They created, forged, or exploited nothing

They only executed a simulation of a model of quantum gravity and the Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) model on a quantum computer. "This work is a successful attempt at observing traversable wormhole dynamics in an experimental setting."
And the only interesting aspect of that experiment is that they used a quantum computer to do quantum physics, which is also no new idea (see Richard Feynman and C.S.), specifically condensed matter physics and black hole physics.

So for what is all that nonsense blah blah blah worth for?

Please do not annoy the public with that self-exposing marketing and only come back, if one has created, proved, or found something truly new or shot a real duck.

By the way:

  • "The equations that describe quantum phenomena turned out to have analogues in the Einsteinian equations for gravity."
That is not an incredible discovery made in 2013, but just an obvious fact for C.S. since we looked at the matter around 22 years ago.
Howsoever, we only thank the 2 scientists for taking their time and the taxpayers' money, and showing how it works on paper, but not if it works, because the latter was stolen by them from us, specifically from our Caliber/Calibre and related explanations on our websites.

Further steps, Ontologic Net Further steps

We have ended our initial configuration and moved to aspects related to

  • operation,
  • utilization,
  • customization, and
  • evolution, and also
  • Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS).

A specific focus was laid on the customization by Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Providers (OAOSPs) of all kinds, including OAOSPs, that provide

  • foundational Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and
  • as a Service (aaS) capability and operational models and platforms (aaSx).

Another area of our focused activities was our New Reality (NR), specifically NR Environments (NREs), which have more extreme requirements regarding quantity or quality or both, such as for example in the fields of

  • Massively Multiuser Augmented Reality Environment (MMARE) with real-time, and highest fidelity and smoothness demands and constraints, and
  • Physical Reality Environment (PRE) with real-time and highest security and safety demands and constraints (e.g. Traffic Management System (TMS) and Unmanned x Vehicle (UxV) Traffic Management System (TMS) (UxVTMS)).

In these cases, we looked for configurations and customizations that have a performance of O(c) with c = 1 or 2, and O(1) (constant), because scalability can be up to O(logk n) and O(log n), which means too slow for such specific use cases.

Smart Grid 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 based on OS

We quote and translate an online encyclopedia about the subject Schaufenster INTelligente EnerGie (SINTEG)==Showcase INTelligent EnerGy: "SINTEG: "Showcase intelligent energy - Digitale agenda for the energy transition or energy revolution" is a funded showcase program of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. It addresses the need to prepare the currently existing supra-regional power grids for the requirements of volatile power generation, which goes hand in hand with a high share of renewable energies.[1] The aim is to research and demonstrate the technologies, market models and the legal framework. [...] Sector coupling by linking transport, electromobility, and heat generation or storage is also being tested within the showcases.

    [...]

    SINTEG-Projects
Five major projects have been launched under SINTEG. Each of these is carried out as a collaborative project by a consortium of partners from energy utilities, electricity grid operators, industry, research institutions, and civil society actors. These are:[1]

  • [...]
  • "Designet: Construction Kit Energy Transition - From Individual Solutions to the Efficient System of the Future": The project [...] demonstrates how, in a hierarchical network structure, superordinate levels request the flexibility of subordinate network levels.[1]
  • [...]
  • "NEW 4.0: [Norddeutsche EnergieWende==]North German Energy Transition or Energy Revolution": [...]
  • "WindNODE: The showcase for smart energy from the northeast of Germany": [...] The goal is the efficient interaction of renewable generation capacities, power grids and energy users on the basis of digital networking.[1]"

    [...]"

    Comment
Obviously, we have not created or invented the field of Smart Grid, but C.S. has created our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System, which was taken as source of inspiration and blueprint for the SINTEG project, and also as foundation for its implementation without asking for allowance, referencing, and licensing.
The related parts of our Ontologic System (OS) have been disected in at least 3 parts:

  • The Designet project is based on our fields of eXtended Mixed Reality©™ or eXtended Reality™ (XR) and New Reality©™ (NR), which is based on the fields of Cyber-Physical System (CPS), and Distributed Virtual Environment (DVE) or Networked Virtual Environment (NVE), Collaborative Virtual Environment (CVE), and Massively Multi-participant Virtual Environment (MMVE), which again are based on the fields of Networking and Distributed System (DS), specifically Grid Computing (GC) and structured Peer-to-Peer (sP2P) Computing (sP2PC) with hierarchical network topology, and supernode or superpeer of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industrial sector, and our overlay of them on the networking of the Energy (E) industrial sector. So to say Physical Reality (PR) over Virtual Reality (VR).
  • The WindNODE project is merely the Designet project done the other way round. So to say Virtual Reality (VR) over Physical Reality (PR).
When taking both projects together, then the
    • integration of the fields of Physical Reality (PR) and Virtual Reality (VR) by us with our XR and NR, and
    • dissection of our XR and NR by the government and the members of the SINTEG project

become obivious and as a consequence our claim of the copyright infringement is proven.

  • The NEW 4.0 project
    • points directly to our field of Industry 4.0, which
      • is based on the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) approach already integrated or even partially created by C.S. with our original and unique work of art Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) in the year 1999 and further developed to our OS, and
      • was already stolen by core members of the German clique of the political party CDU/CSU, the federal state Saarland, the company SAP, and other very well known entities,
    • points directly to our integration of PR and VR with our XR and NR (keywords digital twin, and Ontologic holon or Onton), and
    • is included in our integration of Smart Grid and Industry 4.0.

    Therefore, the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR)

    do apply.
See the subsystems and platforms for the fabrics, and also other subsystems and platforms of the infrastructures of our SOPR in the issue SOPR #327 of the 7th of June 2021:

  • Cybernetical Intelligence (CI)
Ubiquitous Computing (UC or UbiC) and Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES), and Cyber-Physical System (CPS), etc.
  • Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industry 5.0 (Industry 4.0 and Ontoverse)
(related to CI, and UbiC and IoT, and NES, and CPS, etc.)
  • Autonomous System (AS) and Robotic System (RS)
  • Building Automation System (BAS) and Building Management System (BMS)
Smart Building and Smart Home (related to AS and RS, and AmI)
  • Smart Urbanity, Smart Region, Smart City, and Smart Community
  • Smart Utilities
Smart Energy IoT and Smart Grid, etc.

For the management and operation of the field of Smart Grid and for the realization and protection of our other solutions in the energy sector we have established our Superbolt #4 Electric Power (EP) of our Blitzfund I precisely to counteract the usual fraud and even serious crime conducted by governments, research institutes, companies, and other entities.
And our decision has been strengthened and confirmed by the other developments in the field of renewable energy respectively Clean and Green energy.

In general, that SINTEG project is another example for the

  • nasty activities by the (former) F.R.German government against C.S. and our corporation in general and
  • attempt to continue with stealing on the basis of already infringed rights and already stolen properties of C.S. and our corporation.

    06.December.2022

    Ontonics Further steps

We reviewed some locations for specific plants of our newly established business units and concluded that some of our favourite locations in Europe for serving the European market provide even more advantages.

    Ontonics Blitz Fund I #30.4.18

We would like to share the information that the cost for electric power generated by our SuperBolt #4 Electric Power (EP) will be 25% below any other producer.

As of today, compared with the cost of generating electric power in

  • Namibia for a little less than 2 Euro cent per kiloWatt hour and
  • Middle East (e.g. Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) for around 1.04 U.S. Dollar cent per kiloWatt hour,

our EP will do it for around 0.74 €ct/kWh==0.78 $cent/kWh.

We also will further utilize the electric energy, for example for the production of the Clean and Green™ fuels, and transport (e.g. shipping and passing) the products in ways, which provide more benefits for the local customers in particular and the worldwide peoples in general.

In addition, our plants, which are serving the American, European, Asian, African, and Australian markets, are located at the sites and therefore we have much shorter transport distances, and also pipelines and power cables, and are able to provide a lot of advantages, that no other entity is able to realize regarding

  • cost efficiency,
  • energy safety and security, and
  • sovereingty.

    07.December.2022

    Ontonics Further steps

We improved a machine by adapting a basic technology of us, which makes the machine more attractive on the one hand and extends the area of utilization of the technology, for which it was not initially intended, on the other hand.

We also worked on a process for the mass production of a basic part and a module, which is based on this part.

We also configured one of our processes for the mass production of advanced, state of the art computer chips in the scale down to 2 to 4 nanometer.

    13:21, 17:59, and 29:44 UTC+1
Further steps, Ontologic Net Further steps

We are reviewing in a little more detail the plagiarism of Centric/Named networking, specifically Named Function Networking (NFN) and Service-Centric Networking (SCN), and our logical combination of the foundations of Centric/Named networking with Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), and Virtual Network Function (VNF) (SDN-NFV-VNF), specifically Information-Centric Networking (ICN) with SDN-NF-VNF, service chaining, function naming, and separating the policy (required functions) from the routing.
We already had the field of service chaining with the field of Service-Oriented technologies (SOx), specifically the field of Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) and federated service platforms, and also the field of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), which we also integrated with the foundational network.

We also do know now why companies, like for example IBM, Alphabet (Google), Amazon, Microsoft, Vmware, Cisco, Nokia, and so on came up with orchestration in relation to containerization. It was just only the next infringement of the rights and the next stealing of the properties of C.S. and our corporation for embedding what is wrongly called Cloud-Centric Networking in what is wrongly called Content-Centric Networking/Named Data Networking (NDN) respectively NFN and SCN combined with SDN, all based on or included in our Evoutionary operating system (Evoos) and Ontologic System (OS).

At this point it becomes obvious once again that we were already at this point with our OS in around the years 2005 and 2006, because we put SOx into the foundational network of the communications infrastructure, as we also did with the fields of Distributed System (DS), Multi-Agent System (MAS), Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW), Grid Computing (GC), Peer-to-Peer Computing (P2PC), Distributed Virtual Environment (DVE) or Networked Virtual Environment (NVE), Collaborative Virtual Environment (CVE), Content-Addressable Memory (CAM) and Content-Addressable Storage (CAS), and Content-Addressable Network (CAN), Rewriting Logic (RL), Logic Programming (CCLP), and so on.

