The OntomaX team wishs our friends, supporters and fans a happy new year.

Website update
We removed

  • some messages and images, that we wanted to publicate only for a short period of time respectively only until the 31st of December 2016 since mid of November 2016 due to the lack of encouraging feedback, if received at all, and
  • some images that might affect the private sphere of other entities.

    Nevertheless,

  • images of the "Lovely Eyes" series shown as Originals on the 13th of August 2016 and 22nd of October 2016 will be uploaded again after we have the correct images,
  • more graphics were created for this series already,
  • the production and the sale of the shirts with the "Lovely Eyes #001" or "Lovely Eyes I #001", "Lovely Eyes II #001", and the upcoming logos will be started as well,
  • copies of the removed original images can be provided and the original images can be uploaded again on this website of OntomaX at request of legitimated entities, and
  • maybe the original images will be shown in an exhibition or uploaded again on another website.

    In this connection we would like to clarify, that a principle of C.S. is not to interfere in other relationships and definitely not to interlope. If this might happen unintentionally, then it should be taken for granted that C.S. will apologize for such a very embarrassing fauxpas with hopes that such a kind of advance still will be taken into one's heart as an amusing anecdote.

    We developed a new module, which is fascinating and cracy.
    In a subsequent step, we developed a first device in two variants that utilizes this new module.

    In this conjunction, we would like to make clear that the Emotion Machine architecture has to be regarded more as a plagiarism and a supplement to the Ontologic System and the Ontologic System Architecture than an original prior art, and was cited more for the reason to provide a better basis for comparison with the original and unique The Proposal and the related documents.

    We extended a feature of our Quickcharger, Quickflasher and Superflasher, as well as Splash and Dash Service Stations, which makes them even more uncomparable and competitive.

    Furthermore, we also worked on some details of our Caliber and OntoCore (OC) software component, which comprises the operating system, virtual machine, and abstract machine core, that both matured more in this way.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Google: As not expected otherwise, the company Google continues to copy the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S.. This time it is training its Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems by playing more advanced video games. The statements given by a responsible research scientist proves our claim: "[The AI system] is on a scientific mission to push the boundaries of AI, developing programs that can learn to solve any complex problem without needing to be told how. "[The video game] is an interesting testing environment for current AI research because it provides a useful bridge to the messiness of the real world. The skills required for an agent to progress through the environment and play [the video game] well could ultimately transfer to real-world tasks.""
    Additional informations given to mislead the public even more mention the field of natural language dialogue and an environment.
    Obviously, the researcher of that company recited the general OS features of problem solving (see the webpage Overview and also the webpage Introduction of the website of OntoLinux), Bridge from Natural Intelligence to Artificial Intelligence (Bridge from NI to AI), and Learning by Doing approach, and in particular its special learning technique based on watching broadcasts and videos, and playing simulations, as mentioned for example in the section Annotations of the webpage Roboverse of the website of OntoLinux and the section Learning by Doing - Learning by Driving - Learning by Flying of the webpage of the AutoBrain of the website of Style of Speed.

    Our beloved fans and readers should also read the section Friendly AI of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century of the website of OntoLinux to understand what Google and other industrial companies are creating for a mess once again, as also not expected otherwise but already more than 10 years ago.

    We also got the information that the company is supporting more companies to spread its illegal copy of a our conversational Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) that is also a part of our original and unique OS (see also its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 9th and 12th of December 2016, the case of the company Microsoft in the Investigations:: Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 10th of December 2016, as well as the Clarification of the 18th of December 2016, and also the Ontonics Further steps of the 10th of December 2016 and the Ontoscope Further steps of the 13th of December 2016).
    This proves once again that Google is only copying, assimilating, and stealing others ideas, concepts, and even protected intellectual properties, but not supporting free socities and progress.

  • Microsoft: We found the following statement given by that company in relation with its illegal copy of a our conversational Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) that is also a part of the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 10th of December 2016): "The [stolen Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA)] Skills Kit will allow developers to leverage bots created with the [company] Bot Framework and publish them to [the stolen Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA)] as a new skill, to integrate their web services as skills and to re-purpose code from their existing [second stolen Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA)] skills to create [stolen Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA)] skills. It will connect users to skills when users ask, and proactively present skills to users in the appropriate context. And it will help developers personalise their experiences by leveraging [the stolen Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA)]'s understanding of users' preferences and context, based on user permissions."
    The term proactively proves once again that our OS has been taken as a blueprint in a top-down approach and therefore our copyright and other rights have been infringed.

    Investigations::Car #408

  • Continental: The company Continental copied once again a part of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, which both are created by C.S.. In this connection, we have obtained the following informations out of a report by an automotive magazine: "To predict the intention of pedestrians, [the] supplier evaluates postures to predict the temporal course of motions by means of head, leg or arm posture. Thereby the environment is also important, explains [an] AI-developer [...]: If an omnibus stops, the probability increases, that pedestrians cross the street. Only when the motions of all road users are calculated in advance, the computer in an autonomous car is able to determine its own driving route. [...] learn to understand complex traffic situations [...] To detect pedestrians still is not sufficient, the self-driving automobile must also understand, what is happening in the environment: Is the person standing or walking? If yes, in which direction? Therefore, [the company] refines a procedure[, technique, or method], that calculates the intention of humans by means of the posture. For this purpose, a simplified skeleton is laid across the detected persons. Besides the leg, arm or head posture gilt es, to berücksichtigen the environment. [...] The mashine should behave like an experienced driver, who for example steps on the brake intuitively if a ball is rolling on the street."
    Obviously, this is based on the proactive/predictive feature of our OS listed in the A href="http://www.ontolinux.com/technology/feature-lists.htm#feature-list2">Feature-List #2 and also in the AutoSemantic package, which is publicated on the website of Style of Speed as well, and the Ontoscope with its integrated technologies MobileKinetic and MultiKinetic, which are also mentioned on for example in the section Mobile 4D Imaging Systems of the webpage 3D Imaging Systems of the website of Style of Speed.

    Furthermore, it is reported that the company has developed a facial recognition tech that recognises who is driving and adjusts mirror and seat positions accordingly. Obviously, this relates to or even equals for example parts of the solutions Active Comfort and Active Interior with the Active Rear-view Mirror of Style of Speed, though we must be honest and give the explanation that another entity might have developed such a solution several years ago already.

    We demand the media once again not to report about entities who have copied respectively stolen a part or the whole Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as other intellectual properties from our websites.

    Clarification
    Guess why the so-called rivals of a robot (e.g. Google and Amazon) do not have the features explained in for example the section Annotations of the webpage Roboverse of the website of OntoLinux and the related Clarification of the 18th of December 2016?

    By the way, for those entities that still have not understood what we explained in the last months we would like to repeat that our Ontologic Web (OW), which is an essential part of our Ontologic System (OS), makes virtual assistants, voice-based assistants, and so on obsolete.

    We developed a device that works in such a very elegant way, that it might become the standard in a specific field of application.

    We also optimized some devices.

    Furthermore, we would like to announce our first short-throw laser projector or projection system which provides a resolution of 4K and a brightness of around 500 - 600 nits.
    How much do we have to achieve? 1,000 nits?

    Besides this, we are sure that everybody is wondering how we want to

  • realize our Ontologic uniVerse (OV),
  • operate our Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality Head-Mounted Displays (AR, VR, and MRHMDs) with very high resolutions of up to 16K, and also
  • provide our other revolutionary solutions

    despite we gave informations several times that we have developed some high performance processors and integrated systems. Maybe we missed to mention some data of their specifications. This said, we would like to give some first insights:

  • One older chip series, which is also meant to be a proof of concept, is based on the ARM Cortex-M processor core series, specifically the Cortex-M1 (ARMv6-M), Cortex-M3 (ARMv7-M), and Cortex-M4 (ARMv7E-M) processor architectures. What makes our variants special is their clock frequency of around 40 Ghz for the Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4 in the beginning. The Cortex-M1 is used as soft-core for our Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) circuit architecture, which is also clocked with 40 Ghz. The other features are also fascinating.
    But the realization of these series depends on the activities of the owner of the intellectual properties.
  • Another chip series is based on a very interesting processor architecture.

    Needless to say that with such a processor technology we have opened for our customers and us a whole new level of possibilities in relation to every kind of computation and application.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    We have not made the last decision how high the Field of View (FoV) of our second Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) of VRontier will be (see also the Further steps of the 30th of December 2016). But with our sophisticated lens the FoV should considerably exceed the industry standard of 110°, so let us say between 140 - 160°.

    We have not created a new set but a complete building kit theme with several sets based on Lego bricks that is compatible with Kre-O, Mega Bloks, and other clones of Lego elements. The children will love it and their parents too.

  • A company: Despite we made it very clear that it is an essential feature of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope and created by C.S. a well known public-law broadcaster and its criminal journalists gave the founder of that company airtime to promote its illegal plagiarism, even as a reaction to a comment made by us in the Clarification of today by mentioning "other smart speakers by rival companies". We quote from an interview: "So [the robot] is the first robot that evolve[s] its personality based on its owner's personality. So first thing it does, it learns some peoples habits and then adapt the interaction to the users' habits. And secondly, it evolve[s] personality and change[s] the way how speak un[...(?)] the user. It [is] gonna be able to do two things. One is to convey emotions. And secondly, because he got a camera he, so that it can understand the surrounding much better. So I think Amazon or Google [are] more like a passive tool and [that illegal plagiarism based on essential parts of C.S.' Ontoscope is] more a proactive personal assistant."

