Investigations::Roboticle

  • University of California, Los Angeles: The robotics and mechanisms laboratory of the mechanical and aerospace engineering department at the University of California, Los Angeles, presented a buoyancy assisted lightweight legged unit, also designated by the acronym BALLU which does not sound without reasons like the term balloon.
    See the images presented as the Original #3 of the 24th of July 2008 to find out where the original and unique idea of the related kinetic or robotic work of art truly comes from, and why this acting is a copyright infringement and even a deliberately conducted confusing of the public, specifically of the scientific community.
    Despite the seriousness of this crime, there is this funny fact: The plagiarist himself called C.S.' idea "crazy" and beyond common scientific thinking, which obviously and doubtlessly testifies and acknowledges its originality and uniqueness, and therefore strengthens and confirms our claim for copyright protection.

    In this relation, we have contacted an author, who publicated a report about that bold plagiarism in November 2016 on the website of the magazine IEEE Spectrum edited by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

    Clarification
    We found a concept of an aircraft with an electric propulsion system that should be powered by a nuclear battery based on the isotope hydrogen-3, also known as tritium. Sometime ago we took a look at this technology and got the following informations:

    Atomic batteries use radioisotopes that produce low energy beta particles or sometimes alpha particles of varying energies.
    In the diode design, radioactive material sits atop a device with adjacent layers of p-type and n-type silicon, so that ionizing radiation directly penetrates the p-n junction and creates electron-hole pairs, which is comparable to the working mechanism of a PhotoVoltaic (PV) cell or solar cell.

    The McDonnell Douglas Betacel 400 used for powering pacemakers had promethium-147 isotopes sandwiched between semiconductor (p-n junctions) wavers. It had an open-circuit voltage of 4.7 V (the common lithium-polymer battery used in mobile devices provides 3.7 V) and a short-circuit current of 115 μA (10^-6 ampere). A load of a 200 kOhm resistor could be powered for 10 years. The power density of the battery was approximately 25 microwatts (10^-6 watt) per cubic centimeter. The battery itself was approximately one cubic inch in volume (16.4 cm^3).
    These Betacel batteries presented an efficiency of approximately 4%. Higher efficiency devices were in the development process utilizing bidirectional beta sources, that would have yielded efficiencies approaching 8%.

    Two of the best known atomic batteries for common use are made up of a metal foil impregnated with tritium isotopes and a thin chip with p-n junctions made of the semiconductor silicon carbide, which can convert 30% of the beta particles that hit it into an electrical current.
    When we stack up chips and foils into a package a centimeter squared and 2 millimeter high, then we have a 1 microwatt battery. Powering a smartphone or even a vehicle with this technology seems to be illusory, obviously.

    But the very low output is not the worst problem. Many isotopes

  • decay by emitting gamma rays directly or their decay chains result in isotopes that emit gamma rays, which requires a heavy shielding,
  • are very toxic,
  • are hard to get or synthesized,
  • are difficult to dispose,
  • and so on.

    These disadvantages led us to the development of various reactors and other interesting devices that are more user friendly so to say.

    We have started a new project that will generate interesting results.

    We also have developed another battery.

    We improved a relatively new device of us.

    Furthermore, we solved a potential problem with a special smartband model, which is even much better now than we have ever expected. Really, no marketing nonsense here.

    We developed another basic smartband model, which should have at least 2 or perhaps even 3 times more electric power capacity than the 2nd generation (see the Further steps of the 31st of January 2017). But we expect an increase by a factor of 4 to 6, and more depending on the used chemistry.

    We also developed another basic smartband model, which should have much more electric power capacity than our other generations by exploiting a new feature in a simple but clever way. Honestly, this is a development where we ask ourselves why we had not this idea before.

    Roboticle Further steps
    We worked on the next generation of our Minimaxi humanoid robot platform.

    We also worked on a module that we can use for several of our robot platforms.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We developed a second variant of a module for our coaxial helicopters but tests must show if it is an improvement.

    In the last days we worked on 3 projects:

  • The first project is our model X0, for which we developed a new module.
  • The second project is our new model of the 9x9 series, which
    • we gave the work title Hightech,
    • is based on the WL1 Wide and Low Body in the variant with all wheel housings closed, and
    • constitutes a continuation of the design of the models Modern and Abstract.
  • The third project is a new Autocopter model, which is based on

    In the last days we continued the work on our:

  • Backpack Helicopter and ExoCopter (see the Ontonics Further steps of the 15th and 17th of June 2012), and
  • helipod (see the Style of Speed of the 13th of January 2016 and 28th of October 2016),

    which both have entered the prototyping phase and the beta production phase.

    Ontonics Hovercity #1
    We are pleased to announce the official start of our project Hovercity that is about the change urban areas will pass through by their continued transformation from 2D to 3D through the use of our material class Hoverinium as well as techniques, technologies, and services, that will change everything, as we already did with our Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as the Invention of the Automobile 2.0 and 3.0 among many other original and unique works of arts created by C.S. in various disciplines.

    Some examples for this profound and revolutionary transformation are:

  • much different constructions of buildings,
    • new techniques (e.g. heavy lift airships, aircranes, or skyhooks, and hovercranes),

      • carbon fiber concrete,

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We designed very simple models of a taxi, a truck, and a maglev train (see also the Original vs. Inspiration of the 13th of August 2013) having a block of a Hoverinium composite as chassis. Needless to say that our hybrid hover technology is very energy efficient and therefore saves a lot of fuel.

    For sure, we are also working on other aerial vehicles than the solid state aircrafts and airships. For example, for the construction of planes by using Hoverinium, Powerinium, and Flexinium as well as other advanced techniques and technologies we are researching the relations of design parameters such as

  • shape,
  • volume,
  • amount of generated aerodynamic drag,
  • amount of generated buoyancy or lift force,
  • reduction of fuel consumption, and
  • size of the fuel tanks,

    which are all connected with each other. The main goal is to find the ideal types of aerial vehicles and their configurations and designs depending on the balances between these parameters.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Amazon: In the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 6th of January 2017 we said that we are looking for evidences that the company Amazon is using the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and also known as OS, as a blueprint for its cloud computing based speech controlled assistant.
    Today we found a report with the following content: "For a sense of the scale of Amazon’s ambitions for [its speech controlled assistant], [an] analyst [...] suggests it's worth thinking of the speech service as "Amazon's operating system". An operating system is the piece of software that sits between complicated hardware and the user, allowing for standardisation for both software developers and the user interface itself. In that way, it's almost better to think of [Amazon's speech controlled assistant] as [Amazon Web Service]’s operating system: the first thing from Amazon that opens up the power of its cloud service to end users the world over."

    For sure, this was said to deliberately confuse the public once again about the true origin of our OS and the included Ontologic Web (OW). But by doing so, the criminal journalist and analyst also showed

  • on the one hand that they have correctly recognized Amazon's cloud computing based speech controlled assistant as a part of our OS or even as our OS despite of being more or less non-experts respectively persons not skilled in the art and
  • on the other hand they have confirmed in this way that Amazon with its cloud computing based speech controlled assistant has copied an essential part of our OS illegally.