Eventually, we have shown the causal links of SWWW, SOx, SDN, and Centric/Named networking, as well as their various integrations with our Evoos and OS to a significant and sufficient extent to claim for the copyright of the successors of the Interconnected network (Internet) and the World Wide Web (WWW), and also something totally new.

Are there any questions? In the meantime, we highly recommend to begin with counting and preparing the payments of our damage compensations and royalties, or alternatively with exiting the markets and closing your booths.

Plagiarism: "Name resolution in ICN is a special case of expression resolution. We implemented a general λ-expression resolver, identified all memory accesses, and translated them directly to the pub/sub primitives of an ICN substrate."
Original: Name resolution in ON is a special case of expression resolution. We created a general λ-expression resolver (included in our Ontologic roBot (OntoBot or OB) component), identified all memory accesses (see Distributed Computing (DC) and SuperComputing (SC)), and integrated and translated them directly to the publish-subscirbe primitives of a Distributed Virtual Environment (DVE) or Networked Virtual Environment (NVE), Collaborative Virtual Environment (CVE), and Massively Multiuser Virtual Environment (MMVE) (e.g. Virtual Object System (VOS) and Collaborative Virtual Environment (CoVE)) substrate, a Wide Area Network (WAN) substrate, and the Interconnected network (Internet), a Grid Computing (GC) substrate, a Peer-to-Peer Computing (P2P) substrate (e.g. Content-Addressable Network (CAN)), and a Content-Addressable Memory (CAM) and Content-Addressable Storage (CAS) substrate among many other paradigms and parts.

By the foundational design of our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), the integration of our Ontologic roBot (OntoBot or OB), Ontologic data storage Base (OntoBase or OB) and Ontologic Net (OntoNet or ON) components include the functionality to embed the name resolution logic and the name-based logic of Centric/Named and Semantic networking in a generic resolver of λ-expressions, which

  • goes beyond a distributed Key-Value (K-V) store, which answers name-lookup requests and is also integrated in our OS (e.g. the Berkeley DB library and the SQLite library in our In-Kernel Databases (KDB), Ontologic data storage Base (OntoBase or OB) and Ontologic File System (OntoFS or OFS) components), and
  • solves the various management and orchestration problems.

"By adding support for [imperative] function application and function abstraction, the [foundational] network becomes a Turing-complete computing device that orchestrates the transfer and execution of code and data and that caches corresponding results in the most optimal way", distributed database, "declarative [application, abstraction, and networking] (service specifications analogous to SoA or many service deployment frameworks in Active Networking [(AN), as well as SDN-NFV-VNF, and so on])", and multiparadigmatic architectures and meta-architectures as parts of our original and unique idea and creation of our OS with its integrating OSA which even goes far beyond the slogan "The network is the computer" of the company Sun Microsystems: The reality is the computer.

But we think putting and integrating an

  • Associative Memory (AM) or Content-Addressable Memory (CAM), which could be implemented as for example a Key-Value (K-V) store or a Content-Addressable Storage (CAS), as done with our Evoos, which is based on the fields of
    • Cognitive Agent System (CAS),
    • Multi-Agent System (MAS), including Holonic Agent System (HAS), and
    • Distributed operating system (Dos), including TUNES OS and Aperion (Apertos (Muse)),

    and

  • all the indirect routing and P2P underlay networks, protocols, techniques, etc., which were missing in prior art (see for example the works about tree-based routing (e.g. PeerNet), geographic routing on planarized graph (no 2 edges cross) (e.g. Greedy Perimeter State Routing (GPSR) and Geographic Hash Table (GHT) based on GPSR), and ring-based routing on connected graph (e.g. Scalable Source Routing (SSR))), as done with our OS,
  • in the foundational network of the communications infrastructure or at the network layer is already a lot, specifically if other functionalities, like for example
  • replication,
  • caching,
  • load balancing,
  • transaction,
  • synchronization,
  • composition,
  • orchestration,
  • etc.

are added besides the services for

  • translation,
  • mapping,
  • lookup (name, directory, and discovery),
  • routing, and
  • forwarding.

We also have more complete DataBase Management System (DBMS) in the foundational network, which can also provide these additional functionalities.
We also have a Tuple Space (TS) in the foundational network, which can also provide these additional functionalities.
We also have Multi-Agent System (MAS) alone and together with a TS, which can also provide these functionalities of Service-Oriented technologies (SOx), and also NFN and SCN.

In this context, we already mentioned bad system architecture.
Correspondingly, we also keep the logic engines, the resolution engines, and the other engines out of the foundational network and make their utilization optional and configurable, like we do with the other paradigms and parts mentioned above, the network topologies, and the other Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), and leave it to a respective ontology (see also TUNES OS and Arrow System (AS)) and a respective Area of Interest (AoI).

Also note that the basic properties of our OS, the Ontologic System Components (OSC), and the Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) also provide some special data structures by creation and design, like for example the Resilient Distributed Dataset (RDD), which only requires to set the attribute read-only or write-protected of the items or set a lock on the items of a related working set distributed across a Distributed System (DS).

    By the way:

  • We do not find it constructive that companies, which depend on our goodwill, and also our original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S., still invest in companies and still conduct fraudulent and even serious criminal activities, which are based on the illegal Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) business model.
For example, companies like Databricks will not get a license from our SOPR at this time, because its trick based on the RDD data structure or paradigm and services in the field of Data Science and Analytics (DSA) (e.g. Big Data and Business Intelligence (BI)) has already been busted, as is the case with the very similar trick based on Map-Reduce (MR) or Map-Fold (MF) paradigm, while companies like OpenAI are already blacklisted.

C.S. the only one, who fully understands how AI, ML, etc. work?!

Guess why C.S. created our Ontologic System (OS).
Guees why we drafted the regulations of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).

    16:30 UTC+1
Raw signals and data from GIS and MaaS

    Geographic Information System (GIS)
    Mobility as a Service (MaaS)

Our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) would like to give the reminder that the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR)

do apply and therefore our SOPR demands the

  • registration of services and their Application Programming Interfaces (APIs),
  • unrestricted access to raw signals and data for our original and unique OntoGIS, including our OntoMap, OntoGlobe, and OntoEarth, and
  • exclusive trade of raw signals and data, informations, knowledge, models, and algorithms on the Marketplace for Everything (MfE) of our SOPR,

in case of companies and their subsidiaries, like for example

  • [company 1],
  • [company 2],
  • [company 3],
  • [company 4],
  • [company 5],
  • [company 6],
  • [company 7], and
  • other companies with their Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), including maps,

if they are interested in the legally required allowance and license for the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our Ontologic System (OS).
Our Artworks are not for free and our businesses are not a self-service and our market relationships are not a one-way street.

In fact, all of the rights, properties, reputations, and momenta, as well as follow-up opportunities of C.S. and our corporation will be restored or restituted, while our SOPR

  • guarantees and protects freedom of choice, innovation, and competition for the benefit of the public,
  • demands relatively low license fees, and
  • provides exclusive infrastructures with subsystems and platforms for all of its members, and artwork and technology licensing partners

under Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory, As well as Customary (FRANDAC) terms and conditions in a free, open, and rule-based international law and order environment.
What more could one wish and ask for? :)

    Welcome to the Ontoverse (Ov).

    Comment of the Day

"Pride goes before a fall.", [Old saying]

    12.December.2022

    Ontonics Further steps

As we already said in the last past (see also the Ontonics Further steps of the 9th of June 2022 and 17th of November 2022), we have begun with the working out of individual programs regarding harmony, continuity, stability, and prosperity.

For example, in the Republic of India a lot has to be done to provide a minimum of basic needs. Specifically the pollution of air and land is literally spoken an incredibly giant mess.

In the P.R.China our focus is laid more on improving the management and reduction of pollutant emission and waste, securing the social and societal achievements, which is more difficult than the early development phase, and distributing the prosperity across the whole country.

    15.December.2022

    11:30 UTC+1
    SOPR #33r

*** Work in progress - some sections not ready ***
    Topics:
Summary of messages, notes, explanations, clarifications, and so on publicated since the 10th of October 2022 in relation to the following topics:

  • Legal matter [Joint venture Model (JvM) and Ownership Model (OwM)]
  • Legal matter [Crypto]
  • Legal matter [SoSoS]
  • Infrastructure [Satellite constellation]
  • Infrastructure [M&O of OAOS fabric]
  • Infrastructure [Smart Grid]
  • Infrastructure [UASTM]
  • Further steps

Legal matter [Joint venture Model (JvM) and Ownership Model (OwM)]
First of all, we would like to recall that the

  • Joint venture Model (JvM) was initially introduced for the case that a joint venture has to be established or executed inside the jurisdiction of a state or country and
  • Ownership Model (OwM) was initially introduced for the case that a joint venture has to be established or executed outside the jurisdiction of a state or country,

if the rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation are not respected in a country for various reasons such as

  • sovereignty,
  • national security,
  • and so on

(see also the section Legal matter [Joint venture Model (JvM) and Ownership Model (OwM)] of the issue SOPR #33q of the 10th of October 2022).

Furthermore, we would also like to recall that we have already expressed our concerns and rejections against the OwM of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), for example in particular possible dependencies.

An alternative regulation would be to charge the usual damage compensation of 200% on top of the outstanding royalties according to the License Model (LM) of our SOPR, either for the performance and reproduction of certain parts of the original and unique ArtWorks (AWs) and further Intellectual Properties (IPs) included in the oeuvre of C.S. in the local market of a country or worldwide.
If the royalties for the local market are not payed, then they would be added to the royalties for the foreign markets in addition to further legal actions.