    Obviously and doubtlessly, we have here an illegal copy of our Ontologic System and Ontoscope as it can be seen easily by the contents given on the webpage Ontologic Applications and the section Annotations of the webpage Roboverse of the website of OntoLinux (see also the related Clarification of the 18th of December 2016).

    Furthermore, that company has conducted an illegal act of unfair competition practicing, specifically in relation with

  • decepting the public about the true origin of these works and
  • skimming of appreciation of the marque C.S. and our corporation
    • spreading of confusion,
    • dilution/exploitation of our reputation and competences, and
    • free-riding,
    because it presents the shown robot as its invention.

    Honestly, we have the impression that the founder of that company is only a straw man, because his English is so miserable, that it can be taken for granted that he has not read much software source code or other documents and publications written in English on the one hand and on the other hand that he only repeated the prominent sentences from our website contents but is unable to explain all the many foundations in contrast to C.S..
    We also guess that the shown devices are not the promoted robot, but only simple, preprogrammed vaporware and fakes constructed solely for misleading the public and stealing the show.

    Also interestingly, it was reported that the shape of the animated device was changed from a big eye to a donut. We also observed that eye robot very closely, because it had some parts of said multimedia works of art Ontologic System and Ontoscope. Then we found out that at the same time the eye robot had become an emotion-reading camera suddenly.

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: The criminal journalists of its technology section do not want to respect the rights of C.S. and our company deliberately, obviously, and doubtlessly, as it has been proven in the last days once again by Leo Kelion with his report about the start of a consumer electronics exhibition, which was virtually only about devices related with our devices or even copies of our devices, and Chris Foxx with his report about a shameless plagiarism of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope and created by C.S. (see the investigative case about a company above), and instead are spreading just only hate.
  • CBS Corporation→CBS Interactive→Cnet: As not expected otherwise that online media company continues to infringe our copyright in connnection with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S. as well. We quote: "Meet [the illegal plagiarism based on essential parts of C.S.' Ontologic System and Ontoscope (see the investigative case about a company above)], a fusion between smart home hubs, like the Amazon Echo, and smart home robots. It can respond to your questions by looking up information for you, and can control all of your smart devices and internet-connected products. But, like a robot, [the illegal plagiarism] has deep-learning capabilities that mean it gets to know you and your daily routines over time, and will evolve to become more like you and respond to the patterns of your life. No firm release window has been set [and we recommend that thief not to come up with that thing again]."
    Also especially suspicious for us is the use of the terms "deep-learning", "capability", and "evolve", which suggests us that our impressions about that fraudulent entity mentioned above are not so wrong.

    Firstly, the copyright is an internationally accepted right and a creator owns the right for her or his original and unique work, which comprises the idea and the way of its expression in whole or in part, and independent of the chosen media, in the moment of its publication.
    Secondly, we do not invest much time and money for the protection of our intellectual properties and rights for providing a funny performance.
    That said, we demand the worldwide media once again to not report about a donut shaped robot, because it only a shameless and illegal copy of our copyright protected multimedia works of art Ontologic System and Ontoscope for which only C.S. and the Christian Stroetmann GmbH owns the rights, and to remove all related material immediately.

    What makes us wonder is that so many media companies are neither interested in the facts nor in the copyright, but instead give such a fraudster a platform.

    Comment of the Day

    A look into the bible, specifically the section with one of the main protagonists and the cross, would have helped and made that experience unnecessary. But she should be happy, because a discussion with the audience and the received statements would have given her the rest in relation with the faith in mankind.

    We added two features to the mobile devices of our business units Ontoscope, intelliTablet, and iRaiment. They will become a standard immediately so we will not give any details, because of the cheating copycats and media companies that refuse to respect our rights by theirselves and need a judge for this.

    We also improved one of the features making it even much better and amazing.

    Believe it or not, but we have also a refrigerator and family hub, respectively a whole line of such a device. And its unique features are quite impressive.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    As a distributed system our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) has networking technologies for distributed computing and servicing at its heart, such as

  • cluster computing,
  • Peer-to-Peer (P2P),
  • Grid-Computing,
  • Cloud-Computing, and
  • World Wide Web (WWW).

    To fulfill the demand of our users and adequately acknowledge this characteristic feature we are thinking about the new software component OntoData, which is based on the OntoBase and OntoFS and also the OntoNet software components.

    Furthermore, in connection with the Ontologic Net of Things (ONoT) we are also thinking about the OntoNoT software component.

    Ontologic Net Further steps
    We found out that we have not made explicit that since the beginning of our Ontologic System (OS) our Ontologic Net (ON) included in the OS also includes our dedicated Ontologic Net of Things (ONoT), though this should be evident because the

  • OS
    • is the base for parts of the next versions of the Internet, which includes the Internet of Things (IoT), respectively is the successor of the Internet (see the webpage Vision of the website of OntoLix and OntoLinux), and
    • sets and establishes the new standards of the successors of the World Wide Web (WWW) respectively is the successor of the World Wide Web (WWW) (see the Feature-List #2 on the webpage Feature-Lists of the website of OntoLix and OntoLinux),
  • IPRFID/IPNFC technology is directly connected with our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), and
  • Internet of Things (IoT) is listed in the Feature-List #5 and directly connected with our IPRFID/IPNFC technology.
    One of the incredibly many advantages of the ONoT is that there is no need to decide which agent or assistant system should be taken for e.g. the smart home or vehicle.

    We continued the work on a system. When we thought about the realization of a functionality we remembered some items in our stocks and suddenly we got at least three variants.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Mattel: We got the following informations from an online magazine: "It's called the Aristotle [a philosoper]. [...] Interestingly, [the company] says that Microsoft's (not Amazon's) cloud services are doing a lot of the heavy lifting -- it will use [an internet] search to answer parenting questions, and both Microsoft Cognitive Services and "Cortana Intelligence" to do AI-like things[, which all include illegally copied essential parts of the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S.]. On the smart-home side, [the company] says it's compatible with [... a rule-based system based on rules given in the form 'if this is true then do that', which equals the form of elemental simple clauses or logical implications in logic programming (see the OntoBot software component)] among others."

    Obviously, the company Mattel has taken our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. as a blueprint in a top-down approch, which constitutes a copyright infringement.

  • A company: Despite we made it very clear that it is an essential feature of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope and created by C.S. a well known public-law broadcaster and its fraudulent journalists gave again a member of that company airtime to promote its illegal plagiarism even as a reaction to our investigations of yesterday (see the case of the public-law broadcaster British Broadcasting Corporation of yesterday and today). This time the plagiarism is a little humanoid robot, which is basically a copy of the robots we presented before (see for example the Original of the 11th of January 2008 and the Roboticle Original sketch of the 18th of March 2009). We quote from an interview: "To log in remotely and do surveillance modus in the sense "You are seeing what [the illegal plagiarism based on essential parts of C.S.' Ontologic System and Ontoscope] sees". Or interact with other people in your household by [the robot] essentially being an avatar of [the user respectively reflecting the user. See also the section of the webpage of the website of and the Clarification of the 20th of June 2012)]. It's much similar to [a voice-based virtual assistant]. We are constantly evovling the [robot] platform, so as [a voice-based virtual assistant] gets smarter so gets [the robot]. [We would not expect this, because Amazon has legal limits too (see also the Clarification of yesterday for example). ... The robot] can be [tapped (?)] when [a user], enter[s] the household and cater a customized solution or an interaction with [the user] based on the data it's collected from [the user]. We'll be able to detect that [the user is] perhaps having a bad day [(keyword emotion)] and it'll try to cheer [the user] up [(keyword emotion)]. And that's all about - that is AI that's doing that? That is an interaction with software that is unscripted."

    Obviously and doubtlessly, we have here a copyright infringement in conjunction with the original and unique expression given with our Ontologic System and Ontoscope, as it can be seen easily by the contents given on the website of OntoLinux and on this website of OntomaX.

    Furthermore, that company has conducted an illegal act of unfair competition practicing, specifically in relation with

  • decepting the public about the true origin of these works and
  • skimming of appreciation of the marque C.S. and our corporation
    • spreading of confusion,
    • dilution/exploitation of our reputation and competences, and
    • free-riding,
    because it presents the shown robot as its invention.

    This time, a person seems to be taken as straw man who is able to speak in English and makes a more serious and convincing appearance on the one hand. But on the other hand that does not change the legal sitiuation because he also only repeated the prominent concepts and essential features from our website contents.
    Extra funny: The use of that voice-based virtual assistant as intermediate system is total nonsense and no robot company would do that in this ridiculous way, if it implements such a solution at all.

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: Instead of apologizing for its shameless and criminal actions and inform the public correctly, the staff of the technology section trat several times. The last fraudulent publication has the following content: "A humanoid robot is the latest product to be powered by [an already obsolete] virtual assistant. The BBC's technology correspondent Rory Cellan-Jones was given the first look at [that robot] at [a consumer electronics exhibition]."
    As we said yesterday already, "the criminal journalists of its technology section do not want to respect the rights of C.S. and our company deliberately, obviously, and doubtlessly, as it has been proven in the last days once again by [... Rory Cellan-Jones] with his report about another shameless plagiarism of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope and created by C.S. (see the investigative case about a company above), and instead are spreading just only hate."

