors it points directly to our models Modern of the 9x9 series and 9EE shown in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 17th of September 2015.
There exist at least two variants of the concept car Mission E. One of them also has the same recess for the license plate at the same position, which is the variant related with our models Modern of the 9x9 series and 9EE shown in the Style of Speed Further steps of the 17th of September 2015.
The basic design lines of the front, the side, and the fenders were also taken from another car, which is also based on one of our models of Style of Speed.

As we also found out by this investigation, the model Mission E of the marque Volkswagen→Porsche as well as this copy also have some design lines of the rear of our models Cayman C4 and C6, but this might be related with another fact that we do not want to disclose here because it is related with the other plagiarist.
And there is more to say.

    21.November.2017
    Clarification
What we can already say is that the fields of Cyber-Physical System of the first generation (CPS 1.0), Internet of Things of the first generation (IoT 1.0), and Networked Embedded System of the first generation (NES 1.0) virtually do not exist because the related applications already run under variants of our OS and in this way become automatically Ontologic Applications (OA) and Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) Services (OAOOOS or OAO³S) respectively apps of the fields of Cyber-Physical System of the second generation (CPS 2.0), Internet of Things of the second generation (IoT 2.0), and Networked Embedded System of the second generation (NES 2.0).
Proponents of the old CPS 1.0, IoT 1.0, and NES 1.0 should take a look (once again) on what we are offering with our Ontologic System (OS), Ontoscope (Os), and OAOOOS, and understand what they get so much more in return of becoming a member of our SOPR. Simply, said it is not a new hardware point and a new software platform, but a new world and even a new reality with new dimensions, freedoms, and possibilities that already has an incomparably higher potential than the potential the smartphone had 10 years ago, as shown at that time and now proven with our Ontoscope (Os). The Industry 4.0 is only a small facet of this shift of civilization exclusively created by us of Ontonics, Ontologics, and the OntoLab (see also the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 12th of October 2017).

Vision realized - Future delivered - As promised

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We worked on a first, more general Ontologic Application (OA).

We also worked on a second, more particular Ontologic Application (OA).

We also worked on a third, more particular Ontologic Application (OA).

What we can only say at this time is absolutely fascinating. Really.

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We added two new service platforms to the range of platforms of our Ontologic Web making it even more attractive.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We worked a little on the design of our new Speeder of the Unicorn series.

The image below shows an interesting design that matches with a design of us and that we have slightly overworked at the front (size of the air intakes, other door, and Unicorn emblems).

    Ontonics Further steps

In the last weeks, we thought about a basic technology once again but we have not concluded to utilize it for another system. At this point, we cannot believe anymore that our revolutionary breakthrough in the related field has not happened because we have made too many improvements.

    iRaiment Further steps
We also developed new utilizations of two basic technologies respectively a new basic technology, which are totally enthralling (see also the Further steps of the 8th of October 2016 and 30th of September 2017).

    Roboticle Further steps
We have begun with the development of something for the United States Armed Forces (USAF) that is absolutely amazing and mind blowing.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We looked at a technology of us once again. Honestly, we never imagined to develop such a technology but after we created, designed, researched and developed it we had to realize eventually how revolutionary, advanced, and even matured it has become. This technology also provides us the basis for the next step. Breathtaking.

We also improved basic structures of some of our vehicles.

We are still waiting for the specification of the next fighter aircraft for the United States Air Force (USAF). The Hypersonic Jet Fighters HJF-22SR/Super Raptor and HJF-1/Hyper Falcon can be taken as sources of inspiration.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) already got its routing slip.

    Rock 'n' Roll

    23.November.2017
    iRaiment Further steps
We found a way to realize a module of one of our smartwatch models (see the related Further steps) in a so much different way, that we designated it as a model of its own and not only a variant of the older model.
The module can also be used for other devices.

