Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: Already on the 28th of November 2017 we were able to catch once again one of the criminal journalists of the public-law broadcaster British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). We quote and comment a report about a so-called Augmented Reality (AR) urban navigation app to document how fake news leaders are deliberately betraying the public and destroying democracy under the guise of the free press: "How 'super vision' will change the way we see the world [See the section Human Enhancement and Cyborgs of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"Computers are getting better at recognising faces and shapes and making connections between images, heralding a new age of visual search that could transform the way we interact with the world around us. [See the Feature-Lists of our Ontologic System (OS), specifically the Bridge from Natural Intelligence (NI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI) for example.]",
"So imagine what joy it would be to navigate without the need for GPS - if arrows overlaid on my smartphone camera's field of vision could show me which way to go. [Do not imagine but simply find out the fact that we already have Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 (including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Computer Vision (CV)), Natural Image Processing, image comparison, and Mixed Reality (including Augmented Reality (AR)), and functionalities of our mapping service, navigation system, and Ontologic Geographic Information System (OntoGIS), that are based on the Multi Global Positioning System (MultiGPS), MapCloud Computing, and OntoGlobe and OntoEarth software components (see also the Active Positioning technology of Style of Speed), and integrated by our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), as described on the webpage Overview of the website of our OS OntoLinux, and that we already provide such functionalities with our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic Web (OW), like other entities also provide basic functionalities of smart cities respectively the fields of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded Systems (NES), and mobility applications, which are even based in parts on these or/and other functionalities of our OS and OW (see also the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 26th of July 2017 and the Ontonics Further steps of the 6th of October 2017). After learning the fact and the technological basis, also see the image presented in the Ontonics Further steps of the 1st of July 2013, the Ontonics Website update of the 2nd of July 2013 and 10th of August 2013, and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 24th of April 2014 that shows exactly this AR urban navigation application, which is based on the OS parts and functionalities listed above and in this specific prototyp on the web service Google Street View, and executed on a smartwatch respectively wrist-worn Ontoscope in the variant of our CloakWatch designed by our business unit iRaiment.]",
"[Image caption:] [A company]'s AR [urban area] app will overlay relevant information about the world around you [See once again the comment made to the quote before.]",
"[The company] has developed "urban visual positioning" that it claims has double the accuracy of GPS. This computer vision feature, incorporated in its new app, AR [urban area], recognises exactly where users are and overlays directional information on to the phone's screen. [This given hyperlink only refers the video report [The company]'s augmented reality app put to the test of that lying media, but the video only shows a very simply demo of an AR application that is able to recognize an orange and an apple, but nothing that is related with the Global Positioning System (GPS), maps, or navigation. This is an undeniably clear evidence for a fake news.]",
"So now I'll be able to see which direction I should be walking by following the arrows overlaid onto the image of the real street. [See once agan the related comments above and the image of the wrist-worn Ontoscope in the variant of our CloakWatch presented in the Ontonics Further steps of the 1st of July 2013 and the Investigations::Multimedia of the 24th of April 2014, and also the Clarification of the 1st of April 2011.]",
[Image caption:] [The company]'s [CEO] thinks computer vision and augmented reality will change the way we live [But we already presented it more than 11 years ago with our Ontologic System (OS) and our Ontoscope (Os), and also already provide such functionalities with our Ontologic System (OS) and Ontologic Web (OW), as discussed in more detail above already.]",
"Basic navigation, using AR overlaid onto Apple Maps, will show walking routes through 300 cities and make use of existing GPS technology, he says. Street names and information about points of interest will also be overlaid onto the maps. [As we said, other companies and we did this years before. Note also the 3³ Theme of C.S..]",
"[The company] initially specialised in applying AR to marketing - making products come to life when you point your smartphone at them. But it has since refocused its attentions on "indexing and cataloguing the physical world", says [the CEO]. [As we said before, this is the functionality shown in the referenced video but neither urban navigation nor AR based navigation was shown at all. Furthermore, the term refocusing has been deliberately chosen by that journalist to mislead the public by suggesting that the company had already developed the AR urban app a year before. But the fact is that we were already there more than a decade before. This also leads us to the other similar partial copy of our OS made by the Here Technologies consortium and titled Reality Index. A share of the overall revenue generated with performing our ontologic work as applicaiton or service is required in both cases.]",
""But in recent years we've seen computers organise photos based on understanding the composition - whether they are mostly beaches, forests, people and so on. "Now they're moving into real-time analysis - such as the Microsoft Translate app recognising a sign and translating it instantaneously. [But we already presented the foundations several years ago and such translating applications are also many years old. Nevertheless, it is good to know that the company Microsoft also copied another part of our OS in this way, that is related with Natural Image Processing (NIP) and even with multilingual and multiparadigmatic computing respectively Natural Multimodal Processing (NMP) (see also the chapter 5 Zusammenfassung==Summary of The Proposal and for example the Clarification of the 31st of August 2017).]",
"It took [the company] three months to train its system to recognise every make and model of car in the US with a accuracy rate of 97.5%, he says. None of this could have been achieved without the rise of cloud computing power [...] [Here we have the section Network Technology of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux, which references software of the distributed computing and grid computing paradigms, which again constitute the foundation of the cloud computing paradigm. Also note once again the 3³ Theme of C.S..]",
"[The] co-founder and chief executive of [another company], the "visual discovery tool" that has 200 million users globally, says his company is "at the leading edge of computer vision [...] [Maybe, but we already were there more than 11 years ago and when it runs its tool or web service on a variant of our OS (e.g. Android, iOS, and Windows), then it is time for a well known ABBA song: Money, money, money, must be funny [...] and put into our pockets.]",
"Computers can now isolate different objects within the same photo - think Facebook face tagging but for objects. This is enabling [the other company] users to take photos and then have the system identify, for example, the lamp, chair or table designs within the picture, and either find the exact match or something similar. [We already mentioned this functionality and related services based on SoftBionics (SB) in relation with Ontologic Web (OW) services in the field of fashion.]",
"He admits that the science is still nascent, comparing it to where speech recognition was several years ago. "Apple's Siri didn't work so well a few years ago, but now it does. Computer vision is where language was then. [At this point we get the very clear evidences that the report is in fact a fake news, which has been fabricated to mislead the public once again about our original and unique works the existence and the original and unique works of C.S. and our corporation. Some years ago our Ontologic System feature of Natural Language Processing (NLP) has been discussed. Now, those serious criminals are so unbelievable bold and have repeated that fraud once again in relation with our Ontologic System feature of Natural Image Processing (NIP) by comparing it with the development of our Ontologic System feature of NLP in relation with the voice-based assistant Siri of the company Apple, which has been proven once again recently to be a part of our NLP functionality of our OntoBot software component of our OS (see once again The Proposal, specifically its chapter 5 Zusammenfassung==Summary, and the Clarification of the 31st of August 2017).]",
"Looking to the future, this blend of physical and digital will be most effective when we don't have to hold smartphones up in front of our eyes but can see through smart glasses and heads-up displays. [See our Caliber/Calibre and Ontologic uniVerse or OntoVerse. In this relation, we would like to give our readers, who are not familiar with all of our ontologic works created by C.S., the hint that this functionality is also provided with our original and unique works of the head-worn Ontoscopes.]",
""The reality is that in terms of practicality we're heading towards a world where AR will best be experienced through a headset," says [the CEO]. [See once again our original and unique works of the head-worn Ontoscopes.]", and
"If we can sort out the weight, battery life and design, smart glasses could soon give us "super vision" that transforms the static world around us into one that is lively and information-rich." [See once again the webpage Terms of the 21st Century.]

    02.December.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We worked on a system of us and developed variants that incorporate (a new variant of) a new module, which is a revolution in the related fields inclusive the next generation in electric energy storage (see also the related Further steps).

We also developed a special variant of these system variants.

We also worked on several utilizations of said systems, which will shape the next future in the related fields due to their incredibly high performances and many other advantages in comparison to the prior systems and utilizations.

    Ontoscope Further steps
Now it is getting serious with our OOO (see the Further steps of the 11th of July 2014 and 1st of October 2014).
But we are not sure if we should present our rigid model with a runtime of 30 time units (days not hours) at first or directly put the battery into the OOO.