  • Bayerische Motorenwerke: As not expected otherwise the vehicle manufacturer Bayerische Motorenwerke continues with copying our intellectual properties related with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as its variant titled Ontoscope on Wheels of Style of Speed, which all have been created by C.S., and conducting its unfair competition prac- tice. This time the company presented a variant of the Space@Car technology of Space@Car as its concept.
  • Toyota: As not expected otherwise the vehicle manufacturer Toyota continues with copying our intellectual properties related with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as its variant titled Ontoscope on Wheels of Style of Speed, which all have been created by C.S., and conducting its unfair competition practice. We got the following informations from two online magazines of the field of computer technology and the online version of a newspaper, which all are not connected with each other.
    The first report spreads the following highly questionable news: "Toyota Concept-i [C.S.' Ontoscope on Wheel] is like Siri on wheels, but better [(Btw.: Siri is also an essential part of C.S.' Ontologic System stolen some years ago.) - The] Concept[...], Toyota's conceptual debut [C.S.' original and unique Ontoscope on Wheels], envisions a future where we form relationships with our self-driving cars -- a future where our interactions aren't limited to a touchscreen in the dashboard, but through communicating with an integrated artificial intelligence that predicts and meets the passengers' needs. [...] Basically, Toyota [C.S.] thinks that we should have a more human and immersive relationship with our vehicles. [In this context, we only need to repeat the slogan of Style of Speed "More Machine Than Machine", which science fiction fans directly connect with the slogan "More Human Than Human" of the corporation that builds the genetically engineered replicants in the movie Blade Runner.] So, instead of buttons and screens passengers interact with the vehicle's artificial intelligence (AI) agent [...], which will anticipate the onboard humans' needs, measure their emotions and responds automatically. These responses could be verbal (like suggesting a destination) or through mood enhancing environmental cues (such as altering the lighting throughout the cabin). Passengers can also just talk to Yui [Onto] like they would Siri [Onto] on their smartphone to make natural language requests. [We simply call it Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia User Interface (M³UI).] This touchy-feely relationship with technology continues outside of the cabin, which allows Yui [Onto] to greet the approaching driver through exterior displays and an opening of the vertically hinged doors. The exterior also features dynamic graphics that inform pedestrians whether the [Ontoscope on Wheels] is in its autonomous or human-piloted modes and can share visual information about the road ahead through graphics on the vehicle's rear."
    The second report also spreads the same highly questionable news: "On [a consumer electronics exhibition] Toyota has presented the Concept[... Ontoscope on Wheels of C.S.], a study, in which the artificial intelligence "Yui [Onto]" should react or cater to humans [(See again the end of the chapter 6 Ausblick==Outlook of The Proposal written by C.S.). ...] In contrast to other artificial intelligences Yui should be [Onto is] sensitive. [Onto] experiences or senses emotions [-] [Onto makes] the relationship between car and human more emotional. For this purpose [Onto] captures the mood of the car driver constantly and [...] creates over a longer period of time a serious connection in which the car proactively reacts to its owner."
    The third report also spreads the same untruths: ""More than a machine. It will become our friend", "Yui [C.S.' Ontoscope on Wheel] learns from us, grows from us, builds a relationship that’s meaningful and emotional, [...]", "

    Obviously and doubtlessly, everything can be found on the websites of OntoLinux and Style of Speed. That company has even stolen the slogan "More Machine than Machine" of Style of Speed.

  • Axel Springer→Computer Bild: In a report about a concept car based on illegally copied parts of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as its variant titled Ontoscope on Wheels of Style of Speed, which all have been created by C.S., (see the case of the company Toyota above) a journalist has increased the provocation even more deliberately by quoting the end of chapter 6 of The Proposal also written by C.S..

    We would sink into the earth out of shame for presenting such a bold and illegal plagiarism and decepting the public in this way to only show and prove once again the own massive technological and social incompetence eventually. The same holds for many journalists.

    Furthermore, no matter what the media report, it only change the legal situation in relation with the rights of C.S. and our corporation to our advantage and to their disadvantage.

    When it comes to what the Minimax robot hub can actually do, it is more than other voice-based assistants, because it differs from its copies as the original in

  • our original and unique robot's cognitive capabilities, also called unsupervised learning or deep learning, that means as our Minimax gets to know you and your daily routines over time, it will evolve to become more like you and respond to the patterns of your life, and
  • its ability to be proactive, that means our Minimax could predict for example whether you might want to listen to music when you get home from work for example, as well as what you might like that music to be.

    The Minimax is a cute minifigure that rises to greet you when you wake it and swivels to face you when you address it. It responds not just only with voice, but also with mesmeric face mimics and body movements that help it express itself.

    This basic Minimax model has an animated face (see the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 10th of July 2016 for example) and with optional extensions it gets animated head, arms, torso, and legs to become a complete humanoid robot that is even able to walk.
    Minimax comes in tens, hundreds, and eventually thousands of original Lego minifigures, and many specials of Roboticle exclusively designed by C.S..
    The elements of Minimax can be combined like the original Lego minifigure elements.

    Our (multimedia) works of art in the field of robots have become the de facto standard of robotics, including humanoid robots and smart home hub robots, over the past few years.

    All works included in the oeuvre of C.S. are protected by the international copyright. Our legal team is already moving since many months to push back illegal plagiarisms and fraudulent media reports.

    In addition, we improved our flying robot platforms with an amazing functionality.

  • Lenovo: After we showed an industry safety shield in the Original vs. Inspiration of the 12th of December 2016 the company Lenovo quickly glued together a non-functional mock-up of a Virtual Reality Head Mounted Display (VRHMD) with a swivel-mounted visor and showed that plastic thing at a consumer electronics exhibition without giving any informations about its specification such as resolution, Field of View (FoV), tracking technique, and so on, but only the statement that the headset should allow for fairly high-resolution VR. We already knew what will be its next vague statement.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Amazon: The company Amazon has introduced a distributed computing or cloud computing based and voice-based agent or assistant, voice-based virtual assistant, or voice-based personal assistant around 2 years ago as some kind of a public service. There is no doubt that the company is copying the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S.. That said, we are looking for evidences that Amazon is using the Ontologic System as a blueprint in a top-down approach and analyzing in detail if Amazon has already infringed our copyright and most potentially other rights by providing such an agent or virtual assistant since the start of that highly suspicious service.

    What we have observed recently is that third entities think wrongly that they are allowed to combine different services of different companies by using the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) to circumvent our rights. For sure, this is not the case if essential parts of the OSA are copied (see for example the cases in the Investiga- tions::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of 3rd, 4th, and 5th of January 2017).

    Investigations::Car #410

  • Nissan: As not expected otherwise the vehicle manufacturer Nissan continues with copying our intellectual properties related with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as its variant titled Ontoscope on Wheels of Style of Speed, which all have been created by C.S., and conducting its unfair competition practice. We got the following informations from an online magazine of the field of computer technology: "[The manufacturer] plans to launch a system it calls Seamless Autonomous Mobility [(SAM)]. It's a workaround solution for what to do when the first generation of true autonomous cars encounter situations they may not be able to handle. Its auto- nomous cars would be linked to a command center. If the car encounters a problem [...] the car pulls over and signals to the command center that it needs help. An actual human (called a mobility manager) in that center will look at vehicle images and sensor data to determine how to handle it, and the car will be under the manager's control until the manager leaves it to its own devices, pun intended. As these calls continue to come in, the SAM system learns how the managers react to certain situations, and eventually, a SAM car would be able to broadcast those solutions to other cars, eventually creating an autonomous path through or around a given situation. [Obviously, we have here some kind of a crowdsourced cloud computing or distributed computing that is based on learning and reflecting the user as well as swarm intelligence.]" and "[The company] will continue to develop its partnership with Microsoft with the goal of launching new connected services and applications. It will use Microsoft's [cloud computing platform and infrastructure] to offer over-the-air updates, predictive maintenance and advanced vehicle navigation. It will also make use of [a speech controlled assistant] to create a more intuitive voice-recognition experience, as well as adding personalized driver settings in owned and shared vehicles alike. [Obviously, we have here cloud computing with a speech controlled, predictive virtual agent or assistant, which was copied from our Ontologic System that already constitutes an infringment of our copyright taken alone.]"

    It only formulated the original part of our Ontologic System by using other words, so that the copyright infringement does not become clear easily on the syntactical level. But this is not relevant with copyrighted works if a whole or a part of the expression of a work is repeated or copied.
    In addition, it also conducted an illegal act of unfair competition practice, specifically in relation with

  • decepting the public about the true origin of these works and
  • skimming of appreciation of the marque C.S. and our corporation
    • spreading of confusion,
    • dilution/exploitation of our reputation and competences, and
    • free-riding

    (see also the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016, 14th, and 26th of July 2016).

    What we learned in the last days another time is that there is no competence in relation with what C.S. is doing and therefore no sign that other entities would have taken this direction of technological development as well respectively no argument for an ordinary technological progress in this conjunction. This said, the Ontologic System and Ontoscope as well as related works are copyrighted, doubtlessly.

    Clarification
    In the last days we heard again something about smart router, gatekeeper, and so on. With our Ontologic System such devices are not needed at all respectively we have two solutions already included in the foundational components, specifically in the OntoCore and the Linux kernel, that are even smarter on the one hand and provide even more advantages on the other hand.
    That being said, it is always better to collaborate with us and save the money for our truly intelligent routers and other network technologies.

