    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
    In relation with the Further steps of yesterday we remembered that the Mekensleep Underware software library set and hence our Ontologic System OntoLinux already include the open standard Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP; see also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 19th of February 2015) and found out that the instant messaging application WhatsApp uses a customized version of XMPP.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We worked on one of our new sports equipments and when we tried it out a little then we got the impression that it might be even more interesting than comparable sports equipments not to say that it might have the potential for a worldwide hit.

    We have at least two weatherproof cabins or pods for our helipods already with the one cabin sized for one person and the other cabin sized for four persons. In the next development step we will reduce their weight, if appropriated at all, and make further improvements.

    We worked on some techniques and technologies, improved older technologies in interesting ways, and developed new solutions.

    We developed a complex technique to produce a foundational component, and a variant of this technique that is based on some of our other techniques on the one hand and constitutes an unexpected leap ahead on the other hand.
    We also developed some new variants of this component. While the basic technique is ready now there is some work left for testing selected variants of this component and finding out how advantageous they are.

    We developed three more new variants of a foundational component, which works much more elegant than its previous generation.

    We also worked on the logo of the delivery drone service our business unit Roboticle.

    We also worked on our mobility service based on the Hoverorb and Hoverpod platforms of our business unit Style of Speed (see also the Style of Speed Further steps of the 17th and 18th of March 2017).

    We also developed two more new variants of a foundational component, which are different than the other variants developed before and have their interesting features.

    We created a new model of our Smart Backpack series and a new model of our Smart Gear series (see for example the Original vs. Inspiration #1 of the 30th of June 2016 and the Further steps of the 14th of July 2016).

    Roboticle Further steps
    We worked on some last details of our Personal Satellite Assistant (PSA), created the first three model series and selected two models for each series, and are now at the point to begin the prototyping phase and also the production phase (see also the Further steps of the 5th of February 2017 and 25th of March 2017).

    Keep in mind that our PSA is a hovering Ontoscope and therefore an original and unique multimedia work of art.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We improved our Brain Computer Interface (BCI) 2.0 technology (see also the Further steps of the 23rd of January 2017).

    We also developed a new basic model of our Axela series (see the Further steps of the 4th and 27th of February 2017).

    Ontoscope Further steps
    By applying an intelligent technique we were able to increase the capability of the neuromorphic chip included in the related Ontoscope model by 16 times.
    In sum, we are able to handle 262,144 neurosynaptic cores, #cores×256=67,108,864 programmable neurons, and #neurons×256=17,179,869,184 programmable synapses (see the Further steps of the 30th of March 2017) and are continuing to approach the 85-86 billion neurons.

    Needless to say that our Bidirectional Brain Computer Interface (BBCI) 3.0 technology is one kind of the all kinds of sensors of our original and unique Ontoscope paradigm and that we use all suitable features and capabilities of our original and unique Ontologic System, such as the

  • Bridge from Natural Intelligence to Artificial Intelligence (Bridge from NI to AI),
  • SoftBionics (SB) techniques, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Swarm Intelligence (SI), and Evolutionary Computing (EC), as well as
  • Mixed Reality (MR), including Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR),

    to

  • reflect, enhance, and extend, as well as augment the brain of a user, and
  • operate the Ontoscope, and
  • operate the Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).

    Obviously, our Ontologic System and Ontoscope are original and unique multimedia works of art and therefore protected by the international copyright in whole or in part, comprising the syntax and the semantic respectively the expression, meaning, etc..

    We worked on two models of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) series, but we are not sure if their efficiency is as high as required.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We are ramping up our activities in relation with the greatest revolution in mobility since the invention of the wheel.
    In the next months we will set up the

    as well as prepare the

    Clarification
    'Being co-adaptive' means some kind of 'being reflective', specifically being bidirectionally reflective.

    Obviously, our Ontologic System and Ontoscope paradigms are able to exhibit this bidirectional reflection as well respectively the property of bidirectional reflection is also included in the overall Ontologic System and Ontoscope paradigms. The latter is just a simple implication of for example the facts or views that

  • on the one hand an Ontologic System powering an Ontoscope
    • is reflective itself and also
    • reflects a user,

    and

  • on the other hand
    • an Ontologic System can be
      • a self-image or self-portrait, or/and
      • an extension,

      of the user's mind and

    • an Ontoscope can be
      • a self-image or self-portrait, or/and
      • an extension

      of the user's body.

    Once again, we draw the line at this point of self-reflection and therefore it is a difference if for example a Brain Computer Interface (BCI) is used to control a device or exchange information on the one hand or if the BCI is self-reflective, bidirectionally reflective or co-adaptive, learning, proactive, and so on (see also the related Clarification #1 of the 12th of October 2016, the Clarification of the 14th and 18th of December 2016, and the Clarification #2 of the 13th of January 2017, and for example the Ontonics Further steps and Ontoscope Further steps of yesterday and today).

    In relation with a Brain Computer Interface (BCI) we can only highly recommend to use our originals, because only originals are trustworthy on the one hand and on the other hand the others will only skew your mind.

    Nice to see that we get a more and more complete and better understanding of our original and unique multimedia works of art.
    Do not be fooled by the many defrauding entities and criminals in the industries, media, arts, and sciences.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We integrated a technology with another technology. In a subsequent step, we took the resulting technology and founded a new business unit. The technology is quite progressive or even revolutionary when looking at the existing performance data.

    Ontoscope Further steps
    We coined our Ontoscope model with the neuromorphic chip Neuro and also worked on its third generation. As explained in the Further steps of yesterday, its second generation has 67,108,864 neurons and we need around 1,000 times more neurons to reach the 85-86 billion neurons of a human brain.
    A quick look into the secret area of our innovation-pipeline of Ontonics revealed that we are able to realize these 3 magnitudes since around a year already.
    And now the fun truly begins.
    For example, if an Ontoscope Neuro has a reflection of the user's brain, than the Ontoscope respectively the user's personal Onto is thinking faster than the user, and by comparing the result of the Ontoscope respectively Onto's thought with the user's own thought by the Multilingual Multimodal Multidimensional Multiparadigmatic Multimedia User Interface (M⁵UI), including the Brain Computer Interface (BCI), the Ontoscope learns to perfect the reflection or image continously until the user will get an upload or a download. Oh!
    And now the fun continous.