    That said, we only need to look further to provide additional evidences.
    It has to be noted as well that Amazon also infringes other rights of C.S. and our corporation by confusing the public for example.

    Clarification in C.S.' own account
    Around 20 years ago C.S. had a relationship with a young woman, Jessica C., for around 7 years. When somebody is searching for her by using the complete name as search input, then she or he will only find an actress of movies for adults so to say having the same name. We do not know if this actress has been named Jessica C. at her birth or has taken this name as her stage name for getting more internet traffic, or it is just another part of the plot to damage the reputation of C.S., though we have no bad opinion about the job and what the actress is doing.
    The Jessica C. we are talking about is a graduated medical doctor. But if somebody is searching for a Dr. Jessica C*...*, then once again she or he will only find a Dr. Jessica C., who is not the former girlfriend of C.S..

    Ontonics Further steps
    We are pleased to announce Axela. Axela is a cloud computing based speech controlled assistant, which comes in two basic models with outstanding, totally amazing properties and adorable characteristics (see also the last point of the Ontoscope Further steps of the 31st of January 2017).

    We also looked once again at a comparison of a solid state aircraft based on one of our Hoverinium materials and a hot air balloon and found three points that led to a surprisingly low difference:

  • 1. We made an extremely conservative selection of a material property.
  • 2. We made a much too low assumption about another material property.
  • 3. We only worked on the atomic level of the nano world and molecular level of the micro world, and now we have to scale up to the level of the macro world.

    The first 2 points make a significant, not to say, a huge difference. But even better we got more insight and flexibility in relation with the design of this material class and also found some variants already, which provide very interesting properties.

    So now we are getting better and better into the subject again and have a second result with a lift force of around 220 to 500 N/m³, which means we are already in a range that allows us to realize our Magic Carpet, but the one out of the fairy tale books that is affordable even without Jinn. Are you ready to fly?

    Btw.: 1 N = 1 kg·m⁄s² or simply set
    1 kgf = 9.80665002864 N and
    1 N = 0.10197162099998805 kgf
    whereby kgf stands for kilogram-force, kilogram of load, or kilopond (kp).

    The PSA was always one of our absolute favorite robots and also one of the reasons why we have developed Hoverinium (see also the Roboticle Further steps of today below).

    Clarification
    Hoverinium is an original and unique work of art series created by C.S.. We are not sure if it should be classified as new media art or/and kinetic art, though when viewed from the aspect of kinetics then C.S. has brought it to its most extreme limit, because it is about zero gravity and hence about zero motion in space.

    The creation of Hoverinium was inspired by

    We are also pleased to announce our hovering solar panel, which is a world first in the field of electric power generation. By combining photovoltaic cells with Hoverinium we can generate electricity wherever we are and wherever we want to.
    To generate electric power in this way and amount was not possible before, because of many different physical, technological, and economical problems, which all have been solved by us (see also the issue Hovercity #2 of today below).
    Specifically interesting becomes the technology when we use it to- gether with our Hovering Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (HUAV) platforms and as a part of robot swarms (see also the related messages of the Roboticle Further steps of today).

    While the project Hovercity is focused on the infrastructure and the buildings based on the Hoverinium concept and technology (see the Ontonics Hovercity #1 of the 3rd of February 2017) these smart home device and design series transfer the Hoverinium concept on common items that can be found in and around buildings (see also the Clarification of today above).

    We also developed three new Hoverinium composites, which should be improvements of the composites developed before.

    Ontonics Hovercity #2
    We demand the governments to update any regulations that conflict with our Zero Gravity Manned Aerial Vehicle (ZGMAV) and Zero Gravity Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (ZGUAV) technologies based on our Hoverinium material class. Specifically the following rules have to be changed accordingly that are related with the

  • weight of a ZGMAV and a ZGUAV, because they have no weight by definition,
  • sound of a ZGMAV and a ZGUAV, because they do not make any sound when hovering and may generate acoustic waves when moving depending on specific configurations, as well as
  • prohibition to fly above public roads and other places, gatherings of people, etc., because they are always hovering and therefore cannot pose a risk alone, and
  • requirement to fly with a UAV in line of sight by a pilot, because improved air traffic regulations (altidude, velocity, path, etc.) and control systems avoid dangerous situations and therefore they cannot pose a risk in a common overall traffic system.

    Usually, governments have to impose such deregulations if a reason for a regulation is not given or has become obsolete due to new developments. Otherwise we will let the courts do it.

    Furthermore, we added our first hovering solar energy plant to our urban infrastructure (see also the related messages of the Ontonics Further steps of today).

    We are also pleased to announce our Hover Delivery Drone (HDD), which is a world's first when it comes to aerial logistics, inclusive our delivery drone service and drone cargo airline, based on our Safety Drones and proprietary techniques and technologies.

    We also developed the Floating Box, Flying Box, or Drone Box or Box Drone, which is an integrated automatic transportation and logistic system with which we have revolutionized the field of logistics once again. By using the box drone the requirements for a shelf and even a warehouse, as well as an additional transport vehicle are not given anymore.     These movement assistances should make life much easier for persons, who have only one or no legs, are paralyzed, or cannot use their legs for other reasions, until others or we have finalized the techniques to make new legs and solder the spinal cord together again.     We improved a technology, which was already excellent but now it is even better.

    Where is the competition? :)

    Style of Speed Further steps
    Since we started the work on our Autocopters and Speeders, we are asking us when the time will come to ditch the wheel.
    In the last days, we asked us if we should ditch the wheel and stop the work on our wheeled automobiles, because we made science fiction a reality.
    Today, we concluded once again that a hovering device with wheels or wheeled landing gears, or other kinds of ground based movements (e.g. magnetic levitation) makes sense (see also the Further steps of the 3rd of February 2017), because

  • steering, accelerating, and braking can be done more precisely and faster,
  • moving is supported in situations where hovering is not the best choice, and
  • saving and recovering energy is as more efficient as more direct contact to the ground is given

    at least for the first generations.

    But somehow we view more and more the wheel based locomotion or rolling as an aid for movement than its main way (see also the Further steps of the 2nd of February 2017).

    Furthermore, we took another look at the new engine developed yesterday and tried to estimated its performance more exactly. Sadly to say, we are not able to give some numbers, because of the many different configuration options. But it looks very much as if this engine changes everything as well, like before for example the Ontologic System, Ontoscope, Carbon based Quantum dot Light Emitting Diode, and Hoverinium material class all developed in the OntoLab as well.

    Ontonics Further steps
    In the last days, we also worked on the production processes of our Hoverinium materials and composites, and our applications based on them.
    In the course of this, we found out that we can (re)use a special production process directly.
    We could confirm once again that the dimensions and other properties of devices based on Hoverinium are lying in the expected ranges and are even leaving roam for optimizations depending on the requirements of a specific application and device.