A new consideration is to introduce some kind of an investment tap and limit the investments in OntoLand of sovereign wealth funds, private funds, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), private companies, etc., which would be a control instrument in analogy to their policies and strategies (e.g. 10% of their GDP, profit).

But we have also to acknowledge that the recent developments are changing our investment plans in other countries.

Our proposed investment tap to limit investments in the

  • legal scope of our Ontologic System (OS),
  • domain of our New Reality (NR) respectively
  • sovereign space of our Ontoverse (Ov), also known as our digital state OntoLand (OL)

is not really what we want, specifically due to the demands for freedom of choice, innovation, and competition pro bono publico==for the common good.
But it does not change the fact that investements in our OS, NR resp. Ov, aka. OL are nevertheless investments in our corporation and its critical infrastructure. And honestly, we would like to take part and we even feel that we have to take part in the decision making and other actions for own reasons and for the benefit of the public, as we always explain and emphasize.

In this context, we also always emphasize that our SOPR is neutral. But if it comes to disrespect and ignorance of

  • freedoms,
  • rights,
  • properties,
  • integrities,
  • sovereingties,
  • and so on

    of

  • humans and
  • countries,

then our SOPR has to show responsibility due to its (sort of) soft power, and protect and enforce them to establish and sustain harmony, continuity, stability, and prosperity.

    Legal matter [Crypto]
Crypto goes on as ruled by our SOPR

Our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) has already

  • introduced the regulation of technologies, goods, and services for matters related to cryptography and
  • started the realization of the basic infrastructure with its set of fundamental
    • facilities (e.g. data centers, and exchange points or hubs),
    • technologies (e.g. systems and platforms),
    • goods (e.g. applications, devices, and vehicles), and
    • services

    for our

  • Ontologic eXchange (OX or OntoX), and
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS) with its
    • Ontologic Bank (OntoBank),
      • Ontologic Payment System (OPS or OntoPay),
      • Ontologic Payment Processing System (OPPS or OntoPayPro),
      • Ontologic Exchange (OEx or OntoEx),
      • Ontologic Bank Financial Information and Communications (OBFIC or OntoBankFinIC),
      • etc..

Crypto now ruled by us again and our SOPR
The related regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) have been discussed and publicated, and are always up to be revised and adapted following the demands of all entities concerned.

In this relation, we have to make crystal clear that we do not think that a sector, which was worth more than 1 trillion U.S. Dollar in August 2022, is funny money and speculation.
Even more annoying is the fact that (nearly all of) this funny money and this speculation constitutes a part of our virtual and digital assets, inluding cash equivalents, means of payment, and investment properties, and personal and economical momentum, and our very serious business development being damaged, stolen, and misused.
Therefore, we also announced to execute legal actions to enforce our rights and properties worldwide.

We also got more evidences, which show why governments and their authorities are refusing to comply with the laws and take actions.
    "It all feeds on itself."
And they wanted to loot our properties, including digital assets, and exploit our reputations and momenta to stabilize at least the 100 largest public pensions funds alone in the U.S.America by investing in riskier and more illiquid alternative asset classes respectively alternatives to stocks and bonds like cryptocurrency, private equity (e.g. venture capital), real estate, and hedge funds. Simply said, what is called crypto ecosystem with all those Virtual Machine (VM) platforms, exchanges, digital safes, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), currencies, and other digital assets mostly owned by C.S., trustees, and so on remains a business division of our corporation and is regulated and managed as part of the exclusive infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and our other Societies with their subsystems and platforms, which truly provide Trust as a Service technologies (TaaSx).
Please keep in mind that we also said, that only when the time is right, then we will reconsider to open our OS more again.

    Legal matter [SoSoS]
    Both, the

  • Communication and Collaboration System (CoCoS or Co²S) and
  • Social and Societal System (SoSoS or S³)

of the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR, are mandatory for all social networking platforms and social media platforms.

including our integration of the smart contract transaction protocol, the blockchain technique, and other cryptographic techniques and technologies with everything else by our original and unique Ontologic System Architecture (OSA)

    Therefore,

We do not have any interest in

  • operating a social networking platform and social media platform, and
  • infiringing a competition law by operating such a platform,

and therefore we are not interested in (hostile) takeovers of companies and subsidiaries.
But nevertheless, we will exploit our online advertisement estate and have already prepared everything in this regard (see the first section once again and read the issues of our SOPR carefully).

Please also note the difference between a social networking platform and a societal networking platform. A societal networking platform has various responsibilities and tasks regarding the public and the government, specifically the citizens and the state, and therefore some similarities with our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS), so that it has also be provided by federal authorities of sovereign territories together with our SOPR.

In this relation, we already wanted to give the information some days ago that our SOPR does not give the allowance for online advertisement on such a platform, which

  • is part of the Federated Universe (Fediverse) or is based on a similar set of protocols, architecture, and network, or
  • is operated by a not-for-profit entity, including for example a
    • not-for-profit venture, group, foundation, consortium, or company respectively non-profit initiative or Non-Profit Organization (NPO),
    • public benefit limited liability company (e.g. Bluesky Public Benefit Limited Liability Company), and
    • private person.

Online advertising in our OS and Ov means the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) do apply, which means our CoCoS and SoSoS are mandatory, which means this and that are effective.

    Infrastructure [Satellite constellation]
As not expected otherwise and already noted several months or some years ago, the European Union (EU) decided to construct its own Satellite Internet Ontologic Net (ON) Constellation (SONC) called Infrastructure for Resilience, Interconnection and Security by Satellites (IRIS²).

We would like to recall that our

  • Ontologic Net (ON) is the successor of the old Internet and
  • Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) also does not make any exception for the EU regarding the artistical, legal, and technological foundations, rights, and properties of C.S. and our corporation.

    Therefore, this next SONC

  • has to be integrated in the infrastructures of our SOPR, specifically our Superstructure, and
  • has to be implemented and operated without the utilization of illegal Free and Open Source Software (FOSS)

to comply with the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our SOPR and get the legally required allowance for the performance and reproduction of our

  • certain parts of Ontologic System Components (OSC) and the Ontoscope Components (OsC),
  • foundations of what is wrongly called Future Internet, New Generation Network (NGN) (e.g. Centric/Named networking), and so on, Software-Defined Networking (SDN) with Network Function Virtualization (NFV), and Virtualized Network Function (VNF), and also what is wrongly called Cloud Native Computing and Networking (CNCN) with Cloud-native Network Function (CNF) (SDN-NFV-VNF-CNF), microService-Oriented Architecture (mSOA), network slicing, 5th Generation mobile networks or 5th Generation wireless systems of the Next Generation (5G NG) and the 6th Generation mobile networks or 6th Generation wireless systems (6G), and so on,
  • Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), and
  • service management, including planning, orchestrating, resource controlling, executing, monitoring, and result controlling, specifically
    • network slicing,
    • network access sharing,
    • service chaining,
    • and so on.

    Infrastructure [M&O of OAOS fabric]
    Management and Orchestration (M&O)
Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS)

We feel that we have reached the point where our Ontologic System (OS) truly begins to materialize and that only some very few decisions or determinations regarding a common base or standard, and the realization respectively implementation of it are missing.

, we also came to the registra, broker, mediator, and moderator for Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) (see also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 26th of September 2018 and the section Data sharing and interoperability of the issue SOPR #142 of the 1st of October 2018
One option is to let service providers do service broker or also service mediator, but not moderator between user and provider.
Maybe, we already have everything and therefore do not need to designate more as mandatory, so that the only additional point would be that the SOPR moderator is operating on-premise of an Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Provider (OSOSP) (see also the section Infrastructure [M&O of OAOS fabric] of the issue SOPR #33p of the 13th of September 2022 (work in progress)).
Howsoever, implementation is a straightforward and unproblematic procedure.

In this relation, we already said that our approach regarding creation, development, implementation, deployment, operation, maintenance, and migration is seamless. In fact, by having the Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) data centers on-premise of Ontologic Services Providers (OAOSPs), we can experiment with the prototype and subsequent versions, and improve the soft parts, but also can do so with the hard parts (e.g. processors and routers) without disturbing the daily operation of the existing Internet and World Wide Web (WWW), and the already existing parts of our Ontologic System, also wrongly called Web Services (WS), and Grid, Cloud, Edge, and Fog Computing and Networking (GCEFCN).

In this relation, we are also questioning if a SuperOAOS (e.g. superapp or everything app based on our OS) still makes sense due to the subsystems and platforms of the infrastructures of our SOPR.

Management and Orchestration of the Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (M&O of OAOS) fabric is an important and also highly sensitive part, because it is about the

  • implementation of our Ontologic System (OS), specifically our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), which collectively are our Ontoverse (Ov) and New Reality (NR),
  • transition, inclusive reconstitution, restoration, and restitution of all of the rights, properties, reputations, and momenta, as well as follow-up opportunities of C.S. and our corporation,
  • transformation and modernization by ontologization,
  • integration of the infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies and the infrastructures of our users, specifically the creators and the consumers, and our licensing partners, specifically the Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Providers (OAOSPs), producers, and suppliers,
  • interoperability between users and OAOSPs,
  • Communication and Collaboration (CoCo),
  • Social and Societal (SoSo),
  • and so on,

or simply said when and where it becomes One.

Various types of brokers exist, which are intermediates, which again act as matchmakers:

  • API broker
  • service broker
  • signals and data broker
  • data advertising broker
  • ontology broker
  • context broker
  • advertising broker
  • etc.