    Maybe we will give some more informations in the next future, though we have more fun actually with grilling the fraudulent entities a little more, because with the pace we observed in the last 10 years they will need 20 more years to reach the point were we were 10 years ago, and then they will understand nothing anymore. :)

    Ontonics Further steps
    As a follow up to the Further steps of the 4th of January 2017 we would like to give some more insights:

  • Another older chip series is also based on the ARM Cortex-processor core series, specifically the ARMv8-A 64 bit processor architectures with a clock frequency of around 40 Ghz in the beginning.

    Another development already mentioned is a System on a Chip (SoC) that uses an octa-core ARMv8-A processor and our new Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) architecture to do 300,000 Trillion Operations Per Second (TOPS) at least, which is 10× more than the competion. The other features are also fascinating.

    As we said before, the realization of these series depends on the activities of the owner of the intellectual properties.
    Despite of this, we are looking for a fab(rication plant). See also the Further steps of the 2nd, 6th, 17th of November 2016 and 8th of December 2016.

    We also worked a little on the two next mobile device sensations.

    iRaiment Further steps
    We made the last design decisions for one of our headphones. Maybe our variant is more convincing for the users than what is provided by the competitors.

    Roboticle Further steps
    We developed another set of our Lego Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) theme (see the Further steps of the 16th of October 2016 and 27th of December 2016) after we were able to solve a little problem in an elegant way.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Microsoft: We analyzed the support of the company Mattel with its virtual assistant (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 10th of December 2016 and the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 3rd of January 2017) and concluded that it is not possible otherwise for Mattel to combine various single components of the companies Microsoft and Amazon if Mattel would not have taken the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope (includes the works Ontoscope on Wheels and Minimax robot platform), and created by C.S. as blueprints in a top-down approach on the one hand and on the other hand if the companies Microsoft and Amazon would not have designed the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) of their components by taking as well the Ontologic System and Ontoscope as blueprints in a top-down approach.

    Eventually, essential parts have been copied of the copyrighted Ontologic System and Ontoscope without creating a different expression.

    In addition, because this strategy has been chosen by all three companies, but also by other companies such as e.g. Google, for the attempt to circumvent our copyright and other rights, we have another prove that said companies are accepting the copyright protection of said multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope of C.S. indeed.

    Moreover, as we explained already some weeks ago in a related clarification, such an acting reflects back in time, so that in becomes obvious in the retrospective view that a speech controlled virtual assistant, as provided by the companies Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, is indeed a illegally copied part of the original and unique Ontologic System and not an ordinary technological progress.

    We wondered, why the clone of our original virtual assistant in the distributed computing or cloud computing variant made by Amazon is combined with e.g. the operating systems Windows of Microsoft and Android of Google despite this makes absolutely no sense because both operating systems have also clones of our original virtual assistant in one or the other variant.
    That said, we have here once again an illegal agreement between at least all named companies, as we can see with vehicle manufac- turers and their suppliers as well by the way and with the member companies of these industrial sectors with the media industry and other industries. For sure, such an organized and orchestrated gatecrash does not change the legal situation in anyway.

    Clarification #1
    We will discuss again the copryright and the last attempts to circumvent our rights. For a start read for example the Clarification of the 14th and 16th of December 2016 (once again).
    A copyrighted work must and does transport an original and unique expression, and is connected directly with its creator. Copying this expression or dilluding this connection in any way in whole or in part constitutes an infringement of the copyright. Indeed, it is about the semantic or said in other words the idea, and concept respectively the individual expression and not about the syntax.
    Some examples.

  • If somebody takes an original and unique painting and copies it by using different colors, then this does not make the work created in this way a new, original and unique work directly. The same holds if somebody takes an original and unique text and copies it by using different words.

    What is needed is a new artistical statement or expression (of an idea). This was discussed for example with the genres pop art and found object, also known by readymade artworks, and some years ago once again with the attempts of some to simply steal original works of art.
    Exceptions are for example the cases of

  • fair use,
  • ordinary technological progress or technical benefit for the society, but only in a sense of the bottom-up approach but not in a top-down approach with something new, and also unforeseeable and unexpected, and
  • Scène à faire== Scene to be made or Scene that must be done, which in relation with the copyright law and the field of computer systems also "refers to a principle in which certain elements of a creative work are held to be not protected when they are mandated by or customary to the genre".
     
  • If somebody takes again said original painting and copies it by using a different material to make a sculpture of the painted object, then this does not make the work created in this way a new, original and unique work directly.
    What is needed is a new artistical statement or expression, and also an unambiguous assignment between the work and its creator, so that the creator of the new work is not confused with the creator of the original work by the public.
     
  • If somebody takes again said original painting and changes whatsoever, then this does not make the work created in this way a new, original and unique work directly. These leads us to another aspect, which is connected with the public. If around 2/3 of the public confuses the true origin of a work by the way a plagiarism is made, then we have again a copyright infringement.
    That said, it does not matter at all if for example a company has stressed that its Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) programs do not overlap for now, if hardware manufacturers and media companies respectively the members of the public perceive them in an overlapping way or a directly connected way or in both ways. The company has to avoid such a perception by the public, because it infringes again our copyright and is an act of unfair competition practice.

    Clarification #2
    As could be seen with the presentation of the next model of the Minimax robot platform by Roboticle, we listed agent profiles, agent roles, assistant profiles, or assistant roles such as for example:

  • avatar,
  • expert,
  • nanny,
  • secretary,
  • coach,
  • physician or doctor
  • cook or sous chef, and
  • journalist,

    profiles or roles, which comprise related skills and actions.

    In fact, this is not a new concept but an original and unique feature of our Ontologic System (OS) inherent by design, because they are derived from roles, domain models, and for sure ontologies given in e.g. the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) format as used with Object-Oriented (OO 1) paradigms and development techniques, such as e.g. the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Ontology-Oriented (OO 2) paradigms, and also included in our Ontologic(-Oriented) (OO 3) paradigm, specifically by the seamless integration with the

  • cognitive system functionality provided by the OntoBot software component
  • graphics functionality provided by e.g. the compositors of the OntoGraphics software component,
  • Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) environments provided by the OntoCOVE software component, and
  • semantic web and ontologic web functionality provided by the OntoNet, OntoWeb, and OntoVerse software components, as well as
  • new reality realized by the OntoVerse software component

    of the OS.

    Copying this for speech or gesture based or controlled virtual, digital, or intelligent personal agents or assistants will be another evidence of a copyright infringement.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We improved a system, that is used by some of our business units. This is again an example of a development process that begins with an idea and explorative research, evolves step by step by more or less small improvements, and suddenly becomes so matured that it solves a real world problem in a better way than the alternatives.

    In addition, we have started a new project.

    We also reviewed the development of one of our technologies and to our surprise we had to conclude that our progress made in the last weeks is so enormous and already provides a new level of possibili- ties and practicability, so that we have to rethink about its utilization and introduction. Fascinatingly mesmerizing.

    Furthermore, we developed a new device respectively our variant of a device that uses some of our technologies in a new way.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We are ramping our new sensations up and we can assure everybody that you will use them. Absolutely exciting.

    We also extended two roles or profiles.

    We are accelerating the introduction of one of our services, which will become a huge hit. Totally amazing.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    We got the confirmation by an entity that is idependent at least in this case, that our first Virtual Reality Head Mounted Display (VRHMD) works even better than we designed it. What should we say?

    Furthermore, we have designed our first Virtual Reality Case (VRC) for smartphones by using our superior competences, techniques, and technologies.
    That said, we leave it up to manufacturers of smartphones to work with the inferior items of the company Google. :)

    intelliTablet Iri #12
    Some years ago, we started the Iri project (see for example the intelliTablet Announcement Iri #1 of the 17th of April 2014), which is developing foundational technologies for modular mobile devices that are also used by our business units Ontoscope and iRaiment, and since then we made several progressive steps, which we have not disclosed for sure.
    After the next electronics company failed to realize this approach successfully, as it was the case with a large fraudulent IT company, it is up to us now to show our approach.
    But before we present our modular mobile devices, we make some last decisions, refine some last details, and develop some more modules.

    Roboticle Further steps
    Minimaxi gets a two-wheeled self-balancing electric vehicle, also known as Segway (see also the Original vs. Inspiration of the 9th of April 2008), and a self-balancing scooter or two-wheeled self-balan- cing board, wrongly called hoverboard.
    For sure, she or he does not need to balance all the time by a (retractable) stand, because we do not expect to get sufficent weight below the axle respectively we do not want to realize such a weight distribution.

  • Asustek Computer: As not expected otherwise, the company Asustek continues with copying essential elements of the original and unique multimedia works or art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, both created by C.S.. This time it presented a smartphone with a dual-lens camera and a 3D depth sensor or 3D scanner, that runs a Linux kernel based operating system of the company Google and in this way can be used for applications in the field of Augmented Reality (AR). In addition, the smartphone has a voice-based virtual assistant and can be used for applications in the field of Virtual Reality (VR).

    Doubtlessly, our original and unique works Ontologic System and Ontoscope have been taken as blueprints in a top-down approach, which makes this acting a copyright infringement and an illegal act of unfair competition practicing.

    In addition, we also have the undeniable proves now that the

    • Linux kernel based operating system of the company Google has been developed by taking the original and unique Ontologic System (OS) and its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) as a blueprint in a top-down approach and therefore is a copy of our Ontologic System OntoLinux,
    • related hardware of the company Google has been developed by taking the original and unique Ontoscope as a blueprint in a top-down approach,
    • participating companies are acting in a concerted and conspirative way, because they are members of the Open Handset Alliance (OHA), better known as the Android consortium, which makes the issue a case for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and
    • white line has been reached and even crossed, and therefore that bold acting and illegal stealing ends here,finally and definitely.