  • University of Washington: A defrauding student in bioengineering and researcher at the Center for Sensorimotor Neural Engineering at the University of Washington, and a professor of computer science and engineering and director of the Center for Sensorimotor Neural Engineering at the University of Washington took the website of our Ontologic System OntoLinux and informations given on the website of OntomaX as blueprints for a fabricated interview with the media company Cable News Network. We quote from the related report: "Just as ancient Greeks fantasized about soaring flight, today's imaginations dream of melding minds and machines as a remedy to the pesky problem of human mortality. Can the mind connect directly with artificial intelligence, robots and other minds through brain-computer interface (BCI) technologies to transcend our human limitations? [Here we have a direct connection to our Ontonics Flightsuit project on the one hand (see for example issue #4 publicated on the 10th of October 2016 and on the other hand the webpage Terms of the 21st Century of the website of OntoLinux.]", "[...] researchers at university labs and companies around the world have made impressive progress toward achieving such a vision.     Convicted of copyright infringement and other frauds, and our lawyers are already waiting for them.

    Clarification
    An artist in the field of generative music was asked the following question: "Have you ever thought about whether you can copyright the music that comes out of [the generative music software application]?
    His answer was: "That's an interesting question. If you sell the music app[lication] to somebody, do they own the music that comes out of it, because they've constructed it in a way. All the bits are mine and [another artist], the final construction is theirs."
    Next question: "And what did you conclude?"
    Next answer: "I don't think it is very easy to make a case for saying "It's my music", because it sort of is in a modern sense of what composing means."

    We would like to say at least the following:

  • Firstly, the artist still owns the rights to
    • say it is his music,
    • decide if and where the music software application is played publicly, and
    • demand that the true origin of his music respectively of his basic music snippets and composing rules is not blurred.
  • Secondly, a user of his software application does not act in a creative way respectively create an original and unique expression when playing his music and therefore a user does not construct, compose, or do anything for which she or he gets a copyright.
  • Thirdly, a copyright owner is free to decide if and how a work is publicated, sold, or used in another way, and if there should be a monetary compensation for doing so.
    Said artist has chosen to sell his generative music as a software application for a one time payment and we got the impression somehow that in the interview he has also given a user the copyright about the final construction or composition. We are sure, he will clarify the latter when he understood that it was not his intention to make such a provision.

    The same holds for e.g. our Ontologic System (OS), that we also call for this reason Ontologic System paradigm or Ontologic System Architecture (OSA). If an entity uses our Ontologic System, then she, he, or it has to accept our conditions that we make on an individual base.
    In addition, if an entity takes our OS for a specific realization, composition, or construction of an own system, then it is not allowed to mislead the public about the true origin of our OS, or said in other words the user is not allowed to declare that the resulting system is based on her, his, or its own creation.

    For example, the company Google as the representative entity for the member companies of the Android consortium has to pay 15% of the profit made with our works. Another possibility could be to decide that every single company asks for an individual license contract.
    Another example is the Industry 4.0 consortium or similar industrial initiatives. A company that uses the Industry 4.0 standard has to ask for an individual license for our OSA even if it uses an implementation based on free and open source software, because such an implementation of our OS in whole or in part is illegal.

    And while we are already discussing the copyright once again, we have to say that the artist copied parts of our works and in this way infringed our copyright, as it can be easily seen with the causal links to the:

  • section Algorithmic/Generative/Evolutionary/Organic ... Art/Science of the Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux,
  • description of the Ontologic Web (OW) "every music [...] is directly generated, assembled, updated, customized, referenced and linked, up- and downloaded, and available for use eventually" (see the message OS is ON of the 9th of May 2016) and the fact that the OW is an essential element of the OS,
  • image of the painting "A Contradiction" with a reflection of C.S. shown as an Original of the 20th of September 2009,
  • document Ontologic System Calibre Ontoscope also publicated on the website of OntoLinux, because the album has a black square and a reflection of a person, which in this case is the plagiarist literally spoken in the sense of a self-reflection (see also the point before), and
  • overall relationship with the subject of reflection, specifically due to the reason that the software application is presented as some kind of a self-reflection, and the plagiarist only used the acoustical part of multimedia and decided on its title as the piece "makes [me] think back. It makes me think things over. It seems to create a psychological space that encourages internal conversation."

    If somebody is in the business for 45 years, then he should know better about the copyright. But the way the plagiarism has been fabricated by the plagiarist gives rise to the suspicion that it was deliberately done.
    This will have legal consequences in two ways.

    We have reviewed an older technology and found controversial statements. Nevertheless, we now have a sound foundation to conduct our own testing and also a new variant.

    The image of Ritchel's airship does not show the real airship used for his history flight, but was taken from his U.S. Patent 201200, issued March 12, 1878, and entitled "Improvement in Flying-Machines". In fact, with a volume of around 7.6 m³ and even when filled with hydrogen, which was the first choice at that time, the generated force would lift only around 9.17 kg minus the weight of the hull.
    But the image gives an impression about C.S.' first swoop respectively speeder bike or hoverbike already in the construction phase (see also the Picture of the Day of the 9th of August 2008 for example). Make your pre-order today. Yeah. :D

    Ontonics Further steps
    We improved one of our fusion reactors making it more practicable and saleable.

    Furthermore, we recognized that we can use a new technology for the realization of a device. Fantastic.

    We also recognized that once again we have over-engineered a technology. But then we also recognized that this could be exploited advantageously for other devices of the same technological field.

    Roboticle Further steps
    We developed a new model of a mobile device (see also the Ontoscope Further steps of the 22nd of February 2016 and 5th of March 2016, and the Further steps of the 5th of February 2017, 25th of March 2017, and 11th of April 2017). Hopefully it is not a reinvention of an item lying in our safe. Nevertheless, the revolution continues.

    We also developed a new basic Quadvector model and now we are very eager to get the first test results.

    We also designed new Quadrovector models for our Swiss Army Drone™ and US Army Drone™ series (see the Further steps of the 19th of September 2016).

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We improved an engine.