    Investigations::Aeronautics and Space

  • Airbus: In the last months, we noted that the company Airbus continued with its mimicking of our company, specifically in the field of urban air mobility. The following few examples were taken from its marketing material publicated in the World Wide Web: "[...] magic carpet [...] [The term is used for a design contest of the company to confuse the public. See the section Solid State Aircraft on the website of Style of Speed. By the way: Magic Carpet™.]",
"[... the company] is focusing on continuing to lay the foundations for an entirely new industry. "Nobody has ever done anything like this before, so it's a learning curve. We expect to learn a lot from the projects we are putting in place now, which are just the beginning of a new generation of urban mobility." [Obviously, this statement is a bold lie made to deliberately confuse the public because many years before we started all the projects, that the company claims as its unique activities. Besides this, to learn means in this case to steal from the Hovercity and Hoverland, as well as Superstructure projects of Ontonics.]",
"[The company] believes adding the third dimension to multimodal urban transport networks [...] develop partnerships and a portfolio of projects to make urban air mobility a reality [...] The Altiscope project is a simulator for evaluating policy options and operational models for air traffic management systems [...] [Have our fans and readers recognized the original source of this material? It has been copied from our Ontologic System (e.g. OntoScope and OntoGlobe software components of OntoLinux), which is also used for our Powered Lift Aircrafts of Style of Speed, and also our Hovercity and Hoverland, as well as Superstructure projects, and also the terms Multimodal User Interface (MUI), computer networks, management system, and simulation have been edited into the terms multimodal transport networks, air traffic management system, and simulation.]", "A single-passenger, self-piloted electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircrafts being developed by A³ [Obviously, this is related with the single-passenger, self-piloted electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL), Powered Lift Aircrafts of Style of Speed and also the 3³Theme of C.S..]",
"Skyways [...] test the seamless delivery of small parcels [...] using unmanned aircraft systems. [Shown is an octocopter. See the original project Delivery Drone™ and the slogans Leading the Skyway™ and Highway in the Sky™, and also the designation Silk Skyway™.]", and
"[...] delivery drone [...] [By the way: Delivery Drone™].

In this relation, we would like to recall that we do have an electrically powered aircraft technology that is

  • scalable to all sizes, including even the largest airliners,
  • integrable with existing aircrafts, and
  • capable to fly to wherever you want to fly.
We do have bridged the performance gap.