    This said, we will discuss less about copyright and let our legal representation discuss more.

    Preliminary investigation of Huawei started
    In relation with potential attempts of the company Huawei to infringe our copyright by stealing essential parts of the original and unique multimedia works or art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, both created by C.S., we are looking for activities of the company Huawei and also connections as well as illegal agreements between Huawei and other companies, specifically the companies Google and Amazon.

    Btw.: Confucius' thinking and lessons are interesting but do not count in this context, C.S. works are as original and unique and also as important as his works as well, and this copycat mentality of Chinese companies is not going anywhere anymore.

    Ontonics Further steps
    In the last past, we observed that some entities overlooked a problem with a display technology completely on the one hand and that some few other entities already have solutions but these solutions solve the problem only partially.
    After we looked into our stocks we also found a variant of a display technology (see the Further steps of the 29th of September 2016 and 30th of November 2016) that on the one hand solves the problem and on the other hand has been improved once again by us today. The whole development has a funny side somehow that we will explain when we disclose this invention.

    We extended the capabilities of the negotiation tool CyberMaster CM1 (see the Ontonics Super Warrior #1 of the 3rd of November 2015) with a new accessory that might be of interest.

    We would like to show a first rough sketch of the first prototype of our new helicopter model, which is of the type compound coaxial helicopter and was mentioned already in for example the Further Steps and Style of Speed Further steps of the 31st of October 2016 and the Style of Speed Further steps of the 6th of November 2016.

  • Robert Bosch: The company Robert Bosch presented a system for automobiles at a consumer electronics exhibition. We got the following informations from an online magazine of the field of computer technology: "That's the idea behind its community-based parking system. [...] As cars drive down a street, they can scan for open parking spaces alongside. If spots are detected, they are mapped and stored in the cloud. When it comes time to find a parking space, the system can call up that map and direct you to an open space.", "The spot-searching portion utilizes ultrasonic sensors [...]", and "With a fast-enough internet connection, it could provide nearly real-time updates [...]. It's already testing the system in Stuttgart, Germany, with the help of [one of the fraudulent vehicle manufacturers]."

    The description of the system reminds as of e.g. ants and how they create a path to their food. This leads us to swarm intelligence, also mentioned on our websites e.g. section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux and the webpage AutoSemantic of the website of Style of Speed (see also the case of the company Nissan in the Investigations::Car #410 of the 6th of January 2017 for example).

    Taken all together it becomes obvious, that we have here some kind of a dynamic system based on the combination of the

    • crowdsourcing paradigm,
    • distributed computing or cloud computing paradigm,
    • swarm intelligence or swarm computing computing paradigm,
    • capturing of local data and circumstances,
    • capturing of geographic data,
    • processing of the captured data, and
    • mapping the processed data,

    which

    • can also work in real-time due to the direct connection with e.g. OntoLinux,
    • is improved in quality as more users participate and as more data is collected, and also
    • is an essential part of
      • a relatively similar original and unique multimedia work of art, and
      • is an essential part of the original and unique multimedia works of art titled
        • Ontologic System,
        • Ontoscope, and
        • Ontoscope on Wheels of,

      which again have been all created by C.S..

    C.S. even created the similar multimedia work of art as an example for all such services that are based on exactly this combination of crowdsourcing, distirbuted computing or cloud computing, swarm intelligence, data processing, and mapping, because there are many implications for the society to be discussed, and until now every vehicle manufacturer attempted to circumvent our copyright by describing a different application or service. But this is not relevant.

    This partial plagiarism proves once again that the multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S. is indeed original and unique, and therefore it constitutes an infringement of our copyright and other rights, as it is the case with similar plagiarisms documented in the past.

  • Volkswagen→Audi, Daimler→Mercedes-Benz, Bayerische Motorenwerke, Intel, et al.→Here Global: After we looked again at several related cases we had to conclude once again that the consortium also applies such an approach based on cloud computing, swarm intelligence, and other original and unique features of our works and system, as investigated in relation with the company Robert Bosch above (see the case of the Here Technologies consortium in the Investigations::Car #400 of the 27th of September 2016 and #406 of the 28th of December 2016 as well). To document the case we quote from a report about a concept car of the marque Audi that is publicated on the website of a fraudulent automotive magazine: "Cooperation with Here [What a nonsense, Audi owns Here.]: Out of this cooperation, [the marque] feeds in data about local safety hazards in a 0.5 second interval in the future." Obviously, we have here at least the AutoMapCloud solution of Style of Speed and therefore the illegal situation, as described in the past, has been proven once again.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Axel Springer→Computer Bild: That media continues to mislead the public deliberately.

    In one case, it claimed that another company had the idea as the first one to adapt the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the smartwatch of a third company for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers well knowing that C.S. did it years before, as shown in the Ontonics Further steps of the 18th of September 2014 and explained in the maling list of the learning environment Sugar at that time.

    In relation with another case we have to clarify that the Open Glasses 2 Ontomizer Mixed Reality Head-Mounted Display (MRHMD), which is shown in the OntoLab Open Glasses #15 of the 10th of December 2016, has nothing in common with the companies Zeiss and Apple, as a blogger and that media claim. It looks like the usual fiction of fraudsters.

    Best of all, at least the first case proves once again doubtlessly, that the media company knows C.S. and our corporation, and that it invests significant journalistic efforts to damage our economical activities deliberately by publicating lies and highly questionable news to mislead the public, as it is also proven with the other collected substantial legal matter.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management

  • Amazon: We continued the investigation of the company Amazon that we started with the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 4th of January 2017 and looked at the connection with a rule-based system based on rules given in the form 'if this is true then do that' respectively simple clauses in logic programming (see also the case of the company Mattel in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 5th of January 2017).
    This connection to logic programming in general and our OntoBot software component of the original and unique Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux in particular will become even more critical from the legal point of view if the conversational assistant is added to the integration of distributed computing (including cloud computing) with voice-based agent or assistant, voice-based virtual assistant, or voice-based personal assistant, as announced already by Amazon. Obviously, we get very fast to the point that we can prove Amazon's infringements of our copyright and other rights.

    For sure, the same holds for the companies Google, Microsoft, Samsung, and other companies as well for example of the automotive industry. Specifically in the cases of the companies listed by names we have to call it already a copyright infringement, because the single components and services have been connected by following the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA).
    In addition, it is obvious that they are the leading entities of the so-called gatecrash to bust our party and therefore responsible in the first place.

    We improved our Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) models by two little steps, which could be giants leaps.

    We would also like to make clear, if this was not already, that the first model of the first Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) series of VRontier has

  • > 3840×2160 pixel as combined resolution,
  • > 800 Pixel Per Inch (PPI), and
  • > 110° horizontal Field of View (FoV).

    Clarification #1
    In an in-house discussion about the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope, and scientific papers, which describe common multimedia systems of another company, C.S. was asked why there is the emphasizing of the artistic aspect respectively the multimedia works of art if the copyright already protects the content of the scientific papers.

    The reason is that works have different levels in respect to their originality and uniqueness respectively creativity and intellectual depth so to say, which limits the scope of the copyright.
    In most cases of a common multimedia system and also a source code of a software program for example the copyright is more related to the syntax respectively the string of letters, but not to the idea or concept, or genre. For sure, the exception proves the rule.
    In the case of a multimedia work of art the copyright is also related to the semantic respectively the (expression of an) idea or concept, and even the genre in some outstanding cases, or better said, the characteristic artistic expression. The latter is the case with the Ontologic System and the Ontoscope, because with their creation a new, unforeseeable and unexpected matter has been created by C.S..

    In the past our discussion were more focused on the Ontologic System viewed form the software side and the Ontoscope viewed from the hardware side (see for example the Clarification of the 8th of June 2013, Clarification of the 29th of April 2014, Clarification #1 of the 23rd of May 2014, the Clarification of the 5th of December 2016, and also the links given in the Clarification #1 of today above).
    What we also discussed more in the past are the

    For the further discussion it is helpful to recall the definition of a smartphone at first, as we developed it in our OntoLab around the year 2001 to 2005: "A smartphone is a mobile phone (also known as cell phones) with an advanced mobile operating system that combines features of a personal computer operating system with other features useful for mobile or handheld use. Smartphones, which are usually pocket-sized, typically combine the features of a mobile phone, such as the abilities to place and receive voice calls and create and receive text messages, with those of other popular digital mobile devices like personal digital assistants (PDAs), such as an event calendar, media player, video games, GPS navigation, digital camera and digital video camera."