    Furthermore, we recognized that one of the new quadrovector models, that the business unit Roboticle developed today, extends a relatively new technology platform for our aircrafts.
    In this relation, we also designed a basic wing and Blended Wing Body (BWB) that can be taken as elementary components and modules, specifically for the

  • Flight :) (Flight Fun) and Sky :) (Sky Fun) models of our Powered Lift Aircraft series,
  • Blended Wing Body (BWB), Hybrid Wing Body (HWB), and Odonata models of our Hybrid series, and

    We improved our general Quantum Vacuum particle Thruster (QVT or Q-thruster) and our special Mach Effect Thruster (MET) or Woodword Effect thruster, Radio Frequency (RF) Resonant Cavity Thruster (RFRCT) or Electromagnetic Drive (EmDrive), and Fusion Quantum Vacuum particle Thruster (FQVT or FQ-thruster) or Repulsorlift engine.     Because we have

  • our Ontologic operating system Core OntoCore (OC) with the verified and real-time capable microkernel OntoS1 of our Ontologic Systems (OSs) OntoLix and OntoLinux, as can be seen with the real-time operating systems referenced in the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software and also with the original OntoL4 software component of OntoLinux for example, and also
  • a reflective real-time agent-based operating system since the start of our OS, as can be seen with the real-time agent systems referenced in the section Intelligent/Cognitive Agent of the webpage Links to Software for example (see also the Website update of the 8th of March 2017),

  • many multimedia systems work in real-time as well, such as many Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) environments and systems referenced in the section Mixed Reality of the webpage Links to Software for example,

    we are pleased to make the information official that we connected the hovercams of the original and unique multimedia project Hovercity with the OntoGlobe/OntoEarth project of Ontonics, so that our virtual earth is no longer made up of still images only and instead is full of life. See also the issue Ontonics Hovercity #1 of the 3rd of February 2017, and the issues Superstructure #1 of the 29th of October 2016, Superstructure #5 of the 19th of January 2017, and Superstructure #6 of the 5th of March 2017.

    Another absolutely unforeseeable and unexpected, original and unique multimedia work of art like our Ontologic System and Ontoscope.

  • Google: The company Google has once again stolen a part of our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S.. We quote from a report of a well known fraudulent public-law broadcaster: "Google has refreshed its [virtual globe] app[lication] and website, adding detailed 3D imagery and new "tours" that give people a guided look at exotic locations. The [company] said it had spent two years developing the new version of the app, which features video content from the [fraudulent public-law broadcaster] and other partners."
    From a video shown with the report we got the following additional informations: "These impressive shots were peaced together from thousands of photos. The redesigned [virtual globe application] lets people fly over many places in 3D. [...] Google says [the virtual globe application] is aimed at a different audience to its [m]aps app[lication]."
    In November of 2016, Google already added Virtual Reality (VR) to its virtual globe.
    The latter proves that Google has copied once again a part of our Ontologic System, as it can be easily seen with the software referenced in the sections Mixed Reality, specifically the Structure-from-Motion (SfM) system Blunder based on the sparse bundle adjustment package sba, and the image-based modeling and rendering software application insight3D, Geography, and Earth Simulation/Virtual Globe of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux, our directly connected OntoGlobe/OntoEarth project of Ontonics, and our special project described in the OntoLinux Further steps of the 26th of November 2010. Obviously, everything is connected and integrated with each other by our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA).
    We can also see that Google has given up its strategy to hide the true goal of its activities, because its copyright infringement, fraudulent competition practices, and even serious crimes are obvious for the public now, and instead turned to a total war and scorched Earth policy.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: That public law broadcaster supported once again an entity to steal protected intellectual properties from us (see the case of the company Google above) and also to infringe our copyright as well in relation with the original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S..
    Specifically interesting in this case is the fact that the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) admits that it is a partner of Google indeed, which also seems to be related with its many manipulating and lying reports publicated by its criminal journalists that we have comprehensively documented in last years. We had this suspicion many years ago already and somehow we got the proof now that we were correct all the time.
    What a giant worldwide first class scandal.
  • Deutsche Telekom: Since more than 20 years that company is damaging our business and when we publicated the Ontologic Net Further steps of the 18th of December 2016 we asked ourselves:
    • what will that company do this time, because the position of the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will change to their advantages, and
    • what will the content providers and the service platforms do this time, because their position will change to their disadvantage, specifically due to the reason that they will loose the link to the user and in this way the possibility to collect user data and place advertisement by using this user data, and many of them have also damaged our business permanently in the last 2 decades.

    At first sight, it was not viewable when the Deutsche Telekom introduced its service called "Stream On" but we wondered immediately about the collaborating entities or partners, such as for example the companies Apple, Amazon (Prime), Funk, Napster, Netflix, Sky, and Google→YouTube, and also the public-law broadcaster Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF)==Second German Television, which indeed are all video content providers or/and platforms, which again pointed directly at our Ontologic Net (ON) eventually, as can be seen with our services OntoTube, OntoPrime, and OntoBook that we named in this way to make some fun and provoke a doubtless reaction (see once again the Ontologic Net Further steps of the 18th of December 2016).
    Obviously, Deutsche Telekom and its so-called partners have reacted by copying a part of our ON, as not expected otherwise, but they have also infringed many laws in this way, as not planned otherwise by us to create legal substance for this case as the implicit, automatic, and direct counterreaction so to say.
    Furthermore, because the listed companies are called partners and it has been reported that they do not have to pay for this special service of the Deutsche Telekom, there must be an agreement that the loss of being able to collect the user data in this way is compensated somehow and the straightforward guess is that the user data is still provided by the telecommunication company to its partners, but it is not allowed to collect and use it for the same services of its partner, for which it gets another compensation, and so on.

    Indeed, it looks like that the Deutsche Telekom and its partners have found a way to circumvent

    • the net neutrality in the European Union in particular,
    • the net neutrality in general, as well as
    • the copyright of our Ontologic Net (ON) as part of the multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System

    by not handling the network traffic on the level of the public internet respectively on the level of our ON but on the level of the mobile communication infrastructure of Deutsche Telekom in the sense of the mobile internet is not the internet.
    But on a second sight this thought is wrong because:

  • the foundational concept of our ON is independent of the (network) infrastructure and therefore the international copyright has been infringed,
  • the existence of such an agreement between Deutsche Telekom and its partners on the one hand and the effort of Deutsche Telekom to get its existing customers to the higher tariffs and to get new customers on the other hand prove that the decision for and the introduction of this service is definitely and solely based on commercial considerations and therefore the law for protecting the net neutrality of the European Union has been infringment,
  • the existence of such an agreement between Deutsche Telekom and its partners also proves that they have acted together and in an orchestrated way against others' and our enterprises, which on the one hand conducted in this way also infringed related laws for various reasons and on the other hand is not the first time in the case of the companies Apple, Google, and Amazon,
  • the attempt to look into the data, collect even more user data, and get even more control as well under the false pretence to optimize the network traffic, as some critics pointed out, infringes the law for protecting the data privacy of the European Union, and
  • the partnership infringed more laws.