    24.November.2017
    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • Artificial Solutions: That company has stolen the part of our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S., which is related with our Caliber/Calibre and Ontologic Applications. The following quotes from an online encyclopedia prove our results of investigation: "In 2013 Artificial Solutions launched Indigo, a mobile personal assistant that is able to operate and remember the context of the conversation across different platforms and operating systems. [The abilities of multicore machines (multiple cores on one processor or multiple processors), where process migration or mobility happens as a standard part of process scheduling, the abilities of network computing and distributed computing, inclusive the functionalities of operating, migrating (or moving), synchronizing, and communicating of processes, agents, applications, and data, the abilities of advanced software agent-based systems, inclusive the functionalities of making the state of an agent persistent respectively serializing the process image of an agent (seen as an application; application software and software agent are (categorized as) computer programs) for migration, mobility, or move from between computing environments or information spaces (see also the document Real Time Visualization of Robot State with Mobile Virtual Reality [and Augmented Reality] listed on the webpage about the Virtual Object System (VOS) and the paragraph of the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 23rd of April 2017 that both mention the programming language Jave and its network architecture Jini, and find a related distributed agent, mobile agent, or multi-agent system (e.g. Jason)), and the abilities of our OntoBot software component, inclusive exhibiting context awarenes, conducting a conversational dialog, and learning (the habits of a user or/and the functionalities of a device), are all features of our Ontologic System (OS). We refer once again to the webpage Ontologic Applications and also to the webpage Feature-Lists and the sections Exotic Operating System, Network Technology, Natural Language Processing, Intelligent/Cognitive Agent and Intelligent/Cognitive Interface of the webpage Links to Software all of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"In February 2014 Artificial Solutions announced the Teneo Network of Knowledge, a patented intelligent framework that enables users to interact using natural language with private, shared and public ecosystem of devices, also known as the Internet of Things. [Viewed from the far the patent of that plagiarizing and fraudulent company Artificial Solutions can already be declared as void and as a deliberately conducted break of the patent law. The connection of our OS with the fields of Cyber-Physical System (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES) can be found on the webpages Links to Software, Links to Hardware, and Feature-Lists of the website of OntoLinux and in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics. Keep in mind, that to some extend techniques and technologies of the semantic (world wide) web were also used for the CPS, IoT, and NES before the publication of our OS, Ontoscope, and related works.]",
"Lyra, until 2017 marketed under the name Indigo, is an intelligent personal assistant developed by Artificial Solutions and which runs on Android and iOS. The application uses natural language understanding to answer a user's questions on a variety of topics, make recommendations and operate the user's device. [Topic maps can be found on the webpage Introduction of the website of OntoLinux and the rest was copied from the already referenced webpage Ontologic Applications.]",
"One of the notable features of Lyra is its cross-platform functionality and ability to retain a conversation across multiple devices. [Cross-platform functionality means nothing else than that it runs in different computing environments or on different systems, and the ability to retain a function across multiple devices is nothing else than the functionality already discussed above in relation with the migration or mobility, synchronization, and communication of processes, agents, or applications, and data, and the related features described as "User centric migration of applications and data from one computing machine to another, even from a personal computer to a cell phone, or an automotive media center" listed in the Feature-List #1 and "Personal World Wide Web-based infrastructure, network, and virtual drive, that supports the user centric migration Max-Mig, synchronization Max-Sync of applications and data, and communication Max-Com" listed in the Feature-List #2. In this respect, we have to make clear that on the one hand the personalization of these functions is a more special case, which is based on the general case of the related functions in the field of distributed computing, and on the other hand our OS components, like for example our OntoBot, are such applications that can migrate as well, as can be seen easily with the integrating architecture of our OS that integrates all in one. In addition, we have more original and unique material that supports our statements and claims, because it is included or circumscribed in the description of our OS as well.]", and
"The Software was originally designed to compete with Apple's Siri Virtual Assistant and to bring the functionality to Android devices, which are incompatible with Siri. [Here we got an implicit but very clear link to our work, because these personal assistants are a part of our OS. See our additional information given in relation with these personal assistants in the section Intelligent/Cognitive Interface of the webpage Links to Software.]"
And in a report we found these informations: "In a bid to top today's voice-controlled personal assistants like Siri and Google Now, Indigo continues conversation across devices. [This is once again the link to our work mentioned in the comments to related quotes before, because these personal assistants and the migration, mobility, or move of processes, agents, or applications are parts of our OS.]",
"The system is based on the Teneo Network of Knowledge, a back-end system that seeks to take your questions and route them to the relevant resource. So for example, if you fancy a trip to the movies, you ask what's on and, rather than simply showing you a list of search results, the system draws from movie theatre box offices to actually buy tickets. [See once again the comments to the related quotes made before that discuss the OS features of the user centric migration, mobility, or move of processes, agents, or applications, and its connection with the CPS, IoT, and NES. By the way, the example is odd because buying a ticket is also only a service like searching for information and somehow the system must know that movie tickets can be bought, which can be taken from a knowledge base or an ontology.]",
"Teneo, which is Latin for "to understand", speaks 21 languages. [This means it is multilingual in relation with natural languages, which again is a feature of our OS, as we made clear in the year 2009 already with the statement "And we thought that we want to control the weather, build replicators for food and other kind of things, translate languages in realtime, make terraforming, and populate the universe."]", and
"And it learns all about you by picking up on the things you ask about. So instead of explicit personalisation -- where you fill in a form with your data, telling the system your address and so on -- it learns by implicit personalisation -- for example, if you ask for restaurants and then check out a couple of sushi places, Teneo figures that you like sushi and reacts accordingly in future. [This means the plagiarism is user reflective and learns the habits of a user, which means it has a feature of our Caliber/Calibre, which again is a very original and unique, characteristic feature of our OS, and is even included in the related examples of our Ontologic Applications.]".
Despite the very obvious infringements of our copyright and other rights, that system has no future because it is missing all the many other features of our Ontologic System (OS) with its Ontologic Applications (OA) and Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) Services and also related OAOOOS frameworks, and our Ontoscope (Os).
At least we got the next proof of the originality and uniqueness of our OS.