"Brokers can also mediate and make the exchange of information between the participating parties quicker, cheaper and better."
A mediator provides compatibility on the syntactical and semantical levels.

value-added services, brokerage centres, and intermediate agencies

The OAOSPs already have an own service registry and broker, and API registry and gateway regarding our ON. Our SOPR adds the missing roles, OAOS for repository, event registry, ...
Because we have Semantic SOA and SOx, the OAOSPs (should) already have an own OAOS mediator regarding our OW as well.
Because we have MAS and CAS, HC, AC, etc. respectively Ontologic Computing (OC or OntoC), our SOPR also already has our OAOS moderator regarding our OV.

Our OS is universal respectively general and therefore objects, actors, and agents exist in all types and have all types of roles for all kinds of tasks, protocolls, etc..

    Infrastructure [Smart Grid]
Obviously, we have not created or invented the field of Smart Grid. But C.S. has created our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System and the related parts of our Ontologic System (OS) provide the foundations for the Smart Grid 2.0, 4.0:

  • {better wording} The Construction Kit Energy Transition or Energy Revolution 2.0, 4.0 goes "From Individual Solutions to the Efficient System of the Future", provides "a hierarchical network structure, where superordinate levels request the flexibility of subordinate network levels", and is based on our fields of eXtended Mixed Reality©™ or eXtended Reality™ (XR) and New Reality©™ (NR), which is based on the fields of Cyber-Physical System (CPS), and Distributed Virtual Environment (DVE) or Networked Virtual Environment (NVE), Collaborative Virtual Environment (CVE), and Massively Multi-participant Virtual Environment (MMVE), which again are based on the fields of Networking and Distributed System (DS), specifically Grid Computing (GC) and structured Peer-to-Peer (sP2P) Computing (sP2PC) with hierarchical network topology, and supernode or superpeer of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industrial sector, and our overlay of them on the networking of the Energy (E) industrial sector. So to say Physical Reality (PR) over Virtual Reality (VR).
  • {merge with the first list point} The Energy Transition or Energy Revolution 4.0 is the other way round. So to say Virtual Reality (VR) over Physical Reality (PR).
When taking both directions together, then the integration of the fields of Physical Reality (PR) and Virtual Reality (VR) by us with our XR and NR becomes obivious.
  • The Energy Transition or Energy Revolution 4.0
    • points directly to our field of Industry 4.0, which is based on the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) approach already integrated or even partially created by C.S. with our original and unique work of art Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) in the year 1999 and further developed to our OS,
    • points directly to our integration of PR and VR with our XR and NR (keywords digital twin, and Ontologic holon or Onton), and
    • is included in our integration of Smart Grid and Industry 4.0.

See the subsystems and platforms for the fabrics, and also other subsystems and platforms of the infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) in the issue SOPR #327 of the 7th of June 2021:

  • Cybernetical Intelligence (CI)
Ubiquitous Computing (UC or UbiC) and {respectively} Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES), and Cyber-Physical System (CPS), etc.

    Therefore, the

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR)

    do apply.

For the management and operation of the field of Smart Grid and for the realization and protection of our other solutions in the energy sector we have established our Superbolt #4 Electric Power (EP) of our Blitzfund I.
And our decision has been strengthened and confirmed by the other developments in the field of renewable energy respectively Clean and Green energy.

    Infrastructure [UASTM]
In relation to the field of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Traffic Management System (UASTMS), also abbreviated UTM, in the

  • European Union (EU) (see for example U-space),
  • U.S.America, and
  • other places,

entities proposed to go on with implementation.

But we do not have the impression that the technology has the required quantity and quality at this stage, so that it can be implemented in the public area, because the drones are too dangerous, the infrastructure is too weak, and the development is done by too many incompetent entities.

We were not, are not, and will not be the problem, and if other entities think they must ignore, block, cheat, and terrorize us and now find out that they need us to go on, then we can only repeat that this situation is their own fault and own problem.

We do implement the infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and our other Societies step by step and keep the time and will not be forced by anybody to do anything.

In this context, an entity mentioned the requirement for reliable frameworks and we add the requirement for legal certainty.
Our SOPR is implementing the infrastructures, which provide the reliable foundations in general and the reliable subsystems and platforms, which constitute the foundations for reliable frameworks in particular.
Our SOPR has worked out, discussed, and heralded the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM), which are drafted with

  • freedom of choice, innovation, and competition pro bono publico==for the public good and
  • compliance with national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters

    in mind.

    Further steps
For sure, our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) has to demand damage compensations retroactively respectively admission fees in the same amount alternatively.
For this reason and the ordinary collection of royalties, our SOPR has already begun to set the first fixed fees of its License Model (LM), which are based on the scope of components and functionalities being performed and reproduced in relation to goods based on our Ontologic System (OS) with its Ontoscope (Os) and Ontoverse (Ov).
But the classification of the various licensing packages already became quite complex rather quickly to keep the fixed fees in compliance with our Fair, Reasonable, And Non-Discriminatory, As well as Customary (FRANDAC) terms and conditions.

Due to the developments in the last few years, our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) decided to establish hubs for our

  • Ontologic eXchange (OntoX or OX), and
  • Ontologic Financial System (OFinS)
    • Ontologic Bank (OntoBank or OB)
      • Ontologic Exchange (OntoEx or OEx),

    and also

  • Logistic System (LS) (without traffic management),

which are mandatory for all members and artwork and technology licensing partners of our SOPR and our other Societies, to separate the area around the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea exactly in the same way like we did in case of the P.R.China with our OX and OEx hubs to be located in Hong Kong and other locations in Eastern Asia, and Russia with our OX and OEx hubs to be located in an appropriate town.

We already discussed this matter 2 times in relation to related subsystems and platforms of the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies.
Our favoured location still is around the Gulf of Aqaba and potentially will get a connection to Neom, Saudi Arabia, if it will be realized and will not become a ghost town.

Preliminary investigation of Wind River Systems continuing

Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) goes away. No discussion.
Any discussion would be done at the courts due to serious criminal activities, including multiple conspiracies.

Operating systems respectively variants of the OntoCore (OC), and hardware and software system stacks respectively variants of the OS movements of our SOPR will not be copied, provided, and so on without allowance respectively authorization by our SOPR, though our SOPR already announced to provide such components, for example for what is wrongly called intelligent edge and Open Radio Access Network (Open RAN).

    The same holds for

  • its parent, the company Aptiv (formerly Delphi Automotive Systems),
  • other subsidiaries of Aptiv, for example the company Motional (formerly NuTonomy and joint venture of Aptiv and the company Hyundai Motor Group), and
  • its customers, for example the companies Verizon and Vodafon.

    The

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR)

    do apply.

Further steps and Ontologic Net Further steps

We finished our review of the integration of the smart contract transaction protocol and the blockchain technique, as well as our Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and Universal Ledger (UL) with all other basic elements of our Ontologic Net (ON).

We have datastores with Atomic, Consistent, Isolated and Durable (ACID) transactions and all kinds of Abstract Machines (AMs), engines, and Virtual Machines (VMs). We even have resilience, including the Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) protocols, and the Byzantine-Resilient Replication (BRR) protocol, and also the Paxos consensus protocols, in the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) storage (see also the Comment of the Day of the 3rd of February 2013).
We already explained that a blockchain is a special case of a log-based datastore or even database, and our DLT is based on Distributed Computing (DC) and belongs to our Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS).
Eventually, the smart contract and blockchain are merely specific utilizations of the related

  • basic parts of our Ontologic System (OS) according to our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) in general and
  • static and dynamic ontologies according to an actual situation in particular,

and they work exactly like utilizing a logic engine and a declarative database for networking (e.g. Network Datalog (NDlog)) inside the network.
One can even use a declarative system configuration model or declarative specification platform for software agent for this, or a solution based on the functional programming paradigm, and so on.

Please keep in mind that our OS was publicated at the end of October 2006 and everything related to our ON is not new matter. Merely our detailed explanations and translations are new publications about our original and unique expressions of ideas.

    TomTom blacklisted

Our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) has blacklisted the company TomTom, because it has not given up its illegal activities to damage the goals and even threaten the integrities of C.S. and our corporation, which TomTom is doing since ever.

Enough is enough. That game is over. Either sign, pay, comply, or go away down the drain.

Our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) has blacklisted the company Amazon, because it has not given up its illegal activities to damage the goals and even threaten the integrities of C.S. and our corporation, which Amazon is doing since ever.

It is no surprise and also no concern for us at all, because it was only a matter of time and there was no sign of commitment, so that we have taken preparations. In fact, we only waited for the company Amazon, because we wanted that the company Amazon takes side, provides the evidences, and demasks itself, which it tried to avoid by camouflage tactics.

    Overture Maps Foundation blacklisted

We quote a first report about the illegal Overture Maps Foundation: "[...]
The Linux Foundation has partnered with some of the world's biggest technology companies to develop interoperable and open map data, in what is a clear move to counter Google's dominance in the mapping realm.
The Overture Maps Foundation, as the new effort is called, is officially hosted by the Linux Foundation, but the program is driven by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Facebook's parent company Meta, Microsoft and Dutch mapping company TomTom.
The ultimate mission of the Overture Maps Foundation to power new map products through openly available [signal streams and] datasets that can be used and reused across applications and businesses, with each member throwing their own data and resources into the mix.
"Mapping the physical environment and every community in the world, even as they grow and change, is a massively complex challenge that no one organization can manage," noted the Linux Foundation's executive director Jim Zemlin in a press release. "Industry needs to come together to do this for the benefit of all."
Map and location data plays such a fundamental role across society today, powering everything from IoT (Internet of Things) devices and self-driving cars, to logistics and big data visualization tools. Having all that data under the auspices of just one or two mega-firms can be hugely restrictive in terms of what companies can do with the data and what features they have at their disposal, not to mention the costs involved in licensing it. [Of course, that is utter bull$#!+, as explained in the Comment below.]
Spatial mapping will also be vital to emerging technologies such as those required for the Metaverse, which Meta is heavily invested in.
"Immersive experiences, which understand and blend into your physical environment [(meant is Augmented Reality (AR), which is not part of the original Metaverse, which again is only Virtual Reality (VR))], are critical to the embodied internet of the future [(meant is our Ontologic Net (ON), the successor of the Internet and part of our Ontoverse (Ov) and New Reality (NR), which also includes our eXtended Mixed Reality (XMR) or eXtended Reality (XR))]," added Jan Erik Solem, engineering director for Maps at Meta. "By delivering interoperable open map data, Overture provides the foundation for an open metaverse built by creators, developers, and businesses alike. [Oh, please not that blah blah blah again. We already had that with that illegal Linked Data, and that illegal Decentralized Web (DWeb), and that illegal crypto crap and that illegal Web3, which all are parts of our Web 3.0.]
    [...]
"Collaborative map-making is central to TomTom's strategy - the Overture Maps Foundation provides the framework to accelerate our goals," TomTom CEO Harold Goddijn noted in a press release. "TomTom's Maps Platform will leverage the combination of the Overture base map, a broad range of other data, and TomTom's proprietary data in a continuously integrated and quality-controlled product that serves a broad range of use cases, including the most demanding applications like advanced navigation, search, and automated driving."