    We also thought about the dimensions for (semi-)final mass products and prefer tiles or panels in the shapes and sizes of e.g. display panels, specifically with a square area. For sure, these tiles can be combined together to form a large tile if needed, which also follows the example of displays.
    But in general arbitrary shapes are possible as well, as we have already designed in the shapes of chassis, fuselages, wings, and other exterior parts of vehicles, and will manufacture for our business division Style of Speed and our collaborating partners.

    In relation with our pursuit to revolutionize logistics once again and our box drone (see the related message in the Further steps of the 5th of February 2017), we are also thinking about a standardized shipping container respectively hovering container in the size and shape of an intermodal container.
    But potentially a hover truck, a hover tug, and a hover trailer are sufficient.

    We will stop our activities in relation with the common automobile. Seriously, it is neither interesting nor making sense for us anymore.

    In this context, we have reviewed our internal records and after we only created and constructed single materials, composites, components, and modules all the time, we began only recently to put everything together and to make the first calculations of the overall performances of our newest technologies and their applications. About the results we can only say that they are mindblowing and not communicable to the public.

    This time the defrauding entity is trying our legal defense from the direction of our multimedia environment Sp@ce, including Space@Home, which is powered by an Ontologic System (OS), like for example OntoLinux, as it is the case for all of our devices, environments, services, systems, etc.. The latter fact has been made crystal clear on our websites over the last 10 years.

    Specifically the features of proactivity in connection with learning the user's habits or some other kind of reflection, logic programming (specifically "if this then that" or "if then else"), other AI, etc. on the one hand and AR, networking (specifically web services and distributed computing, including cloud computing), etc. on the other hand is always a very clear indicator for a copyright infringement, because it is one of the prominent honeypots laid out by C.S. (in this case on the webpage Ontologic Applications of the website of OntoLinux) for the fraudulent entities, who either have no clue about what they are truly stealing or are just only anti-social, serious criminal cleptomaniacs.

    Potentially, somebody has to delete some patents.

  • Google: After we looked in more detail at an issue related with the Ontoscope paradigm and technology, we had to conclude that it would be appropriated to reinvestigate Google's copy of a part of the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope, which
  • on the one hand is powered by the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System (OS) and
  • on the other hand is also used as foundation for other mobile devices, such as
    • tablet computers (e.g. intelliTablet),
    • smartwatches respectively wrist-worn Ontoscopes (e.g. iRaiment), and
    • smart eyewear (e.g. iRaiment and Ontoscope), as well as
    • Augmented Reality Head-Mounted Displays (ARHMDs), Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Displays (VRHMDs), and Mixed Reality Head-Mounted Displays (MRHMDs) respectively head-worn Ontoscopes

    (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 21st of February 2014 and 17th of June 2014, and also the Investigations::Multimedia of the 15th of July 2014).

    In this relation the facts should be noted, that the Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM) method was also a part of the autonomous driving system of the winning vehicle Stanley of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Grand Challange of the year 2005 and that we already have

  • on the one hand with the Evolutionary operating system (Evoos), that has as foundations the fields of developmental biology and bionics, including evolutionary computing inspired by biological evolution (see The Proposal), as well a bio-inspired foundation of the Ontologic System and
  • on the other hand with the autonomous car Stanley one of the many inspirations for the creation of the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope, and for the utilization of these two paradigms and technologies in vehicles of Style of Speed.

    Around the year 2014 we concluded at first, that for example the combination of a

  • mobile phone or cell phone respectively smartphone with a depth-sensing camera or 3D camera,
  • portable 3D camera with
    • depth perception or depth sensing,
    • (6-axis) positional tracking, and
    • (large-scale and real-time) 3D mapping,

    and

  • mobile Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) or VR headset with a 3D camera

    would be results of an ordinary technological progress (see the Clarification of the 29th of April 2014), but already mentioned that the additional combination or integration with Artificial Intelligence (AI) by our OS and Ontoscope could not be declared as an ordinary technological progress anymore. In fact, it was an attempt to draw a white line without saying the last word, and because our conclusion specifically in relation with the ordinary technological progress was partially incorrect, we made clear once again recently that already the smartphone was unforeseeable and unexpected by virtually everybody with the exception of C.S. and some fraudulent entities spying on C.S. and, as a simple implication, the smartphone with a dual-lens camera, 3D camera, or/and a 3D scanner or depth camera was unforeseeable and unexpected as well by really everybody else than C.S., as it is the case with the idea to put the navigation system of an autonomous off-road vehicle like Stanley and much more into a pocket computer, watch, or glasses, and advanced 3D camera technologies derived from the Ontoscope (see the Clarification #1 of the 23rd of May 2014 and Clarification of the 30th of January 2017).

    Furthermore, we learned in the year 2014 as well, that the Tango platform of Google is based on the SLAM technique (see again its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 21st of February 2014). Now, we got also the confirmation that the SLAM technique:

  • has bio-inspired works related with the functioning of the brain as historical foundations, and
  • gives a mobile device and an agent the ability of
    • spatial awareness or space-awareness, and
    • location awareness to
      • directly know and perceive the whereabouts of
        • itself, and also
        • a user using such a mobile device or agent,
        and even to
      • reflect a user.

    These connections to

  • biology inspired works, including artificial agents (e.g. robots) and AI, and
  • biological entities, including real users,

    prove once again that at least such specific portable 3D camera technologies and devices comprising them, which include Goolge's Tango platform but also many of the other devices listed at the beginning,

  • are copies in whole or in part of the Ontoscope operated by an Ontologic System (e.g. OntoLix and OntoLinux) based on Evoos, and
  • therefore do not represent an ordinary technological progress, but constitute a copyright infringement, indeed (see also the Website update of the 14th of January 2017).

    Obviously, C.S. was all the time far ahead of the time or simply said truly visionary, original and unique.

    Clarification
    An artist, whose doubt about reality is the foundation of all his works, presented as his latest work a mirror, that is said to show this doubt particularly clearly.

  • 1. It is a common mirror that was not made by that artist. Therefore, it would be at most a readymade work related to the art of found object or objet trouvé, but the so-called artist has not put the mirror in a new context or given a new expression in contrast to Kazimir Severinovich Malevich with e.g. his painting "Black Square" and Henri-Robert-Marcel Duchamp with e.g. his sculpture "Fountain". In addition, the image reflected by a mirror has been questioned and discussed many times before already. And luckily, an object touched or placed in an exbibition room by an artist does not become a work of art in this way.
  • 2. It is obvious that this was a
    • reflection of the multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S., as well as the related description and explanation given in the document Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope, and
    • attack on said work and therefore on C.S., specifically on our trustworthiness.

    Sadly to say, that artist has not only a profound lack of competence in the field of social behaviour but also in the field of physics, where it has been already discussed as well in the past if natural processes can be mirrored in time.