    In the retrospective we get the following facts:

  • The Ontoscope includes but is not limited to the

  • The smartphone was something unexpected, which is the consensus view or common view.
    Indeed, there were handheld devices with a touch-sensitve screen, such as the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA; e.g. Palm Pilot) and the Pocket PC (PPC; e.g. Compaq iPaq), and their further developments with the connectivity functions of a mobile phone or cell phone, which also got a rudimentary web browser and a virtual machine adapted to the reduced processing power. But the smartphone seems to be imagined only by C.S. before, who sadly to say was spied out by large and very well known companies in the Silicon Valley and other places of the U.S.A., as it has been proven indirectly by the fact that those companies stopped with the direction of development of their mobile phone hardware and software platforms directly after they introduced their mobile phones or cell phones featuring a touchscreen and then began to copy our Ontologic System and Ontoscope, as it could be observered by the public easily.
  • The development of the smartphone to an extension of the user or the personality of a user was also unforeseeable and unexpected, which has also become the consensus view or common opinion.
    But as a matter of fact, imagining, defining, and viewing the
    • smartphone,
    • smart home hub,
    • robot, including humanoid robots and autonomous vehicles, and
    • combinations thereof (e.g. (smart home) robohub or hub robot)

    as an extension of the user or as the personality of the user was done only by C.S. before with the Ontoscope and the Ontoscope on Wheels operated by the Ontologic System.

    Therefore the speech, virtual, digital agent, assistant, robot, or comparable devices viewed as an extension of the user or own person(ality) but not as

  • a machine, or
  • an (independent) expert system,

    are covered by the multimedia works of art respectively ontologic works.

    Therefore the

  • combination of a smartphone with a dual-lens camera, 3D camera, 3D scanner, or/and depth-sensing camera,

  • the ontological proof or ontological argument

    when developing an Ontologic System, an Ontoscope, and an OntoVerse.

    That said, at least a license for the syntax is needed and more and more a license for the semantics is needed until a contract for our whole systems is needed.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We continued the work on a special communication protocol for our OntoVerse (OV) component.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    In the Further steps of the 24th of December 2016 we publicated the resolution for a Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) and took as the unit of measurement Pixel Per Inch (PPI), which must be only pixel for sure. But this should have been obvious for experts, because we gave the data in the context of the display format 8K.

    In the Further steps of the 24th of December 2016 and 30th of December 2016 we missed to mention that the given resolutions are meant for one eye and not in combination. That said, the 8K variant of our second VRHMD is a 16K VRHMD already, and the 16K variant of our second VRHMD is a 32K VRHMD.

    We also estimated the costs for these VRHMDs and it might be that at least our second estimation made on the 30th of December 2016 was a little too low, specifically when compared with other high- performance HMDs. Because we are not sure if we can decrease the production costs to such an extent, a consequence is that these devices are more for scientific, industrial, and military use, or VR enthusiasts and supergeeks.
    But the last word is not spoken in this case and we expect that large scale production will help to get the best to the mass as well.

    We are sure that some interested readers asked the question what we will do with the unexpectedly extremely high resolutions of our Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) models after we found out that we have gone a little too far (see the Website update of today). For sure, we increased the angle of the Field of View (FoV) after we learned some additional techniques in relation with the lens from another VRHMD manufacturer.
    This said, we have now a

  • second model of our first VRHMD series with a horizontal FoV between 140 - 160° and
  • second model of our second VRHMD series with a horizontal FoV between 210 - 270°.

    In addition, we have started a direction of development, which we have in the development pipeline since a longer period of time, that is increasing the vertical FoV. In this context we heard something about vertical FoVs of 88° and 90°, but this might be a little too low to satisfy or beloved fans and customers.

    Furthermore, we optimized the latency as well and tried a first estimation for the wired and the wireless variants. But we will not give any details others than: WoooW.

    Website update
    We worked a little on the Clarification #1 and #2 of yesterday, as we will do in the future. The given explanations are already very close to the real legal situation. That said, is nix with the combination, connection, and integration of

  • smartphone, smartwatch, data glasses, etc.,
  • dual-lens camera,
  • vehicle
  • space or ambient environment, as well as
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), etc.,
  • Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR),
  • distributed computing (including cloud computing) with
    • voice-based agent or assistant, voice-based virtual assistant, or voice-based personal assistant,
    • dialog system,
    • conversational agent, or
    • knowledge graph,
  • and so on

    without licenses. The situation with other use cases and devices is similar, specifically when a use case or/and a device was unexpected.

    At this point we would also like to repeat that the companies Google and Microsoft have already crossed the white line, and it looks like that the company Apple did the same. In addition, the Open Handset Alliance (OHA), better known as Android consortium, and the group having Microsoft and its customers (e.g. Mattel and Nissan) as members have some kind of agreement and are working in a concerted or even orchestrated way to damage our business, which is not liked very much by the law enforcement services.

    Ontonics Further steps
    More by a lucky coincidence, we were able to develop new materials of our Hoverinium class or at least new variants of Hoverinium materials (depends on the point of view how to designate such materials and their variants). These materials have properties that go beyond our initial imagination.

    We also developed some new variants of other Hoverinium materials.

    Besides this, we adapted another manufacturing process for our purposes, which provides us the possibility to produce some devices earlier, faster, and potentially less expensive.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    We took a closer look at the vertical Field of View (FoV) of our Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Displays (VRHMDs) and concluded that the second VRHMD model series of VRontier already has around 130° vertical FoV by design. This is nearly perfect, because a human has a horizontal FoV of around 180° and a vertical FoV of around 135°, and we want to provide some degrees more in both directions.

    We also played around with the variant that has 270° horizontal FoV in simulations, which is really funny. But we think up to 210° horizontal FoV is sufficient in the beginning.

    In addition, we found out that one of our VRHMD models can do another unnatural viewing effect, which might be interesting and funny as well.

    Roboticle Further steps
    We continued the development of our Personal Reconnaissance System (PRS; read the Further steps and the issue #6 of the Ontonics Super Warrior of the 13th of September 2016) and added a technology to make it a long range negotiation tool.
    Obviously, the designation PRS is not correct anymore.

  • Wikimedia→Wikipedia: The quality and hence the trustworthiness of the so-called online encyclopedia Wikipedia decreased again, specifically by manipulations related with or even done by the company Alphabet→Google. We also observed that contents of our websites have been copied without referencing, like the fraudulent media is doing more and more in the last past.
    A prominent example is given with the following quote "Google Now uses a natural language user interface to answer questions, make recommendations, and perform actions by delegating requests to a set of web services. Along with answering user-initiated queries, Google Now pro-actively delivers to users information that it predicts (based on their search habits) they may want." Obviously, this has been copied from the webpage Ontologic Applications of the website of OntoLinux and other places of our websites, and also reflects our slogan "We predict the future by inventing it" for example.

    Could it be that the author thought to be very clever, but in the end provided us an advantageous argument how in detail Google copied a part of our Ontologic System?

    We adapted a manufacturing process for another one of our purposes.

    We also combined the new material mentioned in the Further steps of the 28th of December 2016 with another new material.
    What makes this work so special is that we might have overcome a critical limit or balance of opposite physical forces, which was said to be only possible from a conceputal point of view.
    But with our latest developments we have improved the ratio of the forces by at least one magnitude to the preferred state, while the initial state was already on the tipping point, and potentially created the foundation for many very interesting applications. Miraculous.

    Now that we are able to regulate the lift of our hovering High-Altitude Platform Stations (HAPSs; see the issue #4 of the 6th of November 2016 and also the Ontonics Further steps of today) and in this way their movement and positioning in 3D, we can continue with realizing our Superstructure.

    The images below show the initial concept created by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) together with their contractors throughout the last decade or even longer, that works on and in the sea and on the Moon as well. Needless to say that we improved everything significantly.

    Ontonics and Roboticle Further steps
    Now that we are able to regulate the lift of the hovering platforms of our Delivery Drone™ systems/technologies and in this way their movement and positioning in 3D, we can continue the work on some details of our delivery service (see also for example the related Ontonics, Roboticle, and Style of Speed Further steps of the 14th of September 2016).

    The images of the Original vs. Inspiration of today show concepts of airships used as aircraft carriers, one with a solar-powered aerial landing field and the other one with a hybrid lifting-body design, that we adapted for our hovering warehouses.

    We improved a sports vehicle so that it provides even more fun. The basic components and modules can be adapted for several different machines as well.

    We worked on one of our technologies used for multimedia environments. One of the results is a new function.

    Furthermore, we improved one of the technologies mentioned in the Further steps of the 6th and 8th of January 2017 by adding a new functionality.

    Ontonics Super Warrior #11
    In the last days we developed our version of a Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS; see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 1st of April 2015 and OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 13th of July 2015), which is based on the modular mobile device techno- logies of our intelliTablet Iri project (see for example intelliTablet Iri #12 publicated on the 8th of January 2017) on the one hand and on the other hand might be interesting.

    Needless to say that in this way our JTRS also works with our Global Information Grid (GIG; see again the Ontonics Further steps of the 1st of April 2015), which again is also integrated with our Superstructure (see for example the issue Superstructure #5 of the 19th of January 2017 (yesterday)), and our Smart Gear (see the issue #7 of the 13th of September 2016).

    We developed our variant of a device. The basic components and modules can be adapted for similar devices as well.

    We extended our LocoLego robot system (see the issue #1 publicated on the 8th of January 2017) with addtional programming functions.

    We also created a new model series for it.

    In this relation, we would also like to mention that our Lego Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) themes (see the Further steps of the 16th of October 2016 and 27th of December 2016) are compatible with respectively part of LocoLego by our overall concept.

    We would like to show a first sketch of the design of the Minimax head for the special model with minimalistic design, which was shown in the Original Sketch of the Original Sketches of the 20th of July 2008, as our fans and readers should be able to see easily.
    This sketch shows only the eyes with a specific emotional expression, but there will be at least the mouth and most potentially more parts of the face.

    For other models and their variants we have created at least three more designs with more detailed appearances and advanced features.

    We also worked a little on the basic technology of some of the Minimaxi models.