    [...]
The emergence of this new foundation jibes with trends elsewhere across the technology spectrum, with a growing push toward decentralized and interoperable social networks driven by regulatory and societal pressures. [...] [Oh, please not that blah blah blah again. We already had that with that illegal Linked Data, and that illegal Decentralized Web (DWeb), and that illegal crypto crap and that illegal Web3, which all are parts of our Web 3.0.]
    [...]
The founding companies are planning to engage in collaborative map-building programs, meshing data from myriad open [signals and] data sources and knocking it into a format that's consistent, standardized, and fit for use in production systems and applications. This will include channeling data from long-established projects such as OpenStreetMap, in addition to open data provided by municipalities.
    [...]
For now, the Overture Maps Foundation said that it's working toward releasing its first datasets in the first half of 2023, and will include "basic" layers such as roads, buildings, and administrative information. Over time, this will expand to include more places, routing and navigation, and 3D building data."

We also quote the announcement of the Linux Foundation of the illegal Overture Maps Foundation: "[...]
Overture's mission is to enable current and next-generation map products by creating reliable, easy-to-use, and interoperable open map data. This interoperable map is the basis for extensibility, enabling companies to contribute their own data. Members will combine resources to build map data that is complete, accurate, and refreshed as the physical world changes. Map data will be open and extensible by all under an open data license. This will drive innovation by enabling a network of communities that create services on top of Overture data.
    [...]
Map data today underlie thousands of applications for local search and discovery, routing and navigation, logistics, mobility, autonomous driving, and data visualization. In the future, map services will power augmented reality applications merging the digital and physical worlds to deliver rich social, gaming, education, and productivity experiences. [Guess why it is called augmented reality in the sense of an overlay and not merged reality, or eXtended Mixed Reality (XMR) or eXtended Reality (XR), which C.S. has created with our Ontoverse (Ov).]
Overture, along with other contributors, aim to deliver:

  • Collaborative Map Building: Overture aims to incorporate data from multiple sources including Overture Members, civic organizations, and open data sources.
  • Global Entity Reference System: Overture will simplify interoperability with a system that links entities from different data sets to the same real-world entities.
  • Quality Assurance Processes: Overture data will undergo validation to detect map errors, breakage, and vandalism to help ensure that map data can be used in production systems. [See the basic properties of our OS.]
  • Structured Data Schema: Overture will define and drive adoption of a common, structured, and documented data schema to create an easy-to-use ecosystem of map data.

    [...]
The availability of open map data empowers developers and map creators to build new compelling applications. The project will seek to integrate with existing open map data from projects such as OpenStreetMap and city planning departments, along with new map data contributed by members and built using computer vision and [Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (]AI/ML[) or better said HardBionics (HB) and SoftBionics (SB)] techniques to create a living digital record of the physical world. [This is another crystal clear infringment of the copyright of C.S., because of the cybernetic self-portrait of C.S., Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) and Ontologic System (OS) with our Caliber/Calibre, Magic Mirror World and eXtended Mixed Reality (XMR) or eXtended Reality (XR), Ontoverse (Ov), Onton, also wrongly called digital twin, and Ontoscope (Os).]
    [...]

    Supporting Member Quotes:
"Map data plays an increasingly important role both internally and for our customers across AWS. However, maintaining accurate and comprehensive map data is cost prohibitive and complex, which can put it out of reach for many customers and stifle innovation," said Michael Kopenec, General Manager for AWS Geospatial. "Through Overture, we are facilitating greater cooperation across the industry to make comprehensive, high-quality map data available to more end users. This will allow everyone to take advantage of the same underlying data to power a wide range of established and emerging mapping use cases across industries."
"Immersive experiences, which understand and blend into your physical environment, are critical to the embodied internet of the future," said Jan Erik Solem, Engineering Director, Maps at Meta. "By delivering interoperable open map data, Overture provides the foundation for an open metaverse built by creators, developers, and businesses alike." [No, Overture does not provide that or any other part of our Ontologic Net (ON), but a straight way to the courts worldwide due to the multiple infringements of the rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation, and also multiple national and international laws in relation to copyright, competition, conspiracy, wire fraud, serious crime, and so on.]
"Microsoft is committed to closing the data divide and helping organizations of all sizes to realize the benefits of data as well as the new technologies it powers, including geospatial data," said Russell Dicker, Corporate Vice President, Product, Maps and Local at Microsoft. "Current and next-generation map products require open map data built using AI that's reliable, easy-to-use and interoperable. We're proud to contribute to this important work to help empower the global developer community as they build the next generation of location-based applications."
"Collaboration is the future of map-making, and core to TomTom's strategy as we recently announced. Co-founding Overture Maps is the logical next step," said Mike Harrell, VP of Engineering for TomTom's new Maps Platform. "Overture's open and interoperable base map is fundamental to bringing the world together to create the smartest map on the planet. TomTom's Maps Platform will leverage the combination of the Overture base map and our own data to serve even the most demanding commercial use cases for our automotive and enterprise customers.""

We also quote a second report about the illegal Overture Maps Foundation: "Big Tech Companies Join Linux in Effort to Kill Google Maps
    [...]
Some of Google's biggest rivals are coming together in a kind of rogues gallery with the hopes of creating new open source services to knock Google Maps from its mapping throne.
    [...]"

    Comment
Obviously, the matter is not about Google Maps, which is only mentioned to mislead the public, but about our original and unique Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), which collectively are our Ontoverse (Ov) and New Reality (NR), and include our original and unique Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS), which is including our OntoMap, OntoGlobe, and OntoEarth, which again even

  • are already based on ontologies (keywords structured data schema and standardization) on the one hand and
  • started with the OpenStreetMap (OSM) on the other hand,

    by the way.
Furthermore, our OntoGIS is already a subsystem of the exclusive infrastructures of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and our SOPR is already doing it pro bono publico==for the public good. And if the Linux Foundation can do it with its members, then our SOPR can easily and even better do it with all public and private entities as well.

In addition, we have the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our SOPR, which

  • include regulations, such as for example the regulation that a common matter will be handled by our SOPR exclusively for all members of our SOPR, and public signals and data, and open signals and data sources respectively publicly available signal streams and datasets, and openly available signal streams and datasets are common items, obviously, doubtlessly, and definitely, and
  • shows that the arguments for that next illegal foundation and next illegal open whatsoever project are just plain wrong and constructed to mislead the public deliberately.
Moreover, one can see once again how an overall strategy has been developed precisely by the usual and very well known bad actors to confuse the public and frustrate our SOPR.

Therefore, we view this collaboration as

  • another act of mimicking, stealing, wire fraud, conspiracy, abuse of market power, and moonlightning or undeclared work, which is not for the benefit for all, definitely and doubtlessly, and also
  • another giant mistake by all responsible entities with that collective rip-off and gatecrash.

and our SOPR will not give the allowance and license for the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our Ontologic System (OS), including our Ov and also our OntoGIS, together with the data, functionalities, and services of the Overture Maps Foundation, even if it would truly be based only on public signals and data, and open signals and data sources respectively publicly available signal streams and datasets, and openly available signal streams and datasets, which is not the case at all "with each member throwing their own [proprietary] data and resources into the mix[ed reality] " to "leverage the combination of the Overture base map, a broad range of other data, and [...] proprietary data in a continuously integrated and quality-controlled product" and specifically if the data also belong to our properties and have to be traded exclusively on our Marketplace for Everything (MoE).

They all do know that they will not get away with that next fraudulent activity due to the

  • rights and properties of C.S. and our corporation in particular and
  • rule-based laws and orders of sovereign territories and their governments in general,

which raises the question why they are

  • trying it at all and also
  • assisting all lawmakers and market regulators worldwide, who have an interest in breaking up their illegal monopolies,

even with such an obvious, blatant, flagrant, and bold infringement of several

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).

Extra nasty: They made it public yesterday after we removed our message Raw signals and data from GIS and MaaS of the 8th of December 2022.

Wake up, finally. That game is over.

    By the way:

  • We highly recommend all other entities to
    • not fall into that trap laid out with the usual marketing phrases and other manipulative blah blah blah related to
      • open signals and data sources and openly available signal streams and datasets,
      • freedom of choice, innovation, and competition pro bono publico==for the benefit of the public through open source hardware and software,
      • and so on,

because these open sources and openly available items are merely misused as a vehicle to mislead the public about the true intention and the real goal of such, which always are to

      • get the control over said open sources and openly available items, and
      • make proprietary assets out of
        • public goods (e.g. the Internet and World Wide Web (WWW), and social service platforms) and
        • private properties hold by another entity (e.g. our OS with its Ov and NR, including our ON, OW, and OV, and also Ontoscope (Os))

through proprietary technologies, goods (e.g. applications, devices, etc.), and services, as well as foundations, organizations, standardizations, and so on, and

    • not collaborate in that illegal project and all the many other illegal projects of the Linux Foundation and other Free and Open Source Hardware and Software (FOSHS) foundations, associations, and so on, which have all themselves become the same monsters, which they claim to be fighting.
  • Another fact is that such an open project
    • avoids revenues and thereby avoids tax payments amounting to billions of U.S. Dollar, Euro, etc. each year, and
    • perverts freedom of choice, innovation, and competition pro bono publico==for the public good,

which inflict a huge loss and enormous damage on all societies worldwide.