    Style of Speed Further steps
Just for style, speed, and fun we added a performance option to the 9x9 model mentioned in the Further steps of the 18th of November 2017 (see also the informations about our demonstrator of a related technology given in the Further steps of the 17th of May 2017). We concluded that it

  • should go from 0 to 60 mph in 1.4 seconds may be a tick faster,
  • should go from 0 to 248.55 mph/400 km/h to 0 in 27 seconds,
  • should reach 300 mph/482.8 km/h,
  • would cost around 180.000 U.S. Dollar + 40.000 U.S. Dollar, and
  • would be powered by Clean Diesel and Clean Gasoline.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • British Broadcasting Corporation: Instead of giving in and stopping its serious criminal and even terroristic activities the news staff of the public-law broadcaster British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) fouls again with a subsequent report to its fake news report that we investigated and documented yesterday, that this time is about "super workers" respectively "robotic suits" or "robotic exoskeletons". We quote that report and give related comments: "Turning workers into 'super workers' with robotic suits [The headline already points to the sections Human Enhancement and Cyborgs and IRaiment of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century and the section Prosthetics of the webpage Links to Hardware of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"[Image caption:] Wearable technology helps workers doing repetitive physical tasks [Obviously, we are talking about iRaiment once again.]",
"If you've watched the Iron Man film franchise, you'll know that a powered suit gives inventor Tony Stark superhuman strength to fight the bad guys. [We have here another evidence that taken together with the other evidences mentioned in the comments made to the quote before proves that our web contents has been copied, such as for example the content of the related section IRaiment of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century.]",
[...] robotic exoskeletons [...] [See once again the section IRaiment of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century.]",
""Exoskeletons act as a bridge between fully-manual labour and robotic systems. You get the brains of people in the body of a robot," says [a] research director [of a company] [We are observing that company since many years because of its stealing of our related Intellectual Properties (IPs). We do not think that we have to explain the various reasons why that person is quoted.],
"[Image caption:] Robotic suits are used to help people with disabilities improve their mobility [See the section Prosthetics of the webpage Links to Hardware of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"[...] Bionics [...] [See the document titled "Evolutionsbionik== Evolution Bionics" and listed in the section Documents of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"They generally augment human strength rather than replace it and tend to enhance one part of the body only [...] [See once again the section Human Enhancement and Cyborgs of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century.]",
"[Image caption:] [A company] robots can be operated remotely by a human wearing an exoskeleton [This was also copied from the section of the website because we have here a reference to the movie "Surrogates" mentioned in its section Brain Interface and Extended Identity.]",
"Other companies are producing powered industrial exoskeletons that are rather more like the suits from the movies. [A company], for example, offers three models, with the biggest [...] handling more than 450kg with its 2m (7ft) arms" [See the Original Sketches of the 1st of October 2008.]",
"How 'super vision' will change the way we see the world [For sure, the other defrauding report, which we investigated yesterday, is referenced as part of a series of fake news.]",
Other augmentation technologies are even stranger. Researchers at Cornell's Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, for example, have developed a robotic "third arm" that attaches to the user's elbow. [The term augmentation technology was used because it is related with augmented reality somehow and in this way with the other defrauding report and it is a synonym for human enhancement. Furthermore, the school developed its robotic arm because we developed the third (electronic) eye mentioned in the section Human Enhancement and Cyborgs of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century. See the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of yesterday once again and ask yourself how cheap and sick publicating that statement really was.], and
"So while we'll never be likely to be able to emulate the exploits of comic book heroes, exoskeletons could help with mundane household chores such as ironing. So not so much Iron Man - more "ironing man", perhaps?" [In addition, it also plays down our competences once again. C.S. is not a Ponzi with a Twitter account but with the marvelous OntoLab.]".

To make the matter clear: The report would be proper if it would not have been fabricated to damage the reputation of C.S. and our corporation, as can be seen with the references to Iron Man, wearable computers and suits of our business unit iRaiment, as well as the fields of bionics.

We also remind entities that using an exoskeleton operated by our Ontologic System (OS) or together with an Ontologic Application (OA) or an Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) Service (OOOS) in the fields of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded Systems (NES) requires licensing by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).

    03.December.2017
    Clarfication
In relation with activities of other entities we have to make crystal clear that all additional

  • references added and
  • materials presented

in the subsequent years after the initial start of our Ontologic System (OS) in the year 2006, comprise

  • prior works that
    • we used for the synthesis and the creation of our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) and
    • connect single properties and elements of our OS whereas the OSA connects all of them respectively is the integrating system architecture that integrates all these single properties and elements as well as their intermediate connections in one,

    and

  • explanations of our works for better understanding by the audience.

That said, no new matter has been added and will be added by the related website updates, further steps, and clarifications in the past, present, and future in this way, and hence no loophole to pervert facts, the timeline, etc. is provided to fraudulent entities in this way.

    SOPR #66
We announced to present the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) at the end of the month November 2017. But sadly to say we were unable to keep this date because we have much more other administrative tasks to do. In addition, we learned about the latest activities of the alliance that flocked around the Here Technologies consortium on the one side and the related (re)actions of the alliance of the other entities, specifically the ones in the Silicon Valley.
The main problem that we have with those activities is not the subject matter itself respectively the various copies of our Ontologic System (OS), Ontoscope (Os), and Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), but the ways how the plagiarisms and the infringements of our rights have been conducted, which shows a mindset and speaks a language that suggests to break up the whole process and file the lawsuits would be the better option.

Nevertheless, we sighted our comments made in relation with the SOPR.

    SOPR #67
We have a new member of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR):

  • Road and Transport Association (RTA) of Dubai of the United Arab Emirates
    • Ontologic System
      • Calibre/Caliber,
      • OntoBot,
      • OntoScope,
      • OntoGlobe, and
      • OntoEarth,
    • Ontologic Application
      • SoftBionics (Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), etc.) and
      • Cyber-Physical Systems 2.0 (CPS) and Internet of Things 2.0 (IoT 2.0),

      and

    • Ontologic Web service
      • mobility

have been shown to be an Ontologic System (OS) in part and Ontologic Applications (OA) and Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV) Services (OAOOOS) as well.
We see at least the Dubai Road and Transport Authority's Enterprise Command and Control Center, which

  • feeds in over 11,000 CCTV cameras,
  • uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to manage road accidents and crises, and
  • has a room, that
    • is known as "The Cave" (compare with CAVE Automatic Virtual Environment (CAVE)) and
    • integrates existing and future modes of transport into its computer modeling for
      • testing exactly how Dubai's transport network will cope with increasingly diverse demands and
      • being able to analyze such data

        to

      • predict the traffic today and
      • reflect reality potentially eventually,

    and

  • therefore has characteristic features of the composition or combination included in our OS if not to say it is operated by a rudimentary variant of our OS.

The convicting evidence is a software for vehicles, which uses a combination of citywide sensors such as the CCTV cameras and onboard computers to anticipate (synonym for to predict) erratic driver behavior and other hazards and to notify nearby drivers, and hence comprises the two following elements connected with each other:

  • Ontologic System (OS)
    • OntoBot software component and
  • Ontologic Application (OA)
    • Cyber-Physical Systems 2.0 (CPS 2.0).

For sure, the copyright is an internationally accepted right and entities have to obey international laws as well even in mainland United Arab Emirates and therefore using our OS and performing our ontologic works requires licensing in accordance with the Terms of Service (ToS) of our SOPR by the government of the U.A.E. and any other entity as well. This means for each access device and access point a fee and a share of the overall revenue generated with each performance of our ontologic works.
Entities from the U.A.E. are invited to become members of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR).

    SOPR #68
We are not sure if we will

  • accept the Open Location Platform and the Reality Index (see the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of today), because for products, services, and platforms, like for example
    • Google Maps, Google Earth, Google Street View,
    • Microsoft Street Slide, and
    • HERE maps,

the basis for collaboration already is our ON, OW, and OV managed on the ground of the Articles of Association (AoA) and the Terms of Service (ToS) as well as guidelines and interfaces of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR), and

  • provide a license and a legal basis for them.

    In accordance with the

  • local and international laws, and
  • AoA and ToS of our SOPR

    we have to demand the

  • fee for each reproduction of our OS,
  • fee for each reproduction of our Os, and
  • share of the overall revenue generated with each performance of our ontologic works,

that is due from all shareholders, partners, and customers of Here Technologies, as well as

  • shareholders of the company Here Technologies to inform its partners and customers about the real legal situation,
  • shareholders and partners of the company Here Technologies to inform their customers about the real legal situation, and
  • shareholders, partners, and customers of the company Here Technologies to transform every material into a form that does not present our original and unique ontologic works constituting the artisitc and characteristic expressions of C.S. as their visions or/and innovations, but as their products, services, or/and new offers.