    Another evidence for the allegation of the copyright infringement is the fact that all participating entities had more than 3 years to introduce this technique to handle, control, and improve the network traffic, and even after we started to describe our Ontologic Net (ON) and Ontologic Web (OW) they did nothing, but only when we showed it in December 2016 they moved and are trying now to steal our intellectual property in this way again.
    This view is further strengthend by the choice of the name of the service product "Stream On" that also provides the causal link with our original and unique multimedia works of art because it is derived from the phrase "Dream on" and the acronym ON of the Ontologic Net, and in this way also leads to our Ontologic uniVerse (OntoVerse or OV) and the discussion of the lucid dream and other sources of inspiration (see the Clarification of the 16th of April 2017).

    In contrast, our Ontologic Net provides both net neutrality and data privacy, which shows the public once again that we are the good ones.

  • Facebook: The company Facebook has once again stolen a part of our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S.. This time it is the Brain Computer Interface (BCI) as part of the Multilingual Multimodal Multidimensional Multiparadigmatic Multimedia User Interface (M⁵UI) of our Ontologic System and Ontoscope.
    The leading researcher of that company claimed to be able to recognize 100 words per minute in some few years and referenced the research of a university that allows a person to dictate letter by letter 8 words per minute though the cited university is able to move a cursor over a grid of letters only.
    Furthermore, we got the following informations from a media report: As times go by, to construct words in the head out of single letters should not be required anymore. A side effect might be that humans could express themselves in other languages without learning them. In this way, the thought about a cup could be transformed directly into the corresponding foreign word in Spanish or Chinese for example. "In their head a cup is not a label with a word on it, but an object created by humans that can be held in the hand and drinking out of liquids," explains the researcher. "One day not so far away it might be that I think in Chinese and they feel it in Spanish directly."" This points to the technique of imagined speech also used to provide a foundation for the technique of synthetic telepathy at least since the year 2008.
    It is also said that for a massive use of the technology implants would not be appropriate and instead there must be very sensitive sensors on the surface of the head, which monitor the brain activities a hundred thousand times per second to a millimeter accuracy.
    We have the impression that these claims have been made by taking our informations and technologies, specifically our BCI 2.0 technology. See also the Clarification of the 7th of June 2016, the Ontonics Further steps and Ontoscope Further steps of the 13th April 2017, and the Clarification of the 14th April 2017 for example, and keep in mind that we have a BCI since the first presentation of these multimedia works of art, as can also be seen with the BCI 1.0.
    Because our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) has been taken as blueprint in a top-down approach once again and even a part of our OS has been copied, there is absolutely no doubt that this is a clear and obvious copyright infringement and also a serious fraud conducted by the management of Facebook because the public in general and the shareholders and the advertising customers in particular are misled and therefore betrayed deliberately.

    But the company has also stolen more from our Ontologic System, such as the part of our Mixed Reality (MR) that integrates a Virtual Reality Environment (VRE) and a smartphone together. The latter might be legal but not in this specific case because we have proven already that Facebook is taken our copyrighted OS as a blueprint without creating an own original and unique work with an own expression.
    In addition, the company has also stolen more form our Ontoscope, such as applications and plugins for a camera that are powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and realized by Augmented Reality (AR).

  • The Guardian: That publisher reported about the copyright infringement and other law breaks of the company Facebook (see the case of Facebook above) and infringed our copyright and other rights deliberately in this way once again.
  • ARD→Tagesschau: That public-law broadcaster reported about the next copyright infringement and other law breaks of the company Facebook (see the case of Facebook above) and infringed our copyright and other rights deliberately in this way once again.
    As a follow up to the first version of this investigation, a second report has been publicated that on the one hand plays down the state of the research and development in the field of the Brain Computer Interface (BCI) by explaining that the BCI technology is in a Yes-No mode and needs decades to work as announced, and on the other hand misleads the public once again away from the works and achievements of C.S. and our corporation in this and other related fields by naming all the fraudulent companies once again, and even by confusing the public when using specific terms that are related with our works, such as the Evolutionary operating system (Evoos), which is based on evolutionary computing and embryonics, and described in The Proposal, as can be seen with the following quote for example: "Und dort hat ein Firmenvertreter [von einem Gehirnimplantat] gesagt, er sieht die Firma selber im Embryonalstadium.==And there a representer of a company [of a brain implant] said he sees the company in the embryonic stadium."
    This is not journalism.

    Luckily, the world learns more and more that we are the good ones, and who are the bad ones and the stupid ones, as in the case of free speech, data privacy, and net neutrality (see the case of the Deutsche Telekom in the Investigations::Multimedia of yesterday), and we learned in the last days that everybody wants our original and unique Ontologic System (OS), Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), as well as our original and unique Ontoscope in all its various variants.

    The good always wins.