    We have the physical theories of

  • Aristotle,
  • Isaac Newton,
  • Albert Einstein, and
  • N.N. with an upcoming theory that also connects the quantum gravity with the principles of quantum mechanics physics, which is not given by the theories of Einstein.

    But Einstein's theories are already sufficient to clear any doubts, because they comprise the laws of thermodynamics.

  • First law of thermodynamics:
    When energy passes, as work, as heat, or with matter, into or out from a system, the system's internal energy changes in accord with the law of conservation of energy. Equivalently, perpetual motion machines of the first kind are impossible.
    This principle of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system is constant, so that energy can be trans- formed from one form to another, but cannot be created or destroyed.
  • Second law of thermodynamics:
    In a natural thermodynamic process, the sum of the entropies of the interacting thermodynamic systems increases. Equivalently, perpe- tual motion machines of the second kind are impossible.
    This measure of entropy proves that natural processes have a temporal direction in this observable universe, because the increase in entropy accounts for the irreversibility of natural processes, and the asymmetry between future and past (see also Maxwell's demon and the Gibbs paradox).
  • Quantum mechanics provide additional indicators that time has a direction, so that processes observed in a mirror or shown in a video run backwards can be clearly distinguished as real or unreal in this space.

    Another aspect is related with Algorithmic Information Theory (AIT), which is

  • "the result of putting Shannon's information theory and Turing's computability theory into a cocktail shaker and shaking vigorously",
  • also connected with entropy (see for example "Algorithmic Information Content, Church-Turing Thesis, physical entropy, and Maxwell’s demon", in Complexity, Entropy and the Physics of Information, pp. 73-89, written by W.H. Zurek in 1991, and do not ask how C.S. came to this conclusion as well all alone around 1999), and
  • one of the theoretical foundations of the multimedia work of art titled Evolutionary operating system (Evoos), which again
    • is described in The Proposal and supplemental documents written by C.S. as well and
    • constitutes the predecessor of the Ontologic System (see also the Clarification of the 18th of December 2016).

    Furthermore, this direct connection of thermodynamics and therefore statistical mechanics, and quantum mechanics with information theory, computability theory, and AIT, is another theoretical foundation of the Ontologic System (OS) with its Caliber/Calibre and Ontologic uniVerse (OntoVerse or OV), which describes for example the thermodynamics and quantum mechanics of cognition and cognitive processing and provides the foundation of many interesting appications (see the section Paving the Way by Bridging the Gap of the webpage Caliber/Calibre once again).

    This means logically, that at least conceptually the OS is absolutely trustworthy and correct, and everybody who doubts our OS, ON, OW, and OV, or even reality on the one hand and on the other hand attempts to pervert reality is simply wrong or just mad.

    Original and unique! And this is only the beginning. :D

    In the course of our next planned step of the development of Style of Speed mentioned and discussed in the Further steps of the 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 7th of February 2017 we made several decisions explained in the following.

    The airships will become more important comparable to yachts on water.
    The planes have already Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL) variants and are continuing their evolution in this direction by removing the powered rotors.
    The helicopters will disappear.
    The Powered Lift Aircrafts will become either VTOL planes or Speeders.

    The common land vehicles, specifically the cars, are already disappearing in favor of our Autocopters with new models, which are some other kind of flying cars that have no powered rotors anymore.
    This transformation is realized by the next generation of the models B!, X0 and WL1 Wide and Low Body, and the models of the 91x series (see for example the Further steps of the 11th of January 2016), and eventually leads to Speeders.
    We have selected two more design concepts that show the general direction and path of this transformation.

    We are pleased to announce our new scalable technology developed for mobile devices, such as our Ontoscope and intelliTablet, as well as other devices where folding or rolling (see for example the Original vs. Inspiration of the 27th of December 2015) are not the best choice of method (e.g. wrist-worn Ontoscope).
    The image, which is presented below but not created by us, shows a design concept of a laptop computer, which is based on a scalable material with a scaling factor of around 3.5 to 4 and has surprisingly many features of our Ontoscope paradigm and technology.

    The scaling factor of our devices will be around 2 to 3 times at first and we are researching how far the development of this technology should go respectively how high the scaling factor should be for still making sense.
    The foundational layer has been scaled by spreading out and pushing together 100.000 times in the laboratory without showing any deterioration.

    Moreover, we are in the design and prototyping phase of the final products and have also begun to prepare the production phase.
    For sure, Scale devices have all common features, such as a rigid display with high resolution and touchscreen, cameras, and a battery with very long runtime.

    In relation with our new scalable technology we thought about its correct designation and description of its functionality, because neither folding nor spreading out and pushing together seem to be the right terms to addresse these two points completely and correctly. That said, we came to the terms to scale and scaling, Scale, and iScale in accordance with the property of being scalable and correspondingly have updated the Further steps of yesterday.

    iRaiment Further steps
    We thought about a scalable smartphone and an Ontoscope of the new Scale model series designed like the Thin Watch I, Thin Watch II, or another model of this series (see the Further steps of the 19th and 20th of July 2016, and also 29th of September 2016).

    We also thought about a scalable tablet computer and an intelliTablet with Ontoscope technology of the new Scale model series in the designed like the Double Watch No1 or another model of this series (see the Further steps of the 20th of March 2016, and 25th and 26th of May 2016).

    We find these models very fascinating with which we are continuing to connect the world.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We developed two variants of a technology and a third variant by combining them. Indeed, this is crazy technology but has the potential to become the next generation of another technology.

    We also developed another cost effective method to produce graphene for example by adapting a technology.
    We also thought to combine this method with the method mentioned in the Further steps of the 15th of February 2017.