    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM

  • Here Technologies: We already wrote about the case on the 29th of November 2017. After gaining a more complete knowledge about its website contents respectively about the amount of contents copied from our websites and the related issue (see the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 1st of December 2017) we can go into the details of this case by quoting the most relevant website contents:
"[...] Anticipatory data and sensor support for ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications [...] Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) [...] Electronic Horizon provides ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications with a representation of the road ahead [...] [The term anticipatory is a synonym for the term predictive. It has become obvious by the material publicated by vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers that this feature of prediction or anticipation in this context must be much younger than even we thought at first and because we publicated it years before the shareholders and partners of the company the general concept of the predictive or anticipatory data and sensor support is an essential part of the related Ontologic Applications (OA) of our original and unique Ontologic System (OS), as can be seen with the AutoSemantic extension package listed in the Feature-Lists, as well as our original and unique framework or service AutoMapCloud, that ais "creating a common dynamic knowledge/semantic map", and Active Positioning System of our business unit Style of Speed, that are based on our OS and its AutoSemantic extension, and also on the sensor data provided by our related Active Components of Style of Speed on the other hand. The so-called electronic horizon is nothing else than our combination of our Active Positioning System and our AutoMapCloud, and has been copied from us by the marque Volkswagen→Audi (see its case in the Investigations::Car #204 of the 5th of December 2009 and #393 of the 8th of October 2013), and the supplier Robert Bosch in collaboration with the marque Daimler→Mercedes-Benz Trucks around the year 2012 and alone around the year 2016, and then by the manufacturers Ford and Toyota, and eventually the whole automotive industry as well, specifically in relation with the AutoMapCloud and autonomous vehicles (see also the section Robotics of the website of Style of Speed). With this few additional informations the originality and uniqueness of our ontologic work on the one hand and the plagiarism of it on the other hand can be recognized even better. See also the related quote about the sensor data standard Sensoris below which strengthens our claim.]",
"[...] ingested map [...] [The term ingested is a synonym for the terms crowd-sourced and community-driven. Because this specific map of the Here Technologies consortium is related with all kinds of sensor data collected by multiple vehicles for example, it is an unauthorized copy of our original and unique community driven real-time map framework or service MapCloud, that is based on the distributed computing paradigm on the one hand and listed in the section Hyper Connectivity of the website of Style of Speed on the other hand. See also the comment made to the quote before.]",
"[...] artificial intelligence [...] [See the section Basic Properties of the webpage Overview and the section Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"[...] machine learning [...] [See once again the section Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 of the webpage Terms of the 21st Century of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"[...] machine (map) learning [...] [In the specific context of the investigated company, this kind of functionality is an Ontologic Application, because it is based on the functionalities of our OntoBot, OntoGlobe, OntoEarth software components of our OS, and it is combined with the other features, applications, and solutions of us, which results in our original and unique compositions, as can be seen with for example the MapCloud once again.]",
"[...] crowd-ingested [map] [...] [The term crowd-ingested is a synonym for the terms crowd-sourced and community-driven that we also use in the description of our original and unique community driven real-time map service MapCloud, as we already said in a comment made to a related quote before.]",
"[...] car-to-cloud [...] [For sure, this is an unauthorized plagiarism of our original and unique range of Hyper Connectivity solutions including the frameworks and services AutoCloud, AutoMapCloud, and CarCloud of Style of Speed.]",
"[...] cloud-to-car mapping system [...] [See again our original and unique Hyper Connectivity frameworks and services AutoCloud, MapCloud, AutoMapCloud, and CarCloud of Style of Speed.]",
"[...] fully-immersive 3D representation [...] [Obviously, this was taken from our OntoScope software component of our OS OntoLinux.]",
"[...] trusted platform [...] [Our Trusted Computing Base (TCB), comprising our validated, verified, capability-based, or/and smart contract-based operating system (kernel) architecture respectively software components, as used for our operating system (kernel) OntoCore or an operating system based on the OntoL4 microkernel or OntoS1 microkernel of our OS, and is an essential part of our OS, as can be easily seen with the basic properties of our OS OntoLinux. In combination with the other properties, applications, frameworks, and services, for example the ones discussed herein, we get the next causal link with our OS.]",
"[...] collaborative environment [...] [See the sections Basic Properties and Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview and the Ontologic Collaborative Ontologic Virtual Environment (OntoCOVE) software component included in the OntoScope software component of our OS.]",
"[...] intelligence from real-world data visualization and analysis [...] [Because this is related with the section Visualization of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux and our Visualytics (Visual Analytics) paradigm listed in the Innovation-Pipeline of Ontonics, we have an obvious causal link with this essential property of our OS, which is based on the related functionality of our composition of our OntoBot and OntoScope software components of our OS.]",
"[...] contextual awareness [...] [Spatial awareness or spatial reasoning, location awareness, and spatial self-awareness are essential features of our OntoBot software component as well as our Ontoscope paradigm respectively hardware (component), as we already explained several years ago (see for example the Clarification of the 13th of November 2008, the Investigations::Robotics of the 24th of August 2012, and the Clarification of the 8th of June 2013). The abilities of our OntoBot software component, inclusive exhibiting context awarenes, spatial awareness, and spatial contextual awareness, conducting a conversational dialog, and learning (the habits of a user or/and the functionalities of a device, other system, or environment), are all properties of our Ontologic System (OS). We refer once again to the webpages Ontologic Applications and Feature-Lists, and the sections Exotic Operating System, Network Technology, Semantic (World Wide) Web, Natural Language Processing, Intelligent/Cognitive Agent, and Intelligent/Cognitive Interface of the webpage Links to Software, which all belong to the website of our OS OntoLinux. In addition, we refer once again to the AutoSemantic extension package and the AutoMapCloud of Style of Speed.]",
"[...] neutral platform [...] [In fact, this was claimed by a customer of the company but presented on the website of the company in a suspicious way to reflect a part of the contents of the webpage Introduction of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"[...] bridging the physical and digital worlds [...] [Obviously, this is a plagiarism of our Caliber/Calibre, as can be seen easily with the section Paving the Way by Bridging the Gap on its webpage. It also relates to our Ontologic uniVerse or Ontoverse.]",
"[...] location is emotional [...] [See section Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux.]",
"[...] collective brain [...] [See once again the sections Basic Properties and Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux and also the section Computing and Multimedia of the website of Style of Speed, specifically the section Artificial Intelligence. When taking together all the subject matter quoted and commented before, then it should become very obvious at this point that we have found every basic part of the K.I.T.T. autonomous vehicle platform of Style of Speed, which is based on our Ontologic System (OS) and its OntoBot software component, the Distributed Computing paradigm with MapCloud, AutoMapCloud, and RobotCloud respectively the Hyper Connectivity suite, and also the Integrated Data Architecture and Data Fusion, and the AutoSemantic extension of our OS, as well as the AutoBrain based on our Ontoscope Architecture (OsA).]",
"[...] open location platform [...] [This platform seems to be nothing else than a part of the OntoGlobe and OntoEarth platform of our Ontologic Web (OW) (see for example the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 26th of July 2017).]",
"[...] automotive operating system [...] [We do not know what specifically an automotive operating system has in common with an open location platform. Even more incomprehensible is the fact that the related fabricated comment does not discuss an operating system at all but only advertises a so-called open world.]",
"[...] open world [...] [The related comment is not convincing because HERE users are now locked-in to the proprietary platform of HERE, which should become exactly one of the large data owners that are ascertained in the report as the problem being solved with the open location platform. Honestly, we have no politically correct expression for this fundamental contradiction of this marketing activity. Even more important is the fact that the only open world and open location platforms are the internet and the World Wide Web, and our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).]",
"Virtual Reality: Future VR Vision of Maps, Automotive & City Transport [Indeed, it is only a presentation of a potential future of maps, mobility, and transport based on Virtual Reality (VR). But the goal is to also connect its products and services with VR as part of its marketing strategy. See also the section Basic Properties of the webpage Overview, the OntoCOVE software component, and the sections Mixed Reality and Collaborative Virtual Environment of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux.]",

"[...] spatio temporal store engine [...] [See the Ontologic File System (OntoFS) software component based on the OntoBase software component of our Ontologic System (OS). A developer of the embedded relational database management system SQLite, which is referenced on the webpage of the OntoBase, has acknowledged this claim of us as well. "How Reality Index mixes philosophy with map-making [We already commented this statement above, but have to add that it is even a rude impudence to imitate C.S. and an outrageous attempt to snatch our Intellectual Properties (IPs), whereby it does not help the consortium to reference in this relation Immanuel Kant's arguments, that the human mind creates the structure of human experience, that space and time are forms of human sensibility, and that the world as it is "in-itself" is independent of man's concepts of it, but only constitutes another evidence for the deliberately conducted deception of the public about the true origin of our works, because C.S. has connected the real, physical, digital, and virtual dots, or being more precise, integrated the real or physical and the virtual spaces, environments, worlds, and universes with our original and unique works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope in a way never done before.]",
"Locating where we, and everything else in the world is [are], is something that HERE can empathise with, but the parallels between the philosophical world and what HERE does don’t end there. [Besides the clear evidence for the infringements of the copyright and other rights of C.S. and our corporation, including the conduction of unfair business practices such as the exploitation of our reputation and goodwill, which is even conducted in an orchestrated way by the shareholders, partners, and customers of the company, this statement suggests that the consortium even claims our field of Ontonics for itself and has already planned to take more of our original and unique ontologic works.]", and
"Innovation [...] Sensoris [...] untapped vehicle sensor data [...] [Here we get out of first hand the proof that the AutoSemantic extension and other related features are original and unique properties of our OS, because the company and in this way all its shareholders, partners, and customers present this sensor data standard to handle before untapped vehicle sensor data as a recent innovation, which implies that they came up with it years after us respectively copied it from us. This statement has also consequences in regard to everything else that all entities related with the company Here Technologies have copied from our websites of Ontonics, OntoLinux, and Style of Speed, like for example the (sensor) data fusion in real-time, the predictive or "anticipatory data and sensor support" called "electronic horizon" (see the first quote once again), and the various cloud computing based solutions of the Hyper Connectivity (see the related quotes once again).]".