    Clarification
    In reports about passenger drones and (autonomous) flying taxis we got the following informations and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
    Q: What are the challenges?
    A: Indeed, there exists the challenge of convincing the regulators, but this is only a question of political will but not of technological readyness, as C.S. and our business division Style of Speed will prove in the next future.
    Q: But will a sky full of passenger pods cause traffic jams in the air?
    A: Honestly, the question about traffic jams in the air is stupid, because there is so much space in the air but not enough area on the ground to feed all the many persons that must fly in the air to create a congestion. There might be some congestions at specific hot spots, but the reasons for that are totally different.
    Furthermore, we always say that the air transportation will rise and our solutions are the solutions for future traffic. So, trains may vanish because of the requirement for infrastructure constructed on precious space, specifically the concepts of the maglev train including the modern version of the (vacuum) tube train, that suffers even more from the infrastructure problem. Other kinds of ground transportation may decline due to other reasons.
    Nevertheless, the ground transportation will be there (see also the related news in the Style of Speed Further steps of today), and our solutions will ease the traffic but take it over as much as possible even completely if reasonable. For sure, this does work, indeed.
    Q: But will people warm to the idea of a sky full of noisy flying taxis?
    A: In contrast to our solutions, the aircrafts of other manufacturers, including quadcopters, multicopters or multirotors, tiltwing aircrafts, etc., are not exactly noiseless and generate noise in the range of a truck. That this loud noise is only generated at the take-off and landing spots on the one hand and on the other hand such aircrafts fly relatively high are no arguments. Indeed, the sound backdrop will be more annoying than the sound backdrop created by the ground transportation.
    Q: Why fly passengers around a city when it uses much more energy than driving?
    A: Indeed, energy efficiency should be a concern. But maybe we can show something that is relatively efficient and hence acceptable. In this relation we would like to note that using renewable energy is common practice already and therefore mentioning it in relation with energy efficiency is only pointless or even counterproductive.
    Q: Will it be safe to fill the sky with flying passenger pods?
    Safety of quadcopters or multicopters, as well as other specific types of aircrafts used as passenger drones and (autonomous) flying taxis is a serious issue. The argument that the safety of these aircrafts should be compared to the safety of air transportation, because it is extremely safe and the failure rate is extremely low, does not count because this kind of safety either does not scale to the mass market or becomes prohibitively expensive and will not come at all. As a consequence, we parted with these technologies (see the Style of Speed Further steps of the 14th of February 2017)

    Ontonics Further steps
    We developed a variant of a technology by adding a very special variant of another technology. If the other variant does not work as envisioned or is not so efficient when compared with this new variant then we can use the new variant as an alternative.

    We also improved our advanced Brain Computer Interface (BCI) 2.0 and bidirectional BCI 3.0 technologies once again even in two different ways. We also estimate that it is at least 100 times, potentially 1000 times, or even more better when compared with an ElectroEncephaloGraphy (EEG) based cap and surely is able to monitor the brain activities a hundred thousand times per second to a millimeter accuracy, and provides more superior exclusive features developed in the OntoLab, The Lab of Visions.
    With such a performance we are able to do quite a lot of thinking things, specifically in combination with our Ontologic System and our Ontoscope (see also the related Clarifications given in the past, and for example the Further steps of the 23rd of January 2017, the Ontonics Further steps and Ontoscope Further steps of the 13th and 14th of April 2017, and the Clarification of the 14th of April 2017).

    Fraudulent plagiarists need years or even decades? This is not rocket science. This is hightech to win.

    Roboticle Further steps
    We noticed that together with Style of Speed we have the hovertruck series (see the Further steps of the 7th and 23rd of February 2017) for our aerial logistics services and drone cargo services, but not a hoverbus series for our air transport services (see also the Style of Speed Further steps of the 13th of January 2016 and the Ontonics Further steps of the 29th of January 2016).

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We have a third weatherproof cabin or pod for our helipod with the one cabin sized for five persons. In the next development step we will reduce its weight, if appropriated at all, and make further improvements (see also the Further steps of the 4th of April 2017).

    Furthermore, we have developed our hybrid hovercar technology, which combines an automobile and a Hovering Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (HUAV). The automobile can be used alone or turned into a passenger carrying drone by attaching it to the HUAV on demand.
    Like the HUAV the automobile can be an autonomous vehicle powered by an electric motor.

    In addition, we are pleased to announce that we developed a type of aircraft further so profoundly that it has to be designated as a new type of aircraft.

    What should we say? At least, this is very encouraging.
    For all of our fans and readers who cannot see the link directly, we would like to point to the website of our Ontologic System OntoLinux and our related slogan: It makes sense.

    Events such as the "March for Science", a protest movement for free sciences and against so-called alternative facts, are constructive because people come together, discuss how to make things better, and encourage others to go on.

    But at the "March for Science" we saw a protest sign with the slogan "Climate Change Is Real Clean Coal Is Not". Oh my dear, clean coal is real, too, as it is the case with clean diesel.
    Furthermore, we have seen so much missing or withhold references, plagiarisms, and even serious crimes in the last 2 decades at the research institutes but nobody was stepping up against it, so that the question have to be raised, who is generating a fake reality as well, specifically for funding research (the argument of money always fits).
    If even scientists would only care for their opportunism and come up with alternative facts, and even do it on such a march against fakes, then the whole movement would be reduced ad absurdum.
    And with such a manipulating and lying press and other incompetent, fraudulent, and blocking entities the planet will be driven into chaos.

    Cognitive operating system™

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • Qualcomm: We found a patent in the field of cognitive radio filed by the company Qualcomm and while looking at it we suddenly recognized that the company has infringed our copyright in relation with the original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S., and also broken other laws such as the competition law for example.

    At first, we quote a description of the term cognitive radio for our readers that are no experts in the related fields of technology: "A cognitive radio (CR) is a radio that can be programmed and configured dynamically to use the best wireless channels in its vicinity. Such a radio automatically detects available channels in wireless spectrum, then accordingly changes its transmission or reception parameters to allow more concurrent wireless communications in a given spectrum band at one location. This process is a form of dynamic spectrum management. [...] Although cognitive radio was initially thought of as a software-defined radio extension (full cognitive radio), most research work focuses on spectrum-sensing cognitive radio (particularly in the TV bands)."
    As can be seen easily, the term cognitive is highly confusing because a cognitive radio has nothing in common with some kind of softbionic functionality (e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), intelligent or cognitive agent, etc.).
    For better understanding this investigative case it is also important to know that the technique of process migration or transitioning in a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) network or other types of network was included in for example the programming language Jave, its network architecture for the construction of distributed systems called Jini, which provides the infrastructure for the Service-Object-Oriented Architecture (SOOA), and its Virtual Machine (VM) at that time.
    It might also be helpful to see only the cognitive operating system part, inlcuding cognitive distributed computing and cognitive (Peer-to-Peer (P2P)) networking, of our Ontologic System.