  • The Linux Foundation is already blacklisted.
  • Have we blacklisted Meta (Facebook) already? If we remember correctly, then we already did it. Is not it?
Also take a look at the fate of the company Mapillary, which was initially based on crowdsourcing of street-level imagery and later acquired by Meta (Facebook) in June 2020.
Now, this purchase is just another case for reversal by the market regulators as well.
  • The company Microsoft is also already blacklisted. Now, our SOPR does not need to continue with considering a de-blacklisting anymore, because with its support of this next FOSS project and foundation Microsoft showed us that it is refusing to stop illegal activities in this field and as a direct consequence that it will not fulfill our demands.
  • The company Amazon seems to have gone nuts, too, despite Amazon Web Services is depending on our OS and our goodwill, as is the case with Microsoft Azure and Windows, and Meta with its goods and service platforms.

    Inrupt gets no license

We quote a report about the company Inrupt and our original and unique Web 3.0 with its Web 3 or Web3: "[...]
Users can get a [Personal online data store (]Pod[)] from a handful of providers, hosted by web services such as Amazon, or run their own server, if they have they the technical know-how.
    [...]
Launched in 2017, Inrupt reportedly raised $30 million in December 2021 and Berners-Lee says it will help deliver the next iteration of the web - "Web 3."
[...], a blockchain expert for analysts [company], believes Web 3 could change the way we use the internet our Ontologic Net (ON), which is the succesor of the Internet. "You'll hear people talk about Web 3 and decentralization as being very similar in ideas and goals," he says. [Bingo!!! Once again and as usual with that fraudulent self-exposer.]
"Owning your own data and really controlling your own commerce infrastructure is something that Web 3 will enable. It will be ultimately really transformational for users."

    Comment
Obviously, the Personal online data store (Pod) is based on Distributed Computing (DC) and the blockchain technique, and therefore on our Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) or our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) datastore with Atomic, Consistent, Isolated and Durable (ACID) transactions or both, but is not based on for example the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Virtual Machine (VM) Askemos, which on the one hand is based on our original and unique work of art also titled Evolutionary operating system (Evoos) and on the other hand is not based on the blockchain technique, which was added with our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System and also OS, both created by C.S..
In addition, what is wrongly called web services is also wrongly called Grid, Cloud, Edge, and Fog Computing and Networking (GCEFCN), which again is based to a considerable extent on our Evoos and OS.
And what is wrongly called Web 3 or Web3 is a part of our OS, and what we called Web 3.0, Web 4.0, and Web 5.0.
Furthermore, our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) already provides our Consent Management System (CMS) as well as our Web 3.0, including Web 3 or Web3.
Please note that the company Inrupt is allowed to use the blockchain technique and entities are allowed to run their own server.
    But Inrupt and users are

  • not allowed to use the blockchain technique in the context of our Web 3.0 with our Web 3 or Web3, our DLT, and our P2P datastore, and
  • not allowed to host a blockchain and such a Personal online data store (Pod) on what is wrongly called Grid, Cloud, Edge, and Fog Computing and Networking (GCEFCN) platform of an Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Provider (OAOSP), such as the illegal Amazon Web Services (AWS) of the blacklisted company Amazon, or
  • both

without allowance and license by our SOPR.
In fact, it is just the next fraud of

  • Tim Barners-Lee, as we have seen before with that World Wide Web (WWW), that Semantic (World Wide) Web (SWWW), and that Web 3.0, and that illegal Linked Data (see the Arrow System and the Distributed operating system (Dos) TUNES OS, and also our Evolutionary operating system (Evoos)), and that illegal Decentralized Web (DWeb), and that illegal Web 3 or Web3, which all are parts of our Web 3.0, including our Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), and
  • collaborators, such as for example the company Amazon.

Private persons respectively end users or end customers have already been informed and warned not to fall prey to such activities. Specifically the payment of fees will be due for everything, which eventually will increase the personal costs for using our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), which collectively are our Ontoverse (Ov) and New Reality (NR), if allowed at all.
But we do not believe that that total nonsense would have a chance at all, because the opening of our OS and the allowance and license for the performance and reproduction of certain parts of our OS are needed by such a company and also such a Web Service Provider (WSP), or correctly said Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services Provider (OAOSP), if eligible and not blacklisted.

Governments have already been informed and warned not to fall prey to such activities. Specifically the governments of the United Kingdom (U.K.) and Kingdom of Belgium (K.B.) have to stop their next activities that infringe the rights and properties (e.g. copyright, raw signals and data, digital and virtual assets, online advertisement estate, etc) of C.S. and our corporation.
We have also discussed the matters of the so-called crypto crap and the related parts of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Markets Act (DMA) of the European Union (EU) multiple times.

    Amazon fails with constitutional complaint

Oh, we asked for the result of that nonsense complaint some time ago, but it is already here.

We quote and translate a first report, which is about Amazon vs. the state of F.R.Germany and was publicated on the 13th of January 2022: "Amazon against German courts
Amazon's strength is being felt above all by Marketplace retailers. The online giant apparently wants to preserve its market power at all costs - and is now even filing a constitutional complaint [to the Federal Constitutional Court] in Karlsruhe.

Without warning, Michael Tomerius' Amazon merchant account was blocked last summer and his sales were frozen. His products on the Amazon Marketplace were no longer findable for his customers. "A catastrophe! That means nothing happens there anymore. You have no more revenue, the costs keep running and without any way to do anything about it," the entrepreneur said. Months later, Tomerius is still angry about the suspension.
Only through his lawyer did he learn the reasons for the sudden blocking. Amazon's reasoning: He had instigated unfair sales processes to deceive third parties. "But that was it," explains his lawyer [...]. However, his client could not imagine anything concrete about it and was not aware of any mistake, [his lawyer] continued.
In response to an inquiry from [a public-law broadcaster], Amazon says: "We want customers to shop with confidence, and we protect them tirelessly - this includes all the legal means available to us, just like everyone else."

Account closures already for a long time a topic
Amazon has been criticized for years by retailers and competition watchdogs for lack of transparency. In 2018, the cartel office opened proceedings against Amazon for account closures, among other things, without further justification. The company vowed to improve. The proceedings were discontinued again. Apparently, not much has changed in practice.
In an interview with [a public-law broadcaster], the industry association "Händlerbund==Dealer Association" says that they process an average of 22 account closures per month, in which sales of up to 100,000 euros are frozen by Amazon. For small and medium-sized online retailers, every day without trading revenue could quickly become a problem, he said. Finding a solution with the tech giant is time-consuming and often not possible without legal support.

    Retailers feel at Amazon's mercy
The German Online Retail Association conducted a survey of Amazon merchants in 2021. The result: 78 percent of respondents complain about the difficult cooperation with the U.S. group. The merchants are often dependent on Amazon and their existence is affected if their accounts are blocked and they suddenly can no longer make sales overnight [the] vice president of the association. He takes a critical view of Amazon's behavior.
For many retailers, Amazon is the most important sales channel on the Internet, says [an] antitrust expert [...]. There is no way around Amazon for retailers in the online business. No other platform has such a large reach as Amazon, says [an antitrust expert]. He has no doubt that Amazon is dominant in the area of online sales platforms for retailers.

    Dominant position never established
And that is the crux of the matter: Because to date, neither the EU Commission nor the German federal cartel office has established that Amazon has a dominant market position. But that would have considerable disadvantages for Amazon. The U.S. company could then be sanctioned more easily by the authorities, if it abuses its market power.
And although it is assumed in antitrust law that market dominance exists if the market share exceeds forty percent in a relevant market, the federal cartel office has not yet established market dominance. At the same time, Amazon was able to increase its market share of German online retail sales to 53 percent in the first Corona year 2020, according to a study by [an] Institute for Retail Research. Antitrust expert [...] has long had no doubt about the dominant position. [But the F.R.German government and the European Commission always sided with that main lobbyist Amazon and others in this field of Electronic Commerce (EC), but also in many other fields.]

Amazon wants to prevent a finding by all means
It was precisely this market power of Amazon, assumed by the Regional Court of Hannover, that was the basis for the court to order a temporary injunction to unblock the account of Marketplace merchant Tomerius. The special thing: No court had previously found this to be so unambiguous.
Amazon has filed a constitutional complaint against this order. The reasoning: The Hannover Regional Court had not heard Amazon and had therefore violated the right to a fair trial, according to the constitutional complaint. This is because the Hannover Regional Court had waived its right to hear Amazon before issuing the preliminary injunction. The company is now defending itself against this. Only in such a special case of "refusal to be heard" is a direct appeal to the Federal Constitutional Court possible.

Does Amazon want to set a precedent?
Nevertheless, this is an exceptional case, says [an] antitrust expert [...], and it shows what kind of weapons Amazon is using here. After all, we are dealing here with small retailers who have ultimately tried to clarify matters out of court, and in response Amazon is bringing out the big guns and immediately filing a constitutional complaint [to the Federal Constitutional Court] in Karlsruhe.
[An antitrust expert]'s suspicion: "It could well be that one of the goals Amazon is pursuing with this complaint is to get rid of this precedent, where the dominant position was once established, in order to be able to say again, so we are not dominant at all."
When asked by [a public-law broadcaster] what the background to the constitutional complaint is, Amazon says it does not comment on ongoing court proceedings.
Amazon's power is already huge. And a decision by the Federal Constitutional Court could strengthen Amazon's position even further."