On an online video platform we watched the video, that is titled "Here Reality Index" and was uploaded on the 5th of September 2017. We repeat the explanations given by an off-voice and make comments inbetween. "Imagine if everything in the world was mapped out. A constant string of data captured and organized in real-time [(shown is a hurricane as seen from space with an overlaid dynamic grid and a satellite referencing our Superstructure and Weather Control System (WCS); see the related issues Superstructure #11 of the 7th of August 2017 and Superstructure #16 of the 15th of August 2017)] creating a digital representation of reality with self-healing and self-forming map content [(see for example the section Basic Properties of the webpage Overview once again, which apply for all components of our Ontologic System including the OntoGlobe and OntoEarth software components)] and built-in machine learning [(shown is a humanoid robot with modern design; see the section Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3 once again)] so that we can uncover new insights that generate vast improvements for society as a whole. We also noted that the consortium publicated a news in relation with a consumer electronics summit taking place in the year 2018 wherein it encourages visitors "to experience our vision of an autonomous future and the products that shape it" and hence still claims our vision, which was created and presented by C.S. around 10 years ago, for itself.

    Clarfication
    When

  • observing, investigating, and documenting the activities of several major entities on the one hand and
  • reviewing our clarifications about our points of views on the other hand (see for example the Clarification #1 of the 21st of July 2017 and 3rd of November 2017),

we came back to the potential argument of an ordinary technological progress in relation with

  • the copyright protection of our original and unique ontologic works created by C.S. on the one hand and
  • its utilization as an counterargument against our ontologic works on the other hand.

Before, we already argued that in the case all entities came to the same solution then this is a proof for the uniqueness of this solution by definition.
We also argued that even in this specific case and in other cases our ontologic works are still protected by the copyright despite the potential counterargument that no other technological progress would have been possible (see once again the Clarification of the 3rd of November 2017).

Now, we approached this argument of an ordinary technological progress from another point of view and argue on the basis of our observations, investigations, and clarifications. In fact, all operating system manufacturers, all vehicle manufacturers, and all other entities approached our Ontologic System (OS) with its Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV), and Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services (OAOS), and our Ontoscope (Os) from different directions by taking our ontologic works and attempting to make parts of them proprietary, and came to the same solution.
Our standpoint is that such a progress where different entities apply different strategies and choose different ways to approach and arrive at the same solution is not common, definitely, and therefore this is not an argument for an ordinary technological progress but in total contrast a proof that our ontologic works are the source, guiding light, or attractor for all these entities and therefore original and unique.

    Style of Speed Further steps
Just for fun we optimized our models RSR (see the Further steps of the 4th of March 2015 and 21st of November 2016) and Modern (see the Further steps of the 17th of September 2015 and 02.December.2017) of the 9x9 series in three ways:

  • The first way is an improvement of a first older technology developed by external entities,
  • the second way is an improvement of a second older technology developed by external entities by our integration of it with the first technology, and
  • the third way is an improvement of a third technology developed by us,

that we have integrated in one system.

In this way, the performance of our original and unique conversions has increased once again as it is the case with the performance gap between the original RSR of us and the plagiarism of the factory, as well as our other original.

    Ontonics Further steps
We are looking in our stocks for our old standard for the fields of Cyber-Physical System 2.0 (CPS 2.0), Internet of Things 2.0 (IoT 2.0), and Networked Embedded System 2.0 (NES 2.0),

  • also wrongly called as Internet of Everything (IoE),
  • including the fields of
    • CPS 1.0, IoT 1.0, and NES 1.0, as well as
    • Industry 4.0,

    and

  • included in our Ontologic Net (ON), Ontologic Web (OW), and Ontologic uniVerse (OV).

See also the issue SOPR #69 of today below and the Ontologic Net Further steps of the 5th of January 2017 and 20th of October 2017.

    SOPR #69
We have heard that companies Google, Apple, Samsung, LG Electronics, Sony, Whirlpool, De'Longhi, Amazon, and others, which are economically active in the related fields, combine the field of the Internet of Things 2.0 (IoT 2.0) and the fields of major appliances, small appliances, and consumer electronics.
    Luckily, our

  • Ontologic System with its
    • Ontologic Net (ON) with its
      • Ontologic Net of Things (ONoT) with its
        • OntoHome system,
    • Ontologic Web (OW), and
    • Ontologic uniVerse (OV),

    and also

  • Ontoscope (Os)

already include the fields of the Internet of Everything (IoE), Cyber-Physical System (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded System (NES) (see also the Ontologic Net Further steps of the 5th of January 2017 and 20th of October 2017).

By the way: The IoT 1.0 was yesterday around the year 2002 and is gone like the Cyber-Physical System 1.0 (CPS 1.0) and Networked Embedded System 1.0 (NES 1.0), because in the end they all are based on a part of our OS, executed on a variant of our OS, or connected with our OS.

    SOPR #70
We are working on our new standard for integrating the various virtual globes of external entities, such as

  • Google Maps and Google Earth,
  • Here Technologies,
  • Tencent,
  • Pioneer,
  • Microsoft, and
  • Baidu

into our OntoGlobe and OntoEarth of Ontologics and our Superstructure of Ontonics (see for example the Clarification of the 1st of April 2011, the Ontologic Web Further steps of the 9th of December 2016, the issues Superstructure #14 of the 7th of August 2017 and Superstructure #16 of the 15th of August 2017, the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 23rd of September 2017, and the Ontonics Further steps of the 6th of October 2017).

Specifically interesting for us is the question which data should be shared as public data, though this is a decision that the Steering Committees should make.

At this point it can be seen how advantageous our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) truly is, because none of the named entities were, is, and will be able alone or in collaboration with others to provide such a common platform, specifically in a legal way.

    SOPR #71
We will publicate comments related with our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) not under the comment headline Oh, what ...? anymore but use the headline SOPR #[number of issue].

    SOPR #72
We have new members of our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR):

  • IKEA
    • Ontologic Application
      • Augmented Reality (AR)
  • Williams-Sonoma
    • Ontologic Application
      • Augmented Reality (AR)
  • Houzz
    • Ontologic Application
      • Augmented Reality (AR)
    • Ontologic Web Service
      • Augmented Reality (AR)

have been shown to be at least Ontologic Applications (OA) as well, because they run on the systems based on the operating system functionality and other functionalities of our Ontologic System Components (OSC) and called Google Android with ARcore and Apple iOS with ARtoolkit.

We demand the media (inclusive the fake news leaders) to report about the true legal situation in relation with our ontologic works and our SOPR instead of continuing with their fraudulent activities, because otherwise we will hold them accountable at the courts for the chaos created in this way and for all other infringements of our rights, which equals insolvency eventually because none of them can afford the damages.

This is no joke. We have gained competences in more than 25 years in all related fields and correspondingly have become highly specialized in this way if not to say we are the worldwide authority. Our legal team has warmed up a little already and is increasing the legal pressure continously since the beginning of this year, while prosecutors worldwide are already stamping with their feeds.
The fun is over or begins depending on the individual behavior. For everyone. Definitely.

    SOPR #73
In the issue #65 of the 2nd of December 2017 we sketched a new rule for the case that our ontologic works are presented as own visions and innovations, which

  • on the one hand goes too far
    • viewed from the legal point of view and
    • for our taste,

    and

  • on the other hand is already handled by our compromise of dropping the requirement to label reproductions or variants of our Ontologic System and our Ontoscope, and performances of our Ontologic Applications and Ontologic Services with for example © Ontologics ®.