    To be sure and fair, for what it is worth when getting in contact with those companies, we read the 6 provisional patent applications as well that were publicated between the 11th of January 2006 and 27th of October 2006 (2 days before the inofficial start of our Ontologic System (OS) OntoLinux) on the one hand and cited for claiming their benefits on the other hand. But we could only find a description of an obvious way of dynamic spectrum management for a cognitive radio, specifically these text passages: "[...] peer-to-peer communication [...]", "[...] probabilistically find each other in subsequent time intervalls [...] by randomizing the time interval in which the TX and RX procedure is carried out [...]", "[...] from the received beacon signal, a receiver can predict the signal quality [...] using the power relationship between the traffic channel and beacon signal [...]", "[...] the terminal predicts the signal quality, e.g., signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) [...]", "[...] module [...] for predicting signal quality of a data session from received beacon signal from a transmitter [...]", "The prediction is a function of the estimated timing of the detected beacon burst [1, 2, and 3 ...]", "[...] personal data assistants [PDAs...]", "[...] logical tones [...]", "[...] the signals transmitted by different cells and sectors [...] may interfere with each other [...]", and "[...] the terminal may select one of them according to some selection criteria, such as signal quality and service charge [...]".
    Obviously, no cognitive mobile device, artificial intelligence, migrating or transitioning, and so on, but only common network management, basic algorithms, and pure mathematics.

    We developed a system for a specific type of vehicle.

    We also worked on the design of a specific group of vehicles.

    In addition, we concluded that the powertrain initially selected for our vehicles mentioned in the Further steps of the 25th of September 2014 and yesterday is not favourable and replaced it with more advanced alternatives.

    Furthermore, we would like to show another hoverbike design with two ducted fans at the rear and a ducted coaxial fan at the front, that was a starting point for the design of our first swoop at a very early stage (see also the Original vs. Inspiration of the 17th of April 2017).

    Ontonics Further steps
    We continued the work on the different version of one of our components mentioned in the Further steps of yesterday, found an interesting solution for a little problem, and suddenly had to conclud that we have redeveloped a part of another component, which we have developed initially for a different purpose. Funny.

    Since some weeks we are also thinking about a special material developed in the OntoLab but we were not sure if it is suitable for our related uses. Yesterday (Today) we looked at this material and at a related machine of an external entity once again, concluded that it solves at least two problems, and decided to give it a try at least, because we might have overdeveloped a solution once again, as usual, and in this way not seen that this solution is already an optimal solution on its own and what is required. At least many persons will have fun even if we will not use it to solve the initial problem in the end, and hence the main goal can already be declared as being accomplished.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We worked on our model Swoop™ 1 and found an interesting design (see the Further steps of yesterday).

    The specification of our Swoop 1 is in the beginning as follows:

  • length: 4.5-5 m
  • width: 2-2.5 m
  • minimal speed: 0 km/h
  • cruise speed: 130 km/h
  • maximal speed: 200-250 km/h
  • climb rate: 8-10 m/s
  • endurance at 0 km/h: 16-18 h
  • endurance at maximal speed: 4 h
  • range: 600-700 km
  • maximal wind at take-off: 160 km/h

    These data are based on estimations and might change in the future. Other models have higher values (see also the Further steps of the 27th of March 2017).

    Even better, while arranging the various parts, components, and modules of the Swoop 1 we concluded that we have overlooked a detail despite we are working with every basic element since some years. This led to the development of a general solution which increases the efficiency of the related aircrafts significantly.

    We also designed our first Human Powered Aerial Vehicle (HPAV) and our first Human Electric Aerial Vehicle (HEAV), so to say the airbike or swoopbike.

    We also worked on one of our bicycle model series, and designed a new standard model and a new foldable model.

    We also created 3 new bicycle model series and designed some models for each of them.

    We also developed or at least improved a new component that we find very interesting and useful.

    Clarification
    What many of our fans and readers as well as the fraudsters do not know is the fact that we had a conversation by email with a developer of the Free Poplog and SIM_AGENT - SimAgent TOOLKIT in the end of the year 2006. We have not mentioned it in our news, because we thought that it would not be so very interesting in contrast to the website of OntoLix and OntoLinux, and we are not sure if the developer made a note. Nevertheless, the emails are archived on a hard disk drive that is offline.
    If we remember correctly, OntoLix respectively OntoLinux was finally listed on the webpage of Simagent in the beginning of December 2006 and we guess that at around the same time the company Qualcomm saw it on the webpage of the SimAgent Toolkit.

    We also contacted the Linux Foundation to get the allowance to use the registered trademark Linux® and if we remember correctly this happened also in the end of 2006 at the same time or even before said conversation.

    There are even hundreds if not thousands of other witnesses, specifically in the B.R.D., who are able to confirm the date of publication and the content.

    First of all, we would like to thank the sadly unknown artist for creating this image that nicely visualizes some of the multimedia works of art as part of the steampunk and cyberpunk aerial vehicle series and other work of art series created by C.S.. See also the Original vs. Inspiration of the 13th and 17th of April 2017.

    The image above also shows a possibility how the Hoverpod™ Model A of Style of Speed could look like, though the dimension of the Flying Orb attached to the cabin is a little too small for generating a lift force of around 1,500 kg/3,307 lb, and the fenders are not required in general but might be useful for a wheeled version. As can be seen as well, the air carriage or air taxi is piloted for overcoming federal regulations, but an autonomous variant is also available.
    At the right side in the background of the image an early prototype of our Swoop 1 of the year 2015 can also be seen (see also the Style of Speed Further steps of the 17th and 27th of March 2017, and 25th and 26th of April 2017).

    We hope this is sufficiently crazy to convince the governments and passengers.
    In this relation we would also like to

  • document that we have not seen anything like this in real and
  • announce that in the case we see a similar solution that reflects the informations publicated by us, then we will file lawsuits directly due to illegal competition activities, psychological terror against C.S., and copyright infringement.

    We have explained several times in the past 10 years that C.S. is performing and no entity is allowed to copy this performance or show in whole or in part, as regulated by the international copyright, or/and mislead the public about its true origin. This announcement is independent of the other announced lawsuits against entities that did infringe our rights in this way in the last 10 years.
    Btw.: It is common sense that the term international comprises the planet Earth, the rest of the solar system, and the visual universe at least, and therefore the U.S.A., European Uni(ficati)on, and P.R.China are included as well by its meaning accepted by the public.
    And no, C.S. is not imitating Panamarenko, Peter Cook, or anybody else despite there are overlaps in some few themes indeed.

    We worked on the production process of the special material mentioned in the Further steps of today (yesterday) and got the impression that it might create a much bigger effect than anticipated at first for various reasons such as cost of production, possibilities to form and use, etc..