    Comment
We already mentioned and discussed the matter, because it is also related to preliminary injunctions to be ordered in the cases of the infringments of the moral rights and the copyrights of C.S. and the infringements of related and other rights of our corporation.

We quote and translate a second report, which is about Amazon vs. the state of F.R.Germany and was publicated on the 19th of May 2022: "Amazon fails with constitutional complaint in dispute over account blocking
Amazon had appealed to the Federal Constitutional Court in a dispute with a marketplace merchant whose Amazon account was blocked. The court has now rejected the constitutional complaint, according to the law firm [...].

In the case, the company mi.to.pharm had originally filed a lawsuit against the blocking of its Amazon account before the Hannover Regional Court and obtained an injunction against Amazon for abuse of a dominant market position (Case No. 25 O 221/21). Amazon had filed a constitutional complaint against this order dated July 22, 2021.

"Secret proceedings": Amazon felt it had been treated unfairly
Amazon accused the court of violating the so-called procedural equality of arms - this states, mutatis mutandis, that both plaintiff and defendant must have the same rights to present their arguments to the judge. According to Amazon, however, the Hannover Regional Court, which had jurisdiction at the time, had conducted one-sided "secret proceedings" and had not granted Amazon a legal hearing.

The Federal Constitutional Court sees things differently: Amazon had not filed an appeal against the preliminary injunction at the time, and it was also not apparent that the Hannover Regional Court would generally disregard Amazon's right to procedural equality of arms in the future.
Therefore, the appeal was not accepted for decision.

Amazon Germany did not want to comment on the current ruling when asked by [a media company].

What the ruling means for antitrust law
Commenting on the current ruling [...] the law firm representing the retailer, said, "The decision of the Federal Constitutional Court has far-reaching significance for private enforcement of antitrust law in Germany: specialist courts expressly have the option of issuing a temporary injunction without an oral hearing in summary proceedings. An automatism according to which the defendant - in the present case Amazon - would have to be heard in every case before the preliminary injunction is issued does not exist, at least for antitrust law."

    Comment
    Very nice.
And exactly the same holds in case of the copyright law, which would take just some few months to make clear by the F.R.German Federal Constitutional Court as well, in case another nonsense complaint would be filed.

Now, we can begin with restoring all of the rights, properties, reputations, and momenta, as well as follow-up opportunities of C.S. and our corporation.

Please keep in mind that the moral right of C.S. includes the right to decide about how our Ontologic System (OS), Ontoverse (Ov), and Ontoscope (Os) are titled, presented, modified, and so on.
Furthermore, our legal team is specialized on the copyright law, including this specific matter, since decades and does it as part of its daily work just around the corner of a regional court. And our lawsuits will proceed frictionlessly and successfully, like a very hot knife goes through a block of butter. :)

    By the way:

  • And we have new members in our legal team, who have proven their competences as well.
  • Potentially, Ontoscope (Os) variants, like for example
    • Apple iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch,
    • Alphabet (Google), Samsung, Huawei, Baidu, HTC, ZTE, Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo, and Co. Android Smartphone, Smarttablet, Smartwatch, Smartglasses, SmartHMD, Smartdisplay, Smartspeaker, SmartTV, and Smartdevices,
    • Amazon Kindle and Echo,
    • Microsoft Surface and HoloLens, and
    • Meta (Facebook) Oculus,
    • Toyota, General Motors, Ford, Porsche/Volkswagen, Daimler, and Co. Smartcar,
    • etc.,

could soon be called and branded Ontoscope (Os), intelliTablet (iTablet), iRaiment (iR), Roboticle (R), Style of Speed (SoS), and so on.

  • Potentially, subsystems and platforms for the provision of Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), like for example
    • Microsoft Azure,
    • Amazon Web Services,
    • Google Cloud,
    • Oracle Cloud,
    • Alibaba Cloud,
    • etc.,

could soon be called and branded Ontologics, Ontonics, OntoLab, and so on.

  • Potentially, the actions mentioned in the two former list points above could soon lead to further actions by other entities.

Apache Spark fraud busted once again

We confirmed a second time by an even deeper going analysis that the Apache Spark is included in the Ontologic System (OS) by creation and design, and that the developers of Apache Spark took our OS as source of inspiration and blueprint without allowance. This constitutes a copyright infringement.
This result is support by the facts that on the one hand a prominent application is Machine Learning (ML) and on the other hand the further development of Apache Spark continued to take our OS as source of inspiration and blueprint, as can be easily seen with the designation Spark Core and the components and frameworks Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, Spark MLlib Machine Learning Library, and GraphX on top of that already illegal Spark Core.

Please keep in mind that the illegal Apache Foundation is already blacklisted and our legal actions are in preparation.

Apache Mesos fraud busted once again

    Distributed operating system (Dos)
    Data Center operating system (DCos)

We quote an online encyclopedia about the subject Apache Mesos: "Apache Mesos is an open-source project to manage computer clusters. [...]

    History
Mesos began as a research project in the UC Berkeley RAD Lab [...]. [...] It was originally named Nexus but due to a conflict with another university's project, was renamed to Mesos.[2]
Mesos was first presented in 2009 (while still named Nexus) [...] at HotCloud '09 in a talk accompanying the first paper published about the project.[3 [A Common Substrate for Cluster Computing]] [...]
    [...]

    Technology
Mesos uses Linux cgroups to provide isolation for CPU, memory, I/O and file system.[9] [...]

[...] the Datacenter Operating System, a distributed operating system, based on Apache Mesos."

    Comment
We discussed the Linux cgroups already in the year 2018(?) and concluded that it does not provide significant prior art in this case, if at all.
Also note that we referenced the operating system kernel Linux and at least one version based on a hypervisor with or without privileges. See the introducing section of the webpage Components and the section Operating System of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux.
This means we had cgroup already integrated in our Ontologic System (OS) by our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) anyway around 3 years before Apache Mesos was publicated as Nexus in the year 2009.

We quote the document titled "A Common Substrate for Cluster Computing" and referenced as document [3] in the other quote above: "[...] To enable diverse frameworks to coexist, Nexus decouples job execution management from resource management by providing a simple resource management layer over which frameworks [...] can run. [...] Nexus is analogous to a "cluster hypervisor": it provides isolation and multiplexing while giving each framework a high level of control over its own execution."
    See also the

  • list point Problem Solving Environment (PSE) in the section Basic Properties of the webpage Overview, and
  • list point Cluster functionality of the Feature-List #1,

of the webiste of OntoLinux, and the

  • trademarks like for example HyperCell™, HyperCloud™, HyperCluster™, HyperDome™, HypERP™ (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)), HyperHA™ (High-Availability (HA) related to fault tolerance), HyperVM™ (Virtual Machine (VM) related to hypervisor), and so in the Comment of the Day of the 27th of April 2008.

    Comment
The framework MapReduce is protected by a patent of the company Alphabet (Google), which was filed in the year 2004 and will end in the year 2026, but is also contested.
The framework Hadoop is used for MapReduce and was improved by Nexus, which made out of the Hadoop master a Hadoop scheduler, a Nexus master, and a Nexus slave, so we are in the field of operating system (os), Distributed Computing (DC), specifically Cluster Computing (CC or ClusterC).

At this point we have basic properties of our Ontologic System (OS), and this improvement of MapReduce by Nexus is also already included in our OS, obviously.

We confirmed a second time by an even deeper going analysis that the Apache Mesos and related software based on it, including Dos, including DCos, are included in the Ontologic System (OS) by creation and design, and that the developers of Apache Mesos took our OS as source of inspiration and blueprint without allowance. This constitutes a copyright infringement.
This result is support by the knowledge that, as far as we do know, there existed

  • no integration of cgroups and Cluster Computing (CC or ClusterC), and
  • no integration of Cluster Computing (CC or ClusterC) and hypervisor,

and we do know for sure that there existed

  • no integration of cgroups and hypervisor,
  • no integration of Distributed operating system (Dos), Cluster Computing (CC or ClusterC), and hypervisor,
  • and so on

before the end of October 2006.

Please keep in mind that the illegal Apache Foundation is already blacklisted and our legal actions are in preparation.

SOPR looking at crpyto ecosystem as part of OES

    Ontologic Economic System (OES)

We are finalizing the section Infrastructure [Universal Ledger (UL)] or Universal Ledger (UL) of the issue SOPR #33q of the 10th of October 2022, which we already said is quite simple, but we want to formulate it in a way, which matches the description of the other original and unique parts of our Ontologic Net (ON) (see also the Further steps, Ontologic Net Further steps of the 15th of December 2022).

In the course of this, we are already looking at the next layer, so to say, which includes the utilizations, frameworks, and so on of cryptological technologies, including cryptographic ledger technology, specifically our original and unique

  • Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT),
    • Client-Server Ledger Technology (C-SLT),
    • Cluster Ledger Technology (CLT),
    • Peer-to-Peer Ledger Technology (P2PLT), and
    • MultiLedger Technology (MLT),

and also our original and unique

  • Distributed Multichain Technology (DMT),
    • Client-Server Multichain Technology (C-SMT),
    • Cluster Multichain Technology (CMT), and
    • Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Multichain Technology (P2PMT)

in the fields of Ubiquitous Computing (UbiC) and Internet of Things (IoT) (e.g. Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Networked Embedded Systems (NES), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Industry 4.0 and 5.0, Medicine 4.0 and 5.0, and so on), and other fields (see also the issue SOPR #327 of the 7th of June 2021).
This is also related to companies already working in the cryptologic technology industrial sector on the basis of the smart contract transaction protocol and the blockchain technique, and also this part of our OS (see also the section Main Contract Model (MCM) [Crypto platform] of the issue SOPR #33q of the 10th of October 2022).
We will come back to this matter in the next issue of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).