    Style of Speed Further steps
While reviewing the last developments in relation with our spare time respectively roadable old-timer projects, the 9x9 and 91x series (see the Further steps of the 17th of September 2015, 18th of November 2017, and 2nd and 4th of December 2017), we found out how to improve the basic technology even more. This thing is even more incredibly quicker on all kinds of tracks, even with curves, as we had to realize once again (see the related Further steps of the 17th of May 2017 as well).

    We concluded that it

  • should go from 0 to 60 mph in 1.4 seconds may be a tick faster,
  • should go from 0 to 248.55 mph/400 km/h to 0 in 25 seconds,
  • should reach 333 mph/535.9 km/h.

    Clarification
At this point, we would like to explain in some more detail the connection between

  • our fields of SoftBionics (SB) and Artificial Intelligence 3 (AI 3), which includes
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI),
    • Machine Learning (ML),
    • Swarm Intelligence (SI),
    • Computer Vision (CV),
    • Natural Multimodal Processing (NMP)
      • Natural Language Processing (NLP),
      • Natural Image Processing (NIP) or Natural Vision Processing (NVP),
      • etc.,
    • Common Sense Computing (CSC),
    • Affective Computing (AffC) and Emotive Computing (EmoC),
    • Cognitive Multi-Agent System (CMAS),
    • Evolutionary Computing (EC),
    • and other subfields,
  • the field of robotics, as well as
  • our Ontologic System (OS), which includes SB and is realized as for example the OS variants OntoLix and OntoLinux, and
  • our Ontoscope (Os), which is operated by our OS and also exhibits from its beginning "vision processing units, that are a new class of processor, which complement CPUs and Graphics processing units (GPUs)[, which again are utilized in the field of CV but also in the fields of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)]."

From an online encyclopedia we got the following explanations:
"[CV] seeks to automate tasks that the human visual system can do [and therefore] studies and describes the processes implemented in software and hardware behind artificial vision systems. Interdisciplinary exchange between biological vision and computer vision has proven fruitful for both fields". See the

  • description of our original and unique work of art titled Evolutionary operarting system (Evoos) respectively The Proposal, specifically its chapter 5 Zusammenfassung==Summary, and
  • Clarification of the 31st of August 2017.

    This already shows

  • the direct connection between the fields of CV, bionics, and SoftBionics (SB),
  • the inclusion of the CV software in our SB,
  • the inclusion of the CV hardware in our Os, and
  • the inclusion of the CV software in our Os because it is operated by our OS, which includes our SB, which again includes the CV software.

"[Furthermore, AI] and [CV] share many topics such as pattern recognition and learning techniques. Areas of AI deal with autonomous planning or deliberation for robotical systems to [get a detailed understanding of] an environment[, which] is required to navigate through [it]. Information about the environment could be provided by a [CV] system, acting as a vision sensor and providing high-level information about the environment and the robot. Consequently, [CV] is sometimes seen as a part of the [AI] field [in particular] or the computer science field in general."
Besides this, "feature-based methods [of CV are] used in conjunction with [ML] techniques and complex optimization frameworks".
As we made also clear by the

  • exemplary Ontologic Applications, that are related with
    • an immobile robot (immobot) and
    • a mobile phone,

    and

  • capabilities of e.g. a
    • robot, specifically our Os powered by our OS, or
    • cyborg, specifically the cybernetic reflection or self-portrait of C.S.,

specifically CV functions are used together with AI and ML. This shows once again that the CV software is included in SB but also shows the direct connection between the fields of AI, CV, and robotics, and because we already have the direct connections between the

  • fields of bionics and robotics, and the field of robotics and our Os on the one hand and
  • fields of CV, bionics, SB, and our Os on the other hand

we get as a very simple implication the direct connection between robotics and SB as well, or said in other words, everything is tightly connected with each other somehow.

  • Cable News Network: We quote a report about some apps of the company Google: "[Image caption:] Google Lens makes your camera smarter than you [What have the three Ontologic Applications (OA) of the company Google, which are the subject of the report being investigated, in common with this other OA based on the functionalities of Computer Vision (CV) and Augmented Reality (AR)? From the point of view of the report nothing, but it is another OA that makes the works of art titled Ontologic System and Ontoscope, and created by C.S. original and unique.],
"Google is testing some new ways have fun with smartphone photography. [We note that the term "smartphone photography" is used but not the term "camera photography". This becomes important in relation with another quote made below.]",
"The company released a trio of free photo apps [...]. Created as experiments by different Google departments, the simple mobile apps include a photo booth with pose-detecting powers, a way to remix videos like a DJ, and a tool for turning any mundane adventure into a comic book panel. The company is calling the free downloads Appsperiments, a clunky portmanteau of "apps" and "experiments." The tools offer a peek into the future of smartphone photography, which will increasingly rely on effects created by software. [This reminds us of some kind of artistic experimenting. Also important to note is the fact that the software is based on the field of SoftBionics (SB), including fields like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), and so on (see also the Clarification of today). In this relation we recall a quote that C.S. made about the Ontoscope (Os) in the Comment of the Day of the 12th of September 2009: "Characteristic for the real geniuses is that they have developed their own methods and tools." See also the Comment of the Day of the 13th of January 2012 and 11th of February 2012 as well as the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 10th of August 2017.]",
"An early example is the Google Pixel 2 portrait mode, which uses software to fake a shallow depth-of-field effect. [We already discussed in the past, that this specific mobile device series includes variants of our Ontoscope operated by a variant of our other original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System as well.]",
""The next generation of cameras ... will have the capability to blend hardware and computer vision algorithms," said [...] an interaction researcher at Google Research, in a blog post. [This deliberately selected quote shows that the report infringes our rights in multiple ways, because Computer Vision (CV) belongs to the field of SoftBionics (SB) but also to robotics (see once again the Clarification of today). Said this, the editior deliberately misled the public once again in relation with the original and unique ontologic works of C.S., because such cameras of the next generation and smartphone photography devices are all of the type Ontoscope, as we made clear in the Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM of the 10th of August 2017: "But the abstraction of e.g. a mobile device, such as a smartcamera, a smartwatch, a smartphone, or a smarttablet, with the Ontoscope as a robot head, a cyborg head, or/and a self-portrait is an original and unique act, that makes the Ontosope a (multimedia) work of art and there is absolutely no doubt that the Ontoscope is related with the 3D camera series Ontoscope of the company Cornu."]".

  • Genode Labs: As not expected otherwise, that company Genode Labs is stalking us since its foundation and even before that point in time when its founders spied and copied us by a research project conducted in a university in the B.R.D., as we also said between the lines already in the Clarification of the 13th of June 2016. We quote some of the most interesting points from its website:
"[...] Fiasco.OC kernel as base platform, the use of L4Linux [...] [This was quoted from a release note of the year 2011, though we guess that both solutions were already included in the range of systems supported by the Genode OS before. Both systems are already referenced in the section Exotic Operating System of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux since the OntoLinux Further steps of the 30th of September 2007 through the links to the projects of the L4 based operating system DROPS - The Dresden Real-Time Operating System, which lists on its original webpage both, the "Fiasco microkernel" and the "L4Linux[, which again] is a port of the Linux kernel to the L4 microkernel API [respectively ...] a para-virtualized Linux kernel running on top of a hypervisor", but also the "L4Env, the L4 Environment, and DDE, the Device Driver Environment", and the L4Linux - Linux on L4. In addition, we have the related sections of the webpage Components and the features "'MinCore' not bigger than 25 MByte, a memory footprint of 40 MByte, component-based/module-based, and with consolidated dependencies (see L4, and Linux on L4)" and "Virtualization (see Linux on L4)" listed in the Feature-List #1 of our OS. As far as we do know, we made this publications before that company was established and we even think that the foundation of that company was a reaction to these publications of us as well, because the former students thought they would be clever and commercialize their former research and development results funded by the public with tax money by copying our Intellectual Properties (IPs) and mimicking our corporation. But that is not the way it works."],
"Because there are many more use cases for asynchronous inter-process communication, we introduced a new signalling framework that complements the existing synchronous RPC mode of communication with an interface for issuing and receiving asynchronous notifications. [This already happened in the year 2008 as a reaction on our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) shortly described in the section Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux. This introduction of asynchronous Inter-Process Communication (IPC) was one of the first acts of plagiarism that we saw in relation with the second attempt to steal our OS after the first attempt with an L4 microkernel developed by the research project already mentioned in the prolog above failed without the exception of our formally verified L4 microkernel stolen by espionage. We remembered it all the years, because we already knew which strategy is applied to steal our IPs, but we needed more evidences for a conviction. These evidences have been provided in the following years.]",
"Dynamically reconfigurable subsystems [] Until now, Genode subsystems were either static (using the init component to define them) or relied on a scenario-specific dynamic runtime environment (like CLI monitor). By enhancing init to dynamically apply configuration changes, the need for special-purpose runtime environments will disappear. [Bingo!!! See for example the section Basic Properties of the webpage Overview and the webpage Ontologic Applications of the website of OntoLinux for the related properties and functionalities of our OS, specifically for the integration of operating systems and agent-based systems, specifically Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) and holonic agent systems or holons, as Agent-Based Operating Systems (ABOSs), Multi-Agent-Based Operating Systems (MABOSs), and holonic operating systems and the OS basic property of (mostly) being kernel-less reflective/fractal/holonic. See also the other related quotes above and below.]",
"Asynchronous I/O [...] we successfully removed the last blocking inter-component interfaces from the base framework. Still, other parts of the user-level infrastructure, in particular the libc still relies on blocking operations. Even though we have to offer blocking I/O to user applications for POSIX compatibility, the mechanisms used behind the scenes will be changed to leverage Genode's asynchronous I/O primitives. [See once again the section Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview of the website of OntoLinux and also the other related comment to the quote made before.]",
"Native work flows [...] we want to move the most important work flows (namely software development [...]) [...] [See the seciton Basic Properties of the webpage Overview once again, specifically the point Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) and also the sections Formal Modeling, Formal Verification, Software Development Tool of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux.]",