    We continued the work on a specific Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) model.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • Amazon: We already guessed that Amazon is stealing from our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S.. We also explained that Amazon with its device comprising a loundspeaker, a microphone, and a voice-based agent or assistant, voice-based virtual assistant, or voice-based personal assistant may have crossed the white, red, or yellow line and infringed our copyright and other rights already in this way, and that we are looking for more evidences (see its case in the Investigations:: Multimedia, AI and KM of the 6th, 6th, and 10th of January 2017, and 3rd of February 2017). As not expected otherwise that fraudulent company has provided the next clear evidence with a camera, which is described as follows by one of the media companies known for publicating highly questionable news: "[That stealing company] has unveiled [ano]the[er copyright infringing product], a new voice-controlled selfie [or self-image] camera pitched as the ultimate bedroom companion that allows AI assistant [clone] to give you fashion tips and tell you what to wear. [Obviously, this camera is a part of our Ontoscope and toi give tips and advices is also called to give recommendations, which leads directly to the and therefore to a part of our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic System Architecture (OSA).]", "The camera, [... has] four LEDs for lighting, a depth-sensing system and a microphone array to receive commands just like [the company]'s other [illegal voice]-powered [devices]. The camera uses the depth information to produce "computer vision-based" blurred backgrounds [of taken] selfies. It will also capture video [...] [The lens, LEDs, and depth-sensing system is (used as) a 3D camera and the microphone array is (used as) a 3D microphone. In addition, a selfie or self-image is nothing else than a self-portrait and therefore some kind of a reflection but not a mirror image obviously. This proves finally, that the camera is indeed an essential part of our protected multimedia work of art titled Ontoscope.]", "The company's machine-learning system [and algorithms] will compare the photos [...] and judge which one is more "[recommended]" at that very moment. [We always differentiate between the SoftBionic (SB) fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), but it is common sense for non-experts respectively the broad public that ML is some kind of AI and hence included in AI. Therefore, mentioning only ML is not a loophole to get around the point AI listed on various webpages of our Ontologic System OntoLinux such as the webpage Overview for example. Eventually, the content of the section Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century clarifies this specific issue doubtlessly by naming ML as part of SB and AI 3.]", ""[... c]heck keeps your [point of interest] on point using advanced machine-learning algorithms and advice from [...] specialists." [Obviously, we have here an example of our Ontologic Applications of our OS.]", "[That illegal camera] performs all the duties of other [illegal] devices [of that criminal company] as well, allowing users to set alarms, ask questions, get the headlines, play music and the many other different activities [its illegal copy of our original and unique intelligent user interface and agent or assistant] is capable of. [This proves that it has now combined a 3D microphone, a loudspeaker, and 3D camera with a related intelligent user interface and agent or assistant system, as well as related applications, which are nothing else than essential parts of our

    of our Ontologic System, such as OntoLix and OntoLinux, that

    • on the one hand were integrated by using our Ontologic System Architecture as blueprint and
    • on the other hand C.S. has created more than 15 years ago and publicated on our websites more than 10 years ago already.]".

    Finally, Convicted!!!

    Furthermore, that fraudulent acting also finally proves the obsession of the company Amazon and its founder with everything that C.S. does.
    By the way: The patents of Amazon does not help that company because they are based on prior art only and therefore are void, and also part of its criminal activities by filing patents for inventions that Amazon has not developed at all, obviously and doubtlessly. The latter raises the issue from a private to a social level and even to a national and international level.

  • The Guardian: Despite it is well knowing that the company Amazon has infringed our copyright of our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S., as well as infringed other rights of us and laws of the societies, that media has reported about the illegal products of that company to deliberately infringe our rights with the goal to damage further the fame of C.S. and our enterprise.
    At least its journalist mentioned: "For piece of mind, a button on the side turns off both the camera and the always-listening microphone. Whether buyers will be happy installing what is essentially an internet-connected smart camera in their bedrooms remains to be seen." But its news staff refuses this time to allow their readers to make comments. Guess why?

    The whole issue also strengthened an even more serious issue we have uncovered several times in the past, that is a worldwide operating white collar crime mafia that

    • has closely and loosely affiliated members,
    • is acting in an orchestrated way, as can be seen with the illegal agreements and organized gatecrashes in relation with C.S.' and our works for example,
    • takes all from the societies but in return
      • devastetes all of their social, cultural, political, institutional, and national systems and
      • refuses to pay taxes,
    • and even is so unbelievable shameless to
      • cover itself under the hood of a religious sect and
      • protect its crimes by accusing every investigator, revelator, and regulator of being an anti-semite.

    In the last weeks, we developed a new flightsuit model, for sure, which is much superior than every rubbish we have seen so far and correspondingly should be called intelligent Raiment or iRaiment (see also issue #4 of the 10th of October 2016 and the Original vs. Inspiration of the 7th of July 2016, specifically the 8th and 10th rows).

    In the next step, we will optimize its control system powered by our dedicated and exclusive Ontologic System (OS) to enable pilots respectively wearer to make flight maneuvers like an eagle (see the short video below).

Yeah.