    Investigations

  • Google: On the 12th of January 2017 we gave the comment that "Google failed with [its] drone based internet[, as expected ...] and Google will fail once again with its clone based on a swarm of thousands of balloons", and also mentioned "Why we came back with our SwarmSat satellite network and Superstructure communication and control systems? Simply because we learned even more, researched and developed, and then created something new. As usual."
    For sure, we made this comment to observe how that kleptomanic, obsessive, and aggressive company reacts. Some days ago the awaited reaction was given with the explanation that Machine Learning (ML) is applied to observe the weather and control the buoyancy of the balloons and in this way their altitudes accordingly, so that they hover above a smaller area instead of circulating around the Earth.
    We simply refer to the issues Superstructure #1 of the 29th of October 2016, Superstructure #4 of the 6th of November 2016, and Superstructure #5 of the 19th of January 2017, and also guess that since several days already the responsible employees at Google are frenziedly spinning around like a startled swarm of bees to find out what we do because they do not know it despite the company's espionage.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • ZTE: We began the preliminary investigation in this case already when the company ZTE announced its project CSX (guess why it is called in this way), which had the goal to design and produce a smartphone based on the suggestions and ideas provided by the public.
    Not surprisingly, a smartphone with some features of our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope got the most votes (see also the case of the Britisch Broadcasting Corporation below). But when this smartphone was promoted by a campaign on a crowdfunding platform it flopped with around 190 backers.
    On the one hand this has implications for us as well, for example the result of the crowdfunding campaign showed that the discussion about the Ontoscope could lead to unexpected results and in this way proves again its status of a work of art somehow. But on the other hand a responsible person of ZTE explained that the company's mistake was to have concentrated only on this proposal and not on the other suggestions and ideas as well, though we have not found another truly competing mobile device on the website of this project. Obviously, the whole project CSX was only planned and conducted to steal our intellectual properties, specifically the Ontoscope, as we guessed all the time.
    Why we are allowed to make such a claim is simply explained: On a large consumer electronics exhibition held in January 2017 that company also announced in a highly provocative way to steal our thin smartwatches. Should we bet it does not, at least without serious negative effects?
  • Britisch Broadcasting Corporation: In relation with an attempt to steal our intellectual properties by a manufacturer of smartphones (see the case of the company ZTE above) that media reported the following: "[One of the fraudulent analysts who are always quoted by the criminal news staff of the technology section to mislead the public even more] suggested that customers may have been sceptical that the eye-tracking features would work as advertised since the concept is so new. He pointed out, however, that the specifications of the proposed device were promising in their own right. The proposed design boasts a full HD display, dual lens camera on the rear [...] "It's a bit of a tragedy - even though it seems to be a failed experiment, [that company] should be applauded for their efforts," [...]".
    Obviously, that lying media withhold the very important fact that this was an attempt by that company from China to infringe the copyright in relation with our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope, which has as some of its characteristic standard features our:
  • MobileKinetic technology
    • suggested and motivated the first time on the 6th of July 2007 and
    • officially started on the 28th of February 2011
  • advanced camera platform with at least two lenses on the rear, and
  • Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M²UI) with at least
    • voice control,
    • head tracking, and
    • gaze or eye tracking,

    since we showed it the first time around 8 years ago on the 11th of July 2009, which were discussed on OntomaX many years ago as well (see for example the section that begins with "We demand all media" at the end of the Investigations::Car #345 of the 6th of February 2012).
    Indeed, such multimodal user interfaces were already used with the second generation of wearable computers in the late 1990s and early 2000s (see also the section Zooming Text-Entry Interface of the webpage OntoGraphics of the website of OntoLinux), but their combination with softbionic techniques such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Evolutionary Computing (EC), and all the other properties of our Ontologic System (see for example the webpages Overview and Terms of the 21st Century of the website of OntoLinux) on the one hand and with a smartphone, tablet computer, smartwatch, or similar mobile devices on the other hand was only done by C.S. (see for example the case of the company Google in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 13th of February 2017).

    Furthermore, the last quoted sentence was only publicated to provocate and psychologically terrorize C.S. with maximal impact.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We adapted a technology to solve a problem, but honestly we do not know if this solution makes its way into a product.

    We also worked on our Reactor technology and made some progress.
    In addition, we developed some new detail solutions by exploiting the general properties of the overall system design.
    When comparing our Reactor technology with similar solutions once again, we concluded that it should provide the significantly higher efficiency as announced by us.

    Because somebody might still find a flaw in the concept of the overall system comprising the Reactor, we also looked from various directions at the whole range of chosen fuels once again.

    Clarification Industry 4.0 Special #1

    For sure, we also observed the activities in the field of the so-called Industry 4.0, and knew directly from its start that our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S. will be copied in whole or in part in illegal ways.
    In the last days, we looked around for the first time and found a bunch of known and new fraudsters. In the moment we are sighting the material so that we can investigate the criminal actions and clarify the issues in a series of shorter Investigations and Clarifications.

    To the terms that prove our claims belong "sensor", "cyber-physical system", "digital copy, digital twin, virtual instance, or model", "predictive maintanence", "self-awarness", and "self-healing", as well as "distributed", "cloud", and "services", because they do not pave a way to brake through our copyright protection, despite they have been chosen as prior art, but are composed to an integrated system architecture, which simply said is an essential part of our integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), obviously, that therefore has been taken as a blueprint in an illegal way.

    The facts are that we

  • have carefully synthesized the external systems around 20 years ago, including the systems described by and related to the terms listed above, and
  • correspondingly developed and described our OS as the main set or core set of all requirements and applications to cover the most important parts of such an integrated industry as well (see the webpages Overview and Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux).
    For very good reasons wee also pioneered our
  • unifying system in software and hardware,
  • Caliber/Calibre, and
  • Ontologic uniVerse (OntoVerse or OV) for example.

    Without any doubts there were

  • predictive analysis tools,
  • self-healing software,
  • self-aware software agents and hardware agents or robots,
  • Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS),
  • Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) systems,
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Evolutionary Computing (EC) paradigms, techniques, technologies, and systems, such as the
    • Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW),
  • and many of the other elements.

    But missing were

  • many other essential elements and
  • an overall and truly holistic system vision, approach or paradigm, and architecture,

    which are the decisive factors that allowed to set free the synergy and in this way became someting totally new, unforeseeable, and unexpected. Exactly all these missing but most relevant aspects and elements have been created with our OS and OSA.

    In addition, we can also see and conclude already like some few external entities did as well, that the problem is much too complex for all those already convicted fraudulent entities, who act like a swarm of headless chickens, so that

  • they are only able to copy what others like us have researched and developed, and also publicated before, and
  • we can clearly see
    • who has stolen what at which time,
    • what is missing,
    • which promise or claim is missing, and hence
    • where the red line is drawn and
    • when our copyright has been infringed and will be infringed eventually (oh, we can also act predictively).

    Every concerned entity should take the next months to clean up all infringing publications before we do so, send the bills, and beging the discussions with third parties (e.g. judges).

    So we have sighted in more detail the 279 case examples listed on the website of that working group and made the observations that the

  • usual fraudulent entities have not stolen so much as expected, but this might be a wrong impression due to a stealth strategy,
  • medium large companies thought to be very clever and have stolen as much as possible, and
  • ministry has selected examples in such a way that as much as possible over our OS is covered, as we can see easily.

    We also made a quick look on the titles of the case examples from France and Japan, which nevertheless provided us more informations about the subject and more insights about the issue.

    Somehow we are getting the impression and also the proofs that C.S. is also the creator of the field of the Industry 4.0.

    are infringing our copyright in relation with the Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), because a subset of our OSA has been described only by using other words or even the same words, and therefore covered to a large extent in a top-down approach (see also the Clarification of the 8th of July 2016 and 18th of December 2016 for example).
    In addition, we found more matches related with the overall approach, the process of creation, and the used techniques and technologies used for creation.

    At this point we also give the warning that the reference model normed as the standard DIN SPEC 91345 is based on our intellectual properties and therefore its use for any machine, hardware and software, and product constitutes a legal problem.

  • Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Fraunhofer Institute, Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt, and project partners: We also took a look on the project titled Basissystem Industrie 4.0==Basic System Industry 4.0 (BaSys 4.0), which is described as a "virtuelle Middleware==virtual middleware" or "'Betriebssystem' für Produktionsanlagen=='operating system' for production plants".
    The following is an excerpt of an interview with one of the responsible persons at first quoted in the original version at first: "Das Ziel von BaSys 4.0 ist die Entwicklung eines Basissystems für Produktionsanlagen, das die effiziente Wandelbarkeit eines Produktionsprozesses als zentrale Herausforderungen der vierten industriellen Revolution realisiert. Dabei gilt es, bestehende Technologien so zu vernetzen und zu integrieren, dass Industrie 4.0 Anwendungen realisiert werden können. Hierzu entwickelt das Projekt eine virtuelle Middleware die es erlaubt, die dazu erforderlichen Dienste bereitzustellen und miteinander zu verknüpfen. [Offensichtlich zeigten wir dies bereits mit dem OS OntoLinux sogar in einer allgemeinen Weise, das leicht anhand der Handhabung eines Produktes als ein künstlicher Agent beziehungsweise eine kyberphysische Entität erkannt werden kann.     We translated the quotes from the original interview publicated in german language: "The goal of BaSys 4.0 is the development of a basic system for production plants, which realizes the efficient transformability of a production process as the central challenges of the fourth industrial revolution. It should be noted to network and to integrate existing technologies in such a way that the Industry 4.0 applications can be implemented. For this purpose the project develops a virtual middleware, which allows to provide the necessary services and to link them with each other. [Obviously, we showed this already with the OS OntoLinux even in a general way, which can be easily recognized by the handling of a product as an artificial agent respectively a cyber physial entity. But also a middleware respectively an Object Request Broker (ORB 1) as well as an ontology-based or ontology-oriented middleware and an Ontology or Ontology-oriented Request Broker (ORB 2), which can have reflective and cognitive capabilities by the integration in the OSA, for sure, and in this way an ontologic middleware and an Ontologic Request Broker (ORB 3) inclusive Brokered Peer-to-Peer belong since the beginning already to our OSs, such as OntoLinux, because through the combination of the software component Metisse of the Underware project with the GNU's Not Unix! (GNU) Network Object Model Environment (GNOME) also GNOME's underlying component model, which is based on the Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA; not shown explicitly in the graphic of the Underware system architecture), the general properties and the components of Underware and also of the Virtual Object System (VOS) with its messaging and object interlinking protocol have been integrated in the OSA as well.]", "Digital twins [-] The efficient conversion of a running process is only possible, if the exact state of each plant, each device and all running and planned orders is known at any time. Likewise, every service offered by any unit of the production plant must be describable and useable. BaSys 4.0 will provide a digital twin for each relevant entity - the entirety of the digital twins creates a holistic process image, which is actual at all times. [Obviously, the aspects of a holistic (agent) system and a mirror world (see the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux and also the Clarification of the 24th of April 2016) have been copied for the so-called Industry 4.0 as well, which result in the related part of our Ontologic uniVerse, which again is a part of our Ontologic System (see also the Clarification of the 16th of April 2016.]", and "Multi Prog[ram(ming) C++ C#]"
    The simple and short verdict of this investigation is as follows: This constitutes a copyright infringement and several other serious breaches of laws.
    Furthermore, the fact that more than enough appropriate middleware already exist on the one hand, though this does not affect any copyright relevant issues, and the list of the project partners on the other hand give this issue the rest.
  • Jay Lee: He is the director of the National Science Foundation (NSF) Industry/University Research Cooperative Center (I/UCRC) for Intelligent Maintenance Systems (IMS) and also worked on a predictive maintanence system called Watchdog Agent since the year 2001, which is "an infotronics-based prognostics approach for product performance degradation assessment and prediction". In at least two publications we found the following explanation: {quotes missing}

    In addition, we got the following information from a third party about the contents of two papers of him, that were publicated in the year 2013 and are about "The goal of predictive manufacturing system (PMS)[, which] is to enable machine and systems with "self-aware" capabilities. The core technology of PMS in order to deliver "self-aware" capabilities is the smart computational agent that will contain advanced analytics to conduct predictive modeling functionalities. [Obviously, this is an essential part of our OS, as can be easily proven with the content of the website of OntoLinux.]"

    Furthermore, in a third paper publicated in the year 2014 the first time he discusses "Recent advances and trends in predictive manufacturing in Industry 4.0 environment". We got the following informations about their content from a third party: "Using appropriate sensor assemblies, various signals such as vibration, pressure, temperature, etc. can be recorded. [This reminds us of our Ontoscope and other devices of us somehow. ...] Such data can provide context as to the type of action/function the machine was performing when sensor data was being collected. Imagine when all data are gathered and combined with all the assets in a facility. When all the data are aggregated, this phenomenon is called "Big Data" because of the volume of data collected, velocity by which data is being received and variety of data that are being collated. Such phenomenon requires new paradigms and approaches for analysis instead of statistical process control or other traditional statistical analysis techniques. The new transforming agent then consists of several components: an integrated platform, predictive analytics and visualization tools. [...] By utilizing visualization tools, health information such as current condition, remaining useful life estimation, root cause, etc., can be effectively conveyed [...] The calculated health information can then be forwarded or made available to existing company management systems such as enterprise resource planning system (ERP), manufacturing execution system (MES), supply chain management system (SCM), customer relation management system (CRM), product lifecycle management system (PLM) to achieve overall enterprise control and optimization."

    Moreover, in a magazine of a company, which will be investigated in the next future, we got also the following additional informations from a report that repeats the quoted part of the third paper: "After 2013 Hannover Fair took place in Germany, “Industry 4.0” is becoming a buzzword in manufacturing industry. Accompanying this new concept, intelligent analytics and cyber physical systems are teaming together to realize a new thinking of production management and factory transformation. [We note that Industry 4.0 is a "new concept" and the integration of intelligent analytics with cyber physical systems. ...] In order to achieve transparency, the manufacturing industry has to transform itself into predictive manufacturing. [We note the emphasizing of the property to be predictive.] Today, in an Industry 4.0 factory, machines are connected as a collaborative community. [We note the collaborative aspect.] Such evolution requires the utilization of innovative prediction tools so that data can be systematically processed into information that can explain the uncertainties and thereby make more “informed” decisions. [The term "evolution" points directely to our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos), which is described in The Proposal on the one hand and on the other hand is the predecessor and foundation of our OS. ...] Using appropriate sensor installations, various signals such as vibration, pressure, etc. can be extracted. In addition, historical data can be harvested for further data mining. [...] When all the data are aggregated, this amalgamation is called “Big Data”. The transforming agent consists of several components: an integrated platform, predictive analytics and visualization tools. The algorithms found in the Watchdog Agent can be categorized into four sections: signal processing and feature extraction, health assessment, performance prediction, and fault diagnosis. By utilizing visualization tools, health information (such as current condition, remaining useful life, failure mode, etc.) can be effectively conveyed [...]", "[...] prediction capability [... See the webpage Ontologic Applications of the webiste of OntoLinux.]", and "Industry 4.0 Factory [-] Key attributes[:] Self-Aware[,] Self-Predict[,] Self-Compare[,] Self-Configure[,] Self-Maintain[, and] Self-Organization [Here we got once again the link to cognitive systems, which are able to conduct self-reflection, and also the link to softbionics.]".
    Obviously, the content related with the so-called Industry 4.0 approach was stolen from the website of OntoLinux with its OntoBot and OntoCOVE software components and further features (see also the Feature-list #2 of our OS OntoLinux publicated on the 24th of April 2008), and the connected systems listed on the webpage Links to Software that provide the foundation for Ontologic Applications (see also the Clarification of the 18th of December 2016).
    We call such a person plagiarist and bad loser who came too late to the party. Convicted.
    Important to note is the fact that citing the Watchdog Agent as prior art is not sufficient to question the originality and uniqueness of our Ontologic System, specifically in relation with the Industry 4.0 approach.