"Execution on bare hardware (base-hw) [...] the virtual address space of each component is split into a privileged and an unprivileged part. The privileged part is shared between all components and does not vary when switching between different protection domains. Nonetheless, it is accessible by the privileged threads of core and the kernel library's context only. The advantages of this approach are less context switch overhead and less complex assembler code with respect to the platform-specific exception and system call entry path. [As far as we are able to remember, this bare hardware platform was added after we mentioned a bare metal or bare bone project. Nevertheless, see also the related note about a separation kernel given in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 1st of June 2016 and the contents of the section History of the webpage of the OntoCore software component. "[a formally verified] L4 microkernel [] The [formally verified] L4 kernel is a modern open-source microkernel [...]. "[...] device driver [...] [See the sections Exotic Operating System and Formal Verification of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux, specifically the projects of the L4 based operating system DROPS - The Dresden Real-Time Operating System, which lists on its original webpage the Fiasco microkernel and L4Linux, and also the "L4Env, the L4 Environment, and DDE, the Device Driver Environment", and the works Coccinelle - a Framework for Linux Device Driver Evolution and DDverify - Extraction Tool of Linux Device Drivers referenced therein. By the way: The document titled "Rump File Systems: Kernel Code Reborn", which describes an approach also known as the Rump Kernels, was presented at the 2009 USENIX Annual Technical Conference (USENIX '09; June 14-19, 2009) and not in the year 2002, as wrongly claimed in an online encyclopedia. See also the OntoLinux Further steps of the 30th of September 2007 and 1st of September 2008, and the OntoLinux Website update of the 11th of April 2009 to find out the fact who acted first or at least earlier in the case of combining an OS-less or kernel-less runtime system or kernel-less operating system with one or more device drivers extracted from a monolithic operating system and defining the anykernel as well, which can also be explained with the inclusion of Agent-Based Operating Systems (ABOSs), Multi-Agent-Based Operating Systems (MABOSs), and holonic operating systems in our Ontologic System (OS) and its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA). Yes indeed, even the approach of the Rump Kernels is a copy of the related operating system part of our original and unique OS and its OSA, and because this is a very differentiating property this fact alone is at least a first step to prove the related copyright infringement conducted in their specific ways by both projects: the Rump Kernels approach copied the so-called anykernel approach inherent in our OS, and the Genode OS copied the composition of a capability-based operating system kernel, specifically the L4 microkernel, and a capability-based operating system with the Rump Kernels but also other original and unique properties of our OSA. The issue becomes even more clear when the kernel resource management of the formally verified L4 microkernel or better said nanokernel or kernel-less operating system, is added to the so-called anykernel approach and said composition.]", and

The following quoted contents were taken from a webpage about "future challenges [...,] projects" and "various ideas", that "is meant as source of inspiration for individuals who are interested in getting involved with the project and for students who want to base their student research projects". Besides motivating third parties to infringe our rights as well, it has also become apparent that the management of that company but also researchers of universities (e.g. Technical University Munich, University Berlin, and University Dresden) still confuse a work created by an artist, research conducted by a corporation, and research conducted by e.g. a university, and do not understand the legal implications, specifically in respect to the copyright. Nevertheless, the contents has been copied from our websites and publicated on the website of that company on the one hand and on the other hand the analysis of this webpage shows that most of the listed items are related with the informations publicated by us in the last months, such as for example the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 29th of August 2017 and about the related OntoCore software component, and the informations about our Ontologic Net (ON) and the related OntoNet software component. See also for example the Clarfication of the 3rd of December 2017 to learn why that latest extension of that strategy does not work and will not change the legal sitiuation.
"[...] set of tools for encryption and key management [...] For many forthcoming application scenarios of Genode such as package management and email communication, [the set of tools] is crucial. Hence, it should be ported to Genode. Such a port may leverage Genode's fine-grained component architecture to strongly separate network-exposed functionality, the storage of key material, and the cryptographic functions. [At first we wondered about the reasons why this set of tools is listed on this webpage at all, which suggests a relation with our OntoCore and also OntoNet software components due to the focus of this webpage, and why the utilization of this set of tools is emphasized. But we already saw that an email is a message, and the set of tools is used for signing and encrypting the message, and the relation with networking is also obvious. In addition, on this webpage is also listed a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing respectively distributed computing platform (see the comment to the quote made below). Furthermore, on the webpage of the OntoCore software component, which obviously belongs to the items that are in the focus of the latest copying activity, the operating system Barrelfish is mentioned, that uses message-based rather than shared-data communication, and the operating system Singularity is mentioned, that uses "Contract-based channels (CBCs) for communication [to] enable fast, verifiable message-based communication between processes", and under point 13. we also suggest the OntoCore feature of "message-based system rather than shared-data communication (see Barrelfish) over CBCs for example". When we take all observations together, then we can see how all makes sense. But here the issue does not end, because we also have the emphasizing of the point of the identity management (see for example the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps and Ontologic Net Further steps of the 5th of July 2017, the Clarification of the 29th of July 2017, and the Ontonics Further steps of the 10th of September 2017 and 6th of October 2017).]",

"Runtime for the D programming language [] The D systems programming language was designed to overcome many gripes that exists with C++. In particular, it introduces a sane syntax for meta programming, supports unit tests, and contract-based programming. [See once again the OSA and the OntoCore software component of our OS.]",
"Using Haskell as systems-development language [] The goal of this project is the application of functional programming i.e., Haskell, for the implementation of low-level Genode components. Implementing critical functionalities in such a high-level language instead of a classical systems language such as C or C++ would pave the way towards analyzing such components with formal methods. [...] A more recent development is [a Virtual Machine (VM) or] a light-weight OS runtime for Xen that is based on Haskell. [Bingo!!! See once again the OSA and the OntoBot software component as well as the related works referenced in the sections Exotic Operating System and Formal Verification of the webpage Links to Software and the related note about a separation kernel given in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 1st of June 2016.]",
"Platforms [The related section also includes only items that are related with our OS, specifically with our OntoCore software component. Interestingly, all these items are related with the content publicated in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 29th of August 2017.],
"Microkernelizing Linux [...] so far, we have not enabled the use of these device drivers on Linux as base platform. The goal of this project is the systematic replacement of in-kernel Linux device drivers by Genode processes running in user space, effectively reducing the Linux kernel to a runtime for Genode's core process. [We also found a related email on the mailing list dated 2017-10-17 that mentions the term "microkernelizing" in relation with a "base Linux core". Bingo!!! See the OntoL4 and OntoCore software components of our OS as well as the related comments to the quotes made before. Suddenly, the Rump Kernels approach is not enough anymore, because the plagiarists thought that we have taken the bare bone or bare metal apporach in this relation also called the bare Linux platform. The truth is, as already made clear in the comment to the quote about device drivers given above, that we have described all related variants explicitly or implicitly and in this way defined the complete general approach including OS-less or kernel-less runtime system or operating system, microkernel, and exokernel with one or more device drivers extracted from a monolithic operating system, as well as the so-called anykernel, so that in the end it does not matter what other have thought or stolen. Also interesting to mention in this relation is the fact that there is not much left of what made that operating system unique and useful.]",
"But a further motivation is the fact that [a specific microkernel] does not follow the classical L4 road, providing a kernel API that comes with an own terminology and different kernel primitives. [We have to guess that this was said in relation with our statement "OntoL4 microkernel or OntoS1 microkernel of our OS" and our OntoCore, which both suggest such a move on our side as well on the one hand and on the other hand that the future challenges seem to be more a preparation for stealing of more features of our OS in the future.]",
"Support for the XNU kernel (Darwin) [Bingo!!! See our OS OntoLix.]",
"Linux process containers [] [Bingo!!! See once again our OS OntoLix.]", and
"The goal of this project is to create a holistic design of the whole chain of audio processing, taking thread-scheduling into account. A particular challenge is the mixed output of real-time (small buffer, low latency) and non-real-time (larger buffer to compensate jitter, higher latency) audio sources. [See once again the sections Basic Properties and Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview.].