  • Reuters: We publicated the next issue with the media company Reuters already yesterday, but have not quoted the convicting part of the report and given a related comment. This has been added today. Once again, an already known criminal female journalists of Reuters has misled the public deliberately in relation with the true origin of our original and unique multimedia work of art titled Ontologic System and created by C.S., as well as the criminal activities of the company Amazon comprising a related copyright infringement and others illegal activities (see for example the case of Amazon in the Investigations::Multimedia of yesterday), as the following very specific but still copyright and other rights infringing description and hence illegal circumscription of our Ontologic System (OS) doubtlessly proves: "It is racing to make its voice assistant [...], which competes with Apple[...]'s [clone of our intelligent voice assistant referenced in the section Intelligent/Cognitive User Inter of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux], a ubiquitous platform like [an operating system of the company Microsoft] has been for desktop or [a Linux kernel based operating system and illegal plagiarism of our Ontologic System OntoLinux] has been for phones." Obviously, the platform is equalled with operating system which copies our activity to give our Ontologic System the acronym OS, which is also used as acronym for operating system.
  • British Broadcasting Corporation: For sure, an already very well known criminal female journalist and enemy of the public could not hold back to mislead the public and to infringe our copyright and other rights once again with the publication of a report about an integrated camera and loudspeaker with speech assistant, smart assistant, or intelligent agent or assistant used as recommender system, which are essential parts of our original and unique multimedia works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and the related examples of Ontologic Applications, all created by C.S., and therefore an illegal copy made by the company Amazon (see its case in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 27th of April 2017). We quote the report to document the next crime in relation with this worldwide scandal: "[That company]'s new smart speaker [...] features a camera to capture full-length selfies and video which can be stored to create a personal "look book". [As we said already above, it is a multimodal multimedia device used for making self-images or self-portraits by a depth camera or 3D camera with a microphone array or 3D microphone, and therefore a part of our Ontoscope.]", "[The camera] uses [the also illegal] smart assistant [clone of our Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) or Personal Intelligent Assistant (PIA) with speech control] to give a verdict on outfit choices and recommend clothes to buy. [This proves that the report and the reported device are indeed based on our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontoscope, because this is an example of an Ontologic Application done with parts of our OntoBot and OntoScope software components of our OS, which are based on techniques and technologies directly conntect with our OS by for example the references given in the sections Intelligent/Cognitive Agent and Intelligent/Cognitive User Inter of the webpage Links to Software, and with parts of our Ontoscope.]", "Amazon said that it would not share any personal information with advertisers or third party websites. [Only very naive persons believe Amazon in general and that statement in particular. But in this investigation it is even more scandalous that this statement was made by the criminal journalist to suggest the public the not existing nice guys at Amazon and hence a not existing safety.]", and "[A very well known fraudulent analyst:] "[...] The [illegal clone based on our protected Ontoscope] helps extend [Amazon's] reach into other parts of people's homes [...]" [What should we say? Have a nice day?]".
    The situation does not become better with her attempt to provide a discussion of that illegal device and its illegal application in the report, it still remains an infringement of our rights no matter which story is used to wrap or hide it. Point.
    Also, a well known analyst supported her with his misleading informations once again as part of their orchestrated criminal activities.
    Extra bold: We have the impression that she even waited with the publication until a departure in our office, so that we could not react in minutes.

    Ontonics Further steps
    We used three of our revolutionary technologies in a different way to continue the work on a revolutionary technique and technology.

    We also improved two devices. With the first improvement we might break a limit, which is nothing less than our next revolution. With the second improvement we are able to enhance a device even further that has been improved already very much by us recently, which even strengthens a revolution. How crazy is that now?

    In relation, with another development we are very sure to improve a material significantly. Lovely.

    Just another improvement of another material has been confirmed by an external entity already.

    iRaiment Further steps
    We developed the next generation of a module used to construct a device, which has become very matured and extremely interesting, and hence we are very sure to stun our competitors, amaze our customers, and send our fans into rapture.

    We continued the work on a Hoverpod™ Model A as Hover Pickup™ potentially designated F-150.

    We also continued the work on our Hovertruck and Hoverbus series developed together with Roboticle (see also the related Roboticle Further steps of the 21st of April 2017).

    Since several months, we are also working on the final design of our highspeed airship series. In the course of this, we reduced the number of designs and approximated more and more the final variants. Specifically advantageous is the fact that we can reuse much knowledge and experience gained in the last two decades, so that we only need to adjust some parameters and let the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) made some few tests in the wind tunnel, fine-tune the test article(s), and select the final design(s), before we can begin with the prototyping and production phases right away.
    Nevertheless, we have to work on the harmonization of our overall aircraft portfolio, but this has become much more straightforward as well.

    In relation with our Swoop 1 and Hoverpod Model A we are trying to estimate their end prices. Our goal is to reach a price tag of around 150.000 to 160.000 U.S. Dollar for the first generation and the first production series of the much faster Swoop 1 and the more spacious Hoverpod Model A, that both have a clean electric propulsion and many exclusive features.
    Said this, we would like to give all interested persons the serious recommendation to make their reservations and deposits as soon as possible to be the first who take part in our revolution of mobility.

    Furthermore, we have begun to create the final design of the next generation of our X-3*/Little Star that is designated X-3.1 accordingly.
    The X-3.1 is a demonstrator for the new parts, components, modules, and systems developed in the last years, that we want to use for this small aerospacecraft Little Star, but also for our other aerospacecrafts.
    The Little Star might become a Single-Stage-To-Orbit (SSTO) already, most potentially based on our Raylev/Wavelev technology of the next generation, but we would also like to see how well our air launch system of the next generation performs.

    In this relation, we are sorry to say that with our latest step the Space Shuttle III is history.
    But we are very happy to announce our Space Shuttle IV/Magic Star, that is an amalgamation of the Space Shuttle III and the X-3033/Magic Star.

    We are also sorry for repeating this slogan once again, but it has to be: This is not rocket science. This is hightech to win.

    Clarification
    The company Amazon and the lying press supporting fraudulent companies, such as e.g. Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Co., thought to have found a loophole, which never existed as we always said, by using the term Machine Learning (ML) instead of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
    What a pity that we have publicated at the end of October or the beginning of November 2006 the section Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 on the webpage Terms of the 21st Century and also the related points of the webpage Feature-Lists of the website of OntoLinux.
    Accordingly, we have updated the related comments to the quotes of the investigative cases of the companies:

  • Qualcomm in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 23rd of April 2017 and
  • Amazon in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 27th of April 2017.

    Oh, again Bingo!!!

    Stop infringing our copyright and other rights, and correct the misleading publications, immediately!!!

    We also found more evidence against the company Google. Mildly said, the body of evidence is overwhelming.

    We developed a variant of a device, which works in a surprising way. We worked on this device before, but now we understand its special way of working much better and can use it even better than thought before.

    We improved a function of a device by up to 25%.

    Style of Speed Further steps
    We continued with the design of some of our aerial vehicles, specifically the ones that belong to our highspeed airship series (see also the Further steps of yesterday). When we reshaped the first favorite design, we noticed that we approached the second favorite design. A review of related designs showed that we have not worked out all dependencies of the various design parameters, and that some parameters influence each other more positively or negatively than assumed at first on the one hand and some features are even disadvantageous when included together on the other hand and therefore could or even should be omitted.
    This brought us back to the drawing board and to the conclusion eventually that we should simply begin, keep it simple and stupid at least in the beginning, and create one or more specific designs for each aerial vehicle type.