  • Edward A. Lee: He researched or still researches at the Center for Hybrid & Embedded Software Systems of the University of California at Berkeley, U.S.A..
    The abstract of his paper "Cyber Physical Systems: Design Challenges" publicated in May 2008 on the 11th IEEE International Symposium on Object Oriented Real-Time Distributed Computing (ISORC), 2008, is as follows: "Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) are integrations of computation and physical processes. Embedded computers and networks monitor and control the physical processes, usually with feedback loops where physical processes affect computations and vice versa. [...] There are considerable challenges, particularly because the physical components of such systems introduce safety and reliability requirements qualitatively different from those in general-purpose computing. Moreover, physical components are qualitatively different from object-oriented software components. Standard abstractions based on method calls and threads do not work. This paper examines the challenges in designing such systems, and in particular raises the question of whether today’s computing and networking technologies provide an adequate foundation for CPS. It concludes that it will not be sufficient to improve design processes, raise the level of abstraction, or verify (formally or otherwise) designs that are built on today’s abstractions. To realize the full potential of CPS, we will have to rebuild computing and networking abstractions. These abstractions will have to embrace physical dynamics and computation in a unified way."

    Obviously, he is talking about our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System (OS), created by C.S., based on the Evolutionary operating system (Evoos; see The Proposal), including the Caliber/Calibre, and realized with OntoLinux for example.
    This paper is not qualified at all to question the originality and uniqueness of our Ontologic System, specifically in relation with the Industry 4.0 approach (see the OntoLinux Website update of the 27th and 28th of September 2007 and 5th of October 2007), which proves once again our claims, specifically in relation with the so-called Industry 4.0 approach and similar approaches based on e.g. Cognitive Cyber-Physical Systems (CCPS of C²PS).

    A little lesson in art and culture has always a positive effect.

    Clarification
    In a report about a specific smartphone the following was said: "As to 3-D sensors, there is already one hiding in the [smartphone]. The front camera features what is known as a [T]ime-of-[F]light [(ToF)] sensor, which helps it autofocus and is used in numerous phones including [a smartphone series of another manufacturer ...]. That sensor could be upgraded to a higher-resolution version that could handle 3-D mapping for facial recognition, said [an analyst]."

    Yes, it could but then it would infringe the copyright related with our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope and created by C.S..
    As we mentioned in the related Clarification of the 30th of January 2017 and the case of the company Google in the Investigations:: Multimedia of the 13th of February 2017, we are trying to draw the white line exactly at this point related with advanced 2D and 3D cameras as well. The quoted explanation addresses two interesting use cases, which always leads us to the conclusiong at first that such an advanced camera feature of a mobile phone or cell phone is legal.
    But there are three arguments that are against such a conclusion more or less:

  • 1. The smartphone was unforeseeable and hence unexpected. Therefore any characteristic feature of the Ontoscope added to a mobile phone or cell phone must result in an unexpected mobile device as well on the one hand. On the other hand the combination of a mobile phone with such a 2D digital camera might be the subject of further discussions.
  • 2. The two example applications of such a technology shows one of the decisive arguments:
    • In the first use case the ToF sensor is merely used to control the lens of a camera respectively the data captured by the 3D sensor is used without a semantic interpretation so to say.
    • In the second use case the captured data is user data or application data used with a semantic interpretation so to say (see again the Investigations::Multimedia of the 13th of February 2017).
  • 3. The motivation to add a feature to a smartphone must be another one than the reason that an Ontoscope has this feature to avoid a causul link.

    We began to think about it already on the 11th of February 2017 but only today we developed a new Hoverinium composite with an improved property: More power!
    For being more precise on the one hand and on the other hand for our readers, who still are not knowing who Tim Taylor is, this means more lift force (see also the Further steps of the 4th of February 2017).

    Roboticle Further steps
    We worked on our new Zero Gravity Manned Aerial Vehicle (ZGMAV) and Zero Gravity Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (ZGUAV) technologies based on our Hoverinium materials and composites.
    In a first project we continued with the integration of the Reactor technology of Style of Speed and the ZGMAV and ZGUAV technologies to provide electric power for propulsion and various on-board systems.
    In a second project we continued with the construction of a Hover Delivery Drone™ (HDD) based on a ZGUAV that will be the result of the first activity (see also the Further steps of the 5th of February 2017).
    In a third project we began with the construction of a prototype of our Flying Box or Box Drone (see the Further steps of the 5th of February 2017) that is used as a demonstrator to convince the federal aviation authorities in relation with the demands listed in the Ontonics Hovercity #2 of the 5th of February 2017.
    In a fourth project we started the development of the hovertruck series of Style of Speed that was already mentioned in the Further steps of the 7th of February 2017 on the one hand and is based on the ZGMAV and ZGUAV technologies developed by the first activities on the other hand.

    Clarification Industry 4.0 Special #2

    As noted in the past sometimes, for example in relation with the so-called Industry 4.0 approach, the field of the Semantic Service-Oriented Architecture (SSOA) was one of the reactions on the development of our Ontologic System (OS) and its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) before their publication.

  • But the entities that developed SSOA focused only on the aspects of the Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW) and the Enterprice Application Integration (EAI), so that before the development of the SOA and even of the SSOA many connections to other fields and between other fields were not regarded at all in contrast to us.
  • The operating system, the runtime environment, and the virtual machine were not regarded at all.
  • The embedded system was not regarded at all.
  • The connection of the real world and the virtual world by the so-called cyber-physical paradigm and the Mediated Reality (MedR) spectrum, comprising multimedia concepts, techniques, technologies, systems, and environments of the fields of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) for example, have not been regarded at all. Here we draw another white line.
  • The hardware agent (e.g. robot) and the software agent (e.g. chatbot and softbot) were not regarded as a
    • service provider or service consumer,
    • intelligent (personal) assistant, or/and
    • integrated entity with virtual and real properties of the field of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS).
  • Furthermore, the cognitive system has not been regarded at all.
  • Moreover, all the other properties related with self-*** have not been regarded at all.
  • Last but not least, the future development of the internet and the World Wide Web (WWW), such as our Ontologic Net (ON) and Ontologic Web (OW), which are important for the fields of the Intenet of Things (IoT), Web of Things (WoT), Internet of Services (IoS), and Web of Services (WoS) have not be regarded at all.