We found the following quotes on a referenced webpage that contains a personal porting wishlist of a developer or even a shareholder of the company.
"FUSE (Spectrum) (SDL) [See the Ontologic File System (OntoFS) software component and the webpage Components of our OS once again.]",
"ioQuake3 (SDL + OpenGL) [See the OntoGraphics software component of our OS.]",

"SDL2 [See the OntoGraphics software component of our OS.]",

"Blender [Bingo!!! See once again the OntoBlender software component."], and
"Wings3D (Erlang) [The programming language Erlang is contract-based. See the OntoCore software component of our OS once again.]".

Eventually, with that last act of copying we got the undeniable proof of the causal link, which was already given with the combination of the L4 microkernel, specifically a formally verified L4 microkernel, and the Rump kernel approach, and in this way sufficient evidences and legal matter to prove that the company has infringed our

  • copyright by reproducing to some extend parts of our original and unique Ontologic System (OS) and its Ontologic System Architecture (OSA), and our exemplary Ontologic Applications (OA), as can be seen easily with for example the exact similarities and the composition of related OS elements, specifically of the software components

    and

  • other rights by mimicking our corporation and misleading the public about the true origin of our works, which constitute acts of unfair business practice,

all the years and we even guess that it has been founded solely for this goal.
Finally, it has become very obvious what the true intentions of that company were all the time, are, and most potentially will be, and that the responsible persons are not so clever and nice as they tried to sell the rest of the world.
Now, we are already waiting for the day when they will give up even a very basic property of that plagiarism to find out only that everything else already exists since many years, like for example our original and unique composition of an L4 microkernel with an exokernel-based or microkernelized Linux or (BSD) Unix operating system. Busted and convicted!!!

Proper licensing by our Society for Ontological Performance and Reproduction (SOPR) is required for each reproduction of our Ontologic System in the variant Genode OS (fee and share of the overall revenue generated with the performance of the Genode OS).
This licensing by our SOPR applies only for the variant of Genode OS with a commercial license. Any other reproduction and performance of our OS, OA, and any other ontologic work through the Genode OS is illegal.

    Clarification
In the last past we have seen once again infringements of our copyright by deliberately misleading the public about the true origin of the general learning by doing capability of the OntoBot software component and the related special Ontologic Applications of our original and unique work of art titled Ontologic System that

  • are based on our
field of SoftBionics (SB), including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), etc., and
    • Zero Ontology

    16.December.2017
    Investigations::Multimedia, AI and KM
*** Work in progress - some minor updates and intention of single developer missing ***

  • National Information and Communications Technology Centre of Excellence Australia (NICTA): We noted on the mailing list of its formally verified L4 microkernel an email with the following content: "Questions concerning the capability management system
    [...]
while reading about [formally verified]L4 I have found a presentation "The [formally verified]L4 capability system" [...], sadly I was able to track down only the slides, not the talk itself. It mentions the "Aurora project", the constraint solver running in static memory + stack space, concerning itself with the capability allocation.
There are these questions which popped into my mind:
    1. Is the source code of the Aurora project available anywhere? Is there any more information than the presentation available?
    2. Is the constraint solver still necessary with the current version of the API?
    3. If it is still necessary, then
  • what is the necessary strength of the constraint solver?
  • is a design, in which either the root process or the microkernel itself has to include such a constraint solver in static memory + stack space necessary for a microkernel with the guarantees of [formally verified]L4 or is it a side-effect of the design decisions?
    [...]"

In the referenced slide of the developer's presentation, that seems to be from the year 2013, we found the following informations: "L4 family micro-kernel, realtime OS**
    [...]

  • first "general purpose" "kernel" to be fully verified
  • Machine checked refinement proof that
    • the (ARM) C code implements an executable Haskell model [As far as we do know, the code only represents a mathematical model of a microkernel but does not implement an abstract machine that executes a Haskell model, specifically no abstract machine for functional, logic, and even higher-order logic programming and hence constraint programming, concurrent constraint logic programming, and so on. Do not be confused by that phrase, because this is a wording that has been chosen to make the description of this specific formally verified L4 microkernel variant sound similar like the descriptions of the related parts of our Ontologic Systems (OSs) such as OntoLix and OntoLinux, and to give the misleading suggestion that features of our OS were included in this L4 microkernel variant just right from its start to prepare the following added functionality of our OS, specifically the reflective and dynamic capability management.]
    • the Haskell model implements a high level specification [See the comment above.]
  • Capability based"

    Capability Allocation Problem

    Capability Deallocation Problem

  • [...]
  • Can I make a plan for executing these changes

    Capability Alloc / Dealloc

  • [...]
  • Had to write a constraint solver that would run in static memory (stack only).
  • “Aurora” project. More info available.

    We make it short:

  • reflective Evolutionary operarting system (Evoos) described in The Proposal,
  • OS basic properties of (mostly) being validated and verified, and kernel-less reflective/fractal/holonic listed on the webpage Overview,
  • verified and capability-based OntoL4 microkernel respectively software component listed on the webpage Components,
  • OntoCore software component,
  • OntoBot software component based on
    • First-Order Logic (FOL),
    • Higher-Order Logic (HOL), specifically the logic programming language Prolog, which both include constraint programming used for implementing constraint solvers, and also
    • stable model semantics, specifically the answer set solver smodels, whereby answer set sovlers are programs for generating stable models and constraints play an important role in answer set programming based on the stable model semantics (see the webpage Components),

    and

  • Total Quality Management (TQM) system and Agent-Based Operating System (ABOS) include the process of planning (see the sections Exotic Operating System and Formal Modeling of the webpage Links to Software of the website of OntoLinux),

which are all integrated by our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) (see the section Integrating Architecture of the webpage Overview once again).

As in the case of the Genode OS (see the Investigations::Multimedia of the 13th of December 2017), which is no surprise at all because they worked together against C.S. and our corporation even in an orchestrated way,

  • we also see here design flaws of
    • capability-based microkernels and operrating systems integrated with them in general and
    • this specific formally verified microkernel in particular,

    that are related with the

    • missing dynamic at runtime and
    • missing management of the capabilities of system parts and their relations,
  • we also saw a recent attempt based on the approach of the so-called Rump Kernels, though these Rump Kernels theirselves are already in a highly questionable legal situation if not to say illegal situation, and eventually this approach provides no loophole at all,
  • we also see here the same attempt to commercialize former research and development results funded by the public with tax money by copying our Intellectual Properties (IPs) and mimicking our corporation, and
  • the journey and the farce of the last 15 years ends here, finally and definitely.

But that is not the way it works and therefore we will not tolerate any further disturbance of our activities from the responsible persons and other entities anymore.

At this point, we would like to make clear once again that we do not claim for everything, such as for example what has to be declared as an ordinary technological progress, or more than what C.S. is entitled to. But

  • on the one hand there are only few possibilities in the field of operating systems for differentiation, as it is the case in e.g. the field of cartography or mapmaking, so that even smaller changes are sufficient for claiming a copyright protection, and
  • on the other hand our original and unique Ontologic System (OS) and even only the operating system parts of our OS, specifically OntoL4, OntoS1, and OntoCore, and their combination with OntoBot cannot be declared as smaller differentiations anymore or as the result of an ordinary technological progress.

We have discussed the subject matter to a large extent in the recent years and only pointed to an issue when

  • a differentiation between our works and another work was sufficiently large and a causal link between our original and unique works and a similar work could be proven,
  • a simulation of an ordinary technological progress only mimicked our actings,
  • entities of different fields or over different paths arrived at our works, or
  • something else in this relation could be shown.

Most cases are different: In some cases more evidences are required, in other cases only one evidence is sufficient, in some cases it takes a longer periode of time, in other cases the legal situation is obvious and recognized instantly.

At least correct referencing of our ontologic works is required in scientific research when discussing them.
Proper licensing of our ontologic works is required otherwise, for example when copying, editing, changing, or/and performing them.