Do not be fooled by that company.

    25.November.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We developed a variant of a specific technology (see for example the Further steps of the 22nd of November 2017).

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update
For having a better overview and avoiding to forget some facts related with the Virtual Object System (VOS) we copied into the section Collaborative Virtual Environment of the webpage Links to Software the links:

  • Peter Amstutz and T. Reed Hedges: The Virtual Object System: An Open Platform for Internet Multiuser Virtual Reality and
  • Peter Amstutz and Andrew H. Fagg: Real Time Visualization of Robot State with Mobile Virtual Reality [and Augmented Reality]

that were already given on the webpage of the VOS.

In relation with the fields of Cyber-Physical System (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES) we have to admit that the VOS already connects these fields, specifically "large, distributed networks of cameras and other sensors", with a "virtual/augmented reality architecture that has been explicitly designed for use with a fully-portable, wearable computing system" and therefore defines more precisely the differences or delimitation between the fields of

  • Cyber-Physical System of the first generation (CPS 1.0), Internet of Things of the first generation (IoT 1.0), and Networked Embedded System of the first generation (NES 1.0) on the one side and
  • Cyber-Physical System of the second generation (CPS 2.0), Internet of Things of the second generation (IoT 2.0), and Networked Embedded System of the second generation (NES 2.0) on the other side,

which both are included in our Ontologic System. But CPS 2.0, IoT 2.0, and NES 2.0 are our creations and as it is the case with all the other prior art, many other parts of our Ontologic System (OS) and our Ontoscope (Os) are missing here as well, which proves once again that our OS and our Os are original and unique.

    Style of Speed Further steps
We improved our new Thermal Protection System (TPS) for hypersonic flight and atmospheric (re)entry even more significantly (see the Further steps of the 1st and 16th of October 2017).

    26.November.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We developed a new variant of a solar cell, which works in the Near InfraRed (NIR) respectively Short-Wavelength InfraRed (SWIR) range of the electromagnetic spectrum at a wavelength of around 1,650 nm or even shorter, has a relatively high efficiency, and can be produced on an industrial scale today.

    Investigations::Car #417

  • Wrightspeed: And we got the next fraudster from California, U.S.A., who is even a founder of the vehicle manufacturer that became the Ponzi scheme Tesla. We are observing that company since April 2009 already. Now, we found out that its serious criminal owner stole once again website contents about some of the innovations of our business unit Style of Speed, even patented them, and then took the stolen intellectual properties to deceive private and federal sources for getting significant amounts of capital from them. We quote from its website:
"August 15, 2011 [...] Today Wrightspeed announced its Geared Traction Drive (GTD), an integrated inverter, electric motor, and two-speed transmission.",
"April 20, 2016 [...] The company’s patented Geared Traction Drive (GTD) digitally drives each wheel of the vehicle, providing the slip control needed to manage New Zealand streets. [See the other comments made to the related quotes. What is interesting here is the detail that it took 5 years between this news message and the news message before, which suggests that it has filed the fraudulent patent discussed below around the year 2011, which would be 2 years after our original and unique publication.]",
"But that’s only the beginning. Our patented Vehicle Dynamics Control System (VDCS) controls each [Geared Traction Drive (]GTD[)] separately, optimizing slip rate for ultimate traction on any surface, all the time. It’s a bit like combining AWD, ABS, and ESC into one synchronized system for braking, stability, acceleration, and handling. [Obviously, this is our original and most potentially unique concept Active Differential #2 - The SuperArchitecture, that is the result after "we have integrated the classical technologies of an Electric Drivetrain, a Torque Vectoring Differential, an Electronic Stability Control System and a Brake Energy Recovering System in one system". The Active Differential #2 is used for our legendary model RE for example.]", and
"[...] The breakthrough came when Wright asked: how can we save the most fuel, per vehicle, per year to make a compelling payback? Using turbines and applying electric vehicle principles to urban, heavy-duty trucks, The Route powertrain was born. Wrightspeed’s range-extended electric vehicle architecture stands as a true economic and technology innovation for transportation [...] [We have provided evidences that the breakthrough came when that plagiarist found and read our websites, specifically the website of Style of Speed. See also the webpage about the Quasiturbine - The Game Changer of Style of Speed to get the complete picture about that company, that does not innovate at all but only steals intellectual properties from others.]".
From a poster of a related system we got the following informations: "Integrated Innovation" and "[...] Vehicle Dynamics Control [] traction control in drive and regenerative braking [] electronic differential [Once again, we got the proof that the fraudster is claiming for our Active Differential #2.]".