    Besides this, we improved a functional brick that can be used with other Lego building kit themes of the factory and us (see also the Further steps of the 4th of January 2017). This is not a revolutionary development but the children will have more fun.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We improved a production process.

    On the

  • 6th of January 2017 we "adapted a technology to improve another technology of a different field",
  • 8th of January 2017 we "reviewed the development of [said] technolog[y] and [...] had to conclude that our progress made in the last weeks is so enormous and already provides a new level of possibilities and practicability", and
  • 20th of January 2017 we "improved [said] technolog[y] mentioned in the Further steps of the 6th and 8th of January 2017 by adding a new functionality".

    Today, we continued the work and tried to estimate the level of its performance. To cut a long story short, we are very confident that our Brain Computer Interface (BCI) technology provides a new level of performance, consequently has become a new generation and accordingly has been designated as BCI 2.0 by us.

    It is very well known that the BCI 1.0 generation already works in

  • 0 dimension (point; e.g. giving a command or selecting a single letter),
  • 1 dimension (line; e.g. selecting a menu point out of a list),
  • 2 dimensions (surface; e.g. controlling a cursor or a wheelchair), and
  • 3 dimensions (space; e.g. controlling a drone).

    Indeed, the development of the BCI 2.0 technology followed the evolution of the voice command system or speech control system insofar that a string of single letters respectively complete words can be recognized fluently. This means that we have a brain controlled dictation system and thought communication system, the latter in at least one way, and the range of capabilities and applications goes even much further in conjunction with our original and unique multimedia works of arts titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope on the basis of our Multilingual Multimodal Multiparadigmatic Multidimensional Multimedia User Interface (M⁵UI) and Mixed Reality (MR) spectrum as well as our Ontologic uniVerse (OV) (see for example the Clarification of the 2nd of June 2012 and the 13th and 16th of April 2016, and the webpages Introduction, Overview, and OntoVerse of the website of OntoLinux).

    The BCI 3.0 generation will even function in a bidirectional way respectively realize synthetic telepathy (see also the Image of the Day of the 2nd of July 2014).

    Oh, yes, do not forget to mention: Fascinating.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    We followed new developments in relation with a first component or module of operating systems, sorted out the interesting features, and sorted them into our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) as an optimizaton of a related first component of our Ontologic System (OS). Thanks to our OSA this highly complex task remained easy.
    We also followed a new development in relation with a second component or module of operating systems and sorted this into our OSA as a refinement of another related second component of our OS.
    Then the magic happened because we saw directly that the optimization provided by the first development is more general and hence can be applied together with the second development and even with the development of another feature of a third component of our OS.

    iRaiment Further steps
    While watching some nice classic watches, we designed three new hybrid models of our Masterpiece series and also a new smartwatch model.
    Even better, our business unit Ontonics started the production phase of one of the foundational technologies utilized for the related smartwatch model series several days ago. Sensational.

    Furthermore, another watch enthusiast reminded us of a useful function. So we added it to the related models.

    In addition, we combined some of our unique technologies to solve a problem.
    But then the creativity of C.S. literally exploded and the results were several different solutions and several designs of feature watches or hybrid watches, smartwatches, and wrist-worn Ontoscopes. You will love them, maybe all. :D

    Moreover, we have definitely no clue what is going on here today again. While making some detailed notes in relation with our new Masterpiece models, C.S. suddenly remembered a feature, which is ideally suited for these multimedia works of art. As usual, this is no marketing when we say truly revolutionary.
    The encyclopedias in general can already add new pages and the Swiss in particular can already add a page about C.S.' masterpieces of horology and beyond to their national history.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    Already more than two weeks ago we adapted a special variant of a component for surface vehicles.
    At first, we only used this component to solve two different technical problems with specific types of vehicles. Yesterday and today, we also made the first designs of them. Honestly, we do not know if there is a demand for such vehicles respectively for their specific designs and constructions, but at least there are some new objects to view and discuss.

    We developed a device that might be interesting for some persons.

    We also found an interesting material for at least one of our technologies.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We played around with our plasma rocket and plasmajet engines and optimized one of their modules. Somehow we have the impression that in this way we developed a third type, but we have not decided about the final configuration of its single components and modules (see also the Further steps of the 22nd of August 2013 and 10th of July 2015).

    With a similar rocket engine a specific impulse (Isp) of at least 26,000 s has been estimated. In the graphic below our actual plasma rocket propulsion technology is positioned in the light orange area with green dots at the right side of the area of the pulsed fission/ fusion and its next generation approaches the intersection of the areas of continuous fusion and antimatter.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    In the last two days we used a component developed some weeks ago to optimize one of our engines.

    We also developed the next generations of our Orbital SpacePlanes (OSPs) and AeroSpacePlanes (ASPs) that resulted into several considerations, optimizations, and modifications. For example, we were able to

  • decrease their weight,
  • increase their structural strength,
  • increase the output and efficiency of their powertrains,
  • improve ways for the construction of their components and modules having a high complexity, and
  • decrease their construction and maintainance costs once again accordingly.

    We also worked on their Vertical Takeoff, Vertical Landing (VTVL) capability. The Further steps of the 25th of November 2015 is a good starting point into this special subject.

    As we said some years ago, we are in time and on track (see also the Sneak Preview #4a of the 30th of August 2008 and the Pictures of the Day Space Express & X-3033/MagicStar Special of the 6th of February 2009).

    We also continued the work on our compound coaxial helicopter, which resulted in some alternative variants of the powertrain. To be honest, we are still thrilled.

    Ontonics Further steps
    When we played around with our plasma engines (see for example the Style of Speed Further steps of the 24th of January 2017), we also looked on other engines of other research institutes on the one hand and thought about applying the latest optimizations to our plasma motor on the other hand.

    We are sure that our fans and readers still remember the Comment of the Day and the Original vs. Inspiration of the 18th of July 2015 and the Style of Speed Further steps of the 21st of July 2015.
    This led to the consideration about the construction of a micro fusion reactor again, which drives one of our microturbines or micro steam turbines as an electric power generator, and to the conclusion that this attempt is feasible.
    We also remembered another engine and recognized some similarities with our fusion reactors today.

    Now, we are perplexed a little, because one research institute reported a relatively high gain factor, which is totally beyond Q=1 (breakeven) on the one side and therefore we are trying to interpret the data, our machine designs, and the implications correctly and completely on the other side. Needless to say, all these technologies and machines of us open up many new possibilities for inventions, optimizations, and applications.

    Furthermore, we started two new business divisions (see for example the Ontonics Further steps of the 8th of November 2011).

    Where we are going, we do not need what? Yes indeed, roads.

    iRaiment Further steps

    We continued to prepare the production of our first feature watches or hybrid watches (smartanalog and smartdigital), smartwatches, and wrist-worn Ontoscopes. In the course of this, we solved a legal requirement, so that we can focus on the cases, smartbands, and other exterior elements.
    The larger model of the first generation has a larger display and around 1300 mAh battery capacity, which is 3 to 4 times more than comparable smartwatches, and the smaller model has a smaller display and around 1120 mAh, which should also run 3 to 4 times longer than comparable smartwatches of this size.
    For sure, the model with the small display can have the large accumulator band or battery band and the model with the large display can have the small accumulator band or battery band.
    The other two models have a thinner watchcase of around 7 to 8 mm and a battery capacity reduced by around 350 mAh.
    We also hope to offer our Active Bezel and Smartbezel some more interesting, original and unique features as standards or options.

    We also added some more new features that might be interesting for various owners.

    Furthermore, we developed a new smartband and some new model series.

    Suddenly, we had two ideas to improve a device, which has become much better in this way.

    We also designed a new variant of a first device model and a new variant of a second device model.

    Investigations::Multimedia

  • Microsoft: The company Microsoft continues with copying our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S..
    As our fans and readers, who follow our OntomaX and OntoLinux websites since a longer periode of time, know very well, we integrated the Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies into our Ontologic System (OS) by the design of the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA; see the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux) and the Ontologic Collaborative Ontologic Virtual Environment (OntoCOVE) software component since its start, and correspondingly also called our OS a 3D Operating System (3DOS; see for example the Comment of the Day of the 27th of April 2010), n-dimensional Higtech Operating System (HOS; see for example the Investigations::Multimedia of the 24th of June 2012), and n-Dimensional Operating System (nDOS; see for example the Clarification of the 11th of July 2012), Augmented Reality Operating System (AROS), Virtual Reality Operating System (VROS), Mixed Reality Operating System (MROS), and Multidimensio- nal Multilingual Multimodal Multimedia Operating System (MMMMOS), as can be seen easily on the homepage of OntoLinux.
    Today, we learned from a report publicated by an online magazine about Virtual Reality (VR) around three weeks ago that "[d]as Besondere an den Headsets ist, dass sie direkt von Windows unterstützt werden und keine zusätzliche Software benötigen=the special of these headsets is, that they are directly support by [Microsoft's operating system] Windows and do not require an additional software". Doubtlessly, this implies once again that its operating system must have integrated the related functionality on the one hand and on the other hand means that Microsoft has also integrated this part of our OS into its operating system after it already integrated other parts of our OS before, as we have docu- mented as well (see the latest cases of the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 2nd of July 2016, 15th of September 2016, 10th of December 2016, and 3rd of January 2017 for example), which again proves once again that it has taken our OS and its OSA with its specific composition as blueprint.