  • Twister also named in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 19th of February 2015 (by happenstance) while workig on the integration of a complete Instant Messaging (IM) and microblogging platform (see also the references given in the point OpenID once again), including
    • Distributed Hash Table (DHT),
    • blockchain-based protocol Bitcoin for handling the register of users and the accesses, and verifying the users' names and the messages, and
    • communication protocol for P2P file sharing BitTorrent (see the Feature-List of our OS).

Oh, we are so far ahead already.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We are also looking at the data structure called eXtensible Array (XArray), that performs better than a hash-based data structure when hashing the object and using the hash as the index and was introduced to the Linux kernel recently. But we are looking at the possibility that it is already included as one of the combinations of the elements listed on the webpage of the OntoBase software component, like for example the R-tree indexes of the embedded relational database management system SQLite with other elements (see also the related OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 1st of June 2016).

Specifically interesting for us is the answer to the question if it could be used advantageously as an substitute for a Distributed Hash Table (DHT).

    20.December.2017
    Clarification #1
Commonly, a File System (FS) is also structured as a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) and in the Feature-list #5 of our Ontologic System (OS) the processing pipeline of an abstract machine, virtual machine, or operating system by graph rewriting based on a DAG is also included, and we also discussed the generalization of the blockchain technique by a DAG already in relation with the OntoBase software component in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps, Ontologic Net Further steps, and Ontologic Web Further steps of the 5th of July 2017.

In addition to the functionalities of the OntoBase provided by our integrating Ontologic System Architecture (OSA) to all other components of our OS, our OntoLedger software component also includes the approach of finding consensus in Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) through the holonic OntoBot software component.
In this respect, it should be relatively easy to

  • find a related agent-based system that finds consensus by taking the validation of at least 2 agents,
  • show that this approach of finding consensus can be characterized as a special kind of Swarm Intelligence (SI) also included in our fields of Softbionics and Artificial Intelligence 3, and
  • find file systems with one or more of the properties also listed on the webpage of the OntoBase and used to provide such a property or/and data integrity, such as
    • versioning,
    • fault tolerance and high-availability,
    • replication, and
    • distribution,

and show that such a generalization of the blockchain technique is based on a DAG.

    Clarification #2
The IPRFID/IPNFC and SecureRFID/NFC networked embedded technologies are included in the Feature-list #2, as it is the case with the unique user ID, and the IDentity and Access Management System (IDAMS) part of the Managed Peer-to-Peer (MP2P) (see for example the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps and Ontologic Net Further steps of the 5th of July 2017, the Clarification of the 29th of July 2017, the Ontonics Further steps of the 10th of September 2017, 6th of October 2017, and 7th of October 2017, and the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps 13th of October 2017).

In the Virtual Object System (VOS) referenced on the 10th of May 2011 the field of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) is included, while in the Feature-list #5 the field of Internet of Things (IoT) is included as well and directly connected with the IPRFID/IPNFC and SecureRFID/NFC networked embedded technologies in particular and the field of Networked Embedded Systems (NES) in general.

The combination of the fields of CPS, IoT, and NES with the unique user ID is also discussed in relation with a citizen network wherein each single citizen, public and private institution, company, association, and so on gets at least one initial account with the postal adresse as the label was mentioned in the Ontonics and OntoLinux Further steps of the 29th of August 2012.

    Clarification #3
Messages, channels, and encrypted data streams are also parts of our Channel Computing technology (see also the Ontonics Further steps of yesterday), which again is directly connected with our Managed Peer-to-Peer (MP2P) (see also Clarification #2 and #4 of today).

    Clarification #4
The distributed computing paradigm (including Peer-to-Peer (P2P), grid, cloud, and other computing paradigms) and the field of SoftBionics (SB), including the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Swarm Intelligence (SI), Computer Vision (CV), Common Sense Computing (CSC), Cognitive Multi-Agent System (CMAS), Evolutionary Computing (EC), etc., are essential parts of our Ontologic System (OS) and therefore distributed ML based on P2P computing is also included in our OS, obviously.

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We worked on three of our software components.

    Ontologic Net Further steps
We improved a basic service of our Ontologic Net (ON).

    Ontologic Web Further steps
We improved and extended three of our service platforms of our Ontologic Web (OW):

  • One service platform is our financial service platform OntoCoin and OntoTaler (see the Further steps of the 20th and 22nd of October 2017) with our payment service OntoPay that is applied on our Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), and Networked Embedded Systems (NES), as well as Agent-Based Systems (ABSs), specifically Multi-Agent Systems (MASs).
  • Another service platform is our mobility service platform for digital mobility services of vehicle manufacturers, other mobility service providers, and our business unit Ontonics (see for example the Further steps of the 10th and 13th of May 2017).

    Picture of the Day
    Santa Clause vs. Alien Crash

    Santa Clause vs. Alien Crash
    © Sci Fi

The same happened some decades ago already around Rosswell, U.S.A.. Obviously, our extra-terrestrial friends still operate their old types of UFOs without our Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) for Air Traffic Management (ATM) with Future Air Traffic Management Concepts Evaluation Tool (FACET) and National Airspace System Constraint Evaluation and Notification Tool (NASCENT) of our Superstructure (see the issue Superstructure #17 of the 14th of October 2017) that works even at warp and plaid speeds.

We also read in the police report that the two parties got a verbal fight, as testified by the elves:
Santa: See what happens when you give licenses to aliens?
Alien: See what happens when you let old people keep their licenses?
But following the police report the alien got no pilot's license at all and even no proof of insurance.

Now, our fans and readers also do know why we have to insist on our traffic control for our Highway in the Sky and our Silk Skyway, and even cannot make an exception for the Queen (see the Picture of the Day of the 22nd of May 2017).

And no, we do not think that Santa Clause comes a little later to the children, because we gave him one of our Hovers as replacement vehicle.

    26.December.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We worked on one of our battery technologies (see the related Further steps of the last past), specifically on the new battery technology developed recently (see the Further steps of the 2nd of December 2017), and made some more progress.
This also resulted in an extension of our product range based on this new battery technology, which includes a very easily recyclable primary cell as well now.

This is the relative rudimentary first generation of our battery technology but we already have

  • many form factors, inclusive
    • flat and cylindrical microbattery types (see the image above),
    • cylindrical mono D (see the images above) and all other common types inclusive a brandnew type of starter battery for vehicles,
    • flat and flexible conformal battery types, as promised,
    • large battery types of all kinds of vehicles, and
    • massive battery types for renewable energy plants,
  • the rechargeable variant with various charging devices, as well as
  • the development path for the next generations.

Oh, yes, do not forget to mention: The

  • voltage can be configured in accordance with a consuming device,
  • capacity is around 20 to 30 times higher when compared with other primary cells depending on the specific chemical mixtures used in them, and
  • charging times depend on the size of the battery and the charger utilized for recharging, whereby utilizing our Quickcharger recharging a
    • smartwatch requires 2 seconds,
    • smartphone requires 4 seconds,
    • laptop requires 7 seconds, and
    • electric vehicle requires 60 seconds.

    27.December.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
We continued the work on the 2nd and 10th of December 2017 (see also the Further steps of the ...).

    OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps
We worked on our Trusted Computing Base (TCB) and Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), specifically on the so-called root of trust and the so-called chain of trust, which comprised the following developments:

  • solved those properties of the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) that are criticized by security experts by exploiting related publicated and unpublicated properties and functionalities provided by our Ontologic System Architecture (OSA),
  • solved at least one vulnerability of the TPM by utilizing our OSA and our OntoCore and OntoBot software components,
  • integrated the solutions in the OntoCore and OntoBot,
  • improved the OntoCore, and
  • integrated the new functionalities in the other software components where suitable and advantageous, such as the OntoLedger software component for example.

The main advantages of our OS and its TCP with TEE and TPM are its

  • flexibility,
  • compatibility to and independence from hardware manufacturers,
  • performances, and
  • safety and security, for sure.

See also the OntoLix and OntoLinux Website update of the 1st of June 2016, where we said that we "planned to implement the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) as well", which is also connected with the TPM and for example the Trusted eXecution Technology (TXT) and tboot used in the Linux kernel.

    29.December.2017
    Website update
At first, we thought that it would be obvious but then we thought it would be more comfortable for our readers to give the information related with the BIOS and its connection with the TXT and tboot in the OntoLix and OntoLinux Further steps of the 27th of December 2017 as well.

    31.December.2017
    Ontonics Further steps
After we concluded that one of our technologies can be integrated with another one of our technologies (see also the Further steps of the 1st of May 2017) we got as one result a more effective process and as another result a shorter process time. Both results can also be used in combination.