We also quote a report report about our copied system publicated in an online automotive magazine of a fake news provider in the field of hybrid cars, which provides us the following additional information:
"Wright said the company has just patented the system that enables torque vectoring, stability control, traction control and ABS. [And we say that patent is void. It would have been obvious for a Person of Ordinary Skill In The Art (POSITA) to translate our original and obviously unique concepts of the Active Differential #2 and Active Trac into one software-based control system. Furthermore, the patent law has been broken at least two times, because it is also obvious that the fraudster has not disclosed that he is not the first and true inventor and has not disclosed all informations, as required by the patent law, because otherwise the patent application would have been rejected directly. Both acts were also done deliberately to gain an economical advantage, which makes the whole business a case for the federal authorities like the Department of Justice (DoJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the prosecutors, and the judges for another time.]",
"The software, which Wright says was just patented, dynamically controls each of the four wheels independently. If the car is driven hard into a corner, it controls slip angle, torque speed, and can even apply reverse torque to, say, the inboard wheels or as necessary. [See once again our original Active Differential #2 and RE for example.]", and
A brain does the thinking in microseconds and does what no ordinary car could do. [Even a part of our AutoBrain used for our "intelligent Active Control Management System, which centrally controls all Active Components and is powered by the High-Tech Operating System" has been copied.]".
What makes us wonder is the fact that the company does not give any more detailed informations about our original invention on its website and in its other marketing material.

The quoted website contents and report show some interesting facts:

  • The report of the online automotive magazine includes our website content, that either has been edited by the
    • editor of the report
      • after recognizing our Active Components in the investigated system as a non-expert, or
      • on behalf of the company,

      or

    • company itself before, then taken by the editor or given to the editor, and in a following step has been edited once again to the version we have quoted above.

But eventually it does not matter how it worked in detail, because none of these possibilities does avoid a causal link.

  • Because the report of the online automotive magazine describes the same system as the website content of the company we have quoted above, the latter is also only our original and unique website content that has been edited by the company. This also does not avoid a causal link, but shows that merely editing the syntax does not avoid an infringement of a right, specifically when the expression and meaning of the original work does not change in this way, as it is the case here.

Eventually, our reputation and goodwill has been exploited and the public has been mislead in relation with the true origin of our original work. Convicted!!!

    SOPR #61
We have a new member of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR):

  • Blippar
    • Ontologic Application
      • SoftBionics (Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), etc.)
      • Natural Image Processing (NIP), and
      • Augmented Reality (AR) navigation

has been shown to be an OAOOOS as well, though we have to note that we provide such a functionality already with our Ontologic Web (OW), that is based on Multi Global Positioning System (MultiGPS), MapCloud Computing, and also OntoGlobe and OntoEarth (see also Active Positioning of Style of Speed), and Google Street View and Here provide also basic functions of such smart city and mobility applications, which are even based in parts on the functionalities of our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic Web (OW) (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 6th of October 2017).

    We also guess that soon

  • Pinterest
    • Ontologic Applications (OAs)
      • SoftBionics (Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), etc.)
      • Natural Image Processing (NIP)

will become a member of the SOPR as well, though Computer Vision (CV) and Natural Image Processing (NIP) as well as such an image comparison functionality is already integrated in our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic Web (OW).