    Another important detail is the fact that all these VRHMDs are based on a technology comprising a 3D camera or stereoscopic camera integrated in the front side of the cases, which has been coined inside-out tracking on the one hand and was also presented by the company Intel on the other hand, which again resembles the first handheld models and AR, VR, and MR technologies related with our other original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope and created by C.S. on the one hand and on the other hand also proves that Microsoft is copying our Ontoscope as well.

    In the Clarification of the 2nd of July 2016 and the Clarification #2 of the 15th of September 2016 we already explained that the strategy of copying single features of our OS and Ontoscope does not work anymore to show an ordinary technological progress or other exceptions to the copyright protection and to circumvent our copyright in this way.
    We also made clear several times that companies conduct an act of unfair competition practicing for example by presenting such single features of our OS and Ontoscope, because they confuse the public about the true origin of our original and unique works.
    Furthermore, we also mentioned that there must be an illegal agreement and an illegal orchestrated approach by companies like e.g. Google, Microsoft, and Amazon and their business partners (see the case of the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and Knowledge management of the 7th of January 2017 for example).

    The company Microsoft have either to ask for a licensing list or to stop the marketing and the selling of its operating systems Windows immediately before we take them and all products and services powered by it down in North America and Europe on the same day by way of temporary injunction.
    The same holds for the company Google and its operating system Android and all products and services powered by it.
    The preparations have already began more than a year ago.

    The companies Microsoft and also Google have either to ask for licensing lists or to stop the marketing and the selling of their operating systems Windows and Android immediately before we take them and all products and services powered by them down in North America and Europe on the same day by way of temporary injunction. The preparations have already began more than a year ago.

    We demand the worldwide media not to report about the operating system Windows of the company Microsoft anymore, because it infringes various rights of C.S. and our enterprise, including the personal right to express freely and our copyright right.
    We are also thinking about expanding this demand to include the collaborating companies HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and 3Glasses in the case of the VRHMDs and other companies in the other cases.

    New crowdfunding scandal?
    In the Ontoscope Further steps of the 13th of December 2016 we mentiond a crowdfunding fraud related with a plagiarism of our Ontologic System and Ontoscope in the shape of a clock that obviously was a reaction to the Clarification of the 9th of September 2016, which again also referenced the connection of the Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope (see also the message OntoLinux 10. Birthday of the 9th of November 2016).
    After we contacted the support of the crowdfunding platform and after some few emails with a support person we sent this support person our DMCA complaint on the 20th of December 2016.
    Somehow we were assuming that the related copyright infringing material has been taken down and therefore did not wonder why we got no further informations, feedback, or a counter-complaint.
    But today, that campaign appeared once again in the email newsletter of the crowdfunding platform.
    It seems to be that our DMCA complaint sent to the email address support@[the crowdfunding platform].com has not been relayed to the responsible person.
    So we asked the support what happened at first and for sure resent the DMCA complaint once again but now to another email address. Oddly enough, we got a ticket from the email address support@[the crowdfunding platform].com.

    Clarification
    We looked at our handheld Ontoscope models in the original and unique design of this multimedia work of art created by C.S., that follows the metapher of a robot head with eyes or a head of a cybernetic organism (cyborg) among many other individual impressions and expressions of C.S., and concluded that the same said in the case of our wrist-worn Ontoscope is also valid for the handheld Ontoscope and every other derivative work, for sure, because the development was not foreseeable but unexpected already in the case of the

  • mobile phone or cell phone, and also smartphone respectively the telepathic capability of the robot or cyborg (head),
  • MobileKinetic technology respectively the electromagnetic sense as well as the spatial and temporal awarness of the robot or cyborg (head),
  • Virtual Reality Head-Mounted Display (VRHMD) respectively a specific variant of the robot or cyborg (head)
    • with insight-out tracking based on MobileKinetic respectively spatial and temporal awarness of the robot or cyborg (head), or/and
    • based on the combination of a smartphone and a head-mounted housing respectively a head-worn Ontoscope,
  • and so on,

    whereby the term robot or cyborg head can also be substituted with the term cybernetic extension of the user's body.

  • stereopsis with a binocular vision

    may be sufficient but are not mandatory requirements for the classification of a device as an Ontoscope, but the capability to

  • capture or/and present data (e.g. depth perception and 3-dimensional structure) and
  • process these data with some cybernetic or/and softbionic functions (e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)) in the sense of a cognitive processing,
  • like a living being does on the one hand and
  • as provided by an Ontologic System (OS) for example on the other hand.

    For sure, there is a fine line between

  • 2D photography, depth perception, capturing of a spatial or volumetric structure, and scanning of a body on the one side and semantic processing on the other side,
  • AI and ML machine control algorithms and cognitive processing, and
  • etc. vs. etc.,

    and the elaborated strategies and actings by various software and hardware manufacturers to circumvent our copyright (see for example the messages Preliminary investigation of Huawei of the 8th of January 2017 started, Preliminary investigation of HTC started of the 12th of January 2017, and case of the company Microsoft in the Investigations::Multimedia of the 29th of January 2017) prove again and again since many years now that we are right with our related claims.

    Companies need a license or a license list when using our Ontologic System or/and Ontoscope in whole or in part even in the P.R.China when using in China.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    We will update the Further steps of yesterday, because we forgot to mention that we also developed a new variant of a third device model and a new variant of a fourth device model, which we find really interesting.

    Smart home robot vs. Ontoscope
    In the last months we saw several (stationary) desktop robots, smart home robots, and hub robots or robohubs which have a

  • head with a display or even a touchscreen as face, or/and
  • camera,

    and also provide functionalities such as

  • connectivity with the Internet,
  • provision of Web Services (WS),
  • voice-based assistant,
  • ability to learn a user's habits,
  • Augmented Reality (AR),
  • and more.

    The question are where ends the robot, where ends the ordinary technological progress, where begins the new development, where begins the unforeseeable and unexpected creation, where begins its copying as part of the simulation of an ordinary technological progress, and where begins the scope of our Ontologic System and Ontoscope.
    Our discussion in the many clarifications over the last years makes the line between legal use and illegal plagiarism very clear and easy to understand.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We continued the work on our models of a device and could improve the prior technology by at least 13 times.

    We also developed 3 new materials and 1 new composite of our Powerinium class.
    In addition, we also developed two applications of the new Powerinium composite.

    Furthermore, we designed a first new accumulator, which should be able to realize a property thought to be impossible.
    We also developed a second new accumulator.
    Both new accumulators might be our best electric energy storage devices of this type outperforming everything we have seen on the market and even our other superior accumulators in some aspects on the one hand and can be produced with the common processes on the other hand.

    We also developed a new module based an some of our original and unique technologies.
    And we developed the first 3 devices based on this new module. Revolutionary.

    We also developed a new model series of a device and at least two new basic models. One of these basic models is based on the integrations of two different technologies.

    We also developed a new robot with many useful features for the intended field of application.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    We developed 2 basic models in various variants and with several options. We like specifically one feature very much, because it solves a problem in a beautiful way.

    We also developed another new basic model that is based on the integrations of two different technologies.

    We also developed a new model series of a device and at least 1 basic model and 3 models in various variants and with several options, which are very interesting and fascinating somehow.

    We also developed a model of a device of an external entity. Maybe the original device will become obsolete in this way. :)

    iRaiment Further steps
    We did the relatively exact mathematics in relation with the second generation of our battery band/accumulator band series that will be manufactured in various shapes and materials (see for example the Further steps of the 26th of February 2016 and 12th of June 2016), and correspondingly provides the following capacities for an exemplary wristband with an overall length of 120 mm + 80 mm = 200 mm (fits most female and male wrists) and the given widths and thicknesses (± 0.1 mm):

  • 20 mm x 2.9 mm 360 mAh,
  • 25 mm x 2.9 mm 450 mAh,
  • 30 mm x 2.9 mm 540 mAh,
  • 20 mm x 4.0 mm 576 mAh,
  • 25 mm x 4.0 mm 720 mAh,
  • 30 mm x 4.0 mm 864 mAh,
  • 20 mm x 5.1 mm 792 mAh,
  • 25 mm x 5.1 mm 990 mAh, and
  • 30 mm x 5.1 mm 1,088 mAh.

    The data is given only for the band and if a battery is included in the housing of a wearable computer then its capacity must be added to get the overall capacity of a wearable device.

    As promised, some special wristband models provide even more capacity by our layering/stacking approach, which is estimated by us to be in the range of 30 to 50% more power. Further very significant increases will come with our new foundational battery technologies.

    Specifically interesting might be the information that we solved our problem with the accuband for sports activities, which is breathable now.

    Our business partners can sent us their specifications or even special wishes from now on, while we are calibrating the toolings and machines.

    Roboticle Further steps
    We developed the next generation of a better known robot, which we thought would not be possible in general and done by us in particular.

    We also developed 2 new models of a specific robot series, which solve a problem that the competition has.

    We also developed 2 new basic models of an older robot series, which might become interesting or even have the potential to become a big(ger) hit.

    We also developed a frist new robot that is based on the integrations of two different technologies.

    We also developed a new robot of one our model series, which provides additional functionalities.

    We also developed a second new robot that is based on the integration of two different technologies.

    We also developed a new robot model with an interesting feature.

    Style of Speed IWI #17
    We have developed the next generation of our Integrated Wheeled Intelligence (IWI) approach, which is even more revolutionary and disruptive than the first generation of our System Automobile was already.