In this relation, we would like to note that the U.S.American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) concluded that the cryptotech industry does not need a specific regulation (at this time).
Indeed, it is well communicated and known that we also have this opinion, specifically because our SOPR does not put the cart before the horse, but birdles it from the right side together with the central banks, federal reserve systems, and other monetary authorities, and realize an environment that truly provides social, societal, political, legal, financial, and economical benefits for the public.

    OFinS provides financial inclusion

First of all, we have to make clear that democratization of finance does not mean democratization of wealth.
    But a first move for

  • financial inclusion or partizipation in a financial system, like our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS), and
  • bypass structural and institutional barriers to traditional investments

is that every person has access and opportunity by an own bank account.
Therefore, our Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) of our OFinS will create an account for each member of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) under the usual terms and conditions of membership. A private bank is free to take over the responsibiltiy and management of such an OntoBank account. But if no private banks wants to do it, then a private bank of our corporation will do so.

A similar approach will be done with other approaches, for example in case of microfinance, and federal and private contributions.

Furthermore, we also do know that there are certain wealth gaps, redlining and other discriminatory practices, acts of predatory inclusion, and so on. The events of the past repeated once again in relation to illegal cryptographic or cryptologic endeavours:
"According to a 2021 survey by [a] University [...], nearly 44% of Americans who owned and were trading crypto were people of color" respectively members of Black, Latino, Asian, and other marginalized communities in the U.S.America, and belong to the "many thousands of investors who sank their savings into crypto."

Because our SOPR has prepared the foundation that companies can continue in this market sector by complying to the very well known laws and reguations under the very well known terms and conditions of our SOPR, investors should be able to do so as well, but now by making their investments where they always had to be done, which is in our corporation.

Basically, it is a priority or preferential treatment for an optional conversion of a previous investment into a new investment with a longer term by a cheated investor.
But we do not pay for anything.
But we are not promoting another investment in a cryptocurrency.
But we are thinking about the possibility to combine it with a microfinance loan.

As a first step, we have sketched 2 processes:

  • one transparent and external process, which
    • checks the eligibility of an investor for participating in our activity in these fields of cryptographic or cryptologic technologies, goods, and services, and
    • evaluates an investment,

    and

  • one non-ransparent and internal process, which will be explained at an appropriate time.

The check will be carried out by our SOPR and the evaluation of an investment will be carried out by our Hightech Office Ontonics based on decades old best practice.
Only the amount of a former investment is relevant, but not any lost profit.
An entity, who cannot or does not want to wait any longer, is allowed to sell her, his, or their entitlement to another entitled entity.

Blockchain oracles part of ON and UL

    Ontologic Net (ON)
    Universal Ledger (UL)

According to an online encyclopedia, "[i]n complexity theory and computability theory, an oracle machine is an abstract machine used to study decision problems. It can be visualized as a Turing machine with a black box, called an oracle, which is able to solve certain problems in a single operation."

According to an online encyclopedia, "[i]n cryptography, oracles are used to make arguments for the security of cryptographic protocols where a hash function is used. A security reduction for the protocol is given in the case where, instead of a hash function, a random oracle answers each query randomly but consistently; the oracle is assumed to be available to all parties including the attacker, as the hash function is. Such a proof shows that unless the attacker solves the hard problem at the heart of the security reduction, they must make use of some interesting property of the hash function to break the protocol; they cannot treat the hash function as a black box (i.e., as a random oracle).

According to an online encyclopedia "[a] blockchain oracle is a third-party service that connects smart contracts with the outside world, primarily to feed information in from the world, but also the reverse. Information from the world encapsulates multiple sources, so that decentralised knowledge is obtained. Information to the world includes making payments and notifying parties. The oracle is the layer that queries, verifies, and authenticates external data sources, usually via trusted APIs, proprietary corporate data feeds and internet of things feeds and then relays that information.

    [...]

    Concerns
    [...]
Decentralized oracles (consensus oracles) increase the reliability of the information provided to smart contracts by querying multiple data sources, thus distributing trust between participants. However, this does not achieve trustlessness, since oracles are not part of the main blockchain consensus, and thus not part of the security mechanisms of public blockchains."

A similar explanation is given by a provider of an illegal distributed oracle network: "[...] smart contracts access the data from the real world (off-chain) in an electronic form called oracles. Oracles are services that input authentic real-world data to [a] blockchain. An oracle job provides specific off-chain data to smart contracts. In order to ensure that the data provided is not tampered with, oracles are usually decentralized in nature (although some oracles retain a level of centralization)".

Obviously, the blockchain oracle, the distributed oracle network, and the related applications and services were also all created with our Ontologic System (OS).

At this point we have to make clear that we do not have and do not need separated networks, such as a special decentralized oracle network, like in the case of cross-chain bridges, because we already have our integrated ON with static and dynamic ontologies among many other technologies. In this way a network node has the functionality to utilize a smart contract on a chosen blockchain by configuration, which can even be done at runtime and in real-time, if required.
Correspondingly, a liquidity network layer is reduced to a specific functionality of the messaging layer respectively communication and collaboration layer, because all basic parts are already in our ON and UL by design of our integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), Ontologic System Components (OSC), and Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS).

Even better, because we have the

  • field of Distributed System (DS),
  • property of fault tolerance,
  • smart contract transaction protocol,
  • blockchain technique, and
  • ledger technology

already integrated by our OSA, which is the only legal architecture in this field, and also created new OAOS based on these fields, such as for example our Ontologic Bank Financial Information and Communications (OBFIC), so to say the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications of the Next Generation (SWIFT NG), of our Ontologic Financial System (OFinS), and also provide the only official digital and virtual currencies as part of the regulated money supply, we are also able to provide the only legal fully connected and even fully integrated smart contract securities, which even comply with the

  • ISO 20022 standard for electronic data interchange between financial institutions and
  • ISO 27001, 27002 standards for encryption and regulation by strict organizational security practices,

and with our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and Ontologic Bank (OntoBank) the regulatory body respectively certification authority, that measures and grants compliance on this standard by the integrated basic properties of our OS of being validated and verified.
Furthermore, digital IDentities allow developers to tie tokens to real world IDentities, which aids in complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines as part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, and other regulatory requirements.

Are the any questions concering the

  • original and unique, copyrighted, and prohibited for fair use work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S., and
  • rights and properties (e.g. copyright, raw signals and data, digital and virtual assets, and online advertisement estate) of C.S. and our corporation?

If not, then we will proceed.

    Khronos Group blacklisted

Our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) has blacklisted the Khronos Group until OpenXR is not an open, royalty-free standard for access to Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) platforms and devices, or better said our eXtended Mixed Reality© (XMR) or simply eXtended Reality© (XR) technologies, goods, and services, anymore, but licensed properly and legally, which requires a license from our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) and a fee or a share of the revenue according to the License Model (LM) of our SOPR under our terms and conditions, which also includes the utilization of mandatory subsystems and platforms of the exclusive infrastructures of our SOPR and our other Societies. As we said multiple times before, we do not need another Ontologic System (OS), Ontoscope (Os), Ontoverse (Ov), and so on.
The alternative is to rename OpenXR to OpenMR and separate everything that

  • integrates VR with AR, and
  • integrates Pure, Proper, or Physical Reality (PR) with VR and AR,

so that they is no confusion by public about the true origin of what we do, specifically in relation to our XMR, XR, New Reality (NR), Ontoverse (Ov), Ontoscope (Os), and so on.

It has been very well communicated that eXtended Mixed Reality (XMR) or eXtended Reality (XR) is a part of our original and unique, copyrighted, and prohibited for fair use work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S..

All platforms, which are conformant to that illegal OpenXR have to remove it from their technologies, goods, and services immediately or face blacklisting as well, if they are not already blacklisted.

    Qualcomm playing with fire, too

We quote a webpage of the company Qualcomm, which is about a platform for our eXtended Mixed Reality© (XMR) or simply eXtended Reality© (XR), and was publicated on the 9th of November 2021: "Snapdragon Spaces XR Developer Platform Launches to Create Headworn AR Experiences that Adapt to the Spaces Around Us
Designed with a developer-first approach, the platform combines proven technology and an open ecosystem to usher in a new frontier of spatial computing
    [...]
The Snapdragon Spaces XR Developer Platform underscores our commitment to empowering developers to explore bravely and create confidently, paving the way to a new frontier of spatial computing," said Hugo Swart, vice president and general manager of XR, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. "Snapdragon Spaces is designed to support the democratization of XR by taking a horizontal, open channel approach so developers can rapidly bring their ideas to life and reach a wide range of end users. We welcome developers to join us in this journey to reimagine reality."

    Comment
For sure, our statement to that utter nonsense is No!!!

Obviously, the OpenXR standard is not just only for access to Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) platforms and devices, but also to our eXtended Mixed Reality© (XMR) or simply eXtended Reality© (XR) of our original and unique, copyrighted, and prohibited for fair use work of art titled Ontologic System, created by C.S., and exclusively managed and exploited by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) with the consent and on the behalf of C.S..
In addition, the company Qualcomm has confirmed as well that our Ontologic System (OS) created our "new frontier of spatial computing" and "reimagine[d] reality" called New Reality (NR) already.
And therefore there is no open, royality free utilization and democratization of our XR at all.
But Qualcomm has to comply with

  • national and international laws, regulations, and acts, as well as agreements, conventions, and charters, and
  • regulations of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Services (ToS) with the License Model (LM) and Main Contract Model (MCM) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).

And we also have our Ontologic Economic System (OES) already and therefore do not need another one at all.

There is even no discussion and negotiation about these facts.
Enough is enough. That game is over. Sign, pay, comply.

Honestly, we can only give the very serious recommendation to finally switch on the brain and think more professionally and constructively.

    Welcome to the Ontoverse (Ov).