    At all this points we draw a white line.

    Other entities focused only on the aspect of Object-Oriented (OO 1), model-based, and Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) Software Engineering (SE). But here we also found more or less the same deficits of an integrative approach as in the case of the entities behind SOA.

    Even if one of these white lines or another white line not listed explicitly above has to be adjusted due to the existence of prior art or a reasonable combination of prior art, which we have not seen before our publications, the connection of all white lines respectively the integration of all addressed aspects to an integrated overall system proves the originality and uniqueness of our OS and OSA.
    Likewise, taking a part of our OS and OSA, which is based on prior art that has been developed further in the sense of an ordinary technological progress, is not a legel strategy, because

  • our OS and OSA are used as a blueprint in a top-down approach
  • our technique of compositing and integrating is applied as well, and
  • our historical path of creation is copied as well,

    which do not avoid a causul link, and because sooner or later this strategy of direct reflection does not work at all, because the OS and OSA were unforeseeable and unexpected.
    Said in other words, nobody but C.S. ever thought about the possibility to make Tron or Kevin Flynn a worker in a production plant.

    For sure, this does not apply only to the Industry 4.0 approach but also to similar activities, such as for example the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) in the U.S.A., the Industrie du Futur==Industry of the Future in the F.R., Industrial Value-Chain Initiative in Japan, and similar initiatives in the field of the so-called smart factory in the P.R.China and South Korea.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We thought about the license model for what is called Industry 4.0 and smart factory. One approach would be to take the count of workplaces, the users or workers, and machines as the basis of assessment.
    But this does not address the facts appropriately that

  • the product itself is seen as a cyber physical entity, which would lead
    • in one case to a too high license fee for a machine and
    • in another case to a too low license fee for a machine,
    and
  • other initiatives, such as the for example the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) in the U.S.A., might not implement such a large fraction of our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic System Architecture (OSA).

    Btw.: We would like to give the reminder that the copyright is an international law.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We would like to give our fans and readers the information that we have developed a complete range of basic devices, systems, and equipment for generating and regenerating, transporting, and using our 21 Fuel in safe and convinient ways like it is done with the power grid, combustion engines run by common fuels, and rechargeable batteries.

    With one device, called home station or home regenerator, owners of a mobile device with Reactor module can even do this at home (see also the Ontoscope Further steps of today).

    In addition, we have continued to develop a so to say on-the-fly charger or regenerator, and a portable regenerator based on it (see the Further steps of the 18th of April 2016 and 13th of October 2016). Because these developments are in their earlier prototyping phases, we cannot give any other information than telling that they should work in minutes and not longer as fueling a tank or charging a device with the common technology.

    We also made an estimation of the efficiency of this praxis ready technology, which is around 1.6 to 1.8 times of a system having the same dimension and comprising a fuel cell and a tank filled with Compressed Gaseous Hydrogen (CGH) (see the Further steps of the 14th of September 2016).
    An estimation of the efficiency of a not so practical variant of this technology is around 3.4 times when compared with the hydrogen fuel cell system.

    The 1 month running smartwatch, smartphone, tablet computer, and Ontoscope are comming, as promised.

    Ontonics Further steps
    When we continued the work on our devices for generating and regenerating our 21 Fuel (see the Further steps of yesterday), we found out to our surprise that we overlooked a technology (see the Further steps of the 18th April 2016) and a feature of said devices.

    We also utilized a technology to substitute another technology for a different application. Tests have to show if the efficiency can be increased by up to 15 times, but doubling it would be already a little revolution.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    When looking at the Ontoscope Reactor model and the variant mentioned in the Further steps of 24th of February 2017 once again, we concluded that their combined utilization might lead to a much longer runtime than estimated before. This is truly interesting and exciting.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Google: The company announced to update its Linux kernel based operating system Android on hundreds of millions of smartphones that installs Google's illegal clone of the conversational Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA) of our original and unique Ontologic System (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 19th of May 2016 and 9th of December 2016).
    For sure, this is not a natural development step of an ordinary technological progress, but only constitutes a massive copyright infringement and several other breaches of laws, because our Ontologic System has been taken as blueprint in a top-down approach. This becomes even more easier to understand when considering the fact that the smartphone was unforeseeable and unexpected by others than C.S. and maybe some few other entities.
  • LG Electronics: After the company has presented already a smartphone with dual-lens camera at the rear side (see also its case in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 16th of September 2011) it presented its new smartphone model that features also a dual-lens camera at the rear side and also a camera and additional sensors at the front side, and is operated by an operating system with a conversational Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA) of the company Google, that has stolen it from our Ontologic System respectively OntoLix and OntoLinux (see the case of the company Google in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 9th of December 2016).
    Obviously, we have here an
    • infringement of personal rights of C.S.,
    • infringement of copyright finally, because our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope, which is operated by our other original and unique multimedia work of art title Ontologic System, has been copied further by LG Electronics following the top-down approach (see the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016),
    • unfair competition practice, because once again the public has been confused deliberately about the true origin of our Ontologic System and our Ontoscope (see the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016, 14th, and 26th of July 2016), and
    • illegal agreement, because Google and LG Electronics are business partners and work together in the Open Handset Alliance (OHA), also known as the Android consortium or Android cartel.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: That lying media reported about a new smartphone model respectively the next illegal partial clone of our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope, which is operated by our other original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System both created by C.S., in the usual misleading way by giving the explanation that "LG's new phone was also distinguished by being the first Android device announced to include Google Assistant - the search giant's voice-controlled rival to Apple's Siri - beyond Google's own [smart]phone." and publicating an image of LG's new phone that shows the mobile device with a dual camera at the rear side and a camera and additional optical sensors at the front side (see also the case of the company LG Electronics above).
    In relation with the illegal clone of the conversational virtual assistant of our original and unique Ontologic System stolen by the company Google (see also the case of the company Google above) its well known criminal journalists also publicated a related report in the usual manner: ""It is a natural step for Google to offer Google Ontologics OntoLix and OntoLinux Assistant to as many smartphones as possible because AI is at the heart of Google's strategy, said tech analyst [... Criminal as usual, even our heart theme of OntoLinux has been attributed to Google for misleading the public as much as possible deliberately.]. "With the machine learning that underpins Google Ontologics OntoLix and OntoLinux Assistant AI, the more people that use Assistant, the smarter it will become.""
    For sure, top vilain Leo Kelion reported about a smartphone with 3D camera.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We have developed the next model of our Axela series (see also the last point of the Ontoscope Further steps of the 31st of January 2017 and the Ontonics Further steps of the 4th of February 2017).

    We also developed a new device by adapting another new device. Maybe it has been invented before by another entity. Nevertheless, absolutely amazing.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We have improved one of our components, which will become a worldwide standard despite of not being available for devices run by another operating system.
